THE LEADERSHIP OF FORT SMITH—what does it mean and where is
it taking us?

Last week I sent a memo to each of you asking some basic
questions regarding your knowledge of the history and meaning of “Quality of
Place†and ICLEI (“International Council for Local Environmental Initiativesâ€),
or if you had any understanding of the aforementioned.
To this day I have had only one response.Mayor Baker informed me he would instruct
City Manager Kelly to answer my questions. As yet, no response from Kelly. Apparently Mayor Baker did not read the missive carefully:I asked that Kelly, the Mayor and all of the
Board of Directors answer the questions posed. Please allow me some latitude to
make suppositions.
1. I believe City Mgr Kelly, Assistant Mgr Gosack
and Director Campbell are familiar with Quality of Place and ICLEI’s history
& goals.Correct me if wrong, but
the city of Ft. Smith, under the leadership of City Mgr Harding entered into an
agreement with an international operation that empowered the city with any
number of edicts, i.e. control over homeowners’ property.
2. In all likelihood Mayor Baker is remotely aware
of the two projects by the mere fact that mayors seem to be the primary targets.It seems reasonable to assume that top
management in the city government, along with city planners are also cognizant of
the invasive process being carried out by Quality of Place and ICLEI.
3. By the same token, it would be surprising if the
remaining Board of Directors had any inkling re the proposed takeover of
citizens’ rights and property.
Facts & Deductions: Since 90% of all federal & state
income taxes are paid by 10% of the population the question becomes—who will
use the enormously expensive entertainment venues the city is proposing and why
are they being proposed?It is highly
unlikely that the 10% of the population paying 90% of income taxes will utilize
these venues—then who will?Of course it
is the masses who have no financial obligations in government that benefit from
these enormous redistribution schemes, which are Utopist at best in nature.
It is not a proper function of government to provide
entertainment and the real winners are politicians, bureaucrats and those involved
in the construction of the ill-gotten gains. These proposed programs result in expansion of government, theft of
producer’s resources, vote buying, and the implementation of the Marxist
philosophy—redistribution of income and dependency on government.
Questions: Are the principals in this inquiry hunkered down
because they got their hands caught in the cookie jar, or are they positioned in
an arrogant stance, or are they colossally ignorant of what is being proposed
& implemented?Or in the instance of
a cover-up they may want to fly the “Conspiracy Flag�
In any case, each of you has refused so far to answer the
simple questions posed.
Obama transparency?
Assistant Gosack, in true government arrogant brute force,
is suggesting that the city government bypass voters on the new one cent
prepared food tax, designed to subsidize the debt-ridden Civic Center and other
proposed entertainment extravaganzas.

To City Manager Dennis Kelly, Mayor Ray Baker, and the Fort
Smith City Board of Directors:
I am requesting a specific response to this citizen’s
inquiry.
“Quality of Place”…..Who introduced this term to the city of
Fort Smith and who determined its implementation?Do you agree or disagree that this is a
Socialistic redistribution scheme launched by the federal government?Are each of you familiar with the official
government definition of “Quality of Place” and its implications? (We sent you
the official definition) Do you not understand that these recent very expensive
entertainment initiatives being proposed by each of you is not a proper
function of government?Furthermore; it
should be painfully obvious that the payers for these extravaganzas will not be
the ones using the proposed facilities?
Specifically to City Manager Kelly, but also responses from
the aforementioned:
1. City Manager Kelly, are you familiar with the
organization named “The International Council for Local, Environmental
Initiatives”, better known as ICLEI, and its purposely cloudy agenda?
2. Have you had any conversation, vocal or printed,
from North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hays regarding ICLEI, if so, what
were they?
3. Are you familiar and has the city of Fort Smith
signed on to Local Agenda 21 and what is it?
4. If you are familiar with ICLEI, please state its
official goals.
It is my opinion that there is a definite relationship
between “Quality of Place” and ICLEI, and the ultimate goal among other things,
increasing citizen dependency on government.
I am including with this missive a brief non-specific print
out regarding ICLEI.
It is my fondest hope that you gentlemen have not signed on
irreversibly with either of these movements. Both are in direct conflict with the Constitution and the Bill of
Rights.
I look forward to your individual responses in the near
term.

