What are citizens to think and do?  Our bloated, out-of-control government
entities work only for their own growth/perpetuation, Mexico exploits its
poverty-ridden citizens by encouraging them to invade the U.S. in order to
receive billions in remittances, Socialists/Communists/Fascists work to destroy
the work of our Founders, Corporations work to exploit cheap slave labor, religions
work to increase their parishioners/funding, and the “education” system works

The path we are on is mass suicide.  We send our youth to blow up foreign
countries, protect their borders and leave ours wide open to every kind of scum
on earth.  While the rest of the world
grows to hate us for the untold damage/murder we do, the U.S. citizen is left
at the mercy of so many dangers too numerous to list in this venue.

We are expected to welcome invaders who have no respect for
our laws, heritage, or culture and to pay for their healthcare, babies,
welfare, incarceration, housing, education, etc. lest we be called racist,
while expected to bow to such organizations as Mexican La Raza (TheRACE).

The Enlightenment has been snuffed, which means the death of individual freedom.  The 3rd World will engulf us as

I wrote in this forum recently that the U.S. is a
Communist police state.  I stated on a
Salt Lake City radio show April, 2006 there is a 30% chance Bush would not
relinquish the presidency at the prescribed time.  I enunciated the war on terrorism is a cruel hoax
and Bush would attack Iran before the end of his Presidency.

 

Explanation: the foundations are in place, resulting in a
dictatorship. The Patriot Acts, the Military Commissions act, the Martial Law
Codicil, failure to secure our national borders, the Security, Prosperity
Partnership, accompanied by the Trans-national corridor, three aircraft strike
forces replete with stealth B-2 bombers carrying 30,000 pound bunker buster
bombs resting in the Persian Gulf, executive orders are written, signed and
waiting to be executed.

 

The laws and acts enumerated allow wiretapping( the FBI
has practiced this indiscriminately), search & seizure without warrants,
Green Lanterns in computers, authority for the President to seize the states’
national guards under contrived or perceived circumstances , dissolving Posse
Comitatus and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.  
Policing agencies have been militarized (weaponry) and Blackwater troops
(mercenaries) are embedded in the military and the various policing agencies,
with questionable allegiances to U.S. citizens.  All for a reason.

 

Government has prepared for the coming civil unrest,
precipitated by the millions of legals and illegals penetrating our shores with
no regard for the Constitution, rule of law, heritage, and culture, all by
design.  

 

The burning question; when civil unrest breaks out between
the invading hordes and American citizens and the order comes down from
Bush/Gonzales/Chertoff to stamp out the citizen’s protest, what will be the
response of America’s military and law enforcement?  Will they support citizens or criminally
corrupt politicians and bureaucrats?

Reference your signing HR 1940 “Birthright Citizenship
Act of 2007”.  Another sellout and
obviously a part of Bush’s “comprehensive immigration reform”, i.e. amnesty.

 

Congressman, this Bill is like being a” little bit
pregnant”, or “I feel strongly both ways”.

Giving citizenship to a
child with one illegal parent is still illegal. This will encourage illegals to
create a temporary relationship just as Asians have done for decades.  Foreign nationals will come, buy a
relationship, bring in their clan, and its business as usual.  Congressman, you are not the brightest bulb
in the room but you are not stupid either. 
The following disclaimer regarding the Bill “the practice of illegally
entering into the U.S., birthing a baby inside our borders and reaping the
rewards, needs to be ended”.

a.       “Allowing one illegal”—another devious piece of legislation
giving the impression that this sinister proposed Bill will help solve the
illegal alien invasion.

b.      Why not take out the first sentence of Amendment 14?

Adds name to bill to clarify birthright citizenship

U.S. Representative John Boozman
(R-AR) today reaffirmed his commitment to reforming the nation’s immigration
practices by announcing he will cosponsor legislation which will clarify
birthright citizenship.

