The Fort Smith School Board and its Protection Racket

The deflection is in full battle mode. May 25, 2016

Three days of whining, sniveling, & in a number of cases out right mendacities offered up by F.S. school district coaches and one fellow, Bobby Aldridge, who made some veiled indirect accusations pertaining to my son. Question: what is Bobby Aldridge’s stake in this game that precipitated such a spurious verbal outburst?

These coaches make my case, just government automatons. The protestations by the coaches & Aldridge have nothing to do with the real issues…the removal of Johnny Reb, Dixie, and all things Southern.

The real original issue is the miscreate conduct by the 2015 F.S. School Board, led by Deannie Mehl and Superintendent Benny Gooden, not Coach Rowland (who was never attacked by Joey who had nothing but love & respect for the coach…and every one of you standing in the line know that to be the God’s truth)

The removal of the Mascot & school song was conducted in secrecy without one iota of public discussion and Gooden’s only defense was “perception” of “racism”, never facts, objective discussions or truth injected into their surreptitious conduct.
This public melodrama regarding Rowland is simply a deflection from the real issues, i.e. the 154 yr old Lincoln cover-up, hypocrisy, and the nefarious conduct of the 2015 School Board & Superintendent.

Their chicanery and perhaps criminal conduct is no model for the students of the FS school district and their refusal to objectively discuss the subject and instead throwing incendiaries is their only defense.

If you hold a winning hand, you don’t quit, e.g. Gooden & Rowland.

Mendacity emanating from certain leaders of the Southside High school faculty—educators of your children.

Last evening 5/23, some members of the SSHS faculty and SB president Jeannie Mehl produced and acted out a melodrama that portrayed a floundering Protection Racket—absent the Don.

The Protection Racketeers are not amenable to introducing or practicing transparency in SHS’s activities & affairs, rather through their incompetency they choose mendacity and the students & parents suffer from their devious activities.

Two of the floundering melodramatic cast indeed were a sorrowful looking lot, appearing to need at the very least walkers. One of the cast of 11 or more appeared to have spent the evening in the Moffett bottoms.

Last evenings’ Southside flailing of a citizen resident who dared question & challenge the decisions & actions taken by the Don and his sycophants was indeed a pathetic display of rank ad hominem attacks on a citizen of the city which factually proves “we the people” are rapidly becoming the slaves and not the masters of government at all levels. No refutations of facts brought out about the accusations of racism being hypocritically and erroneously applied to the terms Rebel or Dixie, much less debate about Abraham Lincoln’s actual words & brutal actions and certainly no defense of the many attacks on the accused citizen.

As a nation we have witnessed Collectivism (Socialism, Communism, Fascism) murder, maim, ruin, and annihilate millions upon millions of innocent human beings. Collectivism produces nothing for the people but poverty, misery, tyranny, mayhem, fear, envy, injustice, cruelty, torture, terror, pain, chaos…nothing good ever comes from it yet we witness known Collectivists (Hillary + Bernie=Communism and Cruz + Kasich = Fascism) actually running for and getting large support for the U.S. Presidency.

We lost our last chance to elect a Constitutionalist with Ron Paul, due to Stupidity & fraud, but now Trump is the only candidate actually proposing to bring back jobs, seal the borders, stop Common Core, repeal Obamacare, reform foreign policy and restore the middleclass with some sanity to domestic policies. Which is of course reviled by the all the anti-individual/pro big government public, as well as warmongering Establishments of both Parties, but Trump is cheered by the Individual Freedom-loving, big government hating, anti-Establishment folks who appear to be waking up.

How is it possible for so many to embrace tyrannical U.S. policies, especially after this country has engaged in numerous wars, including world wars, which we were told was “to save the people/world” from various forms of Collectivist tyrannies? Yet this country has fallen prey to the same hideous anti-individual philosophies. What hypocrisy, what cruelty, what idiocy, what stupidity, all cunningly exploited by evil, demented, power/money hungry predators. Due to the ill-informed & STUPID masses complicitly & merrily sopping up welfare goodies & the atrocious, ridiculous mendacities of the media/political/industrial/military complex, their goals are being achieved. “They” have been so successful in brainwashing citizens with pseudo-patriotism we see countless “Support the Troops” celebrations at most sports events. The public blindly follows programed emotional responses since they’ve been conditioned to do so & never taught logic, reason, true history, or other academic disciplines—they prefer pabulum to the rigors of critical thinking, i.e. truth seeking.

Between the arcane, subversive philosophy of Political Correctness and the mass invasions of legal & illegal 3rd worlders, our nation is becoming unhinged, uncivilized and downright frightening/dangerous. Throw in the deliberate dumbing down & indoctrination by education systems and the crassness, immorality, propagandizing, vicious, degrading ugliness, & trash foisted, indeed exalted by media & entertainment and we now have an enormous amount of useless idiots (except to our enemies) in our masses. Dignity out, Vulgarity in.

The acceptance of the insane concept that “Diversity is our strength” is straight out of Orwell and the Multicultural Marxist Political Correctness Tool Kit. Diversity is simply a noun which means “a range of things” and can be applied to numerous categories such as styles in reporting or range of subjects. To make Diversity a moral imperative is deception at its highest level & destroys cognitive abilities.

Now in this upside down deranged world, words once vaunted are reviled, e.g. Discrimination once meant to be careful & judicious in your judgments; Gay once merely meant to be happy, good manners & etiquette were extolled, as was pride in one’s appearance, dress & education, Ladies were to be treated with respect, as were the elderly. People of high principles were admired & imitated. Alas, now all passé.

