Do you believe America is still the Land of the Free or are we in the throes of an uncivil, lawless society?                            June 18, 2012

Who are the real terrorists?  Is it the Chinese, the Germans, the Russians, the Taliban, Iran, the Congo, ad infinitum and do the readers of this piece personally fear any of the above or others?

The foundation for the “American Dream” (freedom) lies in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.   Of particular interest here is the Constitution and Amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 14, 15 & 16 which have all been rendered toothless by past & present congressional & presidential administrations.   

The conduct of American government will be judged on how well or not the aforementioned Constitution & Amendments are followed and enforced or will it & they continue to lie fallow?

The Legislative, Judicial and Executive swear under oath to protect what the above documents guarantee &demand.  Why are they not upholding their sworn constitutional duties?

To cite ALL lawlessness occurring in the U.S. at this time by the various divisions of the federal government is impossible in a limited treatise; however a few examples vividly point out the dire straits in which American citizens find themselves.  Some understand, most do not.
A.    Legislative—The House of Representatives & Senate
B.    Judicial/Justice
C.    Executive

Legislative:  One has to go no further than the U.S. Congress to make a number of determinations and assessments.

Unfortunately, the two political parties that represent American citizens involvement in government, the Democrat & Republican parties have ensnared citizens, producing a mindset they must vote for one or the other, this coupled with the fact citizens continue to reelect for decades the same corrupt and woefully inept legislators, based solely on political party with the impact of suppressing old concepts & new ideas that are the foundation of all progress…socially & technologically.  Arkansas is a classic example:  the Pryor family (now Senator Mark Pryor) has been in the forefront of Democrat party politics for over 60 continuous years…3 generations, absent meritorious legislative accomplishments.  Senator John Boozman, 14 years in the trough and as is the case with Sen. Pryor, completely devoid of Constitutional and political courage—a legislative bust, while both are adroit political followers, i.e. “yes men”.   Arkansas’ 4 congressmen are not worthy of mention.  Scan the individual states and it becomes evident that Arkansas, unfortunately, is a mirror image of the U.S. political environment.

A congressional & senatorial legislative summary circa 2001 & forward demonstrates the unconstitutional and criminal acts performed by both Parties.
A.    Legislative
I.      The Patriot Acts. The passage & re-passage of the Patriot Acts destroy the 4th  (the right of persons to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, etc.)  & 10th (power not delegated to the federal gov’t) Amendments.  Also contained in the Patriot Acts is language providing for rendition, i.e. torture.  Only 3 congressmen voted against its initial passage. Arkansas’ 4 congressmen voted FOR the constitutional-killing act. Another provision in the Patriot Act produced THE NATIONAL SECURITY LETTER which radically expanded the FBI’s authority to demand personal customer records from internet service providers, financial institutions and credit companies without prior court approval.
II.    The Military Commissions Act.  The act denies the Writ of Habeas Corpus (the right of trial), and neuters Posse Comitatus (which formerly prevented the National Guard & U.S. Military from being used in any domestic unrest).  The Military Commissions Act is known as “the Torture authorization act”.  The signing of this act terminated civilized behavior in our once preeminent society.  The signing of the act ended all Constitutional & Bill of Rights citizen protection.  Presidents may arbitrarily designate anyone as an “enemy of state”. President Bush’s reign of terror began with the invasion of Iraq built on lies and more lies undergirded by Israel’s political threats, influence and geo-political positions. Obama duplicates Bush’s actions while expanding the reign of terror.  Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution states “The privilege of a Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of REBELLION or INVASION the public’s SAFETY may require it”.
III.    HR 1955—The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Act 2007. HR 1955 specifically targets the population of the U.S.  The Act literally allows government to define any and all crime, including “thought crimes” as Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism.  TODAY NO AMERICAN HAS ANY RIGHTS IF HE OR SHE IS ACCUSED OF TERRORIST ACTIVITY AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
IV.    The National Defense Authorization Act.   The Act does not protect the people but allows government to use its military might, the CIA, the FBI, etc. against the people if those in government “feel threatened”.  Deadly force is the prescribed therapy. Specifically, NDAA empowers the president to detain “terror” suspects indefinitely without trial or counsel and no responsibility for making this criminal act public.
V.    HR 658 calls for 30,000 drones to overfly the U.S. for surveillance purposes, not for Americans safety.  Drones have removed all vestiges of privacy & freedom.  30,000 drones factor out to be 600 per state at any one time.  Drones murder surgically without feelings, remorse, pain or blame.  HR 658 is the most heinous unforgiving Act against the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, freedom and privacy in the history of mankind.  THE MOST CHILLING EFFECT OF HR 658 IS THAT MOST AMERICANS HAVE NOT RAISED ONE SHRED OF CONCERN REGARDING THE DEPLOYMENT OF DRONES WHILE THE ARKANSAS SIX ALL VOTED FOR THE MURDERING PROCESS. Be aware that local police departments are buying drones to fortify their already militarily-esque armamentariums. Their allegiance is to whom?  The people or the federal government?
VI.    NATO—The North Atlantic Treaty Organization formed in 1945 at the conclusion of WWII to implement and oversee the reconstruction of Europe. The U.S. has continued to subsidize NATO and has molded it into a Global Army that acts at the behest of the U.S. while making up its own rules of engagement, e.g. “eternal war for eternal peace” e.g. endless preemptive warfare. Politically speaking, blame can be laid at the doorstep of the Neo-conservative wing of the Republican Party, which is now the dominant force.

