REAL CHANGE? OR THE STATUS QUO….by Don Bright

REAL CHANGE?
Or the Status Quo.
By Don A. Bright

My Microsoft Bookshelf dictionary defines “change” in
the following way:  Change: 1. a. To cause to be
different: b. To give a completely different form or appearance to;
transform:

All three candidates running for the 2008 nomination for President (Barrack
Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain.) have been singing from the oldest
hymnal in the church of liberalism since the beginning of the campaign.
“We need change.” they sing. This piece of political rhetoric has
been around since voting began.  Let’s take a closer look at what is
really the status quo in the United States and what would truly “cause (our
government) to be different”.
Just so we know we’re on the same page as to “change” and “status quo” I
will add here the same dictionary’s definition of “status quo”:  status
quo: noun  The existing condition or state of affairs.

Currently in the United States our status quo is socialism.  (a
stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and
communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according
to work done. –
Merriam-Webster online dictionary).  “Change”, then,
would consist of a transposition from “a stage in government theory of
socialism to capitalism, distinguished by freedom, private property and equal
rights for all and pay according to productivity. –
Bright’s on demand
Common Sense Dictionary.)

Do any of the three candidates I have listed above truly want
change?   On a comparative test the only answer would of course be
“none of the above”.  Let’s take a look at who’s calling for what kind of
change:

Clinton:  Hillary is campaigning on promises to socialize our entire
medical system (1/6 of our economy) by putting it under the control of mindless
bureaucrats which will triple the cost and reduce the quality of the
system.  She will work to grant immunity from prosecution for such
organizations as the Black Panthers, Weather Underground, (which she championed
during the sixties) Cair, and Moveon.org.  She also promises to raise
taxes and place more and more commerce under the heavy hand of government with
further regulation and corporate taxes.  Hillary calls this change…I call
it the status quo.

Obama:  Barrack is running on promises to expand racial quotas, government
controlled wages based on racial and gender, giving gestapoist agencies of the
federal government the sole power to define individual thought through “hate”
crime legislation, remove children from parental guidance by dictate and put
the government in charge of children at birth, (read his “0 to 5” plan for
early brainwashing on the glories of government dependency) and the banning of
the Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem.  (He turns his back on the
flag when either is in play.)  Barrack calls this change…I call it the
status quo.

McCain:  By and large, John has very socialist longings.  His disdain
for our Constitution … specifically freedom of speech (McCain-Feingold Campaign
Reform Act) and religion (he refers to religious leaders as “agents of
intolerance.”) …, his call for more government control of our property and
activities through the use of global warming scaremongering, his pursuit of
governmental designation of marital status, his pre-emption of the
congressional power to declare war and his one-worldism (elimination of nation
state sovereignty through open borders and bowing to United Nation dictates.)
are significant proof of a socialist bent.  He calls that change.  I
call it the status quo.

Ironically, true change would be returning the United States to the original
intent of the freedom-fighters – our founding heroes.  After all, it was
an escape from the policies of the three liberals above and their ilk that was
the cause – indeed, the reason – for the United States and its
enlightened revolution.
Probably the most often repeated phrase in human history is “the struggle
for
freedom”.
And that does not mean the freedom from individualism.  It means the
freedom from collectivism. In other words, the struggle has been freedom from
government and the historic record of its innate evils.

In order to secure this enlightened thought of the proper form of government –
that of a contained government – our forefathers were intelligent enough to
realize that a historic anti-government contract between the governed and the
governing was necessary and thus the greatest document in the annals of humanity
was written; the Constitution of the United States.  Today, those of us
that still honor the incontrovertible rational of this noble document are
called “anti-government”…well duh!  I proudly wear the title of
“anti-government”.  I could name a whole list of other “anti-government”
heroes but it would take to much time and space to do so.  My suggestion,
if the reader wants a partial list of these enlightened anti-government men, is
for the reader to turn to the signers of the Constitution.

For Clinton, Obama and McCain, then, to harbor a desire for the maintaining of
our present paradigm of slavery to a megalithic despotism and call it “change”
is a grotesque abuse of the word.

In the words of the writer, Philip K. Dick “The basic tool for the manipulation
of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of
words, you can control the people who must use the words.
( “What’s a
Word Worth?

The Party of Lincoln…the real meaning.

I used to think I was a Republican, back when I thought they
stood for limited government—even abolishing unconstitutional programs and
departments, lowering taxes, protecting individual rights, et al.  But that was before Rep. Newt Gingrich
succeeded in pulling off his “Contract with America” charade, along with all
his neoconservative imposters who spouted patriotism and religion.

It was also before I learned the truth about Abraham Lincoln
and what the “Party of Lincoln” really was.
I have learned more about the so-called Civil War from the writings of
Thomas DiLorenzo , especially his “The Real Lincoln” than I did in 17-18 years
in schools & universities.

George Bush is the reincarnation of Ruthless Abe and
callous/crazy Caligula.

The coldblooded killing, maiming, & destruction in this
day & time is indeed terrifying, for want of a better word.  Sacrificing foreign innocents is bad enough,
but sacrificing your own people is maniacal at best.  The cavalier attitudes, the profits to be
made, and the power to make it all happen are beyond comprehension.  “Man’s inhumanity to man” takes on new
meaning when our very own country, once based on “life, liberty, & the
pursuit of happiness” has turned into a despotic dictatorship which strips its
citizens of their rights and protections under the rule of law and an
Enlightened philosophy of rationality, toleration, culture, heritage, and sovereignty.

Now, after all the hundreds of thousands of years it took
mankind to reach the point where a rational Constitution/Bill of Rights could
be constructed and individual rights protected from government tyranny and
predators, we not only march back into the Darkness of oppression, but as a
whole seem eager to achieve it.

Democrats are Socialist/Communist, Republicans are
Corporate/Fascists, and they work in concert with one another to achieve their
goals and to protect each other from any serious consequences…leaving taxpaying
citizens at the mercy of tyrannical self-serving politicrats/businesses/churches/government
agencies and the unchecked illegal 3rd World alien invasion.

The Party of Lincoln?
A self-fulfilling prophecy.

Malice Toward All, Charity Toward
None: The Foundations of the American State

by Thomas J. DiLorenzo
by Thomas J. DiLorenzo

“Americans are forever proclaiming our boastful
aspersions to the world . . . that our government was based on the consent of
the people,” though in fact “it rests upon force, as much as any
government that ever existed.”

~ Letter from Robert E.
Lee to E.G.W. Butler, Oct. 11, 1867

“[H]ad the Confederates somehow won, had their victory
put them in position to bring their chief opponents before some sort of
tribunal, they would have found themselves justified . . . in stringing up
President Lincoln and the entire Union high command for violation of the laws
of war, specifically for waging war against noncombatants.”

~ Lee Kennett, Marching
through Georgia:
A
Life of William Tecumseh Sherman
, p. 286

In his book Battle
Cry for Freedom: The Civil War Era
(p. 619), Lincoln cultist James
McPherson wrote that some 50,000 Southern civilians perished during the War to
Prevent Southern Independence. Others have made estimates that are much higher.
The only way this could be possible is that if thousands were murdered in cold
blood by the U.S. Army. This is a shocking claim, and it will be shocking to
most because such statistics say little about the actual horror of mass murder
at the hands of the state. Moreover, the state always has its court historians
and paid propagandists who put such statistics “in proper
perspective,” so that they will not alarm us. (Thomas Sowell comes to mind
as a contemporary commentator who has repeatedly belittled the number of
Americans killed in Iraq in the past four years by comparing it to the number
of deaths in World War II.)

