PEACE, WAR, 2 FRAUDULENT, UNCONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES & COME NOV. 2012 THE IRRELEVANCY OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY REGARDLESS OF WHO WINS.    October 1, 2012

Peace, the word that has been removed from the American lexicon, i.e. the transformation of the Republic of the USA, formerly the bastion of peace and opportunity, to a now murderous juggernaut running on empty. Speaking of the American lexicon, note the word ILLEGAL is being axed and replaced with UNDOCUMENTED  as it relates to illegal immigration, more governmental political correctness, i.e. government prescribing what language it deems allowable.  Arkansas Democrat-Gazette editor Paul Greenberg evidently agrees.

Americans, for whatever the reasons, continue to wallow in the shallowness of the criminally corrupt Democrat & Republican parties, one offers redistribution of wealth and the other, eternal war.

Neither presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama or Republican Mitt Romney offers any substance in their respective candidacies, why should they, most Americans are willing to make their presidential choices on lies, hot air, spin and a marriage to one or the other aforementioned two political parties, America’ death knell. Proof of the above lies in the fact that Americans foolishly return incumbents to office for decades and seemingly do not understand that incumbents are responsible for the present sordid and critical state of affairs in which our nation finds itself.  Look no further than Arkansas: 3rd  political generation Senator Mark Pryor, 25 years in the trough; Senator John Boozman, 12 years; and Governor Mike Beebe, 35 years on the taxpayer teat.  Suppression of new and/or dissenting ideas?

Critiquing one of the major causes of the American collapse we need not go back any further than the administration of former president Bill Clinton, upon whose order, without a declaration of war and without cause, militarily destroyed the former Yugoslavian republic, with emphasis on Serbia and Kosovo.  The preemptive strike was murderous savagery and posed many questions and no answers.

Moving forward to the late ‘90’s a plan was formulated, by neoconservative Jewish & American Zionists that mandated an attack on Iraq. All that was needed was an excuse, 911 presented the excuse, and the murderous depraved carnage served as propaganda to ignite the attack on Iraq built on lies spewed by the U.S. government and Israel Firsters.  Who’s to say how many Americans believe the savagery was produced by only 19 Saudi Arabians?  If the Trade Towers, and I emphasize IF , were destroyed by 19 Saudis why attack Iraq and not Saudi Arabia? Why were the 19 not located and executed as opposed to attacking a sovereign nation which was certainly no threat to the U.S. and in fact was considered a friend and factually possessed no weapons of mass destruction? Same goes for Iran. The Iranian nuke is a grand hoax, designed to hide Israel’s real agenda. The International Atomic Energy Agency’s inspectors and the CIA have stated on numerous occasions there is no Iranian engagement in developing a nuclear weapon.  The attack on Iraq resulting in 5,000 U.S. military deaths coupled with 40,000 wounded and maimed, alongside 100,000+ Iraqis killed was a heinous criminal act orchestrated by Pres. G.W. Bush and his administration.  Relate this to the 2,000 U.S. military killed in Afghanistan.  Saddam Hussein/Iraq was an asset of the U.S government and vividly portrays when a human U.S. asset has outlived its usefulness they are summarily executed mafia style. Other Mideastern leaders who have met the same destiny were Osama bin Laden/Afghanistan, President Muammar Quadaffi/Libya, Hosni Mubarrak/Egypt…all U.S. assets, to name a few.  The vile attack on Iraq led to 6 more preemptive attacks on sovereign nations, accompanied by U.S. stealth attacks in Pakistan.  We are engaged in no-win 11+ year illegal wars labeled euphemistically a “war on terrorism” and still evolving, built on lies, subterfuge, and murder resulting in zero accomplishments, using and abusing the U.S. military serving only as cannon fodder at a cost of $1 Trillion (part & parcel of the $16 Trillion debt), while satisfying U.S. neoconservative Republicans & Israeli War Lords’ ambitions for Mideast hegemony, oil, e.g. a pipeline from Iraq to Haifa, Israel, and water from southern Lebanon.  As this is being written, Benjamin Netanyahu, accompanied by theatrics and lies, is fanning the flames of war at the U.N. to be instituted against Iran, urging Republican neocons to take the lead in another illegal, unnecessary war doing Israel’s dirty work. Israel has over 800 nuclear warheads and never signed the non-nuclear proliferation treaty.  Iran has signed.

Many Americans are gullible, ignorant, emotional, lazy and/or just plain stupid to swallow the lies and attacks on the U.S.  Constitution, most of which emanate from the seat of U.S. government, brought to us by both Democrat & Republican parties.  There are 535 (excluding the Pauls) identifiable elected traitors in D.C. with crimes ranging from dereliction of duty to outright complicity in interventionism, and everything in between… the definition of a systemically corrupt country.

Enter Barack Hussein Obama, who said if elected president he would “fundamentally change America”, that he has done, directly to a Marxist regime.