Hannity/Oreilly, they’ve added Mike Huckabee—a greedy opportunist who sacked

; Newt Gingrich—Contract with America” betrayer/NAFTA pusher/serial womanizer;
Karl Rove—an orchestrator of the anti-American Patriot Acts, Military
Commissions Act, etc., destroyers of individual rights and Zionist warmonger;
Sarah Palin—handpicked by the son of the founder (Irving Kristol,
ex-Trotskyite/Communist) of “neo-conservatism” William Kristol…her obvious
talents being exploited via her certain evangelical belief in the sanctity and
supremacy of Israel which fits into the Israel-Firsters’ Neo-Con push to regain
control of the government and proceed with their (mentor Leo Strauss) “eternal
wars for eternal peace” to use American troops to protect and allow for Israel’s
expansion.These preemptive wars were
never declared by Congress, therefore are unconstitutional.
Both sides keep dredging up the worn-out TV hacks to blather
back and forth in their psycho-babble, making no principled stands, no
definitive explanations, just endless bickering designed to keep the sheeple in
tow and in confusion.
Where do these two heads of the same snake differ?Judging by their actions, not their words,

pretend” games, they both have led us down the road to serfdom and the

Sarah Palin and the Neo-Conservative vs. Neo-Liberal Turf Wars.
Why was Sarah Palin chosen to run as John McCain’s V.P.
candidate?That had to be much more than
a random choice.Here are some questions
and possible answers.
A little background for the uninformed or those in deadly
denial.
We know how the
Cultural Marxists’ came to power in the U.S. with their “long march through the
institutions” designed to infiltrate and influence all spheres of our lives,
particularly in education, government, media, and all aspects of individual
freedoms.By the 1920’s & 1930’s
they had come to realize the “peasants” (that’s us) would never rise up in bloody
revolt against their own country & culture; therefore a new plan of
psychological (political correctness) warfare was hatched i.e. the long march
to destroy every facet of Western civilization began in earnest, while
implementing world Socialism/ Communism/Tyranny, i.e. the forced redistribution
of wealth, i.e. dictatorship/slavery brought to fruition by Barack Obama, via
Bush, Clinton, et al.
The struggle morphed into basically two sides of the same
coin in the U.S.
I. Neo-Conservatives
The Republicans succumbed to the Neo-Conservative movement
(founded by former Trotskyite/Communist Irving Kristol), and all were/are
ardent Zionists/Israeli-Firsters.Their
agenda was destruction of individual rights and most are followers of
teacher/philosopher Leo Strauss (Univ. of Chicago). One of his guiding
principles for elites was the use of deception such as “eternal war for eternal
peace”, the “noble lie”….think the contrived “war on terror” (while our borders
remain wide open), and the “weapons of mass destruction” deception.Strauss also taught the means justify the
ends and the extreme importance of the promotion of religion among the masses
in order to keep them in line while the “leaders” set the agenda.The neo-cons found patriotism and religion to
be their most effective methods of deceit and they are masters in their
criminally inspired “righteous” wars funded principally by taxpayers. Strauss
maintained that “if no external threat exists then one must be manufactured”.What
better way to get Christians to condone preemptive war than staged false-flag
events?
Americans are notoriously fertile ground for emotionalism
without an objective thought pattern, which allows corrupt leadership to bring
us into a supportive cast for illegal, immoral and criminally inspired wars,
e.g. Slovenia, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the
urging by Israeli interests to attack Iran.
The wars on the Middle East were planned years in advance to
enhance Israel and for enormous profits in the military/industrial/banking
complex.Just a few of the notable key
neo-cons are Karl Rove, Paul Wolfowitz, the Cheney’s & Bush’s, Douglas
Feith, John Bolton, Chas. Krauthammer, Norman Pohdretez, Elliot Abrams, Lewis
Libby, Donald Rumsfeld, Michael Chertoff, and William Kristol (son of Communist
Irving).
II. Progressives/Neo-Liberals
The Democrat Party
became dominated by the followers of Saul Alinsky (founder of Chicago’s
Industrial Areas Foundation, dedicated to organizing the “poor &
powerless”) who were trained “community organizers” (Progressives) e.g. to
instill in blacks, women, disabled, gays, etc. that they are victims of cruel
white Euro Founding stock males and taught to lie, cheat, and steal with
impunity in what was now a politically correct world.Just to name a few adherents/activists are
Barack Obama, Rahm Emanuel (“never let a good crisis go to waste”, fervent dual
citizen Israeli-Firster), Van Jones (redistribute the wealth racist), Tim
Geithner (you have to pay taxes, I don’t), Chuck Schumer, Barney Frank, Joe
Lieberman, Jerry Nadler, David Weiner, Rob Wexler, Diane Feinstein, Barbara
Boxer, Russ Feingold & virtually all the present administration &
Czars.
President George Bush pushed the Straussian syndrome to the
breaking point with out of control spending, unconstitutional laws and
programs, relentless escalation of unconstitutional wars, open borders, illegal
immigration at taxpayer expense, lack of accountability, malfeasance,
misfeasance and utter disregard for what Bush called that “G-D piece of paper”….our
Constitution.
Therefore, when the Obama/Alinsky inspired Democrats
promised CHANGE, the U.S. public fell for it, and it didn’t take long to
discover what kind of “CHANGE” was meant (Just a bit of advance background
research revealed exactly who Obama was). Bankster, insurance, healthcare, automobile bail-outs in the billions,