The state funding and control of higher education that have
produced the totalitarian regime of political correctness has all but
guaranteed that there will be few (if any) publications that illuminate, rather
than obfuscate, some of the more devious deeds of the American state throughout
its history. But historian Walter Brian Cisco, who is not an academic and is
not on any state payroll, has recently written a book – War
Crimes Against Southern Civilians
– that blows the lid off the
conspiracy of silence about the violent, mass-murdering origins of the American
Leviathan state (or “The New Birth of Freedom,” as both left-wing and
right-wing statists put it).

In the name of “restoring the union” the U.S.
Army, under the micromanagement of Abraham Lincoln, waged war on its own
people, shelling and burning entire cities populated only by civilians and
engaging in acts of plunder, forced evacuation, and mass murder. It is all
documented in gory detail by Mr. Cisco, who quotes conservative icon Richard M.
Weaver in his introductory chapter as having remarked that “from the
military policies of Sherman and Sheridan there lies but an easy step to total
war of the Nazis, the greatest affront to Western civilization since its
founding.”

Lincoln cultists are fond of dismissing all of this by
reciting Sherman’s “war is hell” slogan. But as Cisco points out,
murders, rapes, and robberies are also inevitable in human society, and are
likely to happen much more often if we cease to regard them as reprehensible.
Those
who idolize General Sherman in this way are not “hearing the totalitarian
echo in their words.”

Lincoln was always aware of what was going on; waging war on
civilians – his own citizens – was his own policy from the very
beginning, as Cisco proves. In May of 1861, for example, Captain Nathaniel Lyon
recruited some seven thousand new German immigrants (mostly without uniforms)
to eliminate suspected secessionists in St. Louis. They rounded up some six
hundred men and paraded them through the streets playing the Star Spangled
Banner (which must have been completely foreign to the mostly non-English
speaking Germans). When the citizens of St. Louis protested, the recruits fired
on them, killing twenty-eight civilians and wounding seventy-five. Lyon was
promoted to brigadier general a week later, while some ten thousand civilians
fled St. Louis.

By 1863 Missouri, under U.S. Army occupation, was a place
were “arson, theft, and murder became so common that vast sections of the
state were uninhabited.” Cisco quotes Union General James H. Lane as
saying, “We believe in a war of extermination. I want to see every foot of
ground in Jackson, Cass and Bates counties burned over – everything laid
waste.”

Another practice of the Union Army that is reminiscent of
totalitarian regimes of the twentieth century was forced relocation of
suspected dissenters. Cisco gives chapter and verse of how this occurred in
Missouri, Tennessee, and elsewhere, as thousands of civilians were forced to
leave their homes. This even included Ohio Congressman Clement Vallandigham.

Plunder and pillage was also the Official Policy of the
Lincoln regime from the start of the war, as Cisco shows. Before being defeated
in the Battle of Fredericksburg the Union Army occupied the town for a short
while. Cisco quotes a Union Army officer as saying that “the men had
emptied every house and store of its contents, and the streets, as a matter of
course, were filled with chairs and sofas, pianos, books, and everything
imaginable. . . .”

An entire chapter is devoted to the sacking of Athens, Alabama,
in 1862. Every store and shop in the town was looted, along with most private
homes, where U.S. troops went about “stealing what they wanted and
destroying the rest.”

The commanding officer in charge, a Russian immigrant named
Col. John Turchin, told his soldiers that he would shut his eyes while they
went about plundering the town. That was the way of the Russian Cossacks, he
said. One of Turchin’s superior officers, General Don Carlos Buell, relieved
Turchin of his brigade command for committing such crimes against civilians.
But he was overruled by the Lincoln regime, which promoted him to the rank of
brigadier general instead.

Cisco also describes the shelling of civilian-occupied
cities like Charleston, South Carolina by the Federal Army. “[D]uring one
nine-day period in January no fewer than 1,500 shells fell on the city. Later,
a single gun nearby threw 4,253 missiles into Charleston. . .” (Much of
Cisco’s information comes from the U.S. Government publication, War of the
Rebellion: A Compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate
Armies
.) This is how many of those 50,000 Southern civilians were killed.

Atlanta was shelled by Sherman for days after the
Confederates evacuated the city and left it defenseless. Cisco describes how a
Mr. Warner had a shell crash “into his home . . . . Both his legs were
severed by the missile and he died within two hours. Warner’s six-year-old
daughter was cut in two by the same shot.” Sherman ordered more and more
artillery to be shipped to Atlanta, “with which we can pick out almost any
house in the town,” he said. After the shelling stopped Sherman ordered
the remaining surviving civilians to evacuate their homes just as winter
approached and the land all around had been stripped of food by the army. The
city was then burned. An “ocean of fire” covered the city, according
to one Union officer, “leaving nothing but the smoldering ruins of this
once beautiful city.”

Cisco also details the war on civilians in the Shenandoah
Valley, conducted by such cowardly murderers of women and children as Sheridan
and Custer. “Unable to vanquish Robert E. Lee on the battlefield,”
wrote the editor of the Staunton, Virginia newspaper, “Grant has turned
his arms against the women and children of our land.”

War Crimes Against Southern Civilians is a must-read
for anyone who wants to educate themselves about Sherman’s “March to the
Sea.” (For the cartoonish version, see the History Channel rendition.) The
true story is a story of the continued plunder and rape of the civilian
population, along with the gang rape of mostly black women by Federal soldiers
under Sherman’s command. “Female servants were taken and violated without
mercy” by Federal soldiers, wrote a war correspondent.

South Carolinians were so hated by Lincoln’s army that they
even killed every dog in sight upon reaching the state on the
“march.” “The dogs were easily killed. All we had to do was to
bayonet them,” boasted one brave Union soldier.

Cisco also proves what delusional liars such Lincoln (and Sherman)
cultists as Victor Davis Hanson are. Hanson has claimed in print that Sherman
was some kind of egalitarian who was motivated by indignation over the degree
of racial inequality in the South. The truth, of course, is that Sherman was
every bit as much a racist and white supremacist as were virtually all other
white Northerners, including Lincoln. He was also an anti-Semite, and of course
hated red-skinned people almost as much as he hated South Carolinians – and
would later kill them in even greater numbers.

Cisco documents “Abuse of African-Americans” by
Sherman’s army in his final, stomach-turning chapter. Slaves were raped,
pillaged, and murdered indiscriminately along with the white population of the
South, and Sherman did nothing to stop it.

A favorite pastime of Sherman’s “bummers” was to
tie a black man up by his thumbs until he told them where any valuables might
be hidden. Sometimes they were hung by the neck instead, and quite often killed
in that way. “They tied me up by my two thumbs and try to make me tell
where I hid the money and gold watch and silver, but I swore I didn’t
know,” said a former slave, quoted by Cisco from The Slave Narratives.

