Huckabee/Beebe welfare state

The United States has morphed from a Constitutional Republic to a Communistic Police State, forced redistribution, the mechanism.

Legislators arrogantly refuse to ask taxpayers/citizens if they approve of various governmental programs.

There is no Constitutional basis for enacting programs, taking from producers and redistributing to non-producers. Theft of private property is a crime.

Arkids 1st, a welfare program formulated by Gov. Huckabee, advertised as subsidizing healthcare for gainfully employed Arkansas’ Citizens. In fact, is a thinly veiled program conceived to give healthcare to illegal Mexicans. The theft occurred concomitantly with another Huckabee criminal act, (Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution) installing a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, a clearinghouse for illegals. Enter Gov. Beebe: Calling for reauthorization of the SCHIP (prenatal care for illegals), Arkids 1st, and the ARHealthnet programs.

Beebe states “failure to reauthorize would impact our state’s ability to provide for those who are most in need”. Not a proper function of government. For SCHIP alone Beebe says we need $116 million per year.

Beebe states ARHealthnet (adult medical insurance) is a true partnership between Federal and State government, businesses and families. Partnership?: Federal tax dollars stolen from the small business man, state taxes from the small businessman, employees insurance paid by small businessman—only a politician could concoct such deviousness. Citizens are inoculated with Communist ideology and don’t comprehend the criminal acts perpetrated by politicians against them.

Beebe stated June 23rd, re: Immigration: “it was his responsibility to restore the faith of people in government”, forget Faith, how about the facts.

He further stated “Legal means legal, illegal means illegal”. Further, “we need a policy that this is allowed, this is not allowed, and then try to enforce it”: Weak, and a lie.

See 8 USC Sections 1324, 1325, 1644, Beebe knows and does nothing.

Ark. A. G. McDaniel whitewashes Huckabee

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel                                                                          July
25, 2007

Dustin,

I stated in my last fax that I would not disturb you
again, but would observe, to see if you continue your non-position attitude as
Arkansas’ Attorney General.  However; I
was not aware of Jim Parson’s request for legal investigations into former Gov.
Huckabee’s conduct in the destruction of multiple hard drives, which must be and
has to be public information—a crime.

In my judgment the most important aspect of this public concern
dealt with the King-Air.  You made no
mention of the logs for the King. Did the State Police keep detailed logs on
the plane required by the FAA and were those logs, if any were kept, destroyed
by the woman in charge of the destruction of the hard drives?  Also, were there logs kept by the state
police identifying the person or persons on board the craft, the destinations
and purposes?  It is more than curious
that the hard drive peculiar to the King was destroyed.  Why? These questions demand answers to the
taxpayers who foot the bill and your answers were not satisfactory.  Another non-position.

In this same context, Huckabee gave $10,000 of taxpayer
money to the city of Little Rock dedicated to subsidize the illegal Mexican
Consulate (Article I, Section 10…U.S. Constitution).  At the same time, the former Mayor of Little
Rock gave $50,000 taxpayer dollars to the Consulate.  Why did you not pursue these related activities
concomitantly and inform the taxpayers?

Do we have here another case of selective law enforcement
with political operatives being protected…i.e. a government protection racket?

It is imperative for you to reengage your investigation
if you are to have any credibility.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen

Fax to Arkansas A.G re: unenforced immigration laws

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel:

Dustin,                                                                                  June
28, 2007

Bush’s treasonous amnesty bill, as you know just went
down in flames.  With that said, we
citizens of Arkansas are no longer going to tolerate politicians backing off
their sworn Constitutional duties, i.e. not enforcing immigration laws.

Enclosed you will find the existing immigration laws that
demand enforcement and no one is to be excluded, e.g. Tyson’s, Walton’s et al,
also encompassing illegal aliens.

Governor Beebe has a copy of these laws and was contacted
this last Sunday for the fourth time on his responsibilities.

The illegal/Huckabee/Mexican Consulate ( Article 1,
Section 10 U.S. Constitution) further demands that this criminal enterprise be
shut down immediately and those funding said enterprise be exposed, along with
the politicians and bureaucrats who have channeled taxpayer money into that
warehouse for illegal Mexicans.

I will look forward to hearing your position on these
matters and your intentions.  We citizens
are taking back this Republic and we will not tolerate middleclass citizens
being dumped on anymore, i.e. subsidizing government misfeasance and
malfeasance.

Kindest regards,

letter challenging Gov. Beebe to uphold our laws & Constitution

Governor Beebe said “If you put your hand on the Bible and
swear to uphold the law and Constitution, then you ought to do it”.  (Democrat-Gazette 6.23.07)

Former A.G. Beebe was alerted and chose to ignore Huckabee’s
defiance of U.S. Constitutional Article I, Section 10 when Huckabee negotiated
with a foreign government for an illegal Mexican Consulate in Arkansas. Beebe
knows about the stiff laws against hiring, harboring, aiding, transporting
illegals as a felony punishable with fines and years in prison, which applies
to all illegal employers, complicit government programs, law enforcement, and
churches who defy U.S. law.

Where was the Constitution in the trial of Wayne Fincher
which he depended upon for his defense and it was not allowed into the
courtroom, nor was the jury allowed to hear his defense, so much for the law
and the Constitution, Governor Beebe and Judge Hendren. While citizen patriots
rot in prison, the corrupt system marches backward into chaos, anarchy, and
into a police state ruling over us peons and answering to the ruling elites.

Beebe and other government apparatchiks mouth platitudes
hoping to placate while they run roughshod over our rule of law to satisfy
their corporate benefactors who lust for slave labor with impunity.

So when can we expect the Governor to uphold the laws and
Constitution of which he speaks?

Don’t hold your breath citizens…we’ve been sold out lock,
stock, and barrel to benefit the elites. Exploitation is now all they know.  Go to arkansasfreedom.net

Radio ad campaign for May against amnesty

Folks,  if the Amnesty travesty passes our country/culture is gone…in our opinion.  These radio ads were cut today and will run today and tomorrow for sure and longer if necessary…in central & western Arkansas.  The object is to inform the citizens and put pressure on our senators NOT to vote for amnesty/guestworker.  There are other ads which we will run and share with you soon.

Lincoln/Pryor

Senators Lincoln & Pryor are
shills for open-borders, cheap labor Tyson’s, Wal-Mart, etc. Voted for Social
Security for illegals, voted against funding the border fence, voted to vastly
increase legal  immigration.  Will they continue their treasonous votes by
supporting Bush’s comprehensive amnesty legislation for up to 30 million
illegals?  Middleclass citizens,
particularly blacks, are victimized by the criminal alliance between government
and corporations.   Demand Lincoln and
Pryor state their amnesty position now.

Gutless

It’s  time for our two gutless U.S. Senators Pryor
and Lincoln to step into the public arena and defend their treasonous votes on
catering to open border cheap labor corporations likeTyson’s & Wal-Mart,  and the Mexican government, bent on
destruction of middleclass Arkansans, particularly African-Americans.  Senators, step into the sunshine, tell
Arkansas citizens your position on Bush’s amnesty program for 20-30 million
illegal aliens . Log on Arkansasfreedom.com.

Empty Suits

Our two empty-suit Senators Lincoln and Pryor have sold-out
middleclass Arkansans lock, stock,

and barrel, along with Huckabee, Beebe, Jegley, Stodola, and
others.  They

sold out to companies like Wal-Mart, Tyson’s, Chambers of
Commerce and are engaged in

destroying middleclass standard of living.  Citizens, we are at the mercy of a shadow

government, Corporate masters, and an insulated Government Protection
Racket.  The

corruption in Arkansas government is breathtaking. Log on

Survival vs. genocide/corruption

 Times Record reporting
on my request for a grand jury investigation re: the alleged criminal conduct
by former Governor Huckabee and Governor Mike Beebe pertaining to the
unconstitutional Mexican Consulate (Article 1, Section 10) and the thousands of
taxpayer dollars used in this criminal enterprise.  My request was addressed to Pulaski County
Prosecutor Larry Jegley who responded like a barroom brawler, stated : “tells
me there is an agenda”.  Jegley is
correct, I have an agenda and his should be the same—upholding the rule of law
and being fair, not “trying” to be fair.

  My concern is the
survival of middleclass Arkansans who are being devastated economically and educationally,
particularly our Black citizens, by those sworn to protect us.

The illegal Mexican Consulate serves three purposes.  1. To warehouse illegals.  2. Act as a distribution center for illegals
into the Arkansas workforce. 3. Provide illegal Matricula Consular cards to
illegals as official I.D, not accepted in Mexico.

A sellout by all our elected officials, either by silence or
inside trading. Cheap labor for Arkansas corporations displaces middleclass
Arkansans from jobs and families.  Tyson
and OK Poultry come to mind first.
Cuffing their executives would solve the crisis overnight.

The question: who owns law enforcement? Unfortunately, not
the citizens. The alleged public protectors say “it’s a federal
responsibility”.  Am I to understand that
we citizens are to sit on our duffs and be overrun by illegal Mexicans and OTM’s
on the say so of politicians and bureaucrats?
I think not.

Governments are corrupt and must be downsized and all
incumbents replaced post haste since they are the problem.
