The Many Faces of Agenda 21 & its Bevy of Bastard Babies.  Agenda 21’s anchor baby is “Sustainable Development”.  Sustainable Development is to “harmonize” U.S. environmental policy with U.N. directives as outlined in “Agenda 21”, compliments of Geo. H. W. Bush.  Arkansas’ local Agenda 21 planning guide was published by ICLEI.  As you may recall, No. Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes has been the national president of ICLEI. (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives…already in 70 different countries)

What is “Sustainable Development”?  Sustainablists state that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on 3 components: Global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction. As Hillary Clinton succinctly stated “the age of individualism is over”.

There has been and is a concerted effort to hide Agenda 21’s roots from the people.  It is said there is a segment of society who fear one-world government giving rise to the stripping of individual freedom and those U.S. citizens would actively work to defeat any elected official who has joined any one of Agenda 21’s bastard babies.  It is noteworthy to mention that a number of Arkansas elected officials are squarely in bed and embracing the insidious Agenda 21 which restricts movement, does away with property rights and wholeheartedly embraces the concept of “stack ‘em & pack ‘em”—self-contained mass compaction.     

From my vantage point it appears that the Arkansas state legislature has a number of traitorous Republicans, but am sure not limited to, who are fanning the flames of the U.N. Agenda 21 and moving rapidly into herding citizens into high impact urban areas. Again, the reason is for government to lay claim to more & more real estate.  As it stands now the U.S. federal government lays claim to 2/3rd of U.S. land mass.  As I write this the U.S. Forestry Service is locking down mountainous national parks in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The U.S. due to a lack of citizen knowledge of Sustainable Development and the corruption of its many elected officials is marching to the European drummer.

Government is corrupt, in many instances criminally corrupt, and is operating far outside the box of Constitutionality and it can only be concluded that government has become the enemy of the people.  Daily they are quashing our Constitutional rights which are our natural human rights.

A few of Agenda 21’s bastard babies by name, in addition to Sustainable Development, are Smart Growth, Quality of Place, MPO’s (Metropolitan Planning Organizations), ICLEI, Metro 1313, Providence Communities, New Market Tax Credits, New Urbanism, etc.   Fort Smith is already blessed and participating in any numbers of bastard babies…look no further than the Chaffee Crossing development. MPO’s and their companions are non-elected but hold ultimate power.

Statewide, some of the facilitators of Sustainable Development are the Ark. Dept. of Rural Services, the Ark. Forestry Commission, the Ark. Association of Resource Conservation & Development, the Ark. Economic Development Commission (this is the granddaddy of all of them), Ark. Dept. of Emergency Services, Ark. Parks & Tourism, USDA (U.S. Dept. of Agriculture), etc.

Some of the hooks used by the traitorous enablers are grants, loans, public/private partnerships (for people who know—Fascism, where the government is always the CEO).

To quote a fellow by the name of Van Thomas, Director of White River Planning & Development, recently stated “Our goal in life is to help you folks get their (the agency’s) money”.  Mr. Thomas, I would suggest it is not the Agency’s money, it is MY money, and carrying that thought further the federal government is bankrupt and for you to be out beating the drums for more debt (& others like you) is unconscionable, but this is the mentality of a parasitic buffoon who has never created or sustained a job.  White River Development blatantly states they are a comrade in arms by embracing Sustainable Development.

The bottom line is WHO pays & HOW?  You know, it’s the producers, i.e. the Makers and the political parasites in governments & bureaucracies are the Takers.

Simply stated, if elected representatives of state government, particularly those individuals in N.W. & North Arkansas continue their traitorous involvement in attacking property rights and/or restricting the freedom of physical movements of citizens, by utilizing any of the bastard babies of Agenda 21, they certainly will be brought to public attention by name and activities.

If elected officials and hired bureaucrats continue to bankroll communities (really the developers) with money printed out of thin air through grants, loans, etc. being purveyors of Agenda 21 they will certainly be isolated and removed from office/position. None of this is a proper function of Constitutional government.

Government—government—and more government, all made possible by practitioners of opportunism. Why isn’t private enterprise flourishing as opposed to the metastasizing government at all levels which creates nothing but debt and destruction? Look no further than Fort Smith.

New Market Tax Credits—the rich take from the poor.

Is there a relationship between the United Nations’ Agenda 21/Sustainable Development and its bevy of bastard babies and their relationships to Sebastian County and the Fort Smith city government and their relationship to private developers and their relationship with the New Market Tax Credits?
The U.N. Agenda 21 has given rise to Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, Quality of Place, MPO (Metropolitan Planning Organization), ICLEI, Metro 1313, Providence Communities, New Market Tax Credits, New Urbanism, and the list goes on & on. MPO’s are federally established.  Fort Smith is already a participant in any number (?) of the bastard babies.  What citizen rights have been usurped?

U.N. Agenda 21 is generally known in counties across America as Sustainable Development. Sustainable policies are now pursued in every county in the United States.  U.N.  Agenda 21 is the globalist program designed to achieve the step-by-step abolition of private property, to educate for a global citizenship, and to control human actions in toto—transportation, diet, concentrated living quarters (stack & pack ‘em), walking trails, containment of worksites, i.e. the whole of our lives. Included in U.N. Agenda 21 is a written objective to reduce population by 85%–sobering! The question remains, what method or methods will be used to remove populations if Americans continue to slumber? 

