Arkansas wants new tax for Agenda 21 transportation

The Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department in bed with Gov. Mike Beebe and a number of state legislators are pushing for what they claim is under the aegis of “Move Arkansas Forward”, which is a $1 billion bond deal and nothing more than Sustainable Development under the malleable name of MOVE ARKANSAS FORWARD.

Does the bond deal that the governor, substantial members of the legislature & the AHTD want really Move Arkansas Forward?   Absolutely not!  Most of the bond money would go for Agenda 21 projects, which in the final analysis is the grand theft of citizens’ property.

For the citizens who voted for a number of Republicans who were elected, thinking they were voting for constitutional conservatives…think again!

Constitutional conservatives know what to expect from Democrats—more & bigger government, but now we have any number of Republicans who have colluded with Beebe & the Democrats to mask the real intent of the $575 million in new debt and could rise to $1 Billion.
In a burst of thunder Chairman of the Arkansas Republican party Doyle Webb, long immersed in Ark. Politics, is leading the Arkansas Republican delegation in the backdoor bond deal, which translates into a political protection racket. 

Beebe & Webb, in their bravado, are leaning heavily on the fact that Arkansans are unaware of Agenda 21 and its bevy of bastard babies, Move Arkansas Forward being one.

Citizens of Arkansas prone to take the bait will vote for this new $575 million to $1 billion of new debt thinking it will be used for highway maintenance.  Wrong!

When citizens hear the word Bond they in the main are not aware of the horrific tax burden placed on their backs.
Everyone likes good highways, right?  But is this gigantic bond proposal going for maintenance? Beebe & Webb and their enablers are not about to tell citizens the real intent of the proposed grand theft.
Are you aware that the state of Arkansas is the nation’s 12th in highway miles due to MASS PAVING IN NON-CONGESTED AREAS?  AHTD is taking money from gasoline taxes and giving it to private banks and state entities that already have their own taxpayer-funded budget for non-highway uses. 

Why is the State Highway Dept., funded by fuel taxes, diverting highway funds to recreational trails? The answer is Agenda 21 & its bastard babies.

The new money Beebe, Webb, & their acolytes receive will go in large part to fund mass transit/light rail/more trails with the ultimate goal of “Stacking & Packing” citizens into high density conclaves. Therefore; easily controlled, no need for individual motorized vehicles, most commodities available in walking or biking distance.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and we must not enable these Agenda 21 type programs to proceed.

Gov. Beebe, Doyle Webb, and their enablers are truly evil men.  The transparency in their government is non-existent and to create an environment that the state government functions in is the direct result of allowing these stiffs to hold public office for decades, which creates mischief & criminality.

Now let’s see…who do we blame for our pathetic place in history?
Question:  Why would a citizen vote to give the AHTD the above stated amount of money in one draw? That would be absolutely idiotic. One year at a time, and before the money is disbursed, state what projects, where, and the cost must be revealed publicly.   A master plan should also be submitted & published in all the state’s newspapers before any voter consideration.

Governor Mike Beebe and the 2011 Legislative Circus                                    March 15, 2011

Over a number of years I have received very few negative emails, perhaps less than a dozen, with the majority coming from Arkansas state legislators.  In this regard I have made a point of not responding.

This last Saturday while Barbara and I were enjoying a weekend holiday, came an email from the bi-partisan ecumenical four…that being Reps. Roebuck, Burris, Powers, & Hobbs.  After reading the email I quickly determined that that email filled with vitriol and lies would be addressed forthwith which was the case.

Notice that these types, i.e. politicians never confront the charges philosophically, historically, objectively or factually. They prefer vilification and personal slander which was and is the case of the bi-partisan four.

Last evening while watching TV and prepping for March Madness, came another fragmented, nonsensical diatribe from a 16 year veteran of state government.  This would be state senator Percy Malone.  Senator Malone over the years has made me a beneficiary of a number of his highly motivating missives.  In the matter of serving his constituents, theoretically, for umpteen years, I recall the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette querying him regarding a substantial healthcare contract awarded to his pharmacy from the Arkansas state government. The gist of the questioning centered on whether that was in the bounds of propriety, could it be considered inside trading or a conflict of interest?  The senator exclaimed “he had as much right to the contract as anyone”.   Makes one wonder how many more contracts he’s received. 

Here is the email received:

“Ole Joe when are you going to attack Jesus for telling us to help aliens.  If you need I will give you Bible verse.  Do they have anger management where you learn all your “facts”  ……..his grammar not mine.

The abysmal utter ignorance of this legislative body as a whole regarding conceptual/constitutional thinking is incomprehensible.  As we have already stated it seems apparent that the Governor and the legislative body do not understand the difference between charity and forced redistribution, or do not care.  It appears that many of these legislators who have decades of tenure do not have any idea about the proper function of government, only self-service.  Observe the political landscape, nationally, statewide, county wide and locally.