As the rational, moral, philosophy of individualism—rights, freedom, responsibility, morality, sovereignty descend into the darkness of savagery & tyranny we view news videos of browns, blacks, & assorted whites giving us the finger, mooning us, burning flags, grabbing their crotches and screaming F’you! We see looting, burning, smashing, destroying with little consequence, which of course only emboldens the savages to engage freely in uncivilized, unlawful activities at will……..as long as whites can be blamed in some convoluted way, e.g. “white privilege.” . The vile, corrupt, dysfunctional government looks the other way, indeed aids & abets, leaving lawful citizens at the mercy of mindless, ruthless barbarians.

Denial is rampant in the public, especially the whites…which is their worst failing because the Trojan Horse of PC, i.e. Diversity, Egalitarianism, Sexism, Feminism, Affirmative Action, seeking the lowest common denominator education dumb-down, ad infinitum represents a giant quick-sand sink hole into which Western Civilization is quickly being drowned/suffocated/rubbed-out.

In deference to really well-meaning proud patriotic citizens, if anything is going to change for the better you must stop allowing yourselves to be used, abused, and exploited by the myth that our government hasn’t been totally corrupted & politicized—including the military. Our Founders were vehemently against standing armies…they knew that those always lead to tyranny, misuse, & empire building. The U.S. now has military presence in 130 countries (why?)—that alone should tell you it is out of control, without reason, sanity, or good intentions but occupations which increase power, money & intimidation/control of other sovereign nations which is contrary to and horribly detrimental to our financial state, our freedoms & respect in the world.

If you persist in believing it is the proper role of our military to police the world you are part of the problem. Your trusting belief is their cover—just because you refuse to believe something does not make it untrue. That is a secret to their bloody success. Regard & understanding of our Founding Principles is critical to our survival as a free country…recall “Friendly, but no foreign entanglements”? Our troops have no business in any foreign country which has not attacked us & upon whom the congress has NOT declared formal war. The high rate of suicides among returning troops should stir your insight. Wake up & stop being useful idiots, have the courage to face the truth. Other nations have no right to place military complexes in our country, why then does the U.S. assume that right elsewhere? The only proper place now for our troops is guarding our borders.

In defense of normal minds…in the long term, do they have a chance against those with DNA’s which operate on a different more cunning & ruthless plane and do not suffer from the normals’ predilection for naïve, trusting goodwill, & belief in fair play?

However, as all should know, ignoring the past dooms to repetition and just as civilization rose from a millennium of savagery, cruelty, tyranny…since it has forgotten its lessons…is doomed to return to the dark, uncivilized world where human life has little or no meaning. And “we” let it happen without firing a shot…destroyed by psychological warfare. You can call that genocide by suicide. Looks like Ron was right. That is as STUPID as anyone or society can get.

It is said he is a Conservative, it is said the Establishment hates him, really? I speak of course of Senator Ted Cruz and his candidacy for the U.S. presidency.

The Republican Establishment has recently stated in various ways and venues that rank &file Republicans & Independents are too stupid or too ignorant to allow them to choose the Republican presidential candidate. I agree but for reasons that are polar opposites.

Recently the Republican Establishment, in a raw public reach to continue its hold on to their powers & riches, and in desperation made it abundantly clear they regard White middleclass Americans as nothing but a collection of hayseeds. Also the Establishment has made it clear that national candidates are always preselected and makes no never mind who is elected simply because they are all in the fold, i.e. owned & controlled. But a glitch recently developed in their corrupted “Deep State” activities—one Donald Trump appeared on the political scene. “Deep State”= Members of the Establishment make the rules under the surface away from the purview of the public. Example: The past weekend, members of the corrupt Republican Establishment & others met on Sea Island, GA to fashion a plan to destroy Donald Trump’s political aspirations. Among the attendees were Senate leader Mitch McConnell (R), House leader Paul Ryan (R), etc. The Sea Island conclave is reminiscent of the 1910 Jekyll Island sortie put on by the “BIGS” that gave birth to the Federal Reserve—a thin-air printing press.

The Establishment fully understands the preponderance of voters–all stripes, employ raw emotion as their determinate in the voting process. Not knowledge & fact, just Party lines—both R & D. Observe that nearly all incumbents were reelected as per usual by large pluralities in the current election cycle. If voters had been armed with fact and knowledge they would be dusting off their Louisville Sluggers.

Now scroll down to history, objectivity, and huge doses of logic & reality and calculate what is revealed by reelecting incumbents. $20 TRILLION national deficit, $120 TRILLION in unfunded mandates, 16 years of ongoing global self-induced warfare (for what?), 93 million unemployed Americans, true unemployment rate hovers around 23%, 47 million on Food Stamps, open borders, 25-35 million illegals roaming around in our nation, Obamacare (that Republicans continue to fund), the pitiful state of public education, political correctness, global spying, muffling of public discourse–had enough? But the beat goes on & on.

The multiple crises inflicted upon the American taxpayers listed above are compliments of incumbents. For example, 16 year bottom-feeder Arkansas Senator John Boozman was selected to another potential 6 year term. His reign of terror began with criminal Bush II’s inauguration by pulling the corrupt levers of the Republican Neoconservative Establishment which have produced 16 years of uninterrupted savagery. Boozman has not produced one positive accomplishment during his 16 year tenure that benefited or helped secure the beleaguered White middleclass, just our destruction. Check his voting and travel recordS. One of the several reasons I agree with the Establishments’ use of the word stupidity, but as previously stated for entirely different reasons.

The only way White middleclass Americans can survive is to vote against all national incumbents and/or the method of choice is to withhold your vote. It has no value. Give it thought before you emotionally erupt.

Senator Ted Cruz is not a natural born American citizen; he is a Cuban-American born in Canada. For those who scream “Birther”, ask yourselves if aware, why the Senator’s birth records are sealed, as is the case with Pres. Barack Hussein Obama. The Establishment presented “we the people” with an unconstitutional quid pro quo—Obama & Cruz—throw in Anchor Babies Jindal & Rubio.

