What’s in a word—SAFETY, MOBILITY, SUSTAINABILITY, WALKABILITY, COMMUNITY, MOVE—just a beginning.

These are not Fort Smith’s government’s words; they are emblazoned in the United Nation’s Agenda 21 (now 2030) playbook. Agenda 21 is an attack on our Republican form of government (free enterprise & individual liberty). This war against liberty is conducted by the world’s richest Oligarchs, e.g. Bill Gates, George Soros, Klaus Schwab, etc. etc. There are large numbers of Americans ensconced in this potential overthrow and many are in sensitive and powerful areas of MARXIST/COMMUNIST ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT INCLUDING THE U.S. GOVERNMENT This is a global attack on individual LIBERTY worldwide, including the United States.

Now to What’s in a Word….on Tuesday (August 20th) at the City Board’s meeting they were to discuss Agenda 21’s meaning of safety and mobility, mobility was postponed. I believe Safety to most folks would rest comfortably in that it would mean security. The Agenda 21 dictionary means that police forces will be increased for surveillance and also included is the word mobility, meaning Agenda 21, removing vehicles from streets which will be supplanted by new forms of transportation which will allow for the compression of citizens into small areas accompanied by very little urbanization. The movement of people will be accomplished by paths, walking, trails, miniature passenger trains designed to ride on concrete trails, bikes, motorized bikes and perhaps other ingenious forms of transportation by the citizens. This is just a brief prelude of what Agenda 21 is bringing with force, yet our citizens apparently are not aware of this global assault by oligarchs and politicians which are responsible for this attack fueled by their own power and greed. This sinister movement is decades old.

Agenda 21, instrumental in a $300,000 SAFETY PLAN for Grand Avenue. More unbridled spending, followed by mushrooming debt.

The EPA and the state of Arkansas filed suit over sewer overflows and city of course lost in 2015.

January 2, 2015, Fort smith negotiated a Consent Decree—City did not comply.

Now comes another blockbuster spending spree for the purchase of $4.2 million water slide. Christina, we are poor because the city government is spending us into oblivion, with no pay back.

The most successful aspect of Agenda 21 is the U.S. Democrat Party—a Party of lies, crime, corruption and an insatiable need for power at any cost. If by chance the Democrats win the coming national election our Republic will be left in shambles. As Don Meredith, former Dallas quarterback and many years later after retirement from football as an announcer would sing these notes…”the party is over”. It is reported that at least 50% of Americans are democrats and egad look who they are.

Now comes the runaway spending and looting of our citizens’ assets by politicians, bureaucrats, banks, the military/industrial complex and N.G.O’s.—a continuation of ownership of power and money. President Joe Biden, Jan.2 of this year explained he would spend $7Trillion this calendar year, he’s about to reach his target, and national indebtedness will soar to $40 Trillion, impossible to ever pay back.

Before attending the meeting that Tuesday evening, I had been reading some of the capers that the city government is involved in without consent or knowledge of their constituents. The Directors sat in their respective chairs listening to the citizens and looking like sticks with no animation and furthermore limiting those very citizens in attendance only to 2 minutes to describe and verify their positions with no chance of success. My limited research would determine that the city hired a consulting firm from Bentonville, AR to do a study that I presume had to do with streets. At the end of the study, the Board received one recommendation that I believe was pseudo information that Garrison Ave. was the most unsafe street in Fort Smith from 2nd St. to 14th. Sounds very hollow to me and the city paid $350.000 for this fractured assessment. It’s only money!

Following this charade a proposed act by city employee Mike Mings, the back-alley czar, garners more humor than pain. A quick explanation. Once in Turkey, walking through the remains of the Roman Empire at a place called Ephesus some of the streets and alleyways had 12 ft. long rock slabs elevated to 2 ½ feet with 12 toilet seats carved in the stone of each slab. What I am alluding to is this city programmer oversees a program to pave concrete back alleys in some areas on the north side, accompanied by incursions into the homeowners’ backyards. I believe this wild, wild expenditure is designed to aid police in their quest to capture criminals and ease in surveillance patrolling. This also falls into the mantra of Agenda 21.

It has been said that the city involved itself in a deal to join Little Rock & Fayetteville in obtaining a $100 million grant and that Fort Smith only receives $14.5 million of that.

In the year 2016 Fort Smith City Government, in their quest for Trail Mania, offered a plan which included 87 miles of trails accompanied by 35 more miles of abandoned railroad beds from Central City to Paris and all villages in between. 87 miles factors out extending to Russellville.

In 1985 the citizens voted for a 1 cent sales tax based on the city government’s word they would spend every cent raised on sewers and streets only!

However, it was 1987 before the City Board began to act on the 1 cent sales tax for reclaiming sewers & streets. Yes streets! The City Board at that time promised to spend every penny of this tax on the above. In 25 years, this tax generated $650,000,000. (Christina, take notice) Had the Board kept its word the sewer system would have been reclaimed in 7 years and most probably the streets no later than 1994. It has been 30 years from the projected time of completion, if the Board had not been involved in misfeasance and malfeasance. What happened to the money? Just imagine 30 years of honesty with the 1 cent tax, sewers and streets would be revitalized and there would be no Consent Decrees and $millions more put on the backs of the taxpayers. So, Christina, your comments should be directed at the past and present members of the Board.

July 2017 another Consent Decree–$200 million over 12 years negotiated by the city Manager and no compliance.

The city is paying fines of $590,000 for 481 sewer overflows in the past 30 months. The city from 6/83 to 7/95 IGNORED 8 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS FROM THE J.D.

I speak to a partial statement made by Christina Catsavis. (The Department of Justice), “It just feels like they are unwilling to move.” “They say we’re tired of Fort Smith crying we are poor.” “Well, we are poor” Catsavis said. There is not a lot more we can put on the backs of ordinary citizens with inflation, gas prices and food.” Directors Good and Settle echoed the same thing. Ask Settle and Good, they know we are “spending poor”.