resulting in the destruction of Capitalism and the further implementation of
Fascism, crime and corruption displayed by their key organizations such as
ACORN, reckless spending and unaccountability reigns supreme.The corporate bailouts come from taxpayers,
courtesy of politicrats.ACORN, ACLU,
SPLC, LULAC, La Raza type anti-American organizations are generously funded by
Communist Front Foundations, as well as taxpayers.
Now we come
to Sarah Palin.Was this a brilliant
move on the part of William Kristol, who “discovered” Palin on a Weekly
Standard (he is editor) & National Review (another neo-con publication)
Alaskan excursion to restore power to the neo-conservatives?
Kristol was
also on the Board of Advisors for ENRON, and head of PNAC (Project for the New
American Century…goals=
Increase an already enormous military budget at the expense of domestic social
programs 2) Toppling of regimes resistant to our corporate interests
3) Forcing democracy at the barrel of a gun in regions that have
no history of the democratic process 4) Replacing the UN’s role
of preserving and extending international order)
After decades of Harvard & Yale lawyers/career
politicians whose ignorance was exceeded only by their arrogance and greed,
being elected and appointed to our highest offices, perhaps Kristol took a page
not only from the Obama “change” campaign strategy, but from the mood of the
American citizenry and the Tea Party phenomenon.
Suddenly here was Sarah Palin, beautiful, cultured but down
to earth, voicing values normal patriots shared, a wife, a mother, courageous
in conflict and most of all, a fervent supporter of Israel and the Mid-East
wars.As an evangelical, her beliefs
fell right in line with the neo-conservatives eternal war deception? Besides,
Palin displayed an Israeli flag in her gubernatorial office. Bingo? Kristol
went to the wall for Palin as V.P. candidate choice….against the wishes of Karl
Rove and of McCain himself.Kristol
prevailed.
Why Palin chose to resign her governorship when she did is
still a puzzle.
Does Kristol now have a doable plan to bring the Neo-cons
back into power?A tried and true
religious patriot lady, who of course can and will be controlled by the forces
behind the throne?Does Palin have any
idea who she is dealing with?If so, how
much does she know?No matter how sincere
she might be, the neo-con hold on her regarding Israel and eternal wars will be
her guiding light and the destruction of what is left of America inextricably
follows.
At the moment it appears she has no real understanding of
the neo-con methods, goals, or power. People insisted on believing in Bush because he professed religious
fervor, Palin is a much more appealing icon.
Open letter to the Arkansas
Beverage Control Board
Are the Constitution,
federal and state laws being corrupted by politicians, bureaucrats and other
appointed and/or hired “officials†through stupidity, ignorance, criminal
activity or buy-outs?
Witness the story appearing
in the Fort Smith Times Record 1/21/10 titled “Alcohol permits awarded.â€The principal in this piece was one Maria L.
Diaz De Leon who was awarded an Arkansas state liquor license by the Arkansas
Beverage Control Board (ABC).
Examine the facts as the
Times Record presents them: Fort Smith detective Cody Elliott uncovered a
dearth of evidence suggesting that Maria De Leon was not legally worthy to
receive a liquor license.The ABC had
the negative information in hand regarding De Leon.ABC Director Langley voted to deny De Leon a
liquor permit, but he was overridden by Board member Ron Fuller’s comments and
vote and the rest of the board was swayed by his politically correct rhetoric.Fuller’s comments: “the language barrier may
have caused some confusion during the interview,†and “I think we should give
people new to our country perhaps an opportunity to show they can be very
successful and to show that they are genuine part of American society.â€
The Fort Smith Detective’s
investigation revealed the following:De
Leon had been cited for traffic violations and was reportedly once arrested in
Texas on suspicion of smuggling and harboring illegal immigrants (a felony
under federal law 8 USC, but law enforcement rarely ever pursues charges against
illegals).Furthermore she lied through
a translator saying she’d never been cited or arrested.
It certainly appears obvious
to me this woman is an illegal alien, unable to speak English (a requirement
for naturalized citizens), a suspected illegal smuggler, an unsafe driver, and
a liar.To top it off she has the
audacity to name her club “El Coyote.†Coyote is the common name used to describe Mexican human
traffickers.
In my opinion, a majority
of the ABC Board, and in particular Ron Fuller, can only be described as
criminally contemptible and grossly incompetent. Fuller’s statement saying that
De Leon is a “genuine part of American society†is blasphemous to the rule of
law and legitimate citizenship.
As a citizen of the U.S.
and Arkansas, I demand this license be cancelled immediately and if not so,
action be taken against the ABC to prevent it from issuing licenses to persons
who are not lawfully present in Arkansas. What’s more the woman should be arrested, punished and deported if, in
fact, she is not here legally.
This woman appears to be potentially
guilty of at least two criminal acts—invading our country illegally and
trafficking in human beings, while lying about receiving numerous traffic
citations, which poses the question … did she have any insurance?Meanwhile the Sebastian County Sheriff, ICE, and
the FBI refuse to enforce 8 USC Sections 1324(a), 1324(c), & 1644.
The Club El Coyote will no
doubt be a conduit for more illegals. It’s a shame that the American citizen who applied for a license at the
Season’s Inn was rejected for minor citations 20 years ago—American justice?

