The Arkansas POLITICAL PROTECTION RACKET reached its zenith Friday, August 16, 2013.

Various news media reported that the state’s Ethics Commission determined that Jonesboro state senator (D) Paul Bookout had misapplied $50,000 or more of campaign funding. Some examples of his thievery are: depositing $18,200 into his personal bank account; transferring $6,761.47 from his campaign fund in the form of cash withdrawals; spending $5,043.74 on women’s clothing & accessories; spending $8,402 on home theater equipment & installation; and the beat goes on.

Certainly, Senator Bookout, whose family has been wallowing in the Democrat inner circle for decades, is guilty of much more than a violation of ethics. Isn’t thievery a more serious violation than an “ethics” charge?  Why has the Arkansas state police not charged the senator with grand theft and why hasn’t Gov. Mike Beebe and the Ark. Legislature demanded Bookout’s resignation?  How do Bookout’s political donors feel about his misfeasance or is that just part of their political pay-offs?

The fact, at least at the present time, there have been no arrests made or calls for his resignation demonstrate that there is a double standard of law enforcement in relation to taxpaying citizens and the self-serving, parasitic political mob.  Selective law enforcement is the politician’s game. 

The environment for political mob ruler-ship is created by incumbency and the failure is that citizens do not recognize this critical political flaw, e.g. the Beebe’s, Pryor’s, Bookout’s, Hutchinson’s, Boozman’s, ad infinitum. Oh yes, throw in gubernatorial candidate Mike Ross (former U.S. Representative), you do remember he’s the guy who singlehandedly gave our nation the money laundering Obamacare and his district was rewarded a six figure handout for his vote. Observe the state of the state and the nation.

Back to Senator Bookout defending his scurrilous conduct—“I am honored to serve the people of my district in the Arkansas Senate. I look forward to completing my final term in office focused on the issues of our state.”  Notice Bookout was careful to state that he was in his last term, which is a veiled meaning “disregard my thievery and allow me to finish my term”….how very clever.

Now comes State Democrat Party Spokeswoman Candace Martin who opines “that Senator Bookout can put this behind him and continue his service to the people of his community”. Say Candace, do the taxpaying citizens that subsidize him have any say so?  “DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED”???
You see morality and the rule of law mean absolutely nothing to these self-serving political parasites.
 
I again pose the question…where are the Governor, State Legislators and the Arkansas State Police?  At this juncture they are making a mockery of morality and the rule of law. Can the Protection Racket be broken?

It’s almost too preposterous to address, if not for the seriousness of the matter and by the way again, who is defending middleclass Arkansans/Americans?                    April 29, 2013

I refer to a front-page article appearing in Sunday’s edition in the Times Record by John Lyon of the Arkansas News Bureau titled “Health-Insurance Exchange (Obamacare) means jobs”!  Did any seasoned Arkansans/Americans ever think they would see the day when our once preeminent republic would be partially dependent on state/national welfare jobs and brag about it, and to what end? For example, Obamacare adding over ¼ million of additional underachieving Arkansans and illegal Mexicans to the welfare rolls?  The projected number now is over 266,000.

Remember Nancy Pelosi bloviating “we will not know what’s in Obamacare until we pass it”? Nothing has changed.   In Arkansas, Cynthia Crone, who is running the corrupt economic debacle said  “How many certified application counselors will be involved in the process is not known”. Same for “Navigators & Guides” (to be explained.)

Citizens, do you begin to understand the magnitude of this Obama theft (Obamacare) and its dependency creation? Brought to us originally by gubernatorial candidate Mike Ross and now by team leader Senator Jake Files (R), and tagalongs Senator Holland, Reps. Altes, Eubanks, Malone, McGill & others, after state Chamber of Commerce CEO Randy Zook instructed the aforementioned 6 as to what their marching orders were, i.e. enacting so-called important reforms to the Medicaid system—Obamacare,  eliminating costly taxes. Can Zook be that stupid or just another lie? Later, Zook congratulated the 6 for their votes to enact Obamacare.  Recall that Randy Zook is the grand wizard that promotes cheap labor, open borders, tort reform (legislators set awards instead of juries), and taxpayer subsidized health insurance.   Examples of corporate welfare. The above mentioned 6, with the aid of other elected, unconstitutional midgets, put the cost of Arkansas’ welfare healthcare squarely on the backs of the middleclass, while hundreds of corporations have received permission to opt out of Obamacare.