There
is nothing truly consensual about government. It is always and everywhere based
on force, intimidation, and violence. When the founding generation formed a
confederacy with the Articles of Confederation, and later the Constitution, it
was at least a voluntary union of the states. The citizens of each state
understood that their state, and all others, was free and independent and
sovereign. They were free to participate in the union, or not.

The union of the founders was destroyed in 1865. War
Crimes Against Southern Civilians
explains in great detail how, in addition
to killing some 300,000 dissenters to rule by Washington, D.C. on the
battlefield, the U.S. Army, under the micromanagement of Abe Lincoln, also
murdered tens of thousands of Southern civilians, including thousands of slaves
and free blacks, while stealing tens of millions of dollars of their private
possessions as well. None of it was necessary, of course, for the purpose of
ending slavery; all other countries on earth ended slavery peacefully during
the nineteenth century. This included the British, Spanish, French, Dutch, and
Danish colonies, where 96 percent of all the slaves in the Western Hemisphere once
existed. The purpose of the war was to finally realize the Hamiltonian dream of
a consolidated, monopolistic government that would pursue what Hamilton himself
called “national greatness” and “imperial glory.” The
purpose of the war, in other words, was a New Birth of Empire, one that would
hopefully rival the Europeans in the exploitation of their own citizens in the
name of the glory of the state.

Behind
closed doors:

Thursday, March
13, 2008
LAST NIGHTS SESSION WAS ONLY THE FOURTH TIME IN 176 YEARS THAT
CONGRESS CLOSED ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC.
Word has begun leaking from last nights special, closed-door session of the
United States House of Representatives.
Not only did members discuss new provisions for surveillance of the American
public, as was the publicly stated reason for the closed door session, they
also discussed:
—the imminent collapse of the U.S. economy to occur by September 2008,
—the imminent collapse of US federal government finances by February 2009,
—the possibility of Civil War inside the USA as a result of the collapse,
—advance round-ups of “insurgent U.S. citizens” likely [or
suspected] to move against the government,
—The detention of those rounded-up at “REX 84” camps constructed
throughout the USA,
—the possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the
collapses,
—the location of “safe facilities” for members of Congress and
their families to reside during expected massive civil unrest
—the necessary and unavoidable merger of the United States with Canada (for
its natural resources) and with Mexico (for its cheap labor pool),
—the issuance of a new currency – THE AMERO – for all three nations as the
proposed solution to the coming economic armageddon.
Members of Congress were FORBIDDEN to reveal what was discussed. Several are so
furious and concerned about the future of the country, they have begun leaking
info. More details coming later today and over the weekend. SPREAD THE WORD!!!

what kind of people keep electing traitors?

What kind of people continue to elect and reelect liars,
thieves, and immoral con-men who promise anything to anyone, as long as
financed with taxpayers’ money, not theirs?

This election cycle proves bankruptcy in morals, ethics, courage,
and intelligence in many citizens.  We
are surrounded and ruled by fools and tyrants.

The governmental agencies are bloated, incompetent, and
contemptuous of our Founding principles and citizens in their clawing for more
turf/funding/power, they have lost all ethics and humanity. They’ve joined with
Big Biz and Big Church factions to create Amerikan Fascism.

The politicrats are interested in their government check /benefits/power.
Corporations care only for the bottom line, which entails slave labor wages and
taxpayers paying for the slave’s education, welfare, healthcare, incarceration,
et al….but product prices NEVER go down, while profits skyrocket. Big Church
reaps billions in taxpayer sanctuary programs and faith-based funds.

Citizens are dumbed-down by the school indoctrination
centers, media, and entertainment, who eradicated concepts like individualism, honor,
merit, and freedom long ago.  Is it the
lazy looking for more unearned rewards? The decadent instant gratifiers?  A combination of all?

There is no admirable answer, another lost concept…planned
by design for our destruction.  History
is lost on the ignorant, and U.S. citizens who lost their knowledge of true
history turned us into a nation of cowards, unwilling to even protect our
own.

Latest proof?  KFSM TV
broke a huge story on leprosy and TB in NW Arkansas and were immediately shut
down and the doctors impugned by the Fascists now in control…to hell with the
citizens and the rule of law.  Is our
best hope now that some of the elitists contract some of the dreaded diseases?  It could happen.

And look who we have running for president, save Ron Paul.

Listen, the dirge is playing loudly.

Barbara McCutchen

Fort Smith

Fools fall for anyone except Ron Paul

Fools, Fools, Fools.

Our Republic has disintegrated more in the last 30 days than
the previous 240 yrs or more.

Fools continue to worship at the altars of the Democrat
& Republican parties which have morphed into one and offer no semblance of
representative government. Fools, it’s about the TURF.

For the first time since the war between the states do we
have a bonafide Constitutionalist running for the presidency.  Additionally, he’s a gentleman, a scholar,
and a statesman…and the epitome of what Christians should be searching for.

In his stead the Fools say they are anguishing over which of
the 3 criminals they should vote for…Huckabee, McCain, Romney.  Clinton & Barak deserve no mention.   “Conservative” and “Evangelical” Fools and
others are still undergirding the antithesis of what they preach, i.e. putting
who has the best chance to win (“the lesser of evils”) in front of ethics,
morality, & Constitutionality.

Fools, do you not recognize that this is exactly what the
government establishment is counting on.

Fools, as I have said on many occasion, this is the last
call to breakfast and if we do not show popular strength for Ron Paul, then we
will all be drawing our last breath of free air.

Fools, it’s not too late to redeem your greed and cowardice.

Fools, look at the American landscape: preemptive attacks on
foreign nations who have never offered any threat to the U.S.—Fools, do you not
understand we are the international terrorists? Fools, do you not understand
our military is stretched to the breaking point?  Are you not aware that we have an admitted
$14 Trillion national debt, giving Billions yearly to that postage stamp of
terror Israel, along with all the other Mid-East countries? Fools, do you not
understand that middleclass America, the heart, soul, & fabric of this once
preeminent Republic, is on the verge of entering the second coming of slavery?

Fools, are you aware of the Patriot Acts, The Military
Commissions Act, The Martial Law Codicil, The Radicalization Act for Homegrown
Terrorism, and the Hate Speech/Thought Crime Act?  All were passed under the guise of securing
us from “Terrorism”.   Tell me Fools, who
do you fear the most, the Federal Aristocracy or the cave-dwelling foreign
terrorists?

Fools, don’t you think that if there was a genuine threat of
foreign national terrorism we would seal our borders, deport the illegals, and
dissolve the North American Union effort?

Well Fools, the question becomes, are you willing to stand
up for an American who epitomizes the matrix the Founders envisioned, Dr. Ron
Paul, or are you going to continue to snivel in your own bankrupt matrix?

If you are willing to cross the Rubicon, you understand what
is at stake, there is no return.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Republican Party…Red from the start

Don’t know about ya’ll, but I’m madder’n hell at the crap we
were and are being “taught” (indoctrinated with) in the government
schools.  The Collectivist attack on our Constitutional Republic began
it’s all out campaign of destruction with Lincoln (also read The Real Lincoln
by Dilorenzo) and you’ll learn more than all your years in school.