Obama has installed Marxism in every facet of American government. The major contributing factor with the ease that he has ‘fundamentally changed America” is the result of unbridled mass immigration, legal and illegal, most of whom are 3rd World nationals who have no understanding of the U.S. Constitution and its demands. The 3rd World intruders have shown no desire to acculturate or adopt Western culture but have an insatiable appetite for welfare spoils, which is unconstitutional and can be expected to vote overwhelmingly Democrat.  The federal government, by design, has no intention of securing our national borders and deporting the illegal population which is now estimated to be 25-35 million, back to their homeland. It’s the vote stupid for  the democrat’s and cheap labor for the Republicans. And the Democrats win the day & the country. Both political parties are campaigning on the notion that middleclass America must be resuscitated while at the same time the hordes of Hispanic and OTM invaders are overrunning white middleclass Americans. A deadly oxymoron?  2-3 million legal & illegal aliens penetrate our borders on a yearly basis and both parties have underwritten the death of middleclass America and the Republican Party.  Our former preeminent republic has disintegrated from within…from a majority White Founding population to a now evolving 3rd World dumping ground, a nation now home to hundreds of ethnic groups fighting for their individual slices of the welfare pie, giving rise to a smug Collectivist Barack Hussein Obama garnering the majority vote of the 3rd World invaders while displacing the productive middleclass who built and have sustained the American republic. November 6, 2012, due to a 3rd World dominance will signify the demise of the Republican Party and in all likelihood America.  The national Republican Party becomes irrelevant.  Aside from the 3rd World population shift, Republican cowardice, a quest for power, and a nexus with corporations all prevent the Republican leadership from securing of our sovereign borders. Bush II’s administration, had all the tools & refused to act, precisely why Democrat Marxism will outflank Republican neo-conservatism.  Illegal & legal invasions are intensifying, e.g. Arkansas Rep. Tim Griffin pushed a measure that would expand immigration for high-tech graduates by 55,000 & grant permanent status, no citizenship required.  To magnify the crisis: data reported by the Fort Smith, AR. School district noted that white population dropped from 56.5% during 2004-05 school year to a low of 45.6%. In that same period the district containing 14,000 students increased by 1,000 whose home language was not English. 70% of the district’s students are on “free meals”, therefore; what is the endgame? Minority Whites are paying the tariff for the 70% on welfare, most of which are the majority “minorities”. This scenario is growing exponentially, all by design, compliments of the 535 identifiable elected D.C. traitors. What has just been described is the national tapestry.

What ethnic group is responsible and fuels mass immigration, legal & illegal?

Reverting back to the statement regarding incumbents. The incumbents American citizens reelect for decades is another major reason the U.S. in is the quandary it finds itself resulting from corrupt self-serving politicians/bureaucrats who refuse to abide by the Constitution, the rule of law and their sworn obligations to the people. They are our real enemies.

March 12, 2011, Barack Obama unilaterally and on his personal order called for stealth bombing and rocketry to be launched against the sovereign nation of Libya.  In the first few days of Obama’s intervention over 1,000 U.S. predator drones were launched at Tripoli and Benghazi, while at the same time the U.S. government was arming Israel with 30,000# Bunker Busters. Why?  On March 19, 2011 Obama stated that U.S. involvement in Libya would last “days, not weeks”.  The U.S. is now 1 ½ years enmeshed in Obama’s self-proclaimed war with the loss of unknown numbers of U.S. military and one Ambassador. Another blatant, preemptive attack on another non-threatening sovereign nation, orchestrated this time by Obama and his minions. The $16 Trillion national debt, compliments of both political regimes, and Obamacare are more highways to the national abyss.

The Republicans are all so quiet about Obama’s murderous Libyan thuggery.  How could Republicans chastise Obama when they have their neoconservative crosses to bear, i.e. Afghanistan & Iraq?

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is consumed by arrogance and hubris, spewing his hatred of Iran and Syria and is commanding & demanding the U.S. attack the two immediately unilaterally.  Americans hear the constant drumbeat that “Israel is our friend”.  Again, I challenge Americans to show one instance that Israel has demonstrated she is a friend of the U.S.  Recall Israel attacking the USS Liberty slaughtering 34 U.S. seamen, wounding 171 out of a crew of 297; allowing the Mossad to maintain a huge spy network within our borders; stealing & selling our most sensitive commercial & military secrets to China, etc.   Washington, D.C. has become Tel Aviv South. The American congress is mortally fearful of Jewish organizations, e.g. AIPAC, ADL, AJL, JINSA, SPLC, and a host of hundreds and does their bidding without questions. Note: AIPAC is an illegal foreign national lobbying and spy organization, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is a “consultant” if you can believe it for the FBI & the DHS!  Our decade’s long wars are principally at the behest of Jewish interests. Examine if you will the inner sanctorum of D.C. politics.  Our nation, in spite of Israel’s transgressions, dispenses billions to the Postage Stamp country, which receives more U.S. foreign aid than all the rest of the countries around the globe combined.  What fools we are. The global Jewish population controls & owns international finance, therefore; the question is again posed…why are hardworking middleclass American taxpayers’ dollars subsidizing Israel, or any other foreign nation?  Recall our $16 Trillion national debt and $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid).

It is written that many Republicans are holding their collective noses and will vote for presidential candidate Mitt Romney, i.e. the lesser of two evils. Who’s to say which of the two is most evil or less evil?  Republicans deserve what they are going to get for their barbarous treatment of the real American Constitutional candidate, Congressman Ron Paul.

A topical examination of the Republican neoconservative presidential candidate:  Examine Romney’s foreign policy team…Dov Zakheim, Robert Kagan, Michael Chertoff, Elliot Cohen, Eric Edelman, John Lehman, Evan Feigenbaum, Aaron Friedberg, Kent Lucken, Kristen Silverberg, Cofer Black, Paula Dobriansky…all dual-citizen Israelis.   Question: Where does their allegiance lie? Again, American stupidity reigns supreme.  How many of these are not Sayanim? The above dual-citizen individuals are only a tip of the iceberg.