In a nutshell here are the beginnings of the Arkansas state health insurance exchanges.  There are 4 entry level categories that must be discharged before any form of implementation can begin. $$$$$$$$

1.    Navigators—will educate and assist consumers.
2.    Guides—duplication of navigators…will work with governmental & nongovernmental entities.
3.    Certified Counselors—perform same functions as first 2.
4.    Agents, Brokers—favored insurance companies get all the non-governmental business.

What is the cost of the above—oh yes, we won’t know until enacted…and that is just the tip. If ‘Arkansas Obamacare requires Navigators, Guides, Certified Counselors, Agents & Brokers just to introduce this monstrosity, any fool can quickly see Obamacare is a nation killer.

Now comes the most bombastic statement of all. Citizens can always count on State insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford, (the uber in the taxpayer trough) who stated “hiring people to help Arkansans enroll in the exchange, it is not creating a new bureaucracy”.  Say again, Commish?  Bradford continues by stating “It’s going to be privatized”.  Let’s see if I understand…the Feds ($17 TRILLION in debt) are allegedly paying Arkansas to administer the grand theft which will ultimately diminish the quality & quantity of healthcare in Arkansas for all, but they are going to let private enterprise administer it?  Sure they are. Government does not relinquish power, ever. The Fed is allegedly paying for the first 3 years, who pays after that?  Welfare numbers are not static.

We can thank the aforementioned six for their desertion of the middleclass and for betraying their campaign promises of smaller government, reduced taxation and individual initiatives. One final note, to underscore, there has been no citizen uprising demanding membership in the state exchange. State Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Hot Springs) who was against the exchange corruption stated, “My understanding is they’ll more or less go door to door and sign people up”. This of course smells precisely like former Gov. Huckabee’s Arkids First giveaway.  Use primetime taxpayer subsidized advertising to beg people to join.

Who represents the middleclass…no one.  Are these Republicans “public servants” or self-servants?

More on the unconstitutional SJR5 by Sen. Eddie Joe Williams & cohorts…the auction begins today.                             April 1, 2013

Will the 89th Arkansas General Assembly’s legacy be known as the Assemblage that aborted the U.S. Constitution, i.e. Amendment 7 which states in part “The Right of Trial by Jury shall be preserved”?  

The 7th Amendment, accompanied by 9 other Amendments was ratified December 15, 1791 and came to be known thereafter as the U.S. Bill of Rights.  Equally important, all became part of the U.S. Constitution.

The newly minted Arkansas Republican House & Senate majority, at this juncture, can be described as corrosive and inspired by the towering fact that both political brands are attempting to irreversibly tamper with the U.S. Constitution, specifically Amendment 7 of the Bill of Rights which is one of 10 that has served as the very foundation of our republic providing Arkansans and U.S. citizens, if abided by, unfettered freedoms.  Said citizens have been comfortable understanding they have a right of trial by a jury of their peers devoid of outside interference, while the Arkansas Republicans are trying to neuter it.  The arrogance and lack of Constitutional understanding of these Republicans, but certainly not limited to!

The National & Arkansas Republican majority proffers allegiance to the Constitution while in full view have instituted a frontal debilitating attack on said Constitution and Arkansas citizens in an effort to abort one of our most basic freedoms, trial by jury, which they surreptitiously  refer to as “Tort Reform”.

What is taking place is simply the sale of our 7th Amendment to the highest bidder.  Some of the bidders are: insurance companies; the Arkansas and American Medical Associations; the Chambers of Commerce; the nursing home combines; in-state/out-of-state corporations, and so on. Why?  Because they do not want to be held completely accountable for their mistakes/injuries.

All the above are special interests groups and middleclass Arkansans are the ones as usual that the aforementioned elitist groups are proposing to lead to the slaughterhouse.

If this proposed unconstitutional and self-serving act is allowed to reach fruition, one of our most sacrosanct rights will be “snatched” by representatives of the above (specifically our legislators & special interest groups) crafted in back room scurrilous deals and literally will place a predetermined fixed value on our bodies and limbs.

