“Education” Cabal & illegal aliens

Lies, flagrant violation of U.S. law—compliments of Univ. of Ark. Chancellor G. David Gearhart, Director of Ark. Dept. of Higher Education, Dr. Jim Purcell,  U.S. Senator Mark Pryor, and the DREAM Act.                                                                                                                November 29, 2010

Re: Gearhart and Purcell:

March 30, 2009 an FOIA request was submitted to Chancellor Gearhart regarding his activities from March 20-25, 2009 pertaining to expenses and more specifically his testimony before the Arkansas Legislature and his connection with Arkansas Bill SB 799.  This bill dealt with giving illegal aliens in-state tuition.  Chancellor Gearhart was flown, at taxpayers’ expense in a University of Arkansas airplane, to Little Rock to testify for passage of the bill offered by Senator Joyce Elliot.

Being euphemistic, it is my opinion that Gearhart’s conduct in this matter was a slam in the collective faces of Arkansas citizens.  Firstly, he tramples the Federal Statute 8 USC & its subsections and further maligns ethical, moral positions by advocating for illegals which shreds the Constitution, the rule of law.  Was he not hired to run the U of A for citizens, not as a lobbyist for illegals?  Is he following the edicts of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition in taking such a taxpayer funded position against citizens by protecting the Coalitions’ corporate and organizational interests?  E.g. Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, Stephens, the Catholic Church, ACLU, LULAC.

August 13, 2010 an FOIA request was submitted to Jim Purcell regarding the number of illegal aliens receiving any form of financial help by any state agency.  His response was NONE.

The real questions become, how many illegal Mexicans and OTM’s are in attendance in the University system statewide and what is the source of their funding?

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Nov. 29, 2010 reports that illegal entrant Rafael Arciga was admitted to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville—a violation of the U.S. Constitution and 8 USC which makes it a felony to aid or abet an illegal alien in any way.  Through some curious manner Arciga was granted legal status and graduated from the U of A last spring. Who granted him legal status and what was the source of funding?

The stunner is the fact Arciga is now employed by the U of A and is lobbying in D.C. for the DREAM Act which grants taxpayer funded scholarships to illegal aliens.  Hard-earned taxpayer dollars at work paying for Arciga’s trip and time in order to increase citizen’s burdens in many ways, and further, as a side issue note Gearhart’s palatial residency and inflated salary. From his cirrus vista, I’m sure Gearhart is shedding buckets of crocodile tears for the illegal nesters.  The points being Politicians & bureaucrats have no limits in their economic exploitation of American taxpayers, in this case Arkansans specifically.

Now comes U.S. Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR), a third generation Pryor languishing on the political dole, who smacks the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law right in the kisser.  In typical Pryor fashion he spins the issue of the DREAM Act in the manner which will be pleasantly digested by naïve citizens—economics vs. the Constitution.

Referencing the DREAM Act and Pryor’s position, he said “it is unfair to offer a Benefit to an alien if they have not been paying a full share of state and federal taxes”.  “You can’t sweep it under the rug, these people are here illegally. A lot of them are not paying into the system like they should”.  Pryor’s position is so pathetic and cowardly that he should be laughed out of the state and senate.  I could accept his position if it was Non Compos Mentis, but he is absolutely aware of his traitorous stance in favor of special interests, absent the Constitution, absent the rule of law and absent regard for taxpaying citizens.

The real position of Sen. Pryor on the matter of the illegal Mexican invasions can be identified in one sentence.  When he was Arkansas’ Attorney General, he and/or his wife hired illegal Mexicans for domestic work, as reported by state newspapers.

What action will present Attorney General Dustin McDaniel take regarding these illegal activities?

Joe McCutchen

P.S.  Quote of the year, which demonstrates why our Republic is disintegrating at such a horrific rate, notwithstanding the above:  Senator “Delta Duchess” Lincoln in the same edition of the DG, “the DREAM Act would not reward illegal conduct”.

The death of freedom of speech & flourishing of censorship

In
advance of Barak Obama, it is safe to say that attacks on freedom of speech and
proliferation of censorship are flourishing, but just wait until Obama works
his will. Newspapers are cutting their staffs while their profits sink, all the
while the 4th Estate continues shilling for governments/corporations.

