Government double dippers & beyond

The packing continues, not the courts this time but the Arkansas General Assembly.

You might say government for government. September 13, 2016

As an example: LeAnn Burch of Monticello is an attorney for the state Department of Human Services and is seeking the position of a state legislator. More double dipping but the ramifications are far more serious than the double dipping.

The Arkansas General Assembly has become a haven for retired/active employees of government and those individuals dependent on government.
The double dippers show an absolute lack of character. The fact they would take advantage of we the people in such a manner is despicable. In the case of Burch, a retired BGNG, she is a triple dipper, but not as bad as Hutchinson.

The aforementioned individuals are products of a parasitic corrupt government and are enemies of the private sector. Unfortunately, most of we the people don’t recognize this travesty—always in the name of “PUBLIC SERVICE”.

Back to Burch, if she is a full time employee of DHS, how is it she can spend 5-6 months a year attending to state business as a legislator when she should be devoting 12 months a year to her certified employment. Her votes, as is the case with the rest, will always be skewed to & for government—always. Is Burch going to receive full pay as an attorney for the state as well as that of a legislator?
The Arkansas legislature is filled with school teachers, administrators (active & retired), as well as many other government connected individuals. This in itself shows the bar is not set too high.

Someone by the name of Vince Insalaco stated in behalf of Burch, “She would work to strengthen public education”…how? For Mr. Insalaco’s information, which he obviously needs…never has so much money and attention been given to our children and never have they been in so much peril. Just observe government’s results!

Government employees, past & present, most particularly school teachers, are messengers, enablers, & indoctrinators for the Dept. of Education, NEA, AEA, & other Big Government entities.

Legislators hoodwinking citizens…Fluoride & Term Limits!!!

September 8, 2014

The genesis of the fluoridation of Arkansas’ drinking waters can be summed up in a word—corruption—at the hands of Governor Mike Beebe, the state General Assembly and City Governments that fit the population formula.

Law is a weapon used by evil to destroy its prey.
Law benefits only those who create it.
Law is for extortion and control” …Michael Gaddy, 2014

S.B. 359/Act 197 Fluoride Mandate bill from 2012.

Most legislators (practically all Republican Senators/Representatives) voted for SB 359 and received campaign donations from the Arkansas Dental PAC for their yea vote. Search here www.arkansasdentalpac.

The initial start-up-cost came from Delta Dental of Arkansas—an insurance company. Some legislators received over $4,000 for this one vote. In the immediate vicinity, to their credit, Reps. Malone, Stubblefield and Rice voted no for forced fluoride in public water systems. Non-voting was Rep. Pennartz. In the Senate both Files & Holland voted for the fluoride mandate. Is a vote for fluoridation of public water, in the case cited above, not vote buying and bribery?

Question: Why would Delta Dental, an insurance company, give six figure start-up money to the city of Fort Smith for the purpose of fluoridating city & regional drinking water at Lake Fort Smith?

Recall: there was a protracted statewide outrage against fluoridating the people’s water supplies. Did our elected office holders listen? NO!

The passage of this measure (fluoridation of the citizen’s water supplies) is a wholly unconstitutional act. There is not one constitutional or legal fiber in SB 359, Act 197, i.e. forced medication. The passage of the Act demonstrates self-service by a vast majority of Republican & Democrat politicians and the enabling corporation Delta Dental and the Arkansas Dental PAC will inflict another tax burden on Fort Smith residents immediately.

Sodium Fluoride is a poison, in micro doses it appears (I said appears) to be harmless. I can find no scientific studies that are being or have been conducted pertaining to the long term effects of daily fluoride ingestion may cause and therein lies the big question—Will repeated daily ingestions of sodium fluoride over a protracted period of time precipitate untoward physical & mental complications? As best as can be ascertained there are no published human safety standards for long term consumption.