What’s Governor Beebe’s position on socialized
medicine?He famously hides in the back
room and plots his mendacity, staying publicly neutral re issues of no concern,
waiting for the wind.Issues of concern,
sequestering legislators one by one instructing and bullying how to enable
legislation.
As a tax raiser, in times of a depression, he continues to
“stick it†to producers.Arkansans
struggling to maintain a reasonable life style and in-your-face Beebe adds
1,254 new government employees (vote buying) his first full year, continues to
hire and avows, “no state layoffsâ€. State employees should receive no raises and
25% should be terminated.
The Committee on Highway Finance recommended shifting $425
million annually from the General Fund, Beebe declined, protecting his oasis of
waste and corruption, and demanding two more new tax increases.
Beebe has cut $206 million from this year’s budget.State government bloated, absorbing $206 million budget cuts, raises the question,
how much more fat could be cut?
Only government continues to receive funding while failing,
e.g. government schools. Since 2005
Arkansas taxpayers have shelled-out over $1 Billion in new spending for the
failed institution, while educators cook the grades.
Beebe champions illegal immigration, never mentioning the
tens of thousands of illegal Mexicans receiving free prenatal care and related
services while producing anchor babies.
The 70 percenter admited to being a thief when he said, “would
I like to expand Arkids, you bet!†Beebe shares Obama’s philosophy—forced redistribution.

5, Fort Smith City Directors and City Manager Kelly convened. Two gentlemen
appeared before the Board.Purpose of presentation to state that one had
been fired from his job and replaced by an illegal.He also had proof that his former company
was hiring illegals, had been caught on at least one previous occasion and was
still contracting with state, county, and city. The second gentleman stated he
sees illegals working around schools and city jobs…Times Record silent.
The two were informative, concluded by asking
the Board why we are a Sanctuary City. The gentleman fired said the Feds had
tried to buy him off but he wouldn’t be silenced.He has called all appropriate elected
officials, getting a response was like “chasing a rainbowâ€.
Director
Bill Maddox, the only city official bringing attention to this crisis.
The
Board response lacked concern re the citizen’s job loss.City
Manager Kelly said “the city is not a lightening rod†(yes, it is) and went on
to say for every one illegal identified “there are 10 or 20 more and that it is
unbelievable how many there areâ€.Law
enforcement ignores. Why?
The law: 8 USC, 1324a, 1324c, 1644.
Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/
transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable
by 10 years jail + $2,000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of vehicle or
property used to commit the crime.
All officers whose duty it is to enforce
criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violation
of any provision of this section .
NO LOCAL ORDINANCE, RULE, OR MEASURE SHALL
STOP LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FROM ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SECTION

The inactivity of policingagencies, in thematter of illegal immigration results in spiraling high crimes against Americans.
Arkansas Democrat-Gazette headline 1/13/10: 58 schools inflated grades in math
Just think, a system had to be implemented to catch schools’
cheating on their students’ scores, but once caught, no heads roll.At least those students aren’t supposed to
receive the Arkansas Lottery Scholarships—but who knows?
The very idea schools are cheating is outrageous enough, the
fact there are no real consequences is criminal.Who can have confidence in anything the
educantists say?
Their crimes are many: Stealing knowledge from pupils; robbing
society of educated citizens; teaching a rotten lesson that truth, merit and
hard work are no longer worthy goals; instilling the idea that the ends justify
the means, i.e. corruption is quite okay.
The media is complicit in this racket by reporting the
schools’ corruption in a casual manner too.
Some blame goes to the horrific No Child Left Behind fiasco,
but that’s no excuse.Where are the complaints
and outrage of academia and parents? Why aren’t Fed funds rejected, they are
insignificant anyway, demonstrating many are willing to sell their souls for a
mess of potage.
Officials blame facilities (one-room schools managed)
instead of revised dumbed-down curriculum dictated by D.C. bureaucrats, always demanding
more funding.
Pity the ignorant, propagandized, semi-literate children whose
futures have been hijacked and thus the entire Constitutional system of
individual rights and responsibilities.
Public education today is as corrupt and unaccountable as
the rest of government, perhaps more. Treating corruption casually, with no consequences
is our death knell.
Why trade

