Slaying incumbents and confronting illegal immigration locally and statewide

Fort Smith city government—constitutionally challenged–political cowards–or both?    10/29/10

Not to bore, Arkansas is one of 50 sovereign states.  The federal government has 17 specific obligations.

The Constitution is NOT a living document, therefore one of the 17 obligations is to protect the several states’ borders and repel invaders.  The federal government has been criminally derelict in failing to secure those borders; therefore, are Arkansans ready to stake their economic and political safety on the single belief held by Gov. Mike Beebe, i.e. be damned with the illegal Mexican invasion; it’s simply a “federal problem”? Conclusion: it is obvious that Beebe is a paid shill for those industries and businesses hiring illegals, i.e. Wal-Mart, Tyson’s, OK Foods, Simmons, et al or a political self-serving coward who has no stomach to secure his constituency.  Which?

The Founders were explicit in stating that if the federal government did not comply with the wishes of the citizenry and the demands of the Constitution, that states could and should remove themselves from a corrupt compact, e.g. the federal government or remove them at the ballot box. Suggestion: Boozman, Lincoln, Beebe just for starters.  See “Is Rep. Boozman the man you think he is?” arkansasfreedom.net

An example and examination of the mentality of Boobus Arkanicus occurred in a barbershop debate today (10/29/10).  Four or five customers bloviating about voting out all incumbents, when the smoke cleared the question was posed, “Who are you voting for in the U.S. Senate race?”  They all proclaimed in different verbiage “we ain’t voting for that woman”….”we’re going to vote for Boozman”.  It was suggested that Boozman had been in the D.C. cesspool for 10 yrs and involved in numerous political and economic mischief, most if not all unconstitutional.  They responded by stating “he hadn’t been in the Senate”.   So much for Boobus Arkanicus.

Where is it said in the U.S. Constitution that elected and appointed officials cannot interrogate Hispanics who do not speak English and are suspected of being in our presence illegally?  Answer, nowhere.

To make the point, a news story in the Times Record 10/22/10 titled “Citizens Air Neighborhood Crime Problems to Police”.

The question was posed by a local citizen asking what police could do about the illegal immigrant problem in Ft. Smith.

Fort Smith police Captain Ed Smalley offered these torturous, convoluted statements (which posed questions, not answers).  Capt. Smalley said “unless a suspected undocumented immigrant violated a city ordinance or Arkansas law (they violated the law of the land by being here—never mind citizens’ security) they cannot be arrested by local police. (Why and on whose orders?) However, if a suspected illegal immigrant was convicted of a crime, deported and then returned to the area; local police then have the power to arrest.” (Wow, what a deal) Smalley explained that the “person may be in violation (may be?) of being an aggravated deported alien.”  (If they can’t be questioned, how would the police ever know that they’ve been convicted or deported? In fact, how would they ever be arrested initially if they can’t be questioned?)

The above quotes are then negated by Officer Smalley himself who said “I don’t care if they’re an immigrant, resident, or an astronaut; if they are breaking the law we’re going to arrest them”.   So which is it? They’ve broken the law by being here and if you can’t interrogate, how do you arrest?  Not being able to racially profile is nonsense…it’s not Eskimos breaking into our country. The Ft. Smith Board of Directors, the Mayor, the City Manager, Chief of Police, Sheriff are all too cowardly to use the phrase “illegal alien” in public discourse. (an immigrant is someone who comes here LEGALLY) Certainly, the city government is unwilling to discuss the crisis emanating from the illegal Mexican invasion, i.e. jobs, health, crime, schools, gangs, etc.   A small matter to the esteemed “public servants” is the thousands of jobs the illegals are stealing from Arkansans, their presence being paid for by middleclass Arkansans and the booty being made by the likes of the Tyson’s, Simmons, OK Foods, Wal-Mart and the illegal Mexicans are sure as hell not “in the shadows”.

The city of Fort Smith is a sanctuary city. Not one of our alleged public servants has taken meaningful action against the illegal invasion nor will they speak about the ongoing economic rape going on in the city.

