Trial by Jury under Arkansas attack

More on the unconstitutional SJR5 by Sen. Eddie Joe Williams & cohorts…the auction begins today.                             April 1, 2013

Will the 89th Arkansas General Assembly’s legacy be known as the Assemblage that aborted the U.S. Constitution, i.e. Amendment 7 which states in part “The Right of Trial by Jury shall be preserved”?

The 7th Amendment, accompanied by 9 other Amendments was ratified December 15, 1791 and came to be known thereafter as the U.S. Bill of Rights.  Equally important, all became part of the U.S. Constitution.

The newly minted Arkansas Republican House & Senate majority, at this juncture, can be described as corrosive and inspired by the towering fact that both political brands are attempting to irreversibly tamper with the U.S. Constitution, specifically Amendment 7 of the Bill of Rights which is one of 10 that has served as the very foundation of our republic providing Arkansans and U.S. citizens, if abided by, unfettered freedoms.  Said citizens have been comfortable understanding they have a right of trial by a jury of their peers devoid of outside interference, while the Arkansas Republicans are trying to neuter it.  The arrogance and lack of Constitutional understanding of these Republicans, but certainly not limited to!

The National & Arkansas Republican majority proffers allegiance to the Constitution while in full view have instituted a frontal debilitating attack on said Constitution and Arkansas citizens in an effort to abort one of our most basic freedoms, trial by jury, which they surreptitiously  refer to as “Tort Reform”.

What is taking place is simply the sale of our 7th Amendment to the highest bidder.  Some of the bidders are: insurance companies; the Arkansas and American Medical Associations; the Chambers of Commerce; the nursing home combines; in-state/out-of-state corporations, and so on. Why?  Because they do not want to be held completely accountable for their mistakes/injuries.

All the above are special interests groups and middleclass Arkansans are the ones as usual that the aforementioned elitist groups are proposing to lead to the slaughterhouse.

If this proposed unconstitutional and self-serving act is allowed to reach fruition, one of our most sacrosanct rights will be “snatched” by representatives of the above (specifically our legislators & special interest groups) crafted in back room scurrilous deals and literally will place a predetermined fixed value on our bodies and limbs.

Are Arkansas legislators so arrogant, so stupid, or so constitutionally bankrupt that they dare tamper with one of America’s most sacred documents and offer it for sale to a plethora of corrupt bidders? Has it not dawned on legislators nor do they not care that they and their families’ own 7th Amendment rights will be curtailed?

As always, follow the lucre $$$.

Attack on 7th Amendment/Trial by Jury

WHO DO YOU WANT DETERMINING THE VALUE OF YOUR LIFE & LIMB—A POLITICIAN OR A JURY TRIAL OF YOUR PEERS?                    March 27, 2013

Whose Constitutional & monetary interests does Senator Eddie Joe Williams (R-Cabot) SJR5 represent—his constituents or the Arkansas Medical Assoc. (AMA), corporate Arkansas, insurance companies, lobbyists, and politicians?

Answer: not his constituents and the rest of Arkansas citizens. What reward does Senator Williams and his ilk expect for their unconstitutional and arrogant sell-outs.  The Senator and some members of the legislature are more than willing to trample on the 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, e.g. profit is their motive in one form or another and denies the right of citizens to receive full benefit of a jury trial by their peers.

Government intervention will allow politicians, big corporations, insurance companies and the AMA to make decisions regarding citizens’ life and limb.  Williams and his accomplices’ position on the matter of the 7th Amendment is indefensible.  Senator Williams would have you believe that he & the aforementioned groups are better qualified to determine the value of your life and limb as opposed to the time-honored citizen jury trial.

What Senator Williams and his acolytes are proposing is nothing more than a back alley abortion by a gang of legislative thugs who are seeking some type of advancement and/or advantage. Believe me the rape they are proposing was not incubated in the Arkansas legislature.

Apparently Senator Eddie Joe Williams’s allegiances do not lie with his constituents and the citizens of Arkansas and lie squarely with money-slobbering entities.
Citizens, is it your wish that Sen. Williams and his power hungry accomplices tell you the value of a severed organ by a physician, the value of a lost eye in a construction accident, etc?

