They love to say “IT’S FOR THE CHILDREN”….in reality it’s AGAINST!        3/9/12

America’s Fatal Blow: the creation of another class of automatons—your children and my grandchildren via more government criminality—COMMON CORE STANDARDS. (Not to be confused with Ed Hirsch’s Core Knowledge Curriculum!)  This is being promoted under the auspices of individuals who laughingly identify themselves as “educators” rather than government operative agents.

Front page story in Times Record March 9, 2012…”National uniform curriculum standards topic of video event”.

The chilling lead paragraph:  “Curriculum standards determined by individual states are a thing of the past because today’s students must compete in a global workforce, area educators learned in a video conference statewide summit Thursday”.  Is the author of this paragraph asserting, in this case, a Mary Gunter, Arkansas Tech University Center for Leadership Director that all the school teachers in Arkansas are ready to turn over entire control of public education to federal government bureaucrats?

Reread that paragraph and see how easily government spokeswoman Gunter rolls out Educanto Newspeak under the guise of a “global workforce” and cede city and state control of education to federal bureaucrats.  Harken back to the criminal No Child Left Behind federal edict which has been a disaster to academic achievement…and now this further affront and confiscation of state and individual rights in blatant violation of our 10th Amendment.

Gunter remarked the “U.S. once offered the world’s best educational system, the world changed after World War II, and the country is now ranked 22nd “.   Gunter is very generous in the ranking of the U.S.   The world did not change, what changed was governmental interference and redirection of educational goals to achieve collectivist controlled thinking, e.g. death to logic, to rationality, to merit, to achievement, to work ethic & responsibility, to heritage, culture, and to rugged individualism and the vulgar refusal to enforce immigration laws.  Egalitarianism, in short.

In unison the corrupt federal government purposely failed to invoke the U.S. Constitution, thereby allowing the legal and illegal 3rd World invasions.  Recall, that government surrogate F.S. Superintendent Benny Gooden, in his famous statement “We’ll take all we can get”…was referring to illegal aliens.  Dr. Gooden was smacking his lips at the funding the sanctuary city of Fort Smith, Arkansas and its public schools would receive.

FUNDING FOLLOWS FAILURE.  Not only are American pupils not being taught true core subjects (e.g. proper grammar, classics, geography, mathematics, science, etc.) but they have to contend with a continually growing number of children who do not speak English and whose cultures and values are quite different.  Another excuse to dumb-down, to teach the Test, to revise curriculum to reflect the Politically Correct concepts being foisted, e.g. affirmative action, feminism, smears of racism, quotas, set-asides, et al. Don’t forget, MORE FUNDING.

Another educational gem by Spokeswoman Mary Gunter, “Access to a quality education shouldn’t be determined by person’s zip code, and that’s where Common Core comes in” the video narrator stated.  Translation: Gunter is articulating with bravado that government is going to force every child into the same mold regardless of local mores, culture, heritage, abilities and/or ambitions, the practice known as Marxist Communism in the real world. 

Gunter goes on to declare that “46 states including Arkansas (citizens were you aware of these goings on?—Of course not) have adopted and begun implementing the Common Core Standards.”  Not so in the case of number of participating states.  Oklahoma, New Hampshire, So. Carolina, Minnesota and Texas are removing part or all of Common Core Standards.  Five other states have not even taken the bait. 

Enter Barry Owen, one of the numerous Fort Smith School District’s assistant or deputy superintendents. It is said he is the “Assistant Superintendent of Instruction”…he asserted that “technology, social media, and access to it has changed the game”.  More educanto Newspeak from government emissary Owen. Most of us know true academic core subjects and discipline are the basis for authentic education not revisionism, omissions, approximations, etc.

Comprehend, if you can, Owen’s next statement, be forewarned that it represents a huge challenge, “we aren’t teaching them to be reservoirs of knowledge anymore (what an admission!), we are teaching them to put things back out there and to change things”.  Huh? This is the guy who is charge of INSTRUCTION?

The article is mercifully concluded with one final statement from emissary Prof. Owen, “The bottom line is if I move across the line, to Oklahoma, the curriculum will be the same as here in Arkansas”. (Not if the Oklahoma legislature has its way!)

The featherbedding polyglot formerly known as public education has become a wholesale criminal endeavor, purposely blunting the minds of our children and grandchildren under the direction of government agents like Benny Gooden, Merle Dickerson, and Barry Owen leading the charge.