For
4 decades the Times Record (Ft. Smith, AR) has printed my letters without
exception, with minimal changes on a few occasions.

Recently,
the Times Record refused to print a letter I submitted dealing with sub-prime
mortgages and the influence that illegal Mexicans had on the banking meltdown.  More importantly, in my view, the paper
rejected Barbara’s letter dealing with an FOIA we submitted regarding Sebastian
County Sheriff Frank Atkinson, OK Foods (Collier Wenderoth/Russ Bragg) and
their commandeering of a county park for a 3 day picnic for an estimated 3,500
illegal Mexican aliens.  Log on arkansasfreedom.net & scroll
down to Arkansas’ Own Trail of Tears pp. 23-24 for complete documentation of
the criminal conduct of the aforementioned.

Accompanying
this email are the 2 rejected letters, a rejected ad that was calling attention
to the illegal “picnic” subsidized by the taxpayers.  And finally, a certified letter sent to
Warren Stephens, CEO of Stephens, Inc, owner of the Times Record, TV &
newspapers in Las Vegas, and other locales, holdings in the gas and oil
industry, the largest off-Wall Street Bonding business in the U.S. to name a
few. It was received 10/28/08.  No
response to this date.

We
would appreciate your comments on our response to the rejections, either by
email or on the website.  Do you believe
our positions are legitimate?  Our
letters are always documented and rarely does news media ask us for
documentation.

Joe
& Barbara McCutchen

Mr. Warren Stephens

CEO Stephens, Inc.

Little Rock, Arkansas

Dear Mr. Stephens,                                                                        October
25, 2008

I would be pleased if you will review our recent concerns
regarding the editorial positions of your paper, The Times Record.  I should say at the outset that through a
series of editors, each has never rejected our letters to the editor until
recently, when both paid advertisement and letters have been refused.

We have grave concerns pertaining to the illegal Mexican
and OTM invasions occurring in our Republic, specifically our state, which is
having devastating effects on our culture, heritage, language and rule of law,
to mention a few.

The principle purpose of my and Barbara’s letters have
been designed to be thought provoking, i.e. demonstrating a metamorphosis from
a Constitutional Republic to now somewhere between Fascism & Cultural
Marxism. The last 50 years have brought about destruction of the public school
systems by political correctness, destruction of academics, revisionism and the
insertion of multicultural garbage which has resulted in at least 3 generations
of Americans who are devoid of a foundation to think objectively about our
Founding Principles.

The Cultural Marxist “March through the Institutions”,
i.e. schools, religion, entertainment, media, government is complete, with little
hope of resurrecting this once great Republic.

To the point of this letter—selective exposure of truth,
and law enforcement, e.g. Sebastian County Sheriff Frank Atkinson, demonstrated
by the Sherriff, the County Judge and the Times Record

All our letters are documented as your editor well
knows.  If you will please log onto arkansasfreedom.net and scroll
down to “Ark. Own Trail of Tears”, pp. 23-24 dedicated t0 Atkinson and his
illegal conduct.  Then I believe you will
understand our deep concern.  This type
of conduct permeates the whole of law enforcement/judicial which demonstrates
selectivity.  Sheriff Atkinson’s
relationship with OK Foods is disgustingly dishonest and is in violation of 8
USC federal laws and an affront to Sebastian County citizens and all Arkansans.

I have been told by a number of Fort Smith residents that
Byron Tate is “tight” with Russ Bragg who directs OK Foods and who is
exploiting  illegal alien laborers for
self monetary gain,  and at the same time
only one of a multitude of similar operations, but not limited to,
precipitating an economic and political genocide on middleclass Arkansans.

Your editor appears to be engaging your paper in
censorship, squelching documented freedom of speech and protecting the
lawbreakers who hire/exploit illegals (a felony by federal law), as well as the
illegals themselves.  No coverage on the
hard working taxpayers who are being forced to subsidize the millions being
spent on aliens’ healthcare, schooling, translators, special programs, penal,
etc.

