Fax to Okla. Gov. re illegal prenatal care to illegals.

Governor Brad Henry

State Capitol

Oklahoma City, Ok.

Governor Henry,                                                                                              October
12, 2007

You have very recently violated the Constitution, U.S.
law and have embarked upon an illegal activity in installing prenatal care for
illegal Mexican women and OTM’s.  You are
stealing from the productive citizens of Oklahoma and redistributing this theft
to illegal, criminal women.

There is no authority, legal, ethical, or rule of law
that states our citizenry should be responsible for other’s irresponsible behavior,
i.e. midnight frolicking.  Additionally
the 6 person committee that ruled that Oklahoma should offer prenatal care to
illegals has no legal authority.  You and
this committee have taken gross advantage of the taxpaying citizens who have
put their trust in you to protect their freedoms, fortunes, and the rule of
law.

Recently Oklahoma passed a much needed law to prosecute
businesses that engage in the hiring of illegals and deny benefits to
non-citizens.   Then comes the oxymoron,
free prenatal care to illegals.

You use the worn out canard, either you are ignorant or
lying, that it is cheaper to let the dysfunctional government pay for these
deliveries.  Nothing is said regarding
the dozens of ancillary services required and the anchor babies produced.   Had you been sincerely interested in cost,
you could have checked with DHS in Arkansas.
Former Gov. Huckabee echoed the same crap you are putting out that it’s
cheaper, as if we have any moral or constitutional authority to provide these criminal
services.  Huckabee stated in a run up to
Ark. Prenatal care that it would cost $3,500 per head.  Through my numerous FOI’s it has been
determined that it is slightly over $15,000 per head, and no consideration for
the ongoing costs of the anchor babies produced. The monthly numbers and costs
are escalating monthly.

Such grandiose, unearned, criminal largesse only acts as
a giant magnet for more illegals.

Governor, rethink your position.  Your proposed actions are nothing but grand
theft and a vote buying scheme.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

LTE immigration laws not enforced/local law enforcement can do it, but won’t–why?

Are we to believe
law enforcement officials don’t know the laws?

Are we to believe
that officers must receive extensive training for every single law infraction?

Are we to believe that enforcing immigration laws is
more difficult than arresting a murderer, rapist, or bank robber?

Why then must
enforcement jump through years of hoops and tons of bucks?

Why is Sheriff Atkinson (et al) AWOL when he has fewer problems with
illegal aliens than Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa, county, Arizona who arrests
illegals and their smugglers?

Why has government/law enforcement ignored 8 USC
1324,1325,1644 federal laws which state if s a punishable crime to enter
illegally, those who hire, transport, aid, abet, or house illegals are felons
subject to heavy fines and imprisonment, that all law enforcement has the
authority to arrest perpetrators, and no local rule/ordinance can stop such
enforcement?

This country is burdened with up to 50 million,
mostly 3rd World illegal aliens…an “immigrant” comes
legally. Not only did they break into our home, they trash it while demanding
healthcare, schools, welfare, etc., refusing to assimilate, call us
“racists”, pledge their allegiance to home countries and send billions
of American dollars to the countries from which they felt forced to flee.

Fort Smith
and Arkansas better get control of this problem immediately. We are already
seeing vicious gang crimes, neighborhoods turned into barrios, and citizens
burdened with outrageous taxes and safety concerns.

Officials, law enforcement, leaders…where are you? How much longer
will you ignore the laws and allow the exploiters of illegal labor to reduce
our standard of living and destroy our rule of law?

The Feds are proven enemies. If s up to states,
counties, and cities to protect law-abiding citizens and our language, borders,
and culture. The tools are there, where are you?

Our Response to AR Attorney General Dustin McDaniel Named As AR Co-Chairman for Hillary Clinton’s Presidential Campaign

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel:

Dustin, August 15, 2007 The Democrat-Gazette announced today you have been appointed co-chairman of Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s Arkansas campaign.

You seem to have forgotten that you were elected to represent all the citizens of Arkansas—Democrats, Republicans, Independents, etc.

This is quite a leap for you to make and the arrogance of this announcement is absolutely unacceptable. It is obvious you have greater political designs and little interest in your present elected position.

The office of the Attorney General of the state of Arkansas must not be compromised or a conflict of interest imbedded in the A.G.’s office. This office is the people’s office and you have a decision to make.

1. Resign the office of A.G. immediately and continue your co-chairmanship of Clinton’s campaign.

2. Resign your co-chairmanship of Clinton’s campaign and continue on as the state’s A.G. which now has a cloud cast over the integrity of said office and you yourself.

The citizens of Arkansas will await your decision.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Letter to Attorney General Dustin McDaniel – Attorney General Information Requests

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel,

Dustin, August 10, 2007

Taxpayers do not like to be ignored, perhaps you have not been fed the faxes that I have sent to you personally; therefore I will again state my questions.

1. How many attorneys are employed by the Attorney General’s office?

2. What is the gross taxpayer yearly cost for these attorneys, including perks?

3. What is the job description of the Attorney General of the state of Arkansas? In 3 sentences or less.

Dustin, I will expect to have this information no later than Wednesday, August 15 or I will be doing an expansive FOI.

I will be looking for a timely response.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Ark. A. G. McDaniel whitewashes Huckabee

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel                                                                          July
25, 2007

Dustin,

I stated in my last fax that I would not disturb you
again, but would observe, to see if you continue your non-position attitude as
Arkansas’ Attorney General.  However; I
was not aware of Jim Parson’s request for legal investigations into former Gov.
Huckabee’s conduct in the destruction of multiple hard drives, which must be and
has to be public information—a crime.

In my judgment the most important aspect of this public concern
dealt with the King-Air.  You made no
mention of the logs for the King. Did the State Police keep detailed logs on
the plane required by the FAA and were those logs, if any were kept, destroyed
by the woman in charge of the destruction of the hard drives?  Also, were there logs kept by the state
police identifying the person or persons on board the craft, the destinations
and purposes?  It is more than curious
that the hard drive peculiar to the King was destroyed.  Why? These questions demand answers to the
taxpayers who foot the bill and your answers were not satisfactory.  Another non-position.

In this same context, Huckabee gave $10,000 of taxpayer
money to the city of Little Rock dedicated to subsidize the illegal Mexican
Consulate (Article I, Section 10…U.S. Constitution).  At the same time, the former Mayor of Little
Rock gave $50,000 taxpayer dollars to the Consulate.  Why did you not pursue these related activities
concomitantly and inform the taxpayers?

Do we have here another case of selective law enforcement
with political operatives being protected…i.e. a government protection racket?

It is imperative for you to reengage your investigation
if you are to have any credibility.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen
