Where is ALL law enforcement?

To the Fort Smith City Administration, Fort Smith Police
Chief, Sebastian County Sheriff & the FBI:

There are presently an estimated 180,000-200,000 illegal
Mexicans and OTM’s residing in the state of Arkansas.  Arkansas, on a per capita basis, is the
largest recipient of illegals in the United States.

Politicians, bureaucrats, and other self-serving individuals
and/or entities declare that U.S. immigration laws are broken—a bald-faced lie.  What is broken are the corrupt politicians
and governmental agencies who refuse to enforce U.S. immigration laws.

Federal law, 8 USC and its subsections clearly define the
duties of ALL law enforcement agencies with reference to the illegal Mexican
and OTM invasion. It’s clear these laws are not being enforced.

Questions:

1.
Is law enforcement not aware of 8 USC?

2.
Is law enforcement covering for illegals and
those individuals and companies hiring them? Not to mention the anti-American
organizations like ACLU, SPLC, LULAC, La Raza, Catholic Charities, Chambers of
Commerce, etc……all who aid and abet illegals are felons (8 USC) and are nothing
more than exploiters.

3.
Is law enforcement being held captive by
Political Correctness? The best tool a law enforcement agency has is racial
profiling…its only common sense.

4.
Are all law enforcement agencies in league with
Obama’s goal and in his own words…to change this country fundamentally…and by
his actions to this point equates with Marxism?

Whichever the case might be, policing agencies are
committing a crime against citizens for failing to act constitutionally and
legally against the illegal invasions that are occurring in our county, city,
state, and nation.

When law enforcement agencies arrest Hispanics and when it
is determined they are here illegally, why is this information not given to the
public? Is this P.C. cover-up to protect the cheap labor exploiters?  E.g.
Sebastian County Sheriff Atkinson protecting illegal aliens in Ben Geren
Park at the behest of OK Foods.  (for
details see arkansasfreedom.net   “Arkansas Own Trail of Tears)

Citizens not aligned in any way economically with government
are the same citizens who pay law enforcements’ salaries and perks, and are the
same citizens who pay for the illegals healthcare, schooling, housing, ESL,
translators, food, free pre-natal care, social services, prisons, ad infinitum.

So who do the producing citizens that subsidize all this
criminal activity turn to for protection when the ship of state is sinking into
the deep six?

Law enforcement agencies, are you going to continue to
kowtow to Washington’s illegal stances or are you going to stand beside
American citizens?  Time is telling.

City government dives headlong into Marxism…again.

August 30, 2009

Fort Smith City Government diving headlong into
Marxism/Altruism, knowingly or unknowingly.

Times Record 8/26/09 Police Chief Kevin Lindsey presented a
list of taskforce goals.  Is this a
proper role for a police chief?  Citizens
would be far better served if Lindsey was casting a net for illegals and their
exploiters, as called for in 8 USC.

Four of the goals addressed the desire to advocate for the “rights
and dignity” of the homeless to provide housing, healthcare, education and
social services.   Pure Marxism.  Chief Lindsey, what is your Constitutional underpinning
for such an absurd collectivist proposal?

No published discussion of the above by the Mayor, the
Board, or City Manager Dennis Kelly regarding Forced Redistribution, i.e. grand
theft from the producers.

If the aforementioned believe in Collectivism they and their
ilk are free to sacrifice themselves to the deadbeats, drug addicts, alcoholics,
and other dregs of society, but they have no moral or constitutional authority
to hijack producers.

Again, is it not the churches’ mission to engage in these
type activities?  If so, it appears Pastor
Hutchings, as a Board Director, would be in an optimum position to form a
coalition of churches.  Some of the
churches have a proven record in this particular area since they have been
involved in aiding and abetting illegal aliens.
Most are already funded unfortunately by taxpayers, e.g. the Catholic
Charities.

City Government refuses to understand we are in a depression
and are going to remain for years to come.
Household wealth has slipped $14 trillion nationally, home equity has
dropped to 41% (a new low), joblessness continues to rise and oppressive governments
continue to expand and administer salary and tax increases, while middleclass
America struggles mightily to survive.

