Gala celebrating the flouting of U.S. immigration laws

Today is the day!  Tonight is the Night!  For what?  A stage production directed by U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart & produced by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville starring on stage 5 illegal aliens who reside in 4 states.                            April 23, 2012

Today is the day when American citizens generally and Arkansas citizens specifically are constitutionally and legally betrayed by Univ. of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart. In the background is a cast of characters who are enabling the social/political/amnesty gala.  These would be Gov. Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel (of Aspen Institute fame), the Arkansas State Legislature—both Houses, save one honorable State Representative Jon Hubbard, and untold numbers of government bureaucrats. It will be interesting to see how many of them will show to become a part of this citizen betrayal.

The Gala will celebrate the onstage arrival of 5 illegal Hispanic aliens who will take the stage in the Fayetteville, AR Town Center to detail their “terrible” experiences while illegally residing in Arkansas, N.Y., Mass. & VA.   Evidently, being treated as an endangered species is a “terrible” experience.

In a letter from Chancellor Gearhart, he proclaimed that “a panel discussion would provide U of A students and the general public a valuable learning experience”.  Question: if this is a “learning experience” why is not being held in one of the many University facilities?  Does this mean they are treading on legal thin ice?  Who is paying for this spectacle?

The Monday evening Gala under the direction of Chancellor Gearhart is fanning flames to produce sympathy for aliens who are illegally in our country for the express purpose of implementing the “Dream Act” with the ultimate goal of amnesty for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.   Bear Stearns in 2005 did an extensive study & determined at that point there were at least 15-25 million illegals residing in the USA and could go as high as 30 million, not the 12 million parroted by the federal government.  More obfuscation.

Once more, multiple federal & state laws are being broken…two in particular are 8 USC, Section 1324a & 1324c, which make it a felony to hire, transport, or harbor any illegal aliens & give ALL police authority to arrest.

The conduct of most, if not all, Arkansas’ elected, appointed, & hired officials are in violation of the above & other statutes and laws.  Arkansas has a legal mechanism 19-11-105 which states that any part of Ark. State government is prohibited from hiring an individual, company or corporation that has illegals in their employ and further prohibits the hiring of any entity that subs out business to illegals.  This article is being violated with impunity across our state and most particularly in N.W. Arkansas, e.g. drive down I-540 between Rogers & Springdale and observe who is doing the highway landscaping.

Another example of the abuse heaped on taxpaying citizens in the matter of illegal immigration, in this case a Federal Prosecutor named Jane Duke.  In 2008 ICE raided the Pilgrim’s Pride Plant in NE Arkansas regarding the hiring of illegals. The Federal Prosecutor’s statements after the raid were indeed chilling and showed she was either devoid of knowledge of Federal law or was beset with arrogance when she opined “Her office has no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as they were otherwise law-abiding CITIZENS (?).”  “They came here to better their lives and their family lives by working.”   Ms. Duke fails to understand she was hired as a Federal Prosecutor, not a social worker…Chancellor Gearhart should heed.
The unchecked illegal invasion by Mexicans & OTM’s is by design. It is obvious that Chancellor Gearhart has the approval of the ruling hierarchies in national & state politics and in all likelihood the order to produce the festive Gala tonight came straight from D.C.   This ongoing conduct is a betrayal and dramatically shows disrespect for the taxpaying citizens of Arkansas.
51% of freshmen entrants into the U of A system require remedial help in a number of subjects. My question is why the Chancellor isn’t dedicating his energies to improving the failed government public education system…i.e. Goals 2000, No Child Left Behind, and now Common Core Standards…all founded on egalitarianism and bringing all students down to the lowest COMMON denominator. Common Core gives complete control of public education to the FEDERAL Government.

We are a nation with a debt of $16.4 Trillion and $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates; our national borders are porous; our President removed all stryker forces from the borders which further invites an influx of at least a million per year to enter our country, along with tons of illicit drugs, gangs, sex slaves, vicious cartels, etc. freely.  In a national meeting in NW Arkansas the year Asa Hutchinson was appointed Drug Czar, it was disclosed that NW Arkansas is a major Mexican drug distribution center and citizens know it is a burgeoning citadel for exploited cheap labor, and Springdale beginning to take on the appearance of a Mexican barrio.