H.R. 1940, the “Birthright Citizenship Act of 2007,” amends the Immigration and
Nationality Act to grant birthright citizenship to children born in the United
States with at least one parent who is either an American citizen; an alien
lawfully admitted to the United States; or a foreigner serving in the American
military.

“Any plan for true reform of our immigration laws needs to include clarifying
who gets citizenship by birth,” Boozman said. “The practice of illegally
entering into the United States, birthing a baby inside our borders, and
reaping the rewards needs to be ended.

“America is a welcoming country, but I do not think it is too much to ask those
who wish to become a part of our country follow our laws and procedures. This
bill will remove yet another enticement to those who would violate our
immigration laws, and I believe it should be brought to the House floor and
passed,” Boozman continued.

“STRUGGLE
FOR FREEDOM.”      FROM WHAT?

Being the host of a radio talk show is a lot of fun.  I get all kinds of compliments.  Especially from those who disagree with me.

 

According to those on the political left, I am the worst kind
of human being there is.  In their
parlance I’m a right-wing, Christian conservative neanderthaloid. And worse
than that, I’m one of those “anti-government types”.  Well, three out of four ain’t bad.  (My knuckles won’t quite reach to the
ground.)

 

Am I a right-winger? 
Yes, as long as there are left-wingers. Am I Christian conservative?
Guilty.  Am I anti-government?  Proudly! 
Let me explain.

 

Government, in the mind of any right thinking person is
evil.  It is in some cases a necessary
evil but still evil.  Government by
definition exists for the sole reason of control over the individual. 

 

How many times have you read or heard the phrase “man’s
struggle for freedom”?  Most history
books will advance this quest as being the driving force behind man’s entire
story.  Today, thanks to our
pro-government cultists, that struggle continues.  As an example of this, look to the current
invasion of our own country by law breaking elements of other countries.  When the question is asked, “why do these
people risk their lives and willingly break the law to do this?” the answer is
always the same.  They want freedom.

 

If man’s history, then, is a constant struggle for freedom,
the obvious question is; freedom from what? 
The answer is, of course, government. 

 

Being “anti-government” is man’s story.  Freedom of speech?  You’ve got that unless some government limits
it.  Freedom of religion?  You’ve got that unless some government limits
it.  Right to privacy?  You’ve got that unless some government limits
it. Freedom to think?  You’ve got that
unless some government limits it.

 

If all of this sounds kind of familiar, it should.  The Constitution of the United States,
the greatest document ever conceived by man, was written for one reason.  And that reason was to recognize government
for the evil it is and limit it’s evil-doing. 
That’s right.  Our Constitution
is anti-government!

 

H. L Mencken, to many a cynic but to me a philosopher, once
said: “The ideal government of all reflective men, from Aristotle onward, is one
which lets the individual alone – one which barely escapes being no government
at all.”

 

Now, I recognize that people are not perfect; and if left to
their own devices people will inevitably seek power over others.  We need some form of “governance” to protect
us from one another.  But government is
made up of people; people with the same imperfections.  And therein lies the quandary.  If there is anything worse that a conniving,
self-serving, power seeking individual, it is a conniving, self-serving, power
seeking gang.

 

Government consists of people just like you and me.  They have no special talent for the business
of governing.  They are nothing more than
a gang.  They are, therefore, capable of
nothing but group-think and by extension are the enemy of the individual.  Like any gang they like to stick together, to
“belong” and to stay a member. The only thing they are real good at is getting
office and then holding office.

 

A professional “governor” is, in my opinion, a discreditable
person; a person who will do or say anything to stay a member of the gang and
is so willing to “sell” his loyalties that he becomes no better than a common
street hustler.

 

The tendency then is for government to grow progressively
more collective.  To them we are a rival
gang.  And to remind them of their
constitutional limits is to trespass onto their turf.  Government always ends up being an “us
against them” collective and exists despite the individual instead of for the
individual.  It inevitably then grows
worse and exists for its own satisfaction and against the ambitions of those
who pay for it.