Just imagine what an unholy mess, accompanied the creation of another huge government bureaucracy (more Gov. Control), will result if Senator Eddie Joe Williams gets this bill passed. Think if you will what representatives of the AMA, their legal counsels, insurance companies, captains of industry and their counsels and scurrilous lobbies sitting in a room debating the worth of arms, legs, eyes, brain injuries, etc. of citizens, resulting from physicians errors, machine failures, car crashes, etc. regardless of circumstance.  Remember the above group has debated and set the value of your loss by a predetermined cost/figure for your life and limb and not by a jury of your peers.

What a sordid, scurrilous bunch that are pushing this travesty.  Each of you in league with Williams on SJR5 is a disgrace to society, humanity, and our republic. What a dastardly attack on citizen rights.

P.S. What legislators have a vested interest in SJR5, i.e. relationships with physicians, construction, insurance, or other self-serving entities?

In-state tuition for illegals…AGAIN!

Will Republicans Cave Again?                        March 12, 2013

Senator Joyce Elliott, Little Rock’s progressive Marxist, introduced Senate bill SB 915 which would allow an illegal alien, upon signing an affidavit with the school stating he or she intends to gain legal status  would gain the ability to be granted the right to instate tuition, a right not granted to out of state American students. While at the same time would create another taxpayer subsidized bureaucracy.

Elliott said Monday that SB 915 is about education, not immigration.  I beg to differ with Sen. Elliott, it is ALL about illegal immigration—the matter of the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law and her sworn obligations to uphold the aforementioned and defend citizens.

The Constitution and the Rule of Law, i.e. 8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, 1644, negate all her specious and unlawful rhetoric re SB 915.

It is noted that Senator Johnny Key (R-Mt. Home) has joined hands with Sen. Elliott (D) in this proposed nefarious legislation. In this regard, members of the Arkansas Legislature, both Houses, should be aware of the criminal activity of former Arkansas Governor Michael Dale Huckabee.  Huckabee violated Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution by bringing in a Mexican Consulate housed in Little Rock, which has and is serving as a distribution center for illegals.  At that time Huckabee was in league with Elliott in this same instate tuition endeavor.

Senator Key claims to be interested in education since he is economically involved in said vocation. If that is the case, how does he justify his position supporting SB 915 with all the past and current damage that has and is being done to the public education systems in by illegal foreign nationals, via American children’s minds, dollars, indoctrination, and more importantly, a dumbed down curriculum?

November 7th the Republican Party caved and shed all pretenses of being a Constitutional Party in favor of smaller government and governed by the rule of law, e.g. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal making the following statement, “The Republicans’ key to attracting more voters should be ‘if we want people to like us, we have to like them first’.”  Therein lies the silliness and lack of substance offered by one of the Republicans’ national leaders.

Senator Elliott should know American citizens should and must be given first and last considerations in all things involving government.  I am disappointed that she is divorcing herself from the black community while throwing her legislative support to part of the 25-35 million illegals nesting in our republic.  No, not the phony 12 million that government hacks espouse.  Her folks last in education, employment, standard of living, and more importantly the breakdown of the black family. She should withdraw SB 915 and support her own American citizens.

It will indeed be interesting to see if Republicans stand straight, uphold their sworn Constitutional duties in defense of Arkansans and American citizens.

Or will the Republicans cave again and continue to be the Party of Irrelevance (POI)?

Paying for 1/4 million more on welfare will save money??

TO FEED, CLOTHE, WIPE, ENTERTAIN, & TRANSPORT IN PERPETUITY         March 6, 2013

A Second Mathematical Postulate Coming from Arkansas State Government in Two Weeks—a government program that will save money!

The first postulate you may recall came from the mouth of Rep. Greg Leding who postulated that money taken from citizens by force by the federal government and redirected to welfare recipients was defined as part of GDP.