History and current events clearly define Cruz, as previously mentioned as an Hispanic, as president of “we the people” what could we expect from him in the matter of legal & illegal immigration and border security? Not much. Cruz has been all too quiet about his relationships with anti-American organizations, e.g. La Raza (the Race), Mecha, Lulac, etc. all created & funded by Jews. Cruz long ago abandoned his discussion of borders & border security.

Cruz is a warmongering Republican neoconservative and embraces the Wolfowitz (a Jew) Doctrine (“we shall have no rivals”, meaning preemptive wars) He is aggressively pursuing expansion of the U.S. military that currently is spending $56 Billion (he wants more) per year to maintain & pursue global hegemony.

November 2015 Cruz stated on the Senate floor that he was the Southwestern representative for Israel. Never anything pertaining to the representation of the white or black middleclass.

Heidi Cruz, wife of Ted, both belong to the global nation killing Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Another destructor of American sovereignty.

Heidi sat on the original commission that gave birth to the North American Union (NAU). The NAU’s mission is to dissolve U.S. borders contiguous with Mexico & Canada. Recall, Cruz was born in Canada.

Heidi is a long time high ranking executive with the Jewish banking firm of Goldman Sachs. Ted’s senatorial campaign was funded by Goldman Sachs; some say a “loan”.
The Senator’s presidential campaign is almost wholly funded by Jews, i.e. Goldman Sachs, George Soros, Paul Singer, the Koch Brothers, Sheldon Adelson, Robert Mercer ($11 million), and the scroll continues. Why do you believe Cruz is so popular with Jews? And where does his allegiance lie? He is an owned commodity.
The Senator and his father are evangelical extremists, associated with Dominionism. Some of their base beliefs are said to border on the laws & courts similar to Sharia.

The national media and the Establishment of both Parties continue to wail that they “hate Cruz”. CRUZ IS THE ESTABLISHMENT AND IS WHOLLY OWNED BY U.S. JEWISH INTERESTS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ISRAELI PRESIDENT BENJAMIN NETANYAHU.

We constantly hear the drumbeat for DIVERSITY, the victims of Diversity are the White middleclass Founding Stock. The present Supreme Court, absent one, is made up of 5 Catholics & 3 Jews, not one member of the Court is from the majority White Founding Stock or any other Caucasian. The above is known as “packing” the courts. The Founding Fathers had grave concerns regarding Catholics & Jews. Interesting to note here that Pres. Obama’s recent nominee for the Supreme Court is Merrick Garland, a Jew. In his first public utterance regarding the appointment, in the first 51 seconds he invoked “anti-Semitism” twice. Jews are 2% of the national population—yet they own the Federal Reserve, all major banks, control most sensitive areas of federal government, funders & creators of anti-American minority hate groups, own 97% of all media & same percent for entertainment. Thought control? On the other hand, Catholics flaunt 8 USC immigration laws and fan the flames for more legal & illegal immigration, now including Muslims & so-called “refugees” while the Pope is sticking his nose into U.S. constitutional & political affairs, most obviously our sovereignty and social conduct. If Trump is not elected President of the U.S. this year our Republic will be overwhelmed with legal & illegal 3rd world foreign nationals, As always, the Founders were right on target. The product is SELECTIVE DIVERSITY.

Observe the disasters that have occurred in our once preeminent Republic which have destroyed our national borders, on the brink of erasing our culture, heritage, identity—all caused by reelecting incumbents decade after decade (both parties) who suppress & violate our Founding Principles—the fulcrum of our society–while leading to corruption & crime which defines the federal government today.
If “we the people” are to avoid a soon to be 3rd world existence the global cesspool known as Washington, DC must be drained & fumigated in November.

TABULA RAZA DESTROYING OUR REPUBLIC, AND OH YES, SENATOR JOHN BOOZMAN 3/6/16

Finally the Truth unveils itself on the DC stage. Déjà vu…the Emperor’s New Clothes. The RNC is now naked as a jaybird.

In the present campaign for POTUS the Republican Establishment so enmeshed in protecting their ill-gotten power & riches are blinded to the fact they have exposed themselves demonstrating they have been gaming the system for decades & beyond, accompanied by their utter disregard for the American middleclass. The Republican presidential campaign, with its Establishment candidates, save one, Donald Trump, have become so mentally deranged and at the same time revealing themselves to be nothing more than a collection of tyrants raping every tenet of the Constitution & its Bill of Rights and of course the American people. Unfortunately, most citizens following the Establishment’s recent revelations of their intentions to corrupt the system using any & all means at their disposal to elect one of their own as President, while ignoring the demands & wishes of middleclass Americans. Tragically, it appears that Arkansas voters, as witnessed by their votes Tuesday March 1, 2016— are still not cognizant of the meanings of the current Establishment’s vile political revelations & activities. Satisfied to continue to play the part of “useful idiots” as shown below.

What I speak of is simply the RNC & its handlers’ utter disregard for White middleclass Americans and in their quest and dedication to destroy Donald Trump they have forgotten, at this point in time, that White middleclass America is their foundation, but of course, it has always been the case. For a return to at least a somewhat principled government I will lay my money on the White American as opposed to the two baggage-laden latter-day Hispanics. Backgrounds must be the voting determinate. Additionally, neither of the two members of the Hispanic brotherhood is constitutionally qualified to be POTUS.

Middleclass White Americans thinking, unfortunately, their ballot means something, concurrently thinking that the Republican Party stands for small government, individual rights & a bevy of other lying nonsense. It is obvious, as of this date, a vast majority of White America still don’t get it. They do not understand that a vote for INCUMBENCY translates to a 3rd Rail experience for “we the people”. Surely you know, incumbents are fast-tracking us into economic slavery, global censorship & eternal wars for profit. The Establishment’s grand fear is that White America may soon recognize our peaceful shield of protection against both DC Establishments is simply: REFUSING TO VOTE. That would be the death knell for the DC Establishment and all its inhabitants, elected, appointed, or hired. Presidents & congress have been conducting the affairs of the national state as if they were independent agents.