Chancellor Gearhart, do you not understand the destruction reaped on American citizens by the illegal 3rd World invasions?  It does not appear so.  Need I remind you again that the presence of illegal aliens costs taxpayers a whopping $38.3 BILLION per year, while they send home to their mother country $45 BILLION in remittances?

More on the Mallalieu Grasshopper

It’s a time for genuine thought.                        August 23, 2011

Directors re: the Mallalieu church and the Center for Excellence…can we take a deep breath and have a sensible, logical discussion?  This church involvement has been going on for a decade plus…what is your hurry now?

Questions:
1.    How did the city obtain the Mallalieu church?
2.    Was money exchanged?
3.    If so, how much and where did it go?
4.    Was there a CDBG grant?  If so, how much?
5.    Were there other parcels of land bought and/or sold adjacent to the church?
6.    From fragmented information it appears the city, that’s us, will spend over ½ million to deconstruct the church, accompanied by clean-up efforts…is this correct?
7.    Does the city leadership plan to give the Mallalieu real estate to Chancellor Beran & UAFS?
8.    If so, what is the legal precedent that enables the city to give away taxpayer land to another government entity?
9.    You’ve said that Chancellor Beran and his enablers are planning to build a school complex on the Mallalieu real estate.  By what authority?

Schools, regardless of their intentions, must be approved, in this case, by the Arkansas legislature and the State Board of Education.  What is their position regarding this proposed school?

Are the public school teachers offended by Beran’s arrogance and secret involvements regarding his vision of Academic Excellence?  Who are Beran’s enablers and what is the real reason for this proposed endeavor?

Nowhere are there finite details as to where specifically the funding will come from to create this project and certainly no specifics regarding the cost to develop and to maintain.  Ultimately we citizens will be the end source of funding if we allow Beran’s self-serving motives to reach fruition.  Make no mistake, this proposed project is huge and very costly.

Speaking of funding, note in todays Times Record, that the budget for the coming year for the operation of the Fort Smith school system is $165.66 million.  Do you not think this is more than enough to levy taxpayers for education in Fort Smith, even though in some quarters it could be described as a failed process?

As was explained in an earlier piece, entrepreneurship is an inherited pre-disposition; likewise mental acuity.   An individual who is lucky enough to have been born with a keen mind will in most cases rise from the ashes of childhood—be it poverty, broken homes, etc.  In most circumstances, you cannot hide the light of intelligence.

Beran is a fundraiser/politician, nothing more, nothing less.  Certainly not an academic.  There appears to be no regard for our present failing economic circumstances.

Again, Directors, it would be in everyone’s best interest if a civil discourse was initiated regarding the proposed Mallalieu endeavor, not only for yourselves but your constituents.

The trouble with Do-Gooders re chancellor Beran travels

The trouble with Do-Gooders as
related to the Chancellor Beran FOI.               12/06/09

Have you
noticed most Do-Gooders want to do their brand of “good” with someone else’s
money?

One cannot
be a semi-collectivist—you either believe in individual property rights or you
don’t.

The false
idea that it is quite all right to take by force from producers, as long as the
cause is righteous in the eyes of the takers, (E.G. Any government programs) is
deadly and the precise reason we’re losing our freedoms and Founding
Principles.

Collectivist
types…bureaucrats, politicians, private sector enablers, (many of whom actually
think what they do is laudable), and ideologues have driven this nation into a
financial, moral, and ethical abyss.  In
order to protect and expand their turf they resort to their protection racket
by circling the wagons to keep the gullible taxpayers in the dark as to their
true agendas…feathering their nests and furthering their collectivist goals. The
mode is always the same…posture as public servants, giving back, making a
difference, etc.  then ignore evidence, then
excoriate, then take action of some sort.

Whether the
individuals involved are well-meaning or not is immaterial, the results are the
same…the destruction of our Constitutional Republic, our individual rights, our
standard of living and freedom from oppression.

No doubt
many, perhaps Chancellor Beran (a mere microcosm of the national scene),
actually believe they are doing “good” and anyone who challenges their use of
taxpayer funds must be a “nut-case” or worse.