Reign in your utopian, Mad-Hatter schemes and let the
weaning process begin.

The definition of charity does not include force, and
individual citizens do not owe their lives /earnings to others.  Charity is an individual choice.

“Double-Dipping” & Aiding illegal aliens

                                                                                                                                August
21, 2009

What do Alma Superintendent Charles Dyer and FBI Agent
Thomas Browne have in common? Savaging Arkansas taxpayers.

In the case of Dyer, ethics are scarce.  Deputy Superintendent David Woolly, Assistant
Superintendent Ronnie Newman, and counselor Ollie Scroggins, retiring and
drawing their retirement benefits were rehired and will collect a full salary
plus their pensions compliments of the state legislature—“Double-Dipping”.

Dyer could have hired non-retired educators looking for
jobs.  He chose to hire these three–why?
Dyer makes another profound statement “We
always have more applicants than we can hire”.
He then says “there were no other applicants for the three positions”,
so which is it? Smelly.  Alma has at
least three Deputy Superintendents—why? Government schools are long on
financing and short on academics.

Has Agent Browne forgotten his sworn obligations? Browne, in
league with Mexican Consul Andres Chao, spoke at a seminar dealing with
Hispanic crime.  The seminar dealt
specifically with human trafficking by illegal Hispanics in the state.  Browne stated that “education, awareness and trust,
in terms of people (illegal aliens) who are in these particular situations are
afraid to come to law enforcement”.  They
might think “Okay, if I (illegal alien) go to law enforcement, I’m going to be
booted out of the country”.  Agent Browne,
isn’t that the law and what you are hired to do?  Boot!

The Mexican Consulate was brought to Little Rock by former
Gov. Mike Huckabee in defiance of Article I, Section X of the U.S.
Constitution.  The Mexican Consulate
serves as a magnet for illegals and Chao says “to protect their rights”—what rights?

Browne, you’re flouting the law…8 USC and Article IV,
Section IV…making fools of taxpaying citizens.
Is the FBI collaborating with the Mexican government regarding the
illegal Mexican invasion?  Making excuses
is “aiding and abetting”.

Illegal immigration, sewers, & fountains

Illegal
immigration, Sewers and Fountains                                                          June
17, 2009

Gentlemen,

The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled
that local governments can suspend the business permits of companies that hire
illegal immigrants.

The question now becomes, is the Ft. Smith city government
going to uphold the 8th Circuit’s ruling, or continue to be shills
for the Chamber of Commerce and the Manufacturing Executive Association?  Will Sheriff Frank Atkinson, as chief law
enforcement agent of the county, finally uphold his sworn Constitutional
duties?

Can a citizen assume (assume is a very dangerous word) that
the soon expiring Sewer Tax was used totally for sewers and directly related
projects?  Or was the Sewer Tax dumped
into politician’s honey-hole known as the General Fund and expropriated for
other quasi-government activities?

Can citizens expect the recently voted on extension of the
Sewer Tax be put into a designated sewer tax fund and be spent exclusively for
sewer improvements and directly related sewer projects that the Feds have
demanded for the past 2 decades?  The
citizens voted for the expansion, believing the revenues would be exclusively
used for sewer projects.  The citizens
vote was based on honesty, now can we expect answers to the aforementioned
questions?

Fountains:  Is it true
that $50,000 has been budgeted for 3 fountains (not drinking) for Carol Ann
Cross Park?  As citizens economic trouble
continue to balloon, politicians & bureaucrats continue to spend taxpayers
hard earned money on silliness as if there were no tomorrow.

The easiest job in the world is to spend other folk’s money!

In a time when it is of utmost importance to cut out non-essentials,
Fort Smith city leaders are oblivious to national, state & city conditions.  It’s past time to pare down government and
cut the tax cord.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Politics is good “bidness”, always at the expense of the producers

Politics is good Bidness, always at
the expense of the producers
.        June 3, 2009

Let’s go
directly to the River Plan. Another of City Manager Dennis Kelly’s  gems of wisdom regarding “Development
Opportunities on the Riverfront”…..for whom?