Close on the heels of Rep. Leding’s creation comes a second postulate from Bo Ryall, president of the corporate Arkansas Hospital Association, who stated that the introduction of ¼ million more deadbeats injected into the already burgeoning 870,000 recipients of Medicaid would save Arkansas money by letting the Feds pay for this outrageous deal proposed by Gov. Beebe, the Democrats, and the corporate hospital association, but only for the first three years. It should be noted that the federal government is already $17 TRILLION in debt…pay with what?

A report said that by expanding Medicaid it could save the state $664 million between 2014-2020.  I challenge Gov. Beebe, Bo Ryall, and any other Big Government enthusiast to present any government entity that ever saved money, most particularly Medicaid.

Moving along with this new mathematical postulate, Mr. Ryall opines that with the introduction of another ¼ million welfare deadbeats (legal & illegal) injected into Arkansas society will create between 8,500 & 11,500 new jobs, i.e. government positions.  I would suggest to Mr. Ryall, Gov. Beebe, and other proponents of forced redistribution to take the mean between 8,500 & 11,500 and multiply by $75,000 (avg. government yrly salary) of the aforementioned individuals (expansion of state government paid for by taxpayers), how much of that so-called $664 million savings is left? First, the money for the new jobs is funded by taxpayers, and then they are taxed again by having to subsidize the expansion.

In addition to this faux bloviating by corporate Arkansas & the state government, here comes the copout introduced by the POI (Party of Irrelevance) to show cause why Arkansas producers should pony up more hard earned tax dollars to be dumped into the Never-Never Land—that by a “Consultant” at the rate of $55,000 per month to tell Arkansas lawmakers how to introduce more theft.  Understand that the consultant wallowed in the government trough for decades and that’s his credentials—no friend to the producing citizens, nor is the state legislature.
Do Arkansas legislators ever discuss the big conundrum?  Will the welfare throngs have their hands out in perpetuity? Do the legislators ever discuss between themselves putting an end to their destructive and criminal behavior? Or do they say let the next bunch worry about it? And finally…

Senator Joyce Elliot is playing around with the Right of Eminent Domain, and no good can come from this woman’s meddling with that Right.

Attacks on Constitutional Rights Continue

Is anyone in the Arkansas legislature representing citizens’ interest?

Will some of the constitutional betrayers in the Arkansas legislature rise for a roll call?  February 19, 2013

1.    D. Altes (R—Ft Smith)……”Present”
2.    N. Bell (R—Mena)………….”Present”
3.    J. Gillam (R—Judsonia)……”Present”
4.    K. Hammer (R—Benton)….”Present”
5.    J. Rapert (R—Conway)……”Present”
6.    W. Sabin (D—Little Rock)…”Present”
7.    M. Shepherd (R—El Dorado)”Present”
8.    E. Williams (R—Cabot)………”Present”
9.    J. Woods (R—Springdale)……”Present”

Why are the above 9, and perhaps many more, being charged as betrayers?

I.     Eminent Domain.  Representatives Nate Bell, Kim Hammer, and Senator Jason Rapert are engaged in an attempt to destroy the time honored and revered The Right of Eminent Domain, which confers protection against seizure of private property.  What are the rewards that the aforementioned 3 are expecting if they are successful in their proposed treachery and who or what is the force behind their unconstitutional behavior?  In the end, what is their pay-off? The attack on the Right of Eminent Domain emits the pungent order of the “stack & pack em” U.N. Agenda 21 crowd.

II.    Tort Reform.    Republicans have long been shilling for insurance companies, the Chambers of Commerce, and corporate entities to quash the 7th Amendment.  Their attacks have been launched incrementally.  It is obvious from available data that Senator Eddie Joe Williams (R-Cabot) is the prime mover orchestrating the latest attack on our Amendment 7. Perhaps the senator is not familiar with the 7th Amendment and in all good conscience believes he has a superior legislative mind than our Founding Fathers, in this case most particularly Madison, Jay & Hamilton.   Incidentally, Rep. Mathew Shepherd is riding shotgun for Eddie Joe in the vile attack on the right to trial not to be impugned by any government agency or agencies.