Case in
point, a recount of subsequent events show, once the Chancellor Beran travel
information FOI became public (filed Nov. 2, 2009) and the Times Record showed
no interest in it, the Regional Chambers of Commerce held their First Friday (12/04/09) breakfast with Chancellor
Beran speaking about his travels to the orient and role in bringing Mitsubishi
to Fort Smith. (Old news)  Then came a
glowing article in the Times Record (12/05/09)
recounting this event and all the congratulations for his accomplishment.  Then came an excoriating personal attack on
Joe McCutchen in a letter to the editor of the Times Record (12/06/09).

Coincidence?

What is
really happening at the Univ. of Ark. Fort Smith?  A few quotes from Saturday’s edition of the
TR will provide more than a hint as to what is surreptitiously going on in
Beran’s domain. Who are the enablers and what is the authority for their
enormous expenditures? Since when do University Chancellors do the job of
Chambers of Commerce and individual & corporate entreprenuers?

Beran states
that UAFS is the “quality of place” connection for economic development. What on
earth is “quality of place” other than a bureaucratic phrase designed to
confuse the public?  It is our belief
that universities only proper function is academic achievement.

Regarding
Mitsubishi’s alleged decision to open a wind-power turbine plant, Beran states
that UAFS will train workers for Mitsubishi and support the Japanese families
of the company’s workers and executive team that will be moving to Fort Smith.
How benevolent…where is the money coming from?
This is a textbook example of Fascism, which is a nexus between
corporations & government, resulting in a symbiotic relationship.  Chancellor, it is the Japanese individual
responsibility to meld into our culture while they are here.

The
Chancellor also stated that Japanese primary & secondary students attend
classes 6 days a week, and voila—UAFS has agreed to set up and operate a
Saturday school for Mitsubishi family children. What is the authority and who
funds? Was this part of a bribe/incentive?

Enter Ray
Wallace, UAFS Provo.  Wallace says he’s
coordinating programs with Chinese universities. I believe these are the same
Communist folks who financially own our republic and can only be deemed as our
arch enemy.  Have you noticed their
military buildup and how many of our products are made there, hence U.S. job
losses by the millions?

The thrust
being enunciated by Paul Beran and other unknown agents can only be described
as a globalist endeavor.  The U.S. public
education institutions are ranked 27th internationally.  It is more than obvious that Beran is ingratiating
himself with foreign nationals at the expense of America’s students and
taxpayers. For those of you who are laboring under the illusion that Chancellor
Beran and his 6 Vice-chancellors are interested in procuring better qualified
instructors and undergirding the curriculum are surely not aware of the
realities that exist.

How many of
you reading this missive are interested in subsidizing Globalist Universities?
Hereafter UAFS should be named Globalist U.

It should
come as no surprise to each of you that our republic is in a nosedive to the
abyss, culturally, economically, militarily (attacking sovereign nations around
the globe under the pathetic excuse of a global war on terrorism, and the 25-35
million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s who are nesting in our once preeminent
republic and thousands more on their way), while the likes of Paul Beran go on
their merry way at taxpayers’ expense, expanding our Marxist/Fascist empire.

Kindest
regards,

Joe & Barb McCutchen

GULLIVER’S TRAVELS WEREN’T FUNDED BY TAXPAYERS, CHANCELLOR BERAN’S ARE.

It is obvious that most ifnot all these trips could be satisfied with emails, faxes, and conferencecalls, excluding the 3 regularly scheduled October trips to the Orient, whichare murky arrangements at best. None of this appears to have anything todo with quality of course work and/or students. Most of these meetings indicatethey are nothing more than creating fundraising strategies and expanding thetaxpayer subsidized protection racket for elite “education” insiders.

Before grabbing the UAFScarousel ring, Beran was a low level bureaucrat. What aleap.

The scary aspect ofBeran’s travel odysseys is the fact that this abuse is going on in everygovernment school system. For instance, what type of fiscal abuse istaking place at the flagship—UA-Fayetteville with Chancellor David Gearhart’sready access to the state’s King Air airplane?

So-called “publiceducation” at all levels is nothing more than exercises in studentindoctrination and “educators” self-serving expansionist stratagems.

Is there any oversightover these perceived abuses, if so who is in charge?

As with all governmententities, producing citizens are the victims.

Never forget, the easiestjob in the whole world is spending someone else’s money!