politician (Gilbert Baker)?Answer: you

State Senator Gilbert Baker has filed as a candidate for the U.S. Senate.
What do we
know about Baker—not much?
It is said
Senator Baker is a retired educator with 20 years in higher education—teaching what,
how old when he retired, and what has he done since retirement?We do know this, he has been a ward of the
taxpayer all of his adult life and maybe more. Nowhere is there more taxpaying gouging going on than in government
schools and colleges.
What is
Baker’s political philosophy or does he have one?Arkansas, and the rest of the United States,
is reeling from unconstitutional and criminal conduct put together by Bill
Clinton, George Bush and his assassins, and now Marxist/Communist Barack
Hussein Obama and the bribe-taking Democrat congress. Arkansas and the U.S.
cannot afford the likes of a double-dealing Gilbert Baker.Arkansas must seek and elect an individual
with a Constitutional conscience and the guts to back it up. Baker does not fit
that portrait.Take the time to look at
his voting record.
Does Baker
believe the angst radiating from citizen voters against the Delta Duchess will
be enough to elect him?Therefore;
precluding him from giving specifics regarding his political beliefs?
From
information I have obtained, Baker can only be described as a RINO.The following statement indelibly identifies

Baker’s reign Arkansas’ tax burden rose from 30th in the nation to 13th.
Textbook example of pragmatism.
Now comes
the matter of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion.Under the Huckabee reign, Baker backed the
governor in pushing through free prenatal care and all ancillary services to
illegal Mexican and OTM women, which produced Anchor Babies with all citizen
rights, along with ability to bring in their family from the mother country and
of course welfare du jour for 21 years. Senator Baker do you have any idea how
many thousands of Anchor Babies have been produced and at what cost to
taxpayers, compliments of the stupidity of you, Huckabee and the state
legislature?Rep. Jeffess (still on the
taxpayer teat) opined that it would only cost the state $1,300 per head, the
last time I did an FOI request the figure approached $15,000 per head—so much
for Huckabee’s & Baker’s compassion with someone else’s money—you know, it’s
the “Jesus Juice†& “Racist†shtick.

Baker, why didn’t you insist that Federal 287 (g) be enforced by the Arkansas
State Police?Then Attorney General Mike
Beebe informed me in a telephone conversation that as A.G. his hands were tied
and it would be up to then Gov. Huckabee to implement Rep. Jeremy Hutchinson’s
287 (g) Bill.Even though Arkansas was
the 2nd state to pass this legislation, it has never been enforced,
and you know as well as I, that Mike Beebe will certainly not activate it.
The blame
lays squarely on Huckabee’s shoulders that Arkansas is a “Sanctuary†state.
The
Huckster, with assistance from Baker brought in an unconstitutional and illegal
Mexican Consulate to Little Rock (Defying Article I, Section 10, U.S.
Constitution) for the express purpose of warehousing, aiding, abetting and
transporting illegal Mexicans…all in violation of U.S. law 8 USC which gives
states, counties, and cities law enforcement total authority to arrest and
deport.It is noteworthy that 3 Arkansas
individuals or 3 companies are subsidizing the Mexican Consulate.An FOIA request regarding the scurrilous
activity of Gov. Huckabee was obtained and Robert Trevino, former president of
LULAC, and Huckabee’s right hand Mexican emissary, redacted those 3 names in
front of me.Honesty you say?
As last year’s
legislative session concluded, Baker maneuvered and got his hands on, as I
recall, some $53 million in taxpayer dollars to distribute in and around
Conway, AR, his hometown.
A tacit
examination of Baker’s donor list poses questions.Fellow state senator Denny Altes has greased
Baker’s campaign fund with $9,600.5 Bakers
(may or may not be kin) $12,000.4
Chandlers gave $9600, 4 Gilliams $9600, 4 Lynn’s $9600, 4 Rollers $9600, 3
Tyler’s $9500, 8 Weaver’s $19, 200, 4 Whisenhunt’s $9600.
To quote Western

If there is
a Republican candidate with a Constitutional political philosophy that
undergirds what the Republican Party allegedly stands for, will he/she please