In my 2 minute “dissertation” to the Board I was going to ask questions regarding debt, plus who Richardson actually works for and how much money?

Fort Smith government is swimming in grants with a 80/20 payback.

The City Manager must go now!

Will the city government ever pay its financial obligations? —NO! Will our national government ever pay its financial debts?—NO! Not as long as we have simple fools voting for Biden, Harris, and Walz.

As comedian Ron White said one evening as he was into his dialogue, he reached down to the podium and as part of his Schtick picked up a jigger of Jack Daniels, lifted it up, saluted his audience and drank to his audience and said, “YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID”!

When some dishonest politicians put their collective heads together, voila a solution to pay the city and the federal vulgar debts. Their solution is not Constitutional, it’s unlawful, it’s criminal but makes no difference because it enriches certain pockets, and they retain power.

The central governments’ plan to pay off the national debt, including the city and states. The central government gets in touch with all its employees, hundreds of thousands, explains the plans; gives them their orders when to activate the plan, the date arrives, and one star kissed night all the government shills fan out across the 50 states. The government agents knock on citizen’s doors and when the owner opens the door he asks the agent, “May I help you?” the government agent replies, “yes sir, I am from the government and here to confiscate a portion of your property, get the value of your property and I will return in a few days and we will determine what percentage of your assets I will seize”. Now to the homeowner, “this is your patriotic gift to your hard-working government that has served you so well over the decades and have a good day Sir.” This will please the Commissars.

Fort Smith will never pay their real debts. They don’t have a clue as to what the amount of debt is. Same for the national debt.

The debts that our Republic has are like a dirigible, when the government untethers the dirigible, it is released into the atmosphere. It ascends into the atmosphere fueled by hot air and gas provided by politicians. The dirigible soon enters the atmosphere, and the gas and hot air continue to expand as the dirigible enters the ionosphere where the dirigible skins expand until a huge explosion erupts and blows the airship to Kingdom Come. This is the exact course the Feds, states and cities will use to solve the debt crisis.

Trail mania—who’s behind and the real purpose, besides huge bucks for owners of 501c3’s & 4’s?

Recall Fort Smith is hustling for 87 miles of trails and recently “visionary” Miles Crawford who claims to be an altruist and a selfless individual has proposed 35 more miles in an article in the TR May 14, 2017 declaring that abandoned railroad beds from Central City to Paris & all villages in between would be the recipients of the Trail. Ownership? Maintenance? Financing? Usage?

Is it your foolish belief that the idea for massive numbers & miles of trails were birthed in U.S. cities, e.g. Fort Smith? If so, why then the proliferation of thousands upon thousands of miles of trails & costing billions of dollars to fund & construct across the nation? Crawford & all his fellow travellers enjoy saying trails are “good for the economy, will bring jobs.” Evidence please. An old Fort Smith standby promotion tool is e.g. “Fayetteville & other cities are constructing trails”, as if there a mandate for Fort Smith.

Two years ago the dozen or so promoters of FS trails held a series of meetings in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Greenwood, & Pocola & produced less than a scant 100 citizen attendees…mostly special interests.

So what are these trails really for, besides for the CEO’s of the 502c3’s & 4’s? There is another reason, but what is it?

Miles Crawford is CEO of something curiously named “Go Ye Employment Services” & Chair of Ark. Workforce Development Board. Obviously Crawford is inextricably linked to and a product of government and involved in a 501c3 or 4. Another question , who planted the railroad bed trail system in his mind?

Diane Morrison is the Fort Smith trail boss and her 501c3 is the recently resurrected Frontier MPO…also on the incompetent board of WAPDD…conflicts? Ask the Mayor and City Directors, they are the experts in conflicts, cover-ups & transparency. Ms. Morrison has the credentials of a full-blown Marxist.

Individuals or corporations who set up 501c3’s & 4’s, traditionally called “non-profits” are anything but non-profit. Never forget that the 501c3’s & 4’s CEO’s and their enablers set themselves up with nice salaries, with little or no oversight, and taxpayers one way or another always subsidize/fund them.

Mr. Crawford’s justification for putting this 35 mile extravaganza together, with 2 friends, states the nascent project has gone from the “idea stage” and now they are pursuing the “developmental stage” and about ready to enter the stage to “Obtain the necessary resources,( i.e. taxpayer money) to purchase the land and develop it”, in other words another 501c3, Crawford the CEO to be & the frenzy for obtaining taxpayer monies (Grants) begins. Question: Who put Crawford and his 2 friends up to promoting another political vision? All politicians & bureaucrats are famous for their self-serving “visions”, but never involving their own money.

In the beginning I state that Crawford & his 2 friends proudly admit they are Cultural Marxists (Altruist & selflessness) I see no evidence of their commitment to self-sacrifice, smells like another tier of government welfare on the march, i.e. Grants.

Their claim of being Altruistic and practitioners of selflessness is the three allegedly walked a few miles on the rail bed and amateurishly droned part of the 35 mile span.

Auguste Compte, a French philosopher in the 1830’s coined the words Altruism & Sociology, the antithesis of our Founding Fathers & the Enlightenment. True altruism & selflessness is pure Cultural Marxist, communist, socialist, progressive propaganda as shown in the quote below.

A simple definition of Altruism by Ayn Rand, “What is the moral code of Altruism?” “The basic principle of Altruism is that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that service to others is the only justification of his existence and that self-sacrifice is the highest moral duty, virtue, and value”. Mr. Crawford you don’t fit that definition. What you fit is the profile of a self-serving government parrot.

So Mr. Crawford, again I ask who planted the Rails to Trails concept in your head, probably in one of your required government seminars.

All the while, nationally & locally bridges, highways, streets, sanitation systems, are crumbling while our corrupt politicians add to the crisis by spending billions on trails and non-essentials all flying in the face of our $20 Trillion national debt, 7 ongoing wars, billions yearly on legal & illegal immigrants who contribute mightily to all the above. Therefore; what is government’s tyrannical plan for Trail Mania?

