The death of freedom of speech & flourishing of censorship

In
advance of Barak Obama, it is safe to say that attacks on freedom of speech and
proliferation of censorship are flourishing, but just wait until Obama works
his will. Newspapers are cutting their staffs while their profits sink, all the
while the 4th Estate continues shilling for governments/corporations.

For
4 decades the Times Record (Ft. Smith, AR) has printed my letters without
exception, with minimal changes on a few occasions.

Recently,
the Times Record refused to print a letter I submitted dealing with sub-prime
mortgages and the influence that illegal Mexicans had on the banking meltdown.  More importantly, in my view, the paper
rejected Barbara’s letter dealing with an FOIA we submitted regarding Sebastian
County Sheriff Frank Atkinson, OK Foods (Collier Wenderoth/Russ Bragg) and
their commandeering of a county park for a 3 day picnic for an estimated 3,500
illegal Mexican aliens.  Log on arkansasfreedom.net & scroll
down to Arkansas’ Own Trail of Tears pp. 23-24 for complete documentation of
the criminal conduct of the aforementioned.

Accompanying
this email are the 2 rejected letters, a rejected ad that was calling attention
to the illegal “picnic” subsidized by the taxpayers.  And finally, a certified letter sent to
Warren Stephens, CEO of Stephens, Inc, owner of the Times Record, TV &
newspapers in Las Vegas, and other locales, holdings in the gas and oil
industry, the largest off-Wall Street Bonding business in the U.S. to name a
few. It was received 10/28/08.  No
response to this date.

We
would appreciate your comments on our response to the rejections, either by
email or on the website.  Do you believe
our positions are legitimate?  Our
letters are always documented and rarely does news media ask us for
documentation.

& Barbara McCutchen

Mr. Warren Stephens

CEO Stephens, Inc.

Little Rock, Arkansas

Dear Mr. Stephens,                                                                        October
25, 2008

I would be pleased if you will review our recent concerns
regarding the editorial positions of your paper, The Times Record.  I should say at the outset that through a
series of editors, each has never rejected our letters to the editor until
recently, when both paid advertisement and letters have been refused.

We have grave concerns pertaining to the illegal Mexican
and OTM invasions occurring in our Republic, specifically our state, which is
having devastating effects on our culture, heritage, language and rule of law,
to mention a few.

The principle purpose of my and Barbara’s letters have
been designed to be thought provoking, i.e. demonstrating a metamorphosis from
a Constitutional Republic to now somewhere between Fascism & Cultural
Marxism. The last 50 years have brought about destruction of the public school
systems by political correctness, destruction of academics, revisionism and the
insertion of multicultural garbage which has resulted in at least 3 generations
of Americans who are devoid of a foundation to think objectively about our
Founding Principles.

The Cultural Marxist “March through the Institutions”,
i.e. schools, religion, entertainment, media, government is complete, with little
hope of resurrecting this once great Republic.

To the point of this letter—selective exposure of truth,
and law enforcement, e.g. Sebastian County Sheriff Frank Atkinson, demonstrated
by the Sherriff, the County Judge and the Times Record

All our letters are documented as your editor well
knows.  If you will please log onto arkansasfreedom.net and scroll
down to “Ark. Own Trail of Tears”, pp. 23-24 dedicated t0 Atkinson and his
illegal conduct.  Then I believe you will
understand our deep concern.  This type
of conduct permeates the whole of law enforcement/judicial which demonstrates
selectivity.  Sheriff Atkinson’s
relationship with OK Foods is disgustingly dishonest and is in violation of 8
USC federal laws and an affront to Sebastian County citizens and all Arkansans.

I have been told by a number of Fort Smith residents that
Byron Tate is “tight” with Russ Bragg who directs OK Foods and who is
exploiting  illegal alien laborers for
self monetary gain,  and at the same time
only one of a multitude of similar operations, but not limited to,
precipitating an economic and political genocide on middleclass Arkansans.

Your editor appears to be engaging your paper in
censorship, squelching documented freedom of speech and protecting the
lawbreakers who hire/exploit illegals (a felony by federal law), as well as the
illegals themselves.  No coverage on the
hard working taxpayers who are being forced to subsidize the millions being
spent on aliens’ healthcare, schooling, translators, special programs, penal,
etc.