The U.S. Congress has the total authority to authorize spending and to borrow money on the credit of the U.S.  Note here that congress has run up a $16.4 Trillion national debt (which will never be made good) accompanied by $75 Trillion unfunded mandates, e.g. Social Security, Medicare, & unharnessed Medicaid spending.  50% of the population receive some type of government check.

Further note that congress has refused to declare war on countries we have militarily engaged since 1945.  In the last spending bills submitted they again flagrantly increased the debt-ceiling.

B.     Judicial/Justice– The United States Department of Justice is about anything but justice.  Under the aegis of Attorney General Eric Holder any number of criminally corrupt activities have permeated his department and our society.
I.    Gunrunning resulting in the death of at least one Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexican nationals, resulting in a massive cover up by the DOJ.
II.    Refusal to secure our national border with Mexico and negating the order to arrest illegal Mexican & OTM nationals, thereby putting a serious drain on American social, economic & criminal justice systems…e.g. NW Arkansas, the home to Tyson, Wal-Mart, & other mega economic giants who exploit illegals and openly violate 8 USC, Sec. 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.  At the same time NW Arkansas is a major Mexican illegal drug distribution center.  How does the above data affect school systems with large numbers of illegals & legals?  In the case of Springdale, AR, a city of 30,000 there are 41 different languages spoken in their public school system.  Is this not an educational betrayal of American kids and a monetary assault on taxpayers, most particularly when 50% of citizens pay no income taxes?  While the above crisis is metastasizing the Chancellor of the U. of A., G. David Gearhart is openly parading illegal Mexican students on stage for political & funding purposes in direct violation of the aforementioned 8 USC.
III.    Attorney General Holder’s refusal to prosecute the New Black Panther movement.
IV.    A. G. Holder’s refusal to prosecute the GSA & Secret Service scandals.
V.    Of major significance is the fact that President Obama and A.G. Holder’s refusal to secure our borders contiguous with Mexico is allowing 1-5 million illegals to enter our country yearly, while the U.S. is securing national borders globally.  This of course is by design; to destroy Western Civilization and the Founding Stock of the U.S. by diluting our culture & heritage with 3rd World foreign national minorities who have no record of accomplishment at any level.  Jewish interests, since the 1920’s, have been the primary instigators of open borders, cheap illegal labor and unchecked legal immigration which is rapidly producing a Balkanized American society with no hope or intent of acculturation by the invaders, and again, all by design.  It must be pointed out here that while Jewish interests in the U.S. are propelling immigration, legal & illegal, Israel, home to Jews, is now building a huge prison in Gaza and completing a 15 ft., 150 mile steel fence separating Israel from Egypt, while at the same time vigorously purging immigrants from Ghana, Ethiopia, Sudan, the Ivory Coast, etc. The new prison is to be a holding pen for non-Jews set for deportation.  It is indeed curious that the Israelis are developing an apartheid society  while American Jewish organizations (many members are dual-citizens) are advancing a multicultural society in the U.S. and the American government continues to shake in fear from threats and actions emanating from AIPAC, AEI, ADL, ad infinitum when the subject of  immigration , legal and illegal surface.
VI.    Note with alarm: Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s inner circle is saturated with dual-citizen, neo-conservative Jews.  Where does their allegiance lie?

C.    Executive—President Barack Hussein Obama
I.    Recently Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, in league with other Republicans, stated to the effect that Obama “was in over his head and did not know what he was doing”.   Obama is a Marxist/Communist and knows very well what he is doing—he is dismantling our Republic timber by timber while the neo-con Republicans (eternal war for eternal peace) and Obama for that matter, blather about abortions, same-sex marriages, equal pay for women, and Bain Capital…talk about staying off-message!  Never speaking of the multiple crises facing our country such as wars, debt, freedom, education, et al.  Americans are swallowing every bit of the destructive nonsense while waving the banners of the Democrat or Republican parties.  Not smart!
II.    Declared 2 wars unilaterally…Libya and Egypt.  Congress AWOL again.
III.    Pushed through Obamacare—unconstitutional Socialized Medicine & removes all vestiges of free enterprise fee for service.
IV.    Possesses & employs a KILL LIST. President Obama meets every Tuesday morning, when in town, with his senior Generals, spies and advisors and reviews a list of the people they want him to authorize their agents to kill. Obama wages private wars using the CIA singularly to fire drones at thousands of persons in foreign lands. V.    Has signed 923 freedom killing Executive Orders.
VI.    Presently engaged in at least 6 illegal wars and 2 more in the wings and no peaceful overtures in sight.
VII.    Friday, June 15, to parrot President Franklin D. Roosevelt, is a Day of Infamy. President Barack Hussein Obama issued an unconstitutional, illegal memo (a scrap of paper) which by his hand overturned the U.S. Constitution, the Rule of Law and the will of the American people.   The memo confers a pseudo amnesty on millions of young illegal aliens and ultimately will lead to amnesty for all invaders. In the end the memo is cynically for votes and the further constitutional, economic & social dismantling of our Republic, while Americans sit on their uneducated, lazy duffs, looking forward to the weekend. And oh yes, Obama & wife by their every action… in your face Whitey! His memo serves as a huge magnet to further increase the flood of  3rd World illegal invaders!

Enough already, the above only scratches the surface.  So who do you believe the Real Terrorists to be?  If your answer is anything but the U.S. Government you are in the midst of a Mid-Summer Night’s Dream and if you vote to reelect any incumbent you are complicit.  The incumbents, after all, are the reason our former preeminent Republic is in a nosedive to the abyss.

By the way, the Arkansas Six voted for every one of the aforementioned, unconstitutional, uncivilized, heinous measures foisted on Americans absent specific knowledge without remorse, honor, or morality.

Better sober up Americans, very quickly, the hangover you have now is mere child’s play compared to what is in the offing.

Today is the day!  Tonight is the Night!  For what?  A stage production directed by U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart & produced by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville starring on stage 5 illegal aliens who reside in 4 states.                            April 23, 2012

Today is the day when American citizens generally and Arkansas citizens specifically are constitutionally and legally betrayed by Univ. of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart. In the background is a cast of characters who are enabling the social/political/amnesty gala.  These would be Gov. Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel (of Aspen Institute fame), the Arkansas State Legislature—both Houses, save one honorable State Representative Jon Hubbard, and untold numbers of government bureaucrats. It will be interesting to see how many of them will show to become a part of this citizen betrayal. 

The Gala will celebrate the onstage arrival of 5 illegal Hispanic aliens who will take the stage in the Fayetteville, AR Town Center to detail their “terrible” experiences while illegally residing in Arkansas, N.Y., Mass. & VA.   Evidently, being treated as an endangered species is a “terrible” experience.

In a letter from Chancellor Gearhart, he proclaimed that “a panel discussion would provide U of A students and the general public a valuable learning experience”.  Question: if this is a “learning experience” why is not being held in one of the many University facilities?  Does this mean they are treading on legal thin ice?  Who is paying for this spectacle?

The Monday evening Gala under the direction of Chancellor Gearhart is fanning flames to produce sympathy for aliens who are illegally in our country for the express purpose of implementing the “Dream Act” with the ultimate goal of amnesty for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.   Bear Stearns in 2005 did an extensive study & determined at that point there were at least 15-25 million illegals residing in the USA and could go as high as 30 million, not the 12 million parroted by the federal government.  More obfuscation.
  
Once more, multiple federal & state laws are being broken…two in particular are 8 USC, Section 1324a & 1324c, which make it a felony to hire, transport, or harbor any illegal aliens & give ALL police authority to arrest.

The conduct of most, if not all, Arkansas’ elected, appointed, & hired officials are in violation of the above & other statutes and laws.  Arkansas has a legal mechanism 19-11-105 which states that any part of Ark. State government is prohibited from hiring an individual, company or corporation that has illegals in their employ and further prohibits the hiring of any entity that subs out business to illegals.  This article is being violated with impunity across our state and most particularly in N.W. Arkansas, e.g. drive down I-540 between Rogers & Springdale and observe who is doing the highway landscaping.

Another example of the abuse heaped on taxpaying citizens in the matter of illegal immigration, in this case a Federal Prosecutor named Jane Duke.  In 2008 ICE raided the Pilgrim’s Pride Plant in NE Arkansas regarding the hiring of illegals. The Federal Prosecutor’s statements after the raid were indeed chilling and showed she was either devoid of knowledge of Federal law or was beset with arrogance when she opined “Her office has no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as they were otherwise law-abiding CITIZENS (?).”  “They came here to better their lives and their family lives by working.”   Ms. Duke fails to understand she was hired as a Federal Prosecutor, not a social worker…Chancellor Gearhart should heed.
The unchecked illegal invasion by Mexicans & OTM’s is by design. It is obvious that Chancellor Gearhart has the approval of the ruling hierarchies in national & state politics and in all likelihood the order to produce the festive Gala tonight came straight from D.C.   This ongoing conduct is a betrayal and dramatically shows disrespect for the taxpaying citizens of Arkansas.
51% of freshmen entrants into the U of A system require remedial help in a number of subjects. My question is why the Chancellor isn’t dedicating his energies to improving the failed government public education system…i.e. Goals 2000, No Child Left Behind, and now Common Core Standards…all founded on egalitarianism and bringing all students down to the lowest COMMON denominator. Common Core gives complete control of public education to the FEDERAL Government. 

We are a nation with a debt of $16.4 Trillion and $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates; our national borders are porous; our President removed all stryker forces from the borders which further invites an influx of at least a million per year to enter our country, along with tons of illicit drugs, gangs, sex slaves, vicious cartels, etc. freely.  In a national meeting in NW Arkansas the year Asa Hutchinson was appointed Drug Czar, it was disclosed that NW Arkansas is a major Mexican drug distribution center and citizens know it is a burgeoning citadel for exploited cheap labor, and Springdale beginning to take on the appearance of a Mexican barrio. 

Chancellor Gearhart, do you not understand the destruction reaped on American citizens by the illegal 3rd World invasions?  It does not appear so.  Need I remind you again that the presence of illegal aliens costs taxpayers a whopping $38.3 BILLION per year, while they send home to their mother country $45 BILLION in remittances?