P.S. Senator John Boozman, using the same editorial space in the TR today in a piece titled “Graduates, can you make a difference?

Opining the same kind of Marxist dribble as Miles Crawford, is espousing—borrowing from Hillary Clinton—“It Takes a Village”.

Boozman recycles (no pun intended)…for instance with poetic Marxism, “We’re all capable of helping others”, “How can you make a difference”, “Live your life as a giver”, he omitted the other cliché, “Giving back”. Same old collectivist indoctrination drilled into students heads, killing our nation. Not one word about merit, achievement or rugged individual responsibility.

Residing in the Congress for 16 years and has not made one significant legislative accomplishment. Perhaps he would be advised to practice the Marxist mantra he asks of others. Such people are enemies of our Constitutional individual freedoms.

All data that is available to the public suggests that at least a substantial portion of the corrupted project lies at the feet of city government along with Republican Ark. State Senator Jake Files and Democrat election fixture Lee Webb in the matter of the failed River Valley Sports Complex.

A laundry list of questionable & provable allegations follow Sen. Files which begs the question, why has Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson and the Republican Arkansas “Issue 3 Ethics Committee” not at least censored, investigated and/or removed Files from the Ark. General Assembly by resignation or other means. The Republican majority under the guidance of Republican Hutchinson has proven it to be a hotbed of criminal activities.

Always in the matter of the RVSC failed project is the question…WHY WAS THIS POTENTIALLY LUCRATIVE ENDEAVOR AWARDED TO FILES & WEBB? Conflicts of interest abound, possible forgeries, unpaid bills, questionable relations with lobbyists, alleged litigation, overdrafts, etc.
Which member or members affiliated with city government (former City Manager, Mayor, Board & or others) promoted Files & Webb? And why? Was it a quid pro quo? A cover-up question? Promises of future monetary gain, a protection racket? Etc.

Why did Ivy Owen, Manager of the Ft Chaffee Development Authority and on what authority donate a parcel of taxpayer owned land to the city of Fort Smith for the express purpose of giving ownership to Files & Webb for the RVSC for-profit complex?

Remembering the City Board dropped $1.08 million in cash into the soiled hands of Files & Webb, replete with no fiduciary oversight. Following on the heels of that unearned largesse and deep into the RVSC game the city applied & received 3 grants totaling $141,257.73 in behalf of Files & Webb from the taxpayer subsidized WAPDD—another unelected, no oversight Agenda 21 NGO & planners of your lives… incompetent & run by a political sponge by the name Sasha Grist who neglected to get bids for the three grants.

A recipient for one of the grant monies is the elusive Diana Gonzalez, who is yet to be located in the amount of $26, 954.91. As the story goes she has not been located for a number of months.(Has there ever been a search?) Suggestion: the NSA could locate her in 30 minutes, after all this is the corrupt government outfit that has collected personal data on every citizen in the U.S. Thanks to Manning, Snowden & Assange citizens now know this.

City Manager Carl Geffken states “The liability to pay the provider of goods & services at the Sports Complex is the responsibility of the RVSC organization and Jake Files & Lee Webb.” Not so fast, Geffken on a prior occasion, trying to divorce the City Government from the corrupt RVSC escapade stated on TV-5 “City government wanted to move on”. (what do they propose to do with the mostly incomplete complex?) Geffken obviously wants taxpayer citizens to believe the lie that the FS City Government is snowflake clean—not by a long shot! The failed RVSC project has cost the city, state, & national taxpayers somewhere south of $4 million and like criminal Bush’s 16 year butchery & destruction, what is to be shown, nothing except in this case floods of 3rd world refugees. SEAL THE BORDERS!

Mr. Geffken refuses to address the foundation of what evolved into this criminal enterprise—the awarding of the RVSC project to the tainted Files & Webb. Does Geffken expect taxpaying citizens to eat the loss and allow the feckless City Government to proceed on with nefarious downtown projects that come under the scrutiny of the Griffin/Sicard new-age Agenda 21 Urban Renewal onslaught? Paid for by hardworking taxpayers.

For justice to be done both parties should and must be investigated by state/federal entities promptly, not what the city has in mind.
In the minds of a politicians, incumbency confers ownership!

P.S. State Senator Bryan King introduced SB175 to require Medicaid providers and other government officials to disclose their business relationships. It was defeated. The Fort Smith city government offers at least 2 perfect examples why SB175 should be passed (the RVSC & the street/sewer tax.) The SB175 defeat was at the hands of Big Government Establishment man Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Cover-ups + incompetency = The Fix……Absent transparency February 1, 2017

Fort Smith City Manager, Mayor, City Directors, State Rep. Matt Pitsch and other principals.

City Manager Carl Geffken terminated yesterday the curious expensive contract between the city of Fort Smith and State Senator Jake Files (R) & Democrat Lee Webb pertaining to the building of a softball complex at Chaffee Crossing, which was a good thing and none too soon, but Geffken is sweeping away this mess in typical government fashion. If the board has not voted on the matter how can Geffken state the contract has been terminated?

Geffken was interviewed last evening by TV5, and over & over he would state pertaining to the termination of the contract, “we must move forward”—absent solutions. His swift evacuation poses a number of questions.

1. Is this a cover-up?

2. Why were Files & Webb awarded this contract in the first place, particularly since it represents an aggressive conflict of interest and the fact these two have never proven they could create and manage a business successfully?

3. Was there no agreement in the contract that addressed fiduciary responsibility by the two, and in case of failure (which is the case) were there no terms regarding restitution or breach of contract? No public mention of what oversight tools were in place.

4. Geffken did not bother to state or suggest what the plans were for salvaging this mess which seems to be laced with unfettered corruption.

5. Did one or more of the Board of Directors request an audit pertaining to the manner in which $1.08 million given to Files & Webb by the city for construction of the complex was spent on who, how, & when?

The above information has not been made available to the citizens and can only be described as sleazy corruption by the city of Fort Smith.
State Representative Matt Pitsch, full time federal employee of RITA and the state of Arkansas. How can Rep. Pitsch work two full-time government jobs (double-dipping—state & Fed) and represent his constituents in a dutiful manner? He can’t.