NEVER FORGET: FUNDING FOLLOWS FAILURE!!!  And funding is the entire name of the game to most.

School Superintendent Merle Dickerson, Van Buren, Arkansas:

Superintendent Dickerson,                    March 8, 2012

 The editorial appearing in the Times Record this date was appalling.  The statements attributed to your Lisa Miller cannot even be classified as sophomoric.  Consider such phrases as “This is a school about exploring who you are and what you want out of life and where freshmen are the bomb”.   Then she is quoted regarding “transition, passions, and workforce situations”…right out of the Karl Marx dictionary and D.C. bureaucrats.  Educanto Newspeak!

A number of weeks ago another one of your teachers was awarded a meritorious teaching award, I believe in math, and certainly was to be congratulated. Then it was noticed she was wearing sneakers, Levis that appeared to have holes up & down the legs and some sort of ill-fitting shirt.  Are we to construe that this is professionalism and said dress would stimulate students to achieve?  Achieve what?

Today readers were bombarded by a T.R. editorial regarding COMMON CORE STANDARDS…”designed to be robust and relevant to the real world”.   How trite.  
A number of states, as you should surely know, are opting out of COMMON CORE STANDARDS—Oklahoma, New Hampshire, So. Carolina, Minnesota, and Texas—either in part or all, why is this?  Five states have never even taken the bait.

NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND was/is tragic, COMMON CORE is much worse.  With Common Core the National Government controls everything that is taught to the child, and no parental input allowed. That alone is criminal.  Additionally, if the implementation of Common Core is brought to fruition it will force the cost of education (using the term education loosely) to skyrocket.  With Common Core the children will only be taught what the federal government wants the child to learn, which translates to a huge indoctrination program, long on indoctrination and political correctness, short on real academics.

Superintendent Dickerson, with a growing multicultural gulag, government schools, formerly known as public education, has deteriorated into nothing more or less than academic thievery.
With a program of this magnitude and expense, why hasn’t the whole community been informed and discussions held to determine the worth or lack of in this D.C. production and of huge importance, what is the relationship of Common Core with Global Partnership Schools?

Back in the day most of us believed the tales told to us by government schools, popular stories, et al regarding the virtues of Honest Abe Lincoln and the reasons for the “Civil War”.

To the winners of war go not only the spoils but the ability to adjust history to their liking.

Then along came Thomas DiLorenzo’s well researched factual book “The Real Lincoln” and the walls came tumbling down.   In many ways Lincoln was the polar opposite of the pretty picture painted by “historians”, novelists, movie makers, etc.  

To capsulize: He was not against slavery; he wanted to ship the blacks back to Africa; his Emancipation Proclamation “freed” only the slaves in the south not the north; his beef with the South was their ornery stubbornness in not wanting to be taxed out of existence and their trading partners limited; he suspended the Constitution by not abiding by the laws of Habeas Corpus (Bush), Posse Comitatus (Bush), he instituted war without proper permission of Congress (Bush),  he imprisoned tens of thousands of Northern dissenters,  destroyed  Northern critical newspapers,  banished an opposing Northern Senator, made false promises of peace in spite of Sherman & Sheridan’s “March to the Sea”, resulting in blood, burned homes & crops, slaughtered livestock, stolen food & anything of value, untold suffering, rape of Southern girls & women & pillage, starvation and humiliation from which the South was unable to recover for over 100 years.

The deaths of 600,000 Americans rests directly on the shoulders of “Honest Abe”…their rivers of blood & suffering will forever represent the “Real Lincoln” no matter how many lies and distortions are told.

From their blood-thirsty ravaging of the south, Northern Generals Sherman & Sheridan went on to commit brutal genocide against American Indians and the propaganda machine glorified them.   (The Mid-East eternal war).

Early in the 1990’s many of us believed the Republicans when they espoused individual liberty, limited government, the Constitution & Bill of Rights, et al.  As the truth came out about Lincoln the Republicans continued to call themselves “The Party of Lincoln” and their continuing preemptive wars based on lies emerged and their so-called “Patriot Acts” (Bush), “Military Commissions Act” (Bush), the “Homegrown Terrorism Act” (Bush), Rendition & Torture (Bush), indefinite detainment without trial or representation (Bush), even assassinations were conducted and/or voted into law, bringing back the dictatorial regime of Lincoln The Terrible, it became patently clear that Republicans were indeed the Party of Lincoln and have implemented all he stood for and the destruction of the Founders’ documents, rule of law, and principles (Bush referred to the Constitution as just a G.D. piece of paper). Now they are pushing for a new Constitutional Convention in which any remaining tenants of that document remain will be forever torched.