Your recent splendid editorial was exhilarating,
particularly coming from an American entrepreneur with an illustrious family
background.  You, your father, & your
Uncle are the matrix which we must not be allowed to disappear, but Warren, I
must tell you that seeing your name sullied by being affixed to the
self-serving individuals and organizations in the Arkansas Friendship Coalition
is devastating—that Protection Racket for exploitation of slave labor and
middleclass taxpayer subsidies, as well as flaunting of Arkansas and Federal
laws…which includes heavy fines and prison time for the hiring, aiding,
abetting, transporting, etc. of any illegal aliens.

You’re a busy man, but it’s our fervent hope you will
review our concerns regarding your paper and its position on censorship and
freedom of speech based on documented data and the state of our nation.

Hopefully you will concur with our concerns.

Kindest regards,

Fascism: a nexus (connection) between corporations and
government producing a symbiotic (beneficial) relationship for the two,
subsidized by citizens.  Witness the
unconstitutional vote by the US Senate and House, Oct. 9 & 10, bailing out
numerous investment and commercial banks.
A classic example of Fascism.  No
lesser import, Arkansas’ Senators and Representatives egregiously ignored the
will of the people by passing the $850 Billion Wall Street “bail-out”, $850
Billion printed out of thin air and passed to you and I.

The fact is, our republic has an in-house debt of $10.5
Trillion and $57 Trillion in unfunded mandates, rendering us insolvent.  What are these fools thinking?

“3rd Generation Taxpayer Dependent” Pryor and
“Delta Duchess” Lincoln voted to insert language in the “Bail-out” Bill
authorizing the raising of $250 billion in “Pork” in excess of the $700 billion
Bush requested.  Article 1, Section 7 of
the US Constitution forbids the Senate from authorizing Federal revenues. The
implementation of the $250 billion language is a bribe and a Constitutional and
legal crime.

The illegal alien populations, particularly in the 10
national Metro areas are the “rattlers” in the room.  Using matricula consular cards, accompanied
by a pay stub have allowed illegal’s to obtain 100% subprime mortgages. The top
banks profiting from the illegal alien home loan racket are Wachovia and Bank
of America.

Most of the failure in the sub-prime mortgage racket is
accounted for by illegals, Fraudsters who have engaged in massive house
flipping, using illegals as straw buyers and buyers who were stupidly aware
they could not afford the payments.

 Federally elected
created the environment which led to the banking meltdowns. Do you believe
Congress is constitutionally, morally and academically capable of solving the
meltdowns?

 Look to Washington
and State Capitals for the real sources of terrorism.

Attention taxpayers, large and small, who don’t work for the
government or get welfare checks of any kind.

You’ve probably been too busy with kids, cars, making
payments to realize how exploited (used/cheated) you have been and are now.

Example: it was your dollars paying for OK Foods 3 day party
for thousands of illegal workers in your Ben Geren Park, guarded by Sebastian
County Sheriff Atkinson and troopers.

How about your payment for illegals’ education, healthcare
and forms /instructions printed in Spanish for driver’s licenses, voting,
healthcare, etc?

Been in the E.R. lately? How about Wal-Mart, et al with
illegals spending food stamps and WIC coupons?

English is required of a naturalized citizen, so a
non-English speaker is likely illegal.

Who are you working to support?  Your family or people who invade illegally?
How much do you get from them?  Are they
your responsibility?  Who worked for your
paycheck and why should any of it be taken from you by force for undeserving
others?

Americans used to know that redistribution of money by force
was evil and branded Communism/Nazism. Americans used to know that their
earnings were their own, but no more.
Many don’t want to take responsibility for themselves, so they vote for
politicians who promise to take care of them…..destroying individualism, pride,
rule of rational law, i.e. our Constitution.

Being a parasite is much easier than being a
worker/producer, but those on the beginning rungs to upper middleclass are the
first to suffer the effects of illegals…your neighborhoods, gang activity, your
tax payments, schools, and most important, your children’s educations and
futures.

