You continue your assault against the American majority and the rule of law.

 

You were the individual who voted to get Obamacare out of committee.  For that, you were rewarded $175 million to spend in your district. Was that not a bribe and a slap in the face of productive Americans?

 

Presently, you are refusing to co-sponsor legislation that would end “birthright citizenship”, i.e. anchor babies.  Your argument for refusing to sign on is a specious one, stating that border security should be strengthened and workforce laws enforced.   You have had 10 years to accomplish what you just demanded and at the same time Americans have begged you and your party to implement 8 USC and to my knowledge 8 USC has never been mentioned by the Democrat party.

 

You have no problem putting the Marxist Democrat party ahead of sovereignty, rule of law, and the wishes of the majority of American citizens.

 

Not since the War of Northern Aggression has a state been sued and maligned as is the case in Arizona and here again you and your party have refused to enforce U.S. law—8 USC. The audacity of the federal government suing a state for something that it is constitutionally mandated to do and has utterly failed. This is your corrupt party that has instituted such heinous litigation.

 

In case you do not understand, anchor babies are a ward of productive American citizens until they are 21, and upon birth have the ability to bring in their immediate families from the mother country.  In Arkansas there are thousands of illegal Mexican and OTM women receiving “free” prenatal care and all ancillary and non-related services.

 

Numerous FOIA’s have been filed with the appropriate Arkansas state agencies asking how many anchor babies have been produced since the law passed in 2005, how many illegal women have availed themselves of said services and what the cost to the state?  Answer: 30 year politician Gov. Mike Beebe (D) and Director of Dept. of Finance Administration, Richard Weiss, both said they had no idea!

 

The above two should be removed from office forthwith for misfeasance and malfeasance.

 

Mike, if you are a true American you will sign on to this legislation.  Put country before political party. It’s the right thing. Quit shilling for the Arkansas Friendship Coalition.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiaries—the largest traffickers of illegal Mexicans and OTM’s and purveyors of Foreign Trade Zones.   The enemy within.                                                                       February 13, 2011

The Chamber is a major component in job-killing activities known as “free trade”.  â€œFree trade” is a misnomer.  There’s nothing free about the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s use of the phrase “free trade”. It is government mandated trade. What we should have is Fair Trade.  Since Geo. W. Bush and his band of neo-con corrupters, our nation has lost 6 million industrial jobs.  The U.S. is engaging in the textbook definition of Fascism.  A “Private/Public Partnership” (PPP)—a nexus between government and industry, where the government is the CEO.  Review 1930’s German history.

Chambers of Commerce act independently and also in concert with the national brand in destroying American jobs and standards of living by leading the charge exporting jobs and industry abroad, while at the same time, behind the scenes hiring foreign nationals from abroad for cheap wages to accomplish technological services here in the U.S.

The Chambers have for decades been obsessed with maintaining open borders and exploiting 3rd world illegal alien populations for exploitation by industries.

One of the few legitimate creations by the federal government to slow down the illegal invasions was the institution of E-Verify demanding that U.S. businesses identify illegals by a simple phone call…just a telephone call away and 99% accurate. 

Resistance to using the mandated E-Verify was recently made public by a printed communication with the letterhead of the Arkansas Homebuilders Association, under the names of Todd Wilcox, AHBA president and co-signer Julie Mills, AHBA executive vice-president. In this communication the ugly hand of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in their litigation vs. Candelaria, no. 09-115, August 8, 2009 to do away with E-Verify raised its head.  According to the AHBA a decision is expected by this summer at the least and they are expecting E-Verify to be killed.  

A statement of violation of the Constitution and U.S. law could not be clearer.  The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing to destroy E-Verify for their equally guilty enablers—e.g. Tyson’s, Simmons, AHBA, Pilgrim’s Pride, Contractors, religious orders, anti-American ethno-centric organizations,  and various factions of Arkansas government.

The Chambers of Commerce are in no way representing small businesses while taking their exorbitant yearly fees and using to defend big business and destroying the middleclass workforce.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, along with others, is pursuing what is known as “Foreign Trade Zones”.  The U.S. Dept of Commerce in lockstep with various city/state Chambers of Commerce, are negotiating with China to promote private businesses while inviting the Chinese to come here to invest, (EB-5 Visas), live, and start businesses and then file for a “Foreign Trade Zone” status and get special tax cuts and lower operational costs than American businesses outside the zone can have.  The U.S. Dept. of Commerce then takes over all control of the land and business guidelines within the Zone. 

China and other nations who participate in “Foreign Trade Zones” are under no obligation to hire Americans. Under the Free Trade Zone arrangements foreign investors, e.g. China, can bring in as many of their own citizens as they desire, may build cities replete with shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc. under the EB-5 Visas.   â€œForeign Trade Zones” are not a new concept. “Foreign Trade Zones” are being promulgated all over America right now.  In Fort Smith, Arkansas Mitsubishi is building a wind turbine factory and bringing in Japanese employees who are and will be subsidized by Arkansas taxpayers.