A friend of mine recently authored the following statement that defines the irresponsible behavior dripping off most American’s brows, “LOTE…The Lesser of Two Evils by definition is a vote for evil and a vote against freedom, liberty, tenets of the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution & Bill of Rights”. Well said, friend.

It should be obvious to the dullest in our society that the one indelible product of this particular Republican presidential campaign is the fact that the Republican DC Establishment doesn’t care about middleclass wishes, desires, demands, & government’s constitutional obligations. They are so engulfed in the fear of losing their power & riches they have forgotten that they need middleclass Americans to secure their power, such has always been the case, but never publicly admitted until this campaign forced it out by Donald Trump. Both political DC cesspools will only & begrudgingly recognize us down the road when it’s time to begin their lying, sophomoric campaigns, i.e. “conservatism”, “values”, “visions”, and other worn-out bromides for vote buying. The Establishment readily understands that Republican voters of all stripes always jump on those clichés that are wrapped in lies, destruction, & eternal war.

The question is will middleclass Americans ever wake up to the facts listed above? The answer in all probability is a resounding NO.
The standard bearer for incompetence, willful enabling & betrayals is Arkansas Senator John Boozman, the quintessential Establishment shill. The Senator resided in the U.S. House for 10 years, now concluding 6 more in the U.S. Senate and is all but guaranteed another 6 years. In 16 years the Senator has not produced one accomplishment that has helped to preserve & protect the beleaguered White middleclass who are the bulwark of this nation—not a recent collection of invading 3rd world foreign nationals. On the flip side, he has savaged them. A few devastating examples will follow. In the meantime demanding and yapping legal & illegal Africans, Mideast Muslims, Hispanics & a host of other breeds continue their invasions into the U.S. They all need to be given the boot for disrupting our social fabric. There are no Constitutional or moral obligations to allow for their unwanted assaults to continue.

Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 200,000 Arkansans stupidly voted to continue Boozman’s reign of terror against “we the people” and will retain him for 6 more constitutionally destructive years in the U.S. Senate.

Boozman entered the U.S. Congress the same year the second edition of the Bush Crime Syndicate (The Wolfowitz/Brzezinski Doctrine) assumed power and he served unabashedly as a willing shill for Bush II & the RNC. His and their activities were purely unconstitutional and in many instances outright criminally inspired & carried out. Boozman has been an enabler for murder, destruction of infrastructure and families. The Senator did not pull the triggers, just the levers which funded the Bush & Jew wars of atrocities. Continuing through Bush’s 8 year crime wave and into Obama’s 8 years to destroy our republic here is a partial list of Boozman’s enabling crimes against humanity: e.g. The Patriot Act (voted for it twice & for its enhancement)(annulled the 4th & 10th Amendments); funding to support mass immigration legal & illegal (2008 Times Record headline…Boozman “Declares War on Illegals”…a lie & political hoax); voting yea to fund Obamacare; same for the Military Commissions Act; same the National Defense Authorization Act (the most heinous Act against individual freedoms); budget busting every year, now reaching a $20 Trillion deficit (when Boozman entered Congress the deficit was $5.7 Trillion); voted for rendition/torture and enhancement of said Act; the Violent Homegrown Terrorism Act; voted for the Stimulus Bill $775 Billion & a $700 Billion TARP bailout. All the above and much more have led to the emasculation of freedom and privacy of American citizens built on the phony cliché to “Keep Us Safe’ from their phony “Wars on Terrorism”; yet citizens continue to vote stupidly for their own White mass genocide. So who are the real enemies of America?

Jews realize that if they want to wipe out Western Civilization they must first wipe out the White Man. Jews have been imminently successful in nullifying Whites in their own country by purchasing the federal government using money, fear, bribes, blackmail, religion, etc. which achieved their absolute control. The major tool used for this unbelievable accomplishment was the Jew Cultural Marxist Frankfort School which unleashed Political Correctness on our society by infiltrating all influential institutions with devastating results. Jews refer to Washington, DC as “Tel Aviv South”.

The Senator, in his anemic campaign ad for reelection which gave the appearance it was designed for a public school 6th grade class, stated among other things that he “stood for conservative values” and was a “conservative visionary”(the standard meaningless bales of hay the herd continues to ingest).

WHAT POSSIBLY WOULD/COULD POSSESS A FREEDOM LOVING TAXPAYING CITIZEN TO VOTE TO SUSTAIN THE CONTINUATION OF THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL & CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AGAINST MANKIND

BY A U.S. SENATOR? ARE YOU NOT AWARE OF THE ATROCITIES BEING CARRIED OUT BY BOTH THE DEMOCRAT & REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENTS? WHY WOULD YOU ORDAIN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND ITS LONG HISTORY OF WARMONGERING OVER COMMON SENSE? TABULA RAZA?

A partial list of what you/we would get with either of the Hispanic-American brotherhood as POTUS.

1. Mass immigration, legal, illegal, more open-ended Visas, an increase in lotteries, ad infinitum.
2. As so-called minorities, the brotherhood would refuse to secure borders, just as does the present POTUS allowing & encouraging millions of Eastern Africans, mideasterners, & of course Hispanics.
3. Rubio has been one of the most ardent champions for increasing Muslim migration.
4. Rubio was a leader in the Gang of Eight, i.e. amnesty for 25-35 million illegals and their kin.
5. The borders would be erased.
6. Both are Israel-firsters.
7. Cruz declared in Nov. 2015 that as POTUS, he would be the Southwestern Representative for Israel.
8. Rubio declared on the same day that he would be the Southern Representative for Israel.
9. Both have deep connections with Jewry here and abroad.
10. Both of the majority of their campaign funds comes from Jews…Soros, Singer, Adelson, the Koch Brothers, Goldman-Sachs, & the list goes from here to Peoria.
11. Rubio is an exalted member of the Globalist/Socialist society known as the Aspen Institute.