Sodium Fluoride is not being added to the Ft. Smith water supply to enhance human potability; but is added to theoretically act as a medicinal. Therefore; where is the medical and moral authority that allows the Ft. Smith government to undertake, for all practical purposes, the practice of medicine?

Again, the state government has no constitutional or medical authority to defend its self-serving position for demanding forced fluoridation of public waters.

Some of the specific data in the aforementioned paragraphs may be attributed to the organization “Secure Arkansas”.

It should be noted here that Republican numbers in the state house were the prime movers of this abusive legislation and 3 of the Republicans hold or held key positions in the Republican leadership, and were subsequently fined by the Arkansas Ethics Commission. Those fined were: then State Senator Johnny Key who now shills for the U of A Chancellor, G. David Gerhart. Key was slapped on the wrist and fined $100 for contributing campaign funds to another candidate’s campaign. Three Republican Senators seem to be involved in funneling money to other legislators.

Republican Senator Eddie Joe Williams, the bagman for the Ark. Republican Party and the Ark. State Senate, was fined in 2012 for making personal use of $6,000 of his campaign funds to Sen. Missy Irvin & Sen. Jason Rapert, both Republicans. Sen. Eddie Joe Williams was fined $850 for his caper and the Senator donated over $42,650 from his campaign funds to other Senators & Representatives for ticket events in 2012. Sen. Eddie Joe Williams is the Senate Majority Leader.

Is this how citizens’ expect their campaign contributions to be used?

Republican Senator Michael Lamoureaux, President Pro-Tem of the Senate, was cited for making personal use of $2400 of his campaign fund. Sen. Lamoureaux donated $24,750 from his Campaign funds to other senators and representatives for ticket events in 2012.

Again, is this not vote buying and bribery, and if you agree that it is, you must come to the understanding that illegal and unconstitutional conduct permeates the entirety of the Arkansas State Republican Assembly and certainly does not excuse the Democrat Party.

It should be noted that all Republican state senators and representatives belong to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a legislative bill mill where Corporations fund most of ALEC’s operations. The Bills that ALEC feeds to the Arkansas General Assembly serve one purpose…to increase the bottom line of corporations. These type of practices by the Ark General Assembly, for all practical purposes, remove Arkansas citizens from the legislative process.

More later on Republicans and their very cozy relationship with ALEC and a number of other like organizations.

Coming on the heels of the fluoride debacle and the wrist slapping administered to some of the Republican violators by the Ethics Commission is one of the most deceptive and insidious activities to come out of the Ark. General Assembly—Issue #3, HJR 1009. HJR 1009 would extend term limits from 6 yrs to 16 in the House and from 8 yrs to 16 in the Senate! This proposed deception is attached to a so-called Ethics Bill titled “Elected Officials Ethics, Transparency, and Financial Reform Amendment of 2014”. This Trojan Horse approach was allegedly put together by Rep. Sabin (D) & Woods (R). Is this not chutzpah?

This scurrilous approach demonstrates the height of self-service and cowardice which has been achieved by the vast majority of elected state representatives & senators. Area state reps who voted for this deceptive ethics bill and back-dooring Term Limits Issue #3 are Reps. Bell, Deffenbaugh, & C. Douglas. In the Senate, again, voting for are Files & Holland.

Don’t Arkansas citizens have a lot to be excited about in the upcoming 2015 legislative session from the so-called conservative and constitutional Republican Party while at the same time they have involvements in a tidal wave of misdeeds? What do you suppose their next hijinks will be?

Who are the real miscreants here, the voters or the office holders?

ASU–The Money Pit!

$311,108.24………..$311,108.24…………$311,108.24……$311,108.24      February 4, 2014

What yardstick does Governor Mike Beebe use to define education?

As of this date neither Governor Mike Beebe nor the Arkansas State General Assembly have recited the constitutionality, the legality, and the authorization by whom or what to steal Arkansas taxpayer owned property and segue to Mexico for their proposal to build a university in Queretaro, Mexico.

This is a huge scam bordering on criminality that is being perpetrated against and on Arkansas citizens and the proof of this will continue to come out in spite of Beebe’s and the State Legislature’s stonewalling.  Obviously pols & bureaucrats will benefit in some way but the big question is who are the Titans behind the scam and how do they expect to benefit?

Topical information about the proposed scam would have citizens believe the unconstitutional, illegal endeavor will be economically & politically beneficial to Arkansans, accompanied by veiled language that it is an Arkansas citizens’ obligation to educate Mexicans in Mexico, while at the same time we are educating millions of illegals on our own turf.

Without a lot of detail here and just enough information to make the point, Mexico is a bicultural nation.  The first culture is comprised of Mestizo Indians, commonly called Mexicans, who make up the bulk of Mexican citizens,  the ones who have invaded our republic illegally for decades while ALL gutless politicians and bureaucrats have refused to seal our borders and deport these unwelcome throngs resulting in the restoring our sovereignty.   One would ask, is this who Beebe, ASU Chancellor Hudson & President Welch, Higher Ed Director Broadway intend to confer degrees upon in math, physics, chemistry, etc.?

Or is it the ruling class of Mexico?  The White, tall, elegant, well-educated, poised Castilian Spaniards who own and rule the totality of Mexico, i.e. the government, resources, many of the drug cartels, so-called law-enforcement agencies, ad infinitum.?  Their culture is academically and economically deeply ensconced in Mexico’s tapestry by their Spanish heritage.  So Arkansas State University is going to Mexico to educate the Castilian Spaniards?  Hardly.

As previously noted the Mexican state of Queretaro is the proposed site for ASU-Mexico.  In the state of Queretaro there are 31 research centers. Among them is the Instituto Technologico de Queretaro, which is part of the National System of Technological Institutes in Mexico.  It offers 6 Engineering majors and technical training in an array of other scientific involvements.

The National Metrology Center IS LOCATED IN QUETERTARO.  THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THE CENTER IS TO BRING TOGETHER SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMY.  IT IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT OF ITS KIND IN THE AMERICA’S.

With the factual data listed above, what is the purpose, what are the rewards, and who is really behind the Ark. State University scam?

More specifics regarding ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY—JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.

A random sampling of one (1) month travel expenses of more than $100 by ASU employees, in this case the month of October, 2013 breathtakingly revealed that ASU spent $311,108.24 for travel that month!  On a year’s travel this rate of spending could reach $4 million.

Governor Beebe has stated that his primary goal in this year’s legislative session is to fund education.  Does the figure listed above define his philosophy of education? His record would so indicate.  The amount shown above is corruption at its worse.  ASU is a self-serving fiefdom with a self-serving administration whose goals are not known but can only be clouded in corruption.
1.    Since the inception of the Mexico scheme how many trips have been paid for by Arkansas taxpayers allowing politicians, bureaucrats and other hangers-on to travel to Mexico, and what was the cost?
2.    Was any part of the $311,108.24 used for travel to Mexico?  If so, how much?
3.    Are taxpayer-owned cell phones being used?
4.    What part has the unqualified Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway, played in this sordid scheme?  (His position was a political payoff, compliments of Gov. Beebe)

Other posts have shown the odoriferous salary increases awarded to the ASU upper echelons.  Recently ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was given a raise from $275,000 in 2012-2013 and is now paid $296,250 in 2013-2014.  He may also be receiving additional compensation from the ASU Foundation. He is provided by the university a very large home and a vehicle for his own use.  What would one think the total of his unearned largesse amounts to (health insurance, per diem, & any number of other contractual obligations)?

Governor, members of the Arkansas General Assembly, if Arkansas citizens become aware of your, members of the General Assembly, & ASU bureaucrats’ economic thuggery, what do you believe the response will be?

Obviously there is no legitimate, professional ongoing oversight pertaining to the Arkansas State University system and in all likelihood is a microcosm of the entire State system.

