It has long been accepted that the Mexican Anomaly was appointed Director of Rehabilitation Services as a political payoff…for what follows. 

The Mexican Anomaly now appears to be involved in state malfeasance, misfeasance and incompetence regarding documentation errors, a $20,431.00 shortage, improperly recorded payables and receivables, competitive bids not taken on purchases, e.g. $77,000 worth of furniture, etc. etc.  

Back in the day when Mike Beebe was A.G. and Mike Huckabee was governor some unconstitutional and illegal acts occurred. As some may recall Huckabee had an unholy alliance with then Mexican President Vicente Fox to bring a Mexican Consulate to Little Rock.  Huckabee ran this operation for the most part in stealth & secrecy. It was said the legislature was oblivious to his transgressions, save perhaps for two members. His bag boy was the Mexican Anomaly.   Remember, Beebe the A.G, i.e. the alleged chief law enforcement for the state of Arkansas had no stated concerns pertaining to Huckabee’s unconstitutional acts which violated Article I, Section X of the U.S. Constitution which states in part, no state shall, without the consent of congress enter into any agreement or Compact with another state or with a foreign power. The Constitution was rolled over and spit upon by the aforementioned two.

The Mexican Anomaly, Robert Trevino, former president of LULAC (an anti-American, pro illegal alien outfit) was Huckabee’s accomplice and enabler in bringing a Mexican Consulate to Little Rock which currently serves as a clearing-house and distribution center for illegals aided & abetted by the Catholic Church & other religious orders.

Fox communicated to Huckabee that the Mexican government did not have the funding for the Consulate; that being the case the following occurred:

An FOIA was filed in the name of Robert Trevino to make some factual determinations. It was revealed that an Arkansas “Consortium” (perhaps the Arkansas Friendship Coalition) agreed to pay the expenses incurred by the Consulate for 3 years with an option for 3 more. One of the specific questions asked in the FOIA was who were the names involved in the Arkansas Consortium?  While my attorney and I were in Trevino’s office to receive the information requested in the FOIA Trevino redacted the names of those subsidizing the Consulate. As a side bar, the benevolent preacher/politician Huckabee emailed me and stated in a brusque manner, if I wanted the information in the FOIA I would have to motor to Little Rock and pick it up.

It was also determined that Mexican lawyers were officing in a state owned building using state employees for secretarial work. It should be noted here that the state and the city of Little Rock also awarded substantial amounts of taxpayers’ cash to the embryonic unconstitutional Mexican Consulate.

Members of the Ark. State legislature, both houses, should pay closer attention to what has happened and is happening in Arkansas state government.  Think if you will, how many billions of hard-earned taxpayer’s monies have been spent in serving up the unconstitutional demands of the 200,000+  illegal Mexicans and OTM’s residing in Arkansas. Governor Beebe is on record saying he has no idea how much illegals are costing citizens…and frankly he couldn’t care less as he pursues the goal of putting another quarter million illegals & terminal whiners on the backs of producers at the urging of the Marxist President Barack Obama.

The Arkansas state government can best be described as made up of self-servers steeped in Political Correctness—our downfall.

$16+ Trillion national debt, $75-100 Trillion unfunded mandates, Social Security, Medicare, & guess what…MEDICAID!  What money, Mr. Brummett?

Gov. Beebe, in addition to conferring instant welfare for one quarter million Arkansas residents, goes on to state that these hordes will be on welfare for life.  No mention how many illegal Mexicans, OTM’s and deadbeats will be in the trough.

This one I really am enamored with: Gov. Beebe has extracted a written assurance from the federal government that a state government could opt into the Medicaid expansion for a while then opt out.  Why sure, Governor.

It is noted in your piece that you use the word WE 12 times.  Tell me Mr. Brummett, who is WE?

Marxist regimes always fail, but only after they destroy the host—in this case the republic of the United States of America. OBSERVE!

The Economic Nosedive to the Abyss is almost Complete.        September 12, 2012

Economic atrocities continue to be launched at Arkansas citizens, this time by UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran & Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe.

 In the first case, Chancellor Beran in his grand bloviating style posed some questions to an “Advisory Board”.   “Where are we going to put a dorm?” “Where are we going to put a new building?” “We have to get some professional advice”.