Pitsch was quoted in today’s T.R. “It’s a regional approach to transportation”. This simply means that Pitsch is an advocate for government control of transportation and the word “regional” means that in this case city government, i.e. Fort Smith, has delegated its authority (citizens) to the U.N.’s Agenda 21 and the Feds. Pitsch is also Speaker of the House and wields huge political power, and there is no evidence that he is using any of it for the benefit of his constituents & Arkansas citizens, just big government.

Also in today’s T.R. titled “Firm presents downtown plan”. Kelsey Berry of Gateway Planning stated in her selling job “Downtown should have more of a regional emphasis to support businesses & entrepreneurs.” (The word “regional” again) More questions: who is paying for the grand plan for downtown? The plan is simply a warmed-over 1960’s project for a new age Urban Renewal, where the city/taxpayers pay for refurbishing and subsidizing downtown property owners. Look no further that the Sicard/Griffin cabal.

Fort Smith’s Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine with two curious attachments, a so-called Traditional Community that has been named a HUMAN SETTLEMENT; AKA a WALKABLE COMMUNITY, followed by U.S. Dept. of Education’s Common Core STEM program.

Kyle D. Parker, JD, is President & CEO of the 3 proposed projects.

Referencing the Osteopathic Medical College, a couple of questions arise. Mr. Parker, in a press release, asserts the College is engaged in recruitment activities for the 2017 initial class. One would think that the college would be overwhelmed by academically qualified students and teaching professors for the fall classes. Or perhaps the recruitment Parker refers to is aimed principally at minorities & low-achievers replete with set-asides, affirmative action & quotas.

It is also notable that the college will be funded by private concerns, foundations, and various divisions of government. (That aside, why would private concerns give money to this nascent college?) The previously named 2 curious attachments should be of vital interest to “we the people” & transparency readily available.

Few specifics are known of the parent organizations—Arkansas Colleges of Health Education & the Fort Smith Regional Health Foundation…perhaps lobbyists? Are area citizens witnessing the formation of a regional healthcare consortium that eliminates city/county home rule? Does this smack of Obamacare?]

The “Walkable Community” that Mr. Parker describes as “Traditional” is anything but traditional. Before the description, let it be said that the aforementioned walkable community has the United Nation’s Agenda 21 stamp all over it. Parker continually uses “We, we, we”, spoken like a good government Planner which is the antithesis of our eroding free American society. A topical description by Mr. Parker allows that “houses are built very close to each other (Agenda 21 stack & pack), to have front porches so that neighbors get to know who the neighbors are, that the front porches are very close to sidewalks so that when somebody goes by the sidewalk, they say hello…how are you today”. Purpose? CEO Parker’s verbiage sounds as if he is addressing low-information sub-types. The question is obvious, why is the FSM Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine involved in the United Nation’s Agenda 21? Aka…Sustainable Development (SD).

Ivy Owen, CEO of Chaffee Crossing, bequeathed 200 taxpayer-owner acres to build a College of Osteopathic Medicine. Was Parker’s Walkable Community initially designated for a parcel of the 200 acres?

FSM is heavily embedded in Agenda 21 (2030) as are all American cities with populations over 50,000. There are city leaders and other government types today still denying the existence of the worldwide globalist Agenda 21. They are either lying or ignorant. Sidebar: The state of Alabama, compliments of the Alabama General Assembly recently passed a law removing Agenda 21 and all its tentacles from the state. A round of applause please, and thanks!

Back to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) to be introduced into every preK-12 government school system, i.e. Fort Smith Public Schools, but, is that true? The STEM project involves dozens if not hundreds of new government programs & “scientists”. A scenario of epic unachievable proportions. Remember failure is what government thrives on…Failure = Funding…another government protection racket.

Within days of former F.S. Public School Superintendent Benny Gooden’s SECOND retirement, he was hired by the Osteopathic College to develop programs in the Arkansas public school system, specifically to introduce STEM into preK-12. This brings us to the real reason for the hire…fund raising & fraternization in the Ark. General Assembly & renewing contacts with Arkansas Superintendents.

As previously stated, Common Core, of which STEM is a major part, states’ ALL schools will improve STEM instruction in pre-school thru 12th grade…and serving groups “historically underrepresented in STEM fields”. How & why “underrepresented”?

The government is relying on U.S. Immigration & Custom Enforcement (ICE) to compile a list of STEM designated degrees. The list is intended to accommodate foreign students who are studying in the U.S. on a valid student visa…as well as illegals. ICE can’t protect our borders but has capitulated to throngs of legals & illegals arriving here for their education and other unearned largesse.

The STEM program is laudable but why are the public schools 20 years behind the times, e.g. ranked 18th in mathematics & 13th in science in the 15 year old high school category. Where were you Dr. Gooden and all the classroom teachers? Mountains of funding was certainly available throughout the decades. Recall Gooden was quoted in the Times Record, “we will take all we can get”, referring to illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.

Questions: STEM insiders state that engineers, chemists, technologists, & mathematicians will be secured to teach public education teachers. Why aren’t the teachers at the very least basically qualified to teach STEM subjects?

Scam #1…where are you going to find professional scientists willing to teach public school teachers & students? Teachers are devoid, in the main, of scientific building blocks, lack of concepts and even if Gooden & other government types were to locate those substantial numbers of scientific professionals to teach the teachers, how successful could they be? The professionals would be engaged in teaching to Tabula Rasa with no chance of success.

Scam #2…if professionals could be found to teach the teachers, who would test teachers to determine if they had absorbed the necessary scientific data fed to them?

Scam #3…in case all the aforementioned numbers reach fruition who then would test the children to determine if absorption of STEM took place?

What legal mechanism permits CEO Parker to take charge & direct these 3 disparate endeavors, particularly STEM. And upon what authority does Dr. Gooden have to march into the Ark. school system again and allegedly institute such a massive proposed program…particularly when he ran a failed system for 30+ years?