Can Arkansas citizens expect any relief from these unconstitutional & corrupt governmental practices?  Who of you in the General Assembly will stand and speak for the middleclass heavily abused taxpayers??? You have done well for the elites & welfare recipients.

Obamacare Cavemen

MORE ON THE CAVEMEN & CAVEWOMEN            June 23, 2013

Arkansas’ version of a recipe for thievery, i.e. redistribution of wealth accomplished by force.  These out of control crimes are certainly not limited to Arkansas, but Top-Down in the 50 states.

The recipe for the Arkansas thievery is equal parts of arrogance, greed, stupidity, callousness, and lack of accountability.

The present bubbling theft is being brought to citizen producers by the nexus between Gov. Mike Beebe—Kathleen Sebelius (Secretary of Health & Human Services)—and the enabling Republican Cavemen & Cavewomen, i.e. POI (Party of Irrelevance), accompanied by the Cultural Marxist Democrat Party.

A recent example of the destruction being levied at the producers by the corrupt “Takers”: June 21, 2013 it was announced that 100 employees who were to work at local DHS offices across the state to help people enroll in the State’s Health Insurance Exchange (Obamacare) would be dropped from the initial quote of 535 assistants known as “Guides”.

Joni Jones, Director of DHS’s Division of County Operation (we really need her or the operation!) stated that 100 of the 535 (one for each congressman & the senate is getting cut?) due to lack of Federal Funding.

Aside from the outright theft by the aforementioned, Ms. Jones in her stupidity obviously didn’t realize if 100 positions could be cut now they were not needed initially, or simply, she doesn’t care.

Ms. Jones, a dose of reality, frankly you are not needed, our republic has a national debt of $17 TRILLION and there is no money for funding, except what we producers are forced to put into the despotic Obama administration.

Furthermore; Sebelius stated that the federal government should not fund all of Obamacare, simply stated that means producers are going to get financially raped in regards to Obamacare, twice.   In Gang parlance, Obama & the Democrats are operating a huge money-laundering operation and the POI’s, suffering from the Simpletonian Complex retreating from their stated goals (smaller government)  make these rapes possible.

In deference to State Senator Jim Hendren, he posed essentially the same question to Ms. Jones.  62% of the federal budget is directed toward the misnomer Entitlement programs, much of which is directed at deadbeat Americans, millions of illegals and featherbedding corrupt government agencies.

There is no moral or constitutional authority for citizen producers to be divested of their property by government force and redirected at a morass of human laziness, incompetence & greed.

H.L. Mencken, in one of his many explicit & wonderful quotations stated…”Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats”.  Citizen producers, are there any disagreements?

Joe McCutchen

P.S.  The Arkansas state government awarded a $4.3 million contract to Mangan, Holcomb to market this grand theft through advertisements, social media, etc. which proves that Obamacare and these exchanges are absolutely not needed. This program is intended to expand government by adding 500,000 more Arkansas resident deadbeats to the welfare rolls   The Arkansas Lie & Theft of 2013.

The Fascist/Marxist/Communist Sell out is complete

THE ARKANSAS SIX

July 20, 2009

Part II:  Arkansas’ own Trail of Tears.  The sellout by the Arkansas Six is complete,
resulting in an amalgamation of philosophies—Fascism/Marxism/Communism.

The foundation was provided by the unconstitutional, and in
my mind, numerous criminal activities by the preceding presidents Bush I,
Clinton, & Bush II.  This provided
Barack Obama and the complicit congress, both houses, the springboard to
destroy our Constitutional Republic—which has been accomplished by the Obama
administration in 6 months with much more brutal restraints on Americans yet to
come..  Listed below are 8 of many
arrogant assaults on American citizens.

The Arkansas Six: Senator Blanche (the Delta Duchess)
Lincoln, Mark (3rd generation Politicrat), Marion (Plantation)
Berry, Vic (Socialist) Snyder, Mike (?) Ross, and John (the Travellin’ Man)
Boozman are part of the 535 congressional terrorists.