Why did Beran ask the Advisory Board at its regular meeting the aforementioned questions?  The deal has already been cut. Beran revealed that a $350,000 award had been made with architectural and planning groups…from Rogers, Arkansas, to Michigan, to Colorado. No local flavor? Spending other people’s money is the easiest job in the world and Beran & friends have developed it into a fine art.  They never give thought as to the funding source, i.e. producers, nor do they care.

Anyone who believes educational cabals are not awash in taxpayer funding while our national debt is $16 Trillion & growing, accompanied by $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates is a fool.  All alleged education enterprises are unholy government/private alliances, steeped in failure, while their main achievements are growing government and enhancing their government protection rackets.

Citizens elect and appoint official Boards to watch over and protect the wishes and legitimate needs of citizens, this has proved not to be the case, e.g. Fort Smith School Board, UAFS Board, and City Directors…most if not all are firstly propelling their own private interests.  You surely don’t believe that they are that enthralled with “ouch” public service, do you?
Politicians, and in this case bureaucrat Beran, are busily driving economic stakes into the hearts of the producers!

Fast forward to our 30 year Public Servant, Obama loving Gov. Beebe.

It is simply beyond breathtaking that this man comes out fore square and is willing to put One Quarter of a million more Arkansas residents on welfare. Following that treasonous position he creates another add-on…”I don’t think that it’s very likely that once we extend Medicaid to all those people (notice he did not say citizens) that we will take it away”.  WELFARE FOR LIFE!  AND OH YES, IT’S FOR VOTES. HOW MANY ILLEGAL MEXICANS & OTM’S ARE INCLUDED IN THE QUARTER MILLION?

More vintage statements echoed by Beebe to ingratiate himself to the masses…examples: “I’m for it”. “Folks that don’t have insurance now are out there working their tails off”.   “They’re not just sitting on a couch somewhere just asking for something”.   “They’re working”.  Governor, these are bald-faced lies, you have NO idea who they are or what they are doing.

Citizens, I’ve already said it and will say again, if your trust is in politicians or bureaucrats…you are fools.

Who’s promoting the Medicaid (Welfare) Expansion?                August 16, 2012

Is it a small business owner? Is it the factory worker? Certainly not. 

Who proposed adding 250,000 more illegal aliens and deadbeat Arkansans to Medicaid?
I gaze down at a newspaper photo that identifies 3 Big Government types—Andy Allison, State Welfare Director; Surgeon General Joe Thompson; and Insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford.  Is Bradford the same guy who moved back and forth between Pine Bluff & Whitehall to escape term limits?  Does he own an insurance company doing “state business”? (Like my good friend Percy Malone?)  Certainly these 3 are going to promote welfare expansion, they all will benefit, directly or indirectly.

Have any of you legislative juggernauts and/or government types ever questioned productive citizens who are paying for all this grand theft to see if they approve of said theft?  Additionally, have any of you ever discussed a cutoff date for dispensing the unconstitutional and ill-gotten welfare largesse, or are you willing to kill the Golden Goose?
Allison and DHS made 3 bombastic statements.

1.    Allison told a Medicaid panel, “Expansion would provide healthcare coverage to a large portion of Arkansans who cannot now afford health insurance (your proof?), with most of the cost paid for by the federal government”.   Spoken like a true parasitic bureaucrat and where the hell does Allison think the federal government gets the money? Pols like to call this “free” money.
2.    Allison goes on to say “I personally believe we have the obligation to help the poor…..”  Who is we, Allison?  And what is my obligation to your faux generosity?
3.    The State Department of Human Services has estimated that with the influx of federal dollars the state would see a net savings of over $372 million in a few years.  Same mentality as Allison. I reiterate to the fools in the DHS, where do you think the millions come from?
Do any of you legislative juggernauts know what percentage of Arkansas’ total population are on some sort of welfare check and do you know how many illegals are slopping at the welfare trough, and do you care? Does oversight and generational welfare ever come into play in your conversations?

While the nation and state are sinking like a stone you clowns add more sinking weight, so by all means dance to the music provided by the aforementioned Three Stooges. 

But what can we expect from legislators, but not limited to, who engage in nepotism?

MAKERS UNDER ANOTHER SIEGE BY THE TAKERS: THIS TIME BY ANOTHER VOLCANIC EXPLOSION BY THE WELFARE CLASS KNOWN AS WELFARE ELITES.                July 31, 2012

Politicians & bureaucrats have hit on Producers for such an extended period of time, absent accountability, they no longer consider the Producers as anything but money-generating vassals. Unfortunately there are residents & citizens in the 50% arena that pay no income taxes; therefore why should they care as long as their monthly check or checks arrive on time?  A novel idea to weed out the deadbeat generational no work recipients would be to implement Means-Testing.