Again, every county in America has adopted its own Sustainability programs…citizens, are you aware of this?   How many of these programs have Sebastian County and the city of Fort Smith implemented? What is the price for membership, and why have elected & appointed officials not made the citizens aware, e.g. Judge David Hudson, the Justices of Peace, local legislators, Fort Smith City Manager Ray Gosack & the City Board?  What freedoms have we citizens lost by their participation?  Do the aforementioned know the goals of Agenda 21 in its traitorous endeavors?  If so, they are complicit. If not, they are incompetent.

In addition to the MPO’s its companions are non-elected Councils of Government (COG’s).  Research has shown that MPO’s and COG’s are Soviet-style organizations.  These organizations hold ultimate power and are not elected. Notice the vast number of unelected commissions, task forces, study groups, etc. which as previously noted, are nothing more than self-serving power cabals with no oversight, accompanied by their lobbying efforts.  The Advertising & Promotion Commission is an excellent example.
U.N. Agenda 21 is fully embedded in American government, business, and educational systems, e.g. F.S. public schools & Univ. of Ark. @ Ft. Smith are graphic examples.

Sustainability is defined as the three E’s: Equity—establish a Collectivist society that reduces everyone to a common denominator (Obama and the Democrats); Economics—the international redistribution of America’s wealth (Obama & the Democrats) and converting the free enterprise system to what government calls Public-Private Partnerships (better described as economic Fascism, or Corporatism & government is always the CEO):  Environment—nature comes before man. 

We have seen the first two E’s manifest themselves in America, and the third E is now taking place, orchestrated by the Bureau of Land Management, Forest Rangers, etc.  Example, the San Juan and other mountain ranges surrounding Cortez, CO. have been taken over by the federal government. (Look no further than the Ouachita’s in Arkansas)  Many roads in & out of these mountain ranges have been locked and gated.  It is estimated that 50% of America’s land mass, plus buffer zones will be off-limits to ordinary people and will prevent extraction of resources.

The battlefield for Sustainable Development has become local, implemented by City Directors, County Boards, Water Boards, Fire Boards, School Boards, etc. Note again, that most are non-elected boards and the bastard babies of U.N. Agenda 21 are implemented by proliferating unelected boards which serve as the pilots for America’s destruction.

One of the largest of the bastard babies is an outfit called ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Many writings have alluded to the international cancer known as ICLEI.  Over 600 cities or county governments pay dues and have treasonous contracts with this NGO (Non-governmental Organization).  It is extremely important to note here that No. Little Rock Mayor Patrick Hayes is the CEO of this unconstitutional organization…the U.S. Division.

On to the local scene, the Fort Smith Times Record has topically reported on one of the bastard babies known as New Market Tax Credits.
The Act was supposedly not designed for high-end developers and opulent buildings and now goes totally against the intent of the New Markets program. The Act was designed to refurbish impoverished areas, but as all government programs, no matter the good intentions, they are ultimately corrupted.

New Market Tax Credits theoretically dole out federal subsidies to neighborhoods that have a 26% poverty rate.  By today’s standards, many if not most neighborhoods would qualify.  One brief example regarding the abuse of New Market tax credits involved the revered Blackstone Hotel in Chicago (where else but Chicago?).   The Blackstone, through nefarious deals orchestrated by Prudential Financial, Inc. ,  J.P. Morgan Chase, U.S. Bancorp’s, received $116 million renovation subsidies and divvied up between the aforementioned.

Enter the Fort Smith Housing Authority board of directors.  Citizens, did you know that the F.S. Housing Authority (HUD) board of commissioners arrive at political positions that the F.S. city government cannot overturn, another unelected economic cabal.   HUD czar is Richard Griffin.  In early 2010 Griffin, Ken Pyle, Steve Clark of credit card fame abuse, & Norm McLoughlin, a legal & financial consultant, and Jim Dunn (Marshall Museum executive director) attended a seminar in Miami to learn the ins & outs of New Market Tax Credits. 

Regarding the F.S. Marshall’s Museum, Richard Griffin, Commission Chairman, is quoted “if not us, who?” And further expanded his quotation “is it getting out of the box of housing? Yes.  At the end of the day, it’s a grant” (taxpayer money) It must be remembered that the proposed museum was to be endowed by private funding. It’s quite apparent that Griffin and his followers are intent on using HUD money (our money) to attack the private sector.  Today HUD owns 11,049 properties in Fort Smith according to their website, which is breathtaking, and at present HUD is in a pre-foreclosure & foreclosure on 77 properties. More failed & expensive government projects, and just how did they obtain 11,049 properties? Every expansion by HUD, New Market Tax Credits, and the rest of the bastard babies are closing the door on private enterprise and giving the United Nations a leg up.  Griffin’s quote “getting out of the box of housing? Yes.” Is indicative that the HUD board, Griffin, Pyle, etc. anticipate using HUD structure to further compete with private enterprise using citizen taxpayer dollars.