The Democrat Party now stands for Communism and the Republican Party now stands for Fascism…neither stand with or for our freedom loving Founders who warned profusely against political parties.

American patriot taxpaying citizens are the target of both the Democrat & Republican regimes.  Virtually all media is their propaganda machine…Orwell’s “Truth Ministry” is here indeed.  A giant, vicious protection racket has evolved….banksters, corporations, government agencies/employees, politicians, bureaucrats, opportunists, welfare parasites, illegal aliens & their enablers, news, entertainment, and all levels of “education”.

Don’t you love it when the pundits are outraged at countries (who’ve done us no harm) we are sanctioning or blowing the hell out of when the innocent civilians don’t like it and might even try to retaliate?  Isn’t it more than interesting that those bloviating the most about “terrorists” have little interest in securing our borders—endless murders & destruction must be their goals…Lincoln-like psychopaths all?

America as it once was and intended to be is toast, thanks to both political parties, & in this Con-Con effort (stymied in Arkansas for the moment), along with eternal war is Lincoln reincarnated….Welcome to the Party of Lincoln and their partners in crime, the Marxist Democrats.

“More teachers si”—Leviticus 19:33-34—Illegal Immigration & Secure Arkansas

The editorial appeared in the Dem-Gaz, Feb. 17, 2012 by Paul Greenberg

Editor Paul Greenberg launches another salacious attack on Secure Arkansas.  The editorial is liberally laced with sarcasm, untruths, personal assassinations, contradictions, bombastic claims to the point the reader wonders if Editor Greenberg is in a mental state of disarray. So perplexing is the fact that Greenberg is extremely bright, very well educated, cunning, ruthless, and the holder of a Pulitzer prize; therefore why write such a discombobulated editorial?  If in fact Greenberg is not mentally disturbed, harkening back to his previous attacks on Southerner’s allegiance to the rule of law and sovereignty leads to a conclusion that he believes Southerners, specifically Southern Rednecks, do not have the ability to filter through the lies & innuendos he regularly spews at those of us with deep Southern roots and makes sport of those of us who are loyal to the Constitution, the rule of law, Sovereignty, and abhor the ILLEGAL invasion by Mexicans and other 3rd world aliens. With this recent diatribe, followed by another the next day, the question could rightly be asked; did this fellow really win a Pulitzer Prize?  Absolutely; therefore what is the real purpose of Greenberg’s attacks on Secure Arkansas, as well as other patriots in the past?  Perhaps to provoke less than grammatically correct responses (redneck prose) and/or to smear?  Yes, yes, but the ultimate goal is much more lofty, i.e. the destruction of middleclass America through the importation of legal & illegal 3rd Worlders, resulting in a 3rd world multi-cultural gulag.  Question: what ethic group benefits? History proves conclusively that multiculturalism produces chaos.

Editor Greenberg’s introduction to the editorial was scripture—Lev. 19:33-34—paraphrased “all should be welcomed, absent vexing, and we’ll live as one big happy family”.   The thought came to mind, are there similar verses in the Talmud?

Now to the expose’ of Greenberg’s untruths regarding the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion. To begin with the word/concept “illegal” appears to have no meaning to him.
He states:

1.    â€œThey work for a living, that’s why they are here, it’s called bettering oneself”.   No regard for the rule of law and the 14-25 million unemployed Americans, many for 2 or more years.  The arrogance of Greenberg clearly demonstrates he is anti-middleclass America. Same could be said for American elected officials & hired bureaucrats who have and are refusing to enforce federal law 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, along with Arkansas state law HB 1012—an Act to authorize the enforcement of 18 federal immigration laws.  Many of our elected representatives do not see the big picture, but of course there are numbers who do.  Another question: Why would our governments allow millions of 3rd world invaders, uneducated, ill equipped, legal & illegal who are unchecked for physical & criminal backgrounds to enter our country unimpeded?  Simply put, the practice is called exploitation(a protection racket) and “Trading Down”.  Editor Greenberg’s tribe is known as the best traders globally.  So why in heaven’s name is he willing to embrace such conduct? Greenberg’s tribe is the progenitor and sustainer of massive 3rd world immigration, legal & illegal, into the U.S. beginning in the 1920’s.   Would it not be culturally, academically & economically advisable to restrict our immigration policies to those which embody the needs of the country as was the case in the past, and search for those individuals who comprehend our Constitution and have a burning desire to embrace it? The 25-35 million illegals (no, not 11 million) nesting in our nation have no intention of acculturating and in fact bring their failed cultures & philosophies into our country and cling to them. Observe violent demands & protests in our streets.  If the proper agencies, i.e. policing agencies enforced existing immigration laws these millions of uninvited nesters would self-deport.  Bringing such an event to fruition would occur if the hiring CEO’s were arrested according to law, e.g. John Tyson.

2.    In the argument “then there’s they-should-learn-English complaint”.  Greenberg goes on to state that the illegals are “guests-and soon-to-be fellow parishioners, in-laws and maybe American citizens—to do well here and live the American Dream”.  Nowhere does Greenberg speak to the fact that illegals are criminals and there are legal means that afford citizenship as opposed to backdoor break-ins.

3.    â€œYou’d be hard-pressed to find many people already living the Dream who don’t speak the Queens”.    He doesn’t say Queen’s English, & then resorts to saying “or at least Amer-uh-cun, or its charming cousin Suthuhen”.  (Calling the South America’s cousin?)  This exceeds anti-southern bashing and reveals Greenberg’s true feelings.

4.    Greenberg praises Springdale’s new educational center which now has 103 teachers trained in ESL (English as a Second Language)….(at what cost?).  Nothing about the huge cost burden on the taxpayers.  He boasts “that in some schools 50% of the students speak a first language that’s not English”.  Greenberg fails to reveal that 95% of immigrants, legal & illegal are of 3rd world origin.  Why are people allowed to enter who have no history of success, unlike yesteryear?  And certainly nothing about the devastation wreaked on American kids by dysfunctional programs, e.g.  No Child Left Behind.  As Greenberg vividly demonstrates, he has no problem putting the economic burden of language and other educational tools on the backs of American citizens. Why should Americans and more importantly, why would government put up with such corruption…for the sake of non-American criminals education? About ½ the inmates in federal prison are Hispanic felons.

5.    â€œThey take jobs away from Americans”.   “Well, how many norteamericanos are lining up to slaughter chickens?” In Alabama Mr. Greenberg, where new immigration laws have been passed, hundreds upon hundreds of Americans are taking those chicken jobs and unemployment has fallen by 2%.   
6.    Greenberg’s conclusion: “This country will get around to putting these guests on the path to citizenship as soon as the politicians find the wit”.   Guests you say?  Guest is defined as one who is afforded hospitality or entertainment in another’s home or business as a friend, visitor upon invitation.   Greenberg calling illegal Mexican’s and OTM’s guests on soon to be a path to citizenship is a slap in the face of all Natural born and naturalized citizens.

7.    Now Greenberg says “First let’s improve the ability of these newest Americans (?) to communicate with the rest of us”.  Another huge slap.  Finally “why not teach them English?”  Editor Greenberg, cite the authority that states American citizens are morally or Constitutionally obligated to take on the economic responsibility to teach 3rd world illegal foreign national criminals how to speak English, or any other language.

Reflecting on Editor Greenberg’s quotes from Leviticus and their profuse welcoming of everyone as one happy family, perhaps he can explain his tribe’s antithesis toward all-inclusiveness as they are the ultimate practitioners of apartheid?

Might as well put signs on the borders…WELCOME TO OUR LAWLESS WELFARE STATE!

The New Dark Ages

Looks like we are headed back to the jungle but with an ugly stopover in a new Dark Ages.

There was found an irrational fear of imaginary Witches, now we have irrational fear of propagandized terrorists. (911, preemptive wars)  Then torture was used to extract confessions, now “enhanced interrogation”( torture) is used to extract confessions (Patriot Acts). Then a person could be arrested and sent to the dungeon for undetermined lengths without due process of law, now a person can be arrested and detained indefinitely without due process (Military Commission Act nullifying Habeas Corpus and the National Defense Authorization Act 2012)

Then the military was used to enforce laws, now the military can be used to enforce domestic laws, as well as martial law (John Warner National Defense Authorization Act 2007).  Then a person could be put to death on the whim of the ruler, now a person can be assassinated on the whim of the ruler (Obama/Anwar al-Awaki).