Are Arkansas legislators so arrogant, so stupid, or so constitutionally bankrupt that they dare tamper with one of America’s most sacred documents and offer it for sale to a plethora of corrupt bidders? Has it not dawned on legislators nor do they not care that they and their families’ own 7th Amendment rights will be curtailed?

What a Crock—make that 4 Crocks!  All newspaper headlines today.  November 8, 2012

In order—Crocks 1 & 2: Senators Mark Pryor & John Boozman

Both parasitic legislative zeros are urging immediate attention to the “fiscal cliff”.  

The immediate question becomes, where were these 2 zeros in 2004, 2008, & 2012???  In these years Democrats & Republicans were engaging our country in unconstitutional, criminal wars under the guise of a “war on terror”, while running up Trillions in deficits.  What can you possibly expect from these two?  Pryor will stick his finger in the wind, Boozman will say a few nice things about veterans as he & his wife are boarding the next military jet bound for some global destination.

This year 2012, with the national debt hovering in the neighborhood of $16 Trillion, both voted for Wall St. bailouts, resurrecting Chrysler & General Motors, extended unemployment benefits to 2 or more years, while allowing millions of 3rd World nationals to enter our country as full time residents both legally & illegally.  The crowning blow came when both of these Zeros voted to extend the debt ceiling, and the lying beat goes on.

Crock 3:  Governor Beebe: “Let’s cooperate!”  Gov. Beebe has been slopping in the Democrat trough for 35 years, hammering Republicans at every turn and certainly no “cooperation” in all those years when Republicans were a minority party.  Simpleton Arkies give this guy a 72% approval rating…but after all he did lower the grocery tax ½ %…now that’s progress! At the same time wanting to put ¼ million more deadbeats on welfare.

That changed Nov. 6 when Republicans became the majority party and now the governor declares “Let’s cooperate”.  This dude is one slick slicker and the thing here is Republicans are equally corrupt and will fall squarely into Beebe’s political trap. Forced transparency by the Governor.

Crock 4:  House Speaker John Boehner “ready to deal”…..so what’s new?  That’s the mantra of all politicians.   This is the same guy who railed “No more new taxes” and promptly led the House majority Republicans into raising the debt ceiling.

Our former preeminent republic now enjoys a $16 Trillion debt and growing by the minute while accruing unfunded mandates, i.e. Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare to the tune of between $75-100 Trillion dollars.

Do you really believe the above 4 Crocks and the rest will actually provide a solution to our economic crisis, i.e. cut, cut, cut?  Certainly not, they are political & economic self-serving cowards.

THE TIMES RECORD ENDORSEMENT, IMMATURITY, AND TERM LIMITS.        October 22, 2012

Two term double-dipper State Representative Stephanie Malone is seeking a third term in the Arkansas State Assembly.

Ms. Malone states she was not mature in the first two terms; however she claims the maturation process has deemed her mature.  It remains to be seen what areas of maturation she refers to—mentally, educationally, or legislatively, etc. Rep. Malone states she has now grown into the position of state legislator. It is obvious from her own statement that she has languished in the legislature for 4 years practicing on the job training, which seriously points up the fact that she may have not matured after all and has been a legislative zero like her uncle Senator John Boozman, “the Global Travelling Man”.

Recall Ms. Malone, formerly employed by the open borders, cheap labor Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, and along the way was put in charge of UAFS’s farcical “Entrepreneurial” School and is now out marketing for the Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority (perhaps triple government dipper).

Representative Malone bloviates that state government is complicated and can take several terms to really understand it, the lie all politicians promote, which translates directly to arrogant incompetence.  GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMPLICATED AND IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURE IF CONDUCTED HONESTLY & CONSTITUTIONALLY.  WHAT IS COMPLICATED IS FERRETING OUT THE POLITICAL & FINANCIAL  CORRUPTION WHICH IS RAMPANT IN ALL GOVERNMENT.