Romney’s best friend, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is demanding the U.S. attack Iran.  The Jewish influence in Washington continues on & on & on. Question: Why is the U.S. dancing attendance to Jewish interests interminably instead of our own rational best self- interests?

Mitt Romney is a rapacious, imperialist wrapped in the American flag.  An inside supporter of a NEW WORLD ORDER.  Romney advocates more global meddling and more wars. Note: diplomacy and dialogue are absent and Romney’s battle cry “eternal war for eternal peace” beckons.

Recall if you will, former governor Romney stated May, 2012 why none of his 5 sons—all perfect candidates for military service—had come forward to serve in the wars Romney supports enthusiastically?  Romney’s response was “My sons are adults. They chose not to serve in the military in active duty, and I respect their decision in that regard…And one of the ways my sons is showing support for our nation is helping me get elected, because they think I’d be a great president”.  Furthermore; presidential candidate Romney received 4 deferrals in the Viet Nam war.  This is the candidate who stated in June, 2012 that he did not need congressional authority to attack Syria & Iran…and in all likelihood that would be accomplished in 2013 if he’s elected president. The warmongering, Republican neoconservative Romney is more than willing to send my grandchildren and yours to the phony “war on terrorism” while he and his family personify cowardice in opulence.  Note: those who cry loudest for war are never those battling on the front lines. Founding Father Ben Franklin stated when queried by a woman asking what type of government the Founders had provided…Franklin’s answer was “A Republic, if you can keep it’. Most Americans have betrayed the Founders.

Let it be said that huge numbers of Orthodox Jews do not support the warlike Zionists and have warm relationships and high regard for President Ahmadinejad and have not fallen for the cascade of D.C. lies.

A real American patriot will refrain from voting for either one of the two. Both candidates are growing the crisis.   It is the only way citizens can demonstrate their absolute abhorrence and revulsion for the two presidential candidates and the two political parties.

This piece is meant to chronicle recent and past events that put our republic in harm’s way. For those who have political & religious positions that may differ from the facts that have been presented here, please do not hurl one-word incendiaries, e.g. anti-Semite, bigot, racist, xenophobe, etc.  Emotional diatribes solve nothing; civil debate is what is needed, without a fear factor.  Currently those folks hurling the incendiaries never defend their positions.

In this case you do not have to choose your poison, write in a 3rd party candidate or refuse to vote for either.  In this way you show your contempt for the traitorous candidates and Parties.

It’s the Republic.  What happened to the preeminent republic who championed peace, individual responsibilities and liberties?

My Critique of 2016: Obama’s America documentary by Dinesh D’Souza

Far too much esoteric imaging…meaning unclear often            September 4,2012

Good comparison between dark skinned people feelings ruled by colonialism & Obama’s philosophy of hatred for Colonialists (White people, although not made explicit)
Interesting explanation of Obama’s thought processes tied to his collectivist formative influences…the Communists, anarchists, black dissenters to white rule, and far-left activists…and the irony of his father’s profligate life of multiple women & children…a communistic father Obama only saw once. 

A brief insight into the mental aberrations of his white mother who hated her own people & capitalism in particular, and her ability to keep Obama’s absent “father” in high regard.
The interview in Kenya with Obama’s destitute half-brother George was particularly interesting as was the explanation why Obama does not help him….the brother’s recognition that the blacks in Africa were better off when whites were in control.

D’Souza does a good job of explaining how Obama learned to present a pleasant persona, instead of the Jesse Jackson type angry black man, in order to appeal to the sensitive, politically correct, anxious to please, population of whites.  Unfortunately, nothing was said about all of Obama’s sealed records which include all his schooling….why?

The appearance of Daniel Pipes and the repeated references in support of Israel and the endless wars in the Mideast were disturbing….D’Souza went so far as to say that what America is doing today in destroying multiple countries, mostly innocents, was not the same as the old Colonialism of Britain, etc. which was startling.  In fact the U.S. has probably destroyed more humans & infrastructure than many olden conquerors, if for no other reason than modern technology.

The ending sequences implied that it is the legitimate job of the USA to police the world and determine the policies & actions of all other countries…because of its superior might & morality.  Might, yes, morality?  Look who is running the show in every important area of the U.S.   Brutal collectivist elitists who have been and are in the process of destroying every vestige of individual rights & liberty conferred upon us by our Founding Fathers.

Sorry, but in the final analysis, even though many interesting facts were revealed and stunning videos, especially of Third World existence, were shown, in the final scenes this was a hit piece for Israel, the neoconservatives and their deranged ideas of endless wars for “eternal peace” and U.S. hubris, perhaps, in a global society where all are equally brought down to the lowest common denominator….except of course for the ruling elites….as always.

Final questions: If Obama is a Muslim or sympathetic to them, why is he continuing the wars and why did he attack Libya?  If the Muslims are such great dangers to the U.S. why do we still have open-borders where anyone can cross into our country & do great harm to water supplies, industries, and countless other vulnerable targets?

The movie answered some questions regarding Obama, but its foreign policy comparison was far worse, for example that British Colonialism which took resources but also brought order and did not blindly blow up whole cities and peoples as the U.S. is now doing.