Ft. Smith routinely violates an Arkansas state statute which says Arkansas state government entities shall not contract with businesses hiring illegals or subbing to companies hiring illegals.   In conjunction with the above, does the Ft. Smith public school system buy products manufactured by OK Foods, Tyson’s, Simmons, Pilgrim’s Pride, Georges, and many others, not necessarily food sources? If so, they are in violation of state law. Who is holding all the corrupt government entities accountable?

The answer is obvious…no one.

Conclusion: The Tea Partiers shout “we’re going to take back our country”…no they ain’t.  Too many still worship at the altar of the Republican party and they are too ignorant to understand that having the chance to take back this Republic….ALL incumbents must be bounced…that’s BOTH parties Boobi.   But Boobus Arkanicus will vote for John Boozman, Mike Beebe, Mike Ross, Dustin McDaniel (don’t forget Mike Huckabee) because they are softspoken so-called “nice guys” and Boobus Arkanicus are too lazy to initiate research on the votes these traitors have cast and the political positions they defend, apparently not realizing the aforementioned “nice guys” are the reason we have sunk into a political & economic abyss.

The United States has become a rogue nation instituted by both political parties and individual freedoms are about to achieve non-existence. Failures to secure our borders and control legal immigration properly have demoted the U.S. from a 1st World society to a 3rd World multicultural gulag.  As just one example, a tacit examination of the Fort Smith police department and the Sebastian County Sheriff’s office will quickly reveal they have become militarized organizations, as is the case across America. Question: who are the police taking their orders from and why are they involved in selective law enforcement, i.e. not arresting illegal aliens and those hiring them as directed by federal law 8 USC.  So, whose interests are they securing?

Is Rep. Boozman the man you think he is?

IS CONGRESSMAN JOHN BOOZMAN REALLY THE MAN YOU THINK HE IS?          October 5, 2005

Certainly you will not vote for Senator Blanche Lincoln.  Why then would you consider voting for Boozman?

Tens of thousands of Arkansans call themselves “Republicans, conservatives, patriots, constitutionalists and libertarians”.  Nay, nay.  Many belong in the phylum Boobus Americanus.   And here are some the reasons why, in short form.

They are emotional, are political cowards, are lazy, and historically challenged, even about recent historical events, and perhaps more importantly are deeply entrenched in the corrupt War Party, i.e. the neoconservative Republican Party whose credo is “Eternal War for Eternal Peace”, or war forever. The neocon Party is placed in reverence by the aforementioned, eschewing morality and the Constitution. Some of the worn-out clichés are: “we have to vote for a Republican”, “I do not want to waste my vote”, “he/she is the lesser of two evils”,” our representative is a good guy”, and  â€œRepublicans are Conservative” (note the Constitution-destroying legislation during the 8 yrs of the Bush Administration political reign of terror, and the Democrats do not offer an excuse for their particular brand of Marxist/Communist behavior.

The mantra for the aforementioned so-called “conservatives” is “we are going to take back our country in November”.   No you are not, for the very reasons mentioned above.

Boozman’s Republican senatorial campaign is a vivid example of topical and cowardly campaigning, i.e. running from the issues. Boozman’s anemic and lackluster campaign is filled with nonsensical, emotional sound-bites, e.g. “I will fight for Arkansas’ values”, I will balance the budget” and the innocuous beat goes on.   Actually, in Boozman’s case there is no campaign, other than showing up at some insider political and fundraising gatherings. Just exactly what are “Arkansas values”? To the contrary, Boozman’s political arrogance has demonstrated that his congressional votes were for the Establishment, not those of his 3rd District constituency, and his legislative record unequivocally proves it.

Boozman has been a U.S. Congressman for 9 years, soon to be 10, that in itself is more than enough to give him the royal boot.  Since we are dealing with political Boobi-Americana, that will not be the case and with the Boobi’s vote he will move on to “bigger & better” things. Boozman was a willing traitorous shill, supporting Bush’s traitorous assault on the Constitution, as will be shown later in this piece. Boozman also became an accomplished world traveler abusing his position in every sense of the word—constant international travelling, posh hotels, fine dining, side trips, per diem, ad infinitum all on the backs of struggling taxpayers.  Regarding Boozman’s 3rd Congressional constituents, his record is irrelevant.

Listed below, in my judgment are 17 political acts and positions that Boozman voted for which have emasculated the U.S. Constitution and American citizens’ freedoms.

1.      The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act which is now tied to Senator John McCain’s & others’ Senate Bill S 3081, which provides for the Interrogation, Detention & Prosecution  of “enemy belligerents” Act sponsored by REPUBLICAN Senators McCain, Inhofe, Chambliss, Brown, Lemieux, Vitter & Sessions. Agents of the federal government may make arrests without warrants, deny trials and incarcerate at their discretion.

2.      Military Commission Act—denial of the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

3.      The neutering of Posse Comitatus—allows U.S. military to be used in domestic upheavals—storms, civil unrest, etc.

4.      The National Security Letter provision of the Patriot Act radically expanded the FBI’s authority to demand personal customer records from Internet Service Providers, financial institutions and credit companies without prior court approval.

5.      Patriot Acts—allow for search & seizure of homes & business without warrants, and eavesdropping on wireless instruments…telephones, computers

6.      Voted for and supported Rendition/Torture…Boozman & those who embrace Rendition/torture are not civilized. Conventional means of securing information will suffice.

7.      The Invasion of Iraq…was built on lies ending with the murder of 100’s of thousands of innocent Iraqis along with 4,000 American soldiers killed and 10’s of thousands maimed.  The Iraqi war was and is a nine year ongoing, preemptive, undeclared war (carnage) that Boozman has supported at every turn. On to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and perhaps to Iran if the Zionist neocons get their way.

8.      Boozman voted and continues to vote mega-funding for all of the phony, undeclared, unconstitutional wars on “terrorism”.  Remember, “eternal war for eternal peace” better known as War Forever which has all but bankrupted our once preeminent Republic.  These undeclared wars are exercises in gross stupidity and cruelty and those countries we are attacking offer no threat to U.S. sovereignty.

9.      Boozman voted for the $700 Billion TARP bail-out while our national debt is $11.5 Trillion.

10.   Boozman voted for the Prescription Drug Plan which uses taxpayer money to subsidize the cost of prescription drugs for those on Medicare, another step in the direction of Socialized Medicine.

11.   Boozman voted to increase the national budget and debt ceiling year after year.

12.   Boozman voted for the first Stimulus Bill–$775 BILLION.  Result: federal government has nationalized banking, and the automotive industry.

13.   Boozman voted to fund the National Endowment of the Arts (NEA). This is the same group that funded such works as “Piss Christ” with a crucifix submerged in the artist’s urine” and other anti-Christian and pornographic works. The NEA is openly advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government with citizen taxpayer dollars.  Why would Boozman vote for such a thoroughly disgusting, uncivilized act?

14.   Boozman voted for CAFTA—Central American Free Trade Agreement and expanded NAFTA.  CAFTA gives rise to a supranational government modeled after the European Union. Boozman voted for the original NAFTA which is responsible for the loss of millions of American jobs and numerous manufacturers. It certainly appears that Boozman is a full blown Globalist. (More on that in the paragraph dealing with NATO)

15.   Boozman voted for NAIS—Animal I.D. by refusing to vote

16.   Boozman supports No Child Left Behind (NCL—a disastrous national education program. While billions spent on NCLB this year’s national assessment of education progress scores show no improvement this year, nor any significant improvement for the last several years. NCLB has destroyed the former public school system by installing an egalitarian system which reduces every student to a common denominator.  Put another way it pushes white American students down, while theoretically elevating black students and the illegal aliens.  All this resulting in the decline of White students’ achievement.

17.   Boozman supported Mandatory Program to combat Global Warming.

18.   On the matter of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion…in a 2008 Fort Smith Times Record headline, “Boozman declares war on illegals”.  A lie.  Boozman is a no-show in the matter of this invasion.