13. Cruz’s wife Heidi was a CFR task force member/author of their report for Building the North American Union (NAU)…erasing the borders between the US & Mexico & Canada. She is also an Executive with Goldman-Sachs which was bailed out with taxpayer money.
14. Both are avid supporters of Agenda 21, now known as 2030, with the goal of controlling the world’s resources that take our lives by taking the means by which we live, I’m talking about the world’s population—which is Communism…compliments of Al Gore & 100 Heads of State.
15. Rubio’s grandfather was deported for flying in from Cuba illegally.
16. Both Cruz & Rubio voted for fast-tracking the TPP trade agreement and Rubio cast the deciding vote to give Obama fast-track.
17. Rubio’s brother-in-law was a convicted Cocaine trafficker.
18. Both Rubio & Cruz are warmongers and do not support, in the case of the Mideast, a peaceful co-existence between the Jews & Palestinians.
19. Cruz belongs to a religious cult called Dominionism and some of the practices are closely related to the jihadist Sharia law/court/punishment.

The election of either of these two will spell irreversible doom for the once vaunted republic of America.

By the way, neither are constitutionally eligible to seek the presidency of the United States. Cruz is a Cuban-American & Rubio is an Anchor Baby. Obama is a displaced Kenyan and both of the criminally corrupt political parties are playing the game of quid pro quo.

Pay incentives February 11, 2016

It has been heralded for months that there were funding shortages in city government, then comes the hue & cry from the City Directors about cuts in various spending habits, which of course never occur. Then always their solution–RAISE TAXES.

Then comes information today, apparently purely accidental, that the private sector taxpayers are paying huge sums of money ($500,000 per year) for Continuing Education for policemen and firemen.

Policemen & firemen, apparently not worried about their pensions and are happy with their CE private sector paid-for perks.
Now it gets better: Director Lau, hearing grumblings from other city employee types puts forth his solution, the city should pay for all employees to have CE. How generous Director Lau! Lau even describes the CE as “higher education”. The phrase “higher education” denotes college/universities.

And now the preacher, not to be outdone, that would be Pastor Hutchings, speaks up and postulates “I think our city workers have sacrificed so much, so let’s leave this in place”. Reverend, tell us what these sacrifices are and why they should be left in place (the CE for police & fire).

Director Good made the only intelligent statement at the meeting by stating “After nearly 8 years on the Board, he was only recently aware of the incentive pay”. This speaks volumes for the deceit that ruminates through the Fort Smith city government.
Here are some questions that need to be answered immediately:

1. What specifically does the CE entail? High School or college academics, government indoctrination—be specific.
2. What is the financial incentive and how much?
3. What & who qualifies for the stipend?
4. Does the CE have anything to do with international protocols for police & fire that already have taken control of the FS police department out of the hands of taxpaying citizens? Lindsey’s corps of cops is already controlled by D.C. and U.N. Agenda 2030. Why and who authorized?
5. Have any FS police been trained by Israelis here or abroad (an ongoing practice across the nation—think torture, snipers, spying, etc.)?

Where do the Directors get the idea that government, e.g. “we the people” should pay for CE for government employees? If these two groups & others want to enhance their educational skills, let them pay for it, just as the private sector must. They certainly have the time on their hands to do it. They are hired to do a job, not to be coddled.

Director Pennartz absolutely knows about receiving monthly taxpayer subsidized checks; she’s been in the trough at least for her adult life. What generated this statement is her quote, “Right now, they don’t have that incentive to better themselves”. The words of a Cultural Marxist. Director Pennartz, that is the silliest statement I have heard you make up to now.

B.A. said Sunday, “We are fixin’ to find out Monday how many ill-informed Iowans there are”. I said “we’re fixin’ to find out how many euphemistically foolish Iowans there are”—representing a microcosm of our republic.

The two front runners who represent the club, i.e. the Republican establishment are bought & paid for and are not constitutionally qualified to be POTUS.

Senator Ted Cruz (Rafael Cruz) is a Cuban-American, maybe. Ted Cruz has refused to release documents (his records are sealed) showing his U.S. citizenship status, never mind a Natural Born U.S. citizen.

Senator Cruz’s father (Rafael I) was a guerilla fighter for Castro in Cuba, while his mother is alleged to be an American citizen—in some way they both ended up in Canada where the Senator was born. His parents did not fill out a CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) form in order to be a qualified citizen. The U.S. Consulate or Embassy determines if the child acquired U.S. citizenship at birth. There remains no authentic evidence to support the claims that the Senator is either “natural born” or a “naturalized” citizen of the U.S.

Senator Marco Rubio is an Anchor Baby. His parents resided in the U.S. 5 years before becoming naturalized and the Senator was born 1 year before his parents became naturalized.

The Democrat & Republican establishments are traitors to the U.S. Constitution and specifically to middleclass Americans.

Failure of both political parties to defend the Constitution and its demands on the citizen status of Cruz & Rubio is made of the same whole-cloth as the displaced Kenyan, aka Barry Soetoro, aka POTUS Barack Hussein Obama. A quid pro quo deal?

Both Cruz & Rubio support Amnesty, both are for increasing immigration, legal & illegal, resulting in cheap labor, military recruits & votes. Rubio was a member of the Senate Gang of Eight who championed Amnesty & open borders. Neither candidate has a stated public position referencing border security. They both represent the border status quo in deference to the military/industrial complex, Wall Street, & the Chambers of Commerce.