Now the lie I alluded to at the beginning: Schools must become “STEM designated” and that means access to significant financial resources and it also means all schools will not be served. Now we see the main reason for the triumvirate…it means access to significant financial resources—Follow the Money. Schools must adjust their curricula and teaching methodology in order to qualify and then must compete to win the STEM DESIGNATION.

Finally, what does an Osteopathic College have to do with a Walkable Community and in turn what does a Walkable Community have to do with STEM. How are these logically related and who benefits?

HUD Czar Richard Griffin’s role will be diversifying white middleclass neighborhoods using Section 8 Housing funds to build cheap high rise apartment complexes for minorities in white enclaves. The U.S. Senate this year passed enabling legislation to force minority integration in white middleclass neighborhoods. Boozman & Cotton! Government aims to reduce all to the lowest common denominator.

HUD’s & Richard Griffin’s aims are so great that they are collecting data on every U.S. zip code, neighborhood, & block. Non-white residents will be moved into the suburbs, whether they can afford it or not, in the name of “FAIRNESS”—fruit of Karl Marx, the Frankfurt School, & of course the criminally corrupt Democrat & Republican Parties–the enablers who have no problem driving down white property owner’s values and lifestyles.

HUD is enforcing a new rule called “AFFIRMATIVELY FURTHERING FAIR HOUSING” (AFFH). Phony Social Justice is HUD & Griffin’s game, while emasculating the rule of law, culture & heritage.

HUD is forcing every community that is applying for its Grants to report all “contributing factors” to discrimination. (If none exists, make up some?) Also, how the communities intend to erase “contributing factors”. HUD, trying to demonstrate legitimacy of their heinous criminal act (AFFH), will invite politicians, civil rights groups, developers (Griffin), in an effort to legitimize their grand design to destroy white middleclass neighborhoods which is eventually genocide & that’s the idea.

If the city applies & answers all HUD’s questions, it receives the grant (“free money”?). Why invite civil rights groups?—litigation of course. That starts the protests & demands for “Fairness & Social Justice”, e.g. Baltimore, Portland, Winchester County, ad infinitum. When the funding arrives, no local control for spending the money. The above process is known as AGENDA 21 & SMART GROWTH, specifically Parker’s deal.

HUD mobsters (Griffin) now control our community, property rights are dead, home values on life support and elected officials are irrelevant due to their own actions. Google American Planning Association & Metro 1313 & “Listen this time or HUD will destroy your city” by Tom Deweese.

The solution is for city government to cease & desist (vote NO) from the practice of applying & accepting HUD Grants in any form and stand up to these government thugs & stand up to possible lawsuits!

AFFH is more government control & force. No people have the right to live in neighborhoods beyond their means, let them work, invest, & prepare and stop playing the victim game.

Put Griffin & Parker and their various associates on public display. They and their likes are making a mockery of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and middleclass property rights.

The WALKABLE COMMUNITY and in all likelihood more HUD grants will be reviewed by the Fort Smith Planning Commission meeting in August, at which time if approved (certainly will be) & then will be taken to the Fort Smith Board of Directors for approval in September.

Urban Planning, Diversity, and Agenda 21’s (2030) Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, etc.—what do they mean? Ivy knows, do you? (Ivy Owen, CEO Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority.)

Exactly who & exactly what are the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE)? Kyle Parker, Fort Smith businessman is the CEO.
Information found on the internet states that one of Mr. Parker’s areas of expertise is “urban planning”—planners know what is good for you. Urban planning is a product of Metro Planning Organizations (MPO’s) e.g. RITA & Frontier MPO in Fort Smith; Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and their directives emanate from the epicenter of government control—which is Metro 1313 located at 1313 E 60th St. in Chicago and holds absolute control over every state, city & county government employee, e.g. 1313 is the home of 23 organizations that control city, state, & county governments. In Fort Smith for example, the National Association of Counties controls all Sebastian County decisions made by County Judge (only a title) David Hudson & the JP’s. Just one example of how the poisonous planners have taken over Fort Smith. Due to sleepy-eyed citizens re political inactivity, Regionalism is becoming the accepted method of unelected governance, thereby relinquishing citizen ownership of city, county & state government.

The terms urban planning, diversity, sustainability & smart growth should send chills up one’s spine, if one only knew what the terminal intentions are and who is promulgating these activities. Fort Smith, like every other city in America with a population of 50,000 or more is engulfed by federal law in the destruction of individual self-interest, freedom of movement, property rights, mineral rights, housing decision rights, energy & healthcare rationing & so on.

Your lives are being “planned”! By whom, you say? The “planners” of course and the results are suffocating citizens. Western Arkansas Planning & Development District is another in the long line of destructive planners & planning. Question: Do the employees of the various organizations really understand their long term goals?

The genesis of the new Osteopathic College appears to be intimately related with the ACHE, no specifics available, and tentacles radiating to & from. Curiously, former F.S. public school superintendent Benny Gooden has already been hired by Mr. Parker to work with all Arkansas public schools to create an alleged educational program dealing with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). On whose authority to invade public schools & why aren’t these subjects already taught by the failed public school systems—C, C-, D.? Recall famously made statement a number of years ago, by then Superintendent Gooden, “we will take all we can get”, referring to illegal Mestizos & OTM’s. (Follow the funding)

What is the real reason CEO Parker is pushing for a duplicitous program to be instituted in Arkansas public schools K-12? Parker then alludes that there are no Osteopathic Medical Colleges in Arkansas & it would be a NON-PROFIT institution & NOT OFTEN dependent on public funds from the state. Funding in the main for Agenda 21 organizations flows from globalist foundations, i.e. Carnegie, Rosenwald, Sears, Rockefeller, & Ford Foundations.