This is not the country of the Founding Fathers who advised against entangling involvements with foreign countries and against seeking out worldwide monsters to slay and a standing military, instead we have over 900 military bases in 130 countries!  War is a racket and the people have fallen under the spell of those who advocate eternal war by selling the idea that it is quite moral to attack innocent people just because of what they “might” do.  Incidentally, all the inspectors say Iran has no nuclear weapons or the means/intention to attain them.

It’s Iraq all over again.

Times Record headline: ‘Great Scott’ nets drug arrest Waldron, Mena.  17 people are accused of trafficking in drugs, money laundering, etc. 13 are Hispanic. Drugs from Mexico.

Only partial congratulations are in order to the fused federal, state, county and city policing agencies. Why?  No mention regarding legal status or possible past violations.

Full disclosure by the Obama administration is absent, as in the case of “Fast & Furious” gun walking. It is noteworthy that the two principals in the Fast & Furious crime, i.e. BATF & the Dept. of Homeland Security, were involved in ‘Great Scott’.

No outrage from U.S. Attorney Conner Eldridge regarding porous border contiguous with Mexico and exacerbating illegal human invasions, drug and human trafficking, welfare, federal prisons filled with Hispanics; no demand by Eldridge for enforcement of Federal Law 8 USC, Section 1325, et al.  Eldridge took a sworn obligation to uphold federal law and the U.S. Constitution. Why isn’t he?  Has Attorney Eldridge had any discussions with border patrol agents who are being mocked and put in harm’s way by the policies of the Obama administration?

Weeks ago University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart invited 5 illegals from around the country to participate in a U of A sponsored public symposium regarding higher education’s sentiments for amnesty…a direct violation of 8 USC, Section 1324a…hiring, harboring, transporting any illegal alien, a felony punishable by 10 years in jail, plus $2,000 fine per illegal.

A letter was sent to Attorney Eldridge asking for an explanation of why Chancellor Gearhart was allowed to involve himself, the U of A…a taxpayer subsidized entity, in a felonious program…no response from Federal Prosecutor Eldridge. 

Selective law enforcement by the federal government is the order of the day.  Sworn obligations and the rule of law trampled.

Eldridge’s appointment…political or earned?

Another Collectivist Obamanible & Republisive Concept=”Government Creates Jobs”.        July 30, 2012

The only jobs government can “create” are more expansionist, taxpayer funded government positions, i.e. nothing productive—mostly destructive. In order for government to have anything to do with legitimate job creation they have to vacate the premises, i.e. get their big fat noses & parasitic/sinister use of force out of the way. 

This has been so since the beginning of time—the age-old battle of the Collective vs. the Individual, e.g. Plato vs. Aristotle.  Unfortunately Plato’s Collectivist/Ruling Elite concept generally wins, just as the Cultural Marxist Political Correctness is doing today.

America blew it!  We had the best foundation in the history of man—the right men, in the right place, at the right time—schooled in the enlightenment philosophy of individual rights and freedoms, limited government power, and based in morality, ethics and the essentials of what is practical for man’s happiness and well-being—free from force.  It only makes sense that men treat each other fairly/ethically in order for peace & prosperity to thrive; otherwise Force is the weapon of choice and destruction.

America has thrown it all away, just like the fast-food containers thrown out of windows littering our roads.  It has betrayed its Founders and all that makes human existence worthy, just, and satisfying.  By blindly following its elected and appointed officials & bureaucrats in all the important institutions…even while many of them advocate openly for the collective and the revisionism of our school curricula, journalism, politics, and the destruction of rugged individualism…our very foundation.

Now dissenters who wish to follow our Founding Principles are characterized as “aginers”, “conspiracy nuts”, yes and even “terrorists”.   The Obama-style Transformation is nearly complete, yet the masses either stand by idly or cheer it on if they perceive they will gain even more unearned “government largesse”.  Within those masses are “minorities” who have never acculturated nor have the slightest understanding of what our Founding Principles & Documents mean or have accomplished.  They have been led to believe they have unearned “entitlements” coming to them….”free” healthcare, education, food stamps, welfare checks, etc.  They have no problem with the fact that the money for those “free” goodies has been taken by force from someone who earned it.  So much for morality or principles.

Some American citizens have fought back in every way they can.  Most have indulged themselves and left the defenders to fight alone against overwhelming odds.  The result=governments on all levels with overwhelming amounts of corruption, ineptness, malfeasance, misfeasance and even outright murder.  Think of all the “jobs” created to blow up foreign peoples/countries.

The Roman Empire had its “Bread & Circuses”, the American Empire has its Pop Culture “music”, tattoos, electronic devices, luxury vehicles, “American Idol” TV shows, violent games, endless preemptive   wars in the middle east, et al….and no more clue than those masses entertained by gladiators and other bloody murderous activities…at least they were honest enough to watch humans torn limb from limb instead of blithely shooting missiles from drones which indiscriminately destroys infrastructure & maims or kills civilians, including children.

We are witnessing not only the death of America, but the death of the entire Western Civilization, which Pat Buchanan and others have written about. There are ways to avert catastrophe, but the will, wisdom and courage does not exist in enough quantities.  Since the Caucasian descendants of the Founders have flunked the course in Survival and not punished or thrown out the attackers/betrayers, this is indeed Genocide by Suicide.

Do you believe America is still the Land of the Free or are we in the throes of an uncivil, lawless society?                            June 18, 2012

Who are the real terrorists?  Is it the Chinese, the Germans, the Russians, the Taliban, Iran, the Congo, ad infinitum and do the readers of this piece personally fear any of the above or others?