Both, as you are no doubt aware, are Hispanics. The election of either of these two candidates would make the present occupier of the White House look like a piker with regard, most particularly to migration of Hispanic and Mestizo foreign nationals, and of course “eternal wars for eternal peace”. Either one, if elected, guarantees “a U.S. international settlement” that will produce a population of wandering, warring nomads, coupled to what is about to happen, invasions by Mideastern, Oriental & African throngs, all created by the Bush Crime Syndicate. Rubio is a warmonger in the same class as Senators McCain & Graham.

Senator Cruz stated in the Senate Well that he was Israel’s Southwest Representative and Rubio was Israel’s Southern Representative. Allegiance? Both are Israel-firsters.

Both candidates are heavily subsidized by Jews—in the millions, e.g. Sheldon Adelson a Las Vegas & Macao, China casino owner, Paul Singer, the Koch brothers & George Soros—to name a few. The Koch brothers, incidentally, own the Republican wing of the Arkansas General Assembly.
As previously stated both Cruz & Rubio are neo-conservative warmongers, subservient to Israel’s demands, as are virtually all Republicans.
Both Cruz & Rubio are pushing U.N. Agenda 21, New World Order goals, i.e. the smashing of U.S. sovereignty.

Senator Cruz is the one who vetted John Roberts (R), now Chief Justice who gave us Obamacare by calling it a tax, which he (Roberts) & the Supremes declared it would then be constitutional.

Cruz & his father are extreme religious zealots with theocratic beliefs that lead right up to the edge of Sharia Law/Courts. Cruz’s father says his son was “divinely inspired” and God has him destined for greatness and has been anointed as one of the “kings that will take control of all sectors of society”. So much for his & their mental stability.

Both Cruz & Rubio aggressively support an Article V Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) which would gut our original Constitution. The idea that these two recent foreign nationals who have no skin in the game would grow-up in this country and achieve political undergirding power that would set a course which would destroy our Founders’ brilliant & courageous system & is the definition of arrogance & faux authority. All, the product of unfettered mass immigration, legal & illegal. A pox on Americans who are foolish enough to support either of these political thugs & charlatans.

Cruz’s wife is an executive with Goldman Sachs in charge of their U.S. Southwestern banking operation. Heidi Cruz was one of the 8 CFR members (not to be confused with the Gang of Eight—Rubio’s group) who designed plans to create the North American Union (NAU)—dissolving borders contiguous with Mexico & Canada; South America to follow…traitors you say? You bet!

Both Cruz & Rubio are supporters of the Republican owned U.S. Chambers of Commerce & Mega Corporations that have all but killed & continues to kill the middleclass American job market by the implementation of CAFTA, GATT, NAFTA, and now the upcoming Transatlantic & Transpacific Partnership (TTP)—so called “free trade” deals. Heidi Cruz sat on a Council on Foreign Relations for NAFTA until 2011 when Ted (Rafael II) announced he was running for the Senate, she declared a leave of absence.

Both Cruz & Rubio have no problem betraying middleclass Americans and our U.S. Constitution. Observe!

Save one, who is his own man, the 2016 presidential election is all about phony conservatives & phony liberals, which translates into cultural rot. They are to the man and woman, corrupt con-artists.

Middleclass Americans, in this presidential election, as was the case in past presidential elections are given no consideration—just idle prattle, laced with lies/deception. Unfortunately the majority of Americans are non-thinkers that have devolved into nothing more than chattel owned by the Democrat & Republican Parties. Worshiping at the altars of the two parties has produced a national state of decadence.

Republican leadership is probably the vilest, disguised in theatrical paint, flying the false aegis of values, small government, the Constitution, fiscal responsibility. All liars & betrayers. The Democrats deserve no commentary.

The Parrot & the Fort Smith Insiders and oh yes, Trail Mania. January 24, 2016

There were days when the Times Record was a respected news outlet, an important dispenser of substantive news & views, a valuable asset aiding citizens in making informed decisions, particularly political. For example, the times when Donald W. Reynolds & Jack Mosely and others before were the editors.

Those days are gone! Due to deaths in all probability, the T.R. was sold to the Stephens Conglomerate and later to Gate-House Media. Before the first sale the editorial section disappeared and continues to be absent to this date. Occasionally the present editor publishes touchy/feely politically correct pieces of Socialist garbage, e.g. “giving back”, & “making a difference” tripe.

The T.R. serves as no more than a Parrot for downtown interests: Civil, Political & Economic. The management and reporters print only what serves city government and downtown economic interests. The tragedy of it all is simply that T.R. reporters never pose meaningful follow up questions in the stories they are reporting on…which is their primary and obligatory function as an alleged news gathering organization.
The present owner—Gate-House Media, own over 500 newspapers, albeit mostly small but is patently obvious they too have shut the doors on investigative reporting and Q & A’s, most particularly political.

Examples: T.R. edition 1/18/16. Frontpage: “Riverfront Park plans to be unveiled.” T.R. –not one question asked by reporter Chad Hunter regarding details of the plan presentation.

I. Crafton Tull (where is it located?) is said to have formulated the plan. At what cost? Why not a city architectural firm?

II. Proposed cost of the Park: $1.5 million—source of the funding? Why the rash of new parks & what are the anticipated total projected numbers? Projected cost of maintenance & numbers of new city government employees required?

III. Aaron Lee, Parks Secretary (? more government bloat), stated “In October residents filled out surveys asking for their preferred park amenities”. (Government’s phony way of giving the impression that there is complete citizen involvement.) There are approximately 150,000 residents in the Fort Smith metroplex, therefore what percentage & how many residents filled out surveys? How many were illegals? What were the specific demographics? What percentage of the 150,000 is projected to use the parks?