Are you just going down with a whimper and let the
“officials” use/abuse you, or are you going to hold the politicians/bureaucrats
feet to the fire and preserve the individual rights of this country?

The neutering of Mike Masterson, Journalist?

Mike,

Re: Your column in the Dem-Gaz today “Is it wrong to
help”?  (Scholarships for illegals)

Mike, It’s never wrong to help when it is an individual’s
free will, but it is absolutely wrong to take from one entity or individual by
force for redistribution to  others.  In this case, the “others” are
criminals along with the magnets that brought them here illegally.

Do you not understand that your column today, along with a
host of others serves as a magnet to bring more illegals in from Mexico and
from other U.S. states.  Do you not understand this is incremental which
leads ultimately to full citizenship for the 20-30 million undeserving illegals
here and those millions projected to come.

You are surely aware by government stats and projections
whites will be a minority in our own Republic in 25 yrs or less…all by design.
This admission is a brazen open statement that cross-border protection will
never be implemented in any meaningful measure.   These interlopers
are not here to adhere to the Constitution and the ideals it gives rise
to.   They are here to seize whatever they can and overrun the White
Founding population, all brought about by White, economically greedy power
brokers, both in and out of office.  Don’t interject the worn-out canard
of “racism”.  You want to talk racism, then look no further than La Raza
(The Race), LULAC, MALDEF, etc.  We are speaking of accomplishments and
the rule of law. It is not racist to defend borders and the Constitution,
something our corrupt governments are wallowing in.

I challenge you to demonstrate any successes brought about
by any 3rd World factions that are penetrating our borders, who have
made advances in the Arts, Sciences and societal concerns, i.e. standard of
living, healthcare, (which they have all but bankrupted here), incarcerations,
infrastructure, ad infinitum, in the last 200 yrs and in some cases, never. Who
are fanning the flames of multiculturalism…government, corporations, and all
public education.  I have been stating on radio shows that a political and
economic genocide is occurring in middleclass America.  Furthermore; I
have a theorem that simply says, recent émigrés (been here 50 yrs or less), the
manner, support and who they vote for is directly proportional to their history
in the Republic.  The shorter the time the more likely they support
Socialistic endeavors.

What we have are large doses of Fascism, Marxism, Communism,
using Altruism as their aegis and Trojan Horse.  The concept “Altruism”
wasn’t invented until the late 1700’s and our Founders would have been
horrified.

If our Republic is to survive, a line must be drawn in the
sand, deep & wide, and our Republic must expunge all foreign nationals who
are here illegally, regardless of their recent history, and those exploiting
the illegals, i.e. the Tyson’s, the Walton’s, the George’s, OK Foods, Simmons,
the Arkansas state government, city governments, County Sheriffs, etc. etc. and
must be punished according to existing immigration laws.  If the
aforementioned is not mandated very quickly, we are nothing more than a 3rd
World dumping ground and civil insurrection is sure to follow, not to mention
financial meltdown.

Mike, we are sorely disappointed in your column today, since
we respected you across the board and we can only conclude that you’ve been
roped & hogtied by our state’s premiere neo-cons, Hussman/Greenberg.
The Fourth Estate is corrupted and an important part of the
Protection Racket.

Is your vote safe in Arkansas?

October 31, 2008

IS YOUR VOTE SAFE IN
ARKANSAS?

The state of law enforcement and the Judicial in Arkansas.
One may get a general grasp of the “state” by the state’s chief executive Gov.
Mike Beebe.  “Legal is legal, illegal is
illegal, and we’ve just got to find what is legal.”  Followed by “the Federal Government and the
state government have all sorts of laws dealing with illegal immigration”. If
that is the case, and it is, why hasn’t Gov. Beebe enforced the laws of the
sovereign state of Arkansas?

May I suggest to you he is bought and paid for by the
chicken and construction industries and has no intention of preventing the
political and economic genocide of middleclass Arkansans.