The final nails in our coffin came with the Cultural Marxists in
the early 1900’s, utilizing Antonio Gramsci’s  MARCH THROUGH THE
INSTITUTIONS began infiltrating  every important U.S. institution of our
lives and destroying without firing a shot.

It has worked like a charm and their weapon of Political
Correctness and all its ramifications is our tombstone.  Our only chance
is elect Ron Paul and fight back/expose politicians, bureaucrat, “education’”,
‘military-Industrial complex, mega churches, Federal Reserve, ad infinitum.

As Joe would say, “last call to breakfast” for personal liberty
& the Founder’s Dream.

Subject: GN: REPUBLICAN PARTY… RED FROM THE START – by Alan Stang

Those who have known me for
over 6 years or so will find a lot of my long held opinions in the following
article by Stang.  I began my political party life as a Democrat (JFK
inspired) – left it after several years of seeing how dirty the innards were at
that time (and they have only grown far worse) – remained unaffiliated for a
long time and then decided to try to battle the garbage from the inside and
joined the GOP.  Didn’t take me long to see it was the same old BS I had
tried to fight in the Dem. party years before.  I have long called them
both the TWO HEADED SNAKE and said they were not to be trusted.  I have
also advocated for many years for NO POLITICAL PARTIES – Our founders spoke
against political parties and they were right on target.  We, The People,
have allowed our jailers to control all facets of our lives and have also
accepted the lie that we can only choose from one of the political
outhouses.  The stench from both outhouses should tell you what you are
going to get if you cast a vote for either of them.  We need a good Ex-Lax
politically – a colon cleanse to rid our national body of that dried up, putrid
excrement that is lining our political colon (all levels of government) – we
need to get rid of the *sticky stuff* that we know as the Democrat and the
Republican party.  We are suffering from a national case of severe
constipation which is giving us a ton of diseases because when the colon is so
clogged up, as it is – the disease of death is filling our lives and we are
trying to cure it with more of the same poisons that caused it to happen to
begin with.  Fighting fire with gasoline.

REPUBLICAN PARTY… RED FROM THE START
http://www.etherzone.com/2008/stang020108.shtml

February 1, 2008

By: Alan Stang mailto:stangfeedback@gmail.com

Many patriots these days lament that the Republican Party has “lost its
way” and “gone wrong.” It has “diverged” from the fiscally responsible, small
government philosophy of Republican heroes like Robert Taft whom Eisenhower’s
handlers finagled out of the nomination for President in 1952. We are told that
is why today’s Republican Establishment hates Dr. Ron Paul with such a passion;
that they hate him because, like Taft, he is the quintessential Republican.

Patriots who say that are mistaken, of course. The reason the Republican
Establishment hates Dr. Paul is precisely that he is not a traditional,
mainstream Republican, that his platform of freedom is an aberration. The
Republican Party didn’t “go wrong,” didn’t “go left.”

It has been wrong from the beginning, from the day it was founded. From the
beginning, the Republican Party has worked without deviation for bigger, more
imperial government, for higher taxes, for more wars, for more totalitarianism.
From the beginning, the Republican Party has been Red.

Why? In 1848, Communists rose in revolution across Europe, united by a document
prepared for the purpose, entitled Manifesto of the Communist Party. Its author
was a degenerate parasite named Karl Marx, whom a small gang of wealthy
Communists the League of Just Men hired for the purpose. The Manifesto told
its adherents and its victims what the Communists would do.

But the Revolution of 1848 failed. The perpetrators escaped, just ahead of the
police. And they went, of course, to the united States. In 1856, the Republican
Party ran its first candidate for President. By that time, these Communists
from Europe had thoroughly infiltrated this country, especially the North. Many
became high ranking officers in the Union Army and top government officials.

Down through the decades, Americans have wondered about Yankee brutality in
that war. Lee invaded the North, but that sublime Christian hero forbade any
forays against civilians. Military genius Stonewall Jackson stood like a stone wall
and routed the Yankees at Manassas, but when Barbara Frietchie insisted on
flying the Yankee flag in Frederick, Maryland, rather than the Stars and Bars,
that sublime Christian hero commanded, according to John Greenleaf Whittier,
“‘Who touches a hair of yon gray head/Dies like a dog! March on!’ he said.”

But the Yankees, invading the South, were monsters, killing, raping and
destroying civilian property. In one Georgia town, some 400 women were penned
in the town square in the July heat for almost a week without access to female
facilities. It got worse when the Yankee slime got into the liquor. Some two
thousand Southern women and children were shipped north to labor as slaves.
Didn’t you learn that in school?

Sherman’s scorched earth March to the Sea was a horror the later Nazis could
not equal. Why? Because the Yankees hated Negro slavery so much? There can be
no doubt that the already strong Communist influence in the North, combined
with that of the maniacal abolitionists, was at least one of the main reasons.
Slavery was a tardy excuse, an afterthought they introduced to gain propaganda
traction.

In retrospect, it appears that because nothing like this had ever happened
here, Lee and Jackson did not fully comprehend what they were fighting. Had this
really been a “Civil” War, rather than a secession, they would and could easily
have seized Washington after Manassas and hanged our first Communist President
and the other war criminals. Instead they went home, in the mistaken belief
that the defeated Yankees would leave them alone. Lee did come to understand
too late. He said after the war that had he known at the beginning what he had
since found out, he would have fought to the last man.

What was the South fighting? Alexander Hamilton was the nation’s first big
government politician. Hamilton wanted a strong central government and a
national bank. Vice President Aaron Burr killed Hamilton in a duel. The problem
was that Burr didn’t kill him soon enough. Henry Clay inherited and expanded
Hamilton’s ideas in something called the “American System,” which advocated big
government subsidies for favored industries and high, ruinous tariffs, what we
today call “socialism for the rich.” Clay inspired smooth talking railroad
lawyer Abraham Lincoln, who inherited the Red escapees from the Revolution of
1848 and became our first Communist President.

All of this comes again to mind with the recent publication of Red Republicans:
Marxism in the Civil War and Lincoln’s Marxists (iUniverse, Lincoln, Nebraska,
2007) by Southern historians Walter D. Kennedy and Al Benson, Jr. You must read
this book, because it irrefutably nails down everything I have said above and
then some. Let’s browse through Red Republicans, and, as we do so, remember
that the reason most Americans have never heard of all this is that the winner
writes the history.

For instance, August Willich was a member of the London Communist League with
Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Needless to say, Willich became a major general
in the Union Army. Robert Rosa belonged to the New York Communist Club and was
a major in the 45th New York Infantry. Brigadier general Louis Blenker of New
York was a “convinced Marxist.” His 10,000 man division looted people in
Virginia, inspiring the term “Blenkered.” Many of his men were fresh from
European prisons. Our first Communist President knew this, but turned them
loose on the people of the South.

In Red Republicans we learn of nine European revolutionaries convicted of
treason and banished to Australia. They escaped to the united States and
Canada. Three or four of them, with no military experience, became Union
generals, joining at least three other Marx confidants who already held that
rank. “Every man of the nine became a member of the Canadian Parliament, a governor
of a territory or state in the Union, party leader, prime minister or attorney
general.”