IV. Parks Commission Chairwoman, Lorie Robertson, said in October 2015 “In our minds we should be viewing this as a “TOURISM CORRIDOR”, park options also include walking trails & MIRACLE FIELDS”. Robertson appears to be the Chosen to distribute Agenda 21’s (now called 2030) words & phrases designed to impress the citizens, making it easier for the government to fleece “we the people”. A few other Agenda 21 buzzwords & phrases used by Robertson, Diane Morrison & others are “multi-county trail systems, place making, wayfinding signs, sharrows, event nodes, quality of place, sense of place, smart growth & sustainable model”. Does anyone believe these words and phrases were hatched by local bureaucrats & politicians? All of what you are reading is accomplished by U.N. Agenda 21, now called 2030 and their destructive non-governmental organizations called NGO’s. Does Robertson in any way receive taxpayer stipends from the city or any other area source– if so, how much for her participation as Chair for the Parks Commission?

V. Back to Ms. Robertson. As previously noted Robertson is the Parks Commission Chairwoman and also Chaffee Crossing Marketing Director. Is this not double dipping and a huge conflict of interests? Are there not competent genuinely interested citizens, not ensconced in government available for this position?

Trails are designed by Agenda 21 to severely and ultimately alter or erase significantly various modes of transportation, this strategy and others are encompassed in the U.N.’s grand plan—SUSTAINABILITY AND/OR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

VI. Certainly, not to leave out another of the Trail Hustlers, which would be the Chair of the former, moribund Frontier MPO that suddenly came to life and became an important player in the Trails’ game. Frontier MPO is another NGO. Dianne Morrison is another poster girl for S.D. Morrison claims to have expertise in 34 areas dealing with SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT…all having to do with the reshaping, remodeling, and in some cases removal of private property in every facet of the city and is very comfortable using the term SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Dianne Morrison can factually be described as a Cultural Marxist.

Question: is Morrison involved in any manner, contractually or otherwise, in the construction of the park previously alluded to, and does she have any material connection with Frontier Construction?

VII. Arkansas State Representative Matt Pitsch is another double dipper. He also serves as CEO of the MPO—RITA (Regional Intermodal Transportation Agency). This immediately brings up the question of another huge conflict of interest

MPO’s (are NGO’s) serve as liaisons between local governments and federal agencies run by appointed (not elected) individuals with vast authority. Thereby eliminating the public from all conversation.

NGO’s are the enemies of “we the people” in that duly elected government officials farm out their various duties to their political bosom accomplices and then the created NGO’s assume full power and are in no way responsible to “we the people”. Regional NGO’s are twice as dangerous as a city NGO. NGO’s are involved in numerous ways of disrupting Americans’ way of life from a local perspective to an international one, e.g. activities such as the U.S. involvement in the overthrow of duly elected governments, e.g. Ukraine.
Recent statistics indicate there are at least 22 NGO’s in Fort Smith—all unelected.

VIII. Hiz Honor, Fort Smith Mayor Sandy Sanders, in a frontpage story appearing in the T.R. crowed that Simmons Poultry and Zero Mountain were allegedly engaged in the act of creating, at some future point, 100 new jobs.

In the article Sanders was so excited that it gave the impression he may have peed his pants, well now forget that, let’s just say the Mayor was ebullient. Questions the TR should have asked: Are these alleged 100 jobs to be filled by Black & White American citizens, or illegal Mestizos (more commonly referred to as Mexicans/Hispanics). Now if the Mestizos capture the jobs, which then could very easily balloon into another 500-600 consisting of their families jumping on the welfare bandwagon? No question that would be a very lucrative deal for Simmons & Zero Mountain, but certainly not the case for we the middleclass American producers.

Another very disturbing set of circumstances laid at the doorstep of the Mayor & City Directors—that would be State Senator Jake Files (R) & Lee Webb (D), the Sebastian County Election Commission chairman—— being awarded a lucrative contract to operate the new 8 field softball complex. A black cloud hangs over this “deal”. Additionally, Files record as a businessman is one of incompetency and failures. He has also been instrumental in securing and awarding huge sums of taxpayer money to a “private endeavor”, i.e. the Marshal’s Museum. Most recently, he has cozied up to a state lobbyist to cover a hot check while at the same time owing thousands of dollars in back taxes. The irony is with all the aforementioned baggage, Senator Files is the Chairman of the Arkansas State Senate’s Revenue & Taxation Committee.

Senator Files introduced SB 757 that gives Arkansas state government power to preempt private property, i.e. expand state government imminent domain capacities. SB 757 contains 15 points that lead to NO RECOVERY FOR CONFISCATED PROPERTY.

The city of Jonesboro, AR is now practicing SB 757 and has expanded Files unconstitutional powers act into what Jonesboro calls Property Code 105-2. Files claims he and his partner are going to fund the softball complex with donations and in-kind services. It is said they have previously used the National Guard to complete dirt work for the fields—that is taxpayer dollars used for purposes not a part of functions for the National Guard. Donations—what are the sources? In-Kind—what is & what kind?

I would say the Mayor, the City Directors & to Ray Gosack—this deal is corrupt to the core and at the very least a quid pro quo. Not to be left out, Files is busily coning the city to involve him & Webb in the Trails Mania.

The transparency of the Fort Smith city government, at the very best, is somewhere between opaque and blacked-out.

The question now is, not for the Times Record Parrot, but to each citizen who resides in Fort Smith, are you going to continue to reelect and put up with this type of government corruption that permeates the whole spectrum?

Are “we the people” being snookered another time by the Fort Smith city establishment?

Something does seem to be agog.

A year or two ago, without warning, citizens were told by various members of the city establishment that the police & fire retirement funds were in short supply. All these utterings showed no signs of concern or emotion. These same sentiments have been put forth on any number of occasions without a modicum of explanation. Were the funds misspent, allocated to other departments, or gross incompetence?