“More teachers si”—Leviticus 19:33-34—Illegal Immigration & Secure Arkansas

The editorial appeared in the Dem-Gaz, Feb. 17, 2012 by Paul Greenberg

Editor Paul Greenberg launches another salacious attack on Secure Arkansas.  The editorial is liberally laced with sarcasm, untruths, personal assassinations, contradictions, bombastic claims to the point the reader wonders if Editor Greenberg is in a mental state of disarray. So perplexing is the fact that Greenberg is extremely bright, very well educated, cunning, ruthless, and the holder of a Pulitzer prize; therefore why write such a discombobulated editorial?  If in fact Greenberg is not mentally disturbed, harkening back to his previous attacks on Southerner’s allegiance to the rule of law and sovereignty leads to a conclusion that he believes Southerners, specifically Southern Rednecks, do not have the ability to filter through the lies & innuendos he regularly spews at those of us with deep Southern roots and makes sport of those of us who are loyal to the Constitution, the rule of law, Sovereignty, and abhor the ILLEGAL invasion by Mexicans and other 3rd world aliens. With this recent diatribe, followed by another the next day, the question could rightly be asked; did this fellow really win a Pulitzer Prize?  Absolutely; therefore what is the real purpose of Greenberg’s attacks on Secure Arkansas, as well as other patriots in the past?  Perhaps to provoke less than grammatically correct responses (redneck prose) and/or to smear?  Yes, yes, but the ultimate goal is much more lofty, i.e. the destruction of middleclass America through the importation of legal & illegal 3rd Worlders, resulting in a 3rd world multi-cultural gulag.  Question: what ethic group benefits? History proves conclusively that multiculturalism produces chaos.

Editor Greenberg’s introduction to the editorial was scripture—Lev. 19:33-34—paraphrased “all should be welcomed, absent vexing, and we’ll live as one big happy family”.   The thought came to mind, are there similar verses in the Talmud?

Now to the expose’ of Greenberg’s untruths regarding the illegal Mexican and OTM invasion. To begin with the word/concept “illegal” appears to have no meaning to him.
He states:

1.    â€œThey work for a living, that’s why they are here, it’s called bettering oneself”.   No regard for the rule of law and the 14-25 million unemployed Americans, many for 2 or more years.  The arrogance of Greenberg clearly demonstrates he is anti-middleclass America. Same could be said for American elected officials & hired bureaucrats who have and are refusing to enforce federal law 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, along with Arkansas state law HB 1012—an Act to authorize the enforcement of 18 federal immigration laws.  Many of our elected representatives do not see the big picture, but of course there are numbers who do.  Another question: Why would our governments allow millions of 3rd world invaders, uneducated, ill equipped, legal & illegal who are unchecked for physical & criminal backgrounds to enter our country unimpeded?  Simply put, the practice is called exploitation(a protection racket) and “Trading Down”.  Editor Greenberg’s tribe is known as the best traders globally.  So why in heaven’s name is he willing to embrace such conduct? Greenberg’s tribe is the progenitor and sustainer of massive 3rd world immigration, legal & illegal, into the U.S. beginning in the 1920’s.   Would it not be culturally, academically & economically advisable to restrict our immigration policies to those which embody the needs of the country as was the case in the past, and search for those individuals who comprehend our Constitution and have a burning desire to embrace it? The 25-35 million illegals (no, not 11 million) nesting in our nation have no intention of acculturating and in fact bring their failed cultures & philosophies into our country and cling to them. Observe violent demands & protests in our streets.  If the proper agencies, i.e. policing agencies enforced existing immigration laws these millions of uninvited nesters would self-deport.  Bringing such an event to fruition would occur if the hiring CEO’s were arrested according to law, e.g. John Tyson.

2.    In the argument “then there’s they-should-learn-English complaint”.  Greenberg goes on to state that the illegals are “guests-and soon-to-be fellow parishioners, in-laws and maybe American citizens—to do well here and live the American Dream”.  Nowhere does Greenberg speak to the fact that illegals are criminals and there are legal means that afford citizenship as opposed to backdoor break-ins.

3.    â€œYou’d be hard-pressed to find many people already living the Dream who don’t speak the Queens”.    He doesn’t say Queen’s English, & then resorts to saying “or at least Amer-uh-cun, or its charming cousin Suthuhen”.  (Calling the South America’s cousin?)  This exceeds anti-southern bashing and reveals Greenberg’s true feelings.

4.    Greenberg praises Springdale’s new educational center which now has 103 teachers trained in ESL (English as a Second Language)….(at what cost?).  Nothing about the huge cost burden on the taxpayers.  He boasts “that in some schools 50% of the students speak a first language that’s not English”.  Greenberg fails to reveal that 95% of immigrants, legal & illegal are of 3rd world origin.  Why are people allowed to enter who have no history of success, unlike yesteryear?  And certainly nothing about the devastation wreaked on American kids by dysfunctional programs, e.g.  No Child Left Behind.  As Greenberg vividly demonstrates, he has no problem putting the economic burden of language and other educational tools on the backs of American citizens. Why should Americans and more importantly, why would government put up with such corruption…for the sake of non-American criminals education? About ½ the inmates in federal prison are Hispanic felons.

5.    â€œThey take jobs away from Americans”.   “Well, how many norteamericanos are lining up to slaughter chickens?” In Alabama Mr. Greenberg, where new immigration laws have been passed, hundreds upon hundreds of Americans are taking those chicken jobs and unemployment has fallen by 2%.   
6.    Greenberg’s conclusion: “This country will get around to putting these guests on the path to citizenship as soon as the politicians find the wit”.   Guests you say?  Guest is defined as one who is afforded hospitality or entertainment in another’s home or business as a friend, visitor upon invitation.   Greenberg calling illegal Mexican’s and OTM’s guests on soon to be a path to citizenship is a slap in the face of all Natural born and naturalized citizens.

7.    Now Greenberg says “First let’s improve the ability of these newest Americans (?) to communicate with the rest of us”.  Another huge slap.  Finally “why not teach them English?”  Editor Greenberg, cite the authority that states American citizens are morally or Constitutionally obligated to take on the economic responsibility to teach 3rd world illegal foreign national criminals how to speak English, or any other language.

Reflecting on Editor Greenberg’s quotes from Leviticus and their profuse welcoming of everyone as one happy family, perhaps he can explain his tribe’s antithesis toward all-inclusiveness as they are the ultimate practitioners of apartheid?

Might as well put signs on the borders…WELCOME TO OUR LAWLESS WELFARE STATE!

The Cultural Marxist Barack Hussein Obama, posing as president of the United States of America, continues his destruction of said republic, knowing full well what he is doing and the moribund, cowardly U.S. Congress & Senate are enabling his pursuits.  Look no further than the Arkansas Six.

Democrats in the House & Senate overwhelmingly gave their approval on what has become known as Obamacare, a Socialistic/Communistic healthcare package that eliminates choice, gives the government the ability to determine what & when (amongst other things) Americans can receive healthcare in rationed portions, paid for on the backs of federal taxpayers which are only 48% of the national population, and not counting the staggering number of illegal aliens, mostly Mexicans (Mestizo Indians) and growing,  now estimated to be 25-35 million nesting nationally.  Quantify the number of jobs illegals are taking and before you exclaim Americans won’t take the jobs in poultry processing, who did the work before the illegals got here and the welfare state grew so huge.  Consider the number of construction, landscaping, restaurant, etc. jobs.

Obama in his majesty and under some political heat has waved about 1,600 businesses nationwide, allowing them to opt out of Obamacare.  If Obamacare is what the corrupt Democrats call a vast improvement on present available healthcare and much cheaper, why is he allowing for and the 1,600 businesses demanding to opt out.  If Obamacare is good for the citizens why do these 1,600 corporations want out….follow the money.

In our own backyard, i.e. Fort Smith, AR there is a corporation by the name of OK Industries which has made fortunes on importing illegal Mexicans and OTM’s and exploiting them as labor in their many chicken plants.  OK Industries is in the process of selling out to a Mexican poultry producer/processor by the name of Bachoco S.A. B.  de C.V.
The crux of the matter is that OK Industries/Bachoco have been allowed to opt out of Obamacare, thereby; putting the burden back on taxpayers for providing all of the healthcare, social services, food, schools, etc. for their thousands of employees. Obviously, this alignment was and is an inside job and as soon as the deal is closed with Mexicans owning OK, there no doubt will be a substantial increase in Mexican nationals (illegals) invading our town & state, further diminishing the quality of life of Citizens.

Not a peep regarding this travesty by elected officials at any level.  Oh yes, OK along with numerous other operations have violated 8 USC with impunity because law enforcement is paralyzed by any number of unlawful excuses—again 8 USC—it is a felony to hire, transport, aid or abet any illegal alien.

Back to Obamacare, be reminded again that Arkansas Congressman Mike Ross is the reason we have the devastating program known as Obamacare….Ross’s vote got it out of committee and this boy is said to be a candidate for Governor in the next cycle.

Citizens are you foolish enough to keep voting in these parasitic slugs?—both parties.

Senator Pryor offers three fresh picks for U.S. judge position.
Hardly fresh.  Two of them have been wallowing in government since the day their legal feet hit the ground.

The three candidates are Christine Baker, a private practice lawyer in Little Rock; Jane Duke, first assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District; and Collette Honorable, Chairman of the Arkansas Public Service Commission.

Pryor said when considering a judicial candidate, he asks himself “whether the person is well-qualified and impartial and has the proper judicial temperament”.

Are these fresh picks political cronies? Pryor’s statement of being “well-qualified” so indicates, followed by Senator Boozman’s statement  “will uphold our nation’s laws”.

An example: In 2008 ICE raided the Pilgrim’s Pride plant in N.E. Arkansas.  Prosecutor Duke’s statements after the raid were indeed chilling and showed conclusively that she was not acquainted with federal law or was acting on orders from D.C. not to enforce U.S. law, i.e. 8 USC.  Here are her statements dealing with the illegal Mexicans in the Pilgrim’s Pride raid.  “Her office has no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as they were otherwise law-abiding citizens”.  Say again, Ms. Duke, illegals are law-abiding Citizens??  Prosecutor Duke goes on to say “they came here to better their lives and their family lives by working”.    Federal Prosecutors are appointed to enforce the rule of law, not massage 3rd World criminals or fail to arrest their employers who are committing felonies by aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel            July 19, 2011

Concerning the verbal tiff between Republican Representative Jon Hubbard regarding A.G. McDaniel’s discriminatory conduct by not offering McDaniel’s websites in foreign languages other than Spanish.  Hubbard stated that was pandering to Hispanics in Arkansas, whether it be to those here legally or illegally.  Hubbard alleged that McDaniel had updated his website directed at Hispanics to curry favor in the voting box.  

McDaniel responded to Hubbard that his words were insulting and his premise to be without merit.
A.G. McDaniel further responded that Hubbard (both from the same hometown) had embarrassed their community.

So let’s get to the meat of the exchange.  McDaniel, as citizens know, is the chief law enforcement agent for the state of Arkansas.  Question:  who polices McDaniel?  McDaniel claimed adding the Spanish section to his website did not cost any additional taxpayer money because it was translated by an existing member of his staff who speaks Spanish fluently.  I do not recall Rep. Hubbard mentioning cost— defensive Dustin, defensive.  McDaniel went on to state, “it helps legal citizens of the state who also speak Spanish”. Dustin, the citizens are too smart to swallow that load of crap and why single out Spanish when there are at least 17 other cultures in the state?