I.                  HR 1955—The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007…this bill is a blatant attack against the Constitution. It defines “thought crimes” as “Homegrown Terrorism”.   This bill specifically targets the civilian population of the U.S.   404 of our elected representatives voted in favor of this bill, e.g. Congressman John Boozman.  The Dept. of Homeland Security does not have to abide by the Constitution in their attempt to prevent so-called “Homegrown Terrorism”.   This bill literally allows the government to define any and all crimes, including “thought crimes” as violent radicalization & homegrown Terrorism.

This bill is a product of the criminal George W. Bush administration and those who voted in favor of this bill are traitors and should be removed from office immediately, i.e. Boozman.  The law passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a secret vote.  This bill was introduced by a Zionist and pushed by Zionists.

TODAY, NO AMERICAN HAS ANY RIGHTS IF HE OR SHE IS ACCUSED OF “TERRORIST ACTIVITY”.

II.                The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is an organization that was specifically designed to aid Europe to recover economically from the destruction created during WWII. Globalists have kept NATO alive since 1945 and it is now being used as the military arm for the United Nations. I would remind you that the United States has 96,000 troops on the European continent.  Cong. John Boozman gushes about his membership in NATO and his frequent trips to the whole of the European continent on alleged NATO, i.e. global business. Boozman’s wife is a frequent flyer with him. Boozman also spends a great deal of time in the Mideast, allegedly on NATO and U.S. business.  It is said in 2007 he only spent 39 days in D.C.

III.               The Military Commissions Act.  On October 17, 2006 George Bush, with the help of Cong. John Boozman and other traitors, took another step toward ending Constitutional rule by two more repressive and heinous acts. Bush signed into law the Military Commissions Act, known as the “torture authorization” act.  His signing this act alone ends Constitutional and Bill of Rights protection, allowing presidents to designate anyone an “enemy of the state”.

The “Torture Authorization” Act takes the U.S. completely out of the realm of what the Founders created. The United States is now an uncivil nation, no better than the Stalin’s, Hitler’s, or Mao’s.  The fools that whipped the flames of torture have no connection with the reality of torture.  These are the same types who yell kill, kill, kill, with reference to Muslims.

The Military Commissions Act nullifies Habeus Corpus, which guarantees representation to all accused.  This includes U.S. citizens falsely accused of “Terrorism”.

IV.              Posse Comitatus.   Still another day in infamy, October 17, 2006.  George Bush privately signed into law a revision of the 1807 Insurrection Act.  Also within the Act, 200 years of tradition along with the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act which prohibits using federal and National Guard troops for law enforcement, except in cases of national emergency was nullified.  Under the new law the president can declare martial law and send federal and National Guard troops into U.S. streets at his beck and call.

Congressman Boozman’s campaign manager, Sarah Huckabee (another Huckabee parasite) had the temerity to say “John Boozman doesn’t have a bit of D.C. in him, not now, not today, not tomorrow, not ever”.   Boobi, are you going to be taken in by the Huckabee woman?

Congressman Boozman has been rightly called “The Travellin’ Man” for very good reasons.  This year (2010) Boozman has travelled to Germany, Africa, the Middle East, (numerous times to Afghanistan & Europe), Cape Verde, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Ghana, Qatar, and Rwanda. By the way Boobi, you paid for all the frills.  Incidentally, he also travelled to Riga, Latvia.  Boozman remarked later on this year that “my next trip will be throughout Arkansas”.   Wow!

“America and the welfare of its 300 million people cannot be restored unless the neocons, Wall Street, the corporations and their servile slaves in Congress and the White House can be defeated.”……..Paul Craig Roberts

Public “Servants” in Action

Public “Servants” in action.                                                        September 23, 2010

Congressman John Boozman has hit the big time, appearing on Broadway this past Tuesday evening (9/21/10).  No, not as an actor, but on the other hand maybe so.   The “Travellin’ Man”, you know, that exuberant legislative dynamo, was on Broadway at a New York City fundraiser, held by members of the BANKING INDUSTRY. Tickets were $500 per head, so one must question, what is the Travellin’ Man doing for Yankee Bankers to command that kind of fee?

