MAKERS UNDER ANOTHER SIEGE BY THE TAKERS: THIS TIME BY ANOTHER VOLCANIC EXPLOSION BY THE WELFARE CLASS KNOWN AS WELFARE ELITES.                July 31, 2012

Politicians & bureaucrats have hit on Producers for such an extended period of time, absent accountability, they no longer consider the Producers as anything but money-generating vassals. Unfortunately there are residents & citizens in the 50% arena that pay no income taxes; therefore why should they care as long as their monthly check or checks arrive on time?  A novel idea to weed out the deadbeat generational no work recipients would be to implement Means-Testing.

The Government School System, formerly known as the Public School System, accompanied by the so-called “Higher Education” cabal, i.e. colleges & universities, are in all likelihood the most corrupt, wasteful, inefficient, failed entity that has come to pass in American society.   Remember, Funding Follows Failure.  Close examination reveals that the magnitude of corruption in the Government School System is breathtaking.

The unabated invasion of millions of 3rd World legal and illegal aliens has all but broken the backs of the educational institutions that formerly served our Republic so well, but out of abject fear of administrators & higher-ups, teachers never question the destructive course being administered by the establishment.  The ruling elements of government at all levels, for votes, cheap labor, expansion, & Political Correctness have made the Founding population a minority in 2 states and that number will be expanded within 3 years to other states and effectively dissolve the Republican Party.  Question: Are there any of these 3rd World hordes capable of generating the revenues and technological advancements that the Founding stock now produces which undergird our rogue governments?  There is no evidence that this can or will occur, e.g. the story of the Golden Goose.

The 7/28/12 edition of the Times Record featured a picture of a Fort Smith government school teacher and underscoring the photo the T.R. stated that a total of 88 new certified staff members (?) have been hired so far for the upcoming school year.  The Times Record did not report what the 88 new hires would be doing or if a justified necessity exists. Note the phrase “so far”.   The 88 new hires will easily cost American citizen taxpayers in the neighborhood of $600,000 per year. More government expansion and less citizen control.  This again demonstrates arrogance and grand theft with no apologies.  Where is the faux School Board? Understand, there are at least 2 classes of welfare, one that receives no work unearned largesse and the other who receives largesse and protection for their expanding government job positions, i.e. the welfare elites.

Couple this with the recent announcement that Fort Smith School Superintendent Dr. Benny Gooden has just launched a yearlong whirlwind safari to Washington, DC and all points north, south, east & west.  He of course, in his year long absence will be drawing his full salary and will also be paid, who knows how much, for his public service union lobbying activities as President of the 14,000 member organization named The American Association of School Administrators. Governor Mike Beebe and members of the Fort Smith School Board (save one) have also spent taxpayer money in the D.C. celebration of Gooden’s immoral & unethical engorgement…….had he taken a year’s leave of absence without his exorbitant salary & perks, it would be more palatable.
 
And not a peep from the taxpaying citizens who have been duped into believing education is a “Sacred Cow” and those individuals elected to secure our rights and property, i.e.–money.  On the heels of Gooden’s expeditions, it is revealed that there is to be an additional $137 Million increase in annual state funding to Arkansas’ public colleges and universities next year—so why the huge increases in tuition? This announcement was made by the illegally hired, unqualified Commissioner of Higher education, Shane Broadway.   In the same breath Beebe is promoting his idea to add 250,000 more souls to Arkansas welfare rolls which will equate to well over a million receiving no-work welfare in Arkansas (citizens & illegals…this shakes out to be 40% of the state’s less than 3 million population). Couple that percent with the welfare elites who are also receiving taxpayer subsidized checks; therefore 60% of the state in all likelihood is receiving taxpayer funds,   while admitting to a 2013 $390 Million Medicaid shortfall.  Beebe exclaims, through a federal exchange program the feds will help makeup the “shortfall” for the first 3 years.  Where the hell does Beebe think the federal government gets money??? Note, again the ever-expanding elite welfare class—government workers—are not included in the official government statistics of 1+ million generational welfare addicts.