Then comes an edict from the Nationalist government, more commonly referred to as the Federal Government, that orders the city of Fort Smith to spend at least $600 million to upgrade its sewer and waste water systems, accompanied by a $300,000 fine, all of which should have been accomplished 2 decades ago and the funding was available. Followed on the heels of these travesties and almost in unison, no explanation by appropriate officials, the prompt exodus of decades old employees City Manager Ray Gosack followed by City Financial Director Kara Bushkuhl.

After a year or so, still no explanations from the City Directors or Mayor pertaining to the Fire & Police Pension Funds! Publicly, there have also been no reactions from Police Chief Kevin Lindsey & his band or the City Fire Chief and his crew. If there really is a shortage in the two retirement funds, why are the victims so composed?
Maybe, because there is no shortage.

You see, the city of Fort Smith and all cities are for-profit corporations. In the case of Fort Smith insiders will exclaim that Fort Smith is not a for-profit entity and remember citizens all local governments are controlled from on high, in this case Little Rock, D.C. & the United Nations, e.g. Lindsey and his band of merry men belong to 2 international policing organizations who set the protocols for the FSPD, not we the people who pay their salaries & perks.

Pension fund accounting (and others) are required by government to project out 35 years ( government safety net) to satisfy all projected payments to participants (in this case police & fire) with what they will be paid at TIME OF RETIREMENT. They use Max-projections.

Example: employee making $50K today at retirement, after pay increases, projected inflations, etc. will be making $185K, additionally: governments DO NOT ACCOUNT for the projected income for the fund out 35 years in full. They redact much.

Here’s the crux: based on the new accounting, the pension fund that may have been 150% funded today, in the snap of a finger, could now be adjusted to being 60% funded (40% underfunded). City governments may project whatever financial position referencing pension funding they wish. Additionally, they use Liability Accounts, Enterprise Ops & NGO’s.

It appears the city has not prepared a financial statement since 2011.

Most local pension funds/systems are strictly Participatory. What that means is the employee does not own ONE CENT of the retirement fund; they just have a ticket to ride under the contract terms.

The local government owns 100% of the FUND BALANCE. Now if the employees owned 100% of the balance, what the accounting used by local governments would be 100% fraud and an indictable offense.

If the employees owned all their retirement funds (and they should) when they retired they would receive hundreds of thousands of dollars and most of these funds are so huge there would never need to be any more contribution.
The Fort Smith city government is a pay/play pal like the Fort Smith City School Board where the transparency window pane has been blacked out.
Notice: when you ask a City Board member, a State Senator, a School Board member they always plead ignorance (“I don’t know”), which some don’t, but that’s their crude way of being evasive, i.e. not answering the question.
So you must know that Lindsey and all the rest know there is no real pension shortfall, but perhaps they do not know the devils in the details.
More reasons to impose term limits on all politicians and bureaucrats.

More pertaining to the Fire & Police Pension Funds: Times Record 1/11/16…Acting City Manager Dingman, “Our particular issue is based on the amount of funding we haven’t put into the past”. An open honest statement that past & present City governments failed to recognize the oncoming pension shortages, demonstrating gross incompetence or ………???

Now our alleged “public servants” are pushing for issues & taxes that have been previously turned down by the voters. The Board and others are assiduously exerting effort to resuscitate the moribund Civic Center & the “prepared food tax”, and no doubt increase their bloated administrative numbers.

I have written rather extensively on at least 2 occasions that the only means to subdue this tax eating piranha is to implement Zero Budgetry immediately.

One of the finer points of Zero Budgetry is that it demands each government department head indelibly justifies & anticipates every expense of his or her department each and every year for their upcoming budget. Some departments could actually show profits. A loose governmental budgeting process is the formula that allows government to make tax pincushions out of citizens…raising taxes. Zero Budgetry is a must.

Examples of non-essential spending: Trails; sharrows; quid pro quo softball complex which could & should generate hundreds of thousands of dollars for taxpayers; a strict bidding process for city equipment; $777,000 for Convention Center; cancel Delta Dental’s bribe of F.S. officials to mass fluoridate pristine drinking water; cut all financial assistance to the stated private enterprise project known as the Marshal’s Museum; terminate downtown Urban Renewal for private property owners; utilize competent negotiators in construction projects, e.g. the recent $2 million cost overrun in the Waterpark; reduce the bloated F.S. city work force by eliminating duplication & non-essentials; discontinue taxpayer subsidized services to illegals and numerous 501c3’s, 501c4’s, & NGO’s like Frontier MPO; The city’s lavish spending on multi-ladder fire trucks, high dollar SUV’s, pickups, flatbeds, etc.

The Fort Smith School district is spending 10’s of millions on programs for illegals that range from infants to able-bodied adults. Gov. Hutchinson, this past week, made another one of his self-serving political statements regarding the newly minted 220,000 Arkansans presently enjoying Obamacare, i.e. the Private Option, compliments of the producing taxpayers. Hutchinson fails to identify these 220,000 as mostly young, unmarried, unemployed males. Notice these faux compassionate souls are most always on the tax teat, i.e. welfare/government check themselves. In Hutchinson’s case he is recipient of at least 6 welfare/taxpayer checks in his mailbox monthly. Remember when he had compassion for illegals when he was the U.S. Drug/Border Czar and “worried about illegals ability to sleep for fear of deportation”, similar to Superintendent Gooden referring to illegals when he said “we’ll take all we can get”. Never mind the cost to our beleaguered middleclass and the destruction of our language, borders and culture.

The principal constitutional functions of the city are fire, police, streets, water, and waste water sewerage control, not entertainment.

It seems the city’s priorities have long gone astray for the benefit of a few.