Many of these men, not all, were Germans, some four thousand of whom escaped to
this country. Known as Forty-Eighters, they quickly added violent abolitionism
and feminism to their Communist beliefs. In Missouri, Forty-Eighter Franz Sigel
became a Union general and had uniforms made for his Third Infantry Regiment
that closely resembled the uniforms worn by socialist revolutionaries in
Germany in 1849.

Forty-Eighters who became high ranking Union commanders included Colonel
Friedrich Salomon, Ninth Wisconsin, Colonel Fritz Anneke, Thirty Fourth
Wisconsin and Colonel Konrad Krez, Twenty Seventh Wisconsin. Communist
journalist Karl Heinzen wrote: “If you have to blow up half a continent and
cause a bloodbath to destroy the party of barbarism, you should have no
scruples of conscience. Anyone who would not joyously sacrifice his life for
the satisfaction of exterminating a million barbarians is not a true republican.”
Heinzen came to this country and supported Lincoln.

Joseph Weydemeyer had to flee Germany when the Communist Revolution failed. In
London he belonged to the Communist League and was a close friend of Marx and
Engels. He came to this country in 1851, supported Lincoln, maintained his
close friendship with Marx and became a Brigadier General in the Union Army.

Dedicated socialist Richard Hinton had to leave England. In this country he
became a Union colonel, a Radical Republican and an associate of maniac John
Brown’s. So was Allan Pinkerton, who financed him. At one meeting with Brown,
Pinkerton told his son: “Look well upon that man. He is greater than Napoleon
and just as great as George Washington.” Yes, Pinkerton was the great detective
who founded the agency that bears his name. Why didn’t you know that? In
Kansas, mass murderer Brown enjoyed the support of wealthy Yankees (the Secret
Six). August Bondi and Charles Kaiser, who worked with Brown there, were Forty
Eighters.

What about Marx himself? Marx fled to England, where he is buried. He became
the European correspondent for socialist Horace Greeley’s New York Tribune,
whose Managing Editor, Charles Dana, was a Communist. Dana hired Marx as a
foreign correspondent. Marx wrote often of his kinship with the new Republican
Party. Dana’s generosity to Marx kept that scumbag alive.

Remember that Marx never worked a day to support his family, but did find time
to impregnate their maid. Dana later became Assistant Secretary of War. All
these people were in place when our first Communist President was elected on
the Republican ticket in 1860 and provoked Lincoln’s Communist War to Destroy
the Union.

The GOP Convention of 1860 took place in Chicago, a flaming center of German
Communism. Many such Reds were delegates, including Johann Bernhard Stallo and
Frederick Hassaurek from Ohio and Heinrich Bornstein from Missouri, a friend of
Marx. Socialist Carl Schurz was a delegate from Wisconsin. To guarantee German
support in Illinois, Lincoln secretly bought the Illinois Staats Anzieger.
After the election he awarded the editor a consular post.

Socialist Friedrich Kapp was editor of the New Yorker-Abendzeitung. He wrote
propaganda for the new Republican Party and helped mightily to deliver the
German-American vote to Lincoln. With other Forty-Eighters, he was an elector
for Lincoln in 1860. Remember, these are just a few examples. You really need
to read the book. Call, toll-free 1 (800) 288-4677 to order.

Remember that slavery, for these Communists, was just an afterthought, a tool.
Before the War for Independence, it was the Southern colonies that petitioned
the King to stop importing slaves into the South. Did you know that Jefferson
tried to include in the Declaration of Independence a complaint against the King
because his government had forbidden the colonies to end the slave trade?
Jefferson’s language was deleted to avoid giving offense to New England, which
was making buckets of money trading slaves.

Indeed, did you also know that if slavery was what the South fought to defend,
all it had to do was stay in the Union? Lincoln made clear that he would defend
slavery and would not free slaves owned by a man in a state within the Union:
“I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution
of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to
do so, and I have no inclination to do so.”

Remember that the Emancipation Proclamation came well into the war. It was a
propaganda stunt that freed only the slaves in areas controlled by the
Confederacy; in other words, none. Meanwhile, prominent abolitionist Robert E.
Lee, the first man Lincoln offered command of the Union Army, had freed his
family’s slaves long before the war. So, what were the Communists who came here
after?

Republican Senator John Sherman, brother of the monster who Marched to the Sea,
advised his fellow senators to “nationalize as much as possible [making] men
love their country before their states. All private interests, all local
interests, all banking interests, the interests of individuals, everything,
should be subordinate now to the interests of the Government.”

Germany was a decentralized collection of independent states. The goal of the
Forty Eighters there was a “united, indivisible republic” in which those states
would be dissolved. Land and private industry would be confiscated. The
government would be transformed into a Socialist dictatorship. These are the
ideas the Forty Eighters came to implement here. By the way, that is what
Hitler did in the 1930s. That is what the fleeing Communists found so
attractive in Lincoln.

So, again, the Republican Party did not “go wrong.” It was rotten from the
start. It has never been anything else but red. The characterization of
Republican states as “red states” is quite appropriate. What do these
revelations mean to us? Again, Dr. Paul is an aberration. He is not a
“traditional Republican.” A “traditional Republican” stands for high taxes,
imperial government and perpetual war. |

Dr. Paul is much more a traditional Democrat. I refer of course to the Democrat
Party before the Communist takeover, which began with the election of Woodrow
Federal Reserve-Income Tax-World War I Wilson and was consummated with the
election of liar, swindler, thief, traitor and mass murderer Franklin Delano
Roosevelt. I am talking about the Democrat Party of Thomas Jefferson.

So of course the Republican Party will do everything it can to sandbag Dr.
Paul. Expect that. It rightly considers him an interloper who doesn’t belong
there. Yes, because of decades of perversion of popular opinion about the
Republican Party, he must run as a Republican. But no patriot loyalty, and
certainly no trust, should be forthcoming, because the Party is a sidewinder
that will betray him in a Ghouliani minute.

Dr. No is on one side. The Republicrat Party is one the other.

Dissent in America to be labeled “HOMEGROWN TERRORISM”–

DISSENT
IN AMERICA TO BE RELABELED ‘HOMEGROWN TERRORISM’
PART 1 of 2

By Steven Yates
December 2, 2007
NewsWithViews.com

On October 23,
2007, the House of Representatives passed what may be the most dangerous bill
ever to come down the pike. This bill, like many of its predecessors on our
steady march toward totalitarianism, sailed under the radar. There was
virtually no publicity or fanfare. Now, the bill has gone to the Senate, and is
in committee.

The bill is
called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of
2007 (H.R. 1955/S. 1959). The language in this bill is so maddeningly vague it
could mean anything. It could therefore be tailored to attack any group
opposing national and international policies that have the backing of the
corporatist-governmental power system.

Consider the
definition offered of ‘violent radicalization’ (from Sec. 899A of the bill
being referred to the Senate): “the process of adopting or promoting an
extremist belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based
violence to advance political, religious, or social change.”