Now you know why Gov. Beebe is so “popular”, he is the embodiment and darling of the TAKERS and a Marxist & disciple of Obama.

Have you ever seen a politician or bureaucrat at any level introduce a plan to terminate the fiscal insanity that has engulfed our republic and created a $16 TRILLION national debt and $75-100 Trillion in unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid)?  Corruption abounds in all government, unabated, by the very people we elect & hire to preserve Western Civilization, heritage & prosperity.  Of course, all the destruction is by design and what has been written here is a mere microcosm.

Two words have shown themselves to be the most potent enemy of a free society—Political Correctness—Observe.

Citizens are you going to sit on your fat, smug asses and allow the Founders dreams to be destroyed without a whimper?  It certainly appears so, and freedom will never come again for thousands of years, if then.

In a Constitutional Republic governments do NOT have the legal authority to take by force the production of one group for the redistribution to another group, no matter how laudable the government may think the reason.   So why do citizens continue to vote for the very individuals who are destroying our once preeminent Republic election cycle after cycle?

Another Collectivist Obamanible & Republisive Concept=”Government Creates Jobs”.        July 30, 2012

The only jobs government can “create” are more expansionist, taxpayer funded government positions, i.e. nothing productive—mostly destructive. In order for government to have anything to do with legitimate job creation they have to vacate the premises, i.e. get their big fat noses & parasitic/sinister use of force out of the way. 

This has been so since the beginning of time—the age-old battle of the Collective vs. the Individual, e.g. Plato vs. Aristotle.  Unfortunately Plato’s Collectivist/Ruling Elite concept generally wins, just as the Cultural Marxist Political Correctness is doing today.

America blew it!  We had the best foundation in the history of man—the right men, in the right place, at the right time—schooled in the enlightenment philosophy of individual rights and freedoms, limited government power, and based in morality, ethics and the essentials of what is practical for man’s happiness and well-being—free from force.  It only makes sense that men treat each other fairly/ethically in order for peace & prosperity to thrive; otherwise Force is the weapon of choice and destruction.

America has thrown it all away, just like the fast-food containers thrown out of windows littering our roads.  It has betrayed its Founders and all that makes human existence worthy, just, and satisfying.  By blindly following its elected and appointed officials & bureaucrats in all the important institutions…even while many of them advocate openly for the collective and the revisionism of our school curricula, journalism, politics, and the destruction of rugged individualism…our very foundation.

Now dissenters who wish to follow our Founding Principles are characterized as “aginers”, “conspiracy nuts”, yes and even “terrorists”.   The Obama-style Transformation is nearly complete, yet the masses either stand by idly or cheer it on if they perceive they will gain even more unearned “government largesse”.  Within those masses are “minorities” who have never acculturated nor have the slightest understanding of what our Founding Principles & Documents mean or have accomplished.  They have been led to believe they have unearned “entitlements” coming to them….”free” healthcare, education, food stamps, welfare checks, etc.  They have no problem with the fact that the money for those “free” goodies has been taken by force from someone who earned it.  So much for morality or principles.

Some American citizens have fought back in every way they can.  Most have indulged themselves and left the defenders to fight alone against overwhelming odds.  The result=governments on all levels with overwhelming amounts of corruption, ineptness, malfeasance, misfeasance and even outright murder.  Think of all the “jobs” created to blow up foreign peoples/countries.

The Roman Empire had its “Bread & Circuses”, the American Empire has its Pop Culture “music”, tattoos, electronic devices, luxury vehicles, “American Idol” TV shows, violent games, endless preemptive   wars in the middle east, et al….and no more clue than those masses entertained by gladiators and other bloody murderous activities…at least they were honest enough to watch humans torn limb from limb instead of blithely shooting missiles from drones which indiscriminately destroys infrastructure & maims or kills civilians, including children.