Apparently
the Mayor, the City Directors, et al have spent numerous hours in concert with
the open-borders Regional Chamber of Commerce, Cushman & Wakefield (Dallas
consultants), and property owner Bennie Westphal.  The city is contributing $62,000 to the
Riverfront study, not serious money until you add it to all the other
pernicious non-governmental projects, and then it becomes very serious
money.

Any logical
citizen comprehends that if the riverfront offered viable economic
opportunities entrepreneurs would jump on it like white on rice. When there was
a viable opportunity to bring in a casino, it was rejected.

Now some of
you boys in city government attended public schools where civics was taught and
I suspect there are a few of you younger ones who are victims of the federal government
school system where civics was not taught. ..Therefore you perhaps don’t have
an understanding that non-governmental programs are not proper functions of
government at any level.

The Fort
Smith city government developing a plan to take control of the Ft. Smith
Riverfront Project is another colossal case of government ineptitude and
over-reaching.

Simply
stated, if it is such a “good deal” why doesn’t Westphal and other entrepreneurs
take charge of riverfront projects.  May
I suggest you go to the de facto owners of downtown Mr. Sicard, Mr. Griffin,
Mr. White, and of course Mr. Westphal, accompanied by lesser lites/lights .

Coming on
the heels of the above extravaganza is Mr. Phil White’s, and apparently Mayor
Baker’s superlative idea to lease White’s “West end Park” to the city of Fort
Smith.  It is indeed a well thought out
and beautiful park, but has been an economic failure from its inception.

These are
insidious plans you gentlemen seem more than willing to strap on the backs of
the struggling producers.

The Tea
Party Reformers have it right:  America,
and in this particular case the city of Fort Smith, needs a 1773 solution to a
2009 crisis.

Following on
the heels of the above, Judge Hudson and the J.P.’s are giving pay raises to
county employees.

You boys and
girls need to understand we are in a full blown depression and if there are any
pay raises to be given they should definitely be given to those providing your
salaries.  You are obviously caught up in
your sense of self-importance.

regards,

Joe

Politics & Education is good “bidness”, but not for taxpayers

Politics and
Education is good “bidness”
                                May 31, 2009

“Elected and appointed officials see pay stall” according to
Fort Smith Times Record.  Not from my
vantage point.

It is an accepted fact that all governments are bloated.  The city of Fort Smith is no exception.  The city’s population is some 80,000, but may
not be accurate due to the thousands of illegals present. The city has 900 full
time employees, plus a undisclosed number of part-time employees. The 900
full-time employees factors out to be 1 city employee for every 89 citizens.

A Times Record article dealing with salaries alluded to the
fact that the city pinched pennies in early 2008 while the private sector
SEEMED to be enjoying normal pay raises—not so, regarding the private sector. But
in late Fall the 2009 budget made its debut, private-sector employers
conducting massive lay-offs.  Examining
these 2 quotes the city Board of Directors, in the midst of a recession/depression,
awarded 2 ½ % pay raises to city employees and it is observed that there were no
city lay-offs of any magnitude.  Why
raises and no layoffs in city government when the free enterprise producers are
being removed from the job force…you know, the ones who prop up this
dysfunctional government tent?

Looking briefly at the Arkansas State government, Gov. Mike
Beebe created 2,044 new state government positions between Jan. 12, 2009 to Jan
22, 2009.

It is noted that Mayor Baker is given a $400 per month car
allowance and has an administrative assistant.
Personnel costs for his 2-person office total $78,780 with operating
costs of $166,300; the mayor’s overall budget is $245,080, plus a $10,000 yr
salary—obscene.

The 5/31/09 edition of the Times Record reports Mayor Baker
touting a continuation of a 1% sales tax for continued “wet weather improvements”
which is a proper government function.
In that same time frame, the Mayor and the Board approved an $8,000
grant to a Pro-Am Bowling Tournament, along with a $4,500 grant to help pay
transportation and lodging costs for non-city personnel to participate in an
All-American City Award to be held in Tampa, FL.  It is this type of unseemly conduct that
makes it difficult to support city government.
The $12,500 in terms of city government is not serious money, but
coupled with a plethora of other non-government functions, it rapidly becomes
very serious money.

Finance Director Kara Bushkuhl indicated the 2009 budget is
devoid of a hiring freeze (why not?) and seemed to say government employees’
salaries should be predicated on the private sector (in a pig’s eye).   These folks seem to forget that it is the
private sector which generates the funds that keep these governments tents
burgeoning while private sectors do not enjoy the protection rackets that
government employees have.

Turning to the “education” morass.  Educantists enjoy the most blatant protection
racket of all the government cabals and is a colossal failure.  One only has to look to the AEA and the NEA
unions and the fact that 50% of all high school graduates need remedial
tutoring before higher education acceptance. Note also the dropout rate for
Blacks and Hispanics in government schools—over 50%.   City, county, state and federal governments
continue to pour billions into physical facilities while diluting academics.
The colleges of education are short on academics and long on indoctrination,
i.e. revision and fanning the flames of multi-culturalism.

It is noted that Superintendent Benny Gooden enjoys a
$214,131 salary per year, plus the use of a car—obscene.

Gooden said, in trying to justify his absurd salary, that
“his job description covers several dimensions—responsibility for nearly 14,000
students, and oversight of 1800 regular employees—also obscene.

Gooden goes on to say his job is interacting with every
government agency….that guarantees education failure.

What Superintendent Gooden fails to state is that he has 4
assistant superintendents…count them…FOUR, and a plethora of Dept. heads and
principals.

Fast forwarding to the Univ. of Ark. at Fort Smith, which
has developed into a bureaucrat’s dream.
For example: an overview of Chancellor Paul Beren’s resume indicates his
career up until this time was low level bureaucracies.  Arriving in Fort Smith as UASF
Chancellor—Beren hit the jackpot at $261,029 per year.  A breakdown of the total compensation shows a
base salary of $177,000, benefits totaling $40,618, plus allowances for
housing, a car, and membership dues compensation totaling $261, 029.

The above numbers do not take into account Beren’s worldwide
odysseys in pursuit of Globalism, which occur on a regular basis—guess who
pays.  Another puzzling example is the very
expensive electronic billboards around town…what potential student is
influenced by a billboard?

All governments are expanding at a horrific rate while U.S.
producers are dropping like flies. Another example: the City Administrator, the
Mayor  & Directors are formulating a
scheme to add on another tax, i.e. the “restaurant tax”.  The tax, at least part of it, would be
directed to salvage the near defunct city auditorium.

Observe: the funding of non-essentials, and there are multitudinous,
e.g. increasing the numbers of city employees, and the peripheral expenses
required to initiate and maintain these expansionary measures.  while at the same time the Mayor, Directors
and City Administrator are formulating the scheme to add on yet another tax,
i.e. the “restaurant tax”.  What a great
idea when restaurants are struggling to stay in business and the customers are
struggling to afford eating out!  Another
brilliant nail in the coffin.

City Administrator Kelly comes forth with another
blockbuster statement, “if passed the tax would be optional”….translation—if
you don’t eat in a Ft. Smith restaurant you won’t have to pay the tax.

I would suggest the Fort Smith City Government engage in only
traditional city government functions.
Should the case arise, there would be plenty of funds available for
subsidizing the struggling City Auditorium.

Citizens with a short memory, the Ft. Smith Convention Center
cost approximately $33 million, the exact same price that Bud Walton Arena
cost, while the City of Hot Springs Center cost about $17 million…care to
compare?  And then there is the Lee Creek
fiasco, and the beat goes on.

Members of city government; are you familiar with the 8
points of “Sustainable Development”, if not please acquaint yourself.   . http://www.newswithviews.com/Shaw/michael9.htm     Sustainable Development is dedicated to
destroying individual rights and free enterprise.  The city of Fort Smith is actively engaged in
at least ½ of the 8 point agenda such as   â€œPublic/Private Partnerships” (Fascism) which
eliminates free enterprise.

You gentlemen, knowingly or unknowingly are swallowing the
Marxist bait.

Mayor & City Officials stick to legitimate city
business!

Joe McCutchen