Was Griffin’s admission related to using New Market Tax Credits to fund the Marshall’s Museum and if not why did the museum Executive Director Dunn travel to Miami with Griffin, et al and who paid for Dunn’s trip and the rest of the attendees?  What is the ultimate payoff for each of the Miami participants?
So at the real end of the day, does Griffin plan to follow the Blackstone Hotel abuse example?  He and the F.S. Housing Authority can apply for federal New Market Tax Credits, at which time Griffin can sell the tax credits to investors. Will there be a local banking institution involved in this venture, e.g. First National?
Is Griffin using New Market Tax Credits to fund his impending Garrison Ave. projects– a Quickie, liquor store, service station and the remodeling of the New Theater?

All the above information was compiled & written on or before July 21, 2011.  Some of the following data was published in Friday’s edition (7/22/11) of the Times Record.

 More development and expansion by Griffin/HUD/financiers, all at the expense of middleclass taxpayers, e.g. Agenda 21 to the fore.  Executive Director of the Fort Smith Housing Authority Ken Pyle is quoted as saying “we are really feeling good”. Notice more Agenda 21 from the New Market Tax Credits…a $60 million food processing plant (why?), a regional food bank (why?), a social services campus for the Homeless (why?). This is a working example of Collectivism.  It is another example of an extension of Agenda 21 and its bastard babies, expanding government, enriching insiders, attacking free enterprise, and controlling citizens.  Not one question by Times Record reporter Ben Boulden regarding the why & who of this explosive revelation, particularly the $60 million food processing plant. The audacity of Pyle hustling for a “social services” campus.  In reality only 4% of citizens cannot fend for themselves. Their every need is already taken care of. The remaining 96% on the dole are deadbeats and so choose to be. Pyle apparently thinks using the word “campus” cleans up the sordid mess & stench to make it palatable to citizens.  Pyle and other “concerned” citizens can fund it and leave the beleaguered Makers (private sector taxpayers) alone and by the way, where are the churches in this production…not just an occasional grocery hand-out?

New Market Tax Credits=Takers take from the Makers.
Of extreme interest to all freedom loving citizens was an article titled “Housing Authority Collects Redevelopment Funds”.  Note the vulgar amount of money collected by the Fort Smith Housing Authority–$235 million in investment commitments. Remember, this commitment comes directly under the aegis of the New Market Tax Credits.  Further, as shown in the earlier part of this piece big time financial institutions have joined in the taxpayer subsidized economic scam; JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Keegan, US Bancorps… these bailed out by the Obama “stimulus” package, followed by Stephens, Inc., locally First National Bank of Fort Smith (no surprise here), Bank of the Ozarks, Arvest, and possibly others.  It should be noted that the CEO of JP Morgan Chase is a board member of the NY Federal Reserve & JP Morgan Chase received $67 billion of Obama’s stimulus loot and here we find Morgan Chase stealing more taxpayer largesse, compliments of the New Market Tax Credits.

The first part of this piece alluded to the opulent spending on the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago and here again, JP Morgan Chase, US Bancorps divvied up $116 million in renovation subsidies.
New Market Tax Credits operating on the backs of middleclass Americans and further edging toward bankrupting America by subsidizing land, building owners, raw land development, contractors, all with huge tax write-offs, compliments of the U.S. Treasury & the IRS…all by design.

We are witnessing the resurrection of Urban Renewal 2000 style— government theft on a grander scale, coupled with the usual scurrilous opportunists.

Historians declare that America’s Declaration of Independence is man’s greatest achievement.  This achievement is now being buried under the United Nations Agenda 21’s global attack.  
Let this be firmly ensconced in your brain: every time a politician or bureaucrat creates a commission, study group, task force, retreat, etc. be aware you are about to lose more of your hard earned money and freedom.

It’s all about global citizenship, the death of sovereignty…and it is here. Agenda 21 is in our town, Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Are the “leaders” sell-outs or just plain ignorant?

Sustainable Development (Chambers of Commerce), Smart Growth, Smart Streets, Regional Visioning Projects (Convention Center, Claude Legris’ various grandiose visions), Green Jobs, Going Green, Alternative Energy, Comprehensive Planning, Growth Management, Consensus, Quality of Place (Ft. Smith Board of Directors & Mgr), New Urbanist Communities (ERC Properties/Rod Coleman), New Market Tax Credits (Griffin, Pyle, Dunn), Historic Preservation (all the above mentioned), Local Visioning (Lake Ft. Smith Board Retreats), Facilitators (Strategic Government Resources consultant who conducted the expensive “Retreats”), ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives)(North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Hayes, CEO of USA division) PPP (Public Private Partnerships)…..by no means a complete list.

The point is the insidious nature of the Collectivist attack on individual rights to property, to privacy, to travel, to choose occupations, to keep one’s earnings, assumes many deceptively noble sounding names, but all have the same ultimate goals…skinning the taxpayers to increase the wealth of the instigators, to control the masses as they see fit and to erase the basic tenants of individualism.
These programs/schemes are always presented and pursued by the “leaders” of the communities in which they are found.   The “leaders” sometimes know why and what they are doing—either in it for the money or the power, and sometimes “leaders” ignorantly go along with the “Emperor’s New Clothes” presentation in order not to appear stupid or against progress.