We are witnessing not only the death of America, but the death of the entire Western Civilization, which Pat Buchanan and others have written about. There are ways to avert catastrophe, but the will, wisdom and courage does not exist in enough quantities.  Since the Caucasian descendants of the Founders have flunked the course in Survival and not punished or thrown out the attackers/betrayers, this is indeed Genocide by Suicide.

The wholesale corruption in Arkansas state government has run amuck.  Definition of corruption…putrid; infected or tainted; depraved or debased.        July 19, 2012

For those who may have read, I admonished each of you that you are about to destroy the last vestiges of the best healthcare system in the world. 

We have a president and a Democrat party base that have foisted upon American people a system of healthcare that is impossible to pay for,  one that is steeped in healthcare rationing, numerous hints of death panels, and 21 new tax hikes.

The Obama “Affordable Care Act” (sic) is a nation killing piece of legislation and if carried out to its maximum potential will utterly destroy what’s left of the once preeminent republic of the USA.

Gov. Mike Beebe is quoted as saying “he is leaning more heavily toward expanding the state Medicaid program in light of projections that increased federal spending would mostly negate the state’s expenses”.  A preposterous statement.

The governor is more than willing to continue his criminal activities, one of which is stealing money, expanding the size of government, and creating more dependency on government.  Gov. Beebe has publicly stated he had no idea how much money and other entitlements that illegal aliens are consuming, while his administration has expanded the size of the illegal alien magnet.   During Beebe’s tenure as governor he has increased the size of Arkansas state government by 4,000 new positions and in these perilous economic times recently awarded state employees 1, 2, 3% pay increases.  The arrogance of this palooka, the citizens who subsidize the corrupt Arkansas state government are struggling mightily and he has the audacity to give cost of living pay raises to government employees. 

Who came up with magic number of 250,000 more individuals into the welfare trough, and how many of the 250,000 are illegal aliens?  And what is the basis for the 250,000?
Beebe is quoted as saying “legislators need to consider what is best for Arkansas regardless of their feelings about the federal law”.   Governor, federal law is precisely what they should base their “feelings” on.   Marxist Communism has never succeeded. By the way, why did you say “what’s best for Arkansas” and not what is best for citizens…and I emphasize Citizens.
Beebe follows up with the statement “We’re going to pay those same taxes as Arkansans to the federal government”.  Who is “we” governor?  The governor then uses the age-old political canard without regard for morality or ethics stating “Do we let New York take it, and California take it, and Florida take it, and whoever, and tell our people NO?”   Yes governor, that is precisely what you do.  May I remind you our nation presently owes $16 TRILLION?  Where does the welfare scam end?  And why are you not speaking of the illegal alien invasion consuming our state’s resources, e.g. all but destroyed the public schools, healthcare, ad infinitum.

State Representative Uvalde Lindsey who hails from the Communist city of Fayetteville said “DHS’s numbers will need to be studied, but call them ‘heartening’”. Lindsey goes on to say “It’s the right thing to do to expand Medicaid to cover more folks”.   Spoken like a true Parasitic Bureaucratic Communist. Bet he’s a buddy with fellow traveller, G. David Gearhart.

Learning how to say no and taking command of the ship is not difficult.

The United States is rapidly being taken over by a Communist regime headed by President Barack Obama, a Marxist Communist who knows precisely what he is doing.

LEARNING HOW TO SAY NO & TAKING COMMAND OF THE SHIP IS NOT DIFFICULT.   July 14, 2012

Something you ladies & gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature have not learned and by your actions are about to destroy one of the great tenants of our former preeminent republic.
You are following the edicts of a 30 year career politician Gov. Mike Beebe and an overstepping Department of Human Services Director John Selig dismembering what is left of the best healthcare system in the history of man—THE FEE FOR SERVICE CONCEPT WHICH ALLOWED PATIENTS TO SELECT THEIR PHYSICIANS ,CREATED A COMPETETIVE ENVIRONMENT AND ALLOWED FOR REASONABLE PRICES—THE AMERICAN WAY.  By your actions you are relegating citizens to a system which the majority despises and you are using force to accomplish the goal.