This definition
alone ought to raise your hackles! What counts as an ‘extremist belief system’?
What constitutes ‘violence’? Either one is anyone’s guess, because nowhere in
the bill is the word ‘extremist’ defined, nor is ‘violence’ defined. In
practice, they will mean whatever federal bureaucrats or others calling the
shots want them to mean. What about ‘facilitating’? This is a favorite
word in today’s mushy political-correctese. Does it mean ‘causing’? Or merely
‘encouraging’? How much ‘encouragement’?

Consider the
definition offered for ‘homegrown terrorism’: “the use, planned use, or
threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or
based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the
United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the
civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in
furtherance of political or social objectives.”

No examples of
‘homegrown terrorism’ are offered.

One could
understand a federal proscription against ‘the use … of force or violence…’
assuming we know what these amount to. But ‘planned’ use? What does this mean?
‘Planning’ involves thought, not action. In such ways this bill kicks open the
door to the officially sanctioned creation of thought crimes that can be smuggled
in under ‘homegrown terrorism’ and treated accordingly. Some critics have
therefore dubbed H.R. 1955/S. 1959 as the Thought Crimes Act of 2007. They have
spoken of the potential criminalization of dissent in America.

There is plenty
more in this insidious bill that ought to scare the living daylights out of
anyone defending basic freedoms recognized by our Constitution. Sec. 899B of
the bill is entitled ‘Findings’ and consists of nine numbered paragraphs—all of
them legislative land mines. There is no need to look at them all. Consider
(3): “The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization,
ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United
States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related
propaganda to United States citizens.”

Again, the bill
offers no definition or examples of ‘terrorist-related propaganda’ available
over the Internet. The phrase could therefore again mean anything those in
power want it to mean.

Or consider (6):
“The potential rise of self radicalized, unaffiliated terrorists domestically
cannot be easily prevented through traditional Federal intelligence or law
enforcement efforts, and requires the incorporation of State and local
solutions.”

Read between the
lines. H.R. 1955/S. 1959 would accelerate the federalization and militarization
of state and local police departments. If this bill becomes law, expect more
Taser attacks on ordinary people who haven’t been charged with any crime, but
refuse absolute obedience to cops acting like common bullies. Those paying
attention know that there has been an epidemic of such attacks this year, the
most recent being on a driver in Utah who declined to sign a traffic ticket and
wanted proof that he had been speeding (innocent until proven guilty,
correct?). If this bill becomes law, police militancy will increase, but with
incidents sufficiently widely dispersed that few residents will detect the
pattern, organize, and demand a stop to it.

Sec. 899C of the
H.R. 1955/S. 1959 would establish a National Commission on the Prevention of
Violent Radicalization and Ideologically Based Violence within the legislative
branch. The Commission will consist of ten members appointed by federal
officials including the president and the Secretary of Homeland Security. The
bill commands the Commission in mind-numbingly repetitious language: “Examine
and report upon the facts and causes of violent radicalization, homegrown
terrorism, and ideologically based violence in the United States, including
United States connections to non-United States persons and networks, violent
radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence in
prison, individual or ‘lone wolf’ violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism,
and ideologically based violence, and other faces of the phenomena of violent
radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence that the
Commission considers important.”

The Commission
would convene and conduct “studies” for 18 months. Very possibly it will rely
on such biased sources as the Marxist Southern Poverty Law Center’s
Intelligence Project, which bills itself as the gold standard for monitoring
“hate groups” and “extremist” activity on U.S. soil. During this period,
grassroots political groups could find themselves compelled for their own
protection to do the equivalent of background checks on new members and
recruits. Some would doubtless be spies sent by the SPLC or the federal
government itself. They would also have to watch what they send out via email,
or place on their websites. Big Brother would be watching—especially anything
sent to or received from persons based overseas.

Sec. 899D
creates a Center of Excellence for the Study of Violent Radicalization and
Homegrown Terrorism in the United States. This Center would be
“university-based,” suggesting intent to pull academia into subservience. The
lure, of course, will be Homeland Security dollars. The result will be more
infiltration and more academic thought control, this time in the guise of the
“war on terror.”

The Findings
section ends: “Certain governments, including the United Kingdom, Canada, and
Australia have significant experience with homegrown terrorism and the United
States can benefit from lessons learned by those nations.”

Articles—on the
Internet, of course—have been appearing regularly on how the U.K is becoming a
total surveillance state, with cameras watching the movements of civilians
everywhere. Is our government to emulate the U.K.? All three societies are
slightly further down the road to police-state conditions than we are. Is that
why they are suggested as good models for those who would carry out the
mandates of H.R. 1955/S. 1959?

Sec. 899E
elaborates: “International Effort—The Secretary shall, in cooperation with the
Department of State, the Attorney General, and other Federal Government
entities, as appropriate, conduct a survey of methodologies implemented by
foreign nations to prevent violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism in
their respective nations.” In other words, our federal government is to study
foreign police states in order to build a better police state on U.S. soil.
Only, however, “[t]o the extent that methodologies are permissible under the
Constitution …”

If anyone at the
federal level except perhaps Ron Paul had read the bill, they would realize
that by its very nature it is unconstitutional. Nothing in the Constitution
authorizes our federal government to model policies on those of governments
elsewhere in the world—or to conduct the kind of domestic infiltrations and
surveillance this bill would require.

Sec. 899F, in
light of all the above, is almost comical. Are you ready? Here it comes: “The
Department of Homeland Security’s efforts to prevent ideologically based
violence and homegrown terrorism as described herein shall not violate the
constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States
citizens or lawful permanent residents.”

George Orwell
couldn’t have said it better!

Here is the
million dollar question: what prompted this bill? The only event in
recent years that can be labeled ‘homegrown terrorism’—given the federal
government’s pronouncements as our only criterion—was the destruction of the
Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The federal government executed Timothy
McVeigh for that on July 14, 2001. Even in that case there are unanswered
questions. But while Internet-based claims persist that McVeigh had accomplices
other than Terry Nichols, none are officially recognized. Other attacks on U.S.
soil (World Trade Center 1993 and, of course, the 9/11 attacks) are blamed on
foreigners.

So again: what
prompted this bill?

There is only
one plausible answer. H.R. 1955/S. 1959’s unnamed target is the independent
Patriot movement.

By the ‘Patriot
movement’ I mean red-blooded Americans who proudly defend gun rights, and will
tell you why: an armed populace is a free populace. They have turned off their
televisions and tuned out corporate-controlled media. They have removed their
children from government schools. Many are men and women of modest means at
best—some are living from paycheck to paycheck—and are sick and tired of
bromides on behalf of NAFTA/CAFTA/FTAA, “free trade” and “globalization,” when
they have seen none of the supposed benefits. They are aware that today savings
are nonexistent, while bankruptcies and foreclosures are at all-time highs.

They know,
moreover, that the federal government and its controlled media lie brazenly
with a cooked inflation figure, a “core inflation” rate that excludes food and
energy costs. For part two click below.