Suppose Senator Williams is travelling from Little Rock to Cabot and a Tyson chicken truck or a Wal-Mart 18 wheeler crosses the median and runs over he & his vehicle and as a result of the crash, Williams loses both arms.  Question: Would the Senator be satisfied with a government predetermined evaluation of his loss or would he be more confident in the honesty and empathy of a jury of his peers who have no political connections or obligations?  Of course, we know what Eddie Joe’s answer would be.  The Founders had no intention of having the American jury system tampered with by self-serving bureaucracies and politicians who are influenced by Special Interests.

Senator Williams obviously overlooked this phrase from the 7th Amendment “The right of trial by jury shall be preserved and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise examined”.

He was elected to serve not only his constituents but all Arkansas residents—not hospitals, not the Chambers of Commerce, not the insurance companies, not corporate entities and certainly not LOBBYISTS--the scourge of government.  Is there a payoff for carrying such unconstitutional & egregious legislation?

III.    Term Limits.   Have Representatives Altes, Bell, Gillam, Sabin & Senator Woods articulated to Arkansas citizens why they are for extending term limits? Of course not!  They will in unison state that they have not yet finished their legislative work.  What a crock.  Fort Smith’s Rep. D. Altes has termed in and out any number of times and citizens in Fort Smith would be hard-pressed to make one positive statement about his presence in the state legislature. Precisely the reason why government has evolved into self-serving political parasitism. And on the subject, the right honorable Senator Jon Woods wants to raise the pay for the legislators. Has the senator noticed the state of the Arkansas economy and the thousands of illegals slopping at the welfare trough? Couple this with the huge increases of the homeless in the Senator’s neck of the woods, i.e. NW Arkansas.   Shame on the Senator & the rest of the legislature who are pushing for raises.  Drastic cuts need to be made in legislators’ travel allowances.   More self-serving rumblings out of Fort Smith in the person of government employee Rep. Stephanie Malone, stating “she doesn’t want full term limits” (?) she just wants “partial term limits” (?).   Stephanie needs to explain.  The Founders did not intend or want career politicians.

Speaker of the House, Rep. Davy Carter has indicated he favors the extension of Term Limits.  Extending Term Limits would further enhance the ability of self-serving politicians to increase their already questionable activities by expanding the size of their taxpayer subsidized playground. On that basis we are sure Rep. Carter would allow citizens to vote on the issue.

Note: Republicans proclaim they are the party of the Constitution, small government and freedoms…observe the above.

The new Republican majority in the Arkansas House & Senate are doing their best to out-Democrat the Democrats.  Republicans have morphed into the realm of irrelevancy; hence their new name—The Party of Irrelevance (POI) and is suffering with and from the Simpletonian Complex.

You certainly want to put your trust in this bunch.

Oh yes, there is the ongoing flimflamming by Gov. Beebe re the proposed N.E. Arkansas Steel Mill.  Can you see $250 million (and counting) taxpayer dollars injected into this highly questionable endeavor? And at the same time, factoring in 20% of the operation being owned by the Arkansas Teachers’ Retirement System. (?)  Residing close to Memphis cancels out most of the theoretical benefits to Arkansas. This ain’t no flea market adventure.

Bill attacks authority of Arkansas sheriffs

An attack on Arkansas’ Sheriffs—the last bastions of freedom from state & federal government gross citizen abuse.
                            February 7, 2013

I speak of HB 1012, sponsored by longtime politician Rep. Denny Altes (Fort Smith), and Freshman Rep. John Payton (Wilburn), both Republicans.

It is hard to comprehend why these two AR. State Representatives would push such a freedom killing Bill.  Obviously, they sold their souls to the company store.

Arkansas’ sheriffs represent Arkansas citizens’ last line of defense against a corrupt, overreaching, powerful federal government.