The ACHE Board of Trustees, aside from 1 MD & 2-3 DO’s, does not appear to be academically imbued in healthcare, particularly in producing osteopathic physicians. Information lacking in specifics does not conclude this nascent medical college will actually graduate doctors of osteopathic, commonly known as DO’s. Coupled to the above it would appear improbable that their stated goal of 600 students could be functional in the present building when consideration is given to offices, lecture rooms, laboratories, cafeteria, library, etc. etc. Therefore, the question arises; will it graduate DO’s or train ancillary healthcare personnel?
For a brand new Osteopathic College that is yet to open & quickly hiring a former retired/retired Superintendent based on what– merit, buddy/buddy, or politics (?)–another curiosity. Why would this nascent school embark on such a huge duplicitous endeavor to minister to K-12 Arkansas students allegedly to teach them STEM? Obviously this would necessitate creating a huge new bureaucracy for continuing governmental indoctrination by way of the standards set by Agenda 21 now called 2030.

The real conundrum, which is CEO Kyle Parker’s planning for what he calls a TRADITIONAL COMMUNITY…nothing traditional in his description. Parker’s remarks in the Sunday edition 7/10/16 are mind boggling. Parker & associates are using one of Agenda 21’s designations labeling his proposed village as a WALKABLE COMMUNITY, aka “HUMAN SETTLEMENT”, the specific blueprint for Agenda 21, now called 2030 & Metro 1313…ultimately assaulting all our personal individual liberties, orchestrated by the United Nations, the national government, Foundations, etc. & channeled down locally through some of the previously named organizations. Their goals, some previously mentioned, are to “stack & pack”, i.e. dense encapsulated centralized housing, more government land theft, compact living quarters, forced removal of private property rights & natural resources, alter and/or remove traditional modes of transportation, destinations, complete streets, trails, vertical agriculture & so on. Control is their agenda. The anticipated results are full-blown cultural & economic Marxism.

Here are some of CEO Parker’s notable descriptions of WALKABLE COMMUNITIES (should be Walkable Communes): “The houses are built very close to each other to have front porches so that the neighbors get to know who the neighbors are, that the front porch is very close to sidewalks so that when somebody goes by the sidewalk, they get to say Hello…how are you today?” Parker goes on to say “We (?) want neighbors to know neighbors, it is better (?) when WE (?) know one another, where WE (?) have care & compassion for one another” (who are WE?)…and his diatribe continues. Spoken like a true Cultural Marxist/Globalist. Planners are like roaches, they are everywhere and if you love freedom you want no part of this gibberish, i.e. government Planners.

The battlefield for “Sustainable Development” has become locally, ignorantly, implemented by City Directors, County Judges & JP’s, Water Boards, School Boards, & Fire Boards. All these entities have symbiotic relationships with one another—corruption & self-gain.
What is the proper role of a Medical School? One would reasonably think it would be dedicated & devote all its resources to educating, training, & graduating the finest, most skilled physicians possible.

Why then would the new Osteopathic Medical College be involved in such massive issues as a “WALKABLE COMMUNITY”, i.e. planning & building housing, trails, & accompanied by an INVASION OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS? And this is prior to the acceptance of the first student?

Something is definitely rotten in Denmark! Makes no sense at all unless the goals are much different than producing excellent physicians. I. Southside High School Assistant Principal Mr. Travis Biggs in a sophomoric rant during the Monday 5/23 School Board public meeting said, “As a coach and as an administrator every day of his life, (Rowland) stands for what’s right. He don’t care if it’s black, white, Hispanic, Asian, it doesn’t matter. I’m sorry it came to this, Coach. I love you.”

a. Aside from his atrocious grammar (underlined) what is the meaning of the fragmented portion of the sentence of “He don’t care if it’s…….”?
b. Would Mr. Biggs have shown the above bravado if he had not been surrounded by the public school protection racket or if he were taking the opposing side?
c. Is Mr. Biggs saying that Coach has spent his whole entire life in coaching and administration?

II. Mr. Ivy Owen, Executive Director of FCRA (Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority) promoting more trails in the Chaffee Crossing area made the following statement, “Of course, trails and bikeways have gotten to be very important nowadays in “Quality of Place”. Younger folks are looking for the place to live before they look for their job, so we want to keep up with that”.
a. Here’s that phrase again, United Nations’ “Quality of Place”, the use of the phrase Quality of Place is used by politicians & bureaucrats to convey they are in the know and sound so ethereal. Tell us, Mr. Owen just what does Quality of Place mean as well as , place making, wayfinding signs, sharrows, event nodes, sense of place, smart growth & sustainable model”?
b. Fort Smith has planned for 89 miles of trails within the city, to appreciate the magnitude of the trail systems they are building and proposing… go to the Van Buren I-40 exit driving 89 milles east would put you in Russellville. A poll was conducted and there were 600+ respondents and the pols & bureaucrats would have you believe their exorbitant decisions on trail building was based on those 600 respondents in a city with a population of 89,000.
c. The extensive trail systems being built in all cities is part of Agenda 21 & Sustainable Development to limit modes, numbers, distances of vehicles & traffic patterns, accompanied by high density housing (stack & pack), minimal urbanization, resources, etc. compliments of U.N.’s 2030 (formerly Agenda 21).
d. Mr. Owen, please tell “we the people” how many individuals/couples do you know who first choose a residence before looking for a job?

Citizens, better start paying attention and reading the fine print and trust no politician or bureaucrat; they are all in the government protection racket.

The Parrot & the Fort Smith Insiders and oh yes, Trail Mania. January 24, 2016

There were days when the Times Record was a respected news outlet, an important dispenser of substantive news & views, a valuable asset aiding citizens in making informed decisions, particularly political. For example, the times when Donald W. Reynolds & Jack Mosely and others before were the editors.

Those days are gone! Due to deaths in all probability, the T.R. was sold to the Stephens Conglomerate and later to Gate-House Media. Before the first sale the editorial section disappeared and continues to be absent to this date. Occasionally the present editor publishes touchy/feely politically correct pieces of Socialist garbage, e.g. “giving back”, & “making a difference” tripe.