The foundation for the “American Dream” (freedom) lies in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.   Of particular interest here is the Constitution and Amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 14, 15 & 16 which have all been rendered toothless by past & present congressional & presidential administrations.   

The conduct of American government will be judged on how well or not the aforementioned Constitution & Amendments are followed and enforced or will it & they continue to lie fallow?

The Legislative, Judicial and Executive swear under oath to protect what the above documents guarantee &demand.  Why are they not upholding their sworn constitutional duties?

To cite ALL lawlessness occurring in the U.S. at this time by the various divisions of the federal government is impossible in a limited treatise; however a few examples vividly point out the dire straits in which American citizens find themselves.  Some understand, most do not.
A.    Legislative—The House of Representatives & Senate
B.    Judicial/Justice
C.    Executive

Legislative:  One has to go no further than the U.S. Congress to make a number of determinations and assessments.

Unfortunately, the two political parties that represent American citizens involvement in government, the Democrat & Republican parties have ensnared citizens, producing a mindset they must vote for one or the other, this coupled with the fact citizens continue to reelect for decades the same corrupt and woefully inept legislators, based solely on political party with the impact of suppressing old concepts & new ideas that are the foundation of all progress…socially & technologically.  Arkansas is a classic example:  the Pryor family (now Senator Mark Pryor) has been in the forefront of Democrat party politics for over 60 continuous years…3 generations, absent meritorious legislative accomplishments.  Senator John Boozman, 14 years in the trough and as is the case with Sen. Pryor, completely devoid of Constitutional and political courage—a legislative bust, while both are adroit political followers, i.e. “yes men”.   Arkansas’ 4 congressmen are not worthy of mention.  Scan the individual states and it becomes evident that Arkansas, unfortunately, is a mirror image of the U.S. political environment.

A congressional & senatorial legislative summary circa 2001 & forward demonstrates the unconstitutional and criminal acts performed by both Parties.
A.    Legislative
I.      The Patriot Acts. The passage & re-passage of the Patriot Acts destroy the 4th  (the right of persons to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, etc.)  & 10th (power not delegated to the federal gov’t) Amendments.  Also contained in the Patriot Acts is language providing for rendition, i.e. torture.  Only 3 congressmen voted against its initial passage. Arkansas’ 4 congressmen voted FOR the constitutional-killing act. Another provision in the Patriot Act produced THE NATIONAL SECURITY LETTER which radically expanded the FBI’s authority to demand personal customer records from internet service providers, financial institutions and credit companies without prior court approval.
II.    The Military Commissions Act.  The act denies the Writ of Habeas Corpus (the right of trial), and neuters Posse Comitatus (which formerly prevented the National Guard & U.S. Military from being used in any domestic unrest).  The Military Commissions Act is known as “the Torture authorization act”.  The signing of this act terminated civilized behavior in our once preeminent society.  The signing of the act ended all Constitutional & Bill of Rights citizen protection.  Presidents may arbitrarily designate anyone as an “enemy of state”. President Bush’s reign of terror began with the invasion of Iraq built on lies and more lies undergirded by Israel’s political threats, influence and geo-political positions. Obama duplicates Bush’s actions while expanding the reign of terror.  Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution states “The privilege of a Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of REBELLION or INVASION the public’s SAFETY may require it”.
III.    HR 1955—The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Act 2007. HR 1955 specifically targets the population of the U.S.  The Act literally allows government to define any and all crime, including “thought crimes” as Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism.  TODAY NO AMERICAN HAS ANY RIGHTS IF HE OR SHE IS ACCUSED OF TERRORIST ACTIVITY AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
IV.    The National Defense Authorization Act.   The Act does not protect the people but allows government to use its military might, the CIA, the FBI, etc. against the people if those in government “feel threatened”.  Deadly force is the prescribed therapy. Specifically, NDAA empowers the president to detain “terror” suspects indefinitely without trial or counsel and no responsibility for making this criminal act public.
V.    HR 658 calls for 30,000 drones to overfly the U.S. for surveillance purposes, not for Americans safety.  Drones have removed all vestiges of privacy & freedom.  30,000 drones factor out to be 600 per state at any one time.  Drones murder surgically without feelings, remorse, pain or blame.  HR 658 is the most heinous unforgiving Act against the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, freedom and privacy in the history of mankind.  THE MOST CHILLING EFFECT OF HR 658 IS THAT MOST AMERICANS HAVE NOT RAISED ONE SHRED OF CONCERN REGARDING THE DEPLOYMENT OF DRONES WHILE THE ARKANSAS SIX ALL VOTED FOR THE MURDERING PROCESS. Be aware that local police departments are buying drones to fortify their already militarily-esque armamentariums. Their allegiance is to whom?  The people or the federal government?
VI.    NATO—The North Atlantic Treaty Organization formed in 1945 at the conclusion of WWII to implement and oversee the reconstruction of Europe. The U.S. has continued to subsidize NATO and has molded it into a Global Army that acts at the behest of the U.S. while making up its own rules of engagement, e.g. “eternal war for eternal peace” e.g. endless preemptive warfare. Politically speaking, blame can be laid at the doorstep of the Neo-conservative wing of the Republican Party, which is now the dominant force.