Your recent splendid editorial was exhilarating,
particularly coming from an American entrepreneur with an illustrious family
background.  You, your father, & your
Uncle are the matrix which we must not be allowed to disappear, but Warren, I
must tell you that seeing your name sullied by being affixed to the
self-serving individuals and organizations in the Arkansas Friendship Coalition
is devastating—that Protection Racket for exploitation of slave labor and
middleclass taxpayer subsidies, as well as flaunting of Arkansas and Federal
laws…which includes heavy fines and prison time for the hiring, aiding,
abetting, transporting, etc. of any illegal aliens.

You’re a busy man, but it’s our fervent hope you will
review our concerns regarding your paper and its position on censorship and
freedom of speech based on documented data and the state of our nation.

Hopefully you will concur with our concerns.

Kindest regards,

Fascism: a nexus (connection) between corporations and
government producing a symbiotic (beneficial) relationship for the two,
subsidized by citizens.  Witness the
unconstitutional vote by the US Senate and House, Oct. 9 & 10, bailing out
numerous investment and commercial banks.
A classic example of Fascism.  No
lesser import, Arkansas’ Senators and Representatives egregiously ignored the
will of the people by passing the $850 Billion Wall Street “bail-out”, $850
Billion printed out of thin air and passed to you and I.

The fact is, our republic has an in-house debt of $10.5
Trillion and $57 Trillion in unfunded mandates, rendering us insolvent.  What are these fools thinking?

“3rd Generation Taxpayer Dependent” Pryor and
“Delta Duchess” Lincoln voted to insert language in the “Bail-out” Bill
authorizing the raising of $250 billion in “Pork” in excess of the $700 billion
Bush requested.  Article 1, Section 7 of
the US Constitution forbids the Senate from authorizing Federal revenues. The
implementation of the $250 billion language is a bribe and a Constitutional and
legal crime.

The illegal alien populations, particularly in the 10
national Metro areas are the “rattlers” in the room.  Using matricula consular cards, accompanied
by a pay stub have allowed illegal’s to obtain 100% subprime mortgages. The top
banks profiting from the illegal alien home loan racket are Wachovia and Bank
of America.

Most of the failure in the sub-prime mortgage racket is
accounted for by illegals, Fraudsters who have engaged in massive house
flipping, using illegals as straw buyers and buyers who were stupidly aware
they could not afford the payments.

 Federally elected
created the environment which led to the banking meltdowns. Do you believe
Congress is constitutionally, morally and academically capable of solving the
meltdowns?

 Look to Washington
and State Capitals for the real sources of terrorism.

LTE: 9/13/08

Attention taxpayers, large and small, who don’t work for the
government or get welfare checks of any kind.

You’ve probably been too busy with kids, cars, making
payments to realize how exploited (used/cheated) you have been and are now.

Example: it was your dollars paying for OK Foods 3 day party
for thousands of illegal workers in your Ben Geren Park, guarded by Sebastian
County Sheriff Atkinson and troopers.

How about your payment for illegals’ education, healthcare
and forms /instructions printed in Spanish for driver’s licenses, voting,
healthcare, etc?

Been in the E.R. lately? How about Wal-Mart, et al with
illegals spending food stamps and WIC coupons?

English is required of a naturalized citizen, so a
non-English speaker is likely illegal.

Who are you working to support?  Your family or people who invade illegally?
How much do you get from them?  Are they
your responsibility?  Who worked for your
paycheck and why should any of it be taken from you by force for undeserving
others?

Americans used to know that redistribution of money by force
was evil and branded Communism/Nazism. Americans used to know that their
earnings were their own, but no more.
Many don’t want to take responsibility for themselves, so they vote for
politicians who promise to take care of them…..destroying individualism, pride,
rule of rational law, i.e. our Constitution.

Being a parasite is much easier than being a
worker/producer, but those on the beginning rungs to upper middleclass are the
first to suffer the effects of illegals…your neighborhoods, gang activity, your
tax payments, schools, and most important, your children’s educations and
futures.

Are you just going down with a whimper and let the
“officials” use/abuse you, or are you going to hold the politicians/bureaucrats
feet to the fire and preserve the individual rights of this country?

FOI results reveal armed robbery on behalf of illegals, government, & corporation…the protection racket thrives

Results of Freedom of Information Act requests (FOI):                                  November
13, 2007

1.
Parks & Tourism re: monies spent on Spanish
language advertising…….the response from Parks & Tourism contained 12 ½
pounds of data, and did not include the specifics hoped for.  I have found through experience that if a
large net is not cast the government agencies will obfuscate.

