This FOiA was sent certified mail April 24 to U of A Chancellor Gearhart. It’s purposes are to determine if University funds (taxpayer money) was disbursed in producing the unconstitutional illegal affair promoting the status of illegal aliens that took place on April 23rd at the Fayetteville Town Center, and also to determine what politicians, etc. may have been involved in this un-American activity. The main attraction was the appearance of 5-6 illegal aliens residing in at least 4 different states. Recall he billed this affair as “educationalâ€, why then was it held in the Town Center and not on campus?
The results will be posted when Chancellor Gearhart responds. He has 3 working days.
Whatever the results will be, i.e. taxpayer funds or private funding for the spectacle shows he is nothing more than an amnesty mule and is acting outside the bounds of a duly hired University official.
He should be fired forthwith.