Recently an attorney working for Secretary of State Charlie
Daniels was asked directly “can illegal Mexicans with a Matricula Consular card
vote in Arkansas’ elections?” The attorney, Tim Humphries exclaimed “ I don’t
know”.  It is important to know that the
Arkansas State Police is issuing tri-color driver’s license applications to
illegal Mexicans and OTM’s printed in Spanish.
These applications are then forwarded to Sec. of State Daniels office
for recording. Now tell us again Attorney Humphries that you do not know if
illegals are using their Matricula Consular cards and Arkansas drivers licenses
to vote in Arkansas elections, particularly in sanctuary cities such as Little
Rock, Fort Smith, Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Siloam Springs, and
Fayetteville, to name a few.

It is also noteworthy that Daniels has no record of voter
applications turned in by ACORN.  13
states are investigating the aforementioned, yet Daniels is hunkered down as a
member of the most powerful political machine in our state’s history and allows
him ample time to park more of his kin on the backs of middleclass taxpayers.

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has offered no opinion on
the galloping illegal Mexican invasion, nor will he.  He is tied hand and foot to the Arkansas
Friendship Coalition.

Arkansas’ two U.S. Attorneys, Jane Duke in the east and Bob
Balfe III in the west, give ample reason why the fix is in and nothing will be
done to the illegal Mexican interlopers or their exploiters.  Jane Duke’s statement regarding ICE’s recent
raid on the Pilgrim’s Pride plant in NE Arkansas.  Madam Prosecutor Duke’s statements regarding
the raid,” her office had no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time
as they were otherwise law-abiding citizens”.
Say again, Ms. Duke….illegals are law-abiding citizens?  Another of Duke’s gems, “they came here to
better their lives and their family lives by working”.   Let’s see Janie, I was under the impression
that Federal Prosecutors were appointed to enforce the rule of law. For your
edification Ms Duke, illegals are criminals, not citizens.

Moving on to Bob Balfe III, his assistant Chris Plumlee
states that Balfe III does not have the laws sufficient to look into the
illegal Mexican voting fraud. Check with Gov. Beebe, and while you are at it,
Federal law 8 USC and all its sections. The aforementioned is just another
example of selective law enforcement and selective Judicial Accords.

The Arkansas State Legislature is stacked with self-serving,
constitutionally ignorant, parasitic cowards.

Due to the magnitude of the Corporate Bosses and the One
Party system, Arkansas rivals Louisiana as the most politically corrupt state
in the union.

Citizens, do you really believe we have a representative
government?  If you do not, why do you
continue to worship at the altars of the Democrat & Republican Parties and
vote the scoundrels back in decade after decade?

Is Arkansas voter fraud the crisis of the day?

Going for the ID

The first foreign consulate in Arkansas keeps busy issuing
identity cards and other documents to Mexicans living here

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

— In April 2007, the Mexican government
formally opened its 47th consulate in the United States in Little Rock,
bringing the first – and still only – foreign consulate to the state. Mexico’s
is the largest consular network operated by any country inside another.

Four
years before, former Arkansas Gov. Mike
Huckabee had flown to Mexico City to meet with former Mexican President Vicente
Fox
to suggest he consider establishing consular representation in
Arkansas. In 2006, the U.S. Census Bureau reported that Arkansas had 104,920
Mexicans out of a Hispanic population of 138,283. Considering the thousands of
uncounted illegalaliens, Andres Chao, Mexican
consul in Little Rock, estimates the actual number of Mexicans is closer to
185,000.

In
its first year and a half, the consulate issued
almost 30,000
documents to Mexicans in its jurisdiction of
Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and western Tennessee – and Mississippi, until the
New Orleans consulate reopened in March. For Mexican nationals, those documents
include consular identification cards, passports, powers of attorney, birth
certificates and marriagelicenses, as well as visas for foreigners planning to
spend prolonged periods of time in Mexico.

The
consulate, at 3500 S.University Ave., reports that the greatest demand is for
the identification card, called the matricula consular in Spanish and issued by
the Mexican government since 1871. The card represents more than half of all
documents issued.

“It
is useful for opening bank accounts, but also is useful forthem to have an
identification with their real name and real address,” Chao said. “The Mexican
national needs to prove with an original birth certificate that he is a Mexican
national, then show another original ID card and then, proof of residence. With
these documents, we are allowed to get them a passport or matricula consular.”