The Chambers are telling Private businesses that they cannot make it economically without sending their products to China; therefore American businesses can move into “Foreign Trade Zones” for exporting their products to China.   Promoting EB-5 Visas by the Chambers of Commerce will be the death knell of middleclass Americans, both in wages and in numbers.   State Governors are travelling to China to make agreements with them to become foreign investors in the U.S. “Foreign Trade Zones”.

This is just a tip of the corrupt national Chamber of Commerce, Governors, and of course Federal Government. There are many more players in this American job-killing endeavor and in Fort Smith it is noted that there are yearly treks to China and environs by Univ. of Ark. @ Ft. Smith Chancellor Paul Beran and his substantial entourage. Could it be Beran is promoting “Foreign Trade Zones”?

Legislators, please be aware of the Trade Zone assaults and the destruction it will wreak.  Please take the time to research, and the first place to begin would be Governor Mike Beebe and Attorney General Dustin McDaniel.   Might want to look into the Aspen Institute where A.G. McDaniel is ladder climbing and traveling the world.

Conclusion: the Chambers of Commerce are open-borders and illegal alien advocates, while at the same time promoting the Foreign Free Trade Zones, which has all but annihilated the real free market translating into destruction of American jobs, sovereignty and stability.

Do any of you see what the coming attraction is if the will of the people continues to be ignored and abused?  Think Egypt.  I do not believe for one minute any politician or bureaucrat will lift a hand to save our once preeminent Republic while at the same time they are busily involved in incestuous behavior, i.e. preemptive wars globally, a phony “war on terror”, citizen abuse at airports and other venues, nationalized medicine, printing phony money, thousands of bureaucracies that are duplicitous or in most cases have no meaningful purpose but having lives of their own, and stealing taxpayer money to subsidize their criminal behavior.  A Giant Protection Racket.

Filthy lucre, Senator Jake Files and the Arkansas Home Builders Association=LOGIC DEFICIENT          February 6, 2011

 

HB 1013 (allows state Contractor’s Licensing Board to punish contractors who hire workers that are not in the U.S. legally) by Rep. Jim Nickels comes up for a vote Monday February 7, 2011.  The name of “newbie” Senator Jake Files continues to come to the fore. Files is a “newbie” for two reasons—a newly elected state senator and a recently birthed contractor (a conflict of interest). Files has been in several business endeavors, none appear to be very successful, yet he ran a very expensive campaign to garner a Republican state senator seat.  Question; was Files put in the senate seat by enablers such as Developer Richard Griffin, perhaps ERC for whom Files worked at one time?  The point being, has Senator Files given up the claim of being an ethical conservative state senator?  Files made this statement, in a conversation with Rod Coleman, CEO of ERC, “for guys like you and me who try to do things right, this is yet another way of penalizing us.”  “I will continue to work this bill to get resolution and defeat”.

 

Senator Files, you should tell your constituents what is right about hiring illegal aliens?  Your statement will not pass muster. Hiring illegals increases the bottom line, steals jobs, and exploits both illegals and taxpaying citizens.  A suggestion, to avoid this crisis, hire only bona-fide American citizens.

 

Some other statements by Fort Smith contractors:  Rod Coleman…”this bill is very bad for our industry”.  He should explain why this bill is bad for his industry. Is he saying that exploiting illegals bumps up his profit line?  Coleman further goes on to say that “he has absolutely no control over subcontractors or suppliers”.  Come now, can’t he do better than that?

 

CEO of SSI, Leo Anhalt stated “does not knowingly employ undocumented workers and does not knowingly contract with subcontractors who knowingly employ undocumented workers”.  If workers can’t speak English, it’s likely they are illegal.  Anhalt went on to say that “HB 1013 seems to be requiring the general contractor to not only be responsible for its own workers, but also to be responsible for its subcontractors”. He also said “it’s unreasonable but is also illegal for the general contractor to require the subcontractor to furnish the general contractor for review”. What law? Since when is any business not responsible for its own workers? Would being a Catholic have anything to do with this position?  Bishop Anthony B. Taylor of the Little Rock Catholic diocese openly and flagrantly mocks sovereignty and the rule of law to advocate for open borders and illegal aliens. They are highly complicit in the formation of sanctuary cities.  Follow the Money!

 

From the Arkansas Homebuilders Assoc., Julie Mills, AHBA, executive vice president opines:  “There are 1600 members who employ over 25,000 Arkansans is united against the practice of hiring undocumented workers.” (Are the numbers cited meant to be intimidating?) With that said, one would feel good until she launches the Association views which state “immigration and its subsequent enforcement as a federal issue, therefore, we must oppose HB 1013”.  (Say again?)  This is Governor Mike Beebe’s excuse.  Mills continued “the Contractor Licensing Board testified today, on record, for the House State Agencies and governmental Affairs committee, stating if the law passed it is not enforceable because the CLB cannot legally ask or be shown.”  The Chairman, the well-travelled Greg Crow, had 5 agents 2 yrs ago, maybe more today, and their intended purpose, so said Crow, was “to protect Arkansas citizens”.  Those agents’ primary purpose was and is to go on job sites and view the workers and if they appear to be foreign nationals and fail to communicate in English their responsibility is only to report to the proper authorities—ICE, ASP, FBI, BATF, Sheriff, etc.  Ms. Mills went on to say “it’s bad for business”.  She needs to explain how it is bad for business.   Mills did make one legitimate statement, “what about other industries in Arkansas?” Mills admits all the contractors have to do is use the mandated E-Verify system, which solves the illegal problem immediately. It is 99% accurate. She then goes on to state that the Chamber of Commerce of the USA in litigation vs. Candelaria is in the Supreme Court and a decision is expected by this summer.  Another open admission that the Chamber of Commerce USA is a trafficker in illegals and the home builders obviously want and expect E-Verify killed and Mills is openly stating that numbers of contractors have not implemented the mandated E-Verify.

 

Have the aforementioned contractors and others no regard for the rule of law (8 USC, Sections 1325 (any alien who enters U.S. other than at port of entry by false or misleading representation shall be subject to civil and criminal penalties, can be fined and imprisoned. 1324a, (Hiring, harboring (aiding & abetting) illegal aliens a felony), 1324c (all law enforcement officers have the authority to arrest), 1644 (no local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section…(affirmed Southern District Court of NY, U.S vs. Rudy Giuliani, 1996) ?

 

The position taken by contractors is an unconscionable swipe in the face of middleclass Arkansas taxpaying citizens—Arkansas contractors are hiring illegal aliens by the tens of thousands and at the same time depriving citizens of employment and saddling taxpayers with the exploding costs of illegal’s healthcare, schooling, incarceration, food stamps, prenatal, housing, ad infinitum.   The contractors’ bottom line is profit and they readily admit they are violating the rule of law in their hiring practices by saying among other things that it is only a federal responsibility, which it is not.  (8USC)

The position the Arkansas Homebuilders Association, in the matter of hiring illegal foreign nationals is unfair competition to those contractors that choose to obey the law by not hiring illegals.  The NAHB has succeeded, by their illegal conduct, to destroy any number of law-abiding businesses.

 

If the contractors can’t succeed by hiring bonafide citizens then they should fail, just as any other business should.

 

The failure of HB 1013 will absolutely give the green light for contractors and other self-serving, law-breakers to bring in tens of thousands  more illegal aliens for exploitation.  

 

One of the horrific products of the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion was the awarding of free prenatal care along with ancillary services. On Jan. 4, 2011, a FOIA was filed with Ark. Dept. of Human Services to the attention of Judy Besancon, who is their chief counsel, to determine how many illegal foreign national women have received free pre-natal care, along with ancillary services, and how many anchor babies were born out of the taxpayer subsidized services.  (Would Files, Anhalt, Mills, NAHB, Coleman, & others care to pick up the huge monetary tabs produced by the illegals and their behavior?  It must be said that Gov. Beebe and his DFA Director Weiss claim they have no idea what the illegals presence is costing the Arkansas taxpaying citizens.  How is that possible? It isn’t.)

 

In 2005 the above described travesty was hatched and implemented by the Huckabee administration and from July 5, 2005 thru Nov. 26, 2005 there were 2,765 illegal women who availed themselves of the “free” service…you can only imagine what the collective numbers are now.

 

A response to the FOIA was received February 5, 2011 with fragmented information.  As usual the response from DHS is spotty, gives no specific numbers. The Office of Chief Counsel does admit that in the year 2009-2010 there was $567,146.30 spent in some capacity relating to childbirth.  The FOIA asked for specific numbers of clients (?) who were actually receiving free benefits concerning prenatal care. Again, they claim not to keep records.  If that is the case, how did DHS get reimbursed for their share of federal funding?

 

Ladies & Gentlemen of the legislature, this is criminal gluttony that we are hearing from Sen. Files and the Arkansas contractors.  Please pass this bill.

P.S. A simple recap of the Constitutional, ethical, nation-threatening crisis we face as a state and nation.

Exploitation: 

1.      The illegals are exploited by their home country by being forced/encouraged to leave, thereby assuring billions in remittances sent home (taken out of our economy), and riddance of an unwanted illiterate, poverty stricken segment.

2.      The illegals are exploited by employers for cheap/slave labor, accepting low wages for fear of detection.

3.      The illegals are exploited by the churches, organizations & anti-American groups who are after members, activists, voters, minions, donations, and government funding.

4.      They are exploited by government programs & agencies who seek greater funding and expansion.

5.      American citizens are exploited by their governments forcing more & more taxes to subsidize illegals & gov’t programs.

6.      American citizens are exploited by corporations seeking better profits through cheap labor and saddling citizens with illegal’s healthcare, housing, food, incarceration, ESL, translators, home social services, ad infinitum.

7.      American citizens are exploited by churches, organizations and anti-American groups dedicated to the destruction of Constitutional rule of law & individual rights.  These groups receive billions of taxpayer money per year, e.g. Catholic Charities, LULAC, ACORN, ACLU

8.      American citizens are losing their jobs, culture, heritage, borders, language, standard of living and most of all the respect & quest for honesty, morality, rule of law and national identity…thanks to greed & political correctness.

9.      Because of unchecked illegal aliens, American citizens are forced to endure the introduction of diseases once eradicated, persons with criminal or mental instability (e.g. child molesters, rapists, murderers, drunk drivers & other unlicensed drivers, thieves, human & drug smugglers), known & unknown organized gangs (e.g. 17 gangs in one small town of Fort Smith… including vicious, dangerous MS 13 & Los Zetas), non-English speaking students which hinder citizen children from learning properly, aid in the dumb-down, but increase funding for meals, ESL, translators, counselors, on & on. 

10.    The illegal aliens who sneak into our country leaving garbage by the tons, falsifying documents, stealing identities, trashing our neighborhoods, burgeoning the welfare system, stealing jobs, violently demonstrating in our streets, and thumbing their noses at our laws & Constitution are not the kind of people we should want, much less welcome into our society.

Tyson Foods, SB 3, and the RINO Republican Senator from Crawford County.      January 21, 2011

Media no longer asks questions…they just sit there and gobble up whatever talking points the government choses to run that day.  Crows on a fence.  The previous letter on the arkansasfreedom.net website begins to dissect the thuggery regarding chicken-pluckers and other corporate entities.  ICE has given rise to an agreement between government and employers (IMAGE) which allows businesses to “partner” with government, i.e. the old protection racket known as Public/Private Partnership (PPP).

No transparency here.  ICE says voluntarily partnering with agency (ICE) to promote the use of good hiring practices to insure businesses employ only those PEOPLE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. says ICE Director John Morton.  (To see the parade of “documents” required to be “legally authorized go to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf   A slap in citizens’ faces.)  Are you counting the illegal aliens as legally authorized to work who have been run through the Huckabee illegal Mexican Consulate and subsequently awarded with Matricula Consular I.D. cards…which are so easily fraudulent that Mexico does not even recognize them as I. D.

So who’s the Alpha Male in the marriage between Tyson & ICE?  You decide.  ICE will only audit selected Tyson locations and Tyson will allow ICE to verify those Social numbers. Tyson and ICE held a large photo-op signing ceremony Thursday, January 20, 2011 in D.C.  ICE is congratulating Tyson Foods for making an effort to get into compliance.  Tyson shoots back that being IMAGE certified will enhance their ability to collaborate with the government officials on immigration. 

Questions to ICE Director John Morton:

1.       Why have you not defined “legal status” for the public? 

2.      In Tyson’s mandated selective audit gesture, what happens to the illegals that ICE identifies?

3.      Why has ICE not enforced 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, 1644?

The IMAGE program can only be described as a smoke and mirrors Ponzi Scheme.

It is safe to say that Tyson alone, in all likelihood employs in the neighborhood of 10,000 Hispanics in Arkansas and probably at least 75% are illegal.  So what will ICE do?  Award phony documentation?  Tyson is dictating the tenor of business. Selective law enforcement at its best.

Now enter Senate Bill 3 emanating out of the Arkansas State Legislature.  The bill states colleges and hospitals must provide interpreters for illegal aliens (naturalized citizens are required to speak English) hired by these institutions who can’t communicate in English.  We can thank Rino Republican Ruth Whitaker for this law-breaking travesty.

Before her costly economics kick in, the laws of the land should be enunciated. As already mentioned federal law 8 USC, i.e. transporting, hiring, harboring, aiding and abetting any illegal alien is a felony punishable by 10 years jail plus heavy fines for each illegal.   Also, Arkansas statute states no government entity may employ illegals or conduct business with those companies that employ illegals or sub work out to illegals.

The Senator has no problem trampling the constitutional rights of middleclass citizens, while adding more economic burdens on said citizens.  Is the Senator from Crawford County not aware of the billions of Arkansas taxpayer monies subsidizing food, education, medical care, law enforcement, gangs, penal and free prenatal care for illegal women which she helped enable (resulting in thousands of Arkansas Anchor babies on welfare til 21 & the ability to bring their immediate kin here from their mother country)?

Who is the progenitor of this another brutal attack on middleclass Arkansans?  Bear in mind any private entity, e.g.  hospitals or colleges, which takes government funding forfeits its right to escape laws covering hiring.  I’ll leave the realm of facts and transition to conjecture.

The Catholic Church has long run a sanctuary program for illegal Mexicans, subsidized by Catholic Charities which in turn is heavily subsidized by U.S. taxpayers.  I have no problem suggesting that the Catholic Church, per se, or one of its branches, Sisters of Mercy is probably behind the egregious SB 3.  This could include UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran, the State Chamber of Commerce, and other globalists. This state and federal government are corrupt to the core.