Comes Senator Mark Pryor, the third generation on the political teat, with his smarmy talk regarding Obamacare. Stating:  that the plan has promise, knowing full well that 70% of Arkansans are disgusted with government takeover of healthcare, i.e. Obamacare.  It appears Pryor thinks he is bullet-proof, and he may well be since Arkansans put political party power over constitutional government.

Sen. Pryor is championing Obamacare, does that mean he is relinquishing his senatorial special privilege healthcare for the ones we peons are forced into through his self-serving corruption against the people’s will?  That will be the day.

Last but not least, the Delta Duchess Senator Lincoln’s claim to fame and she makes no bones that her dedicated mission is to keep those delta hogs in new yearly John Deere combines, tractors & new Cadillac’s.  She is quoted as saying “the delta plantation owners should not have to scale down their standard of living.”

Of course, Arkansans continue to elect these self-serving piranhas, 30 yrs collectively in the federal government for the above 3 to be exact, therefore we will get what we deserve—destruction of our state and the republic.

Hail to incumbency and party politics! Obviously the Founders admonitions have been forgotten.

Americans for Prosperity & John Boozman

Arkansans—complicit—simpletons—or both?  Americans for Prosperity & Congressman John Boozman

First, Republicans/Conservatives/Patriots, etc. overwhelmingly chose Congressman John Boozman as their candidate for the U.S. Senate.  Why?  This man is inextricably tied to the mantra “eternal war for eternal peace” by his membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the military arm of the United Nations. His recent criminal acts against the Constitution and citizens are on arkansasfreedom.net  by viewing the paid political ad along with other articles.  More to come.

Second: Guess who’s coming to Arkansas on June 12th?  “Americans for Prosperity”.

CFR member Grover Norquist jumps out, followed by the “courageous” ex-border & drug Czar, Asa Hutchinson, an abject failure.  Asa had the power and opportunity to secure our borders and stop the illegal drug and human trafficking…and squandered them, for whatever reason.

Why the concern?  The Council of Foreign Relations is the New York City arm of the Rothschild’s banking empire and much, much more. The Rothschild’s conglomerate is the major partner in the Washington Post organization. They manipulate the world’s currency and their huge in implementing global governance.

Grover Norquist has assumed the mantle of the behind the scenes “puller of strings” for the Tea Party Movement. Norquist is a counterfeit conservative.  In addition to his scurrilous so-called “conservative” tax movements he can only be described as a very successful fundraiser for the religious and/or patriotic issues of the day.

Major funding for “Americans for Prosperity” comes from such bigs as the murky “Koch Family Foundation”; ExxonMobil; the Cato Institute; and the secretive “Scaife Family Foundations”.  These organizations and their many satellites have never influenced a piece of Constitutional legislation and are devoid of any successes in the name of true “Conservatism”.

Follow the money and the power.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

CONGRESSMAN JOHN BOOZMAN

Congressman John Boozman

Should ask for forgiveness and apologize for his 10 year failed incumbency

excuse…”fact finding,” compliments of citizen taxpayers.

Recently quoted, “my next trip will be throughout Arkansas.” For the citizens needs in the Third Congressional District Boozman is irrelevant, for their billfolds and liberties he is dangerous.

Documentation for the above and much more can be found at www.arkansasfreedom.com and scrolling down to Congressman John Boozman and his 10 year assault on the Constitution.

State Senator Gilbert Baker, also a candidate for the U.S. Senate, is a huge Tax & Spender, e.g. his votes for tax increases too numerous to list.

Boozman’s assault on the Constitution

Congressman John Boozman and his 10 year assault on the U.S. Constitution

Irrelevancy comes to mind, but if you have no regard for the Constitution, as is the case with Boozman, he is anything but irrelevant.

During his 8 years with Bush, he was nothing more than a rubber stamp.