The results are the same if the programs are implemented.  More losses of individual freedom, property, earnings, and the enlightenment concepts upon which they are based.

Locally, we’ve heard a lot of talk about “Quality of Place”, “New Market Credits”, and a 300 acre parcel at Chaffee Crossing being eyed for a “New Urbanist Community” ironically named Providence.

Some reasons for the success and proliferation of these taxpayer funded programs are;
1.    Certain community/town/city’s Movers & Shakers can smell an opportunity to siphon money light-years away.  They have the connections already to cash-in or they hire consultants or attend seminars to learn the ropes.  The Movers may or may not be concerned with Collectivist ideology behind such programs (either don’t care, or like & approve the concepts)
2.    Certain officials are too naïve or lazy to be able to intelligently fulfill their obligations to the citizenry.
3.    The working middleclass & poor are often either too tied up in survival and family, or they are lazy with self-imposed ignorance, often in denial that leaders might & do betray.
4.    The media is smitten with the leaders and fail to do their complete job of delving & reporting, especially if the subject matter leans to the left.
5.    The community agencies cover for one another and for the “leaders”.
6.    Fear of being called a selfish “Aginner” (someone who often opposes pet projects)
7.    Spending someone else’s money is the easiest job in the whole world.

This subject is too vast to cover in this article, but those interested can easily do some research.  There is a ton of information on the internet. Recommended sites are: www.learn-usa.com. americanpolicy.org/.  www.channelingreality.com   The original Agenda 21 was written by a Communist for the U.N.  The ultimate goal is global governance to be achieved by erasing borders; controlling populations, preferably in self-contained units; increasing militarization of government agencies (locally note the police department’s recent purchase of SUV’s & 100 new AR 15’s), education by indoctrination, e.g. “No Child Left Behind” which reduces all to the lowest common denominator (thinking, independent, freedom-loving folks need not apply), and cradle to grave manipulation of “human resources”.  Incidentally, rational, independent, self-reliant individuals highly resent and resist being considered a “Human Resource”.

Agenda 21 and its bastard babies represent vicious, successful weapons in the arsenal of Collectivism vs Individualism.  Plato (Collectivism) vs. Aristotle (Individualism) are still battling it out after all these centuries.  Man’s life belongs to the community/state/nation vs. man’s life belongs to himself.  It takes a village vs. it takes individual responsibility.  It’s hatred of the good vs. love of individual achievement.  It’s envy vs. merit.  It’s parasitism vs. effort/work/pride. It’s subservience coupled with power-mongering vs. individual life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness.

Hopefully it is not too late, but reality paints a dismal picture for human liberty once more on this planet. The Siren Song of Something for Nothing & Forced Redistribution is stronger than the Enlightenment Philosophies which guided our Founders.  Knowledge and the thirst for knowledge languishes on the barren plain of a planned intellectual famine.

Knowledge and those who impart and fight for it are our only hopes.  Without which we enter the new Dark Ages which has already condoned torture, imprisonment without due process, locks on freedom of speech & all the rest of our Constitutional liberties, endless wars, jobs outsourced & stolen, 3rd World invasions by the millions…all producing an equally miserable standard of living, except for the elite of course.

Our only choice is to FIGHT against the return of histories’ reigns of terror & control, and Agenda 21 & the bevy of bastard babies is one good place to draw the line in the sand, but it requires an informed citizenry.

Lies & Murder, Inc.—President Barack Obama is the CEO, Congress enables          March 30, 2011

Murder Incorporated—it cannot be described factually in any other way.  I speak of course of the U.S.A. which has evolved into a nation feared by countries around the globe.  Our former Republic was at one time the bastion of freedom, achievement, and the hope of the world, and now nothing but a killing machine while its industrial base is non-existent except for the military/industrial complex.  Not only a killing machine abroad, but a police state internally. Why is this?

In the short term, former presidents Clinton, Bush II, & now Obama are the progenitors of the murderous carnage now reaped by the U.S. on sovereign nations who have in no way harmed or offered a threat to our republic.

The first two presidents mentioned and their respective criminal activities will not be discussed in any detail, but they are cast in the same mold as the current one, only the past 12 days will be detailed.

1.      The internal disturbance inside Libya originally was between the Qadaffi regime and a rebel force of unknown quality and quantity, which is the case today.  Nothing in that altercation was any of the U.S.’s business. As you may recall President Clinton ordered a brutal assault on Bosnia and destroyed what was then known as Yugoslavia, if there was in fact a problem it was Europe’s.  Followed by Bush II’s all-out savage, murderous destruction of Iraq and Afghanistan. Bush’s attack on Iraq was done at the behest of Israel and oil.  Built on a mountain of lies. Chief architects were Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, & Douglas Feith.

2.      President Obama, continuing the brutal attacks on Afghanistan and his personal war on Pakistan, has entered a new phase of Mid-East destruction, e.g. Libya. Solely on Obama’s orders citizens were told that the U.S. would embark on a no-fly zone and upon conclusion American military activity would cease and the rebels would be left to their own designs—a lie.