I admonish each of you to look at the destruction of our healthcare system since the federal government, with state governments tagging along, took over the practice of medicine.
You have and are partly responsible for the bankrupting of our republic. A current example is putting another 250,000 people into the corrupt welfare trough, and how many of these are illegals—more criminal corruption.

There appears to be no one in a leadership capacity that has the courage to defend what is left of our former superb healthcare system.  Couple this with the faux president and his Marxist/Communist agenda.

Can any one of you disregard your self-serving activities and say NO to Gov. Beebe & Director Selig?  Do you not understand that you are the ones elected by the people and have the legislative authority to override the governor and fire the Socialist Selig?

These monies you are dispensing are stolen and without the permission of citizens.
One last point—we have thousands of illegal aliens sapping all of our “social” programs at the expense of American citizens, and more particular, stealing the minds of American kids e.g. the corruption in the public school system,  and only one of your numbers has dared to stand and confront your thievery and unconstitutional behavior.

You would be hailed as heroes if you stood up to the forces which are destroying our republic!

Hillary Clinton once opined “Don’t you know the age of the individual is over?”

University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus Chancellor G. David Gearhart and UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran are moving the Marxist/Communist/Collectivist concept right smack into the University library system.  These two alleged educators” have made the determination that quiet time where individual thinking is more likely to be successful is no longer conducive to their goals and the rows of isolated carrels must be removed and replaced with open spaces and group collectives.

It is the individual, not a collective that allowed the creation of the world’s greatest society ever.

In today’s Arkansas Dem-Gaz the editorial makes a huge point, that tens of thousands of books must be removed in order to create the ensuing spaces & collective.
As stated in my first missive in the case of the U of A Fayetteville, this will be the second makeover in 2 years inviting more opulence on a grand scale and runaway spending in both institutions.
It would be extremely interesting for Beran & Gearhart to explain how academic accomplishments can be better achieved in a group environment as opposed to solitude and more particularly, access to the thousands of books they are removing and who will choose which books on what criterion?

UA Chancellor Gearhart explained that the new library philosophy to be employed in Fayetteville and Fort Smith is “cutting edge”. 

EDITOR GREENBERG IS QUOTED REGARDING THE GEARHART/BERAN OPULENCE “IDEAS DO TEND TO SPREAD, ESPECIALLY BAD IDEAS”.  “FOR WHO CAN RESIST A FASHION, HOWEVER DUBIOUS”.

Gearhart & Beran must be watched closely and most certainly it needs someone besides Gov. Beebe and temporary Higher Education Director Shane Broadway.

Today is the day!  Tonight is the Night!  For what?  A stage production directed by U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart & produced by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville starring on stage 5 illegal aliens who reside in 4 states.                            April 23, 2012

Today is the day when American citizens generally and Arkansas citizens specifically are constitutionally and legally betrayed by Univ. of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart. In the background is a cast of characters who are enabling the social/political/amnesty gala.  These would be Gov. Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel (of Aspen Institute fame), the Arkansas State Legislature—both Houses, save one honorable State Representative Jon Hubbard, and untold numbers of government bureaucrats. It will be interesting to see how many of them will show to become a part of this citizen betrayal. 

The Gala will celebrate the onstage arrival of 5 illegal Hispanic aliens who will take the stage in the Fayetteville, AR Town Center to detail their “terrible” experiences while illegally residing in Arkansas, N.Y., Mass. & VA.   Evidently, being treated as an endangered species is a “terrible” experience.

In a letter from Chancellor Gearhart, he proclaimed that “a panel discussion would provide U of A students and the general public a valuable learning experience”.  Question: if this is a “learning experience” why is not being held in one of the many University facilities?  Does this mean they are treading on legal thin ice?  Who is paying for this spectacle?

The Monday evening Gala under the direction of Chancellor Gearhart is fanning flames to produce sympathy for aliens who are illegally in our country for the express purpose of implementing the “Dream Act” with the ultimate goal of amnesty for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.   Bear Stearns in 2005 did an extensive study & determined at that point there were at least 15-25 million illegals residing in the USA and could go as high as 30 million, not the 12 million parroted by the federal government.  More obfuscation.
  