At
$27, the card, which is valid for five years, is cheaper than a passport, which
costs $74 and expires after three years or $101 for a six-year version. An
additional benefit to the matricula is the fact that it includes the bearer’s
address, while the passport does not, says Eric Levy, a deputy consul. The U.S.
government requires passports for any person entering the country by air – and
beginning in June 2009, by land or sea as well. Levy says many customers
purchase a matricula and a passport.

“The
purpose of the matricula consular is for the sending state to have a registry
of their citizens living in the receiving state,” Levy says. It is up to municipal governments, banks and other
agencies to decide whether to accept the card as a means of identification
.

According
to the consulate, 1,439 police departments, 265 counties, 435 cities and 475
banks accept the card nationally.

A
dispute has erupted over the use of the card in acquiring an American driver’s
license. The state of Arkansas does not accept
foreign documents other than passports when issuing driver’s licenses
.
Foreign passports must be accompanied by an Immigration and Naturalization
Services card or a U.S. visa.

Carlos
Cervantes, state director of the Arkansas chapter of the League of United Latin
American Citizens, said it would be logical to
allow use of the card in helping uninsured Mexicans acquire licenses and car
insurance.

“I
don’t want to get hit by any uninsured [driver], whether he’s documented or
undocumented, whether he’s a citizen or noncitizen,” Cervantes said. “We need
to figure something out so they can participate in the rules of the law.”

The
card has been criticized as facilitating illegal aliens’ functioning in
day-to-day society and threatening national security. In 2003, Steve McCraw,
assistant director of the FBI Office of Intelligence, testified to the U.S.
House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims that
the consular ID card “is not a reliable form of identification, due to the
nonexistence of any means of verifying the true identity of the card holder.”

“We
have absolutely no hand in how these cards are issued or who they’re given to
or what sort of background is run on these folks, so for the [United States] to
accept these cards as a legitimate form of identification, we would be
completely remiss in checking for a number of things that we check for when we
issue identification here in the [United States],” said Caroline Dierker, national spokesman for the Department of Homeland
Security. “In terms of security, it would be a risk because we don’t have any
role in giving the cards.”

Levy
said the Mexican government observes strict procedures when checking clients’
application documents. In the aftermath of increased security and identity
concerns after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Mexican government
also set up an intraconsular database in 2002.

“That
means that if you got a matricula in Seattle or Albuquerque and show up here,
when we put your data in, the system will automatically have a red flag
informing us of your previous matricula and then we will not be able to issue
another one,” Levy said. “Regarding the birth certificates, we have trained
personnel that check the validity of the birth certificates and any other
document presented to us. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the
document, we just don’t issue a matricula.”

But
birth certificates can be forged, and people have been arrested while
possessing multiple consular ID cards, said Bob Dane, press secretary for
Washingtonbased Federation for American Immigration Reform. His nonprofit
public interest group estimates that 3 million matriculas consulares are
circulating in theUnited States.

Though
LULAC does not encourage illegal immigration, said Michel Leidermann, state
director of communications, even undocumented immigrants who have demonstrated
a commitment to the U.S. economy should be supported in their efforts to
operate legally in society.

“Once
they’ve been here for years and are good citizens, paying taxes, they don’t
have problems with the law, they have American children, they have businesses,
they work, and so on, they should be given certain latitudes, contrary to those
that just crossed the border yesterday,” he said.

The
Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies contends that the matricula
consular is only needed for Mexicans residing in the United States illegally
because legal residents can obtain other identification documents.

“We should not be doing things that basically make
illegal immigration an attractive option
, meaning they shouldn’t be able
to come here and get a driver’s license, bank account, mortgage, job, among
other things, because those are the things that people are immigrating here
legally for – to improve their lifestyle,” said the center’s spokesman Bryan
Griffith. “Any legal immigrant has absolutely no need for the matricula.”

The
list of banks accepting the card now includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank,
Capital Bank and regional institutions Twin City Bank, Metropolitan Bank and
Arvest Bank, according to Levy. Early this decade, Bank of America, which has
50 branches in Arkansas, was one of the first to accept the card along with a
secondary form of ID to open a bank account.