  1. He voted not once, but twice for the Patriot Acts which negated the 4th Amendment (protection against search & seizure, wiretapping, police brutality, etc.)
  2. He voted for the Military Commissions Act which negates Habeas Corpus (protection of the right to bring the accused before a court or judge to decide the legality of detention, in a reasonable time frame)
  3. He voted for the destruction of Posse Comitatus (designed to prevent the military from becoming involved in domestic affairs, as was the case in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.)
  4. Boozman voted for a $700 Billion TARP bailout…the Stabilization Act of 2008.
  5. Boozman is on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) committee.  NATO was created after WWII to reactivate Europe’s economy.  NATO is being kept alive by Globalists whose goals are to destroy national sovereignties by military interventions, and sometimes dubious peaceful means, e.g. the European Union & the Balkan Wars.
  6. The U.S. is bankrupt, yet we have 400,000 American troops patrolling and securing borders  globally with a military presence in 130 countries while refusing to secure our own national borders, 3 preemptive wars, and quite possibly engaging in a 4th  The mantra is “eternal war for eternal peace”.  He votes each time for subsidies for the military when the battle cry should be to return our troops home. The “War on Terror” is a cruel, inhumane hoax, while violence and murders occur daily on our borders, along with environmental destruction. debacle, all based on lies, while killing and maiming millions in the process—all sides. This all for the military/industrial complex and Israel; note the perpetual expansion and creation of new military bases, here and globally.
  7. Boozman voted for the federal government takeover of public schools, e.g. the odious No Child Left Behind scam.
  8. He voted for the Marxist prescription drug plan.
  9. He voted for the silencing of the 1st Amendment by voting for the “Homegrown Terroristic Act”, which empowers the government to declare ANYTHING they deem an “extremist belief system”, instantly making anyone a terrorist, resulting in stripping of U.S. citizenship, torture, and/or execution.  No ability to challenge even in the U.S. Supreme Court.
  10. The most dastardly act of Cong. John Boozman was to vote for and support Rendition/Torture.  The insane fools who perpetrate and support this heinous act have no regard for morality and/or ethics. These armchair generals have no experience in any regard concerning the brutality of rendition & torture.

Times Record headline (March, 2009) Boozman declares that he’s pushing for economic development in Arkansas and job production.  Results=none.

Times Record headline, June, 2008 Boozman declares war on illegal immigration. Results=none.  As Boozman is enamored with international travel, he has never visited the southwestern border contiguous with Mexico where the REAL war is occurring…a murdering war and a cultural war. He has personally been invited on 3 occasions, expenses paid, to travel to the aforementioned border, which he declined. Could it be that Boozman is protecting the assets of Tyson’s, Simmons, OK Foods, ad infinitum?

Three particularly amusing quotes offered by Sarah Huckabee, Boozman’s campaign manager and daughter of former Ark. Gov. Mike Huckabee…she said “Arkansans are looking for a leader…who will take the country up, not tear others down”. (huh?)  “John Boozman doesn’t have a bit of DC…in him, not now, not today, not tomorrow, not ever”…(then why does he want to return for 6 more years?).   “John is the only guy with the experience that it’s going to take to lead this state and lead this country against people like Pelosi, Reid, & Obama”. I challenge Sarah to demonstrate one instance John Boozman has been in a leadership capacity or taken a courageous stand on any issue pertaining to the preservation of our Republic. Speaking of the Huckabees, their Constitutional records are appalling, e.g. pointing to Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, paraphrasing…no individual or compact shall make any kind of agreement with a foreign land without U.S. Congressional approval.

Former Gov. Huckabee did just that (without approval) in striking an agreement with former Mexican president Vicente Fox to establish a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock to aid and abet illegal Mexican nationals. (See www.arkanasfreedom.com for documentation of many offenses, “Arkansas own Trail of Tears”)

In Sarah Huckabee’s context and in the arena of legislation and statesmanship, Boozman is irrelevant, but in the arena of global travel he has no equal in Congress. With reference to our state delegation and other delegations, Boozman topped the list of well-travelled Congressmen.

In 2008 he was only in D.C. 39 days.

