Deranged vs. Sane April 14, 2017

Who outnumbers who? The deranged, with differing degrees of severity, dominate most important institutions—education; media; politics/government all levels; also the military/industrial/surveillance/banking complex.

The variably deranged dominate the indoctrinated young; the power-hungry, warmongering elites & neoconservatives; the Democrat party; the propagandized “victims”, e.g. gays, lesbians, LGBTQ’s, blacks, Hispanics, OTM’s (other than Mexicans), “refugees”, illegal aliens….illiterates, semi-illiterates, pyschos, neurotics, misfits & other “challenged” individuals.

The Deranged among those listed in the previous paragraph are much easier to comprehend than those of high ranking positions, I.Q., academic achievements, etc. Usually such intelligent individuals might be expected to excel in common sense, intellectual honesty, strive for peace with law & order resulting in justice. Unfortunately for the sane, the educated, intelligent deranged are more energetically driven for power & wealth and lack a conscience on how those goals are obtained. They look down with disdain at the sane who honestly work for a living, pay their taxes, raise their kids, live on a budget & believe in self-reliance, liberty, Constitutional Bill of Rights, property rights, etc. and who mostly cannot comprehend the motives of the deranged and or of what terrible things they are capable.

The Deranged have many labels…Liberals, Progressives, Cultural Marxists, neoconservatives. The latter has been especially successful with their psychological warfare. For example, their creation of phantom enemies/false flags have drummed up “patriotic” hysteria which lure the young to join the military in their “eternal wars” (power & $Trillions) as their cannon fodder and keep the public in line with their bromides of “keeping us safe”, all the while scoffing at the stupid, compliant, insouciant public. One of the worst, ironic results of their wars is the creation of “refugees” who have every reason to seek revenge for their war torn countries and are being welcomed into the deranged Western countries who ravaged those countries. How insane is that?

This is a pivotal historical time in the USA & all Western Civilization nations. Whether the sane or the deranged tip the scales—so goes the world.

The Sane are not in positions of power and many are misinformed and misled, making solidarity nearly impossible. Without cohesion, comprehension, and a solid truthful knowledge of history their coming together as a force to be reckoned with is doubtful.

Since the decades of deliberately dumb-down/indoctrination, It appears too late for the sane to reintroduce the Enlightenment—logic, common sense, merit, achievement, rugged individualism, et al to save us from being led back to the Dark Ages & thence back to the jungle where might makes right & dog eats dog and the individual is sacrificed to the Deranged Collectivists?

Never has a society been so relentlessly conditioned to accept serfdom in the name of “diversity” & “social justice”—never so intent on its own white race genocide. (“White Guilt”)

History & science prove that the white race has the genes which drive progress, prosperity, innovation, greatness in music, the arts, and sciences, and most importantly the will & knowledge required to install Constitutional law which protects the innocent, and the ability to raise the quality of life for all, regardless of mentality/ethnicity/race.

Patriots voted for Donald Trump because he was not a politician and said he was opposed by the political Establishment, the Marxists, the Anarchists, the Progressives, the media, academia, et al. The people understood that much anyway…that if all the bad guys were against him, he must be the one to fight them.

But he has not divested himself of all the Deranged and let too many of them into his tent which accounts for his reneging on the campaign promises which elected him. Perhaps the Deep State is much larger & powerful than even he could imagine. Or perhaps he was a clever plant by globalists who want the voters to keep thinking their vote counts to throw out the bad guys. Or perhaps like Perot, he is now placed in a position of keeping himself & family alive by following directions.

The question for me always remains—once the elite globalists have killed the Golden (White) Goose, whence comes the $$$ ? But then they are deranged/insane & perhaps incapable of following that simple logical thought.

Whoopee, a majestic throne over a sub-human mess of species who are unable to achieve or create wealth, only to plunder/ravage or to be dependent. Makes no sense whatsoever…but maybe I’m playing checkers with champion chess players & simply can’t comprehend their next moves.

I still have to ask how do you deal with; much less overcome ruling deranged lunatics who appear to be invincible with in impenetrable protection racket ring ensconced around them? Observe all the maniacal, unconstitutional acts with which they have gotten away.

Pity the disarmed, misinformed, illogical youth.

“CONSERVATIVE”—What does it mean?

“Abuse of words has been the great instrument of sophistry and chicanery, party, faction, and division of society”—John Adams, March 31, 1819

Does being a “conservative” denote a person who truly believes in and upholds the tenets of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the sage advice of our Founding Fathers?

If so, many calling themselves “conservatives” are charlatans or worse and who hijacked the term for nefarious means, luring well-meaning citizens into their web of deceit as participants in perpetuating a bastardized term.

If one calls oneself a “conservative” & is a true believer in the Founding principles:
1. How can one support preemptive, unconstitutional wars?
2. How can one take pride in a military whose mission is to kill, maim, and destroy infrastructure & antiquities in any nation who has done us no harm?
3. Only congress can declare war and for truthful, dire reasons—we have not been attacked by any country—the various “terror attacks” allegedly perpetrated by individuals not officially representing foreign military would point to apprehension/incarceration, etc. of said individuals, not wholesale attacks on entire countries.
4. Much evidence including physical, eyewitnesses, expert professionals, etc. has been available to the government concerning all the “terrorist” attacks, yet none are listened to or publicized/reported by government agencies or their MSM .
5. In light of government performance or lack thereof, and their accomplishments in diminishing our freedoms and the shredding of our Founding Documents & Principles—why would you trust their versions of any critical events, much less jump on their bandwagon?

In plain language—the Neo-Cons (Leo Strauss followers—similar to Alinsky) have coopted the term Conservative for their own nefarious reasons just as the Collectivists have done to the word Liberal.

In other words, the Republican Party is now the party of warmongering Fascists/Crony Capitalists and the Democrat Party is now the party of Socialists/Communists.

If you stand with the Founders you are a Constitutionalist or a Declarationist (Declaration of Independence upholder). (Libertarians are open border advocates which destroys our culture, language, & borders)

What is a Declarationist?

WHAT IS A DECLARATIONIST? February 21, 2016

The Declaration of Independence is this republic’s foundation & guiding light. It is the best document ever written defining the roles of the individual vs. the roles of the government.

A “ Declarationist” is one who believes in the tenets of the Declaration of Independence which explains the primacy of the individual over any collective, i.e. no collective force (government) has the right to deprive any individual of his rights to life, liberty, property, or pursuit of happiness.

We are all born with natural rights, due to the fact that we are human beings, and that is a contradiction and denial of the idea that our rights come from government—indeed, proper government derives its power from “the consent of the governed”. The exact opposite of what we observe today. The government behemoth crushes dissenting individuals.

Unlike Orwell’s “Animal Farm”, some animals are not supposed to have superior rights than others.

Our Founding Fathers (much better educated, wiser, & rational than “leaders” today) endeavored to fashion a document which could control/leash the government Beast through checks & balances in order to protect & uphold individual rights—the U.S. Constitution.

Unfortunately the Founders’ noble efforts have been undone—the Constitution has been altered, revised, misinterpreted, twisted & warped to such a degree that its simple, straight-forward wording might as well be pig-latin and a panel of government 9 black robed RAPACIOUS HARPIES (thank you Patrick Henry) are declared to be the final arbiters of its meaning.

Individuals were meant to be left alone to live their lives as they see fit as long as they do not violate another’s individual rights. They were to be allowed to rise or fall according to their own efforts, merit, and achievement and that led to a great, civilized, imminently successful country that enjoyed great respect and envy.

Once those rational standards were breeched and betrayed disaster loomed. Coddling neer-do-wells (welfare state); allowing/encouraging 3rd world immigration; neglecting border security; instigating cultural Marxist tactics/principles into our institutions, especially education; lowering standards everywhere; allowing the political sector to become completely corrupted with no transparency or accountability; engaging in preemptive, unconstitutional wars from which we have gained nothing but death, destruction, debt, & global enemies; all & much more have brought us to the very brink of economic and cultural ruin/disaster/collapse.

All the things Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and the other grand dissenters gave their all to avoid are upon us. The Declaration of Independence was our start & our foundation, nothing less than a return to those sane, rational, sound tenets can save us.

There are many who call themselves Conservatives but how many willing to face the ugly truth of what that term has come to mean? That is why I am a “DECLARATIONIST”………I know I am not alone, but how many of us are there, really?

To all well-meaning citizens on the “Right”: February 19, 2016

Now hear this…the word “CONSERVATIVE” has been politically bastardized. The word Conservative has morphed from a description of supporting small government/individual rights to a description that demands U.S. world hegemony & eternal wars solely for the benefit for the industrial/military/banking and corporatism. All without citizen knowledge, ostensibly to show our emotional ” patriotism” and “support for the troops who keep us safe ”—translation: keep the ignorant citizen dupes eager & willing to pay for murder & mayhem with their own blood & treasure under the guise of fighting “TERRORISM”! Reminiscent of ancient Rome’s “Bread & Circuses” tactic, only far more dangerous.

STOP using that word if you truly want a return to a Constitutional Republic! By using it you are falling into a well-set Neo-Con trap to make it appear you support their quest to control the world at any cost—even nuclear conflagration—only a psychopath could support such madness.

Calling oneself a “Conservative” lends credibility to the neoconservatives who could not care less about the Constitution, especially when it comes to waging preemptive wars on sovereign nations (in order to gain what?) or on Americans’ civil liberties. Never forget what Bush II said “Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!” & that his mother Barbara, when asked about the Iraqi war casualties remarked on TV “ Why should we hear about body bags and deaths? It’s not relevant. So why should I waste my beautiful mind on something like that?”

They pose as your friends but are in truth your worst enemies because of their “patriotic” façade. After all, the “Conservatives” are the ones that passed the Patriot Acts, the Military Commissions Act, etc. dismantling habeas corpus & posse comitatus (your rights to trial by jury & protection against search & seizure) in the name of fighting “Terrorism”. You already understand that the Democrat party has been taken over by Socialist/Communists but many are still involved in futile wishful thinking when it comes to the GOP.

STOP giving cover to the warmongering neocons by referring to them & yourselves as “conservatives”. The word now stands for historical evil personified—utter disregard for innocent human beings and ruthless, bloody conquest on a scale only dreamed of by the barbarians of the past who had no missiles, drones, insidious surveillance, or nuclear capabilities…thank goodness…wonder if even they would have sense enough not to consider triggering a conflagration that could wipe out the world population? The Neocons don’t.

So what so do true patriots (read terrorists by both parties) call themselves instead of conservatives…..the truly learned individuals prefer the term “Federalist” as originally defined, many prefer “Constitutionalist” (even though it was flawed with Eminent Domain & “the Common Good” references, plus the many twisted & warped interpretations the judicial/politicians have visited upon it), my personal favorite is “Declarationist” because the Declaration of Independence was our original, brilliant document in defense of individual rights & rebellion against tyranny. Perhaps a culmination of the Enlightenment written by the right man, in the right place, at the right time…Thomas Jefferson.

As for myself, I am not a conservative; I am a “Declarationist”! What are you?

Revisiting the Distressed Cavaliers & real history

The “Distressed Cavaliers”…….The best kept secret in our history, next to the truth about tyrant “Honest Abe”. (Read “The Real Lincoln” by Thomas DiLorenzo)

The Collectivists/Politically Correct purveyors’ worst nightmare would be for American citizens to learn of their true Founding history….from the establishment of Jamestown by adventurers and businessmen BEFORE the Pilgrim’s Plymouth Rock, the first Thanksgiving at Berkley Plantation, BEFORE the Pilgrims’, to the wonderment of the saga of the “Distressed Cavaliers”. (Such knowledge might give rise to the pride Americans once had in their heritage, something carefully destroyed by the Politically Correct method of Cultural Marxists.)

In the mid 1600’s Sir William Berkeley, Governor of Virginia, had the brilliant plan of recruiting the younger sons of English Noble families. He was able to entice them with promises of land and position because under the custom of the day, only the oldest son was allowed to inherit the family estate and fortune. Another contributing factor was the ascendency of the Puritans in England who persecuted the non-Puritans. Hence the name, “The Distressed Cavaliers”. (“Albion’s Seed”, by David Fischer)

From these ranks came young men of education, intelligence, bravery, honor, ambition, entrepreneurialship, and leadership. Englishmen of breeding and substance. It was from this stock that the First Families of Virginia arose. They included names such as Custis, Harrison, Randolph, Mason, Madison, Washington, Lee, Jefferson, Jay, Carroll, etc.
Our beginnings and subsequent progress were not based on “Diversity”, a twisted concept at best. It was based on consistency, rule of law, honor, and a knowledge of the Enlightenment philosophy of Individualism. A man was judged by strict rules on conduct, which allowed those of lesser circumstances to function and succeed as well.

No wonder none of this is taught in the Collective Government Schools. Knowledge such as this might make for a citizenry schooled in merit and the fact that government’s only legitimate business is that of protecting the rights of the citizens and the Constitution.
A great country cannot grow based on ignorance, superstition, or anarchy, which is the result of multi-culturalism, (too many legal & illegal aliens from 3rd World cultures having little or no redeeming factors…in short all people are not the same; much depends on their achievements and values) leading to tyranny and dictatorship over the masses. Individual rights and freedoms are an anathema to Collectivists—whether Socialists, Fascists, Communists, or Monarchists.

Every aspect of Western Civilization is under attack and every other culture is being touted…all by design to destroy its very foundations. Some call it genocide.

Our Founders accomplished the most astonishing achievement in the history of the known world…they established a Constitutional Republic at the beginning of our nation, which differed drastically from Democracy (Mob Rule)which is how politicians, bureaucrats and other co-conspirators are fond of describing our system today, and all forms of Collectivism ever tried. The rights of the individual were held supreme, not the power of government. The Right to Life, Liberty, Property and the Pursuit of Happiness was not meant for government but for individual citizens.

Oh, how we need the Cavaliers today to vanquish the trolls and harpies who rule over us, demean and threaten our very existence.

Background: The concept of private individual property rights is a recent arrival in the timetables of human history, much less its official enactment in various degrees by governments around the world—specifically Western Civilization.

The concept finally caught fire in intellectual philosophers’ minds, mainly by the 16th century, to the extent that by the time our Founders were young pupils studying classical literature, languages & philosophies, the rarified ideas of individual rights were honored and struggling to be achieved in reality. The overwhelming significance was for the masses of people who had suffered nearly forever under the heavy hand of tyranny. Up until then it was unheard of that an individual had the right to keep the fruits of his labor and that no one had the right to take them by force of any means.

Our Founders gave us the first nation on earth based on such concepts as individual rights, freedoms, responsibilities and liberty. That an individual doesn’t owe his life to anyone else, nor did anyone else owe theirs to him.
So what happened?

Morph to today—look around at everything governmental (taxpayer funded)—opulence far beyond basic needs, if indeed real NEEDS even exist. Libraries, post offices, police & fire stations, city halls, convention/entertainment centers, schools/sports facilities, office buildings for myriads of agencies, ad infinitum, and all with well paid employees (salaries & perks) while most of the folks paying the bills struggle mightily in comparison.

Altruism is often used as the excuse for taxpayer abuse, e.g. pointing the government gun (laws, regulations, fines, imprisonment) at the heads of wage earners to steal what they want for their particular project, e.g. the illegal child invasions at our borders designed to financially & culturally break the backs of our middleclass and destroy sovereignty.

Altruism is an effective ancient concept generally preached by some religions. It was formally named by Auguste Compte in 1851. Its basic tenant is that one’s own life does not morally belong to the individual but rather to the collective/group/community/others and that serving their interests was superior to one’s own self-interest. It is an impractical, irrational, unlivable, destructive imperative which our Founders would have found reprehensible.

Perhaps the hardworking people of Fort Smith have grown weary of the ever-demanding, unending growth/funding of government entities when the voters recently voted against new onerous increases in taxes to fund the Library cabal’s “visions”. This time they didn’t fall for the “It’s For the Children”, or the perpetual knee-jerk “Giving Back to the Community” propaganda so prevalent today. (Btw, who paid for all that pro-tax advertising?) After all, there are those who still remember the proper & only roll for libraries….books to learn from, not every new technological advance & government program which exists today.

The Library puppet-show & Kabuki dance designed to make folks feel guilty for wanting to keep more of their earnings didn’t work this time and is usually a surefire tactic, and must make the politicians & bureaucrats shocked and angry at this unexpected rejection. They are in all probability already plotting new strategies to get their way…maybe by cutting services under the guise of underfunding to punish the upstarts?

The concept of “rugged individualism” is all but lost, “it takes a village” has won most battles but this one little victory against Forced Redistribution means the flame is not completely out, at least not yet.

SWEARING AN OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION AND HOW IT WORKS.

Without a doubt, the most overlooked and abused object during an election season is the Oath of Office. When was the last time you heard the Oath to uphold and defend our Constitution and Bill of Rights mentioned in a political debate; on the evening news or by any of the so-called pundits in the media?

In today’s world, one must exhibit their ability to perform the job they have applied for, usually in the form of a test or examination; a driver’s license; a teaching certification; license to practice medicine; contractor’s license; POST certification; a concealed carry permit and many more. All these require a working knowledge of the job they have applied for or are being employed to do and some form of examination or test to demonstrate knowledge and application of the principals involved. Yet, for the literally hundreds of thousands of politicians, public officials, law enforcement personnel and government bureaucrats, there is no examination given on what is the most important and sometimes the only requirements of their jobs.

In the Oath of Office taken by politicians, bureaucrats, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel and other so-called public servants, the primary object which requires that oath is the Constitutions of the United States and the State in which they perform their duties. No one taking this sacred oath should be allowed to assume any job or position if they cannot demonstrate a working knowledge of the single most important aspect of their job.

Would you be upset if you discovered the doctor who was about to perform life-saving surgery on your child had never passed any test or examination of knowledge and/or proficiency of the procedure they were about to perform? How safe would you feel knowing the pilot of the plane you are about to board for a cross country flight had never actually flown a plane before, but, had taken an oath claiming they knew how? How secure would you be if you were about to make your first skydiving jump from 10,000ft and was told the person who packed your chute had never packed a chute before, had no prior knowledge of how to do it correctly, but was a member of the same political party as you?

But these are life and death situations, you say! Need I remind you of the words from our Declaration of Independence?
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” (Emphasis added)

Trusting those we elect to adhere jealously to their sacred oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States and the State Constitution where they reside, against all enemies, foreign and domestic, while not knowing or caring if they have any knowledge of those documents has led to a tyrannical, out of control, totally centralized, socialist government. A government which has created so much debt our children, grand-children and great grandchildren will be virtual slaves to those who hold that debt.
In 1863, then Secretary of the Treasury, Salmon P. Chase, stated to a group who were questioning the ever rising war debt and how it would be repaid, “The very land of this country, every inch of soil, is collateral on that debt.” When you look around and see the gradual confiscation of land and natural resources by bureaucratic agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management and the US Forest Service, along with mortgage based securities used to shore up the stock market and guarantee the billions of dollars in fiat money the Federal Reserve sinks into the market each month, perhaps you can understand the words of Secretary Chase and the purpose of Section IV in the never properly ratified 14th Amendment, which states:

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law… shall not be questioned.”
Simply stated, the land you think you own, in many cases putting your blood, sweat, tears and life’s savings into, is listed as collateral for our ever increasing national debt along with our Public Lands of course. We got here by not caring if those we elect know anything of the objects of their sacred oaths of office.

During the War for Southern Independence, the oath morphed into an oath of allegiance to government rather than to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That is how the oath is interpreted by the vast majority of our elected officials and bureaucrats today, much to the detriment of the actual purpose of that oath.

Once people believe their sacred oath is to the government, as opposed to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, they, by default, believe any and all actions of the government are legitimate and must be followed. These actions are most often referred to as “laws” or “regulations.” Their lack of knowledge is compounded when they mistakenly believe that any law or regulation passed by that government is the supreme law of the land; an idea that is often repeated by those who intentionally bastardize Article VI Section 2 of our Constitution to their own selfish intentions and agendas.

Our Founders like Thomas Jefferson, George Mason and writers like Frederic Bastiat saw and understood how tyrants would pervert the law and regulations to their own profit and beliefs. Jefferson said of Rightful Liberty:

“Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.” (Emphasis mine)

And here Bastiat explains the per
version of law:

“…law by no means confines itself to its proper functions. And when it has exceeded its proper functions, it has not done so merely in some inconsequential and debatable matters. The law has gone further than this; it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own objective: It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was supposed to maintain; to limiting and destroying rights which its real purpose was to respect. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. It has converted plunder into a right, in order to protect plunder. And it has converted lawful defense into a crime, in order to punish lawful defense.” (Emphasis mine)
Please note that in the oaths taken by the President, members of Congress, Sheriff’s in Colorado and many other offices which require an oath to our US and State Constitutions, there is no oath to uphold or defend the law. Remember Jefferson’s admonition that the law “is often but the tyrant’s will.”

Martin Luther King Jr. also alluded to the perversion of law.

“We should never forget that everything Adolf Hitler did in Germany was “legal” and everything the Hungarian freedom fighters did in Hungary was “illegal.” It was “illegal” to aid and comfort a Jew in Hitler’s Germany…” ~Martin Luther King Jr. Letter from the Birmingham Jail

It is essential to Rightful Liberty that everyone who takes a sacred oath to our Constitutions has a working knowledge of those documents; they should all be held accountable and each one has an equal obligation to that oath. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’s oath is no more significant or important than a local Deputy Sheriff or City Police Officer.
Working correctly and in concert, those oaths would protect the Rightful Liberty of everyone at each level.

1. At the point of contact, each member of law enforcement should have a working knowledge of the Constitution and the individual rights of those whom they serve.
2. Should the officer violate the rights of the individual, the District Attorney who prosecutes the case has the power to dismiss such cases where the rights of the citizens are violated. Knowledge of the limits placed on government by our constitutional rights is critical at this level.
3. As prescribed by our Bill of Rights, the case should then be placed in the hands of a Grand Jury to not just determine possible guilt but also the constitutionality of the law and the circumstances of arrest and/or the validity of warrants; search and arrest.
4. Should the violation of rights escape the first three stages, then a judge with a working knowledge of the Natural Laws mentioned in our Declaration of Independence would have it within their power to dismiss the charges.
5. Should the first three checkpoints fail then it is of vital importance those who sit on juries be well versed in our US and State Constitutions. At no time should they be dependent on the Judge or the DA to explain to them the law and whether that law is indeed constitutional. This fifth step places the determination of constitutionality back in the hands of the people where it belongs.
No Oath or Vow in itself contains the establishment of truth. That oath is a testimony of the swearer’s intent to honor their word in fulfillment of that promise. If they have little to no knowledge of that which they swear to do, how will they know they have broken their sacred oath and how will “we the people” know if we also do not have that knowledge?
A strict adherence to the principles of our Constitution and Bill of Rights would not provide a perfect social environment, but it would create a society that honors Rightful Liberty and a government that does not saddle our posterity with a smothering debt they can never hope to pay.

The next time you visit with your children or grandchildren, be sure and explain to them how their futures are indeed grim, with very little hope for prosperity, because you did not take the time to understand your obligations as a citizen and your propensity to elect people because they called themselves this or that or because they belonged to your chosen political party without a passing thought to strict adherence to their Sacred Oaths.

When a candidate tells you it is their duty to enforce any and all laws passed in this country—-be afraid, be very afraid. They are admitting publicly the Sacred Oath they will take means nothing and at some point in time they will violate your rights and/or seize your property.

I fully understand why people get very defensive whenever any acts by supposedly good Americans are compared to Hitler and Nazi Germany, but when considering the rapid descent into abject Socialism in this country during the past 12-14 years, could it be time to take the gloves off and realize we seem to be following in the footprints of history?

Oh, we are nothing like the Nazi’s—I hear the chorus now. BUT—the president can order the death or imprisonment of an American Citizen without a trial. (National Defense Authorization Act-2012) We have socialized medicine. (Obamacare and Dubya Bush’s Part D Medicare Plan) Our Bill of Rights has been eviscerated. (Patriot Act, Department of Homeland Security) Please name one of the above that in any way conflicts with the principles of Nazi Germany.

Is it just coincidence that Adolf Hitler used the term “protect the Homeland” in the speech when he created the Gestapo and George W. Bush used the exact same phrase in his news conference after 9/11? Good arguments could be made on both sides I am sure.
The crucial issue here is the failed concept prevailing among many in our country that whatever the government says, whether they say it through enacted legislation or regulation by some government bureaucracy, it is to be treated as gospel and obeyed without discussion. Whether we are like Nazi Germany or rapidly getting there, the basic premise that government is the almighty is the vehicle which leads to destruction of Liberty and Individual Sovereignty and the advent of heinous crimes by the government.

We have a local representative here in Colorado who has stated publicly that “no law is unconstitutional until the Supreme Court says it is.” We also have a candidate for Sheriff who says that all laws that emanate from the government will be enforced should he become Sheriff. Both happen to be Republicans, but, for the sake of brevity, we shall skip over a broad discussion of that point in this offering.

To believe that the people who created our government through our states were to become its slaves and subject to its every whim would have been a real surprise to our ancestors who voted in the various State Ratification Conventions to approve this form of government, for they were told if they voted to ratify our Constitution, the exact opposite would be true.

The real question is: do those who advocate the government must be obeyed regardless of the law passed, or regulation written, do so from a true philosophical belief or from sheer ignorance of the Constitutional principles they have sworn to “uphold and defend from all enemies, foreign and domestic?” How does one in good conscience take a sacred oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights and then claim they will uphold, defend and enforce any law passed by government? Another question is: do they have a working knowledge of the Constitution that would enable them to know the difference?

I will offer below, as a classic example of a person holding a very important position in government, publicly claiming they are not qualified for the job they were elected to, while all the while being too ignorant to know they are making such a confession publicly. First, though, let’s take a look at the office of Sheriff here in Colorado.

The Office of Sheriff in Colorado is created by our Constitution. Colo. Const., art. XIV, sect. 8. The Constitution does not enumerate particular duties of Sheriffs. Colorado statutes do specify various duties for Sheriffs, most of which are restatements of the Sheriffs’ traditional common law powers and duties. For example: “to keep and preserve the peace in their respective counties, and to quiet and suppress all affrays, riots, and unlawful assemblies and insurrections”; to “act as fire warden of his or her respective county”; to “appoint some proper person undersheriff”; and so on. Colorado Revised Statutes sect. 30-10-501 et seq. Nothing in the list of statutory duties requires Sheriffs to enforce every state statute or any federal law for that matter.

In Colorado, our Sheriff’s take a very simple oath of office:
“I, …….., do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of Colorado, the Ordinances of …….. County and that I will faithfully perform the duties of the Office of County Sheriff, of the County of …….., State of Colorado, upon which I enter.”

This oath is in the form required by the Colorado Constitution, Article XII, sect. 8. which reads as follows:

“Every civil officer, except members of the general assembly and such inferior officers as may be by law exempted, shall, before he enters upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation to support the constitution of the United States and of the state of Colorado, and to faithfully perform the duties of the office upon which he shall be about to enter.”

There is absolutely not to be found in the Oath of Office or the Articles of the Colorado Constitution anything that states the Sheriff must uphold and defend the laws of the state of Colorado or the United States. Could it be that since the Sheriff swears to uphold and defend the Constitutions of Colorado and the US, that that covers any and all laws that are created “in pursuance” of the constitutions, and the occupant of the office of Sheriff is presumed to have a working knowledge of both in order to determine if those laws are indeed constitutional? Is not each person who takes that solemn oath not equally responsible for assuring to those whom they serve a strict adherence to the principles of those documents and to “uphold and defend” them against any unconstitutional edicts submitted by either government? Is it possible to be faithful to one’s oath while at the same time enforcing clearly unconstitutional laws?

Here are excerpts of a letter written by a sitting Sheriff of Colorado (not from our county) in January of 2013, relative to the issues of the Second Amendment; written on official county letterhead, displaying his ignorance of his sacred oath and a proud (to him) display of sufficient evidence to illustrate his incompetence for the office of public trust he holds. (My comments in italics)
“Although I have great respect and admiration for each of my colleague sheriffs and police chiefs across the country, I take exception with the handful of public servants who have suggested that they would reject enforcement of any “unconstitutional mandates,” specifically related to the Second Amendment.” (How can one have a valid, enforceable law that contradicts the Constitution?)
“If an issue were to be arbitrarily deemed “unconstitutional,” the decision to curtail further enforcement responsibilities would be in direct conflict with the concept of the balance of powers, as defined by our founders.” (Ouch! Perhaps the good sheriff has never heard of one Thomas Jefferson, who stated: “My construction of the Constitution is… that each department is truly independent of the others and has an equal right to decide for itself what is the meaning of the Constitution in the cases submitted to its action…” Perhaps that is why they all take an oath to uphold and defend.”)

“Public safety professionals serving in the executive branch, do not have the constitutional authority, responsibility, and in most cases, the credentials to determine the constitutionality of any issue.” (Well, Sheriff, if you do not possess the authority, responsibility or the credentials to determine the “constitutionality” of any issue, you should immediately resign, for in your statement you admit to having little to no knowledge of the documents you swore to “uphold and defend.” Such knowledge would prepare you to possess the authority, responsibility and certainly the credentials which you wear on your uniform shirt, to determine the constitutionality of any act.” Your statement is a bold admission you do not have the knowledge necessary to protect the rights of those who pay your salary.)

“The authority and responsibility to determine the legality and/or the constitutionality of a matter is to be accomplished by the judicial branch, as clearly defined in the Constitution.” (Gosh, Sheriff, sure do wish you would have cited chapter and verse on this bold but incorrect assertion. It would appear your lack of knowledge is quite extensive. Again from Mr. Jefferson: “Nothing in the Constitution has given [the judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. Both magistrates are equally independent in the sphere of action assigned to them.” And “To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy…The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.”
And finally the Sheriff’s coup de grace: – “WE ARE A NATION OF LAWS.” (Factually, our founders never intended for this to be a nation, for our decisions are made through representatives and not in the aggregate, which is the very definition of a “Nation.” So, Sheriff, you are wrong on that count, and also we are not an anything “of laws.” We are a country with a Constitution and a Bill of Rights which defines what is and what is not constitutional. Laws do not decide for themselves if they are valid.”

If you are looking for a Sheriff like the one who wrote the above, there is one available on the ballot in November; one with an (R) beside his name. If you are looking for a Sheriff who understands his obligations to protect the rights of the people and also understands the gravity of the Oath of Office, you will be forced to make another choice.
I would remind you that Nazi Germany was a nation of laws; everything that Hitler did was within the laws of Germany at the time, and offer this quote from Jeremy Locke’s “The End of All Evil.”

“Law is a weapon. It is used by evil to attack its prey. Whether in the name of duty to king, loyalty to state, or rule of law, law is the weapon used to extort and control. Culture upholds the nobility of law. Culture teaches that law is proper and good. It never questions who wrote the law; tyrant and brother are the same. Culture never questions whether or not the law is right. You are to obey no matter what it says. In this fashion, law is a powerful weapon to be used against you. All principalities create volumes of laws that take lifetimes to understand and armies of lawyers to manipulate. All of these things are weapons in the hands of the powerful, which they will use at your expense.

Law holds value only to those who create it, and only because your culture demands that you obey it. The purest invitation to tyranny is your commitment to obey law regardless of what it says. Against you, the law becomes the perfect weapon. Whomever controls the law, controls you. Your worth is measured by the extent of your obedience.” (Emphasis added)

When anyone tells you that the “Law” must be obeyed, and will be enforced, please remember that there IS a choice: Liberty, or Tyranny and blind obedience; you decide. Should you decide to support the party favorite and the candidate endorsed by the local, socialist, bird cage liner, I take this opportunity to remind you of the words of Samuel Adams: “May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget ye were our countrymen.”

We want to believe the people we vote into office and who are hired & appointed are normal, rational human beings but our wishes do not match reality.

Observing the state of our union and pop culture brings widespread frightening evidence that the preponderance of those seeking & obtaining political and/or bureaucratic positions are people driven by abnormal desires for power, control and riches or a cushy well-paying job with few real responsibilities and little to no oversight. Observe Washington, DC for the former and Arkansas State University for the latter as prime examples.

These people have absolutely no regard or empathy for the hardworking taxpaying smucks who support their luxurious lifestyles, in fact they look down on them for being so stupid and gullible which makes them deserve to be exploited.

Notice the flowery verbiage flowing from their vile mouthsâ€¦they just â€œwant to serveâ€, â€œto give backâ€, â€œto make a differenceâ€, â€œitâ€™s for the childrenâ€, ad nauseum. Notice how they try to ignore and/or smear our true heroes such as Thomas Jefferson & other Founders in an effort to justify their own miserable existence.

Also notice that they always need â€œmore fundingâ€ to do their noble work and have no problems taking from the producers to redistribute to those who did not earn the largesse.

The Cultural Marxist/Socialist/Communists are rolling with laughter from their collective graves or luxury suites & limosinesâ€¦everything they set out to do to murder Western Civilization is coming true right before our eyes on a daily basis.

Achievement, merit, and hard work are being punished while slovenly, back-to-the-jungle behavior rewarded. How else could an out of control Justin Bieber or uncivilized Rappers make millions of dollars? How could an Eric Holder be head of the DOJ or a Sibelius head of DHS or an Obama be president or a Hillary as Secretary of State?

Racial division is raising its ugly head with black on white violence being called a â€œknockout gameâ€ and is growing without opposition from government agencies. Illegal aliens are being given special treatment while returning veterans & other citizens are suffering from the effects of their presence through losses of jobs & added taxes for aliensâ€™ education, healthcare, food, housing, etc. The Camp of the Saints has sailed into our harbors, borders, and cities.

Our education system is in the collectivist cesspool as is our so-called justice system, our political realm, and our media. Political Correctness has won the war on our society.

Psychopaths & sociopaths rise to the top of the pot just like scumâ€¦they have the genetic make-up to not only stomach filth but to thrive on itâ€¦.normals find it nearly impossible to endure. If normals are to save themselves they must become acutely aware of how many abnormals are in positions of power and who are preying upon them like carrion. Normals need at least term limits for all politicrats or will history have to repeat itself?

America was warned but did not listen

HOW DID THEY KNOW? June 21, 2013

Aldous Huxley, â€œBrave New Worldâ€ (1931); Ayn Rand, â€œAnthemâ€ (1937); George Orwell, â€œAnimal Farmâ€ (1945) & the novel â€œ1984â€ (written in 1949)â€¦â€¦for examples.
One reason might be they were not subjected to Political Correctness but were indeed predicting it in various forms due to their individual abilities to logically project future outcomes from past and present societal trends.

In â€œBrave New Worldâ€ Huxley foresaw an American tyrannical society complete with â€œofficialâ€ recreational sex along with the total breakdown of the family unit, complete with hatcheries for test tube babies (pre-cradle to grave government control) who are preselected for certain occupations/positions in lifeâ€”from elites to dishwashers by nameless bureaucrats.

Just as Melissa Harris-Perry, a professor at Tulane, proudly announced on TV recently that your child is not yours, it belongs to the community, in essence â€œEveryone belongs to everyone elseâ€â€¦exactly as Huxley described the â€œBrave New Worldâ€. The professor publicly espouses belief in the same values and techniques of â€œBrave New Worldâ€â€¦and donâ€™t forget Hillary Clintonâ€™s â€œIt Takes A Villageâ€!

Also in the novel, everyone is addicted to free â€œSomaâ€ (mood elevator), the purpose of which is of course to keep independent thinking and questioning suppressed. No one is allowed out of their predetermined perimetersâ€¦adios individuality. Sound familiar?

In â€œAnthemâ€ Rand foresaw the death of individualism, sacrificed to the Collective (selflessness=virtue, give back to community, make a difference in todayâ€™s jargon). She projected a world where excellence was considered unfair (affirmative action, set-asides, quotas?) and brilliance was punishedâ€¦too much brilliant independent thinking could get one burned at the stake/a new â€œDark Agesâ€.

Certain words were banished such as the words â€œIâ€ & â€œselfâ€ (anything indicating the individual)â€¦replaced by â€œweâ€ & â€œourselvesâ€ celebrating the Collective. In this selfless, joyless existence no family units are allowed and everyone assigned occupations regardless of abilities, ambitions or desires by faceless, nameless members of various ministries (bureaucracies, e.g. Dept. of Health & Human Services, Human Resources). Equality meant one size fits all. (Public schools, NCLB, Goals 2000, now Common<Communist> Core, etc.)

In Anthem eople were assigned numbers instead of names which further destroys individuality. The hero has a brilliant mind but is assigned to street sweeping. He accidentally stumbles upon remnants from a past industrialized world and he begins to mentally put the pieces together regarding the age-old war of the individual versus the collective (Aristotle vs. Plato; Individualism vs. Communism). Sound familiar? Due to his rediscovery of the concept of self he manages to escape the confines of the captive dark city into the â€œwildernessâ€ and learns to survive in freedom and reestablishes rational self-interest and the beginning of a new â€œEnlightenmentâ€.

Orwell foresaw the future with an analogy to an Animal Farm where the inhabitants take over control of the farm in order to make sure everything is equally fair to every residentâ€¦the only problem was that it logically led to some Animals being â€œmore equal than othersâ€. Sound familiar?

In â€œ1984â€ Orwell then predicted a total surveillance society (NSA recording phone & emails of millions; IRS targeting patriot groups; TSA searching innocent plane passengers; ATF walking guns to criminals; FBI & CIA intrusive programs; 30,000 Drones spying on U.S. residents) with Big Brother watching every move everyone makes. (Sounds very familiar doesnâ€™t it?)

The bureaucracies were called â€œministriesâ€ which monitored & controlled all aspects of life, e.g. the Ministry of Truth whose job it was to rewrite history, change word definitions and even ban certain words to fit the Collective philosophy. (Political Correctness) (Examples: crippled=physically impaired, postman=post person, Negro=African American, stewardess=flight attendant, waitress=server, retarded=mentally challenged, fireman=fire fighter, personnel=human resources, fat=obese, retarded=special needs, lie=mispoke)

The masses were required to attend propaganda presentations which depicted their deadly enemies and invoked rage and jingoism so they would continue to approve the â€œeternal war for eternal peaceâ€. (False Flag incidents involving death and/or destruction; War on Terror; attacks on sovereign countries built on lies; our government supplying rebels to give excuse to overthrowing regimes) Sound familiar?

A few past quotes illustrate eliteâ€™s view of war & troops: Henry Kissingerâ€”â€œMilitary men are just dumb animals, stupid animalsâ€. G. W. Bushâ€”â€œI donâ€™t feel sorry for them, they volunteeredâ€.

Then there was Secretary of State Madeline Albright on “60 Minutes” on May 12, 1996:

Stahl: “We have heard that a half a million children have died [because of sanctions against Iraq]. I mean that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And–you know, is the price worth it?”
Albright: “I think this is a very hard choice, but the price–we think the price is worth it.”

Whatever happened to the Enlightenment? Yes, the Enlightenmentâ€¦the ability to reason, to logically make connections to foresee results, putting aside normal human compassion for a moment, what would one think would happen if a foreign country suddenly started shooting missiles into your town, killing and destroying your friends, families, homes? Would you say, gee thanks?

Yet we have leaders, pundits, the media, etc. constantly propagandizing the public into believing the U.S. must â€œmake the world safe for democracyâ€â€¦..by blowing up entire areas??? Not only unrealistic but insane. Not only that, but to think people will not react, will not try to fight back, not to expect â€œblowbackâ€ is further insanity. Consider the self-righteous warmongers who eagerly place our military in harmâ€™s way and callously use them as cannon fodder while spouting â€œpatriotismâ€ to fire up the low information masses.

So here we are, entering the culmination of what Huxley, Rand, & Orwell foresaw and predicted. A Collectivist world in which the individual is sacrificed to the group, where corruption, betrayal, brutality reign and life is becoming joyless, grim, and in constant fear.