PART 2 of 2

By Steven Yates

NewsWithViews.com

And they can
cite the claim of Alan Blinder, former deputy chairman of the Federal Reserve,
that things are going to get worse for the domestic economy—much worse!. In his
view, offered last May, the U.S. could lose between 30 million and 40 million
more jobs to offshoring over the next generation as global corporations pursue
the cheapest labor they can find. For Americans, entire occupations will be
wiped out and replaced with nothing. America will become a third-world country,
as U.S. workers—including many well-educated professionals—go pinwheeling over
the economic cliff. Disruptions now go hand-in-hand with World Trade
Organization meetings. With the growing popularity of commentators like Lou
Dobbs, we could see organized resistance to “free trade” and “globalization”
here at home in the future. Patriots have views of their own on the true state
of the U.S. economy that do not reflect official propaganda about ‘low
inflation’ and ‘low unemployment.’ They are taking the long view. They have
been investing in precious metals, including the Liberty Dollar—recently
targeted for a federal government raid.

Patriots might
also ask pesky questions like, How can the Bush Administration claim to be
fighting a “war on terror” with our borders wide open and still allowing
thousands of illegal aliens into this country every day. (Newsflash: not all
illegal aliens are Mexican.) They have some pretty good ideas why those in
power refuse to secure our borders. They are aware of the stealth effort to
fold this country into a North American Union with a new fiat currency, the
amero, intended to replace our debauched dollar. The integration of Mexicans
with a squatter’s mindset into the economies of our cities and towns will
further drive the third-worldization of America as it drives down American
wages.

Many Patriots
believe we should stop fighting foreign wars where only corporate interests
(and Israeli interests, not American interests) are at stake. No one, after
all, ever showed that Saddam Hussein was a threat to us. Nor has Iran’s Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad threatened us (he has threatened Israel).

Among Patriots
are those who question the legality and Constitutionality of the federal income
tax collected annually by the IRS. They are aware of the shady history of the
Federal Reserve Corporation. Many can name names to go along with the otherwise
vague ‘power elite’ label: Rothschild, Rockefeller, Warburg, Morgan, Schiff,
Aldrich, Harriman, Brzezinski, Kissinger, and so on. Some Patriots would like
to see an independent investigation into what really happened on 9/11.

In short, the
independent Patriot movement completely rejects the direction this country has
been going in since the Reagan-Bush era during which globalism took a quantum
leap culminating in NAFTA, and has been accelerating ever since.

Reading H.R.
1955/S. 1959, Patriots will have still more unwanted questions. Is rejecting
the official consensus on the health and direction of the U.S. economy the same
as ‘terrorist-related propaganda’? Is a person who documents points of view
online that dissent from the Bush Administration’s stay-the-course policy on
the Iraq War a potential ‘homegrown terrorist’? Are the groups associated with
the many websites offering alternatives to corporate media about to be labeled
such, as a precursor to controls over our online activities and demands for
unquestioned support for federal (and globalist) policy? These may sound like
rhetorical questions, but the wording of H.R. 1955/S. 1959 is so open-ended we
have no alternative.

Patriots are
aware, finally, that all except for two or possibly three of next year’s
contenders for the presidency are members of, or are controlled by, the
CFR/Trilateralist/Bilderburg axis, and fear another pseudo-choice between
Globalist Candidate A and Globalist Candidate B.

The Patriot
movement clearly threatens the lust for power that captured Rome on the Potomac
after 9/11, and it threatens the greed of global corporate predators who place
profits ahead not just of the livelihoods of ordinary Americans but of U.S.
sovereignty itself. Moreover, while much of the country of course remains in
its television-induced stupor, the Patriot movement is growing. Within it are
articulate voices who recognize that behind both is the power elite’s drive for
a world government, for which global “free trade” and “capitalism” are Trojan
horses.

Patriots,
moreover, are not powerless. They may look powerless as they meet and plan in
the back room of the local Denny’s. But they definitely did a number on the
badly wanted (by the power elite) amnesty-for-illegal-aliens effort—grassroots
efforts stopped amnesty-for-illegals four times this year, as irate callers
shut down Congressional switchboards and floods of emails crashed servers! Patriots
are not a bunch of peons who can simply be told by government officials to keep
their mouths shut!
In the event of, e.g., a strike on Iran—especially in
the wake of the ongoing catastrophe in Iraq—these people are bound to be
trouble, as are many other groups who oppose foreign wars for different
reasons. They will be trouble if Cintra, a foreign corporation, persists in
building a NAFTA Superhighway. Organized resistance has already emerged in
Texas and Oklahoma against the NAFTA Superhighway system, which would take
hundreds of thousands of acres of land through post-Kelo eminent domain.
Cintra’s contract is supposed to run for 50 years!

The feds can’t
just “go after” Patriots and antiwar groups, though—not without giving away
their hand. Hence evil bills like this one to relabel their activities as
‘homegrown terrorism,’ serving as potential domestic preemptive strikes against
possible civil unrest.

Obviously, H.R.
1955/S. 1959 will do nothing to protect Americans against real terrorism. What
it should do is raise the question of who protects Americans from their own
government? The bottom line is that if this bill is rushed through the Senate
and signed by President Bush, it raises the specter of anyone dissenting from
official national and international policy being labeled a ‘homegrown
terrorist.’ Coupled with earlier abominations like the Military Commissions
Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, and Presidential Directive NSPD
51/HSPD-20” signed by Bush on May 9 of this year—all of which will be inherited
by Bush’s successor—Patriots can see that our present direction is toward
totalitarian rule by brute force, with dissent and alternative voices and
products being ruthlessly suppressed. Just two weeks ago we saw the
above-mentioned raid on Liberty Dollar headquarters. Even as it destroys the
value of our fiat currency, the Federal Reserve Corporation doesn’t want the
competition. H.R. 1955/S. 1959 could lead to the coerced shutting down of
alternative news sites on the Internet, the end of alternative newspapers and
talk radio shows, culminating in federal raids on the residences of known
patriots (in the case of Patriots who question the legality and
Constitutionality of the federal income tax this has already happened).

Finally—H.R.
1955/S. 1959’s Sec. 899C stipulates, “the Commission may, to such extent and in
such amounts as are provided in appropriation Acts, enter into contracts to
enable the Commission to discharge its duties under this section.”

In other words,
the Commission may hire private contractors to identify and isolate ‘homegrown
terrorists.’ Blackwater, the increasingly notorious private army, comes to
mind. Should we see a power elite caused economic crisis with tens of thousands
of suddenly unemployed people taking to the streets protesting globalist
policy, will federal officials contract with Blackwater to engage in a little
“crowd control”?

Four hundred and
four members of our House of Representatives voted for this abomination (219
Democrats and 185 Republicans). Six votes were cast against it (split three and
three). This overwhelming bipartisan support speaks volumes about where the
present Congress stands—and about the absence of any substantive difference
between the two divisions of the Rome on the Potomac Party.

H.R. 1955/S.
1959 is now in the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental
Affairs. We need to fax or call our Senators and tell them in no uncertain
terms that We The People oppose this bill (use the U.S. Capitol Switchboard
toll-free numbers 1-877-851-6437, 1-800-833-6354, 1-888-355-3588,
1-866-220-0044, 1-866-808-0065, 1-877-762-8762, 1-866-340-9281,
1-800-862-5530). We need to demand a NO vote to one of the most frightening and
dangerous pieces of legislation I think I’ve ever seen! The edifice of a
totalitarian America is under construction in increments under our noses! H.R.
1955/S. 1959 is just the latest installment. We now have very little time to
get up off our duffs and do something to stop this! For part one click below.