I will say here, and this applies to the
other 3 FOI’s, are works in progress.
The initial response from the P & T Director Richard Davies posed
many more questions than answers.  In
weighing the data received and the questions posed demands a public forum to
address the possibility of state laws being flagrantly violated, conflicts of
interest, and ethical violations.

After pouring through the 12 ½ lbs, I found
it appropriate to speak to Mr. Davies personally.  I explained to him the data I wanted was
absent; namely the amount of money being spent on advertising to Hispanics, the
markets targeted, the reasons for their campaign.  I asked Mr. Davies did he not understand that
he was in violation of state law by advertising in the Spanish language and
well over 51% of his target audience are criminals (illegals)….he did not
disagree.

What was revealed on close examination of
the data was that the agencies, with references to  time spent, production costs, test markets, etc.
are in the process of increasing dramatically.
The last contract P & T signed called for a $30 million increase in
their advertising endeavors. The bottom line conclusion I have reached, this is
a not-so-veiled invitation for illegals to come to Arkansas for
employment.

Facts that did come out of the data.

A. In addition to Parks & Tourism, the
Arkansas State Police are also involved in Spanish speaking ads.

B.
Aristotle and Cranford, Johnson are the 2 ad agencies of choice and
enjoy a no bid monopoly. Both agencies hire an inordinate number of ex-Arkansas
state employees.

C.
It appears the 2 agencies are awarded financial gain from the state and
also receive financial remuneration from the distribution of print and
broadcast media to Spanish outlets, i.e. Univision, La Latina, etc. (That’s receiving
cash, coming and going)

D.
Violation of Ark. State law– English is our official language, passed
in the 80’s, with no apparent means of enforcement, and I feel reasonably sure
was done on purpose.

E.
The data points to Andres Chao, Director of the illegal Mexican
Consulate, being instrumental in directing much of the dialogue and promotions
dealing with Hispanics, through P & T.

This as a direct slap at Arkansas citizens
for our state government to have the audacity to spend taxpayer dollars
directed mostly at an illegal market, i.e. Mexicans and the corporations who
hire—all in violation of U.S.  &
Arkansas’ laws.

It’s worth mentioning again that the
chit-chat between intra & inter agencies memos is indicative that P & T
is committed to spending more of your earnings in what I believe to be
absolutely an illegal operation.
Furthermore, there is a nexus between P & T and a number of other
government & civil entities, which does not bode well for the citizens of
Arkansas.  We will explore these
tentacles in a public forum.

The indicators I have pursued demonstrate
conclusively that citizens have no active part in the affairs of Arkansas state
government due to entrenched career bureaucrats and politicians.  Each of these agencies appear to operate as
private fiefdoms.  In all likelihood more
FOI’s are on the way.

2.
Sebastian County Sheriff Atkinson re:  his personal part & authority for using
taxpayer equipment and personnel to protect 15,000-18,000 illegal Mexicans and
the illegal behavior of Collier Wenderoth & Russ Bragg of OK Foods’ 1-3 day
affair at Ben Geren County Park.   Also
how much taxpayer money was used.

The response from Sheriff Atkinson was a
non-response.  His Chief Deputy Tom
Young, with a curt reply, “no records exist as requested in items 1-5”.

I called Sebastian County Prosecutor Gunner
DeLay and informed him of the response from Atkinson, at which time he
suggested I call County Judge Hudson and determine his participation in the
affair.  On contacting Judge Hudson, his
immediate response was he had no information regarding the 1-3 day OK Food’s
affair, but he would get back in touch.
After a few days and some prodding from Prosecutor DeLay, Judge Hudson
called and sent a copy of OK Foods check for $1,000 made out to the Judge’s
office.

I do not know who paid for the cleanup of
the park and Atkinson’s insolence will not go unnoticed.   He too will be on the agenda for the public
forum.

3.
Arkansas Children’s Hospital: the cost of its
providing a heart transplant to a foreign national, the length of stay, etc.
and if Vicente Fox really gave $200,000 toward that endeavor as he bragged on
Larry King Live.