The U.S. Congress has the total authority to authorize spending and to borrow money on the credit of the U.S.  Note here that congress has run up a $16.4 Trillion national debt (which will never be made good) accompanied by $75 Trillion unfunded mandates, e.g. Social Security, Medicare, & unharnessed Medicaid spending.  50% of the population receive some type of government check.

Further note that congress has refused to declare war on countries we have militarily engaged since 1945.  In the last spending bills submitted they again flagrantly increased the debt-ceiling.

B.     Judicial/Justice– The United States Department of Justice is about anything but justice.  Under the aegis of Attorney General Eric Holder any number of criminally corrupt activities have permeated his department and our society.
I.    Gunrunning resulting in the death of at least one Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexican nationals, resulting in a massive cover up by the DOJ.
II.    Refusal to secure our national border with Mexico and negating the order to arrest illegal Mexican & OTM nationals, thereby putting a serious drain on American social, economic & criminal justice systems…e.g. NW Arkansas, the home to Tyson, Wal-Mart, & other mega economic giants who exploit illegals and openly violate 8 USC, Sec. 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.  At the same time NW Arkansas is a major Mexican illegal drug distribution center.  How does the above data affect school systems with large numbers of illegals & legals?  In the case of Springdale, AR, a city of 30,000 there are 41 different languages spoken in their public school system.  Is this not an educational betrayal of American kids and a monetary assault on taxpayers, most particularly when 50% of citizens pay no income taxes?  While the above crisis is metastasizing the Chancellor of the U. of A., G. David Gearhart is openly parading illegal Mexican students on stage for political & funding purposes in direct violation of the aforementioned 8 USC.
III.    Attorney General Holder’s refusal to prosecute the New Black Panther movement.
IV.    A. G. Holder’s refusal to prosecute the GSA & Secret Service scandals.
V.    Of major significance is the fact that President Obama and A.G. Holder’s refusal to secure our borders contiguous with Mexico is allowing 1-5 million illegals to enter our country yearly, while the U.S. is securing national borders globally.  This of course is by design; to destroy Western Civilization and the Founding Stock of the U.S. by diluting our culture & heritage with 3rd World foreign national minorities who have no record of accomplishment at any level.  Jewish interests, since the 1920’s, have been the primary instigators of open borders, cheap illegal labor and unchecked legal immigration which is rapidly producing a Balkanized American society with no hope or intent of acculturation by the invaders, and again, all by design.  It must be pointed out here that while Jewish interests in the U.S. are propelling immigration, legal & illegal, Israel, home to Jews, is now building a huge prison in Gaza and completing a 15 ft., 150 mile steel fence separating Israel from Egypt, while at the same time vigorously purging immigrants from Ghana, Ethiopia, Sudan, the Ivory Coast, etc. The new prison is to be a holding pen for non-Jews set for deportation.  It is indeed curious that the Israelis are developing an apartheid society  while American Jewish organizations (many members are dual-citizens) are advancing a multicultural society in the U.S. and the American government continues to shake in fear from threats and actions emanating from AIPAC, AEI, ADL, ad infinitum when the subject of  immigration , legal and illegal surface.
VI.    Note with alarm: Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s inner circle is saturated with dual-citizen, neo-conservative Jews.  Where does their allegiance lie?

C.    Executive—President Barack Hussein Obama
I.    Recently Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, in league with other Republicans, stated to the effect that Obama “was in over his head and did not know what he was doing”.   Obama is a Marxist/Communist and knows very well what he is doing—he is dismantling our Republic timber by timber while the neo-con Republicans (eternal war for eternal peace) and Obama for that matter, blather about abortions, same-sex marriages, equal pay for women, and Bain Capital…talk about staying off-message!  Never speaking of the multiple crises facing our country such as wars, debt, freedom, education, et al.  Americans are swallowing every bit of the destructive nonsense while waving the banners of the Democrat or Republican parties.  Not smart!
II.    Declared 2 wars unilaterally…Libya and Egypt.  Congress AWOL again.
III.    Pushed through Obamacare—unconstitutional Socialized Medicine & removes all vestiges of free enterprise fee for service.
IV.    Possesses & employs a KILL LIST. President Obama meets every Tuesday morning, when in town, with his senior Generals, spies and advisors and reviews a list of the people they want him to authorize their agents to kill. Obama wages private wars using the CIA singularly to fire drones at thousands of persons in foreign lands. V.    Has signed 923 freedom killing Executive Orders.
VI.    Presently engaged in at least 6 illegal wars and 2 more in the wings and no peaceful overtures in sight.
VII.    Friday, June 15, to parrot President Franklin D. Roosevelt, is a Day of Infamy. President Barack Hussein Obama issued an unconstitutional, illegal memo (a scrap of paper) which by his hand overturned the U.S. Constitution, the Rule of Law and the will of the American people.   The memo confers a pseudo amnesty on millions of young illegal aliens and ultimately will lead to amnesty for all invaders. In the end the memo is cynically for votes and the further constitutional, economic & social dismantling of our Republic, while Americans sit on their uneducated, lazy duffs, looking forward to the weekend. And oh yes, Obama & wife by their every action… in your face Whitey! His memo serves as a huge magnet to further increase the flood of  3rd World illegal invaders!

Enough already, the above only scratches the surface.  So who do you believe the Real Terrorists to be?  If your answer is anything but the U.S. Government you are in the midst of a Mid-Summer Night’s Dream and if you vote to reelect any incumbent you are complicit.  The incumbents, after all, are the reason our former preeminent Republic is in a nosedive to the abyss.