The T.R. serves as no more than a Parrot for downtown interests: Civil, Political & Economic. The management and reporters print only what serves city government and downtown economic interests. The tragedy of it all is simply that T.R. reporters never pose meaningful follow up questions in the stories they are reporting on…which is their primary and obligatory function as an alleged news gathering organization.
The present owner—Gate-House Media, own over 500 newspapers, albeit mostly small but is patently obvious they too have shut the doors on investigative reporting and Q & A’s, most particularly political.

Examples: T.R. edition 1/18/16. Frontpage: “Riverfront Park plans to be unveiled.” T.R. –not one question asked by reporter Chad Hunter regarding details of the plan presentation.

I. Crafton Tull (where is it located?) is said to have formulated the plan. At what cost? Why not a city architectural firm?

II. Proposed cost of the Park: $1.5 million—source of the funding? Why the rash of new parks & what are the anticipated total projected numbers? Projected cost of maintenance & numbers of new city government employees required?

III. Aaron Lee, Parks Secretary (? more government bloat), stated “In October residents filled out surveys asking for their preferred park amenities”. (Government’s phony way of giving the impression that there is complete citizen involvement.) There are approximately 150,000 residents in the Fort Smith metroplex, therefore what percentage & how many residents filled out surveys? How many were illegals? What were the specific demographics? What percentage of the 150,000 is projected to use the parks?

IV. Parks Commission Chairwoman, Lorie Robertson, said in October 2015 “In our minds we should be viewing this as a “TOURISM CORRIDOR”, park options also include walking trails & MIRACLE FIELDS”. Robertson appears to be the Chosen to distribute Agenda 21’s (now called 2030) words & phrases designed to impress the citizens, making it easier for the government to fleece “we the people”. A few other Agenda 21 buzzwords & phrases used by Robertson, Diane Morrison & others are “multi-county trail systems, place making, wayfinding signs, sharrows, event nodes, quality of place, sense of place, smart growth & sustainable model”. Does anyone believe these words and phrases were hatched by local bureaucrats & politicians? All of what you are reading is accomplished by U.N. Agenda 21, now called 2030 and their destructive non-governmental organizations called NGO’s. Does Robertson in any way receive taxpayer stipends from the city or any other area source– if so, how much for her participation as Chair for the Parks Commission?

V. Back to Ms. Robertson. As previously noted Robertson is the Parks Commission Chairwoman and also Chaffee Crossing Marketing Director. Is this not double dipping and a huge conflict of interests? Are there not competent genuinely interested citizens, not ensconced in government available for this position?

Trails are designed by Agenda 21 to severely and ultimately alter or erase significantly various modes of transportation, this strategy and others are encompassed in the U.N.’s grand plan—SUSTAINABILITY AND/OR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

VI. Certainly, not to leave out another of the Trail Hustlers, which would be the Chair of the former, moribund Frontier MPO that suddenly came to life and became an important player in the Trails’ game. Frontier MPO is another NGO. Dianne Morrison is another poster girl for S.D. Morrison claims to have expertise in 34 areas dealing with SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT…all having to do with the reshaping, remodeling, and in some cases removal of private property in every facet of the city and is very comfortable using the term SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Dianne Morrison can factually be described as a Cultural Marxist.

Question: is Morrison involved in any manner, contractually or otherwise, in the construction of the park previously alluded to, and does she have any material connection with Frontier Construction?

VII. Arkansas State Representative Matt Pitsch is another double dipper. He also serves as CEO of the MPO—RITA (Regional Intermodal Transportation Agency). This immediately brings up the question of another huge conflict of interest

MPO’s (are NGO’s) serve as liaisons between local governments and federal agencies run by appointed (not elected) individuals with vast authority. Thereby eliminating the public from all conversation.

NGO’s are the enemies of “we the people” in that duly elected government officials farm out their various duties to their political bosom accomplices and then the created NGO’s assume full power and are in no way responsible to “we the people”. Regional NGO’s are twice as dangerous as a city NGO. NGO’s are involved in numerous ways of disrupting Americans’ way of life from a local perspective to an international one, e.g. activities such as the U.S. involvement in the overthrow of duly elected governments, e.g. Ukraine.
Recent statistics indicate there are at least 22 NGO’s in Fort Smith—all unelected.

VIII. Hiz Honor, Fort Smith Mayor Sandy Sanders, in a frontpage story appearing in the T.R. crowed that Simmons Poultry and Zero Mountain were allegedly engaged in the act of creating, at some future point, 100 new jobs.

In the article Sanders was so excited that it gave the impression he may have peed his pants, well now forget that, let’s just say the Mayor was ebullient. Questions the TR should have asked: Are these alleged 100 jobs to be filled by Black & White American citizens, or illegal Mestizos (more commonly referred to as Mexicans/Hispanics). Now if the Mestizos capture the jobs, which then could very easily balloon into another 500-600 consisting of their families jumping on the welfare bandwagon? No question that would be a very lucrative deal for Simmons & Zero Mountain, but certainly not the case for we the middleclass American producers.

Another very disturbing set of circumstances laid at the doorstep of the Mayor & City Directors—that would be State Senator Jake Files (R) & Lee Webb (D), the Sebastian County Election Commission chairman—— being awarded a lucrative contract to operate the new 8 field softball complex. A black cloud hangs over this “deal”. Additionally, Files record as a businessman is one of incompetency and failures. He has also been instrumental in securing and awarding huge sums of taxpayer money to a “private endeavor”, i.e. the Marshal’s Museum. Most recently, he has cozied up to a state lobbyist to cover a hot check while at the same time owing thousands of dollars in back taxes. The irony is with all the aforementioned baggage, Senator Files is the Chairman of the Arkansas State Senate’s Revenue & Taxation Committee.

Senator Files introduced SB 757 that gives Arkansas state government power to preempt private property, i.e. expand state government imminent domain capacities. SB 757 contains 15 points that lead to NO RECOVERY FOR CONFISCATED PROPERTY.