Then the ruler had his own court and was never found guilty of anything, now the ruler is never even questioned by his court, therefore never found guilty of anything (Bush/illegal war, Obama/illegal war and eligibility for presidency).  Then the ruler lived in lavish luxury, the finest clothing, jewelry, cuisine, none of which he earned, now the ruler lives in even more lavish luxury doing nothing to earn it honestly.

Then the ruler travelled by the finest of carriages, noblest of steeds, surrounded by knights/guards of the fiercest, now the ruler flies in numerous extravagant, finely appointed Jets almost on a daily basis, surrounded by untold guards with the highest tech, expensive equipment imaginable.

Then the ruler entertained with lavish, extravagant parties and sorties, now the ruler entertains with unbelievable abandon and piles of confiscated cash.

All this was and is done with total disdain for the serfs who provide the wherewithal that makes that lifestyle possible.  The serfs were/are to ask no questions, submit to whatever indignities they are subjected (TSA), fork over their hard-earned money (IRS), send their children to fight senseless wars, and if they don’t, they will be punished severely, even unto death.

Welcome to the new Dark Ages.

TURN OUT THE LIGHTS, THE PARTY’S OVER.             December 19, 2011

From the Founders to the Falsifiers…From the Enlightenment to Entitlement…From Rugged Individualism to Dependency…From Polite Society to Pop Culture…From Rule of Law back to the Dark Ages…From Freedom to Tyranny…From Sovereign Nation to Amorphous Polyglot …From Prosperity to Poverty.

Most of the history of this world is littered with pain, suffering, and despair.  Only in rare brief periods of time did any sort of logic & rationality influence the tenor of daily life.  When it did, the common people could live in relative peace & prosper.   

Our Founders were men of classical education who studied the philosophers of the Enlightenment which held that all men should be free of tyranny of any sort, that each man belonged to & was responsible for himself, and that no man was to be a dictator with ultimate power of life or death over others.

The Enlightenment was born and nourished chiefly in Europe and it became the world’s greatest champion of the individual and his right to exist for his own sake & that he had the right to life, liberty, property and to seek happiness…a huge departure from the “Divine Right of Kings” or “Might Makes Right”.

This was a Caucasian achievement and for the most part has never been adopted in other cultures that often have been hostile to those ideas.  Ironically, today other cultures clamor to live in Caucasian societies, yet cling to their old failed philosophies, make demands on their host and show obvious hostility toward their benefactor.  While enjoying Forced Redistribution, i.e. welfare handouts, they harbor hatred, resentment and a false sense of entitlement.

What makes this possible is the highly successful tool of brainwashing/indoctrination of Political Correctness which preys on White guilt (unearned) and rewards (unearned) “minorities” based upon the smear effects of buzz words such as “Racist”, “extremist”, “sexist”, “bigot”, “anti-Semite”, “hater”, “homophobe”,  etc.

The Cultural Marxists came up with this particular war plan against the West in the 1920’s in Europe and brought it to America in the 30’s & 40’s.  Much has been written to expose those individuals and their agenda…worldwide Communism and the Death of the West.

Another tool is the destruction of merit and the teaching of dependency on government…the creation of a welfare state and ever growing expansion of government.  Still another tool is “eternal war for eternal peace” creating a warfare state through fear, utilizing the horrific scam called the “war on terror”.

The chaos and degradation we see every day now in all our institutions…the military, education, all government agencies & branches, the media, entertainment, financial, open borders/mass legal & illegal immigration/invasion, all a direct result of Political Correctness run amok and a citizenry so dumbed down that many cannot think for themselves and follow blindly the dictates of the “leaders”.  

With the passage of the National Defense (sic) Authorization Act the political leaders have shredded the last of our Founding Documents, our Rule of Law, our Individual Liberty and declared war on the citizens, especially any dissenters with threat of imprisonment, torture, and death.  

There is only one presidential candidate who abides by the Constitution…our last chance maybe ever to restore some order to our once noble experiment–our Republic.