I.
HEALTHCARE REFORM—the Democrats refer to government
takeover of healthcare as “reform”.  Their
“reform” is a direct transfer of private health insurance practices (also known
as fee for service) to national healthcare, i.e. socialized medicine,
Communism, universal healthcare…take your pick.

National healthcare has been a failure in each venue tried, e.g. the UK,
Canada, Russia, etc.  The takeover of
healthcare against the wishes of the majority of Americans is an assault on
liberty.  The government takeover will result
in selective healthcare, rationing, and elimination of numerous medical
procedures.  The endgame will be Selective
healthcare and will lead to genocide, directed at older Americans and the
disadvantaged initially, putting them in  defenseless medical positions, and will
ultimately expand into other sophisticated genocidal choices/procedures.  Can you say population control orchestrated
by government?

The Arkansas Six are silent on socialized medicine while continuing to
embark on inane sound-good programs that satisfy the insider state’s
politicians and bureaucrats. Middle Americans are oblivious  to the social/economic health calamities that
await them, compliments of the criminally corrupt Kenyan president, accompanied
by the undergirding equally corrupt Democrat congress—both houses and the
equally cowardly Republicans. ( I call him Kenyan because he has used numerous
aliases and refuses to release a certified birth certificate and his academic
records, while spending a $million to prevent transparency.)

Arkansas Six…tell your constituents what the plan is for the 25-35
million illegal Mexicans and OTM’s (no, not 12 million) referencing “Healthcare
Reform”.  It has recently been said by a
number of authorities there could easily be 100 million illegals in our
country.  I would be remiss if I did not
remind the Six there are of 3-5 million legals & illegals penetrating our
borders yearly.  Who would the Six choose
to blame for the ongoing malfeasance and misfeasance that is precipitating
multiple nation-killing programs?
Politicians never assume responsibility for the failures they cause and
each of them is intimately responsible for the shame you have brought to our
state and Republic.

The Duchess, in a recent Op-Ed in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette called
out “Healthcare For All”.  Healthcare is
NOT a RIGHT.  She obviously is willing to
use force to install her utopian nightmare. I would ask the Duchess if she is
willing to give up her taxpayer sponsored blue-chip unlimited healthcare for
she and her family in exchange for the “reform” movement she is advocating,
administrated by parasitic bureaucrats. We know she would NEVER do that.  She bloviates about opponents of reform,
claiming they have no real plan for improving healthcare.  She further states “They say (opponents) that
congress is trying to “create more government” or a “Washington takeover of
healthcare”, which will raise your taxes, get between you and your doctor, and
eliminate private insurance”.  If she
believes those concerns listed are not absolutely true she’s dumb as a box of
rocks or a liar.

We have the best healthcare in the world and would be far better &
competitive with the former 100% fee for service and no government
intervention.  The federal government,
with boobs like the Duchess, has proven time & time again that they are
totally inept and dangerous.  It is obvious
that the Duchess is shamelessly pandering to the black and Hispanic
communities, and of course, there’s the Wal-Mart faction who is looking for
free (to them) taxpayer funded healthcare for their temps”.  And yes, Wal-Mart is a large contributor to
the Duchess’ campaign fund.  Every issue
that the Duchess says is spreading misinformation is in fact, true.  Who pays? When government creates a nexus
with business, the government is always the Senior Partner and the middleclass
is ground into the dust.

Kathleen Sebellius, recently governor of Kansas and now Secretary of the
U.S. Dept. of Health, encapsulated the Democrat Party’s proposed takeover of
American healthcare. “Citizens must have a shared responsibility in
healthcare”….spoken like a true Marxist/Communist.  If Sebellius really believes that, why did
she fail to pay her income tax last year, along with a number of other
prominent Democrats?  This is not giving
the Republicans a pass on this or any other issue. Sebellius, detail your
“shared responsibility” philosophy in healthcare.