I would be remiss if I didn’t follow with Rep. Homer Lenderman’s sophomoric utterances, all skirting the issues while massaging the Bible.  Here is a revealing exchange.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiaries—the largest traffickers of illegal Mexicans and OTM’s and purveyors of Foreign Trade Zones.   The enemy within.                                                                       February 13, 2011

The Chamber is a major component in job-killing activities known as “free trade”.  â€œFree trade” is a misnomer.  There’s nothing free about the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s use of the phrase “free trade”. It is government mandated trade. What we should have is Fair Trade.  Since Geo. W. Bush and his band of neo-con corrupters, our nation has lost 6 million industrial jobs.  The U.S. is engaging in the textbook definition of Fascism.  A “Private/Public Partnership” (PPP)—a nexus between government and industry, where the government is the CEO.  Review 1930’s German history.

Chambers of Commerce act independently and also in concert with the national brand in destroying American jobs and standards of living by leading the charge exporting jobs and industry abroad, while at the same time, behind the scenes hiring foreign nationals from abroad for cheap wages to accomplish technological services here in the U.S.

The Chambers have for decades been obsessed with maintaining open borders and exploiting 3rd world illegal alien populations for exploitation by industries.

One of the few legitimate creations by the federal government to slow down the illegal invasions was the institution of E-Verify demanding that U.S. businesses identify illegals by a simple phone call…just a telephone call away and 99% accurate. 

Resistance to using the mandated E-Verify was recently made public by a printed communication with the letterhead of the Arkansas Homebuilders Association, under the names of Todd Wilcox, AHBA president and co-signer Julie Mills, AHBA executive vice-president. In this communication the ugly hand of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in their litigation vs. Candelaria, no. 09-115, August 8, 2009 to do away with E-Verify raised its head.  According to the AHBA a decision is expected by this summer at the least and they are expecting E-Verify to be killed.  

A statement of violation of the Constitution and U.S. law could not be clearer.  The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing to destroy E-Verify for their equally guilty enablers—e.g. Tyson’s, Simmons, AHBA, Pilgrim’s Pride, Contractors, religious orders, anti-American ethno-centric organizations,  and various factions of Arkansas government.

The Chambers of Commerce are in no way representing small businesses while taking their exorbitant yearly fees and using to defend big business and destroying the middleclass workforce.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, along with others, is pursuing what is known as “Foreign Trade Zones”.  The U.S. Dept of Commerce in lockstep with various city/state Chambers of Commerce, are negotiating with China to promote private businesses while inviting the Chinese to come here to invest, (EB-5 Visas), live, and start businesses and then file for a “Foreign Trade Zone” status and get special tax cuts and lower operational costs than American businesses outside the zone can have.  The U.S. Dept. of Commerce then takes over all control of the land and business guidelines within the Zone. 

China and other nations who participate in “Foreign Trade Zones” are under no obligation to hire Americans. Under the Free Trade Zone arrangements foreign investors, e.g. China, can bring in as many of their own citizens as they desire, may build cities replete with shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc. under the EB-5 Visas.   â€œForeign Trade Zones” are not a new concept. “Foreign Trade Zones” are being promulgated all over America right now.  In Fort Smith, Arkansas Mitsubishi is building a wind turbine factory and bringing in Japanese employees who are and will be subsidized by Arkansas taxpayers.

The Chambers are telling Private businesses that they cannot make it economically without sending their products to China; therefore American businesses can move into “Foreign Trade Zones” for exporting their products to China.   Promoting EB-5 Visas by the Chambers of Commerce will be the death knell of middleclass Americans, both in wages and in numbers.   State Governors are travelling to China to make agreements with them to become foreign investors in the U.S. “Foreign Trade Zones”.

This is just a tip of the corrupt national Chamber of Commerce, Governors, and of course Federal Government. There are many more players in this American job-killing endeavor and in Fort Smith it is noted that there are yearly treks to China and environs by Univ. of Ark. @ Ft. Smith Chancellor Paul Beran and his substantial entourage. Could it be Beran is promoting “Foreign Trade Zones”?

Legislators, please be aware of the Trade Zone assaults and the destruction it will wreak.  Please take the time to research, and the first place to begin would be Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.   Might want to look into the Aspen Institute where A.G. McDaniel is ladder climbing and traveling the world.

Conclusion: the Chambers of Commerce are open-borders and illegal alien advocates, while at the same time promoting the Foreign Free Trade Zones, which has all but annihilated the real free market translating into destruction of American jobs, sovereignty and stability.