Rep. Malone, in league with the open borders, cheap labor Chambers of Commerce is advocating an extension of term limits….exactly what we DON’T need.  Malone is a ward of big government and follows its edicts and at the same time big government likes absolute control.  Then there is the personal aspect if elected, she will be termed out in the next 2 years; therefore her interest in 12 year term limits.  She says she supports term limits (Huh?) but just likes to see them raised, in this case doubled, which is analogous to being “just a little bit pregnant”.

Politicians practice the principle of The Divine Right of Kings…in this case Queens.  They quickly believe they deserve to be lifers in a political office, but of course this can only occur through the acts of simple minded voters.

This by no means that I support the other government double-dipper.

2.    Betty Overbey (D)—Retired State Revenue Agent—current State Representative seeking re-election—husband worked as Aid last session. Supports adding 1/4 million Arkansas residents to welfare rolls (Medicaid).
3.    Stephanie Malone (R) –Marketing Director Ft. Chaffee Redevelopment Authority—State Representative seeking re-election. (A twin)
4.    Tracy Pennartz (D)—Navy, Western Arkansas Counseling & Guidance Center, now runs Pennartz & Associates (source of revenue?) counseling business, termed out state representative—seeking a state senate seat. Supports adding ¼ million Arkansas residents to welfare rolls.(Medicaid).

How can the Fort Smith Housing Authority possibly be fiscally independent from state & local government when they are dependent on taxpayer dollars? Are you aware that HUD’s regional offices now have their own police forces? Why?

Government self-servers; all at the expense of the taxpaying producers, in one or more ways.

Educators are the most dangerous in state government. Why? Their unions (AEA-NEA) have destroyed what formerly was known as Public Schools, e.g. teachers’ unions have become the dominant partner in the relationship with elected officials. They set tax & borrowing decisions. Couple that with P.C. language semantics that people don’t understand. Public employee unions negotiate pay & benefits that citizens can’t rewrite (a protection racket).  Public Service Employees’ pay-scales are on average 21.3% higher than the private sector. Why is this? There is no proportionality between government & private sector pay, in my opinion, a crime. The private sector generates the opulent revenues that subsidize government, for instance government schools are likened to a city-state empire, e.g. Fort Smith School Superintendent Benny Gooden enjoying a year sabbatical in Washington, DC from school duties while carrying out the alleged educational edicts laid out by DC bureaucrats and working to expand the voice and influence of a Superintendent’s Union.  The irrevocable tragedy here is simply that local control of schools has been stolen & destroyed by DC bureaucrats, self-serving state politicians and educrats….and observe the consequences—children can’t read, teaching the test, inflating grades, dumb down curricula, ad infinitum—all in the name of keeping the multicultural gulag in a social swirl. Observe Clinton’s Goals 2000, Bush’s “No Child Left Behind”, and Obama’s “Race to the Top” to the point that education is a former shell of itself resulting in a corrupt numbers game.  By the way is Dr. Gooden receiving his salary while on sabbatical and who is paying his travel and related expenses? FUNDING FOLLOWS FAILURE!

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe and some members of the legislature are fanning the flames to dump another $53 million into the government school system in the coming 2013 legislative session. More money directed toward school edifices & teachers’ salary increases? If so, another crime perpetrated against the producers.

Some of the ways Government employees can & do influence/abuse the system:
For example—a school teacher seeking a state house/senate seat.
1.    Legislative sessions on average last 4.5 months=a school semester, does the district need the teacher? Answer, no. Meetings and travel can easily add up to 6 months per year.
2.    A plethora of perks continues. Most of which are not available to the private sector.
3.    The above practice lends itself to feather bedding, e.g. every school district regardless of size is overrun with deputy, assistant, etc. Superintendents…a vulgar waste of taxpayer money.
4.    FOIA’s reveal that in some cases partial or full salaries are being paid to government employees while the legislature is in session. A case in point, Supt. Bill Gossage, what financial arrangement is in place should he be elected? Is he really needed?
5.    The AR. State Legislature is infested with government employees.  More influence wielded by public service unions, not available to the private sectors who subsidize Government union employees.
6.    Public service unions set tax & borrowing decisions rather than follow from them. All government branches are unionized. Whose interest do you believe government employees represent first—yours or theirs?