Questions:
1.    Who wrote the bill?  Is this the transparency we can expect from the newly elected Republican majority?
2.    What does the bill intend to provide for the authors?
3.    What is the reasoning that would dictate Arkansas’ Attorney General being inserted into this proposed sordid scheme which would allow, in this case, A.G. Dustin McDaniel, authorization to provide a federal employee written permission to arrest, search & seizure, etc. accompanied with no delay? Think of the potential political corruption the environment McDaniel is proposing would create.
4.    It appears that A.G. McDaniel has overstepped his legal bounds and is acting as a power broker to pass the freedom destroying HB 1012.
5.    Why is AG McDaniel attempting to usurp the sworn constitutional duties of Arkansas sheriffs?
6.    The real laugher; if this bill is unfortunately given any consideration and passed, the Feds arrest, search or seizure would be made under federal or state customs or immigration laws, which have never, not once, been enforced to curtail 3rd World illegal immigration.  Selective law enforcement and the Feds excel.

If HB 1012 were passed it would have the potential of enslaving Arkansans, compliments of the federal & state governments.

The most recent criminal atrocities by the federal government, some police departments & other agencies, have boldly asserted they have 30,000 drones to overfly the U.S. with the intent of stripping us down to the bare skin, accompanied by murder, yes murder! Reps. Altes & Payton, do you really want to delegate more authority to the Feds & State?

I say to you Reps. Altes & Payton I am aghast at such unconstitutional & unconscionable conduct.

This week I sent out an email listing the criminal corruption and freedom taking acts instituted by the Federal Government, entitled “The Simpletonian Complex”.  It is so listed on the website arkansasfreedom.net     Obviously Altes & Payton are practitioners of The Simpletonian Complex, nor did they bother to read the piece.

Welfare Albatross Grows

From Arkansas State Government’s Lost & Found Department                 January 25, 2013

It’s Arkansas’ Easter Egg hunt in January…and how many eggs were found?  In this case the eggs are the potential newly found 87,000 legal foreign nationals who “qualify” for Arkansas welfare and are lined up to dine at the welfare free lunch table. Perhaps this should be called Christmas instead of Easter.

As every Arkansan should know, the Marxist Democrat Party with Gov. Beebe leading the charge is cocked to add 250,000 more slugs on the backs of middleclass Arkansans. Is the 87,000 newly found foreign nationals an add-on to the 250,000 number?

Apparently so, reading the comments of House Minority Leader Greg Leding who represents the Marxist city on the Hill called Fayetteville, Arkansas. Leding says “We keep finding arguments to support expansion”.   Spoken like a true Communist. According to Leding’s bio he is a Catholic. This is the group that defies U.S. law while running sanctuary programs and gaming every facet of our system, and they hoot about their charitable work, i.e. Catholic Charities, which receives 2/3rds of their funding from U.S. taxpayers!  No doubt Representative Leding is carrying the baggage for Arkansas Catholic Bishop Anthony Basil Taylor who flouts U.S. & State law on a daily basis.

More salt rubbed into the economic, legal & cultural wounds of middleclass Arkansans, compliments of Senator Uvalde Lindsay and House Minority Leader Greg Leding…both representing the Marxist bastion on the Hill. They are a heck of a pair.  Probably should throw in Rep. Madison also.

“Welfare? A cruel hoax.

WHERE DOES IT STOP, OR DOES IT—IN ITS WAKE ARE MOUNDS OF ECONOMIC ASHES AND HORDES OF BEGGARS—IT’S CALLED “WELFARE”                                                            January 24, 2013

Another proposed grand theft orchestrated against middleclass Arkansans, but not limited to, by Gov. Mike Beebe, a disciple of the Marxist Communist President Barack Hussein Obama, State Surgeon General Dr. Joe Thompson, Dr. Daniel W. Rahn, Chancellor of U of A for Medical Sciences, Dr. Clark Fincher, the Governor of the Arkansas Chapter of American College of Physicians; and some members of the Arkansas state legislature.