Do any of you see what the coming attraction is if the will of the people continues to be ignored and abused?  Think Egypt.  I do not believe for one minute any politician or bureaucrat will lift a hand to save our once preeminent Republic while at the same time they are busily involved in incestuous behavior, i.e. preemptive wars globally, a phony “war on terror”, citizen abuse at airports and other venues, nationalized medicine, printing phony money, thousands of bureaucracies that are duplicitous or in most cases have no meaningful purpose but having lives of their own, and stealing taxpayer money to subsidize their criminal behavior.  A Giant Protection Racket.

What is the legal foundation, or is there one, that allows
public schools and universities to become financially involved in a county
project?

Observation, accompanied by some objective thought, one can
only conclude that in this case Dr. Benny Gooden & Chancellor Paul Beran
are putting an inordinate amount of funding into buildings and entertainment,
and from posted statistics, too little into academics.

I suppose one can rationalize and achieve the desired
results with very little effort.  Since
there is a constant hue and cry from politicians and the various education unions
for more funding, it seems here to be appropriate to demand what the authority
is for Gooden and Beran to be so generous with the producers’ taxes, and in
this case taxes that have not been produced, no accounting with reference to
the expansionary processes that will occur, maintenance, insurance, equipment,
salaries, and what the percentages of responsibilities would be.

To the Fort Smith Directors:

Please define “Quality of Place” which is routinely bandied
about.  It is noteworthy that you call
these efforts a “partnership”, but conveniently leave out the producers who
make all your political excursions possible. 
Further note: the government is always the SENIOR partner.

You are presently embarked on very expensive procedures
while most have no chance of succeeding and at the same time, proposing new
taxes on a struggling constituency.  What
on earth are you thinking about?

tomfoolery

Failed Convention Center

3.      
Marshall’s Museum

4.      
West End Park

5.      
Ben Geren…soccer fields (for illegals?),
softball fields, aquatic center, etc. etc.

Because some low level bureaucrats say we “need” does not
translate to affordability.

Methinks Judge Hudson, Mayor Baker, City Directors, Benny
Gooden, Paul Beran, et al should put together some detailed statistics on the
total cost, maintenance, personnel, insurance, need, and then put it to a
public vote.   I am concerned about the
appropriateness and legality of putting public school and college money into a
county project. Perhaps you may want to reconsider.

definition of the term “quality of place”. It was created by the” Department of
Environment, Heritage, and Local Government” to improve quality,
sustainability, livability, and design of residential and mixed-use schemes in
urban areas.”

This could be straight out of Orwell’s “1984” and the
Ministry of Truth’s creation of NEWSPEAK, in conjunction with their destruction
of OLDSPEAK.  (Erasing the past, as in
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES by which a few prosper & the many
are enslaved.)

The easiest job in the whole world….spending someone else’s
money.   Where better to do that than in
government?  Whether it is city, county,
state or Federal.  Those elected and
non-elected officials always know what is good for the citizens better than the
taxpayers do, like giving millions to companies, many foreign, to locate nearby…never
mind whose money it is.

The American Culture/Philosophy has changed drastically
since our beginnings.   A man’s word was
his bond. Now lying is accepted.  Horse
thieves were shot. Now thieves are often spanked on the hand. Crooked
politicians were run out of town on a rail (now they get raises and things
named after them) and murderers were hung (not left on death row for 30 years.).  Deadbeats were left to their own devices (not
put on welfare) and if they stole they were dealt with severely (not rewarded
with more programs).  The Constitution
and rule of law was revered, not trampled, distorted and ignored.  Immigrants were chosen carefully for their
skills and attributes, their backgrounds and health checked closely (now
illegal invaders who crash our borders and break our laws are lauded and given
handouts that taxpaying citizens are forced to fund.

Boards, committees, task forces, etc. decide what is to be
built, formed, made into law, et al and the citizens are either held in contempt
or not considered at all.  It appears
that what the next town has is more important.

The “brainwash” is so successful that even the law-abiding,
taxpaying citizens are often duped….thanks to our government schools, and other
politically correct institutions like the media, big corporations, churches,
Chambers of Commerce, entertainment, and all government agencies.  Take from the “Rich” (those with a real job)
and give to the “Poor” (the dumbed-down, the deadbeats, losers, and parasites).
The bigger the lie, the more it’s believed. Government is now the answer to
everything that once was up to the individual, like putting people to work,
bailing out failures, refusals to release lawfully required information, ad
infinitum.

Courage has been replaced by cowardice and parasitism.  Fear rules those who in earlier times would
have spoken up and acted on their principles.

The key is philosophy…standards/merit/honor/rationality.

How easy to spend someone else’s money for the “greater good”,
and even to feel pious about it.  Do such
people ever own up to the fact that they are the problem, not the
solution?  They clipped the wings of the
Eagle and wonder why it can’t fly, and either have no idea what they have done
or they don’t care.  Gratification comes
first, doesn’t it? How easy.