The Government School System, formerly known as the Public School System, accompanied by the so-called “Higher Education” cabal, i.e. colleges & universities, are in all likelihood the most corrupt, wasteful, inefficient, failed entity that has come to pass in American society.   Remember, Funding Follows Failure.  Close examination reveals that the magnitude of corruption in the Government School System is breathtaking.

The unabated invasion of millions of 3rd World legal and illegal aliens has all but broken the backs of the educational institutions that formerly served our Republic so well, but out of abject fear of administrators & higher-ups, teachers never question the destructive course being administered by the establishment.  The ruling elements of government at all levels, for votes, cheap labor, expansion, & Political Correctness have made the Founding population a minority in 2 states and that number will be expanded within 3 years to other states and effectively dissolve the Republican Party.  Question: Are there any of these 3rd World hordes capable of generating the revenues and technological advancements that the Founding stock now produces which undergird our rogue governments?  There is no evidence that this can or will occur, e.g. the story of the Golden Goose.

The 7/28/12 edition of the Times Record featured a picture of a Fort Smith government school teacher and underscoring the photo the T.R. stated that a total of 88 new certified staff members (?) have been hired so far for the upcoming school year.  The Times Record did not report what the 88 new hires would be doing or if a justified necessity exists. Note the phrase “so far”.   The 88 new hires will easily cost American citizen taxpayers in the neighborhood of $600,000 per year. More government expansion and less citizen control.  This again demonstrates arrogance and grand theft with no apologies.  Where is the faux School Board? Understand, there are at least 2 classes of welfare, one that receives no work unearned largesse and the other who receives largesse and protection for their expanding government job positions, i.e. the welfare elites.

Couple this with the recent announcement that Fort Smith School Superintendent Dr. Benny Gooden has just launched a yearlong whirlwind safari to Washington, DC and all points north, south, east & west.  He of course, in his year long absence will be drawing his full salary and will also be paid, who knows how much, for his public service union lobbying activities as President of the 14,000 member organization named The American Association of School Administrators. Governor Mike Beebe and members of the Fort Smith School Board (save one) have also spent taxpayer money in the D.C. celebration of Gooden’s immoral & unethical engorgement…….had he taken a year’s leave of absence without his exorbitant salary & perks, it would be more palatable.
 
And not a peep from the taxpaying citizens who have been duped into believing education is a “Sacred Cow” and those individuals elected to secure our rights and property, i.e.–money.  On the heels of Gooden’s expeditions, it is revealed that there is to be an additional $137 Million increase in annual state funding to Arkansas’ public colleges and universities next year—so why the huge increases in tuition? This announcement was made by the illegally hired, unqualified Commissioner of Higher education, Shane Broadway.   In the same breath Beebe is promoting his idea to add 250,000 more souls to Arkansas welfare rolls which will equate to well over a million receiving no-work welfare in Arkansas (citizens & illegals…this shakes out to be 40% of the state’s less than 3 million population). Couple that percent with the welfare elites who are also receiving taxpayer subsidized checks; therefore 60% of the state in all likelihood is receiving taxpayer funds,   while admitting to a 2013 $390 Million Medicaid shortfall.  Beebe exclaims, through a federal exchange program the feds will help makeup the “shortfall” for the first 3 years.  Where the hell does Beebe think the federal government gets money??? Note, again the ever-expanding elite welfare class—government workers—are not included in the official government statistics of 1+ million generational welfare addicts.

Now you know why Gov. Beebe is so “popular”, he is the embodiment and darling of the TAKERS and a Marxist & disciple of Obama.

Have you ever seen a politician or bureaucrat at any level introduce a plan to terminate the fiscal insanity that has engulfed our republic and created a $16 TRILLION national debt and $75-100 Trillion in unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid)?  Corruption abounds in all government, unabated, by the very people we elect & hire to preserve Western Civilization, heritage & prosperity.  Of course, all the destruction is by design and what has been written here is a mere microcosm.

Two words have shown themselves to be the most potent enemy of a free society—Political Correctness—Observe.

Citizens are you going to sit on your fat, smug asses and allow the Founders dreams to be destroyed without a whimper?  It certainly appears so, and freedom will never come again for thousands of years, if then.