Do we feed them forever?  The aforementioned luminaries never, ever question why welfare numbers continue to exacerbate, what remedies are available which could terminate the lack of self-discipline and foster self-reliance, etc.  Instead, without any forethought, these subsidized bureaucratic and political elitists posit their position without feeling for the poor souls who are generating the funds for their entitlement feast.   In this same vein, the 30 year politicrat Beebe is proposing a 2% pay raise for state employees. It’s in your face citizens, and is a mirror image of precisely what Obama is doing to all America.  The producers are not receiving raises, as you well know, therefore why should government employees receive raises?

With the proposal to add 250,000 (that’s ¼ million) more non-producers to the welfare rolls will tally out to be at least 1,100,000 welfare recipients languishing & reproducing in our state alone. Arkansas’ population is roughly 2.5 million. Does that sound an alarm?  Citizens are not aware of how many illegals are dining at the welfare table—more corruption by Beebe and the state legislature. On bended knee, they shuffle to the music of the Walmart’s, Tyson’s, Stephen’s, the State Chamber of Commerce, etc.

Depending on whose numbers you accept there are somewhere between 2-5 million 3rd World, uneducated, poverty-ridden legal & illegal aliens entering our country on a yearly basis.  We as a nation are $16.4 TRILLION in debt, with a $75-100 Trillion in unfunded mandates, i.e. MEDICAID, Medicare, and Social Security. Notice that the Marxist Democrats gave approximately 3% increase in Social Security checks and those who have saved and had some wealth netted out less than they were receiving in 2012.  That is bald-faced thievery. The money was earned by hard labor and the DC thugs have dried up the Social Security coffers.

Not to bore, some specifics about government arithmetic and fabrication used by Dr. Joe Thompson.  Thompson asserts that with the 250,000 add-ons we would end up with 400,000 with insurance…tell us Dr. Thompson, who is we?  Thompson goes on to say that the add-ons would save 2300 lives per year…where is that crystal ball Dr. Thompson and is that the same ball that came up with the padded 250,000 number?

Next, an example of political doublespeak and outright dishonesty.  Dr. Thompson states that if the Ark. Legislature signs on to this not so Affordable Care Act, with the addition of 250,000 non-producers it will create 6200 jobs. Jobs? Jobs? These are not jobs they are positions. Dr. Thompson may be a bright individual but also devious & sinister. .  Those 6200 jobs bloviated about amount to a huge expansion of state government, no end in sight, all subsidized by the producers and he and Beebe are not producers. Government employees hold positions, not jobs, again all subsidized by middleclass, hard-working Arkansans.

What is the philosophy that states that a government may take by force from one group for redistribution to another group? Ladies & gentlemen of the legislature, it is Communism.  Your political vote-buying benevolence at someone else’s expense is not only unappreciated, it is highly resented.

It will be interesting to see how the former political party identified by the name Republican, now the majority, morphing into the Party of Irrelevance, handles the proposed abuses of middleclass taxpayers orchestrated by Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe and his Democrat Legislature. Do the POI’s have the backbone to terminate the Marxist attacks on our once free society?

WELFARE HEAVEN OR HAVEN?

ARKANSAS, THE WELFARE HEAVEN…OR IS IT HAVEN?

Governor Mike Beebe, the Arkansas Legislature & Altruism, i.e. Soft Communism.    January 16, 2013

Auguste Compte was born in France in 1798, inventor of Sociology and coiner of the word Altruism.  Altruism laid the groundwork in America for Political Correctness which has all but destroyed the 1st  & 2nd Amendments and virtually all important institutions.

Altruism is a philosophy holding selflessness as the highest virtue, which excludes rational self-interest.  Few individuals practice Altruism because of its totally destructive nature; however government uses sanctimonious Altruism routinely to buy votes and positions, i.e. all politicians & bureaucrats.  Simply put, producers provide unearned largesse to the Takers and as time goes by the demands of the Takers increase, ultimately destroying the abilities of the producers to provide for the Takers—what is left? Ashes.

Witness Government: In this case the positions of Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe & the state legislature in the matter of burgeoning & expanding welfare programs.