Once more, multiple federal & state laws are being broken…two in particular are 8 USC, Section 1324a & 1324c, which make it a felony to hire, transport, or harbor any illegal aliens & give ALL police authority to arrest.

The conduct of most, if not all, Arkansas’ elected, appointed, & hired officials are in violation of the above & other statutes and laws.  Arkansas has a legal mechanism 19-11-105 which states that any part of Ark. State government is prohibited from hiring an individual, company or corporation that has illegals in their employ and further prohibits the hiring of any entity that subs out business to illegals.  This article is being violated with impunity across our state and most particularly in N.W. Arkansas, e.g. drive down I-540 between Rogers & Springdale and observe who is doing the highway landscaping.

Another example of the abuse heaped on taxpaying citizens in the matter of illegal immigration, in this case a Federal Prosecutor named Jane Duke.  In 2008 ICE raided the Pilgrim’s Pride Plant in NE Arkansas regarding the hiring of illegals. The Federal Prosecutor’s statements after the raid were indeed chilling and showed she was either devoid of knowledge of Federal law or was beset with arrogance when she opined “Her office has no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as they were otherwise law-abiding CITIZENS (?).”  “They came here to better their lives and their family lives by working.”   Ms. Duke fails to understand she was hired as a Federal Prosecutor, not a social worker…Chancellor Gearhart should heed.
The unchecked illegal invasion by Mexicans & OTM’s is by design. It is obvious that Chancellor Gearhart has the approval of the ruling hierarchies in national & state politics and in all likelihood the order to produce the festive Gala tonight came straight from D.C.   This ongoing conduct is a betrayal and dramatically shows disrespect for the taxpaying citizens of Arkansas.
51% of freshmen entrants into the U of A system require remedial help in a number of subjects. My question is why the Chancellor isn’t dedicating his energies to improving the failed government public education system…i.e. Goals 2000, No Child Left Behind, and now Common Core Standards…all founded on egalitarianism and bringing all students down to the lowest COMMON denominator. Common Core gives complete control of public education to the FEDERAL Government. 

We are a nation with a debt of $16.4 Trillion and $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates; our national borders are porous; our President removed all stryker forces from the borders which further invites an influx of at least a million per year to enter our country, along with tons of illicit drugs, gangs, sex slaves, vicious cartels, etc. freely.  In a national meeting in NW Arkansas the year Asa Hutchinson was appointed Drug Czar, it was disclosed that NW Arkansas is a major Mexican drug distribution center and citizens know it is a burgeoning citadel for exploited cheap labor, and Springdale beginning to take on the appearance of a Mexican barrio. 

Chancellor Gearhart, do you not understand the destruction reaped on American citizens by the illegal 3rd World invasions?  It does not appear so.  Need I remind you again that the presence of illegal aliens costs taxpayers a whopping $38.3 BILLION per year, while they send home to their mother country $45 BILLION in remittances?

I believe the unfurling of a federal crime is about to occur in full view of American citizens and more specifically, Arkansans.  Some of the supporting cast are: Gov. Mike Beebe, A.G. Dustin McDaniel, the Arkansas State Legislature, the Ark. State Police and of course ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement).

The anticipated criminal event is to occur Monday evening, 7:30 PM, at the Fayetteville Town Center, under the auspices of U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart.  The federal crime he proposes to orchestrate is transporting,  hiring, & perhaps harboring 5 illegal aliens.  2 are Arkansas nesters, the other 3 in Mass., NY, & VA.  Gearhart is having them make speeches about their alleged difficulties they experience as illegals.

Chancellor Gearhart responded to the second missive regarding the event and it could be construed as the handiwork of Attorney General Dustin McDaniel’s office.  Some of his defense of the illegals will be addressed shortly.   For those who may not know, the Arkansas Attorney General has somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 attorneys working for him and his & their job is to defend government, as now Gov. Beebe told me when he was the A.G.  This all reeks of state and federal government collusion, coupled with Unions.