17 organized gangs of illegals in one small town

Today’s front page story, not the headline story mind you, “Chief: police ID 17 organized gangs in the city”.  Why now?                                                                                 January 18, 2011

Citizens have known for 20 years that there are organized gangs in the city, how many we did not know. It is curious that the names of the 17 gangs were not reported; particularly 2 of the most violent gangs in the U.S. which has a presence in Fort Smith, e.g. MS 13 & Los Zetas.

It would indeed be refreshing and exciting to see the Times Record do some real reporting, accompanied by investigative journalism instead of the sappy, politically correct occasional editorials that emanate from the editor’s office. Perhaps, the ownership of the paper will not allow this to happen.  There was a day when this newspaper had legitimate editors and editorials—C.F. Byrnes, Don Reynolds, and Jack Mosley.  Those days appear to be long gone.

Illegal Mexicans have been and are front and center in broad daylight in our city.  It has been law enforcement and this newspaper which have been “in the shadows”.  I believe it is the right of citizens, for their own safety, to be informed regarding the illegal traffic in this city and the negative consequences they are producing.  Does owner Warren Stephens now think it is safe to report a modicum of facts regarding the illegal Mexican crisis?  Enough of “racial profiling” excuses.

A little about owner Warren Stephens.  He runs Stephens Production, Oil & Gas, TV stations, newspapers, politicians and the list goes on.  

Oh yes, Mr. Stephens is a founding member of the “AMNESTY FOR ALL ILLEGALS” organization called The Arkansas Friendship Coalition which has other prominent members, i.e. the Catholic Church, Tyson’s, the Methodist Church, ACLU, LULAC, La Raza, the Chambers of Commerce, etc.  Who do these folks represent?  Not you middle America.

Notice all these “Bigs” have a pass regarding the need to follow the law.

Your guest column appearing in the Dem-Gaz titled The Inn is Full is so right on. So why are you beating the drums for amnesty?    There are some sources which estimate there are 25-35 million illegal Mexicans and OTM’s roosting in our Republic compliments of lawbreakers such as yourself and the likes of the Tyson’s, etc. etc.

 

You speak of Jose, Jasmine, David and finally Carlos, which no doubt are good students and would in all probability become productive citizens, however they are lawbreakers and as Chancellor of the U. of A. you surely understand we are a nation founded on the rule of law. What about the myriad of citizen students who would like that opportunity and do you have comments regarding the attacks on children’s minds brought about by the failed K-12 government schools who are serving up dilution of course work, indoctrination and grade-fixing?  You’re need to remediate so many students is outrageous. Your considerable influence would be better used to benefit American kids. The government school system has turned academics/education into a social event.

 

So Chancellor Gearhart, aside from the four you mentioned what about the hundreds of thousands that have no intention of taking advantage (or assimilating) of the unearned largesse that bureaucrats such as yourself offer the hordes of illegals, and by the way, who pays?

 

As a so-called public servant charged with the responsibility of molding our college students, you are setting a poor example for those under your watch, and additionally are campaigning on taxpayer time and money for amnesty for illegals and could be held accountable in a court of law.

Your non-response to my specific questions regarding the illegal Mexican invasion into the centers of higher education leaves me absolutely aghast. (see Purcell response below) A fellow with a PhD in education and the Director of all the colleges and universities in the state of Arkansas should be capable of addressing pointed questions in an intelligent manner, or perhaps you do not wish to be bothered. 

 

Let me demonstrate.  First of all, I have accused Dr. David Gearhart of lobbying for illegal Mexican aliens based on the following: 

1.      The employment of Rafael Arciga, an illegal entrant into the U.S. and through some sleight of hand was made a legal resident, graduated from the U of A, hired by the U of A, and is now lobbying for the DREAM Act in D.C.   Who paid and who is paying?  Who is responsible for the transition from illegal to legal?

2.      Gearhart, in a taxpayer owned airplane, travelled to Little Rock, Ark during the 09 legislative sessions and lobbied for in-state tuition for illegals, Senator Joyce Elliott’s Bill.

 

Regarding your email of Dec.1, 2010

1.      You stated you would look at the codes I suggested. Further you said “we wish to follow the rule of law”….question, why do you not know the laws governing illegal immigration? 

2.      Regarding the 1,768 students, you maintain they are not all illegal residents.  This in itself is an admission that illegals permeate the Arkansas Higher Learning system.  In this same vein, you continue by saying “student (sic) can choose not to use their social security number as their student identification”.  What has this to do with the invalid social security count in the education system?

3.      You state that you follow up with the institutions and ASK to verify their status.  You ask?  Is that all?

 

You did not address any of the salient questions I posed.  You danced around the questions in typical political/bureaucratic doublespeak, which frankly was not very good.

 

This sordid behavior by you, Gov. Beebe, A.G. McDaniel, and the whole education community top down is an attack on middleclass Arkansans’ finances and educational opportunities.