“We
have long supported service to Hispanics, and it was around the same time also
that we started launching our bilingual ATM, so it was a natural fit for us to
be able to offer that,” said Diane Wagner, a Bank of America spokesman. “It
enables them to establish a checking account and a banking relationship, which
would be good for them to establish a credit history. It also enables them to
know that their money is put in a financial institution and it’s safe.”

She
said that the company “follows all federal laws relating to identification
requirements for new customers.”

But
Dane said that opening the financial system to those whose backgrounds may not
have been sufficiently checked could be contributing to the current credit
crisis.

“It’s unconscionable for U.S. banks to identify an
illegal population as a group of potential customers
, and to some extent
– we don’t really know the depth of it – that may very well be part of the
problem with our subprime mortgage crisis and credit crisis,” Dane said. “There
are times where identification theft, financial meltdown and risk of terrorism
ought to really supersede the acceptance of these Mexican governmentissued ID
cards.”

Bank
of America does not go out of its way to recruit customers living in the United
States illegally, Wagner said, but does want “to offer innovative financial
services that meet the needs of all our customers, including our Hispanic
customers.”

When
issuing documents or providing any other service, the consulate is unconcerned
with the immigration status of its clients, consul Chao said. The consulate’s
responsibility is to represent the Mexican government, not to question the
reason Mexican citizens are requesting services, he said.

“For
me, what’s important is they are Mexican nationals, regardless of immigration
status,” he said.

To
reach Mexicans throughout its tri-state jurisdiction, the consular staff sets
up mobile consulates once a year in each major city in its region. Because
consular equipment is needed for these trips, the staff holds its portable
versions on weekends so as to not interfere with normal business at the
consulate. Prior to this year’s one-day visit to the Springdale Civic Center in
August, the 350 appointment slots filled up ahead of time. The consulate added
100 more the day of the event.

Mobile
consulates are heldonly rarely, so many clients must travel to Little Rock.
Before the Arkansas consulate opened, Mexicans had to travel to Kansas City,
Mo., Dallas or Atlanta.

On
a Thursday in August, the consulate’s lobby was busy. Martin Gomez and 10
relatives drove seven hours from Enid, Okla., to obtain Mexican passports to
visit family in the state of Jalisco. Passports are not required to enter
Mexico, but are required for re-entry to the United States.

Guadalupe
Barbosa of Springdale accompanied his wife to obtain a matricula that showed
her married name.

Levy
said Mexico is not the only country to register its citizens via a system like
the matricula consular. El Salvador and Guatemala, for instance, do the same.

The
consulate opened with a staff of eight and accepted only morning appointments.
In August, the Mexican government authorized a second shift, increasing the
number of daily appointments from 160 to 300. The staff now totals 21,
including four Americans.

Aside
from documentation, the consulate’s work involves two other areas: consular
protection and legal affairs, and community affairs. The purpose of the first
is “to ensure the rights of the Mexican nationals [who] are living here in
Arkansas,” Chao said. Article 36 of the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular
Relations, of which the United States and Mexico are signatories, requires
American authorities to inform the Mexican consulate if a Mexican national who
is arrested requests it. Though the consulate can’t represent defendants in
court and has no lawyers on staff, it can consult on legal cases and offer
advicein hiring attorneys.

Leidermann
of LULAC said since the consulate has opened, detaining authorities have made
an increased effort to inform the consulate’s legal affairs division of such
arrests.

“Whenever
you have an immigration raid or anything like that, what they’re doing now is
making sure that the Arkansas authorities notify the consulate immediately when
they detain a Mexican citizen, which didn’t happen before,” he said. “One of
the things that the consulate has achieved is that the police departments,
sheriffs, state police and so on, know that immediately when they detain a
foreign citizen, they have to alert the consulate. So that’s an improvement in
civil rights.”

Consular
protection and legal affairs is also responsible for sending the remains of
deceased Mexicans to Mexico.

As
the Mexican government’s highest-ranking authority in the consulate’s
jurisdiction, Chao acts as a figurehead at cultural ceremonies such as last
month’s Grito de Independencia – Independence Day celebration in the River
Market – and Cincode Mayo in May. He meets with local, state and university
officials and American and Mexican entrepreneurs to promote business and
cultural relationships between the two. In June, he accompanied 11
representatives from Arkansas government and businesses on a trade mission to
Mexico City and Pachuca, Little Rock’s Sister City.

Chao
said that state industries, particularly air and space, can benefit from the
consulate’s commercial networking. He is working with Little Rock National
Airport, Adams Field, to establish a direct flight to Mexico, which would be
the airport’s first international flight. Airport spokesman T.J. Williams said
the airport is working with Customs and Border Protection to determine a
location for a customs and security inspection area by the end of the year,
although talks are only preliminary.

“Before,
[Arkansas businesses] didn’t have this opportunity, just to give you an
example, with the trade mission,” Chao said. “If we are not here, it is
probably more difficult for different businesses to open the door, have the
contacts and the recommendations and have meetings as productive as they were
with the states of Jalisco and Chiapas.”

The
consulate also organizes events to benefit the local Mexican community, such as
an annual health week at the consulate. Chao has helped install two photography
exhibits showcasing Mexico at the Statehouse Convention Center. He and the
consul for documentation affairs, Alejandro Leon Vargas, spend an hour each
Friday on Springdale and Fort Smith Spanish radio stations answering listeners’
questions on consular services.

Soon,
Mexico may not have the only consulate in Arkansas. The Marshall Islands’
4,000-8,000 population in Springdale has been estimated to be the largest
Marshallese population outside the Pacific island nation. The community is
making plans to open a consul’s office of its own. The Marshall Islands’ Public
Service Commission posted a job advertisement for a consul in May and
Marshallese President Litokwa Tomeing visited Northwest Arkansas in June.

Trillion and $57 Trillion in unfunded mandates, rendering us insolvent.  What are these fools thinking?

“3rd Generation Taxpayer Dependent” Pryor and “Delta
Duchess” Lincoln voted to insert language in the “Bail-out” Bill authorizing
the raising of $250 billion in “Pork” in excess of the $700 billion Bush
requested.  Article 1, Section 7 of the
US Constitution forbids the Senate from authorizing Federal revenues. The
implementation of the $250 billion language is a bribe and a Constitutional and
legal crime.

The illegal alien populations, particularly in the 10 national
Metro areas are the “rattlers” in the room.
Using matricula consular cards, accompanied by a pay stub have allowed illegal’s
to obtain 100% subprime mortgages. The top banks profiting from the illegal
alien home loan racket are Wachovia and Bank of America.

What about Palin?

This email was penned by Oscar Stilley,
Attorney at Law, Fort Smith, Arkansas.

I asked him
what he thought of Sarah Palin.   This
‘aught to sum it up.

Sarah is a
politician I want to love but can’t.  She supports pre-emptive war, the
very ideology that has bankrupted us over the past several years and now leaves
us in jeopardy of a total collapse of the dollar.  Yet she parrots the
same lines about how we mustn’t leave til we’ve won, which I take to mean we
mustn’t ever leave, since turmoil will take over when we do.  We have our
hands on a tar baby.

Iraq is not
a home grown state.  It is the product of artificial lines drawn by
Britain almost a century ago.  There are three main groups, the Sunni,
Shiites, and Kurds.  Left to their own devices they will for the most part
separate into three mostly homogeneous mini-states.  They don’t very well
get along, although in some instances small minorities may get along rather
well.

We don’t
aim to tolerate that.  We could have been out by now had we set up a weak
central government and three or more states divided according to
demographics.  We intend to force multi-culturalism on a very tribal and
rather backward society.  The square peg won’t fit the round hole so we
stay and keep working on the problem.

Fundamentally
our federal government has developed the power to tax so heavily that we cannot
maintain our current capital stock. This is where we are at today.  We are
like a hive with a greedy beekeeper who takes so much honey that the bee
population cannot be maintained over winter.  This necessarily leads to
destruction of our status as world economic leader.  Palin has said
nothing to lead me to believe that she understands and would act decisively to
restore the ability of the people to begin to replenish our stock of capital.