It is noted that the opponents of rational self-interest (individualism) have created environments which low-information citizens seize upon the “something for nothing” scheme thereby aiding & abetting our destruction. Implementation of Political Correctness has been fueled by the much bandied phrases, e.g. “make a difference”, “giving back”, “mentoring”, “volunteerism”, “compassion”, “egalitarianism” (stressing the importance of the collective over the individual) all of which paralyzes Middle Americans.  The faux philosophy has allowed the elites to launch an all-out attack, destroying individual freedoms, property rights, seizure of individual wealth, self-reliance; ultimately destroying the totality of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law, and hands America over to the Global Cabal.

Before elaborating on the proposed Arkansas legislative destruction that is about to occur referencing Altruism (middleclass destruction), it is appropriate that remarks made by certain Arkansas leaders be topically analyzed:

1.    Governor Mike Beebe:  “Some people understandably, believe the federal government simply can’t afford to be throwing this kind of borrowed money at states” ($1 Billion per year for 250,000 new welfare takers), and Beebe said, “that money is going to be borrowed and spent regardless of whether Arkansas takes its relative pittance ($1 Billion per year is pittance?).  For us to decline the expansion (adding 250,000 more individuals to the current welfare rolls) would be to close some of our hospitals, conspicuously deny insurance to our working poor people and perpetuate an unsustainable system of uncompensated care (Beebe and his worn-out scare shtick & where is the proof?). And it would accomplish diddly in regard to the federal deficit”. (This is exactly the kind of thinking/actions which have bankrupted our republic. Incidentally, Arkansas is currently $139 Million in welfare arrears. )

a.    Does the governor have any comprehension of the true meaning of his quotes, and certainly he chose not to elaborate, only elements of fear which are absolutely ungrounded? His quotes would have you believe Arkansas is an island unto itself and amounts only to a mere pittance and not worth diddly when there are 49 other states and any number of Protectorates at the trough.
b.    What’s the genesis of the outrageous number 250,000? Let’s have a name!
c.    If 250,000 are added to the welfare rolls, how long can we expect the recipients to remain on the dole?
d.    There are no visible protests by citizens demanding to be put on welfare. The state’s urgency to accomplish this is criminal. The state practices this criminality on a daily basis by running TV ads, print media, and other forms of advertisements baiting people to join the welfare brigade.  In police parlance this practice can only be described as entrapment.
e.    No mention of the throngs of illegals gaming the systems in our state.  Defense?
f.    No enumeration or names of the hospitals allegedly forced to close, or why.
g.    Aside from his fear mongering of throwing old folks out of nursing homes, the governor & legislature should inform citizens when ALL the unconstitutional & illegal unearned Altruistic largesse will end, or does it continue to its logical end when all parties are consumed.

2.    Senator Michael Lamoureaux (R-POI) Senate Pro Tem:  “I don’t think there will be any cuts to Medicaid”…dittoed by the Speaker of the House, Davy Carter (R-POI).  There is some evidence that Lamoureaux & Carter have formed a serious nexus with Beebe (D).

The bone of contention is this, President Barack Obama created the “Federal Affordable Care Act”, which at this juncture is financially overwhelming business communities, exorbitant costs & rationed healthcare, and mammoth tax increases across the board.

To put all this in perspective, the bill for Arkansas welfare is a $5.5 Billion per year and escalating, devoid of means testing and as mentioned earlier, fraught with illegals and at this juncture presently there are 780,000 Arkansas residents on welfare out of the total state population of 2.5 million. The “shortfall” for this Altruist behemoth is projected to be somewhere between $140 million to $298 million for this year.

The governor and some members of the legislature are pushing for an additional 250,000 to the above population, presenting producers with a body count of at least 1,030,000 dependents bodies to mother.

This feel-good Politically Correct Altruistic approach to government, which is nothing more than vote buying and position gathering, has all but destroyed Western Civilization, our heritage, and our standard of living…all by design brought about, in the main, by indoctrinated, dumbed-down citizen Americans who vote to retain elected & appointed invertebrate cowards term after term. OBSERVE.