 

I’m asking you again, why are these 1,768 illegal aliens nesting in our university system, who is paying for their tuition and related costs, and as you stated these 1,768 are not all illegal residents…why then are they listed in your own data as having invalid social security numbers and what, if anything, do you, Beebe, McDaniel, Gearhart and the state legislature plan to do about rectifying  this Arkansas travesty?

 

Corruption abounds in Arkansas state government. The question becomes, what can we citizens do to rid ourselves of the stench that hangs over state government?

I will take a look at the codes you suggested. We do wish to follow the rule of law.

Please note the 1,768 are not all illegal residents. Student can choose to not use their social security number as their student identification. Many law abiding citizens prefer to have their institution generate a student identification number rather than use the SSN.

That is why we follow up with the institutions and ask them to verify their status. If they determine a student is illegal, the school has the responsibility to be sure they are not receiving state benefits. Currently we consider state benefits as any state financial aid, institutional tuition waivers, or out-of state tuition waivers.

Fort Smith city government—constitutionally challenged–political cowards–or both?    10/29/10

Not to bore, Arkansas is one of 50 sovereign states.  The federal government has 17 specific obligations.

The Constitution is NOT a living document, therefore one of the 17 obligations is to protect the several states’ borders and repel invaders.  The federal government has been criminally derelict in failing to secure those borders; therefore, are Arkansans ready to stake their economic and political safety on the single belief held by Gov. Mike Beebe, i.e. be damned with the illegal Mexican invasion; it’s simply a “federal problem”? Conclusion: it is obvious that Beebe is a paid shill for those industries and businesses hiring illegals, i.e. Wal-Mart, Tyson’s, OK Foods, Simmons, et al or a political self-serving coward who has no stomach to secure his constituency.  Which? 

The Founders were explicit in stating that if the federal government did not comply with the wishes of the citizenry and the demands of the Constitution, that states could and should remove themselves from a corrupt compact, e.g. the federal government or remove them at the ballot box. Suggestion: Boozman, Lincoln, Beebe just for starters.  See “Is Rep. Boozman the man you think he is?” arkansasfreedom.net. 

An example and examination of the mentality of Boobus Arkanicus occurred in a barbershop debate today (10/29/10).  Four or five customers bloviating about voting out all incumbents, when the smoke cleared the question was posed, “Who are you voting for in the U.S. Senate race?”  They all proclaimed in different verbiage “we ain’t voting for that woman”….”we’re going to vote for Boozman”.  It was suggested that Boozman had been in the D.C. cesspool for 10 yrs and involved in numerous political and economic mischief, most if not all unconstitutional.  They responded by stating “he hadn’t been in the Senate”.   So much for Boobus Arkanicus.

Where is it said in the U.S. Constitution that elected and appointed officials cannot interrogate Hispanics who do not speak English and are suspected of being in our presence illegally?  Answer, nowhere.

To make the point, a news story in the Times Record 10/22/10 titled “Citizens Air Neighborhood Crime Problems to Police”.

The question was posed by a local citizen asking what police could do about the illegal immigrant problem in Ft. Smith.

Fort Smith police Captain Ed Smalley offered these torturous, convoluted statements (which posed questions, not answers).  Capt. Smalley said “unless a suspected undocumented immigrant violated a city ordinance or Arkansas law (they violated the law of the land by being here—never mind citizens’ security) they cannot be arrested by local police. (Why and on whose orders?) However, if a suspected illegal immigrant was convicted of a crime, deported and then returned to the area; local police then have the power to arrest.” (Wow, what a deal) Smalley explained that the “person may be in violation (may be?) of being an aggravated deported alien.”  (If they can’t be questioned, how would the police ever know that they’ve been convicted or deported? In fact, how would they ever be arrested initially if they can’t be questioned?)

The above quotes are then negated by Officer Smalley himself who said “I don’t care if they’re an immigrant, resident, or an astronaut; if they are breaking the law we’re going to arrest them”.   So which is it? They’ve broken the law by being here and if you can’t interrogate, how do you arrest?  Not being able to racially profile is nonsense…it’s not Eskimos breaking into our country. The Ft. Smith Board of Directors, the Mayor, the City Manager, Chief of Police, Sheriff are all too cowardly to use the phrase “illegal alien” in public discourse. (an immigrant is someone who comes here LEGALLY) Certainly, the city government is unwilling to discuss the crisis emanating from the illegal Mexican invasion, i.e. jobs, health, crime, schools, gangs, etc.   A small matter to the esteemed “public servants” is the thousands of jobs the illegals are stealing from Arkansans, their presence being paid for by middleclass Arkansans and the booty being made by the likes of the Tyson’s, Simmons, OK Foods, Wal-Mart and the illegal Mexicans are sure as hell not “in the shadows”.

The city of Fort Smith is a sanctuary city. Not one of our alleged public servants has taken meaningful action against the illegal invasion nor will they speak about the ongoing economic rape going on in the city.