The wholesale corruption in Arkansas state government has run amuck.  Definition of corruption…putrid; infected or tainted; depraved or debased.        July 19, 2012

For those who may have read, I admonished each of you that you are about to destroy the last vestiges of the best healthcare system in the world. 

We have a president and a Democrat party base that have foisted upon American people a system of healthcare that is impossible to pay for,  one that is steeped in healthcare rationing, numerous hints of death panels, and 21 new tax hikes.

The Obama “Affordable Care Act” (sic) is a nation killing piece of legislation and if carried out to its maximum potential will utterly destroy what’s left of the once preeminent republic of the USA.

Gov. Mike Beebe is quoted as saying “he is leaning more heavily toward expanding the state Medicaid program in light of projections that increased federal spending would mostly negate the state’s expenses”.  A preposterous statement.

The governor is more than willing to continue his criminal activities, one of which is stealing money, expanding the size of government, and creating more dependency on government.  Gov. Beebe has publicly stated he had no idea how much money and other entitlements that illegal aliens are consuming, while his administration has expanded the size of the illegal alien magnet.   During Beebe’s tenure as governor he has increased the size of Arkansas state government by 4,000 new positions and in these perilous economic times recently awarded state employees 1, 2, 3% pay increases.  The arrogance of this palooka, the citizens who subsidize the corrupt Arkansas state government are struggling mightily and he has the audacity to give cost of living pay raises to government employees. 

Who came up with magic number of 250,000 more individuals into the welfare trough, and how many of the 250,000 are illegal aliens?  And what is the basis for the 250,000?
Beebe is quoted as saying “legislators need to consider what is best for Arkansas regardless of their feelings about the federal law”.   Governor, federal law is precisely what they should base their “feelings” on.   Marxist Communism has never succeeded. By the way, why did you say “what’s best for Arkansas” and not what is best for citizens…and I emphasize Citizens.
Beebe follows up with the statement “We’re going to pay those same taxes as Arkansans to the federal government”.  Who is “we” governor?  The governor then uses the age-old political canard without regard for morality or ethics stating “Do we let New York take it, and California take it, and Florida take it, and whoever, and tell our people NO?”   Yes governor, that is precisely what you do.  May I remind you our nation presently owes $16 TRILLION?  Where does the welfare scam end?  And why are you not speaking of the illegal alien invasion consuming our state’s resources, e.g. all but destroyed the public schools, healthcare, ad infinitum.

State Representative Uvalde Lindsey who hails from the Communist city of Fayetteville said “DHS’s numbers will need to be studied, but call them ‘heartening’”. Lindsey goes on to say “It’s the right thing to do to expand Medicaid to cover more folks”.   Spoken like a true Parasitic Bureaucratic Communist. Bet he’s a buddy with fellow traveller, G. David Gearhart.

Learning how to say no and taking command of the ship is not difficult.

The United States is rapidly being taken over by a Communist regime headed by President Barack Obama, a Marxist Communist who knows precisely what he is doing.

LEARNING HOW TO SAY NO & TAKING COMMAND OF THE SHIP IS NOT DIFFICULT.   July 14, 2012

Something you ladies & gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature have not learned and by your actions are about to destroy one of the great tenants of our former preeminent republic.
You are following the edicts of a 30 year career politician Gov. Mike Beebe and an overstepping Department of Human Services Director John Selig dismembering what is left of the best healthcare system in the history of man—THE FEE FOR SERVICE CONCEPT WHICH ALLOWED PATIENTS TO SELECT THEIR PHYSICIANS ,CREATED A COMPETETIVE ENVIRONMENT AND ALLOWED FOR REASONABLE PRICES—THE AMERICAN WAY.  By your actions you are relegating citizens to a system which the majority despises and you are using force to accomplish the goal.

I admonish each of you to look at the destruction of our healthcare system since the federal government, with state governments tagging along, took over the practice of medicine.
You have and are partly responsible for the bankrupting of our republic. A current example is putting another 250,000 people into the corrupt welfare trough, and how many of these are illegals—more criminal corruption.

There appears to be no one in a leadership capacity that has the courage to defend what is left of our former superb healthcare system.  Couple this with the faux president and his Marxist/Communist agenda.

Can any one of you disregard your self-serving activities and say NO to Gov. Beebe & Director Selig?  Do you not understand that you are the ones elected by the people and have the legislative authority to override the governor and fire the Socialist Selig?