Dusty, legal citizens speak English and are required by law if they are naturalized, or here in a professional capacity, or on visas to be able to use English as first language.   The illegals are the ones you are catering to, thumbing your nose at U.S. law. Specifically 8 USC which makes it a felony to aid or abet illegal aliens.  As chief law enforcement agent for the Arkansas state government, you are making fools of Arkansas citizens and running a racket which protects illegals and attracts others to enter our state. By your website actions you have increased the size of the magnet to attract illegal Mexicans and OTM’s.
Dusty, don’t your actions/words make you a criminal according to 8 USC? At the same time sabotaging middleclass Arkansans by diminishing their quality of life.  You have 70-80 lawyers working for you; do any of them recognize corruption?

By the way, are you still the up and coming fair-haired boy of the Globalist Aspen Institute?  Anymore international trips on their behalf?

Gerrymandering for the Arkansas Friendship Coalition?  (See letter to Rep. Charlie Collins below)

What you are proposing for Mexicans and OTM’s is unconstitutional and is most certainly not in the purview of the Voting Rights Act.  Blacks for whom the bill was passed were and are natural born American citizens who had been denied voting rights for decades.  It had nothing to do with the Mexican invasions, most particularly the illegal ones.

You are now proposing to gerrymander a district for Mexicans & OTM’s and in all probability more illegals than legals due to the lack of enforcing existing immigration laws, i.e. 8 USC.

Your proposed action is a magnet to draw in thousands more of illegals of all stripes and is racist by any definition.  The premise of the Civil Rights Act 1954 was for acculturation to take place.  You are advocating the opposite.

You are naively being used or you are complicit…which is it?

I appreciate your response to a somewhat terse communication regarding gerrymandering and a litany of other aspects.
I would be extremely surprised if what you are proposing are your own ideas and positions; therefore I will labor under the assumption that these arguments you put forth can be changed.  If so, I would ask you to meet with those in opposition to your proposal in order to expand your thought processes in areas of which you don’t seem to be aware. I would also request you do some research on our blog arkansasfreedom.net to acquaint yourself with documented evidence concerning the presence of illegals and their use of our welfare systems, as well as governmental enabling, etc….especially our FOI’s.
With that said, I find that you are a Michigander.  A few years back you had a U.S. Senator by the name of Spencer Abraham.  Spence alone was responsible for the ridiculously high number of Muslims and other mideasterners residing in your home state.  I decided that in defense of our republic, I would remove him from office.   Barbara & I ran a campaign, financed largely by us, under the name of Michimpac…..Michigan immigration control PAC.   I spent most of a year in Michigan seeking out small conservative newspapers in which to advertise, flew drag signs over the Mich/Mich State football games & also over the U.P. on holidays while all the corrupt politicians were walking across the bridge.
Barbara & I determined if we could move 8% of the vote…Spence would be defeated…precisely what happened.  Incidentally, we got no help from any of the illegal immigration reform 501 c3’s, e.g. FAIR & NumbersUSA.
May I call you Charlie?  You do have a lot to learn if you are truly not complicit in this effort.  You say you are 100% opposed to illegal immigration….if so, what are you doing about it?  Wal-Mart & Tyson’s have long been in the forefront for open-borders and mass illegal immigration, of which your area is a citadel.  
As in the case of illegal immigration you state you believe in the rule of law and insist we follow all our immigration laws, and you want to be consistent.  I will insert here some of 8 USC:
1.    Section 1324a….hiring, harboring, transporting any illegal alien is a felony punishable by 10 yrs. jail + $2,000 fine per illegal
2.    Section 1324c…ALL OFFICERS whose duty is to enforce criminal laws have the authority to make arrests for any violation of this section
3.    Section 1644…no local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section
Charlie, you say you believe in the rule of law and upholding immigration law, so………..?  You state we don’t have the option of ignoring the law.  Where are the arrests of the corporate heads of companies hiring illegals?  
Now comes the Voting Rights Act, as you surely know the 1965 Act strictly had to do with Black American Citizens who had been denied voting rights and other significant deficiencies.  What you and your handlers appear to be doing is pursuing the creation of an environment that will precipitate litigation by politicians & power-brokers (Tyson, Wal-Mart, etc) making the illegal Mexican and OTM invasions a civil rights matter hoping to produce amnesty.   Your position has no legal foundation, unless legal Hispanics have been denied the vote, otherwise it is an affront to legal American citizens.
 Nowhere in America and specifically NW Arkansas have American citizens with Mexican lineage been denied the vote, but if you think illegal aliens are not voting, you are exhibiting a substantial degree of naiveté. Methinks your Yankee heritage is at play here, in some manner.  Your attempt to gerrymander a district does 2 things.
1.    It increases the magnet exponentially to attract more illegal Mexicans and OTM’s into our republic and our state…all defying 8 USC.
2.    Bringing attention to a gerrymandered district exacerbates the crimes being committed by the invaders, their employers & the governments which overlook standing law. This is textbook example of racist behavior.   You are pursuing the creation of a national subset which is resulting in another welfare class, and at the same time you have taken the racial bait—fear of discussions on race, while your own proposition is racial, i.e. ethnic gerrymandering.
How can you expect to have a cohesive society when you constantly refer to Mexicans & OTM’s as hyphenated Americans?  Why not Americans?  Nationally this is done purely on purpose.  You are either American or you are not.   Note, immigrants legal & illegal bring their failed cultures & philosophies to our shores and keep them in play resulting in no acculturation, accompanied by no understanding of our Constitution and what it demands.
So you see Charlie, western civilization is being erased and replaced by 3rd world uneducated, poverty-ridden, individuals who in the main smell the red meat, the unearned largesse. Are you not aware that Bear-Stearns ran an exhaustive study in 2005 that demonstrated there were at least 20 million illegals in our country and could go as high as 25 million…most with their hands out?  While displacing millions of middleclass Americans in job descriptions & lowering our quality of living. We once had Ellis Island for very rational reasons. Hispanic reproductive habits are extreme to say the least. Charlie, this will probably shock you but we are trading down, they & the government by not enforcing existing laws are destroying our schools, crime rates soar, diseases reintroduced, gang activity, every form of welfare, etc. Is this really what you want for your children?
Are you aware that former Gov. Mike Huckabee pushed through a bill in 2005 which gives illegal women free prenatal care, all ancillary services, not available to American women, producing Anchor Babies who are eligible for welfare til 21 & may import their immediate family from the mother country?   In 2009 I filed an FOIA and there were already 6,000 illegal women who had delivered Anchor Babies.  Are you aware that Latinos make up 42% of all WIC recipients, nutrition assistance to Women, Infants & Children?
Charlie, you can’t discuss the Hispanic invasion without determining legal vs. illegal, and corrupt politicians have made, in spite of 8 USC, it impossible to determine who is legal & who is illegal.  FOIA’s to the various commissions are received as a joke and answered with untruths, like “we don’t keep those kinds of records”.  You would be better served, as would be the state & nation, if you would immediately rethink your self-serving, topical position.  The stakes are too high to continue treating Hispanics as an endangered species. It would be admirable if you would engage in conversations on the matter with folks who are not economically & politically involved.
One final thought, we are not a nation of immigrants, we are a nation with immigrants.  Absent a founding group or majority, it would be no nation at all, but a random gathering of people of assorted races, religions, and nationalities, united only by their presence in the same land. No native culture to provide national unity with the population fragmenting on racial & ethnic lines insuring division and strife.  Have we as a nation reached this point and is this what you want?
Maybe you will pursue this issue in a more thorough manner.  As a country, we are on a nosedive to the abyss.
In the case of Mexicans and other Hispanics, you cannot separate legal from illegal in NW Arkansas until 8 USC and its subsections are enforced.

Although it was the Cultural Marxists (Communists) who engineered their “March through the Institutions” (infiltration of major institutions, e.g. education, media, entertainment, banking, politics, etc.) in order to achieve their goal of destroying Western civilization in the on-going Collectivism vs. Individualism battle, the Marxist destroyers are facilitated greatly by the welfare state mentality and by corporate exploiters.

Facilitator #1….Takers–The “something for nothing” entitlement Taker crowd is nearly the majority now. Most of them reject self-reliance in favor of the forced redistribution of wealth….”for the children—the needy—the oppressed”, etc.  Perhaps not exclusively, but count up all the people receiving a government check of some sort, whether for a job or a handout, particularly including literally millions of illegal aliens and you can guess how many will most likely vote (yes, illegals do vote) for more largesse, mostly Democrats but certainly not limited to.  These people have a vested interest in the continuation and expansion of government programs.  Also included are politicians and bureaucrats of course

Most of them, particularly illegal aliens, have no interest in our history, our Founders, our Constitution or Declaration of Independence, individual rights, or the rule of law; in fact many are hostile to our Founding Principles which are based on individual responsibility, merit, and justice—qualities the takers think “unfair” or “mean-spirited” or “racist”.  (There is nothing just about affirmative action, set-asides, or quotas)

Facilitator #2…..Corporate Exploiters…those who willingly hire, transport, aid & abet illegal alien cheap labor in the interest of their bottom line. Often, the Corporate Exploiters are “pillars of the community” and tax-exempt donors to noble causes, but not only are the aliens’ wages suppressed by them; thereby causing the suppression of citizen wages, but the companies save a bundle by not offering benefits, thereby making the aliens wards of the taxpayers for their education, healthcare including free prenatal, food stamps, WIC,  Arkids 1st , & myriads of other handouts, English As a Second Language, translator services, government program information printed in foreign languages, law enforcement & penal costs, infrastructure use & abuse, neighborhood debasement, criminal gangs, unchecked diseases, in-state tuition, all of which encourages the illegals refusal to acculturate and their hostility for the host nation. A phenomenon seen all over the Western world, not just the U.S

The business exploiters obviously have no problem with what they are doing to our culture, rule of law, sovereignty, and heritage.  They should blame the welfare system for destroying their workforce and work to dismantle it, but they have become a part of the irrational system and helped form an insidious protection racket involving businesses, government entities, churches, anti-American organizations, etc. which fiercely circle against the taxpaying, law-abiding citizenry creating what is essentially a war on the middleclass and lower income honest folks.  In essence, the illegal aliens in this obscene scenario are protected as if they were an endangered species and the taxpaying citizen who objects is the enemy to be slandered and smeared with racist epitaphs. Politically Correct tactics in its vile playbook.