3.      The No-Fly Zone was to be accomplished by the destruction of 6 air fields which was said contained the small Libyan air force.  By U.S. standards, to accomplish the mission would have taken no more than a 15 minute precision bombing run at each field to destroy the Libyan air force.  Obama stated that that would be the total involvement of the U. S. military—another lie.

4.      We were then told there would be a global contingency known as The Coalition and U.S. Forces would be withdrawn—another lie. The U.S. continues to dictate the terms of military activity in Libya—another lie.

5.      The continuing sorties have multiplied as of this date for 13 days of continuous bombings rendering the total destruction of Libya’s nerve centers, accomplished by savage attacks on innocent Libyans. This is not war, it is murder. Killing a person by stealth (long distance) is no different than sticking a bayonet in an unarmed person’s heart.

6.      Obama stated U.S. involvement would last days not weeks—another lie.

7.      Constitutionally, he did not consult the U.S. Congress regarding permission and funding pertaining to a preemptive attack on Libya. This can only be described as the conduct of a Dictator.

8.      Obama admitted, in another trampling of the  Constitution, that he received permission from the global government and the global military authority; respectively known as the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization:  thereby officially admitting that we are under the heavy hand of a Global Government, meaning: the republic of the U.S.A. is now subservient to the U.N.—how degrading!  Note that first term Senator John Boozman is immersed in NATO affairs.

9.      Obama further stated that all military activity would be turned over to the coalition—such as it is, a coalition already in full retreat, i.e. the United Arab Emirates, France, and the U. K.  Notice Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. Generals and U.S. Admiralties are in absolute command with daily press releases covering one lie after another–more murdering lies.

10.   This is solely Obama’s murdering binge, accompanied by Sec. of State Hillary Clinton who claims this is a “humanitarian cause”—since when did murder & destruction equate to “humanitarianism”? Also in the picture is that master of military affairs known as the Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice, accompanied by world leaders, who stated we will freeze Libya’s assets and determine Libya’s future. Rice also asserts that the U.S. is going to arm the rebels in Libya. Obama ordered the attacks while he & his family were in all probability basking on the beaches of Copacabana & Ipanema and the U.S. Congress was on a “Spring-break”.

11.   Obama further stated that there would be no American soldiers on Libyan soil—another murdering lie.  There have been elements of the military and the CIA on Libyan soil since before the air attacks.  U.S. Naval vessels are shelling Libya 24 hrs. a day—another Obama lie.

12.   Concerning the matter of economics; it is said we have deposited over a thousand cruise missiles on Libya at a cost of $1 Million per missile. Furthermore the stealth bombers cost $10,000 per hour per unit. Billions being spent from a nation who for all intents & purposes is bankrupt.

It is beginning to appear that the goal of the treacherous American government’s strategy is to attack and destroy every sovereign mid-eastern nation with the intent of encircling Iran for ultimate destruction—at the behest of Israel & oil. 

Where is the U.S. Senate & Congress?  Easy, they are hunkering down behind their desks determining how is the best way to get re-elected.  To hell with the murder and destruction being carried out by the Executive & Legislative branches of the U.S. government.  Not a peep from the feckless legislative branch regarding the Libyan carnage, coupled with the fact they can’t generate enough legislative resolve to tackle in a meaningful way the bankruptcy of our nation and certainly they do not have the wherewithal to defund the murdering carnage being carried out against Libya in the name of “Humanitarianism”.  Same regarding Obamacare.

Ask Sec. of State Hillary Clinton when slaughtering multitudes of innocent Libyans and before that hundreds of thousands of Iraqis & Afgans, can be equated to “Humanitarianism” and “democracy”.

Can a president who routinely violates the U.S. Constitution, consults with the United Nations, and relies on their direction, issues orders to destroy sovereign nations be called anything but a murderer?  A very serious question for honest minds.

The U.S. Congress is and has refused to uphold their sworn Constitutional duties and have gone through a metamorphosis rendering them victims of Pussyfication.

It has been said that President Barack Obama does not know what he is doing; others may say he is in over his head.  Pres. Barack Obama knows precisely what he is doing and his ultimate goal is the absolute and total destruction of our once preeminent republic, the United States of America, with the help of enablers of congress, senate, judicial, military.  Marxist-Communism is his game.

The United States of America is morally, constitutionally, and financially bankrupt. Our presidents and elected members of the congress and senate have allowed our once preeminent republic to become a 3rd World dumping ground.  A nation rapidly filling up with legal & illegals who are poor, uneducated and have evolved from cultures which have never tasted success.  Americans of the Founding Stock were taught that it’s not in a person’s or country’s best interest to trade down.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiaries—the largest traffickers of illegal Mexicans and OTM’s and purveyors of Foreign Trade Zones.   The enemy within.                                                                       February 13, 2011

The Chamber is a major component in job-killing activities known as “free trade”.  â€œFree trade” is a misnomer.  There’s nothing free about the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s use of the phrase “free trade”. It is government mandated trade. What we should have is Fair Trade.  Since Geo. W. Bush and his band of neo-con corrupters, our nation has lost 6 million industrial jobs.  The U.S. is engaging in the textbook definition of Fascism.  A “Private/Public Partnership” (PPP)—a nexus between government and industry, where the government is the CEO.  Review 1930’s German history.

Chambers of Commerce act independently and also in concert with the national brand in destroying American jobs and standards of living by leading the charge exporting jobs and industry abroad, while at the same time, behind the scenes hiring foreign nationals from abroad for cheap wages to accomplish technological services here in the U.S.

The Chambers have for decades been obsessed with maintaining open borders and exploiting 3rd world illegal alien populations for exploitation by industries.

One of the few legitimate creations by the federal government to slow down the illegal invasions was the institution of E-Verify demanding that U.S. businesses identify illegals by a simple phone call…just a telephone call away and 99% accurate. 

Resistance to using the mandated E-Verify was recently made public by a printed communication with the letterhead of the Arkansas Homebuilders Association, under the names of Todd Wilcox, AHBA president and co-signer Julie Mills, AHBA executive vice-president. In this communication the ugly hand of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in their litigation vs. Candelaria, no. 09-115, August 8, 2009 to do away with E-Verify raised its head.  According to the AHBA a decision is expected by this summer at the least and they are expecting E-Verify to be killed.  

A statement of violation of the Constitution and U.S. law could not be clearer.  The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing to destroy E-Verify for their equally guilty enablers—e.g. Tyson’s, Simmons, AHBA, Pilgrim’s Pride, Contractors, religious orders, anti-American ethno-centric organizations,  and various factions of Arkansas government.

The Chambers of Commerce are in no way representing small businesses while taking their exorbitant yearly fees and using to defend big business and destroying the middleclass workforce.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, along with others, is pursuing what is known as “Foreign Trade Zones”.  The U.S. Dept of Commerce in lockstep with various city/state Chambers of Commerce, are negotiating with China to promote private businesses while inviting the Chinese to come here to invest, (EB-5 Visas), live, and start businesses and then file for a “Foreign Trade Zone” status and get special tax cuts and lower operational costs than American businesses outside the zone can have.  The U.S. Dept. of Commerce then takes over all control of the land and business guidelines within the Zone. 

China and other nations who participate in “Foreign Trade Zones” are under no obligation to hire Americans. Under the Free Trade Zone arrangements foreign investors, e.g. China, can bring in as many of their own citizens as they desire, may build cities replete with shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc. under the EB-5 Visas.   â€œForeign Trade Zones” are not a new concept. “Foreign Trade Zones” are being promulgated all over America right now.  In Fort Smith, Arkansas Mitsubishi is building a wind turbine factory and bringing in Japanese employees who are and will be subsidized by Arkansas taxpayers.

The Chambers are telling Private businesses that they cannot make it economically without sending their products to China; therefore American businesses can move into “Foreign Trade Zones” for exporting their products to China.   Promoting EB-5 Visas by the Chambers of Commerce will be the death knell of middleclass Americans, both in wages and in numbers.   State Governors are travelling to China to make agreements with them to become foreign investors in the U.S. “Foreign Trade Zones”.

This is just a tip of the corrupt national Chamber of Commerce, Governors, and of course Federal Government. There are many more players in this American job-killing endeavor and in Fort Smith it is noted that there are yearly treks to China and environs by Univ. of Ark. @ Ft. Smith Chancellor Paul Beran and his substantial entourage. Could it be Beran is promoting “Foreign Trade Zones”?

Legislators, please be aware of the Trade Zone assaults and the destruction it will wreak.  Please take the time to research, and the first place to begin would be Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.   Might want to look into the Aspen Institute where A.G. McDaniel is ladder climbing and traveling the world.

Conclusion: the Chambers of Commerce are open-borders and illegal alien advocates, while at the same time promoting the Foreign Free Trade Zones, which has all but annihilated the real free market translating into destruction of American jobs, sovereignty and stability.

Do any of you see what the coming attraction is if the will of the people continues to be ignored and abused?  Think Egypt.  I do not believe for one minute any politician or bureaucrat will lift a hand to save our once preeminent Republic while at the same time they are busily involved in incestuous behavior, i.e. preemptive wars globally, a phony “war on terror”, citizen abuse at airports and other venues, nationalized medicine, printing phony money, thousands of bureaucracies that are duplicitous or in most cases have no meaningful purpose but having lives of their own, and stealing taxpayer money to subsidize their criminal behavior.  A Giant Protection Racket.

Director Kevin Settle–his 10 Year Vision and very expensive campaign.                       Oct.18, 2010

Settle speaks voluminously about the necessity for his 10 Year Vision, but never ever enunciates any details of what his “Vision “is or it’s costs..   A topical computer research reveals dozens upon dozens of different kinds of “Visions”, mostly constructed by the federal government and implemented on federal, state and local levels. These programs are so large and far reaching (politicians & bureaucrats are aware of this, and that is the key) that citizens are overwhelmed and lose their constitutionally endowed control over these same politicians & bureaucrats. 

These Visions are nothing more than EXPANSION OF GOVERNMENT & CONTROL  of the taxpaying citizens.

Contrary to what the occupants of government would have you believe, legitimate government is not complicated, in fact quite simplistic.  Tenured politicians are devious opportunists and as long as Boobus Americanus continue to elect or hire them cycle after cycle, we citizens are and will continue to pay the price for their destructive behavior.

