THE PARTY OF IRRELEVANCE WILL CAVE AGAIN—S. 744            June 8, 2013

A nation on the precipice of absolute decadence & tyranny…Fait Accompli.  Our destruction, compliments of the 535 past & sitting, self-serving DC congressional delegations.

The Rotting Process of the U.S. Government and all its parties will have reached the maturation point with the passage of S. 744—an amnesty rewards program for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s. With the passage of S 744 the Republic of the United States will have passed the Rubicon, the point of no return. The refusal of the House & Senate to demand enforcement of 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644 have brought us to this ruinous juncture.  

S. 744 is the culmination of a multitude of criminal acts perpetrated by government and directed at American citizens, more specifically middleclass Americans by the following means and insidious institutions which guarantee our constitutional & economic extermination. 

Stimulating memories I present a partial list of the more unconstitutional, egregious activities & legislations that have been approved and enacted by the 535 members of the congress. The landslide of criminal revelations revealed in the past few weeks are by no means recent creations. The U.S. government, by its own admissions, has been steeped in criminal enterprises for decades made possible by the aforementioned 535 member congressional delegations—obviously both parties.

Do any of you believe that the 535 who are the genesis of this corruption will bring justice, reintroduce the rule of law & the Constitution and punish those multitudes of revealed lawbreakers?

Beginning with war criminal former president Geo. W. Bush, who orchestrated the murdering attack on Iraq which was concocted on a mountain of lies, enabled by the U.S. congress. The congress in the name of security from the phony war on terrorism without question or hesitation passed the Patriot Acts which rendered the 1st & 4th Amendment null & void; passed the “Hate Crimes” bill; the Military Commissions Act; National Defense Authorization Act (a Hitler/Stalin viral attack on liberties); Rendition, i.e. torture; and attacked Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus…to name a few. Making their way into the dictum of the Obama administration are more exposures of unconstitutional & criminal conduct and Republicans can only create committees & blow hot air, never laying a glove on Obama. Obama unilaterally declared a false flag war on Libya, Syria & Iran are in the wings.  These acts are cheered on by warmongering neoconservative Republicans, and their cheerleaders are Senators McCain & Graham who are pushing passage for S. 744. Obama is no doubt the culprit behind the increase in seizures of citizens’ phone calls & emails by FISA, NSA, from Verizon & a host of other internet companies.  FISA & NSA have been involved in this criminal procedure for at least 3 years while the corrupt U.S. Senate had full knowledge and can only be described as complicit Nazi quislings.  There is the matter of the criminal antics of the Internal Revenue Service, the Benghazi & Fast & Furious cover-ups, the 30,000 surveillance drones overflying the U.S., a $17 Trillion national debt, and another despicable nation-killing attack on citizen rights, i.e. Obamacare.  All the above accompanied by the obscene, lavish spending of taxpayer monies by all U.S. bureaucracies and President Obama is at the head of that list.

President Obama, from day one of his administration, has made a mockery of the Constitution, the rule of law and has grossly abused of all things government—while fracturing Western Civilization & our Republic, and the gutless former Republican Party only whines and whimpers and offers no legal challenges against the abusive Obama and his abominable administration. (Jail time) Recall Fast & Furious, Republicans were going to demand answers regarding that murderous operation. Mere words.  What a disgusting collection of politicians. Political courage is not a commodity of the Party of Irrelevance (POI).  The best the Republicans could offer-up after their November defeat…”We have to like Hispanics”. The Republican Party, aside from the lack of constitutional courage, is devoid of principle and compass…they will fold like an accordion on S. 744 and will be forever known as the political party that destroyed the Constitution, rule of law, and the Republic. The oppressive goals of the Marxist Democrats have not changed.

To the point of this screed: These Republicans are falling all over themselves and rationalizing at every turn to justify supporting Senator Schumer’s & Obama’s S. 744 bandwagon which will confer amnesty to at least 25-35 million illegals nesting in our republic and the numbers of immediate family members residing in a foreign country which will be allowed to migrate to the U.S. and also given amnesty.

S. 744 is built on lie after lie and not one senator has come forth & challenged this legislative crime waiting in the wings, specifically the Republicans. The government parrots the lie that only 11 million illegals will receive amnesty with the passage of S. 744. No Republican challenges the false 11 million number. In 2005 there were 2 separate studies, one by Bear Sterns and the other by the Congressional Hearing on Illegal Immigration.  Results: Bear Stearns=there are at least 25 million illegals and up to 35 million illegals are residing in the U.S.  The Congressional Hearing stated that 12 million illegals resided here in 2004, some 1.4 million were caught and deported….a number that represented a success rate of 1 in 4. For every illegal caught & returned, 3 successfully entered the USA illegally.   Applying that formula to the ensuing 8 years, by the government’s own figures, the number of illegals can in all probability reach 35-40 million & does not include the 400-500,000 anchor babies & visitor baby births & diplomatic baby births.

More lies: Senator Marco Rubio, the Republican poster-child for the proposed criminal legislation barks incessantly that under S. 744 illegals will receive no welfare and no Obamacare.  He goes on by stating that there will be an improvement in border security…not a sealed border, and in that regard the so-called border improvement will take 10 years: translation–open-borders. Never a word from Republican cowards about deportation which 8 USC demands, as well as heavy fines & prison time for employers of illegals.