Ft. Smith routinely violates an Arkansas state statute which says Arkansas state government entities shall not contract with businesses hiring illegals or subbing to companies hiring illegals.   In conjunction with the above, does the Ft. Smith public school system buy products manufactured by OK Foods, Tyson’s, Simmons, Pilgrim’s Pride, Georges, and many others, not necessarily food sources? If so, they are in violation of state law. Who is holding all the corrupt government entities accountable? 

The answer is obvious…no one.

Conclusion: The Tea Partiers shout “we’re going to take back our country”…no they ain’t.  Too many still worship at the altar of the Republican party and they are too ignorant to understand that having the chance to take back this Republic….ALL incumbents must be bounced…that’s BOTH parties Boobi.   But Boobus Arkanicus will vote for John Boozman, Mike Beebe, Mike Ross, Dustin McDaniel (don’t forget Mike Huckabee) because they are softspoken so-called “nice guys” and Boobus Arkanicus are too lazy to initiate research on the votes these traitors have cast and the political positions they defend, apparently not realizing the aforementioned “nice guys” are the reason we have sunk into a political & economic abyss.

The United States has become a rogue nation instituted by both political parties and individual freedoms are about to achieve non-existence. Failures to secure our borders and control legal immigration properly have demoted the U.S. from a 1st World society to a 3rd World multicultural gulag.  As just one example, a tacit examination of the Fort Smith police department and the Sebastian County Sheriff’s office will quickly reveal they have become militarized organizations, as is the case across America. Question: who are the police taking their orders from and why are they involved in selective law enforcement, i.e. not arresting illegal aliens and those hiring them as directed by federal law 8 USC.  So, whose interests are they securing?

Chancellor Merkel shows honesty and
courage in her proper assessment of the “politically correct” efforts of
Western culture to live in harmony with 3rd Worlders from around the
globe.

 

First of all, no welfare state can
survive long, particularly with unassimilated non-citizens sucking the taxpayer
funds dry.  Entitlement mentality is bad
enough in one’s own citizens,  but add to
that a horde of entitlement seeking hostile foreign nationals and only
bankruptcy and chaos can be the result.

 

The enemies of Western Civilization
are winning without firing a shot.  The
Cultural Marxist scheme of infiltrating all our important institutions and
destroying them has been successful beyond their wildest dreams.

 

Western Civilization had achieved
preeminence because of the pursuit of justice by rule of law; individual
rights, responsibilities, liberties; respect for merit, excellence, science,
reason, achievement, & rugged individualism; government for & of the
people; elected officials instead of dictators & tyrants; admiration and
desire for learning and knowledge; lack of religious oligarchy; property rights

 

These attributes are despised by
Collectivists—people who believe the masses must be controlled and manipulated
for their own good and the good of the Elites. 
Forced redistribution (placing a gun—figuratively or literally—to the
heads of the producers in order to steal their earnings to distribute to
themselves and “others”.   Ayn Rand
called it “hatred of the good for being good”.

 

The USA, Canada, and all of Europe are
under a terrible siege meant to destroy our individual sovereignties, cultures,
heritages and all that makes us unique in a world which is mostly illiterate, superstitious,
backward, downtrodden and poverty ridden.

 

The Politically Correct evil weapon
which has been most effective is “Racism”, i.e. anyone who expects merit to be
the measure instead of skin color must be a racist.  Egalitarianism is another key weapon….bring
everyone down to the lowest common denominator so no one will feel
inferior.  The deliberate dumb-down in
our schools is a prime example.

 

Capitalism has been attacked, reviled,
distorted, and smeared…called “dog eat dog”. 
No mention that real capitalism hasn’t existed for a long time…the first
incursions of government into businesses & businesses purchasing political
pull murdered free enterprise, and instituted degrees of Fascism & Socialism.

 

Chancellor Merkel could be describing
the entire Western world when she describes multiculturalism as “utterly failed”.   It quite simply cannot work.  It is impossible because the 3rd
Worlders bring their failed customs and philosophies with them and keep them alive
instead of assimilating.   En masse they
know nothing of the host country, its history, its important documents &
events, its language, its culture and they do not care.  They only know it is better than conditions
in their homeland and the entitlements are too good to pass up.  But still they remain faithful to their
mother country, sing its praises, and send it money, while feeling
disrespectful hostility toward their host who they realize is crazy &
stupid enough to redistribute its citizens’ money to illegal strangers.

 

This phenomenon can only be called
SUICIDE.  The West is killing itself
through its policies and misguided beliefs.

 

The American politicians, bureaucrats,
corrupt businesses and organizations are mostly opportunists making a fast buck
at the expense of the country’s principles and citizens.  However, many of them know exactly what they
are doing and why.  Destruction of
individualism is their goal.  Hillary
Clinton once told a documentary film maker about Ayn Rand….”don’t you know the
age of the individual is over?”….He related that personally to us….no surprise.

 

The West, specifically the U.S. is
getting what it deserves as a whole for its apathy, lack of knowledge, lack of
accountability, and plain stupidity. While the sheeple are absorbed in their
gladiator sports, cell phones, I-Pods & other gimmicks….the band is playing
as the ship sinks into the dark abyss of the Dark Ages…or worse, the Jungle. Talk
about true “dog eat dog”.