Whenever the buzzwords “Vision”, “Partnership”, “Sustainable”, “Quality of Place”, “Green”, “Giving Back”, “Making a Difference”, etc. are touted by smiling politicians, bureaucrats, and educrats, citizens should readily understand they have once again been “sucker punched”.

Now comes the grandiose expenditures of the incumbent Settle’s campaign against an opponent who has spent very little for a City Director’s position in a small city.  So why are Director Settle and/or his handlers spending such an inordinate amount of money trying to capture a relatively minor political position, or maybe not minor in the minds of some.

Philosophically, the Globalists have determined after years of failure, that indoctrination is the procedure to remove a nation’s sovereignty, heritage, culture, etc. is to be accomplished bottom-up not top-down. There are reasons to believe that many of local office holders and hired personnel are being used as willing shills for the Globalist agenda, perhaps not understanding their complicity.

The question: Is Director Settle’s complicity on “Quality of Place”, etc. indicative of an understanding of what the goals are, or not?

Again, the needs of our city are quite simple. Running the city is not rocket science.  Stick to the basics and quit trying to “keep up with the Jones’’ and following the edicts of a corrupt federal government.

Director Settle, along with another Director or so, are launching campaigns involving the city in projects which properly fall to private enterprise, e.g. entertainment—professional baseball, soccer fields, aquatic centers, ad infinitum. Never a mention of the illegal Mexican invasion, those companies hiring illegals, gang activities, crises in public schools, disintegration of neighborhoods, etc.

All the above suggests that Director Settle is a willing progeny of BIG Government.

UAFS (University of Arkansas @ Fort Smith) Chancellor Paul Beran’s—“Five Year Plan” replay (the Communist Manifesto better known now as Globalism?)

Following is the distillation of the component parts of the “Five Year Plan”:

1.      A center for intellectual, artistic, social & cultural advancement.  (Whose social & cultural advancement?)

2.      Maximize citizenship & real-world work.  (pure-bred doublespeak)

3.      Expand the university as a primary contributor to economic development.  (What happened to teaching unrevised American history, American economics (Capitalism), remove the multi-cultural fantasy and reinstall rigorous academic excellence.)

4.      Innovative use of technology.  (Technology is innovative)

5.      Continue to seek & steward resources. ??? (This could mean any number of things detrimental to American culture, e.g. Cap & Trade and extreme environmental controls)

Folks, the genesis of the 5 Year Plan is a D.C. plan contrived to anesthetize lay-citizens and much of the inner circle.  Simply, the bureaucratic jargon listed above is designed to subdue American citizens by creating a setting which instills a fear of appearing stupid by asking questions.

The ethereal 5 Year Plan is designed to give globalists like Beran a mysterious altar which genuflecting citizens do not question.

All universities appear to have 5 Year Plans, designed to erase borders, erase national identities and welcome 3rd Worlders into our society resulting in an Egalitarian culture with politicians  and bureaucrats like Beran running the circus.

All the hogwash in Beran’s 5 Year Plan provides him and his cronies with an unfettered springboard for international travel.

If you are a freedom loving citizen who recognizes the U.S. Constitution, compliments of our beloved Founders, be very wary of politicians and bureaucrats such as Chancellor Paul Beran.

This 5 Year Plan is all about globalism (loss of sovereignty, heritage, culture), control (loss of individual freedoms), expansion (ever more power), and funding (forced redistribution via taxation)…all subsidized by the victims….Mr. & Mrs. Producing American Citizens.

S.1619 creates a new permanent federal office: The Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities” for the enforcement of this bill the “Development Czar” if you will.

Sen. Dodd is lying when he says S.1619 is purely voluntary. The $4 billion in grants will be used by radical green groups (who helped write it) to force your city council to comply.

If our city says no to the pressure to take the grant money the radical greens will tell your citizens that their city officials are losing them millions of dollars that is owed to the community. Then, when the council caves into the pressure and takes the money, it will force compliance. THAT IS NOT VOLUNTARY – IT IS BLACKMAIL.

              
Senator Dodd will tell you that the bill is simply about uniformity to control development to save energy and to preserve rural areas. That is not true. After 15 years of fighting Sustainable policy I can assure you it is about control. Sustainablist policy focuses on three things: land use, redistribution of wealth, and population control.

S.1619 sets up a system for federally mandated housing uniformity, forcing homeowners to put on new roofs and windows, new “energy efficient” appliances, etc.  (Which could cost each homeowner upwards of $35,000.00)

– S.1619 will establish top down control that turns our communities into little soviets, driven by non-elected boards, councils and regional governments.

– As it reduces the amount of land available for homes (smart growth) S.1619 will have to lead to the establishment of federally mandated family planning for population control.

– And of course: it will raise taxes.

The nation is on the verge of bankruptcy from massive federal spending. This is certainly not the time to create new bureaucracies and spending boondoggles even if Sustainable Development was an honest concern over environmental protection.

Chancellor Paul Beran, the UAFS Minister of Illusion.                                     August 31, 2010

The University of Arkansas of Fort Smith Chancellor Paul Beran and his UAFS “Five Year Plan” (reminiscent of the old Soviet Union Politburo’s transmitted via Fort Smith’s own Pravda?)

August 20, 2010 Beran unveiled a “Five Year Plan” for UAFS, a product of globalist interests parroting the U. N’s Agenda 21, emanating from our nation’s capitol.

A distilled version on the “Five Year Plan” is right out of the globalist playbook. The Chancellor titled, or maybe not, the “Five Year Plan” containing “Six Pillars” and there are 24 separate initiatives and 100 breathtaking action items. What are they? Understand that the 5 year scheme, replete with doublespeak explanations, are designed not to be understood by lay citizens, but the semantics he puts forward are absolutely understood by globalist bureaucrats and politicians. Here they are:

  1. Develop as a center for intellectual, artistic and social, cultural advancement. (?)
  2. Maximize citizenship and real-world work and application experiences. (?)
  3. Solidify and expand the University’s position as a primary contributor to economic development. (?)  (Since when is that a proper function of education?)
  4. Lead in the innovative use of technology.  (?)  Simply put, it’s “Global Sharing”.  Beran refers to this as international distance-learning.
  5. Promote global learning initiatives. (?)
  6. Continue to seek and steward resources.  (?)  (Translation: North Little Rock Mayor Hayes’s International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI)  aka stack ‘em & pack ‘em, more commonly known as “Sustainable Development” all a part of the U.N.’s Agenda 21)

Beran continues his globalist attack on America by stating that his “Five Year Plan” will deepen international ties and programs. (President George Washington admonished NO foreign entanglements) Observe what our elected & hired fools are doing in this regard.  All Beran’s bloviating, on a personal level, sets the stage for he and his cabal to operate an international travelogue he has perfected, replete with a country club setting.  With every breath Beran is selling out the American Rugged Individual Dream for a stake in Globalism.  On multiple occasions Chancellor Beran has mentioned Agenda 21, Sustainable programs, and Quality of Place which, by the way, are already deeply entrenched in much of our state. The UAFS is responsible for “cultural and educational training and being the Quality of Place connection” for economic development, so says Beran. There is a grand gulf between cultural and educational training and actual Teaching.  Explain Chancellor, what does “cultural training” encompass?

Beran champions his travels to the Orient and singles out China and Japan, among others, as fertile ground for him and his handlers to cultivate the movement of global corporations to the United States.

A few points that Beran and his globalist buddies are not pointing out to the citizens who are subsidizing his nefarious adventures.

  1. The U.S. Dollar has been the global peg currency, i.e. the International Standard trading instrument.
  2. The Chinese Dollar is becoming the International Standard currency.
  3. U.S. banks are now using the Chinese Dollar when trading internationally.
  4. The idea that a company can no longer make it without being connected internationally is the same idea Globalists have been preaching to our children as far back as 1994, via government schools, or maybe before, e.g. “one of the outcomes the children have to understand that we are globally interconnected and can no longer make it on our own as a country”…compliments of Clinton’s Outcome-Based education, followed by Bush’s No Child Left Behind. These indoctrination programs have academically seduced at least 2 generations of Americans and the most traumatic one is public school teachers who are victims of the same system and most do not know any better.

As Beran knowingly or unknowingly continues his globalist traitorous assaults on our sovereignty by bringing in foreign national businesses and most particularly referencing the Communist Chinese, who are certainly not our friends and are coming here strictly for industrial espionage. As a side note, foreign national corporations are in no way obligated to hire American citizens for the businesses they bring here.

Chancellor Beran has defined the word oxymoron.  On the one hand he is hailing his international exploits when in actuality he’s aiding in the destruction of our nation and citizenry making us no more than a 3rd World dumping ground, while on the other side of the coin he states emphatically that he and the UAFS are championing entrepreneurship.  The Chancellor can’t have it both ways. This endeavor can only be defined as Marxist Communism because entrepreneurs are self-taught, not mass-produced in a university setting and cannot flourish in that type of environment.

He either is now or has been the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Innovation & Entrepreneur Center, an organization which allegedly develops initiatives to promote, grow, and stimulate entrepreneurialism. The way to promote, grow and stimulate entrepreneurs is to leave them alone.

Chancellor Beran speaks about his efforts in persuading Mitsubishi Power System to locate in Fort Smith in the near future.  Beran continues his bloviating about how many Japanese families will emigrate to Fort Smith and all of the accompanying services to be heaped upon these families.  So the questions are, what was the price paid to stimulate Mitsubishi to consider moving here, what price to keep them once entrenched and who pays and how much?  Why weren’t American windmill companies recruited to expand into the Fort Smith market?

To give taxpaying citizens some idea of the broad scope of Beran and his handlers creations, here are some of the countries “interconnected” to UAFS—Viet Nam, Brazil, Argentina, China, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Japan, England, Trinidad, Bulgaria and Greece. Has Chancellor Beran visited all these countries?

The primary function of all U.S. education is to TEACH…our TRUE history, our heritage, our culture, Western Civilization, non-revisionist core subjects…all with rigorous expectations of merit and excellence.  The Egalitarian approach to education (bringing everybody down to the same level) is the hallmark of tyranny, whether Communist, Fascist, Dictatorship, et al.