Response from Sherry Furr, Chief
Counsel of ACH…informed me that ACH is a private, not for Profit Corporation.  Huge revelation.  The 501c3 Corporation, compliments of the
Ark. Legislature, is indeed curious.
Furr states that taxpayers only provide a limited amount of public
funds.

I called Roger Norman, Chief
Accountant for the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and he indicated that
the ACH was privy to other funding from various taxpayer sources.

Question:  the ACH is dependent on physicians from the
Univ. of Ark. Medical Center, which is far and above the most costly aspect of
running a hospital.  Why would the
legislature give a state entity (UAMC) and the ACH, which definitely have
substantial taxpayer dollars involved, the ability to circumvent the
Legislative Joint Auditing Committee and the FOIA?

As each of these FOI’s show in some
depth, government entities through the years, compliments of Governors and
legislatures, have conferred shall we say, immunity, put another way made said
agencies impervious to public inquiry.

Certainly, questions will be asked
why segments of taxpayer supported Univ. of Ark. Agencies are extricated from
citizen purview, and why foreign nationals are afforded healthcare not
available to U.S. citizens.  To be
determined will be the exact amount of funding from hospitals poured into ACH.

4.
Arkansas Dept. of Human Services: the prenatal care
costs, numbers, services, etc. given to illegal alien women.  A brief background on the legislation
advocating prenatal for illegal Mexican women and OTM’s.  Open borders, cheap labor advocate, former
Gov. Mike Huckabee presented a bill to the Ark. State Legislature to confer
free prenatal care to illegals.  Bill
passed by overwhelming majority.

DHS Director Roy Jeffus
estimated the cost per birth would be $1,300.
He predicted the program would cost a maximum of $1.3 million per
yr.  So much for the stupidity of Jeffus
and the dysfunctional state legislature.
The date of the estimation was April, 2004.  The reality was the start up cost for the
program was $4.3 million.  Jeffus and the
legislature failed to factor in the cost of prescriptions, transportation,
translation, social services, etc. etc. and the cost of the Anchor Babies
produced by these nighttime sexual extravaganza’s.  Anchor babies by law can occupy the welfare
trough until 21 yrs of age.

N.W. Arkansas is portrayed as
the economic hot spot in the state.  It
is interesting to note that with almost zero unemployment, Washington &
Benton counties have the largest number of alien pregnant women on free
prenatal care, and concomitantly have the largest illegal Hispanic population.  Why should this be the case?  Some of the wealthiest corporations in the
U.S. are illegally hiring the illegal Hispanic population, i.e. Tyson’s,
George’s, etc.

At the inception of the program
there were 5,832 illegal women enrolled in the program between July 1, 2004
& June 30, 2005 producing 1,097 anchor babies….why so few anchor babies
produced?  These numbers increased from
July 1, 2005 to April 30, 2006 to 8,748 enrolled with 1,601 anchor babies
produced…according to DHS records. These numbers vary from various newspaper
reports and the numbers I received in early October.

The 2 Senators who spearheaded
prenatal care for illegal women were then Senators Beebe (now Governor) and
Moril Harriman (now Tyson lobbyist and currently on Beebe’s staff), coupled
with Gwatney, Bradford, and Ross.

The most recent FOI produces
numbers that tend to be skewed and contradict the numbers mentioned above, e.g.
the numbers of non-qualified alien pregnant women enrolled in the program in
2005 were 2,070, in 2006 were 3,191, in 2007 were 3,479. These latest numbers
show a dramatic  escalation.

Jeffus apparently, from his
initial comments, concluded the number of illegal pregnancies would be a static
number…typical bureaucratic ineptness.  The total program estimated cost from July, 04
to June, 05 was $3,277,350.72…borne on the backs of Arkansas middleclass
taxpayers.  Think, 2007…then think again,
the mass exodus of illegals from Oklahoma & Tennessee and soon to be
Missouri for Arkansas. The Fed pays 80% (that’s us) and the state pays 20%
(that’s us) for these criminal forced redistribution programs.

The information received in this
latest FOI request appears to be fragmentary at best, and the DHS is almost
impervious to inquiring eyes demanding to know the full scope of this
ill-advised at the least and unconstitutional program.