“Nation of Immigrants” Myth

THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT ARKANSAS CONGRESSMAN STEVE WOMACK AND THE “NATION OF IMMIGRANTS” MYTH.                        November 6, 2011

The congressman’s reply to a constituent bemoaning the fact that Arkansas is being “run-over” by illegal Mexicans and OTM’s, stated that he favored HR 997, the English Language Unity Act of 2011, which among other things would establish English as the official language of the United States, never saying he would vote for HR 997.  Womack went on to say HR 997 had been referred to the House Committee on Education & Workforce, the repository of all corrupt House Resolutions.  This committee is the committee that proposes to give alleged Holocaust survivors in the U.S. special healthcare.

Condescendingly, Womack stated (a ball faced lie) the United States is “a nation of immigrants and it is important to understand and appreciate (?) the diverse make-up of our country”.  Your statement suggests that your constituent is not aware of the multi-cultural diversity that is choking our republic and your simplistic remarks indicate that he does not understand, and that is the precise reason your constituent sent his inquiry.

It is said of a person, if you lie long enough the lie becomes believable and the bigger the lie the more readily it is believed. As is the case with self-serving politicians and bureaucrats who have betrayed our nation by constantly uttering the phrase “we are a nation of immigrants”.

Congressman Womack, we are a nation with immigrants, legal & illegal, and some studies show there are 25-35 million illegals nesting in our republic with at least 68 additional languages aside from English that are spoken here. Congressman for your thought, about the same number of Americans are without jobs as there are illegals here.  What conclusion can you draw from this? If you were doing your job, along with the other 534, we would not be in the terminal quagmire we now find ourselves.   The above indicates that the Founding Stock in the near term will not be the majority in our country and the result translates into a 3rd World multicultural gulag. Is this the future you want for our country?

WHY WE ARE NOT A NATION OF IMMIGRANTS!

Absent a founding group or majority it would be no nation at all, but a random gathering of people of assorted races, religions and nationalities united only in their presence in the same land.  With no native culture to provide national unity, the population would tend to fragment on racial & ethnic lines, (precisely what is happening in the U.S. & Europe today) thereby insuring division and strife as groups pursue their own interest at each other’s expense.

The U.S. had a distinct founding culture, one that remained dominant while newcomers assimilated, which is certainly not the case today.

Immigrants are people who leave one country/society and move to another society.  But there has to be a recipient society to which the immigrants move. In our case, the recipient society was created by the settlers’ who came here in the 17th & 18th centuries.

It was the settlers’ Anglo-Protestant society and culture that attracted subsequent generations of immigrants to this country and who have sustained our nation and culture up to this point. The U.S. federal government has metastasized into a brutal, criminal entity who is engaging in global preemptive wars (presently at least Six), citizen surveillance, illegal search & seizures, protecting foreign borders while leaving ours wide open, accompanied by  major crimes, e.g.  allowing the U.S. Dept. of Justice to lie in the matter of FOIA’s, and so goes the corruption top to bottom.

Over the decades, you and the 534 of your colleagues for self-serving economic & political reasons have allowed our once proud and preeminent republic to descend into a multicultural gulag.

The Founders demanded strict immigration policy with reference to need, qualifications, and ultimately citizenry, look at what we have today…a welfare paradise and a nation which has abandoned its Constitution, Bill of Rights, and rule of law.

Congressman Womack you are a political neophyte in the D.C. political/economic community, but it has not taken you long to slip & slide and utter the worn out bromides, but coming from the illegal alien citadel of NW Arkansas and an individual who is a product of big government, what can we expect?

The Cultural Marxist Barack Hussein Obama, posing as president of the United States of America, continues his destruction of said republic, knowing full well what he is doing and the moribund, cowardly U.S. Congress & Senate are enabling his pursuits.  Look no further than the Arkansas Six.

Democrats in the House & Senate overwhelmingly gave their approval on what has become known as Obamacare, a Socialistic/Communistic healthcare package that eliminates choice, gives the government the ability to determine what & when (amongst other things) Americans can receive healthcare in rationed portions, paid for on the backs of federal taxpayers which are only 48% of the national population, and not counting the staggering number of illegal aliens, mostly Mexicans (Mestizo Indians) and growing,  now estimated to be 25-35 million nesting nationally.  Quantify the number of jobs illegals are taking and before you exclaim Americans won’t take the jobs in poultry processing, who did the work before the illegals got here and the welfare state grew so huge.  Consider the number of construction, landscaping, restaurant, etc. jobs.