Regarding the Duchess in the July, 17, 2009 Times Record headline
“Lincoln mum on health-care Bill”.
Translation: the Duchess is waiting to see what version she determines
will affect her the most in her reelection efforts. She was quoted as saying
“we spend more money than any country on earth on healthcare”.  She further says “we are not getting the
biggest bang for our buck” and “there will be savings from healthcare reform”.   The initial ante is $1.6 TRILLION and the
Democrats don’t even have a plan! The Arkansas Six should tell us what the plan
is for Medicaid, Medicare, WIC, Arkids 1st, free lunches &
breakfasts, free prenatal care for illegals, free hospital care for illegals,
ad infinitum.  For Obama and his Democrat
shills to say government socialized medicine will save money is a laughable
bald-faced lie.

Thomas Jefferson said, “ To
take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his father’s
has acquired too much, in order to spare to others (the ubiquitous “others”),
who, or whose father, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to
violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to
everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it”.

Arkansas Six…you do know who Jefferson was don’t you???

II.
THE BIG BAILOUT

The Democrat Party exclaims that
the $787 billion Bailout must be passed and disseminated immediately.  It was also suggested that certain banks and
lending institutions were too big to fail.
All of this and much more was rammed through the Congress and Senate
against the wishes of the people.
Examine a government run institution—Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac and its
colossal failures compliments of the Democrat congress and the Kenyan.  In the same time frame the government
institutes a takeover of private businesses, noteworthy, General Motors and
puts a 31 yr old parasitic bureaucrat Steve Rattner in charge… the Car
Czar.   As of this writing only 7% of the $787 Billion
Bailout has been dispensed, I would say here all of it has gone to government
entities and has not created any private sector jobs.

The Kenyan is now setting the
stage for a second “Bailout”.  Our
Republic continues to lose 500,000 jobs per month, is it conceivable that the
counterfeit Obama administration detects the bubbling of civil unrest and the
second “Bailout” will be disbursed to buy temporary stability?

You may recall that the Democrats
made a huge hullabaloo over executives who controlled the Big Three auto
industries for flying their corporate jets in the throes of bankruptcy.  How Ironic. When the Delta Duchess flew into
Little Rock with the Vice President for her senatorial fundraiser it was on a
U.S. Air Force jet. I believe a 737.  Not
to leave out Nancy Pelosi who flies weekly non-stop to California in a
747.  What the hay, they’re “making a
difference” with our tax dollars.

III.
MORGUAGES–SPECIAL INTERESTS OVER PUBLIC
INTERESTS

April 30, 2009 a Bill authored by
the Democrats to prevent 1.7 million foreclosures and preserve $300 billion in
home equity.  The Bill was defeated
despite the 60 vote majority of Democrats.
The bankers with some Democrat Senators defeated the Bill 51-45.  All this in view of bankers receiving
hundreds of billions of public dollars and when some Democrats tried to get the
Senate to act in behalf of homeowners, some of the Democrat Senators stuck with
the Banksters.

One of the U.S. Senators who
supported the banks over homeowners was our own Delta Duchess, the Dishonorable
Blanche Lincoln.  After all, the Sellout
Duchess’ forte is dancing to the Agricultural Subsidy racket.

IV.
TERRORISM:
Terrorism is an expansionist game promulgated by both the Democrat and
Republican Parties. The end game is to establish a worldwide hegemony.

The unconstitutional and illegal
Preemptive strikes were initiated by the Clinton Administration, Bush II
followed suit and exacerbated the criminal conduct by lying and intimidating
the” jellyfish” congress and senate into passing the Patriot Acts, the Military
commissions Act, nullification of Posse Comitatus and Habeas Corpus…the acts
perpetrated by the past 2 presidents have given Obama the ability to bring down
our Republic and inject racism into the equation, the extension of racial
quotas, set asides, affirmative action, resoundingly embracing  victimization and multiculturalism, while
Obama trots around the globe apologizing for America’s history.  Whitey must pay.

In the Afghan “Desert of Death”
the Obama administration is constructing a giant military base.  Why?
What do internal politics in Afghanistan have to do with the U.S.?

The incursion into Afghanistan and
Pakistan is more of U.S. government’s philosophy of “Eternal War for Eternal
Peace” orchestrated by Neo-Cons. These tragedies were made possible through the
cowardly acquiescence of both parties.
None of the attacked sovereign nations offered or offer any threat to
the United States.  American troops are being
slaughtered daily and used as cannon fodder to accomplish Neo-Con desires. The
grand design of the Mideast takeover is promulgated in the main by various
Jewish groups.  Neo-Cons have been
extremely successful in exploiting Americans’ misplaced emotionalism.  Democrats have ramped up the number of troops
in Afghanistan and Pakistan and murdering thousands of innocent citizens as was
the case in Iraq.  Not one Democrat has
taken a stand against the criminal carnage.

Aside from increasing control of
land masses in the Mideast, the U.S. and Israel are eyeing large oil reserves
along the Euphrates and Tigris rivers.
These lands were formerly known as Mesopotamia and is the object of an
Israeli hegemony.

These wars are a cruel, criminal
hoax which are designed to bolster the military/industrial complex and to
increase the scope of the various security forces with accompanying policing
powers over Americans.

V.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

Not one of the Arkansas Six has a legislative record opposing the illegal
Mexican and OTM invasion.  Not one of the
Arkansas Six has serious concerns regarding illegal job thefts from Arkansas
citizens and the criminals hiring the illegals, i.e. Tyson’s, George’s, Ark.
Contractors Association, Arkansas Friendship Coalition, etc. etc.

Not one of the Arkansas Six has publicly commented on “Free” prenatal
care for Mexican women and OTM’s, which produces an anchor baby (an American
citizen), allows he or she to draw welfare up to age 21, and permits the anchor
baby to bring into the country their immediate family from their mother
country.  No mention of welfare costs,
WIC, Medicaid, Social Security, Arkids 1st. ad infinitum.

This is not to mention the 1-2 million legals coming here yearly which
take their toll on our infrastructure, healthcare, food, education, prisons, ad
infinitum.

This is what our illustrious Arkansas Six is pushing for.  Multiculturalism, by design, will ultimately
lead to civil unrest and the destruction of our society and Western
Civilization. A short analysis produces the following question.  Why would the leaders of our republic
willfully destroy the Founding population in favor of minorities who are about
to become the majority and have had no accomplishments in the Arts, Sciences,
socialization, et al?  Why are we
creating another massive underclass—Mexicans & OTM’s?

These policies, implemented and sustained by mostly Democrats
(Republicans made their pathetic, often traitorous contributions for 8 years)
guarantee genocide of the American Middleclass.

VI.
CAP AND TRADE

Bush I, Clinton, Bush II laid the foundation for the destruction of
American manufacturing and Obama has tightened the noose on entrepreneurship.

The creation of NAFTA & the WTO destroyed the bulk of America’s
manufacturing base.  Now comes Cap &
Trade which guarantees the destruction of what is left of our industrial base,
coupled with a huge array of new taxes to be dumped on the productive segment
of American citizens.  The Kenyan has the
hammer and he means to use it with the guaranteed approval of the complicit
Democrat congress and senate.

VII.
HATE CRIMES BILL—ALSO A THOUGHT CRIME BILL

Senator Patrick Leahy’s Hate
Crimes Bill effectively passed the Senate in the dead of night, i.e. 11:00pm,
July 16, 2009.

This Bill, when signed into law,
will severely restrict the 1st Amendment, i.e. the purpose of said
Bill, and will serve as a springboard for the continuing suffocation of Freedom
of Speech and the ultimate goal of government is the absolute control of
speech.