These monies you are dispensing are stolen and without the permission of citizens.
One last point—we have thousands of illegal aliens sapping all of our “social” programs at the expense of American citizens, and more particular, stealing the minds of American kids e.g. the corruption in the public school system,  and only one of your numbers has dared to stand and confront your thievery and unconstitutional behavior.

You would be hailed as heroes if you stood up to the forces which are destroying our republic!

The enclosed data was obtained through an FOIA directed to the attention of University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart.

 

The purpose of the FOIA was to garner information regarding a public symposium which featured 5 illegal aliens from 4 states.

 

I am in receipt of 379 pages, less protected government communications.

 

This affair, which I deem to be illegal, featured numerous public employees including emissaries of the governor of the state of Arkansas, in addition to Chancellor Gearhart who participated in the wanton production, while making Arkansas citizens look like fools.

 

I am enclosing some of what I consider to be the more egregious violations of U.S. law and Arkansas law.

 

Obviously this illegality occurred in your district and under your watch.  I would appreciate knowing your legal position on the event.

The response to an FOIA.                                                                         May 14, 2012

Incremental Amnesty presented by the Arkansas state government, bordering on roguery.

The illegal affair, parading 5 illegal Hispanics with national fanfare on the night of April 23, 2012 at the Fayetteville Town Center, intended for amnesty indoctrination.

Governor Mike Beebe’s office was privy to the unlawful affair and it was produced and directed by the Chancellor of the Univ. of Ark (Fayetteville campus) G David Gearhart and enabled by the Arkansas State House, with one exception, Honorable Representative Jon Hubbard.

The unlawful act was commissioned well in advance of it being carried out and produced a fragmented national audience.  Commissioning of this crime before its occurrence was a slap in the face of every legal Arkansan and American.   Beebe and Gearhart showed their utter contempt for American citizens and the rule of law.

Hussman and Stephens Media were and are silent on the affair. Why?

Some of the facts produced by an FOIA will be introduced shortly.  Understand that politicians and bureaucrats have taken the teeth out of much of what the Freedom of Information Act intended, providing protection for politicians, bureaucrats and other government employees.   For example, in one of the universities electronic messages, U. of A. attorney T. Scott Varady said that there were a number of records that constitute “education records” under FOIA, as defined by the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act, and/or, therefore exempt.   Varady went on to state “other documents evidencing payment of expenses, costs, or other amounts by the State of Arkansas and/or Univ. of Ark. that were part of, or incidental to, the symposium.”  Therefore; the FOIA in no way gave a detailed accounting of the unlawful activities that went on before, during, and after their affair.

Attorney Varady stated that private (non-taxpayer) funds were used to pay for the cost of the event.  Varady stated the cost of the event was $53,570.84. Attorney Varady fails to mention that the Univ. of Ark. used state owned facilities, equipment, supplies, university personnel and policing entities, to name a few involved in the production of the event, including Chancellor of U of A and his many assistants.

In the 379 pages received re the FOI it was indeed pleasing to read the dozens of letters sent to Chancellor Gearhart demanding he withdraw the proposed unlawful activity…others begging him to reconsider and so on.   The few congratulatory letters to Gearhart were from his own faculty and a few Hispanic schools across the nation.

There is evidence that there is collusion between the U of A Fayetteville campus, U. of A. Little Rock, and the Clinton School of Public Service at Little Rock and Fayetteville promoting open borders and amnesty.

Arkansas Governor Beebe has always been for open borders both nationally and statewide with the worn out canard…it’s a federal problem”.  His lack of positive leadership in the matter of illegal immigration demonstrates his nexus with corporations and government with no regard for his Arkansas citizen constituents and the horrific burdens…financial, educational, penal, etc. he is placing on our backs. He magnified his unlawful position by delegating Gearhart and his minions to give birth to such an arrogant, in-your-face production re: the “woes” of 5 illegals.   Beebe sent 2 of his Assistants to the meeting…Sericia Cole & France Mett Herrera.  Who paid? 

For every letter Gearhart received condemning the scurrilous production and those few who applauded, he sent one of two form letters using University time, University personnel and University stationary under the names of Gearhart or John Diamond, Asst. Vice Chancellor.

In prepping for the spectacle, Chancellor Gearhart, pushing for emotion, stated time and again, the 5 young “undocumented, living in the shadows, taking significant risk showing up on public panel”.  Gearhart continued by stating “their undocumented immigration status makes travel within the U.S. difficult and risky and their ability to work legally”. 