Obama in his majesty and under some political heat has waved about 1,600 businesses nationwide, allowing them to opt out of Obamacare.  If Obamacare is what the corrupt Democrats call a vast improvement on present available healthcare and much cheaper, why is he allowing for and the 1,600 businesses demanding to opt out.  If Obamacare is good for the citizens why do these 1,600 corporations want out….follow the money.

In our own backyard, i.e. Fort Smith, AR there is a corporation by the name of OK Industries which has made fortunes on importing illegal Mexicans and OTM’s and exploiting them as labor in their many chicken plants.  OK Industries is in the process of selling out to a Mexican poultry producer/processor by the name of Bachoco S.A. B.  de C.V.
The crux of the matter is that OK Industries/Bachoco have been allowed to opt out of Obamacare, thereby; putting the burden back on taxpayers for providing all of the healthcare, social services, food, schools, etc. for their thousands of employees. Obviously, this alignment was and is an inside job and as soon as the deal is closed with Mexicans owning OK, there no doubt will be a substantial increase in Mexican nationals (illegals) invading our town & state, further diminishing the quality of life of Citizens.

Not a peep regarding this travesty by elected officials at any level.  Oh yes, OK along with numerous other operations have violated 8 USC with impunity because law enforcement is paralyzed by any number of unlawful excuses—again 8 USC—it is a felony to hire, transport, aid or abet any illegal alien.

Back to Obamacare, be reminded again that Arkansas Congressman Mike Ross is the reason we have the devastating program known as Obamacare….Ross’s vote got it out of committee and this boy is said to be a candidate for Governor in the next cycle.

Citizens are you foolish enough to keep voting in these parasitic slugs?—both parties.

Is the Chaffee Crossing community development an Agenda 21 related project?  Does it look & act like that Duck?                                October 23, 2011
Among the United Nations created Agenda 21’s bevy of bastard babies are Sustainable Development, Smart Growth (a term used to describe Chaffee Crossing on its website), MPO’s (Metropolitan Planning Organizations…Ft. Smith belongs to the BI-State MPO), Providence Communities (one is being planned for the Ft. Chaffee area), Metro 1313, ICLEI (International Council for Environmental Initiatives—N. Little Rock Mayor Hayes is CEO for the U.S. division), Quality of Place (used to describe Chaffee Crossing), Green Space (on Chaffee Crossing website), Public/Private Partnerships (Fascism), New Market Tax Credits , COG’s (Councils of Governments), ad infinitum.

The list of organizations and efforts to control and change our Constitutional & free enterprise system is seemingly endless.  The buzzwords always sound benign, even inviting…”mixed use environment”, “natural resources”, “walking/biking trails”, “no cars needed when everything is within walking distance”, “long term region wide planning”, “public visioning”, “common ground solutions”, “localized planning effort”, “green space”, “friendly neighborhoods”….you get the picture.

Why?  The immediate goals include those whose generous salaries are paid by taxpayers, those who make big bucks in land sales, developing, constructing, financing off the taxpayers too, and finally those whose ideology is quite the opposite of our Founders, i.e. committed Collectivists/Communists/Socialists/Fascists.  The ultimate goals include restriction of land use, regulation of most human behavior, population reduction, destruction of individual liberties and the U.S. Constitution & rule of law, i.e. tyranny. 

The taxpaying public is largely unaware of these various efforts or the goals because government institutions such as schools help to promote them, as does the complicit media. This vast system of corruption is insulated by a gigantic Protection Racket…no one dares snitch on the others and risk his own neck.

Whether the opportunists who benefit in some fashion, usually monetarily, know what they are doing or not makes no difference in the outcome.  Ironically, in their shortsighted greed or misguided beliefs, their own progeny will suffer the consequences…no one will escape this world wide effort, even the rulers who think only they are invincible…ask Caesar, Hitler, Mussolini, Hussein, Mubarak, and Kaddafi. 

Our best chance is to expose Agenda 21 & like projects on the local level and reject them summarily. The Makers (producing taxpayers) must educate themselves to the tricks and rhetoric of the Takers. Just because many Makers have been indoctrinated instead of educated doesn’t mean they cannot learn to question anything done with forcibly redistributed property/money.  It is far healthier to be skeptical rather than gullible in these perilous times…we no longer have that luxury.