What Gearhart and enablers are perpetrating is in violation of U.S. statutes:  8 USC, Section 1324a….Any person who knowingly hires, harbors or transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 yrs jail, plus $2,000 fine for each illegal alien.

Section 1324c:  All officers whose duty is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violations of any provision of this section.  No local ordinance, rule or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section. (AFFIRMED SOUTHERN DISTRICT COURT…U.S. VS RUDY GIULIANI 1996)”

In his reply, the Chancellor launches his defense of the projected federal crime by stating “the issues surrounding undocumented immigrants are complex”.   My response—the federal government with complicit state governments’ corrupt conduct are solely responsible for the 25-35 million illegals who presently nest in our republic and millions more making entry on a yearly basis.  Gearhart parrots the worn-out phrase “undocumented immigrants”…immigrants are people who migrate from one country to another legally.  These people are here illegally, hence lawbreakers.

The Chancellor further states that “this will be a learning experience for our students and the general public”.  Translation:  it is nothing more than an indoctrination course to create sympathy for illegal aliens with the future production of increased funding and incremental amnesty. Does this not undermine the rule of law?

Chancellor Gearhart also states:  “the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed undocumented immigrants’ right (?) to public education nearly 3 decades ago”. This is promulgating an existing crime.  The U.S. Supreme Court does not make law, it renders opinions. This can only be construed as corruption at the highest level and absolutely their acts were as if 8USC and its subsections were a non-existent fantasy.  Reference the above ruling in 1996. Since when does a legal opinion supersede a federal law?

As previously stated, Gearhart says the issue of “undocumented immigrants is complex.”  The last 4 sitting presidents have taken no substantive action to secure our national borders, but in fact made efforts to dissolve them.  This activity is destroying middleclass America which has always been the foundation of our republic.  All these attacks on Americans by politicians, bureaucrats such as Gearhart, can only be described as misfeasance & malfeasance.   There is nothing complex about the continuing illegal invasion of America by Mexicans & OTM’s. Seal the borders & deport. America is rapidly losing its status as a 1st World nation and degenerating into a 3rd World multicultural gulag.

Speaking of complexity, Ark. Gov. Mike Beebe stated he has no idea what the presence of illegals in Arkansas is costing taxpayers, i.e. debit cards, food stamps, free meals, free hospitalization, free prenatal & delivery replete with all ancillary services, translators, the huge burden placed on the public school system (e.g. English as a Second Language, gang activity, etc.), under the table payrolls, Hispanics are the number 1 population in federal prisons, e.g. $3 million per day to incarcerate illegals nationally…verify at www.transcript.cnn.com.  30% of inmates are illegal aliens.  

Government has turned into one giant protection racket, top down.  Illegal immigration is turning our nation into a 3rd World dumping ground.  Unemployment in the millions and we hear daily the worn-out canard illegals do the work Americans won’t.  This is untrue.  Illegals have permeated every level of industry, large & small.  Question: Who did the work before the illegals came here?

It will be interesting to see how many state legislators and other government hangers-on will show their faces at the projected crime scene and how many U of A students will take the brainwashing bait.  

Then there is the matter of who is paying for the harboring & transporting for this proposed illegal extravaganza.

Chancellor Gearhart certainly has an understanding of funding; the total yearly cost to subsidize illegal aliens in our nation is $338.3 BILLION. www.rense.com   This funding is seized by force by the federal & state governments.

His political position regarding awarding amnesty to illegal Mexicans & OTM’s is apparent, he has no skin in the game, is a ward of one of the many American welfare institutions, in this case government schools.

Legality, criminality, morality, and selective law enforcement—all embedded in the University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus.                            April 9, 2012

Every citizen across America knows of Coach Petrino’s morality issues, but how many citizens are aware of the conduct of U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart that essentially promotes criminal conduct ?

The morality issue of U of A football Coach Bobby Petrino will be left to theologians, legal analysts, and members of the Razorback Foundation, not so with arrogant, elitist law-breaker Chancellor G. David Gearhart. 