Citizens, if you support efforts to reduce the size of government, want no more precious  freedoms stolen, lower taxes; the cessation of ever increasing numbers in government– employment/salaries/pensions/leave times, etc.  a vote for a government employee is indeed self-destructive.  If both candidates for the same office are already receiving government checks, refuse to vote for either, show your disdain for their unethical conduct.

A FACT: THE U.S. BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS PUT ARKANSAS IN THE TOP 5 STATES IN THE COUNTRY IN GROWTH OF GOVERNMENT JOBS—MELD THIS WITH THE EXTREME TAX BURDEN ARKANSAS LEGISLATORS, COUPLED WITH PAST & PRESENT ARKANSAS GOVERNORS HAVE LEVIED AGAINST ARKANSAS CITIZENS IS OBSCENE AND BORDERS ON CRIMINALITY.

Fat & Sociopaths Rise To The Top                October 18, 2012

Fat rises to the top of the pot because of its physical makeup, sociopaths rise to positions of power/influence because of their genetic need to control and be on display.

Normal folks are often perplexed and even marvel about the extent of corrupt behavior by those who they thought were at least somewhat honorable before they became elected/appointed/hired to positions of influence. Normals have a hard time, sometimes nearly impossible comprehending the extent of amoral (at best) conduct of those usually beguiling individuals who often get away with a lifetime of parasitism in the name of “public service” and “giving back” (When did you ever see any politicrat give the money back to the taxpayer from whom it was stolen?)

With these thoughts in mind perhaps the pattern is easier to discern.  Certainly not all, but many if not most seeking government jobs, especially those of influence/power will and do display behavior ranging from entitlement, arrogance, lying, cheating, stealing, rough-shodding, deception, narcissism, manipulation, cruelty, perversion, murder, and treason.
Once in power the Sociopaths hang-on like wolverines to their “destiny” to lead and to control, no matter how disastrous for the country, how suicidal for their constituents (you know, the ones they promised to “serve”).

Ensconced in their government position the training really begins.  The workshops, task forcing, study groups, seminars, retreats, etc. where they are usually taught by other opportunists (private or governmental) about how to take advantage of the myriads of programs which enhance their own, either in control or in funding.  Meanwhile they laugh all the way to the bank with our money.

The rare honest person who is elected/hired/appointed finds themselves ignored if not ostracized or downright smeared.  They have no voice since there is no one, especially in the media, to listen, care, or truthfully report.

Perhaps the greatest Oxymoron of all is the “Bill Clinton School for Public Service”. 

We all know FAT is not good for us, in fact can kill us, therefore we skim it off the top of our cooking pot, but when our behemoth system is crammed with so many sociopaths that it is impossible to skim them out of our diet, how on earth do we save our lives and the lives of our productive taxpaying friends & families?

LEARNING HOW TO SAY NO & TAKING COMMAND OF THE SHIP IS NOT DIFFICULT.   July 14, 2012

Something you ladies & gentlemen of the Arkansas State Legislature have not learned and by your actions are about to destroy one of the great tenants of our former preeminent republic.
You are following the edicts of a 30 year career politician Gov. Mike Beebe and an overstepping Department of Human Services Director John Selig dismembering what is left of the best healthcare system in the history of man—THE FEE FOR SERVICE CONCEPT WHICH ALLOWED PATIENTS TO SELECT THEIR PHYSICIANS ,CREATED A COMPETETIVE ENVIRONMENT AND ALLOWED FOR REASONABLE PRICES—THE AMERICAN WAY.  By your actions you are relegating citizens to a system which the majority despises and you are using force to accomplish the goal.

I admonish each of you to look at the destruction of our healthcare system since the federal government, with state governments tagging along, took over the practice of medicine.
You have and are partly responsible for the bankrupting of our republic. A current example is putting another 250,000 people into the corrupt welfare trough, and how many of these are illegals—more criminal corruption.

There appears to be no one in a leadership capacity that has the courage to defend what is left of our former superb healthcare system.  Couple this with the faux president and his Marxist/Communist agenda.

Can any one of you disregard your self-serving activities and say NO to Gov. Beebe & Director Selig?  Do you not understand that you are the ones elected by the people and have the legislative authority to override the governor and fire the Socialist Selig?

