Reply to Ark. A.G. re: illegal invasion crisis & officials not enforcing the laws
State of Arkansas
The Attorney General
Dustin McDaniel
Dustin: July
17, 2007
Thanks for responding to my inquiry, which in fact was a
no response. I will not bother you with further missives expressing demands
that you elected officials honor your sworn Constitutional duties. You state
your office has no authority or jurisdiction over the investigation or
enforcement of immigration laws or the status of illegal immigration. And finally
the worn out canard “immigration is primarily under the jurisdiction of the
Federal governmentâ€. You are obviously parroting Gov. Beebe who states that the
illegal Mexican and OTM crisis is a federal responsibility.
So again, let me state the law which you have in your
possession. USC 8, Section 1324c: All
officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make
arrests for violation of any provision of this section. That means ALL city,
county, state, & federal officers.
Why would I want to contact the three congress people,
most particularly the Delta Duchess, asking them to enforce federal law when
they can only be described as Constitutional and judicial criminals?
The state police are yet another example of refusing to
enforce existing laws.
Finally Dustin, your jitterbugging demands that I ask
you, in ten sentences or less, what are the functions, i.e. job description for
the office of Attorney General and how many attorneys are under your
jurisdiction?
Kindest regards,
Joe McCutchen

Fax to Arkansas A.G re: unenforced immigration laws
Attorney General Dustin McDaniel:
Dustin, June
28, 2007
Bush’s treasonous amnesty bill, as you know just went
down in flames. With that said, we
citizens of Arkansas are no longer going to tolerate politicians backing off
their sworn Constitutional duties, i.e. not enforcing immigration laws.
Enclosed you will find the existing immigration laws that
demand enforcement and no one is to be excluded, e.g. Tyson’s, Walton’s et al,
also encompassing illegal aliens.
Governor Beebe has a copy of these laws and was contacted
this last Sunday for the fourth time on his responsibilities.
The illegal/Huckabee/Mexican Consulate ( Article 1,
Section 10 U.S. Constitution) further demands that this criminal enterprise be
shut down immediately and those funding said enterprise be exposed, along with
the politicians and bureaucrats who have channeled taxpayer money into that
warehouse for illegal Mexicans.
I will look forward to hearing your position on these
matters and your intentions. We citizens
are taking back this Republic and we will not tolerate middleclass citizens
being dumped on anymore, i.e. subsidizing government misfeasance and
malfeasance.
Kindest regards,
Joe McCutchen

Fax to Gov. Beebe to uphold laws
Governor
Beebe,
June 23, 2007
Re: Your remarks at the Holiday Inn downtown Fort
Smith 6/22/07 pertaining to illegal immigration. You stated “I’m not
smart enough to figure out what that policy (illegal immigration) ought to
beâ€. Furthermore, you stated “illegal is illegal†and the “hand on the
Bibleâ€, so let us explore your record.
Governor, you are a very bright attorney and your
position on illegal immigration has been topical at best, or shall I say,
political at best?
U.S. Laws are very specific and delegates authority to
all law enforcement agencies across our Republic.
Barbara has faxed copies of the laws on two separate
occasions to your office. First regarding the illegal Mexican Consulate
and then again recently. Whether your office staff presented you with
these laws remains to be seen.
We again are faxing you the laws which deal specifically
with illegal immigration. Perhaps you are waiting to see if the Democrat
leadership, along with the President, give amnesty to 20-30 million illegal
Mexicans and OTM’s, which will certainly give you cover as well as the felons
hiring illegals.
You were the Attorney General and I would expect you to
be intimately knowledgeable in such laws. You let former Gov. Huckabee
skate on the illegal consulate, which is nothing more than a warehouse for
illegals and a means for transitioning them into the workforce, and I am
reminded of our discussions regarding said issue and nothing was done, not even
a tacit inquiry.
Governor, you have all the credentials of being a great
leader but some of the folks you have surrounded yourself with are questionable
at best and our citizens are now more knowledgeable on the illegal invasion and
going to demand you treat this criminal enterprise with more than snow.
In the very near future I may be able to supply you with
a number of Temp. services that are busing in illegals from Mexico, finding
them housing, locating and transporting them to job sites, as well as the names
of those hiring.
Kindest regards,
Joe McCutchen

Officials: Lincoln, Pryor, Beebe,
McDaniel, Boozman, Ross, Berry, Snyder, Stodola, etc., etc.
Please explain to the citizenry
why these laws, in effect for years, have not and are not being enforced.
The laws are being sent over
the country to inform taxpaying citizens of the criminal conduct you “servants
of the people†(yah) are perpetrating against us to keep the cheap slave labor
invading our borders to benefit your corporate sponsors and the Mexican
government with $billions being sent back HOME, and to protect your self-serving,
sorry behinds.
The destruction of our
Constitution, rule of law, and sovereignty obviously mean nothing to you.
Citizens: Federal laws not
enforced—why?