By the way, the Arkansas Six voted for every one of the aforementioned, unconstitutional, uncivilized, heinous measures foisted on Americans absent specific knowledge without remorse, honor, or morality.

Better sober up Americans, very quickly, the hangover you have now is mere child’s play compared to what is in the offing.

Charlotte Douglas, Charlene Fite, Bill Gossage, Gene Jeffress, Stephanie Malone, Gary Latanich, Tracy Pennartz (?), and Mat Pitsch…they have what in common? 

They are government employees campaigning for the Arkansas Legislature.   5 are teachers.  The State Legislature is packed with “double-dippers”/education lobbyists.

  These state employees have serious moral, ethical, and conflicts of interest issues.  Legislative sessions last from January into May…a school semester.  Why would school districts allow teachers to be absent for up to 6 months per year? Not needed?  What salary and perks do they retain while absent? Why are they seeking a legislative office?

The above conduct vividly points out that public schools run a protection racket and utilize featherbedding with impunity while failing miserably to academically educate students..  Funding follows failure. (see Common Core Standards)

Note Mat Pitsch’s candidacy.  Pitsch heads the Regional Intermodal Transportation Authority.  RITA is part of a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MP0), a tentacle of United Nations Agenda 21.   Maine Governor John Baldacci stated (T.R) “A first step will be to educate the public about the importance of regionalism so cities will support these efforts”.  “We need to shock people a little bit”.

The Fort Smith Regional Alliance consists of 14 Oklahoma & Arkansas communities, resulting in a diminishment of local control and sovereignty, while ceding authority to unelected boards, advisors, czars.  Regionalism manipulates transportation patterns which restrict civil liberties, property rights, etc. Non-elected planning groups are already influencing transit services, regional trails, F.S. bikeway system.   Fort Smith formed an alliance with Agenda 21 member Fayetteville, why?

I received yesterday your whitewashed response for voting for the National Defense Authorization Act, along with the remaining members of the Arkansas 6.  I called the 6 of you Traitors and I stand by that statement.

After a considerable hue & cry from American citizens regarding the initial offering of the NDAA, said Bill was disguised very cleverly.  The final product is the same…brutal treatment of American citizens.  The fact that you 6 voted to renew the Patriot Acts, approve of torture and assassination (2 American citizens have already been assassinated) tells citizens all they need to know about your bankrupt morals and criminality,  accompanied by the flipping of the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution.

The new “revised” form of the NDAA gives the U.S. government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship WITHOUT BEING CONVICTED OF BEING “HOSTILE” AGAINST THE U.S.  Hostile is a word that means engaging, or purposely & materially supporting hostilities against the U.S.  Since the U.S. has been engaged illegally in unconstitutional, preemptive wars (for 21 years), called The War on Terror, which is ambiguous & encompassing, and any action by any citizen could be construed as supporting Terrorism.

Even though the language of the NDAA has been revised to exclude American Citizens, the U.S. government merely has to strip Americans of their citizenship and the NDAA goes into effect.  They will be able to do so without convicting the accused in a court of law.

Once again, you just have to be ACCUSED of “supporting hostilities” and that can be defined any way the government sees fit.

So Congressman Griffin, are you ignorant of the full unconstitutional capacities of the NDAA or are you a liar?  Has it ever occurred to you that a political opponent could use this Act against you personally?

You and the remaining Arkansas 6 are a disgrace to the natural rights of man and our Founders.

Looks like we are headed back to the jungle but with an ugly stopover in a new Dark Ages.

There was found an irrational fear of imaginary Witches, now we have irrational fear of propagandized terrorists. (911, preemptive wars)  Then torture was used to extract confessions, now “enhanced interrogation”( torture) is used to extract confessions (Patriot Acts). Then a person could be arrested and sent to the dungeon for undetermined lengths without due process of law, now a person can be arrested and detained indefinitely without due process (Military Commission Act nullifying Habeas Corpus and the National Defense Authorization Act 2012)

Then the military was used to enforce laws, now the military can be used to enforce domestic laws, as well as martial law (John Warner National Defense Authorization Act 2007).  Then a person could be put to death on the whim of the ruler, now a person can be assassinated on the whim of the ruler (Obama/Anwar al-Awaki).

Then the ruler had his own court and was never found guilty of anything, now the ruler is never even questioned by his court, therefore never found guilty of anything (Bush/illegal war, Obama/illegal war and eligibility for presidency).  Then the ruler lived in lavish luxury, the finest clothing, jewelry, cuisine, none of which he earned, now the ruler lives in even more lavish luxury doing nothing to earn it honestly.

Then the ruler travelled by the finest of carriages, noblest of steeds, surrounded by knights/guards of the fiercest, now the ruler flies in numerous extravagant, finely appointed Jets almost on a daily basis, surrounded by untold guards with the highest tech, expensive equipment imaginable.

Then the ruler entertained with lavish, extravagant parties and sorties, now the ruler entertains with unbelievable abandon and piles of confiscated cash.

All this was and is done with total disdain for the serfs who provide the wherewithal that makes that lifestyle possible.  The serfs were/are to ask no questions, submit to whatever indignities they are subjected (TSA), fork over their hard-earned money (IRS), send their children to fight senseless wars, and if they don’t, they will be punished severely, even unto death.

Welcome to the new Dark Ages.