The foundation on which Gearhart’s promotion of criminal misconduct are founded:

1.    Federal Law 8 USC, which in part states:
a.    Section 1325 states any alien who enters the U.S. other than a port of entry by false or misleading representation shall be subject to civil and criminal penalties and can be fined and imprisoned.  This subsection of 8 USC has been negated by the treasonous act of President Barack Hussein Obama’s “law by decree”.

b.    Section 1324a:  Hiring-harboring-transporting any illegal alien…any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 Years Jail, plus a $2,000 fine per illegal alien, plus forfeiture of vehicle or property used to commit the crime.  Chancellor Gearhart is in direct violation of 1324a.

c.    Section 1324c:  Law officers have authority to make arrests.  All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this section. The FBI, the Ark. State Police and all other policing agencies in Arkansas are in violation of their sworn constitutional duties, and most particularly the county sheriff who has jurisdiction over all other law enforcement agencies.

“No local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section.  (Affirmed Southern District Court of NY, U.S. vs. Rudy Giuliani, 1996)”

Chancellor Gearhart is promoting lawlessness by the following means:  He has concocted a symposium which includes 5 illegal aliens.  2 of the aliens grew up in Arkansas; the other 3 grew up in Mass., N.Y. and Va.   The event will be held in the Fayetteville, AR Town Center on Monday April 23, 2012 from 7:30-9:00 PM.  Who Pays?   As stated previously, Gearhart and his minions are flouting U.S. law.  Arkansas State Rep. Jon Hubbard brought this matter up with the Chancellor and was rebuffed at every crossing.  Reading Gearhart’s response implies that this is just a matter of free speech that concerns the national immigration debate. His response makes it patently obvious he was not familiar with or does not understand 8 USC Sections 1324-1325. Criminals are criminals and illegal aliens are illegal and criminal because they are here illegally. How is this any different from promoting a symposium of prison escapees who advocate amnesty for all escaped prisoners?  The escaped prisoners are illegally because they got out of prison illegally.  Illegal aliens illegally entered the United States.

 From a number of Hubbard’s statements regarding the upcoming symposium, e.g. Gearhart stated, among other untruths, “Their undocumented immigration status makes travel within the U.S. difficult and risky and their ability to work legally impossible”.  Can it be that Chancellor Gearhart is so far removed from American’s everyday life, to fabricate such a lie?  (The precursor to the illegal alien event was the importation of Mass. Educator & author Alfie Kohn who embraces Marxist/Communism and spoke to a student audience the week of April 1st declaring “Grades, homework, and competition undermine an innate in children to explore & discover”.  Is this the kind of educational approach citizens’ want for their children?? Indoctrination and dumbing down, you say? )

In another email from one of many Associate Vice-Chancellors named John M. Diamond proclaimed “Undocumented immigrants also have a legal right to earn income”.   By this interchange one can readily conclude that these two have no understanding nor regard for U.S. law.

The Arkansas State Police have been for years issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens of all stripes (otherwise why would they publish all requirements, etc. in Spanish?), and the Arkansas Public School systems are handing out by the thousands social security numbers known as “Socials”.  
 
Then there is the statement from U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency Pat Reilly said, “The only way foreign nationals can attend college in the United States legally is through the agency’s International Student Exchange and Visitor’s Program.”  “Illegal immigrants in the U.S. cannot qualify for that program, Reilly said”.

The First Amendment’s guarantee of free speech is very dear to me. People who are here lawfully are free to debate changes in immigration laws in a PROPER forum. The University of Arkansas is not a forum for the presentation of ideas about life on the lam by criminals who engaged in criminal activity at the time of their presentation.

The U.S. Justice Department appears to be criminally corrupt to the core and top down selective law enforcement is the order of the day. Are we all to believe we are still a nation which abides by the rule of law?

Where are the handcuffs?