Gearhart is either totally out of touch with reality or a liar.   American law enforcement, all branches, are admonished not to arrest illegals unless for a violent crime, compliments of President Barack Hussein Obama.  A news agency asked Gearhart how many police were at the symposium and what branches…no response. It is known that the Univ. of Ark. policing agency and the Ark. State police were present.  It is ironic that the 2 policing agencies refused to uphold their sworn constitutional duties by arresting the 5 illegal Hispanics and Chancellor Gearhart & friends at this wholly unlawful event. Here two branches of Ark. government are in violation of U.S. law with the police protecting the violators…and where was ICE?  Perhaps it was ICE hiding in the shadows, the illegals certainly weren’t.

Chancellor Gearhart opined “we are an education institution and have the responsibility to inform the public of political and social issues”.   Since when and by what authority? If the Chancellor believes the university has the obligation to bloviate on social & political issues, why was this spectacle not held in one of the many university facilities?  He knew very well what he was doing was not a legitimate endeavor.

Gearhart stated—“No one should be afraid or opposed to hearing both sides of an issue”.  To the Chancellor, there is only one side to this issue, i.e. U.S. law has been broken, not only by the 5 illegal aliens, but by you personally and by Gov. Beebe.   You and Beebe and a host of others have flouted U.S. law and an Arkansas statute with impunity.

Numerous University professors were actively involved in this illegal, unconstitutional affair…too numerous to mention all.  However, here are some of the more prominent names.

  1. Stacy Leeds—Dean of the U of A School of Law (is this not an oxymoron?)  Leeds is paid a hefty salary, allegedly to teach the rule of law to university students, while at the same time advocating the breaking of U.S. law, specifically 8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.  Dean Leeds sent a note to Gearhart, “Hey Boss, proud to be on your team. You made us very proud this evening—well done.”  (By the way Dean, I have been under the impression that it is the citizens’ team.)
  2. Gearhart to Leeds…”You are a big part of its success”.
  3. Gearhart thanked Michael Dodd and the Associated Student Government for helping to promote the affair…..  Using students to promulgate crime?
  4. Gearhart also asked “several members of the General Assembly and other elected officials to stand up so they could be thanked”  (We have not been able to secure all the names of the elected & hired officials who showed up for this exhibition, however we do have a few names of those present).
  5. Mike Poore (not elected) Bentonville School Superintendent. He stated he sued the Dept. of Education in Colorado in order to get a 5th year extension for minority students. 
  6. Rep. Nate Bell, Mena.   Rep Bell initially received no invitation and was heartbroken and through a number of communications with Gearhart he and his wife received invitations.
  7. Rep. Johnnie Roebuck, Arkadelphia, retired educator (wouldn’t you know it?)
  8. Rep. Linda Tyler, Conway, called Gearhart “courageous”.  Does “courageous” mean she knew he was breaking the law?
  9. Two very intriguing statements from Bob McMath, Prof of History U of A, and Dean of Honors College.  Chancellor Gearhart told Bob, “I will never forget you said ‘pay the differential in in-state/out of state for those in the pipeline”.  The statement cries out for a dissection—again, who pays and who are those “in the pipeline”?  From McMath to Gearhart “YOUR neck was on the line”.  Does this statement not testify to the criminality of the symposium featuring Illegal Aliens?
  10. Skip Rutherford—Dean of Clinton School of Public Service and no doubt the nexus between Beebe and Gearhart.  Rutherford exclaimed in an email to Gearhart “I am proud of you and the U. of A. “…Which means the Univ. of Ark. is squarely involved in promoting illegal immigration.

The state of Arkansas’ political and academic systems (one in the same) is a corrupted web and permeates every part of our state. The Constitution and rule of law are savaged with impunity.

Governor Mike Beebe must be impeached, Chancellor G. David Gearhart fired and every member of the state legislature censured as enablers of this crime, with one exception the Honorable Rep. Jon Hubbard.

Let’s be very clear, illegals are here for a multiple of exploitation reasons…aliens for welfare handouts & work, employers for cheap under the table laborers, churches for parishioners & funding, government schools for the funding, government agencies for expansion & funding, and politically correct ideologues for the damage they do to the culture and heritage.

What is the significance of April 23, 2012?

Monday evening 7:30 PM at the Fayetteville Town Center University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart will openly flout U.S. statute 8 USC, Section 1324a, which states…any person who knowingly hires, harbors or transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail plus $2,000 fine per illegal alien.