 

H. L. Mencken made another statement about the individual
verses the collectivists:  “The notion
that a radical is one who hates his country is naïve and usually idiotic.  He is, more likely, one who likes his country
more than the rest of us, and is thus more disturbed than the rest of us when
he sees it debauched.  He is not a bad
citizen turning to crime; he is a good citizen driven to despair.”

 

Do I love my country? 
No.  Do I believe in “my country,
right or wrong”?  God forbid.  Am I a patriot?  Yes. 
To me a patriot or one who is patriotic is a person who believes not in
just his country, but what his country stands
for.  And my country stands for
individual freedom.  Or at least it was
created for that reason…..back when we were free.

 

Yes, I am proudly anti-government.  Yes, I hold the Constitution to be
sacred.  You may call me a radical.  You may call me an extremist.  You may call me a zealot.  You may call me dangerous to today’s
political correctness. That’s up to you. 
But I insist that you call me anti-government.

Where are we?  “1984”,
“Brave New World”, “Animal Farm”, “Anthem” or varying degrees of all?  The tyranny of Collectivism is winning.

Patriots are being brutalized and incarcerated while illegal
3rd world aliens run rampant, who bring obscene profits to slave
labor exploitive businesses, funding for unconstitutional government programs,
and votes for the complicit politicians.

This hedonistic, instant gratification, greed orgy is
quickly dismantling what’s left of the Founder’s gift of individual freedoms
and rule of rational law.

The illegal aliens are not “immigrants”, they have no desire
to assimilate and have no understanding of American history or Founding
principles, nor do they care. While they are here to exploit our corrupt
systems (welfare, healthcare, education), being exploited themselves by
unscrupulous employers, and smugglers, they bring their 3rd World
culture of corruption and deceit (their very first acts on U.S. soil were
breaking and entering, false documentation, identity theft, at the least)…all
with obvious impunity.  Only a society
poisoned by Political Correctness would be sick enough not only to condone such
behavior, but applaud it.

In the meantime, patriots such as Hollis Wayne Fincher are
pursued and incarcerated for following the Constitution too closely.  Besides, he owns valuable acreage in a
developing area, by coincidence. Besides, he wrote a powerful paper in defense
of the 2nd Amendment. 
Besides, he opposes governmental violations of our U.S. Constitution and
openly owns weapons not “sanctioned” by the Feds.

Strange how the money and manpower are available to entrap
one peaceful patriot, but hordes of illegal drug/human smugglers, violent
gangs, identity thieves, practically have carte blanche.  Since there must be a reason for this
behavior, just what is the logical explanation? 
Anyone honest can figure that out. 
Same reasons Bush pretends to wage “war on terror” while leaving our borders

What is the relationship between the illegal conviction
of Hollis Wayne Fincher and the Military Commissions Act and the Martial Law
Codicil?

 

October 17, 2006 President Bush signed the two into
law.  The Military Commissions act
abolished Habeas Corpus, laying the foundation for military tribunals for U.S.
Citizens. The second Republic killer called the Martial Law Codicil permits the
President to seize control of state National Guards for any activity he decides—a
dictator.  The Martial Law Codicil neutralizes
the Insurrection and Posse Comitatus Acts.

 

 Habeas Corpus and
Posse Comitatus Acts are literally the foundation of the American concept of
due process which prevented the centralization and militarization of law
enforcement.  Results of the neutering
gave rise to the Safe Neighborhood Act, giving the false  impression that law enforcement  would protect citizen neighborhoods.  The Act allegedly seeks out and punishes gang
activity.  Who are the troops patrolling
our neighborhoods? Some are already here—local police are appendages of Homeland
Security and have received combat weaponry, armed personnel carriers, other
assets incompatible with law enforcement but suitable for martial law.

 

Who will disarm the population? See above.