In spite of the fact 25 million or more Americans unemployed, 45% on Food Stamps, Rubio and the other 7 legislative cutthroats want to increase visas for foreign nationals, most particularly for high tech positions at cheap salaries undercutting Americans.  Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is the architect of S. 744. Recall Schumer’s tribe has fanned the flames for open borders & mass migration since the 1920’s.

 Republicans have shown their cowardly involvement by not loudly protesting the arrogant attack on our Constitution, rule of law, culture, and Western Civilization.

The Rot in the U.S. government is so ingrained that with the passage of S. 744 the U.S. will henceforth be nothing more than a 3rd World gulag and a burgeoning $17 Trillion national debt submerging us in a sea of political Rot. 

American freedoms have been quashed and the nation’s citizens are in a lockdown environment, brought to us by the elected U.S. House & Senate and the out of control, unrestrained bureaucracies they have created. Once the entities are created and functioning, the members of the Senate & Congress go about their business, i.e. planning for their reelection and never pay heed to the monstrous bureaucracies they created. The U.S. Congress, both Houses are totally to blame for allowing these atrocities to occur and they will in league vote to pass S. 744 and the Republicans (POI) will be responsible for throwing the last shovelful of manure on the U.S. casket.

Politicians exhort that S. 744 must be passed so that never again can an illegal invasion occur.  And these self-serving Bozos expect us to believe that for the second time?  Enforcement of 8 USC is our only guarantee.

This screed will be sent to the Arkansas Six, Senators Rubio, Schumer, Kyle, McCain, Graham, the  Ark. State Politicians, etc.

THE GANG OF EIGHT’S CORRUPT IMMIGRATION BILL & THE ARKANSAS SIX

Senator Mark Pryor, as usual, waiting in the wings, not for a curtain call but to determine where the wind is blowing.                        June 4, 2013

This in the matter of the criminally corrupt immigration bill produced by the Gang of Eight under the auspices of Senator Chuck Schumer and being sold by poster-boy Sen. Marco Rubio.

The nation-killing bill is called the Border Security, Economic Security, & Immigration Modernization Act. Note: “Economic Security” ? Note: “Immigration Modernization” ?   More corrupt flimflamming that cripples middleclass America and wipes out sovereignty.  The Gang of Eight is a collection of bald-faced liars that are in the bottom of the uncivilized barrel. 

Senator Pryor is no worse than the other Arkansas Five.

If the Arkansas Six had any redeeming qualities they would be judiciously pointing out to their Arkansas constituents the destructive forces embedded in the Gang of Eight’s immigration bill. But, oh so quiet.

Some of the comments from the fearless Six regarding passage of this travesty:

1.    Senator Pryor’s spokesman Michael Teague said Pryor was concentrating on a farm bill, which Pryor says is more important than sovereignty and American jobs.
2.    Senator John Boozman states he has not taken a position on the bill. With all of the illegal & unconstitutional verbiage in the bill and he hasn’t taken a position? The bill contains language that confers amnesty to 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s and he has informed me on multiple occasions he would never, ever vote to confer amnesty on these illegal hordes.
3.    Congressman Steve Womack bloviating that Republicans are not an “inclusive” party and further states “We need to fix that”.  Congressman, tell us how, why and when you are going to set about accomplishing that. The “Fix It” statement dramatically proves that the Republican Party is now the Party of Irrelevance” (POI). No compass, just floundering around in the sea of irrelevance.  Womack continues on that he hopes the Senate Judiciary Committee would strengthen Border Security….not Seal the borders, just improve “security” as opined by Senator Rubio.  How much influence do you believe the Tyson’s, Walton’s, George’s, Peterson’s, Simmons, ad infinitum exert on Congressman Womack & Senator Boozman?  Nah, they wouldn’t succumb to the advances of the above corporate giants, would they?
4.    Representative Rick Crawford said he “hoped to see changes that allowed guest workers and migrant farm workers to travel in & out of the country to satisfy labor shortages”.  Congressman Crawford, at least 23 million Americans out of work and a few million have ceased looking for work and less than 2% of illegals are involved in Agri-harvesting and the country is absorbing over 1 million legal immigrants per year and in all likelihood that amount of illegals, accompanied by 49 million residents on Food Stamps, and soon to be the nation destroying Obamacare. Where exactly do your allegiances lie?  American citizens struggling mightily and you’re fanning the flames for more foreign nationals, legal & illegal.  
5.    Representative Tom Cotton said “The Senate bill should put more focus on border security”.  Note: He did not say, secure the border.
6.    Representative Tim Griffin took a statesman’s position by stating “The nation’s borders must be secured before addressing immigrants already in the country illegally”. Note: the congressman said secure.
 He went on to say, a proposal in the Senate bill that would “allow the Secretary of Homeland Security to determine if the borders are sufficiently guarded was a non-starter”.

Furthermore, “That’s an unsatisfactory metric”.  “It’s too subjective”. Good for you Congressman Griffin.

The non-positions of our elected officials regarding the Gang of Eight’s bill is a constitutional travesty.  Border laws regarding enforcement have long been in place and available to the congress & senate, but congress has chosen to ignore them thinking more about their own economic & political power as opposed to constituents’ needs, U.S. sovereignty, stability, the rule of law, the general overall well-being, and yes, Western Civilization.  They have all been traitors to the man/woman and they deserve no quarter.

1.    This bill has no language that demands secure borders. 
2.    It automatically confers amnesty to 25-35 million illegals, not the faux 11 million the government lies about continually and also provides for the immediate families of illegals living outside the U.S. to migrate here if the legislation is passed.
3.    Poster-boy Senator Marco Rubio states incessantly that no welfare will be dispensed to illegals if this bill is passed—a bald-faced lie of the highest order.
4.    In addressing the border the bill states it will be a 10 year process and the Dept. of Homeland Security, as previously noted, would be the determinant as to whether it is secure or not.  10 years and the likes of Janet Napolitano?  Are you kidding me?
5.    Contained in the proposed bill would first require the Dept. of Homeland Security to develop a plan within 6 months pertaining to drones, fences, and agents.  The plan is already in affect—8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644. WHY DOES SENATOR SCHUMER’S BILL HAVE TO PASS BEFORE EXISTING U.S. LAW IS ENFORCED??  More government corruption & self-serving, of course.

Our former preeminent Republic in debt to the tune of $17 Trillion and congressional politicians want to legalize millions of illegals with an 8th grade education and a propensity for reproduction, no language skills, no desire to acculturate, steeped in welfare specifically crafted for their needs.  Of course, the above is all by design.  Ask Charley Schumer, the one who crafted the bill, what tribe has pursued open borders and cheap labor since the 1920’s.

You Six are selling out middleclass Arkansans if you vote for any part of this treasonous production.

The cast of satraps generally known to the public as the Gang of Eight (how ironic, a term used in early Soviet Russia) and in American parlance can be described as unconstitutional legislative thugs and devout enemies of middleclass America, e.g. their recent production of a proposed immigration reform bill.

A brief description of the Eight Sell-outs of the American Constitution, morality and ethics who have been ensconced in the public welfare power trough collectively for 185 years. An abomination! Their prominence and longevity are products of their many vote-buying years.  The Eight Immigration Reform Traitors, and certainly there are many more wallowing in the chambers of U.S. government that have and are figuratively urinating on the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, while figuratively raping middleclass America, the heart & soul of our republic with the distinct intent of destroying said middleclass by conferring amnesty to the 25-35 million illegal alien hordes who are nesting on our lands.

No need for Political Correctness when the individuals that have sworn allegiance to the Constitution to protect Americans and their sovereignty when in fact they are in an attack mode to destroy America’s sovereignty allowing our Republic to continue to descend into a 3rd World multicultural gulag devoid of assimilation…ALL BY DESIGN.

Chosen to articulate the Constitutional fraud is Maestro Marco Rubio, 3rd World Anchor Baby, a U.S. Senator from Florida who has tasted most of the unearned largesse America has to offer.   With that in mind, the question must be asked, with all the benefits from birth to the present, why is the Senator willing to betray, along with the other seven, their sworn Constitutional obligations.

So who are the other Seven?

1.    Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) architect of the legislative abomination. It is noteworthy to mention that Schumer’s tribe has been championing mass immigration & open borders since the 1920’s, and obviously very successfully.

2.    Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL)…a product of the “Chicago Way”

3.    Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ)…an Hispanic, no doubt where his allegiance lies, as is the case with Rubio.

4.    Senator Michael Bennett (D-CO)…former Obama advisor, former Superintendent Denver Schools, enough said.

5.    Senators John McCain (R-AZ) & Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.)…the warmongering Bobbsey Twins. Both extreme neoconservatives=eternal war for eternal peace.

6.    Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ)…both Flake & McCain represent Arizona, the state that has been recipient of a 6 decade invasion of illegal Mexicans & OTM’s…both enemies of Gov. Jan Brewer and Phoenix Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who not only are fighting to defend Arizona from the 2 senators, the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion, as well as the corrupt federal government (8 USC).

If you are a freedom loving American, sovereignty oriented, and dedicated to self-worth, a more  vile cast of unworthys could have not been chosen.

The Vaudevillian Eight, along with any number of U.S. Democrat & Republican office holders, and Presidents, have refused to enforce 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644 which would have prevented the debauchery which has engulfed our republic. 

Why would any American think for one moment that these Eight sitting corrupt collaborators who are in part and parcel responsible for the multiple crises citizens are enduring would be the ones to solve the catastrophic occurrences?  In the main, the current U.S. President, some members of the Senate & Congress, accompanied by the hundreds of enabling bureaucracies are nothing more than a sordid lot of Constitutional traitors and in any number of measures, some are outright war criminals, e.g. Clinton/Balkans, Bush/Iraq, Afghanistan, Obama/Pakistan, Libya. Recall most recently President Obama unilaterally attacked Libya—criminal & unconstitutional.   The attack occurred early March, 2012 and Obama proclaimed his personal attack on Libya would last days, not weeks.  We are now 14 months into his criminal carnage.  Look no farther than Benghazi. 

What is the head Barker saying in promoting what the Eight call Immigration Reform?

Barker Rubio says there will be an improvement on Border Security (over a 10 year period, maybe)….not a secure border.  Rubio is a liar. There is no language in the Gang of Eights proposed legislation that speaks/guarantees border security in real time and specific measures.

Barker Rubio, the fast-talking Republican Shill, says that illegal Mexicans & OTM’s will receive no welfare benefits. He obviously thinks middleclass Americans are stupid.  Another bald-faced lie. Illegals presently receive any number of welfare programs specifically crafted for their use, in addition to the ones typically given to American Citizens.  Is there any citizen foolish enough to believe welfare dispensed to illegals will be terminated at any level-ever?

Rubio, along with other corrupt politicians banter the number of illegals in our republic as 11 million when in actuality there’s at least 25-35 million uninvited nesters. Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano says the border is relatively secure….she is a liar. I invite her to sit at any unfenced spot on our Southwestern border for one hour and allow how secure our border is.  That equates to 1,600 unfenced miles.

More damning legislative language that emphasizes increasing H-1B Visas, Guest Workers, etc. exponentially. Cheap labor visas will further the displacement of American workers while there is already a reported  20+ million unemployed Americans and a few million who have ceased looking for work.   Couple those facts with the 48 million Americans and other residents on Food Stamps. The U.S. already takes in more than 1 million legal immigrants and according to some estimates, as high as 1 million illegals yearly. GENOCIDE BY SUICIDE!

The passage of this legislation would allow millions more to invade our nation by means of the immediate family provision via chain migration. These 3rd Worlders largely have nothing to offer but warm bodies and a huge appetite for reproduction & welfare. Less than 2% of American crops are harvested by illegals.

Bear in mind again, the mantra of the Gang of Eight’s proposed perfidy is to destroy middleclass America, the last vestiges that represent a stable America by conferring amnesty to illegals and promoting open borders & cheap labor.  This action would serve to create a nexus between corporate America and the federal government, both being equal partners and the Feds would be the CEO.  Corporatism would have to obey the edicts of the Feds… textbook Fascism.

The question begs to be asked, will comatose Americans awake soon enough to vote these traitorous slugs out of office, i.e. divest ourselves of warmongering neoconservative Republicans & Cultural Marxist Democrats? Or will they continue to worship at the corrupt altars of the aforementioned political parties?  Be gone with them! 

Republicans divested themselves of their alleged principles Nov. 8, 2012 when their leadership proclaimed “we have to like Hispanics” (only for their votes) Can you believe the Republican boobs who are in positions of leadership are stupid enough to believe they can out-Democrat a Democrat who has at least a 6 decade long advantage slopping in the trough?  What are the carrots the Republicans planning to use?  Oh yes, Senator Marco Rubio the purveyor of lies and more lies…and an Hispanic whose allegiances should be questioned immediately.  The Republican leadership is showcasing Senator Rubio as a potential Republican presidential candidate. There is a question regarding his being a natural-born American.

Republican leaders fail to understand that Americans are thirsting for adherence to the Constitution, the rule of law, and morality, not their jaded flimflamming. Embrace our Founding Principles and that will lead to political victories.

Republicans are now the Party of Irrelevance (POI).

Senator Marco Rubio, Republican Show Horse, Liar, Anchor Baby, and titular head of the Gang of Eight pushing amnesty for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.(S.744)            May 17, 2013

Senator Rubio is turning out to be a scurrilous representative of the American people, and here are some examples.

He has surrounded himself with characters who in no way support the U.S. Constitution and Rule of Law.

1.    Cesar Conda—a former associate of George Soros. Conda is daily pushing for amnesty on Twitter and other venues, representing himself as Marco Rubio’s Public Relations Agent. Conda is an Immigration Lawyer and before becoming Rubio’s Chief of Staff he was employed by Soros on the Editorial Advisory Board of Soro’s magazine “The International Economy”.

Cesar Conda, along with Rubio are involved in any number of lies that the Gang of Eight has crafted, e.g. that upon the Bill’s passage the 25-35 million illegals would receive no welfare and another lie, would have to wait 10 years for citizenship.

2.    Another Rubio insider/advisor—a fellow by the name of Alex Conant made the statement that illegal aliens nesting in our country represent the institution of slavery.
3.    Conda formerly worked as Republican Senator Spencer Abraham’s Legislative Director
4.    I have very personal knowledge regarding former Senator Abraham, Republican of Michigan. Senator Abraham was wholly responsible for the mass immigration of 3rd World mideasterners entering the U.S. legally & illegally.
5.    I personally ran a campaign to defeat Spence Abraham in 1999 by moving 5-6% of the votes. We flew drag signs over the Michigan State & Michigan football games and over the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) and small newspapers  calling attention to Spence’s record on mass legal & illegal immigration. No single figure is/was responsible for mass immigration than was/is Senator Spence Abraham, the former Chair of the Senate Immigration Committee.
6.    Abraham was the key figure in sabotaging the most recent chance of meaningful reform, the Smith-Simpson Immigration Bill in 1996.

Senator Rubio speaks volumes regarding improving border security (maybe he will tell us what that means) never does he speak in terms of sealing the border or when his improving the border will take place—answer: Never.

Never was the Border Patrol or any of the ancillary services dealing with border security consulted by the Gang of Eight.

Rubio has failed to inform citizens that with the passage of the criminally corrupt bill it would allow illegals immediate families to enter the U.S. and the beat goes on.

Senator Rubio is nothing more than a slick talking Hispanic whose utterings are never to be believed and his allegiances questioned.

Senator Marco Rubio, anchor baby, Hispanic, titular head (for cosmetic purposes) of the Gang of Eight—just where do you think his true allegiances lie?  Rubio’s clan’s roots are in Cuba, not the U.S.

One does not have to look deep into the Gang of Eight to quickly understand the “Fix is In”, referencing the faux immigration bill they crafted.   Citing some characters in the Gang; Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer, a Jew from New York.  Schumer’s tribe was the progenitor of mass immigration, open borders and cheap labor which began in the 1920’s and he was the driving force in crafting the legislation.  Democrat Senator Bob Menendez, New Jersey, Hispanic, criminal charges pending.  The two warmongering globalists Republican Senators John McCain & Lindsay Graham.   The two are always in the forefront of rotten endeavors.  

These legislative whores who crafted the proposed immigration legislation betrayed Americans in any number of ways, with lies, accompanied by funding and special legislative favors directed at anti-American organizations, e.g. La Raza, LULAC, Catholic Charities, ad infinitum.

Lies:
1.    Using the number 11 million as the number of illegals nesting in our republic.  Bear Sterns in 2004 engaged in an extensive study as to how many illegal Mexicans & OTM’s were inside the boundaries of the U.S. and concluded there were at least 20 million & could go as high as 25 million.  Now the more accurate number is in the neighborhood of 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.

a.     Senator Rubio and the remaining 7 colleagues should travel to Sasabe, Az., a one store hamlet sitting squarely on the border and prop their collective bodies against a saguaro cactus and squat there for 2-3 hours, night or day, and count the illegals walking unimpeded into the U.S.  That would put the lie to their 11 million number and that is why they do not personally familiarize themselves with border criminalities.

2.    Rubio states with bluster that if the congress enacts this bill there would be no accompanying benefits/entitlements awarded to illegals. Perhaps the biggest lie of all.  When has any U.S. government entity ever cut an “entitlement”?  Never.  Over the decades, as an example, Catholic Charities has received Billions in taxpayer funding to support  their sanctuary programs (hiring, harboring and transporting illegals), while Catholic Bishops openly demand amnesty and open borders. Rubio is a Catholic.  
 
3.    Senator Rubio flimflams about improving border security—not about sealing the border—and his cosmetic job would take 5 years to improve border security (not secure) and the total chronology for border improvement could last 10 years.  A gigantic hoax and a slap in Americans’ faces. A clear indication there are no legal intentions to seal the border.  

4.    Politicians & bureaucrats bloviate that deportation is not possible—another bald-faced lie.  Call in the FBI and arrest well-placed CEO’s, e.g. Tyson’s, Pilgrim’s Pride, Simmons, etc. etc. (in accordance to 8 USC, Sections 1324a, 1325, 1324c) and the invaders would self-deport in a week because jobs would no longer be available.  An add on…less than 2% of aliens are picking crops/29% are on welfare.

5.    Pro-amnesty groups helped craft Rubio/Schumer’s bill and are receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in slush funds designed for public or private, non-profit organizations described in the bill as including community, faith-based (Catholic, Episcopal, Presbyterian) and other immigrant-serving organizations. Grants to be awarded to amnesty seeking groups run in the hundreds. No audit or oversight is included in this bill.

6.    The pro-securing the border groups such as Border Patrol, Sheriffs, and others were not invited or allowed to present their cases for consideration in crafting the bill.

7.    This bill will allow amnestied aliens to begin endless chains of relatives which segues our republic from a first world population to a third world dumping ground.  Chain migration will cost Trillions of dollars (which we do not have) of extra spending on social programs , and would steal employment opportunities from Americans (as is the case now). Politicians & bureaucrats continually state that illegals need to “come out of the shadows”.  Illegals overrun our country in broad daylight and policing agencies are ordered “hands off”.  The LIES are more than insulting to taxpaying citizens.

The Gang of Eight are orchestrating a colossal fraud.  Their actions can only be described as despicable.  What has been described in this screed is only a tip of the iceberg and any U.S. Senator or Congressman that supports the proposed Gang of Eight’s criminal activity must be voted out of office forthwith.   

Recall the story of Dorian Grey…a truly evil man who was able to conceal his rotten character in a portrait he kept concealed from view…his outward appearance was handsome but his portrait revealed the horrendous truth, which when discovered was his ultimate deserved demise.

It’s almost too preposterous to address, if not for the seriousness of the matter and by the way again, who is defending middleclass Arkansans/Americans?                    April 29, 2013

I refer to a front-page article appearing in Sunday’s edition in the Times Record by John Lyon of the Arkansas News Bureau titled “Health-Insurance Exchange (Obamacare) means jobs”!  Did any seasoned Arkansans/Americans ever think they would see the day when our once preeminent republic would be partially dependent on state/national welfare jobs and brag about it, and to what end? For example, Obamacare adding over ¼ million of additional underachieving Arkansans and illegal Mexicans to the welfare rolls?  The projected number now is over 266,000.

Remember Nancy Pelosi bloviating “we will not know what’s in Obamacare until we pass it”? Nothing has changed.   In Arkansas, Cynthia Crone, who is running the corrupt economic debacle said  “How many certified application counselors will be involved in the process is not known”. Same for “Navigators & Guides” (to be explained.)

Citizens, do you begin to understand the magnitude of this Obama theft (Obamacare) and its dependency creation? Brought to us originally by gubernatorial candidate Mike Ross and now by team leader Senator Jake Files (R), and tagalongs Senator Holland, Reps. Altes, Eubanks, Malone, McGill & others, after state Chamber of Commerce CEO Randy Zook instructed the aforementioned 6 as to what their marching orders were, i.e. enacting so-called important reforms to the Medicaid system—Obamacare,  eliminating costly taxes. Can Zook be that stupid or just another lie? Later, Zook congratulated the 6 for their votes to enact Obamacare.  Recall that Randy Zook is the grand wizard that promotes cheap labor, open borders, tort reform (legislators set awards instead of juries), and taxpayer subsidized health insurance.   Examples of corporate welfare. The above mentioned 6, with the aid of other elected, unconstitutional midgets, put the cost of Arkansas’ welfare healthcare squarely on the backs of the middleclass, while hundreds of corporations have received permission to opt out of Obamacare.

In a nutshell here are the beginnings of the Arkansas state health insurance exchanges.  There are 4 entry level categories that must be discharged before any form of implementation can begin. $$$$$$$$

1.    Navigators—will educate and assist consumers.
2.    Guides—duplication of navigators…will work with governmental & nongovernmental entities.
3.    Certified Counselors—perform same functions as first 2.
4.    Agents, Brokers—favored insurance companies get all the non-governmental business.

What is the cost of the above—oh yes, we won’t know until enacted…and that is just the tip. If ‘Arkansas Obamacare requires Navigators, Guides, Certified Counselors, Agents & Brokers just to introduce this monstrosity, any fool can quickly see Obamacare is a nation killer.

Now comes the most bombastic statement of all. Citizens can always count on State insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford, (the uber in the taxpayer trough) who stated “hiring people to help Arkansans enroll in the exchange, it is not creating a new bureaucracy”.  Say again, Commish?  Bradford continues by stating “It’s going to be privatized”.  Let’s see if I understand…the Feds ($17 TRILLION in debt) are allegedly paying Arkansas to administer the grand theft which will ultimately diminish the quality & quantity of healthcare in Arkansas for all, but they are going to let private enterprise administer it?  Sure they are. Government does not relinquish power, ever. The Fed is allegedly paying for the first 3 years, who pays after that?  Welfare numbers are not static.

We can thank the aforementioned six for their desertion of the middleclass and for betraying their campaign promises of smaller government, reduced taxation and individual initiatives. One final note, to underscore, there has been no citizen uprising demanding membership in the state exchange. State Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Hot Springs) who was against the exchange corruption stated, “My understanding is they’ll more or less go door to door and sign people up”. This of course smells precisely like former Gov. Huckabee’s Arkids First giveaway.  Use primetime taxpayer subsidized advertising to beg people to join.

Who represents the middleclass…no one.  Are these Republicans “public servants” or self-servants?

Middleclass Arkansans walk the plank.  Truth in media?          April 26, 2013

Front-page story authored by T.R. reporter Mary L. Crider titled “Lawmakers give museum $1 million”….correction Ms. Crider, lawmakers redistributed by force $1 million belonging to taxpayers without their permission.

The newly minted Republican majority, you may recall, all bill themselves as Constitutional/small government representatives. A topical examination follows.

Senator Files and tagalong fellow faux conservatives, Holland, Stubblefield, Douglas, Malone, Fite, Altes, and Democrat McGill funneled $1 million into the proposed nascent colossus to be known as the Marshall’s Museum.  Their actions fly in the face of honesty!

The museum, at its initial kickoff with follow-ups was billed as a “privately endowed venture”…pushed by Richard Griffin, Sam Sicard, Bennie Westphal, etc. now utilizing new-age Urban Renewal to develop their downtown for-profit endeavors, i.e. taxpayer subsidized. The government enabler for Griffin/Sicard/Westphal/et al is Senator Jake Files who orchestrated the disbursement of another $2 million to the museum a couple of sessions ago.

Have Files and any of his tagalongs ever consulted middleclass Fort Smithians & environs regarding their tax dollars being diverted to this pie-in-the-sky behemoth?

There is no way the colossus  can or will be built by private funding as above examples so demonstrate; therefore citizens are being maliciously hoodwinked by the Ft. Smith city government (who have already donated substantial taxpayer largesse), the aforementioned insiders & others, and of course couple them with Files & his tagalongs. Imagine if you will, if this behemoth is allowed to reach fruition what the costs will be to build & maintain. Think hundreds of millions. The Convention Center on steroids. Another tax burden placed on productive citizens without their permission.

At the recent end of the 89th General Assembly Arkansas’ 35 state senators awarded themselves $1 million each and the 100 state reps awarded themselves $350,000 each.  What for? Bribery, vote-buying & fundraising? Will they voluntarily reveal what & who is getting the stolen tax dollars? This unvarnished theft must be terminated next legislative session.

Then comes the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) allowing 250,000 additional Arkansans and illegals to enter the welfare arena for life compliments of Republicans, not knowing or caring about the cost or how it will affect the nation’s productive citizens. Senator Files was one of the first to join hands with Gov. Beebe, Sec. of Health & Human Services Sebelius and Obama of Obamacare in Arkansas’ version…a Republican sell-out.  The stated number has already grown by 36,000, furthermore; the passage of the traitorous Affordable Care Act automatically qualifies and enrolls them in ALL entitlement programs. Arkansans & illegals slopping in the welfare trough is rapidly approaching 1.5 million…half of Arkansas residents.

Then there was the move to incorporate school board elections with elections traditionally held in November so there would be a higher voter turnout in school board elections.  Fort Smith Superintendent Benny Gooden got exercised and demanded it be kept at the stated date (lower voter turnout means he can keep his puppets in place)…this proposed legislation was defeated and 26 Republicans withheld their vote.  The above mentioned were part of the group. I understand one school board member has held that position for about 20 years….why?

Republicans created an initiative to be brought to the voters which would extend term limits to 16 years.  Ask yourself why a self-supporting honest citizen would want to spend 16 years in such a capacity—public service or self-service? 
Representative/Lobbyist Stephanie Malone (Chamber & Ft. Chaffee Redevelopment) initiated this particular attack. Malone described this as just “partial term limits”!

The 89th General Assembly served the top & the bottom echelons of society—the welfare masses and corporations/government.

Nothing left for the middleclass except to pay and walk the plank.  Isn’t it time we rethink our positions regarding incumbency?  Observe every level of government.  All corrupt to the core.

IT’S PAYOFF TIME!                        April 23, 2013
Back in the day, the former Republican Party opined they were the political party that espoused the Constitution, the rule of law, small government and lower taxes.  The Party now cannot be accused of any of the above virtues, abandoning all as attested by the near conclusion of Arkansas 89th General Assembly.

Nationally, the day after the last presidential election, the former Republicans instituted a corrupt philosophy of trying to out-do the Democrats, apparently not understanding that the Democrats have a 70 year jump on them headlong into Cultural Marxism. How foolish they have been, those former Republicans, flushing long held principles to vie for vote-buying (Hispanics & OTM’s, welfare bums of all stripes), direct attacks on constitutional principles (tort reform) but not limited to, engineered by the likes of Stephens, Tyson’s, Insurance companies, etc.  and most of the former Republicans took the bait.

The former Republican Party now rebranded as the (POI) Party of Irrelevance, has given up all claims of representing their constituents.  So who do they represent?  Clearly, the 89th session demonstrated that they are in bed with the welfare crowd and the corporate/government nexus.

Who represents middleclass Arkansans—NO ONE.  Anyone who tries gets politically destroyed, i.e. Jon Hubbard. 

A brief critique of the legislative activities of the 89th assembly the rebranded majority party was engaged in will stamp them as traitors to the American way by increasing the size of government and attacking citizen held involvements in Ark. State government.

1.    The POI’s increased the state budget by $197 million.
2.    The Joint Budget Committee set aside hundreds of millions of surplus tax dollars “for various projects & purposes” (the amount is breathtaking). This demonstrates nothing but corruption. How many hundreds of millions of surplus tax dollars does the Ark. state government have? This vividly demonstrates that Arkansans are criminally overtaxed and why aren’t these millions given back to the taxpayers?  Then there is the matter of “various projects & purposes”.  Why are they not specifically revealed?
3.    Gave State employees a 2% cost of living raise.  When is the last time citizen subsidizers of government got a raise of any kind and then factor in that all government employees’ net incomes on average is 30% higher than private sector taxpayers!  More vote-buying by shameless legislators.
4.    Gave the government school system an increase of $47 million to an already existing budget of $2.046 BILLION.   FUNDING FOLLOWS FAILURE.
5.    The POI’s bequeath Gov. Beebe with $100 million and the House & Senate each received $35 million on their “favorite projects”. Each of the 35 Senators received $1 million apiece.  What’s the chance of this stolen money being used for vote-buying and fund raising schemes? Ask your legislators!
6.    The POI’s pushed through in the largest welfare program history of Arkansas (remember this is the former Republicans conducting this dollar onslaught) which will place ANOTHER 300+ THOUSAND ARKANSAS DEADBEATS & ILLEGALS ON WELFARE FOR LIFE.  This is one of Obama’s deals that no one & I mean no one understands what is in it. To further inflame the wound, these former Republicans dumped in another $107 million in the state’s Medicaid program.  The federal government (that’s me) is alleged to be paying for the above thievery while the fed now has a $17 Trillion debt and a president who is dedicated to destroying our former preeminent republic.  And these legislators have gleefully joined the Obama attack on Western Civilization.
7.    Passage of a Bill that makes it extremely difficult for citizens to petition the government through the use of initiatives for redress of grievances, i.e. training for signature gathering, increase in the percent of voter signatures needed to meet state mandates, etc.

In time it will be pointed out the relationships these representatives & senators have with whom and what for and further demonstrate that their first goal is to absolutely and totally destroy middleclass Arkansans’ influence in state government.
Be aware that this bunch wants to extend Term Limits to 16 years.

The question becomes, is this bunch who languishes in the Capitol most of the year traveling at taxpayers’ expense to meetings far & wide, “public servants” or “self-servants”? (Think Jeffress brothers).  As stated above, in due course the devil in the details will emerge.

P.S. Gov. Beebe will tout the addition of 300,000+ per year on Medicaid as a program that is virtuous, pure, and his legacy.  Oh yes, I believe he cut the grocery tax a ¼th of a cent, or something like that, which he boasts about.

Two reasons why the once Constitutional Republic of the United States of America cannot and will not survive…American’s brains have long been short-circuited by government schools, formerly known as Public Schools. Here are two out of thousands of examples.

1.    A new taco joint opens in Ft. Smith, Arkansas by the name of Taco Bueno and initial customers told owner John Davis they had waited 12 hours in line to taste Taco Bueno’s food.
2.    Emanating out of Arkansas’ 89th General Assembly, Arkansas House Speaker Davy Carter (R-Cabot) told reporters after the vote on the misnomer “Affordable Care Act”…”I think we’ve had a great day in Arkansas in the Ark. House.”  The great day Carter is alluding to is putting an additional 250,000 more Arkies & illegals on welfare and statewide the number is approaching $1.5 million.  Admitting this type of failure and accompanying theft from the producers is a “great day”??

Oh yes, the 250,000 number has already exploded to 281,580 and the bill isn’t even out of the gates.  Simple question: the federal government has stated it will pay (that’s me) for all Affordable Care Act theft taken by force by the 89th Assembly for redistribution and the Fed is currently in debt $17 TRILLION, with $100 TRILLION in unfunded mandates, i.e. social security, medicare, & MEDICAID.

Legislators tell us again how & who is paying for this phantom unearned largesse that will be redistributed to Arkies & illegals?

Finally this 89th General Assembly is a producer-subsidized protection racket and on close examination it is revealed that most of you legislative whiz kids are in bed with government, either directly or indirectly.  Middleclass Arkansans don’t stand a chance.

More off-the-wall mutterings made by you on Sunday’s April 14 edition of Fox News.

On multiple occasions answering questions posed by Anchor Chris Wallace regarding legalization of illegal Mexicans & OTM’s, you stated if legalization occurs the newly crowned legals will not receive any federal benefits.

That Senator is the most outlandish statement (ignorance or outright lie?) you could possibly make.

Illegals receive on demand every welfare benefit available to American citizens and numerous ones that are specifically crafted for illegal aliens, e.g.
1.    Thanks to former Mike Huckabee, while in office he & the Arkansas General Assembly passed legislation that gave all illegal women living in Arkansas free prenatal care and all ancillary services.  Do you have idea how many illegal women journey to Arkansas for all the grand theft orchestrated by Huckabee and his enablers?
2.    Also, healthcare, welfare legislation known as Arkids First, with no lid on who or how much largesse they receive, was also passed by Huckabee and the foolish general assembly. WHO PAYS?

Theft by state government and the federal government borne on the backs of citizens is breathtaking, while the 25-35 million illegals (not the faux 11 million) nesting in our republic are absorbing BILLIONS yearly and you state that these BILLIONS will be cut off and the newly minted illegal legals will not receive welfare benefits? WHAT A CRUEL HOAX DIRECTED AT AMERICANS.

Senator, do you think all Americans are stupid?   The Seven other Senators you are associated with called the Gang of Eight are nothing more than a collection of self-serving parasites, who are in large part the reason our republic is in a nosedive to the abyss.

One of the reasons I stated in yesterday’s facts…I don’t trust you.  Data on the enormous costs of illegals is readily available; don’t try to grease the skids.

Your utterings regarding the crafting of an illegal immigrant reform bill is indeed unsettling. 

Just so you will know, the federal government has laws in place (8 USC) that if enforced we would not be subjected to the rants of the Gang of Eight and there would not be 25-35 million illegals nesting in our Republic—no, not the 11 million faux number.

Now to you Senator, frankly, I have never trusted you, you after all are a Hispanic and you will always curry to Hispanics. With that said, your repetitive statements regarding our southern border demanding IMPROVEMENT IN BORDER SECURITY.  (Improvement you say—that won’t cut it)  That tells me and millions of Americans the Eight of you have no intention in sealing the southern border contiguous with Mexico now or ever, and what you propose is a magnet for millions more illegal invaders.

If you were a real American you would make the following Constitutional demands and give no quarter:
1.    Seal the borders…and we don’t want to hear “we don’t have the funding” when this warmongering country has military presence in 130+ countries interfering with their rights to live as they see fit.
2.    No Amnesty in any form, i.e. pathways, chronology, visas, etc.
3.    Deport all illegals, they are in violation of the U.S. Constitution and 8 USC and impinging on Americans in any number of ways, all compliments of the corrupt federal government, of which you are a part.
4.    If you and the remaining Gang of Seven were behaving in a manner the Constitution demands these interlopers could be removed in 24 hours.  If you don’t understand how, give me a call.
5.    No more Open Borders tripe masquerading as Immigration Reform.

Do what you were sworn to do.