Fax to Ark. U.S. legislators re Thought Crime Prevention Act Outrage

A VEILED FRONTAL ASSAULT ON THE FOUNDING WHITE POPULATION
OF THE USA:

HR 1955 TITLED THE VIOLENT RADICALIZATION AND HOMEGROWN
TERRORISM PREVENTION ACT OF 2007—translation: this follows the unconstitutional
& criminal acts known as

1.
The Patriot Acts

2.
The Military Commissions Act

3.
The Martial Law Codicil

4.
SPP

5.
And now, The Violent Radicalization &
homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act—a blatant attack on U.S. citizens, the final
block in the long standing design to silence any and all criticism of the criminal
U.S. government.  Government traitors are
aware that Americans are waking up to the depth of criminality embedded in
every government entity and have seen our Constitution shredded, the rule of
law scoffed at, our personal property seized, and now freedom of speech
castrated. The stage is now complete, and the next step is to implement any and
all of the aforementioned to silence Americans by any means necessary to
complete their agenda.  Prisons are built
and waiting for the first group of U.S. patriots.

6.
Torture—compliments of Michael Chertoff &
Alberto Gonzales—dual citizens.

7.
The National & Homeland Security
Presidential Directive (5/9/7) declares in event of “catastrophic event”, Bush
can become what is best described as “Dictator”.

To: Congressmen Boozman, Ross, Berry, Snyder

Who are these homegrown terrorists?  There are none, but you 4 traitors have
prepared the last stage for Martial Law for any perceived reason.  Who is to decide what a thought crime is? And
who to decide what your thoughts are?
And what ethnic group is behind your treasonous behavior in passing this
Gestapo tactic?

You four have disgraced the Founders, the Constitution,
the rule of law, and our state. I do not believe for one minute you are the
buffoons you appear to be, but are charter members in this designed destruction
of our once proud and preeminent Republic.
The only thing left for you to do is to give the psychopath Bush & Israel
a pass, as you routinely do, to bomb Iran and start the WWIII
conflagration.  Iran is no threat, just
as Iraq was no threat, and you have embraced cold-blooded murder across the
globe.

Now comes the draft to kill off our young men and
women.  Gentlemen, enjoy your bloody
spoils.

Now to Senators Pryor & Lincoln:  Senator Pryor, you are a member of the Senate
Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs…this is your chance
to bring the light of day to this ongoing criminal endeavor, i.e. S 1959 to a
halt.  This legislation, Senator is Real
TERRORISM as stated above. Again, this is a veiled frontal assault on White
America who have sustained this Republic, and with our demise guarantees 3rd
world status.

Senator Lincoln, I can only believe you will embrace this
criminal assault with open arms…prove me wrong.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

The life & crimes of Rudy Giuliani

The life & crimes of Rudolph Giuliani:                                      October
10, 2007

The life & crimes of Rudolph Giuliani, former federal prosecutor,
mayor, presidential candidate, and world class criminal.

The trail begins with Special Order 40 in 1994 as mayor of
NYC—ordering law enforcement to no longer check legal status of criminals,
(illegal aliens), thereby trashing the rule of law.  At that time he was a vigorous promoter of
open-borders.  He now says that he
champions secure borders.  Do you believe
him?

As NYC mayor he appointed Bernard Kerik as police commissioner,
then came 911 and the bowels of NYC were destroyed.  Think Global Hawk or Whodunnit.  Giuliani made a grandstand appearance amid
the destruction, replete with mask for a 15 minute observation, and promptly
ordered no communications between Police & Fire.  In days President Bush selected Kerik to be
Homeland Security Czar and before the ink was dry, Kerik brought up on federal
criminal charges. (Birds of a feather).

Days following 911, Giuliani set up 4 corporations dealing
with safety and security; which netted $20 million in 2002. Question: As the
mayor of a city partially destroyed by whomever (?) why would anybody hire
Giuliani as an authority on terror and safety?
The establishment, of course.

2005, Giuliani became a senior partner in the law firm of
Bracewell & Giuliani, based in Houston, Tx.
The firm held secret meetings with TX Gov. Richard Perry and Cintra
Concesiones, a Spanish corporation hired to create and run the Trans-Texas
Corridor, a proposed 12 lane highway from San Antonio to Kansas City, MO.   Cintra put $6 Billion upfront money into the
project; all negotiations with Cintra are handled by Bracewell & Giuliani,
LLP, with rights to maintenance and all tolls for 50 years to Cintra/Giuliani.

There is more!
Cintra/Giuliani control all toll roads & profits in Indiana and
Chicago, IL.

Bush’s North American Union and Giuliani’s Trans-Texas
Corridor are inextricably linked, and upon completion will sound the death knell
of sovereignty and the rule of law in the United States Republic, if not
stopped immediately!

October 9, 2007 so-called Republican debate aired on CNBC,
Giuliani was quoted as saying “he was for selling off major parts of U.S.
business, because we are in a global environment and it just made good business
sense.”  For whom?  Obviously, Giuliani is a leader in these
treasonous activities.

So, citizens, if you are still worshiping at the altar of
either of the 2 major parties, you are euphemistically, foolish…one exception,
Ron Paul.

Guv. Beebe (D) & Repub. Executive Director clueless or complicit??

Fix is in. Times Record, 9/20/07 headline “Beebe unaware of
immigration law”.   Untrue.

 Former Representative
Jeremy Hutchinson passed a law in the General Assembly in 2005, “deterrent to
illegal immigration”.  Hutchinson ran it
by then Attorney General Mike Beebe for an opinion.  I personally discussed on three occasions with
A.G Beebe, August, 2006 regarding Gov. Huckabee’s criminal conduct (violation
of Article I, Section 10 U.S. Constitution) increasing the illegal Mexican
magnet by establishing a Consulate.  I
asked Beebe each time to enforce U.S. statutes (8USC) and Arkansas law; he
claimed he did not have the authority.  Untrue.

Arkansas is the recipient of a massive illegal invasion from
California, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Mexico. Beebe refuses to enforce U.S. law
which specifically empowers all law enforcement agencies to arrest illegals and
those hiring them.  See laws arkansasfreedom.net.

Beebe is owned by the Democrat party and corporate
America.  He’d rather appear stupid than
complicit? Beebe relies on the canard, “it’s a federal issue”—untrue.

The Arkansas Republican Party hired a young firebrand and
graduate of the D.C. school of crime, to resurrect the moribund Party.  She worked as a “confidential Assistant” for
immigration and customs, for dual citizens Alberto Gonzales and Michael
Chertoff, creators of the Patriot Acts, and the use of torture.

Karen Ray is the new Arkansas Republican Party Executive Director.  She was quoted  9/20/07 Times Record article that Arkansans
“should be championing economic policies that create jobs, not introducing
immigration legislation that makes Arkansas less attractive to business” openly
advocating hiring illegal aliens.  Ray throws
in the pejoratives of “racism” and “racist”.
No regard for the rule of law and is a fundraising, race-baiting
hustler. Columnist David Sanders revealed Ray has been meeting with Archie
Schaffer, the bagman for open-borders, cheap labor Tyson’s.

Both parties are criminally corrupt.