letter challenging Gov. Beebe to uphold our laws & Constitution
Governor Beebe said “If you put your hand on the Bible and
swear to uphold the law and Constitution, then you ought to do itâ€. (Democrat-Gazette 6.23.07)
Former A.G. Beebe was alerted and chose to ignore Huckabee’s
defiance of U.S. Constitutional Article I, Section 10 when Huckabee negotiated
with a foreign government for an illegal Mexican Consulate in Arkansas. Beebe
knows about the stiff laws against hiring, harboring, aiding, transporting
illegals as a felony punishable with fines and years in prison, which applies
to all illegal employers, complicit government programs, law enforcement, and
churches who defy U.S. law.
Where was the Constitution in the trial of Wayne Fincher
which he depended upon for his defense and it was not allowed into the
courtroom, nor was the jury allowed to hear his defense, so much for the law
and the Constitution, Governor Beebe and Judge Hendren. While citizen patriots
rot in prison, the corrupt system marches backward into chaos, anarchy, and
into a police state ruling over us peons and answering to the ruling elites.
Beebe and other government apparatchiks mouth platitudes
hoping to placate while they run roughshod over our rule of law to satisfy
their corporate benefactors who lust for slave labor with impunity.
So when can we expect the Governor to uphold the laws and
Constitution of which he speaks?
Don’t hold your breath citizens…we’ve been sold out lock,
stock, and barrel to benefit the elites. Exploitation is now all they know. Go to arkansasfreedom.net

Radio ad campaign for May against amnesty
Folks, if the Amnesty travesty passes our country/culture is gone…in our opinion. These radio ads were cut today and will run today and tomorrow for sure and longer if necessary…in central & western Arkansas. The object is to inform the citizens and put pressure on our senators NOT to vote for amnesty/guestworker. There are other ads which we will run and share with you soon.
Lincoln/Pryor
Senators Lincoln & Pryor are
shills for open-borders, cheap labor Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, etc. Voted for Social
Security for illegals, voted against funding the border fence, voted to vastly
increase legal immigration. Will they continue their treasonous votes by
supporting Bush’s comprehensive amnesty legislation for up to 30 million
illegals? Middleclass citizens,
particularly blacks, are victimized by the criminal alliance between government
and corporations. Demand Lincoln and
Pryor state their amnesty position now.

Gutless
It’s time for our two gutless U.S. Senators Pryor
and Lincoln to step into the public arena and defend their treasonous votes on
catering to open border cheap labor corporations likeTyson’s & Wal-Mart, and the Mexican government, bent on
destruction of middleclass Arkansans, particularly African-Americans. Senators, step into the sunshine, tell
Arkansas citizens your position on Bush’s amnesty program for 20-30 million
illegal aliens . Log on Arkansasfreedom.com.

Empty Suits
Our two empty-suit Senators Lincoln and Pryor have sold-out
middleclass Arkansans lock, stock,
and barrel, along with Huckabee, Beebe, Jegley, Stodola, and
others. They
sold out to companies like Wal-Mart, Tyson’s, Chambers of
Commerce and are engaged in
destroying middleclass standard of living. Citizens, we are at the mercy of a shadow

It is only rational to be “Anti-Government”.
“STRUGGLE
FOR FREEDOM.†FROM WHAT?
Being the host of a radio talk show is a lot of fun. I get all kinds of compliments. Especially from those who disagree with me.
According to those on the political left, I am the worst kind
of human being there is. In their
parlance I’m a right-wing, Christian conservative neanderthaloid. And worse
than that, I’m one of those “anti-government typesâ€. Well, three out of four ain’t bad. (My knuckles won’t quite reach to the
ground.)
Am I a right-winger?
Yes, as long as there are left-wingers. Am I Christian conservative?
Guilty. Am I anti-government? Proudly!
Let me explain.
Government, in the mind of any right thinking person is
evil. It is in some cases a necessary
evil but still evil. Government by
definition exists for the sole reason of control over the individual.
How many times have you read or heard the phrase “man’s
struggle for freedom Most history
books will advance this quest as being the driving force behind man’s entire
story. Today, thanks to our
pro-government cultists, that struggle continues. As an example of this, look to the current
invasion of our own country by law breaking elements of other countries. When the question is asked, “why do these
people risk their lives and willingly break the law to do this?†the answer is
always the same. They want freedom.
If man’s history, then, is a constant struggle for freedom,
the obvious question is; freedom from what?
The answer is, of course, government.
Being “anti-government†is man’s story. Freedom of speech? You’ve got that unless some government limits
it. Freedom of religion? You’ve got that unless some government limits
it. Right to privacy? You’ve got that unless some government limits
it. Freedom to think? You’ve got that
unless some government limits it.
If all of this sounds kind of familiar, it should. The Constitution of the
the greatest document ever conceived by man, was written for one reason. And that reason was to recognize government
for the evil it is and limit it’s evil-doing.
That’s right. Our Constitution
is anti-government!
H. L Mencken, to many a cynic but to me a philosopher, once
said: “The ideal government of all reflective men, from Aristotle onward, is one
which lets the individual alone – one which barely escapes being no government
at all.â€
Now, I recognize that people are not perfect; and if left to
their own devices people will inevitably seek power over others. We need some form of “governance†to protect
us from one another. But government is
made up of people; people with the same imperfections. And therein lies the quandary. If there is anything worse that a conniving,
self-serving, power seeking individual, it is a conniving, self-serving, power
seeking gang.
Government consists of people just like you and me. They have no special talent for the business
of governing. They are nothing more than
a gang. They are, therefore, capable of
nothing but group-think and by extension are the enemy of the individual. Like any gang they like to stick together, to
“belong†and to stay a member. The only thing they are real good at is getting
office and then holding office.
A professional “governor†is, in my opinion, a discreditable
person; a person who will do or say anything to stay a member of the gang and
is so willing to “sell†his loyalties that he becomes no better than a common
street hustler.
The tendency then is for government to grow progressively
more collective. To them we are a rival
gang. And to remind them of their
constitutional limits is to trespass onto their turf. Government always ends up being an “us
against them†collective and exists despite the individual instead of for the
individual. It inevitably then grows
worse and exists for its own satisfaction and against the ambitions of those
who pay for it.
H. L. Mencken made another statement about the individual
verses the collectivists: “The notion
that a radical is one who hates his country is naïve and usually idiotic. He is, more likely, one who likes his country
more than the rest of us, and is thus more disturbed than the rest of us when
he sees it debauched. He is not a bad
citizen turning to crime; he is a good citizen driven to despair.â€
Do I love my country?
No. Do I believe in “my country,
right or wrong God forbid. Am I a patriot? Yes.
To me a patriot or one who is patriotic is a person who believes not in
just his country, but what his country stands
for. And my country stands for
individual freedom. Or at least it was
created for that reason…..back when we were free.
Yes, I am proudly anti-government. Yes, I hold the Constitution to be
sacred. You may call me a radical. You may call me an extremist. You may call me a zealot. You may call me dangerous to today’s
political correctness. That’s up to you.
But I insist that you call me anti-government.

New radio ad campaign re: illegal Mexican Consulate
Citizens: this is
to inform you that there will be a 2 ½ day radio campaign in Little Rock
exposing the criminality of the opening of the new Mexican Consulate on April
25th. We will expose the
criminal behavior of former Gov. Huckabee, Gov. Mike Beebe, L.R. Mayor Stodola,
and others. Senators Pryor and Lincoln
will not be overlooked.
Also included are the absurdities and lies put out by
Harding College in a press release on their website alerting students and
public of a speaking engagement for ex-president of Mexico, Vicente Fox on
April 26th. Fox will also be
the headliner at the Consulate opening the day before.
This is an egregious and wholesale sell-out by all
Arkansas’ elected and unelected officials for the benefit of corporations such
as Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, et al. and to grow government programs, while saddling
middleclass Arkansans with the cost of illegal aliens’ education, welfare,
healthcare, and penal costs…..ad
infinitum.
The days of “Republican vs. Democratâ€, “conservative vs.
liberal†are over. They have morphed into
a single amorphous mass of shame and crime.
The 10 radio spots have been written, produced, recorded,
and canned and will appear on arkansasfreedom.net along with the stations airing this
campaign. At this point we contemplate
running on 2 Little Rock stations for our 2 ½ day campaign and will not be
Politically Correct and is documented through Freedom of Information.

Another self-serving Governor
Twenty-five plus years in the taxpayers’ trough and Governor Beebe has not learned the art of camouflage. On the other hand, he is an expert in passing responsibility to others as he stealthfully makes his wishes known.
I speak specifically of the taxpayers’ airplane, a 1982 King Air twin turboprop. The plane is approaching the time for a major overhaul, thanks to former governor Huckabee’s abuse.
Governor, Central or some other GA business should make that determination. It is wrong for you, as well as past and future governors to use the state’s airplane for personal and political reasons. Charter a plane and you pay. Cleanliness is next to godliness.
I’m a fifty year pilot and own planes that are vintage “60’s. Maintain the aircraft and they will fly forever. Return the $3 million back to the taxpayers.
Governor, I have not forgotten the illegal Mexican Consulate, have you?