There can be no more blatant public violation than what Chancellor Gearhart is perpetrating.
He is in the process of bringing to the Town Center 5 illegal aliens, 2 grew up in Arkansas the other 3 in Mass., N.Y., & VA. 

To commit such an in-your-face public crime it is obvious that Gov. Mike Beebe, the Arkansas State Police, ICE and others are sanctioning & enabling the crime. Why?
Chancellor Gearhart is violating every portion of 1324a…hiring, harboring & transporting illegal aliens.  Are the taxpayers paying for the commission of this crime?

Section 1324c…all officers whose duty is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this section.   It appears that the Arkansas State Police, ICE, and other state & federal agencies are complicit in this crime to be. “No local ordinance, rule or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section. (Affirmed Southern District Court of NY, U.S. vs. Rudy Giuliani, 1996)”

Is it this kind of conduct that the Univ. of Ark. School of Law teaches?  A willful violation of the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, and the destruction of our sovereignty?
Chancellor Gearhart’s conduct and that of his enablers is not only unlawful but appalling in the extreme.

Incidentally, Chancellor Gearhart has used taxpayer facilities & equipment in other nefarious pursuits on behalf of illegal aliens.

GOVERNOR MIKE BEEBE—WE AIN’T GOT NO MONEY AND THE CONTINUING EFFORTS TO DISMANTLE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION BY THE ARKANSAS LEGISLATURE    February 24, 2012

A $4.7 Billion Budget & No Fat???  Of course, Gov. Beebe and his backroom boys built this unconstitutional monstrosity which is loaded with FAT.

Beebe claims any cuts in this attack on taxpayers would mean some state employees would have to be laid off—what a shame.  During the governor’s tenure he has added in the neighborhood of 4,000 new state jobs (make that “positions”).  Very little challenge from the alleged conservative Republican wing of state government. That’s called “playing it safe” and a “protection racket”.

What’s glaring and should be an affront to every Arkansas taxpaying citizen is the $100 million + increase in the vulgar Medicaid program. Medicaid is grand theft in broad daylight.  Why is this?  Unemployment has increased about 3/10 of one percent statewide in the last 2 years.

What has precipitated the massive increase in Medicaid welfare?  How about the tens of thousands of criminal illegal Mexicans & OTM’s invading our state yearly, coupled with other Hispanics. Beebe states illegal immigration is a federal responsibility, which means he and most other governors don’t have the guts to defend the sovereignty & security of their states. Beebe is quite willing to stand by and allow corporations to hire the illegal aliens with no legal blowback, e.g. Tyson. Beebe and the legislature welcome illegals with open arms on the one hand and demand Arkansas taxpaying citizens  pay for their illegal sanctuary, while making available every form of welfare largesse (much not available to American citizens)… Is this not a textbook example of an oxymoron? 

Rubbing more salt deeper into citizens’ economic wounds is the fact that Beebe and various state agencies are engaged in primetime advertising (all media) encouraging residents (legal & illegal) to put themselves and family on welfare; therefore any fool can see that unless citizens put an end to welfare corruption the theft will continue to balloon and certainly no end in sight, at this juncture we are on the precipice of economic & cultural collapse, in this particular case compliments of  Governor Beebe and our legislative whiz kids.

Rarely a day goes by that some politician, bureaucrat or opportunist doesn’t offer up an expensive/freedom-killing “Vision”, e.g. from afar the alleged conservative Republican members of the state house & senate on a string from Washington are pushing for a “Constitutional Convention”—abject stupidity, or complicity in destruction, or to insert heavy religious overtones.

There have been many attacks on our Constitution by both parties, but this one in my view would absolutely destroy the Constitution, produce civil unrest, and other catastrophic by-products if allowed to come to fruition. 

Recent history & flip-flopping: back in 2007 some of these same good ole boys & girls were vehemently opposed to a Constitutional Convention; therefore who were they & what would make them change their position regarding a Constitutional Convention?

Listed are some of those legislators who co-sponsored HCR 1022 in 2007 and have reversed their positions.  Why?  Reps. Hobbs, Burris, Clemmer, Dale, Dismang, English, Garner, King, S. Malone, M. Martin, Pyle, Rice, Slinkard, G. Smith, and oh yes, the then Senator Denny Altes.

Does this not tell us a lot about character, honesty, & principle??