Gov. Beebe last week, Nov. 6,
2007 showed his insolence toward Arkansas citizens by giving his seal of
approval to the Arkansas Friendship Coalition, a seditious group hell bent on
open borders and cheap labor, not only for corporate largesse but for certain
religious orders, and the various government employees.

Citizens we must demand
immediately the Governor shuck his alliance with corporate management, call a
special legislative session,  repeal this
criminally unconstitutional  program
providing free prenatal care for illegals, and a myriad of ancillary services,
and craft laws meting out severe penalties to those entities hiring illegals,
i.e. Tyson’s, Carlyle, George’s, OK Foods, Cargill, etc. etc.

Should Gov. Beebe fail to act on
these critical issues, he should be recalled immediately.

Recall that DHS Director Roy
Jeffus estimated cost per birth would be $1300.
Also remember he failed to include the ongoing myriad of ancillary
services provided for these women and the anchor babies they produced. My
research showed it can be easily proven that each of these pregnancies can cost
taxpayers in the range of $7,500 to $15,000 per birth. Consider additionally
the environmental and health hazards the illegals bring to the table.  The first one comes to mind is the TB carrier,
to TB infection, to TB disease…which was wiped out many years before the
illegal Mexican invasion.

Fax to Ark. Congressman re: votes to increase SCHIPS (for illegal aliens)

Congressmen Boozman, Berry, Ross, Snyder:

Gentlemen:  To
the point—SCHIPS an illegal & politicians dream                                            October 13, 2007

Three of the four of you voted to increase SCHIPS spending
by $35 billion.

I have filed 4 FOI requests in recent days:

To determine numbers, costs to term, cost of ancillary
services, and the numbers of anchor babies produced by illegal alien women by
way of unconstitutional law, namely prenatal healthcare for illegals. Partial
results have been made available to me and they are devastating—a traitorous
attack on middleclass taxpaying Arkansans and funded in the main, by the SCHIPS
program.  Picking up the deficits are
Arkids 1st & Medicaid.
The numbers are escalating exponentially by the month.  The proposed $35 billion increase is nothing
more than a magnet drawing more illegals, which is making this once preeminent
Republic nothing more than a 3rd World dumping ground.

An FOI request to the Ark. Children’s Hospital and
their conduct regarding a heart transplant for a young Mexican national (legal
or illegal?) and the political implications of former Mex. President’s Vicente
Fox’s motivations in this undertaking.
Fox, on Larry King Live on Oct. 9, 2007 stated Mexican illegals did not
partake of U.S. healthcare and claimed he and his wife had raised $200,000 for
a procedure that would in all likelihood would run into millions, this
notwithstanding the 2 months the child spent in a San Antonio hospital.  These services not available to U.S. citizens—a
crime by any standard. Results not available at this time.

FOI request to Sebastian County Sheriff Atkinson on
his legal justification for using county resources (men and equipment) and the
county Ben Geren Park for a regional picnic for 3-5,000 illegal Mexicans &
OTM’s who work for OK Foods, i.e. Collier Wenderoth Jr. & Sr., and Russ
Bragg.   Results not yet available.

FOI request to Ark. State Parks & Tourism
Commission regarding millions of dollars in advertising targeting Hispanics,
women, & Gulf Coast residents…and the language used in these
commercials.  If they are in fact in
Spanish, this is nothing more than a veiled invitation for illegals to come to
Arkansas and work for the criminals, e.g. Tyson’s, George’s, Simmons, Ok Foods,
etc………but gentlemen, you know who they are and that they all have the blessings
of the Chambers of Commerce.

Log on to arkansasfreedom.net
for details of the FOI’s.

The 3 of you who voted for the treasonous increase in
SCHIPS insuring the destruction of middleclass Arkansans specifically, and
American citizens generally. The 3 of you have a constitutional, rule of law
decision to make:  Are you going to
defend the rights and property of U.S. citizen s or are you going to betray
citizens supporting the open borders, cheap labor lobby, coupled with a
perceived traitorous  pandering for votes
& economic one-upsmanship?

Dr. Snyder, I have not had the pleasure of meeting
you,  but Marion & Mike I do know
each of you and cannot believe you are going to put party over the will and
constitution of U.S. citizens.

Congressman Boozman, thank you for your vote in support
of citizens.

Kindest regards,