Congratulations:  Fort Smith named one of the truly great Destination Cities in all America.

Credit goes to the Fort Smith city government, city police, Sheriff Atkinson, the FBI, Chamber of Commerce, OK Foods, Simmons, Tyson, the Catholic Church, the Times Record, Superintendent Gooden, Congressman John Boozman and lesser lights.  And oh yes, Beebe, Bush & Obama.

This blighted honor could not have been accomplished without the efforts or the lack of efforts from the aforementioned.

The Destination City reputation is only made possible by illegal Mexicans and OTM’s through the auspices of the aforementioned, and the illegals are the only ones who keep the “Destination City” title alive.

Times Record Reporter Jeff Arnold’s 9/16/10 article “Hispanic’s Businesses Booming” failed to address the consequences of the illegal Mexican and OTM invaders.  Arnold stated that there are 12,200 Hispanics residing in Fort Smith.

1.      He did not mention the source for his numbers

2.      He did not mention, in his estimation, what the actual numbers really are, particularly since the overwhelming majority is illegals who don’t want to be identified. He readily admits that Hispanics account for at least 15% of the total Fort Smith population and in all likelihood represents a greater percentage of that total, while their numbers are growing exponentially due to the failures of our policing agencies to uphold U.S. and state laws dealing with immigration and the reproductive habits of the unfettered illegal Hispanics.

3.      He did not mention their cost to taxpayers for healthcare

4.      He did not mention their cost in food and other related items and the issuance of plastic debit cards accepted by most stores.  He did not mention the horrific cost to taxpayers in crimes they are involved in, e.g.  Gangs MS-13, Los Zetas….who have a significant presence in our city and state.

5.      He did not mention the mind-boggling cost to taxpayers in K-12 public schools and its resulting negative effects on citizen students who are dumbed-down due to politically correct egalitarianism (everybody equal means everyone brought down to the lowest level), English As a 2nd Language classes, materials printed in Spanish, children’s lack of knowledge of even the most basic facts about our history, language, culture, rule of law.  Acculturation for all practical purposes is absent.  Never have these invaders embraced the ideals that made America preeminent, but the results of those ideals are the reason they commit crimes to get here, yet they are fiercely loyal to their homeland.

6.      He did not mention free pre-natal care (compliments of former Gov. Huckabee) to illegal women and the myriad of complementary services and the accompanying numbers of Anchor Babies potentially on welfare until 21 yrs of age and the ability of said Anchor Babies to bring their immediate families here from their mother countries.

This is merely a broad-brush description of the travesty of our failing multi-cultural gulag (our former Republic) and of our borders going up in smoke.  Our elected and appointed officials are traitors to our U.S. Constitution, and listening to their hollow, P.C. rhetoric day in and day out is nothing more than a caricature of America. 

For starters, how about Congressman John “Travelin’ Man” Boozman seeking a U.S. Senate seat and in times of our multiple crises, the self-serving buffoon is talking Razorback football, Arkansas “values”, (what are they?), abortion, and says he will “balance the federal budget”. (Huh?) This is no endorsement of the Delta Duchess Lincoln, another traitorous buffoon.  There is not one substantive issue being debated regarding Constitutional demands and the attacks on our Constitution by either of these candidates.

Back to Arnold:  He writes about 3 Hispanics who are apparently running successful businesses—Sanchez, Cardenas, and Dominguez.  Can we conclude that these 3 gentlemen are American citizens?  If so they are to be congratulated for their successes. Arnold’s sampling of 3 success stories is not indicative of the educational or economic status of the thousands of Hispanics that presently reside in our area. Arnold’s sampling resembles the 70 person poll representing 83,000 Fort Smith citizens which indicated more homes should be built for the “homeless”.  If in fact these 3 are citizens, they have taken a sworn oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, and are supposed to be law-abiding Americans. It is stated 80% of Sanchez’ business are Hispanic, the only conclusion that can be reached is that he is serving Illegals…this in itself is a violation of the oath he swore to uphold, if he in fact is a citizen.

Fort Smith has another national designation….it is a Sanctuary City.

Question: who might be fanning the flames for more illegal Mexican nesters in our state?  Look no further than the Arkansas Friendship Coalition. This coalition is not about friendship it is about amnesty, open-borders, exploitation of illegals and taxpaying citizens…the bottom line, bigger profits by any means.  When the reader understands who the king pins are in the Coalition you will readily comprehend their mission…not humanitarian but hard core dollars. Some members are:  The Tyson’s, the Walton’s, Warren Stephens (owner of the Times Record), the Catholic Church, ACLU, Lulac, and the beat goes on.

Reporting on the growing Hispanic population’s business successes without addressing any of the aforementioned multiple crises is symptomatic of a national crisis of gigantic proportions.

Is the new city motto for illegal Hispanics “Life is Worth Living in Fort Smith, because it is a Destination-Sanctuary City” for illegals?
