To Representative Jon Hubbard:                                                              April 11, 2011

Kudos and commendations for your courageous failed efforts to protect the Constitutions, the rule of law and the citizens of Arkansas.

Gov. Mike Beebe is laying waste to middleclass Arkansans by his unlawful and thuggish actions regarding the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion enabled by the Democrat majority and apparently some self-serving Republicans.  Observe Beebe’s record: Showing favor for illegals and those hiring them over taxpaying middleclass citizens.

Consider your bill which would have prevented the Arkansas State Police from issuing driver’s licenses in languages other than English.  It is more than obvious that Beebe had his unctuous hands on that bill mandating its defeat.

The Arkansas State Police is a criminal institution by engaging in the above activity, but not limited to.

Again our appreciation for your courageous stands.  Your legislative defeats were actually wins.  What your efforts amounted to was you against the field of self-serving, parasitic usurpers.

Lawsuit fi led against Arkansas State Police
The purpose of this fax is to alert you to an important news event. A case has been
fi led against the Arkansas State Police seeking to enjoin that agency from using taxpayer
funds to publish Driver’s License Manuals and Driver’s License Examination in
Spanish. The Plaintiff contends that printing these materials in Spanish violates the
English as the offi cial language statute, Ark. Code Ann. Section 1-14-117. The plaintiff
also alleges that printing the materials in Spanish violates Ark. Code Ann. Section
27-16-704 which prohibits issuing a drivers license to any person who is not lawfully
in the United States has been violated.

The law enforcement agents we elect and hire to protect our sovereignty, our person,
our possessions and standards of living have betrayed Arkansans by stealing our tax
dollars without our knowledge or permission to aid/abet the illegal hordes roosting
in Arkansas for the purpose of being illegally hired/exploited by Arkansas corporations
and government programs. Illegal multiple acts have created a self-sustaining
criminal triumvirate—illegals/government/corporations. Contributing entities are the
churches, especially the Catholics, and the Chambers of Commerce.
The ultimate coup d’état will be the genocide of taxpaying legal citizens. Where are
the media, legislators, judiciary, and law enforcement on these matters? It is they
who are in the “shadows”, not the illegals. Would you classify their positions selective,
traitorous, counterfeit, or all?
