“Education” Cabal & illegal aliens

Lies, flagrant violation of U.S. law—compliments of Univ. of Ark. Chancellor G. David Gearhart, Director of Ark. Dept. of Higher Education, Dr. Jim Purcell,  U.S. Senator Mark Pryor, and the DREAM Act.                                                                                                                November 29, 2010

Re: Gearhart and Purcell:

March 30, 2009 an FOIA request was submitted to Chancellor Gearhart regarding his activities from March 20-25, 2009 pertaining to expenses and more specifically his testimony before the Arkansas Legislature and his connection with Arkansas Bill SB 799.  This bill dealt with giving illegal aliens in-state tuition.  Chancellor Gearhart was flown, at taxpayers’ expense in a University of Arkansas airplane, to Little Rock to testify for passage of the bill offered by Senator Joyce Elliot.

Being euphemistic, it is my opinion that Gearhart’s conduct in this matter was a slam in the collective faces of Arkansas citizens.  Firstly, he tramples the Federal Statute 8 USC & its subsections and further maligns ethical, moral positions by advocating for illegals which shreds the Constitution, the rule of law.  Was he not hired to run the U of A for citizens, not as a lobbyist for illegals?  Is he following the edicts of the Arkansas Friendship Coalition in taking such a taxpayer funded position against citizens by protecting the Coalitions’ corporate and organizational interests?  E.g. Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, Stephens, the Catholic Church, ACLU, LULAC.

August 13, 2010 an FOIA request was submitted to Jim Purcell regarding the number of illegal aliens receiving any form of financial help by any state agency.  His response was NONE.

The real questions become, how many illegal Mexicans and OTM’s are in attendance in the University system statewide and what is the source of their funding?

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Nov. 29, 2010 reports that illegal entrant Rafael Arciga was admitted to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville—a violation of the U.S. Constitution and 8 USC which makes it a felony to aid or abet an illegal alien in any way.  Through some curious manner Arciga was granted legal status and graduated from the U of A last spring. Who granted him legal status and what was the source of funding?

The stunner is the fact Arciga is now employed by the U of A and is lobbying in D.C. for the DREAM Act which grants taxpayer funded scholarships to illegal aliens.  Hard-earned taxpayer dollars at work paying for Arciga’s trip and time in order to increase citizen’s burdens in many ways, and further, as a side issue note Gearhart’s palatial residency and inflated salary. From his cirrus vista, I’m sure Gearhart is shedding buckets of crocodile tears for the illegal nesters.  The points being Politicians & bureaucrats have no limits in their economic exploitation of American taxpayers, in this case Arkansans specifically.

Now comes U.S. Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR), a third generation Pryor languishing on the political dole, who smacks the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law right in the kisser.  In typical Pryor fashion he spins the issue of the DREAM Act in the manner which will be pleasantly digested by naïve citizens—economics vs. the Constitution.

Referencing the DREAM Act and Pryor’s position, he said “it is unfair to offer a Benefit to an alien if they have not been paying a full share of state and federal taxes”.  “You can’t sweep it under the rug, these people are here illegally. A lot of them are not paying into the system like they should”.  Pryor’s position is so pathetic and cowardly that he should be laughed out of the state and senate.  I could accept his position if it was Non Compos Mentis, but he is absolutely aware of his traitorous stance in favor of special interests, absent the Constitution, absent the rule of law and absent regard for taxpaying citizens.

The real position of Sen. Pryor on the matter of the illegal Mexican invasions can be identified in one sentence.  When he was Arkansas’ Attorney General, he and/or his wife hired illegal Mexicans for domestic work, as reported by state newspapers.

What action will present Attorney General Dustin McDaniel take regarding these illegal activities?

P.S.  Quote of the year, which demonstrates why our Republic is disintegrating at such a horrific rate, notwithstanding the above:  Senator “Delta Duchess” Lincoln in the same edition of the DG, “the DREAM Act would not reward illegal conduct”.