We need a
trillion dollar budget cut (yes, $1,000,000,000,000)  just as a starter to
get back on an even keel.  There is no way to do that and maintain the
American empire.  Conservatives like to rail against spending except for
military spending.  The truth is that our borders could be defended for
the foreseeable future at $100 billion a year, and no one could touch us.
We already have the hardware, if we conserved our stock of high tech military
goods, no country would dare rattle a saber at us for at least 20 years.
If a threat developed we could respond then.

Our
greatest strength is a well armed populace, also called the militia.
Switzerland has maintained strict neutrality for nearly two centuries simply by
a citizen militia that maintains state of the art personal arms.  Right
now that is select fire machine guns that shoot fully or semi-automatic.
Europe has been devastated by two world wars and other conflagrations, but the
mere private ownership of light arms has dissuaded tyrants, notably Hitler,
from invading.

So, I can’t
support Palin.  Her job would basically be to check the president’s pulse
every morning.  That is important but the top of the ticket is 95% sure to
be where the shots are called.

Not that
all this matters very much.  Rasmussen Reports says that Obama leads by 6
points for the second straight day after having been even on September 23.
Voters aren’t going to give Bush and McCain a pass for at financial
debacle which will cost $700 billion to start, and in my opinion is likely to
cost far more and lead to a crash of the US dollar.  Nobody is going to
loan us the $700B, so we’ll just have to print it.  I think that will lead
to the fall of the domino that will cause the dollar to drop precipitously, try
20-50% within a day or two.  Maybe I am wrong, I don’t claim
infallibility.  I just see us on a path to a devastating correction of our
bullheaded insistence on living significantly beyond our means both personally
and as a nation.

Does that
answer your question?

The struggle to defend Individualism against twisted Collectivists

Will the United States survive this age of Dementia?

E.g. the fraudulent election performances. The people ignore
the truth about the elitist, collectivist thugs in and running for office.  Arrogant crooks, thieves, and liars. The
ignorant taxpaying citizens are being played for the suckers they are.

John Brummett, published 9/16/08, “individualism is an
arcane and impractical notion in America”. He would have you believe that individualism
doesn’t allow for cooperative group endeavors.
He makes the case for Collectivism/Socialism by spreading the false idea
that “individualism” means you must do everything alone….healthcare, schooling,
military, roads, etc.   There is no common sense in such an argument
and demonstrates either a lack of understanding of principles or a deliberate
attempt to mislead.

It is this kind of argument which destroys pride in one’s
own work and responsibility for self…concepts which brought forth civilized
behavior and achievements. Respect and individual equality before the law
destroyed elitism, royalty, tribalism…individual accomplishments of
reason/rationality created the renaissance, the industrial revolution, true
free enterprise.

Diversity for its own sake creates racism/tribalism.  Decisions based on race, gender, age, etc. kick
rationality/principle out the window, replaced by emotions, prejudices, and
then terrible things happen.

Most of the world’s history has engaged in some variance of
collectivism which produced misery, poverty, pain, torture, war/murder.

The brief periods of any variety of Individualism brought
some humane rationality and raised the standard of living.

Too bad we can’t divide the collectivists into one locale
and the individualists into another…everyone would get what they deserve.

 Brilliant!!!

American taxpayers don’t seem to know who is killing them.

Who worked for your
paycheck and why should any of it be taken from you by force for undeserving others?

Americans used to know that redistribution of money by force
was evil and branded Communism/Nazism. Americans used to know that their
earnings were their own, but no more.
Many don’t want to take responsibility for themselves, so they vote for
politicians who promise to take care of them…..destroying individualism, pride,
rule of rational law, i.e. our Constitution.

Being a parasite is much easier than being a worker/producer,
but those on the beginning rungs to upper middleclass are the first to suffer
the effects of illegals…your neighborhoods, gang activity, your tax payments,
schools, and most important, your children’s educations and futures.

Are you just going down with a whimper and let the
“officials” use/abuse you, or are you going to hold the politicians/bureaucrats
feet to the fire and preserve the individual rights of this country?