The city of Jonesboro, AR is now practicing SB 757 and has expanded Files unconstitutional powers act into what Jonesboro calls Property Code 105-2. Files claims he and his partner are going to fund the softball complex with donations and in-kind services. It is said they have previously used the National Guard to complete dirt work for the fields—that is taxpayer dollars used for purposes not a part of functions for the National Guard. Donations—what are the sources? In-Kind—what is & what kind?

I would say the Mayor, the City Directors & to Ray Gosack—this deal is corrupt to the core and at the very least a quid pro quo. Not to be left out, Files is busily coning the city to involve him & Webb in the Trails Mania.

The transparency of the Fort Smith city government, at the very best, is somewhere between opaque and blacked-out.

The question now is, not for the Times Record Parrot, but to each citizen who resides in Fort Smith, are you going to continue to reelect and put up with this type of government corruption that permeates the whole spectrum?

Fort Smith School Superintendent Benny Gooden, the downtown oligarchs, & a few of their hat tricks.

Politicians and bureaucrats speak incessantly about their “visions”, i.e. con games—more control, more spending, more self-service.

Fort Smith citizens have been blistered for months by city government stating that police & fire pensions are in financial disarray and there must be budget reductions, i.e. cuts. Nothing about new spending increases & proposals, absent restraints, as witnessed by one of the sponges and one wanna be. That would be two fellows named Reinert & Merry, but not limited to, who are campaigning for huge new spending menus, e.g. bike lanes, multi-use rail trails, river taxis, fishing pavilions, community centers and on—more bread and circuses for a majority of the masses.

It was only weeks ago that Fort Smith citizens rejected the city’s vigorous financial plea for more trails (Agenda 21), but in typically corrupt politicians’ mind-set, they did not accept the will of the people, they just keep coming back to work their will; case in point, Dianne Morrison, resident Marxist and Certified Planner, e.g.” Placemaking, Public Participation, Local Government, Transportation Planning, Community Development, Comprehensive Planning”, (for whom?) and the beat goes on.

Government Planners are the enemy—the enemy of the people, the enemy of freedom, the enemy of free movement, taker of responsibilities of elected government officials and a huge sponge for tax dollars. Observe the multitude of NGO’s & MPO’s and multiplying all by design.

Society should demand the concept of letting things evolve naturally and not planning our lives by government acolytes.

Another example of same: Superintendent Benny Gooden getting quashed by Sammy Sicard & Richard Griffin & other downtown oligarchs, on his proposal for a new $75 million high school. Gooden comes back days later with a new plan for a $78 million spendathon, allegedly to be applied to his existing Taj Mahals. Nothing was said about this proposed $78 million spending spree prior to the new high school proposal. Does this mean Gooden not only wanted $75 million for a new school but also $78 million for existing schools? Remember, Gooden is a federal government union man (President of the National Superintendents Union) and he carried out the Fed’s & downtown oligarchs’ edict to implement their and his Southside coup d’état by removing, surreptitiously (no prior public discussion) the school’s Rebel mascot and anything relating to Dixie. The fix was and is in. This certainly was not a one man hit job.

Gooden would dare not carry out a plan of this magnitude that destroyed Johnny Reb, the fight song Dixie, the Dixie Belles, etc. without political heavyweights directing & backing his massacre. Think, if you will, what Gooden & the enabling Board did without consultation or discussion with Fort Smith citizens, all the while impugning and besmirching the good character of Fort Smith Southerners and the multitude of Southside alumni.. All done in secrecy (against the law) before the official Board meeting that evening and only later did he favor the city citizens with a July 27 hearing that will allow the people to comment. The fix is in. Gooden and the Boards’ behavior was/is despicable.
Ms. Mehl appears to be the spokesperson for the coup d’état.

And to the matter of trails and other Agenda 21 pursuits, resident Marxist Diane Morrison, Chief of the NGO, i.e. The Frontier Metro Planning Organization’s 2040 chimes in with an absurd statement, “there’s no money involved, so dream big while you have the chance”. (Translation please!!…more government doublespeak/lies.)

Now back to the citizens and the shortages in the police & fire pensions. Where did the money go? Probably the same places the 25 year $600 million 1 cent street & sewer tax went.

All the while, not a word from the FSM City Manager & Board about plans, if any, for the payment of the EPA’s hefty fine of $300,000 and the $500 million or more EPA demands to fix the sewers over the next 12 years.

Fort Smith City Administrator Ray Gosack asked the police department to shave their budget, allegedly to bailout the police/fire pensions.

If Gosack was an effective CEO he would have demanded the Chief of Police to cut his budget, Lindsay would not have been simply “asked” . The same command should go out to all department heads in the Fort Smith city government—CUT!

Where is Gosack’s “vision”, why did he and Director of Finance Kara Bushkuhl not see all these financial deficiencies coming years ago, as well as the City Board, or did they spend pension funds on some other so-called “projects”. In that vein Fort Smith city streets are a disgrace. Enough about visions.

The Mayor & Board of Directors appear to have no moxie, and are just a collection of political wanderlusts spending millions to keep the bread & circus crowd appeased.

The Fort Smith city government, and all governments for that matter, will never function efficiently until citizens’ demand that all departments introduce ZERO BASED BUDGETRY—means every department does not begin with a budget with built-in increases year after year. It means every single expense has to be anticipated and accounted for, and that each succeeding year begins with reducing the out-go. With proper management there are some departments that could actually increase revenue. Without such a plan, bureaucrats & politicians will continue their insatiable pillaging. The City Manager, the Mayor & Board and all their NGO’s have proved to be grossly improvident.

The American Institute of Planners comes under the heading of either “progressive, socialist, communist, Marxist”…take your pick. Both Democrat & Republican parties & the governments they create are responsible for these destructors of freedom.

Government Planners are an anathema to a free society! (i.e. CONTROL OF THE PEOPLE)

P.S. Consider: this is the 3rd request directed to any official in the F.S. city government to provide the amount of liquid assets immediately available, that means any financial instrument that can immediately be used as cash…cash, bonds, stock, etc.