 

Why was Hollis Wayne Fincher arrested by eight enforcement
agencies, headed by BATFE,  a sycophant
Federal Prosecutor dancing to  Bush’s
music, i.e.  the Act designed to uncover
gang activity? Police are instructed by Homeland Security to view critics of
the phony “war on terrorism” as potential terrorists.

 

The Feds command and “local” police obey.  All governments are disarming American
citizens in the name of Political Correctness. 
Who are the real enemies?

— THINK the immigration debate boils down to whether the 10 million illegal
immigrants already here deserve amnesty? Think again. The leading reform
proposal in the Senate is Sens. Chuck Hagel and Mel Martinez’s Comprehensive
Immigration Reform Act (CIRA). If it becomes law, more than six times that
figure will pour in – legally – over the next two decades.
The original CIRA would’ve allowed as many as 100 million people to legally
immigrate to the United States over the next 20 years. We’re talking about a
seismic shift of unprecedented proportions.
            Facing
criticism, the Senate has amended the bill – which now, if enacted, would
“only” allow around 66 million new immigrants. That still more than
doubles the rate, from 1 million a year now to 2.5 million per year.
            Current law
would let 19 million legal immigrants enter the United States over the next 20
years; CIRA would add an extra 47 million.
            This flow of
new immigrants would dwarf the Great Migration of the late 19th and early 20th
centuries. In that period, foreign-born persons made up no more than 15 percent
of the U.S. population. In 1924, Congress passed a law greatly reducing future
immigration. By 1970, foreign-born persons had fallen to 5 percent of the
population.
            In the last
three decades, immigration has increased sharply. The foreign-born now make up
about 12 percent of the population. But if CIRA were enacted, and 66 million
new immigrants entered over the next 20 years, foreign-born persons would make
up 22 percent of the U.S. population, far higher than at any point in U.S.
history.
            Why such
explosive growth? Consider how the new law would work. Under CIRA, immigrants
could enter the country or attain lawful status within the country through
eight channels. In each channel, immigrants would gain permanent residence and
the right to become citizens:
        Visas: About 950,000 persons now get
permanent-residence visas every year. Over 20 years, the inflow of immigrants
through this channel would be 19 million.
        Amnesty: The bill would grant
amnesty to roughly 10 million illegal immigrants now living in the U.S.
        “Family chain” migration:
Today’s law limits the number of family-sponsored visas for secondary family
members, such as adult brothers and sisters, to 480,000 per year – minus the
number of visas given to immediate family members (spouses, minor children, and
parents of U.S. citizens). CIRA would eliminate the deductions for immediate
family members. The net increase in immigrants under this provision would be
around 254,000 a year, or 5 million over 20 years.
        Green cards: CIRA would increase the
number of employment-based visas from 140,000 to 450,000 per year. For the
first time, it would also exempt the spouses and children of workers from the
cap. Total yearly immigration under this provision is likely to be 450,000
workers plus 540,000 family members. The net increase above current law over 20
years would be around 13.5 million persons.
        Guest workers: The amended CIRA
would let 200,000 people participate in the guest-worker program each year.
Over 20 years, that works out to a total inflow of 4 million.
        Spouses/children of guest workers:
Guest workers could bring their spouses and children to the United States as
permanent residents, adding another 4.8 million entrants over 20 years.
        Spouses/children of illegal
immigrants given amnesty: Illegals who got amnesty could bring their spouses
and children into the country as legal permanent residents with the opportunity
for full citizenship. The resulting number of spouses and children who’d enter
the United States: at least 6 million.
        Parents of naturalized citizens:
CIRA would greatly increase the number of naturalized citizens – who would have
an unlimited right to bring their parents into the country as legal permanent
residents. The resulting number of parents who’d enter as permanent legal
residents: around 3.5 million over 20 years.
            In short,
CIRA would bring profound change. It would transform the United States
socially, economically and politically. Within two decades, the character of
our country would differ dramatically from what exists today. Americans – and
their elected officials – need to ask: Is that what we want?