For this purpose of making a point about “Travelin’ John” let’s look at 2009 only.   Congressman Boozman, in addition to his NATO involvement, is also a member of the “African Sub-committee”.  (Shows where the congressman’s priorities are). Note during the Bush years he never achieved the Chairmanship of any committee of which he was member.  Boozman’s 2009 travelling extravaganza began in February.  Boozman travelled to Belgium, France, Austria and Germany.  In April he went to Germany, Qatar, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, Cape Verde, Djibouti, Rwanda and Ghana.  In November he went to Ireland and Scotland.  He has also made numerous trips to Iraq.  He is scheduled to attend another NATO Parliamentary Assembly to be held in May, 2010 in Riga, Latvia.

Recently he was quoted “my next trip will be throughout Arkansas”.  Hurrah for the Congressman.  It should be noted here that his wife accompanied him on a number of the Congressman’s safaris.

How many millions of the taxpayers’ hard earned money has he spent and what exactly has he accomplished for those citizens?

Kindest regards,

Joe & Barbara McCutchen

Congressman John Boozman Voting Record

(Candidate for Arkansas US Senate)

by Women Action Group

With a national debt of $10 trillion, Boozman voted for the $700 million Bailout.

Bailout Bill – Stabilization Act of 2008, H.R. 1424 authorized the Treasury Department to use $700 billion of taxpayer money to purchase troubled mortgage-related securities from banks and other financial-related institutions, on terms set by the Treasury Secretary, who now has authority to manage and sell those assets.  This bill establishes an unconstitutional merger of government with banks and businesses.  Stabilization Act of 2008 (H.R. 1424) passed 263-171 (Roll Call 681) on October 3, 2008. 171 other Representatives voted more conservatively than did Boozman on this bill.

Boozman voted against protecting taxpayers from bailing out banks in 2005.

A representative offered an amendment to “eliminate the ability of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board to borrow from the Treasury.”  Rep Ron Paul stated on the floor, “I hope my colleagues join me in protecting taxpayers from having to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac when the housing bubble bursts.”  The House rejected the amendment on October 26, 2005, by a  vote of 47-371 (Roll Call 544).

With a national debt of $6 trillion, Boozman voted for the Prescription Drug Plan.

Prescription Drug Plan H.R. 4954   – Ten Year Cost:  $350 Billion.  Uses taxpayer money to subsidize costs of prescription drugs for those on Medicare.  This was another step in the direction of socialized medicine.  Passed June 28, 2002 by 221-208.

Boozman voted to increase the national budget and debt ceiling year after year.

*Budget Resolution – House Concurrent Resolution 95 authorized federal spending for 2004 of $1,861 billion dollars with a deficit of $558 billion and an increase in the public debt ceiling of $984 billion, for a total of $7.4 trillion  This dwarfs the previous record federal deficit of  $290 billion in 1992.   Adopted April 11, 2003 by a vote of 216 to 211 (Roll Call 141)  211 Representatives voted more conservatively than Boozman.  During his nine years in office Boozman kept voting for increased budgets and spending bills, big and small for nine years, even when our national debt had reached $9 and $10 trillion, and stopped doing so only when Obama became President.

Boozman received an average score of only 43% by the Club for Growth for 2006-2008 compared to true conservatives like Rep. Michelle Bachman’s  94% average and Senator Jim DeMint 100% average. Club for Growth’s goal is to cut taxes and treat taxpayers equally.

Boozman voted for NAIS (Animal ID) by refusing to vote for this Amendment:

Defunding the NAIS, also called Animal ID, in the 207 Agriculture Appropriations H.R.5384.  A representative introduced this amendment to bar the use of funds in the bill to implement the National Animal Identification System (NAIS), a government program supposedly for preventing the spread of disease.  The House rejected this Amendment on May 23, 2006, by a vote of 34-389 (Roll Call 184).   NAIS recommends, and some say mandates, attaching recommended tags with microchips for all animals that would allow the computerized recording of livestock movements from birth to the slaughterhouse. The extra cost of radio tags, scanners and filing reports when animals change premises would be crushing, some smaller producers say.

Boozman supports No Child Left Behind (NCL, a national education program.