Your response to my grave concerns regarding the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2012 was indeed frivolous, e.g. “keep us safe and protect our way of life”…and “provisions in the NDAA regarding the detention of terrorists”.

Congressman, the Act is designed to illegally & unconstitutionally incarcerate American citizens.

You go on to say “as a 30 year veteran of our Armed Forces, I certainly realize the magnitude of the NDAA.”  If that is the case Congressman, how in heaven’s name could you have voted for the NDAA as it allows for the indefinite military detention of American citizens without charge or trial?  It allows the U.S. military to act as domestic police without any vestiges of the rule of law.  The NDAA negates the 4th, 5th, 6th & 10th Amendments and as you may or may not understand, without the Bill of Rights there cannot be a republic of the United States.  As for you being a 30 year armed chair member of NG, I am not at all impressed, but that alone demonstrates you are a neo-con and owe your allegiance to Big Government.

A topical examination up to this point of your congressional experience:
1.    By the time the votes had been counted in the 3rd congressional district, you and 80 other congressional freshmen were on your way to a lavishly appointed meeting in Israel with Prime Minister Netanyahu and members of the Mossad…all compliments of AIPAC—which simply means you are owned lock, stock & barrel by Zionists…putting their perceived needs and ambitions before American citizens.
2.    You voted with glee for continuing the unconstitutional, immoral Patriot Acts, i.e. assassinations, torture (by the way Congressman, have you ever been tortured?), preemptive wars without congressional declarations of war, dissolving of Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus…as does the NDAA.
3.    You signed a pledge of No New Taxes and right out the box you have voted for a non-balanced budget and supported taxes on the internet.  You said that military cuts would devastate the countries defense posture. Congressman, with 9,000 military installations around the globe and substantial military presence in 130 countries, please tell me and your constituents what the hell you are talking about. And no mention of our unprotected national borders allowing our republic to continue to disintegrate into a 3rd world gulag while U.S. military forces are molesting nations around the globe and protecting their borders.
4.    And the treasonous freedom-taking National Defense Authorization Act.

Congressman Womack, you and the remaining Arkansas 5 and a large number of your colleagues, as previously mentioned, voted to put American citizens in harm’s way by allowing this president and future presidents through Executive Orders to ensnare Americans on a whim, without due process, and dispose in any manner.

Congressman Womack, when you finish dispensing favors to the Walton’s, the Tyson’s and other Bigs, is there anything left for 3rd congressional constituents?

You and your colleagues who voted for the NDAA ARE TRAITORS TO THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS, AND AMERICAN CITIZENS.

TURN OUT THE LIGHTS, THE PARTY’S OVER.             December 19, 2011

From the Founders to the Falsifiers…From the Enlightenment to Entitlement…From Rugged Individualism to Dependency…From Polite Society to Pop Culture…From Rule of Law back to the Dark Ages…From Freedom to Tyranny…From Sovereign Nation to Amorphous Polyglot …From Prosperity to Poverty.

Most of the history of this world is littered with pain, suffering, and despair.  Only in rare brief periods of time did any sort of logic & rationality influence the tenor of daily life.  When it did, the common people could live in relative peace & prosper.   

Our Founders were men of classical education who studied the philosophers of the Enlightenment which held that all men should be free of tyranny of any sort, that each man belonged to & was responsible for himself, and that no man was to be a dictator with ultimate power of life or death over others.

The Enlightenment was born and nourished chiefly in Europe and it became the world’s greatest champion of the individual and his right to exist for his own sake & that he had the right to life, liberty, property and to seek happiness…a huge departure from the “Divine Right of Kings” or “Might Makes Right”.

This was a Caucasian achievement and for the most part has never been adopted in other cultures that often have been hostile to those ideas.  Ironically, today other cultures clamor to live in Caucasian societies, yet cling to their old failed philosophies, make demands on their host and show obvious hostility toward their benefactor.  While enjoying Forced Redistribution, i.e. welfare handouts, they harbor hatred, resentment and a false sense of entitlement.

What makes this possible is the highly successful tool of brainwashing/indoctrination of Political Correctness which preys on White guilt (unearned) and rewards (unearned) “minorities” based upon the smear effects of buzz words such as “Racist”, “extremist”, “sexist”, “bigot”, “anti-Semite”, “hater”, “homophobe”,  etc.

The Cultural Marxists came up with this particular war plan against the West in the 1920’s in Europe and brought it to America in the 30’s & 40’s.  Much has been written to expose those individuals and their agenda…worldwide Communism and the Death of the West.

Another tool is the destruction of merit and the teaching of dependency on government…the creation of a welfare state and ever growing expansion of government.  Still another tool is “eternal war for eternal peace” creating a warfare state through fear, utilizing the horrific scam called the “war on terror”.

The chaos and degradation we see every day now in all our institutions…the military, education, all government agencies & branches, the media, entertainment, financial, open borders/mass legal & illegal immigration/invasion, all a direct result of Political Correctness run amok and a citizenry so dumbed down that many cannot think for themselves and follow blindly the dictates of the “leaders”.  

With the passage of the National Defense (sic) Authorization Act the political leaders have shredded the last of our Founding Documents, our Rule of Law, our Individual Liberty and declared war on the citizens, especially any dissenters with threat of imprisonment, torture, and death.  

There is only one presidential candidate who abides by the Constitution…our last chance maybe ever to restore some order to our once noble experiment–our Republic.