These monies you are dispensing are stolen and without the permission of citizens.
One last point—we have thousands of illegal aliens sapping all of our “social” programs at the expense of American citizens, and more particular, stealing the minds of American kids e.g. the corruption in the public school system,  and only one of your numbers has dared to stand and confront your thievery and unconstitutional behavior.

You would be hailed as heroes if you stood up to the forces which are destroying our republic!

Charlotte Douglas, Charlene Fite, Bill Gossage, Gene Jeffress, Stephanie Malone, Gary Latanich, Tracy Pennartz (?), and Mat Pitsch…they have what in common? 

They are government employees campaigning for the Arkansas Legislature.   5 are teachers.  The State Legislature is packed with “double-dippers”/education lobbyists.

  These state employees have serious moral, ethical, and conflicts of interest issues.  Legislative sessions last from January into May…a school semester.  Why would school districts allow teachers to be absent for up to 6 months per year? Not needed?  What salary and perks do they retain while absent? Why are they seeking a legislative office?

The above conduct vividly points out that public schools run a protection racket and utilize featherbedding with impunity while failing miserably to academically educate students..  Funding follows failure. (see Common Core Standards)

Note Mat Pitsch’s candidacy.  Pitsch heads the Regional Intermodal Transportation Authority.  RITA is part of a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MP0), a tentacle of United Nations Agenda 21.   Maine Governor John Baldacci stated (T.R) “A first step will be to educate the public about the importance of regionalism so cities will support these efforts”.  “We need to shock people a little bit”.

The Fort Smith Regional Alliance consists of 14 Oklahoma & Arkansas communities, resulting in a diminishment of local control and sovereignty, while ceding authority to unelected boards, advisors, czars.  Regionalism manipulates transportation patterns which restrict civil liberties, property rights, etc. Non-elected planning groups are already influencing transit services, regional trails, F.S. bikeway system.   Fort Smith formed an alliance with Agenda 21 member Fayetteville, why?

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Thursday, January 12, 2012…titled “Womack explains stances on immigration” at Fort Smith Town Hall Meeting Jan. 11

Dr. Steve Womack posing as a congressman from Arkansas 3rd Congressional District has this to say about the illegal Mexican and 3rd World OTM invasions….

Dr. Womack’s diagnosis follows:

1.    â€œImmigration reform can’t be dealt with until the Mexican border is sealed”.

2.    â€œAs long as you’ve got a hole in the fence, it doesn’t make any difference what you try to do to discourage people from being here illegally”.

3.    â€œThey’re going to come through the hole in the fence”. (what astute observations!)

Dr. Womack any first year pre-med student would and could make that correct diagnosis, but you are showing your constitutional cowardice and ineptitude for not prescribing the surgery that would cure the killing disease of illegal immigration.

Dr. Womack, kicking the amnesty can further down the street, opines “There may be a time & place to discuss issues such as amnesty for children who were brought illegally into the country, but now is not the time”.  Translation=Amnesty.  What better time to discuss it than at a town hall meeting?

The cure Dr. Womack is enforcement of federal law 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c and 1644, which address all aspects of illegal immigration as you very well know.  No reform is needed.

Failing to prescribe the cure, you are sending a message that opens the door for more mass illegal immigration which will not be challenged by law enforcement agencies and certainly there is no intention on your part and the remainder of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the President of the U.S. to enforce the above listed federal laws and the security of our formerly preeminent Republic, which you have sworn to do.

You and the remaining Arkansas Five betrayed your constituents and all of America by voting for the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012, which for those unaware, gives this president and succeeding presidents, the power to arrest upon whim to assassinate Americans, to detain indefinitely without notice American citizens within the U.S., to ship them to foreign lands, e.g. Gitmo, prevent them from having legal representation & court proceedings, accompanied by any number of torturing procedures. All this unconstitutional power is to be carried out by the U.S. military.

You sir, can only be described as a disgrace to the Founders, the Constitution, and American citizens, along with your colleagues who voted for the scurrilous NDAA and those who refuse to demand enforcement of  8 USC.

By the way, no mention of Dr. Womack’s immigration remarks appeared in the Times Record.

Dr. Womack please feel free to challenge anything written here that you believe is not the truth.