On his website, Boozman praises No Child Left Behind, saying, “Like many of my colleagues in Congress, I am eager for the reauthorization of NCLB.”  Despite the billions of state and federal dollars that Congress added to spending on education through NCLB, this year’s National Assessment of Education Progress scores (the NAEP test that is referred to as the Nation’s Report Card) show no improvement this year nor any significant improvement for the past several years.

Even worse, NCLB is the mechanism that has been used for the federal government to take over our educational systems and to basically control the curriculum in every state in the union. Through NCLB and with Stimulus money, Obama is now  implementing national/international curriculum (UN curriculum) in our schools. Janet Napolitano was chair of the international benchmarking advisory group over these standards.  Imagine our school curriculum being written by Napolitano. Napolitano is the one that sent out the DHS warning to law enforcement officials across the nation to be on alert for violent antigovernment groups like returning veterans, citizens opposing abortion, firearms restrictions, homosexuality, and out of control spending.

With a national debt of $9 trillion, Boozman voted for the lst stimulus bill in 2008:

Economic Stimulus of 2008.  H.R. 5140.  Provided about  $150 billion in economic stimulus, including $101.1 billion in direct payments of rebate checks (typically $600) to most taxpayers in 2008 and temporary tax breaks for businesses.  H.R. 5140 passed 385-35 on January 29, 2008, (Roll Call 25).   Creating money out of thin air and then spending the newly created money cannot improve the economy, at least not in the long term.  (If it could, why not create even more money for rebates and make every American a millionaire?)

Boozman supported mandatory program to combat global warming.

Global Climate Change.  The House voted on an amendment to strike from the bill (H.R. 2643) a mandatory program to combat global warming.  H.R. 2643 specifically says, “the sense of the Congress that there should be enacted a comprehensive and effective national program of mandatory, market-based limits and incentives” to reduce global greenhouse- gas emissions. An example of so called “market-based limits” would be a cap and trade system.  The House (Boozman included)  rejected the Barton amendment, and thereby kept the global warming language in the bill, by a vote of 153-274  (Roll Call 555) on June 26,2007.

Boozman voted for several so-called Free Trade Agreements:

These trade agreements have caused hundreds of  US companies to move to foreign countries in order to take advantage of cheap labor, causing millions of job losses in the United States. NAFTA alone has cost more than one million US job opportunities.

The loss of sovereignty is another problem with trade agreements. In the Peru Free Trade Agreement legislation of November 8, 2007, the Committee on Ways and Means reported that “the Peru FTA has become the first U.S. free trade agreement to include, in its core test fully enforceable commitments by the Parties to adopt, maintain, and enforce basic international labor standards, as stated in the 1988 ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.”  The ILO, or International Labor Organization, is a UN agency. For a list of five free trade agreements for which Boozman voted see this link: http://www.wpaag.org/Boozman%20-%20Trade%20Agreements%20voted%20for.htm

Boozman voted to fund National Endowment of the Arts (NEA), HR5386

NEA received $129.41 million from this legislation.  NEA has funded such works as “Piss Christ, with a crucifix submerged in the artist’s urine,” and other anti-Christian and pornographic works. HR 5386 also included $145.96 million for National Endowment of the Humanities and $7.56 billion for the Environmental Protection Agency.  The title of this bill was “Interior Department FY 20007 Appropriations Bill.”  The total cost of the bill was $25.57 billion (Passed 5/18/2006 by 293-128 (Roll Call 172).  Our national debt at this time was $8.3 trillion.)

This bill included $55.4 billion for education. The House passed H.R.2660 July 10, 2003, 215 to 208 (Roll Call 353).

Supplemental Appropriations.  This bill (H.R. 1268) would add another $82 billion to the federal budget for fiscal 2005. CAFTA would manage trade and would gradually exercise more powers on the road to a supranational government modeled after the European Union.  The House passed CAFTA on July 28, 2005, by a vote of 217-215 (Roll Call 443).

The House passed H.R. 1955 by a vote of 404-6 (Roll Call 993) on October 23,2007.