P.S.  OK Foods, Fort Smith, AR., now owned by a Mexican corporation is hiring 182 new workers, 100 to be employed in Ft. Smith and 82 in Heavener, OK.   Question: are we to believe all these new hires will be American citizens?

The University of Arkansas and the Communist Manifesto        April 3, 2012

Alfie Kohn comes to the Univ. of Ark. at Fayetteville to distribute his Marxist/Communist approach to public education, obviously with the approval of Chancellor G. David Gearhart and other administrators.

Cultural Marxist’s have at last created enough success in the matter of “education”, and of course other endeavors, that they no longer feel the need to mask their Collectivist agenda.
Mr. Kohn is proud to announce that his work has appeared in any number of left-leaning publications, e.g. The New York Times, USA Today, Huffington Post, and Education Week.
Right at the get-go Kohn slams the very bulwark that allowed America to achieve preeminence, speaking of what was formerly known as public schools now known as government schools, by stating “grades, homework, and competition undermine an innate desire in children to explore and discover”.   This can be refuted by two words…A Lie. 

Kohn goes on to say “Every study that has been done on the use of grades and motivation has found a negative effect on the latter”.  Name one legitimate study, Mr. Kohn, and how do you explain the successes of American education up to the point where government seized complete control of public education by shaking the funding carrot under the noses of corrupt education unions, administrators, governors and state legislators.
 
Kohn comes forth with his coup d’ etat “ They (parents) have to choose whether they want children to boast about attending a selective college or earning a high income, or whether they want to develop adults who are happy, ethical, caring, and creative people”.  Obviously, achievement and earned self-esteem mean nothing to Comrade Kohn, just the creation of uneducated groups of automatons who cannot think for themselves or dissent.
 
Kohn does appreciate one form of Capitalism, that being the $6,500 fee he is receiving for spewing his Communist views which destroy young people’s minds and eliminates any possible ability to discuss and/or debate logically or objectively.

Another example of self-serving educrats throwing hard-earned taxpayer money to the winds, while the Univ. of Ark. system has the audacity to raise tuition.

Marsha Jones, a feather-bedding Associate Superintendent for the Springdale School System, echoes some of Kohn’s bloviating by stating “the district places an emphasis on educating the whole child which means paying attention to emotional, social, and health needs”.

These are the very reasons the U.S. has tumbled from #1 in education in the world to a shameful, pitiful #23.

Common Core Education Standards

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature                March 22, 2012

Have any objections been raised by any of you to engage in a debate re: Common Core Education which cedes to the federal government all remaining vestiges of public education while creating an Egalitarian Society, and all is supported, praised, and directed by Gov. Mike Beebe…who is and has shown an affinity for Marxist-Communism?—$110 million Medicaid increase, $100 million schools, Obamacare, ad infinitum.

The state of Arkansas will become the administrative agent for a national curriculum devised and administered by faceless D.C. bureaucrats through the adoption of nationalized standards…and who picks up the expensive tab?

Educational bureaucracies, all failed, act as if they are the 4th branch of government, and in the main is nothing more than a featherbedding criminal cabal destroying the abilities of our young to function objectively and academically. To make the point, here is a quote from one of the many Fort Smith Assistant Superintendents, Barry Owen Assistant Superintendent of Instruction regarding Common Core Standards-comprehend if you can…”We aren’t teaching them to be reservoirs of knowledge anymore, we are teaching them to put things back out there and to change things”.

A hands-off approach to K-12 educational policy is an abandonment of the Legislature’s Constitutional duty to keep the agencies of state government accountable to the people.

It does not appear that you understand the failures of public education. It is a squalid state of affairs with the teaching community mum on the federal government takeover, making them accomplices to the crimes against our children.

Common Core Standards is a criminal project being foisted on our citizens, most particularly our children, and you ladies & gentlemen of the State Senate and House of Representatives are shirking (for whatever the reason) your constitutional obligations of protecting our children and taxpayers.  It is obvious you are allowing our bully-boy governor to hold forth without a modicum of resistance.

NEVER FORGET, FUNDING FOLLOWS FAILURE.