The state & federal POI’s (Party of Irrelevance-Republicans) will fold like a cheap lawn chair in matters of importance…state Medicaid expansion, gun control, and nationally amnesty, gun control, tax increases, & debt ceiling abolition.  Precisely why Republicans have morphed into the realm of political irrelevance. POI’s  have only one articulated position…war & more war…what fools.

Altruism by force: Americans tethered.

Joe McCutchen

A friend sent this & it should be the battle cry of every American.  The quote “The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered & controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed, lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work instead of living on public assistance”. —Cicero—55 B.C.

Evidently we have learned nothing after 2,067 years.

From Cicero to Uvalde.   Arkansas Senator Uvalde Lindsay—among many of his foolish statements the following quote sets the tenor for the 2013 Ark. Legislative session….Lindsay said “It wouldn’t be fair to extend Medicaid coverage to an additional 250,000 Arkansans for 3 years, then take that coverage away”.  His quote says it all.

Democrats & the POI

Deals From the Democrats & the POI.                      January 4, 2013

When the media & politicians exhort that deals are in the making—BEWARE!  The exhortation “Deals” in political parlance states loudly & clearly that middleclass citizens are about to be screwed again.

Citizens that are not comatose or complicit are aware that President Obama’s Arkansas’ enabler Gov. Mike Beebe is well on the way to putting another 250,000 (that is ¼ MILLION) residents on the Arkansas Medicaid welfare rolls.  I say residents simply because we do not know how illegal Mexicans & OTM’s are programed into the travesty and our governor, out of the side of his mouth, states he does not know how many illegals are nesting in the Natural State—a lie.

Enter incoming President of the Arkansas Senate Michael Lamoureux (POI—Russellville) who stated “I am open to Medicaid Deal” and he believes a deal can be accomplished that adds another 250,000 deadbeats to the welfare rolls of an already ultra-bloated bureaucracy. The august legislative body states it will not cost Arkansas citizens one dime, it will be paid for by the federal government…with what?  Are our legislators so simple-minded enough to believe anything emanating out of DC is an absolutism? And just where do said legislators think the Fed gets the money?

Lamoureux and other members of the former Republican Party, now the “Party of Irrelevance” (POI) will tell their constituents they are against more new taxes and for limited government.  What a crock!  Some of their POI brothers in D.C. increased the debt ceiling, accompanied by a current deficit of $16.4 TRILLION and 2 of the Arkansas’ POI’s voted to increase taxes (the Fiscal Cliff)—the “Travellin’ Man Senator John Boozman (POI), the tax & spender Rep. Steve Womack (POI-Rogers), and Rep. Mike Ross (D) who cast the deciding vote to enshrine us with Obamacare, followed by the big legislative zero Sen. (Pryor’s for life) Mark Pryor (D).

The “Deal” will be consummated as usual and middleclass Arkansans will continue to be oppressed with more political & economic burdens and cowardice.   The POI’s will fold like a cheap lawn chair pursuing their own perceived self-interests.

What is the end-game of “welfare mania” that Obama and his legislative disciples are pursuing—is it a 3rd World, multi-cultural, communist society?  It appears so.

Arkansas legislators do not seem to understand or care that our former preeminent Republic is bankrupt and if you question that remark look no further than the $75-100 TRILLION in unfunded mandates—Social Security, Medicare, and yes Medicaid.

The projected add-on will put at least 1,030,000 on welfare in Arkansas with a population of 2.5 million. Governor Beebe has added approximately 4,000 new state employees since initially taking office.  A study released today states the addition of 250,000 Arkansas residents to the welfare rolls will create 6,000 new jobs.  THE 6,000 ARE NOT JOBS BUT STATE GOVERNMENT POSITIONS, ALL OF WHICH DEMAND MORE TAX REVENUE FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR WHO UNDERGIRDS THE WELFARE THEFT, COMPLIMENTS OF ARKANSAS LEGISLATORS WHO ALLEGEDLY ARE ENGAGED IN THE GUARDING OF INDIVIDUALS’ FREEDOMS & PROPERTY!
Do the existing and projected numbers not send cold chills up the backs of taxpayers?