Whether the local issues are to prop up failures such as the Convention Center and a Ferris Wheel, or to be lured into new endeavors & harebrained schemes such as a museum, a statue, a school to teach entrepreneurship, a school for incorrigibles, or to be conned into other Agenda 21 & like projects will decide our future and that of our progeny.  Is it any wonder the local “leadership” is fighting to increase taxes?

PROPERTY RIGHTS OR CORRALS??                                                        October 20, 2011

The Many Faces of Agenda 21 & its Bevy of Bastard Babies.  Agenda 21’s anchor baby is “Sustainable Development”.  Sustainable Development is to “harmonize” U.S. environmental policy with U.N. directives as outlined in “Agenda 21”, compliments of Geo. H. W. Bush.  Arkansas’ local Agenda 21 planning guide was published by ICLEI.  As you may recall, No. Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes has been the national president of ICLEI. (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives…already in 70 different countries)

What is “Sustainable Development”?  Sustainablists state that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on 3 components: Global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction. As Hillary Clinton succinctly stated “the age of individualism is over”.

There has been and is a concerted effort to hide Agenda 21’s roots from the people.  It is said there is a segment of society who fear one-world government giving rise to the stripping of individual freedom and those U.S. citizens would actively work to defeat any elected official who has joined any one of Agenda 21’s bastard babies.  It is noteworthy to mention that a number of Arkansas elected officials are squarely in bed and embracing the insidious Agenda 21 which restricts movement, does away with property rights and wholeheartedly embraces the concept of “stack ‘em & pack ‘em”—self-contained mass compaction.     

From my vantage point it appears that the Arkansas state legislature has a number of traitorous Republicans, but am sure not limited to, who are fanning the flames of the U.N. Agenda 21 and moving rapidly into herding citizens into high impact urban areas. Again, the reason is for government to lay claim to more & more real estate.  As it stands now the U.S. federal government lays claim to 2/3rd of U.S. land mass.  As I write this the U.S. Forestry Service is locking down mountainous national parks in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The U.S. due to a lack of citizen knowledge of Sustainable Development and the corruption of its many elected officials is marching to the European drummer.

Government is corrupt, in many instances criminally corrupt, and is operating far outside the box of Constitutionality and it can only be concluded that government has become the enemy of the people.  Daily they are quashing our Constitutional rights which are our natural human rights.

A few of Agenda 21’s bastard babies by name, in addition to Sustainable Development, are Smart Growth, Quality of Place, MPO’s (Metropolitan Planning Organizations), ICLEI, Metro 1313, Providence Communities, New Market Tax Credits, New Urbanism, etc.   Fort Smith is already blessed and participating in any numbers of bastard babies…look no further than the Chaffee Crossing development. MPO’s and their companions are non-elected but hold ultimate power.

Statewide, some of the facilitators of Sustainable Development are the Ark. Dept. of Rural Services, the Ark. Forestry Commission, the Ark. Association of Resource Conservation & Development, the Ark. Economic Development Commission (this is the granddaddy of all of them), Ark. Dept. of Emergency Services, Ark. Parks & Tourism, USDA (U.S. Dept. of Agriculture), etc.

Some of the hooks used by the traitorous enablers are grants, loans, public/private partnerships (for people who know—Fascism, where the government is always the CEO).

To quote a fellow by the name of Van Thomas, Director of White River Planning & Development, recently stated “Our goal in life is to help you folks get their (the agency’s) money”.  Mr. Thomas, I would suggest it is not the Agency’s money, it is MY money, and carrying that thought further the federal government is bankrupt and for you to be out beating the drums for more debt (& others like you) is unconscionable, but this is the mentality of a parasitic buffoon who has never created or sustained a job.  White River Development blatantly states they are a comrade in arms by embracing Sustainable Development.

The bottom line is WHO pays & HOW?  You know, it’s the producers, i.e. the Makers and the political parasites in governments & bureaucracies are the Takers.

Simply stated, if elected representatives of state government, particularly those individuals in N.W. & North Arkansas continue their traitorous involvement in attacking property rights and/or restricting the freedom of physical movements of citizens, by utilizing any of the bastard babies of Agenda 21, they certainly will be brought to public attention by name and activities.

If elected officials and hired bureaucrats continue to bankroll communities (really the developers) with money printed out of thin air through grants, loans, etc. being purveyors of Agenda 21 they will certainly be isolated and removed from office/position. None of this is a proper function of Constitutional government.