Jewish interests have tried for
years to push this Anti-American freedom of speech Bill and now are supremely triumphant
in their multiple efforts.

This Bill also gives the Justice
Department more authority to investigate and prosecute so-called Hate Crimes at
the request of states, and it would offer grants for state and local
governments to prevent such crimes.

Amendment 10—Governor Mike Beebe,
Rep. Steve Harrelson, and U.S. Congressman Mike Ross.   As previously noted, the Hate/Thought Crimes
Bill invokes many opportunities for the federal government to influence the
tenor of business in state government.
This of course, is in diametrical opposition to the stated goals of the
U.S. 10th Amendment.

A Resolution was introduced in the
2009 session of the Arkansas Legislature which bolstered the state’s position
with reference to the 10th Amendment.  The aforementioned Resolution asked for only
2 items.  To declare our state a
sovereign entity, secondly would allow the state of Arkansas to reassert its
standing on the 10th Amendment by stating its right to inform the
federal government to cease & desist when the Governor and Legislature
deemed such a practice was indicated.  The
Resolution was defeated handily by the Democrats.  Evidence indicates that Beebe, Ross, &
Harrelson were responsible for the Resolution’s demise.  Why would they not want sovereignty and power to
divorce from the federal government when needed?

There are literally thousands of
laws already on the books that deal with every crime known to man.  This Bill is about silencing middleclass
America, squashing speech, punishing dissidents, and ultimately will be
directed at the White middleclass, the guts of this society.

VIII.
CONGRESS’ TRAVEL BILL EXPANDED 10 FOLD

Spending by law makers on taxpayer
financed trips abroad has shown a meteoric increase. Hundreds of lawmakers
travelled overseas on multiple occasions in 2008 at a cost of $13 million.  That is a 50% jump since Democrats took
control of Congress.  Trips have ranged from
America’s illegal war zones to exotic spots such as the Galapagos Islands.

The lame excuses for global travel
by lawmakers, their families, and staff are as follows:

a.
Inspect U.S. assets abroad & forge better
relationships with their foreign contemporaries.

b.
Forge better relationships with each other….my,
my.

Research confirms that
congressional lawmakers have had travel destinations to Jamaica, the Virgin
Islands, and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef…all at the expense of struggling
middleclass taxpayers.

In mid-June ½ dozens Senators
& their spouses traveled to Paris, France for the Paris Air Show and stayed
at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand Hotel for $460 per night.

In my book, Travellin’ Man John
Boozman is one of the most egregious violators in his non-stop global travels.   Ask John how many trips a year he averages
abroad with his wife and staff.

The abuse is not confined to
national politicians, e.g.  it is
noteworthy to mention that Arkansas legislators keep the national and
international trails hot, coupled with the “education” junta.   Example: Arkansas House Speaker Robbie Wills
has lately joined the criticism of the high salaries of the new lottery
managers.  Understand that Speaker Wills
made his complaint while travelling in Taiwan this week (July 17, 2009).  Oh please tell us Robbie who is paying for
this very expensive trip, how much it cost, and what is the purpose?  Wills goes on to say “I’m concerned that the
high salaries are eroding public confidence in the lottery”.  You are absolutely right Wills, and it is not
limited to the lottery.

Democrats call themselves
“Progressive” and sometimes “Leftist”.
They either have not learned or do not care that “Progress” and “Change”
really refer to totalitarian world government.
The statement was made by Henry Makow, PhD.

IX.
CONCLUSION:

There is one group who trumps the lawmakers in the
destruction of this once preeminent Republic.
THE CITIZENS…..for continuing to reelect the parasitic slugs and thugs
cycle after cycle when there is no difference between the 2 Parties and both
are criminally corrupt to the core.

Wake up Americans.
Quit worshiping at the altars of the Democrat & Republican
Parties.  We are at the precipice of
destruction and the second coming of slavery.

Kindest regards,

Joe McCutchen