#1 is a magnet in that the illegals attract foreign family members, friends & neighbors from their homeland and become a base of operations for those who illegally invade and also an important source of information on how and where to work the system.  Their “anchor babies”, instant citizens, are able to bring in immediate family and are qualified to be on welfare until 21 yrs of age.  As their numbers grow so does their boldness in flouting the law and making more & more demands, especially since the immigration laws (8 USC) are not being enforced.
#2 is a magnet in that they provide wages (part of which will be sent back “home” to buoy up that economy as it drains ours) which the aliens cannot get in their places of origin (mostly Mexico) coupled with their foreign government corruption & crime which makes life unbearable. The supreme irony is that they are bringing into the U.S.  the same kind of law-breaking corruption of the country from which they escaped…identity theft, gangs, plus unchecked & unsponsored illiterates, utter disregard for laws and culture.  The biggest part of the irony is the fierce loyalty the illgals feel to their countries and their hostility toward the U.S. which provides them immense largesse.
Some examples to consider:
In our state of Arkansas, two Poultry Baron Scions passed away recently.  Both were honored and eulogized profusely with full page newspaper ads.  Both had donated to causes in large amounts.  However both were responsible for exploiting illegal alien laborers in huge numbers.  Both strapped the taxpayers with all the illegals’ expenses.  Law enforcement and the judicial system protected them both, even though lawlessness follows and surrounds the illegals presence and innocent taxpaying citizens not only lose jobs to them but are forced to subsidize them and are victims of their numerous crimes.  Government at all levels is packed with accomplices…either complicit or out of fear.

Also in our state there is an organization of an interesting array of entities…Wealthy corporations, churches, anti-American organizations—both American & Hispanic (e.g. ACLU, ACORN, LULAC, Chambers of Commerce), Publications, etc.  See  www.arfriendshipcoalition.org/index.cfm  for a listing.  This organization is dedicated to protecting illegal immigration and open-borders, and it is easy to see why.
 
Locally, at least one company threw lavish 2-3 day picnics for their illegal workers utilizing our taxpayer county park (citizens were barred from entering), guarded by the taxpayers’ Sheriff’s department utilizing numerous personnel and equipment for the reported bargain price of $1,000 total.  In response to an FOI request asking for a breakdown (costs & time) of the use of the sheriff’s department their spokesman stated “they didn’t keep those kinds of records”.  Imagine that, a whole law enforcement agency has no idea where or what their equipment and/or personnel are doing!  Wonder how they know what the paychecks should be.  Shameful protection racket?  Yet another giant magnet.

Exaggeration? Let’s examine federal law 8 USC briefly to put these actions into perspective. 

1.    8 USC, Sec. 1324a… Hiring-Harboring-Transporting any illegal alien knowingly is a felony, punishable by 10 yrs in jail + $2,000 fine per illegal + forfeiture of vehicle or property used to commit the crime.
2.    8 USC, Sec.1324c….All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of this section.
3.    8 USC, Sec. 1325…Any alien who enters U.S. other than port of entry by false representation shall be subject to civil and criminal penalties and can be fined and imprisoned.
4.    Section 1644…No local ordinance, rule or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section.  
5.    Title 19, USC, 1459, Section (f) …any individual who violates any provision of subsection (e), is liable for a civil penalty of $5,000 for first violation and $10,000 for each subsequent violation.
6.    (g) In addition to being liable, upon conviction is liable for a fine of $5,000 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year each, or both.

There is much more in these laws, but as anyone can see, the hiring of thousands of illegals would mean hundreds of thousands in fines and many years in prison…if the laws were upheld.  What happened to the rule of law, not men?

It was recently reported that in our small town there resides at least 17 different ethnic-type gangs.  Public shootings & stabbings are on the rise.  Would they be here without the facilitators?  Not likely.    
This is a lose, lose situation in the long run for all who would have a civilized, law-based, enlightened, free society.  The Cultural Marxist strategy of Political Correctness has won the day through intimidation and projected guilt, and the facilitator accomplices are cashing in as fast as they can…the “pillars of society” are stuffing their pockets as they smash the last vestige of the Founders Dream.

THE DEFEAT OF HB 1292

Ali Baba (Beebe) and his 9 Thieves (Cheatham, Cowling, Hall, Nickels, Pennartz, Roebuck, Rogers, Tyler, & Wilkins)

 

Governor Mike Beebe and his Democrat automatons (those on a string) should be tried and convicted of Grand Theft.   I refer to HB 1292 by Jon Hubbard which would deny benefits to illegal Mexican aliens and OTM’s not mandated by the federal government.

 

Beebe, paying homage to his masters, namely Wal-Mart, Stephens, Tyson, Catholic Church, etc. and oh yes, the Marxist Communist Barack Hussein Obama, aka president of the United States, and in our time of exploding deficits i.e. bankruptcy, got the Bill defeated and continues to steal huge amounts of money from Americans by force for redistribution to the illegal criminal elements roosting in our republic.

 

Beebe, upon being questioned on multiple occasions, indicated he and DFA Administrator Weiss knew how much of Arkansas’ taxpayers’ money was being funneled into the illegal Mexican & OTM communities.  Further questioning Beebe recanted and said he had no idea how money was being spent on illegals in our state.  This fact alone, his lying, demonstrates he and his accomplices should be charged with thievery.

 

He is now, through his backroom bullying and instructions to the 9 automatons, actually better described as 9 piss-ants, not only defeated Hubbard’s Bill but continues to communicate to 3rd World foreign nationals it is okay to illegally invade our country and more specifically Arkansas, accompanied by Millions in forced handouts, compliments of beleaguered taxpayers.

 

In the year 2009, just in one segment of the free prenatal care legislation  cost Arkansas taxpayers over $100 million.  This was gained by an FOIA which was wholly incomplete.

 

Democrat legislators in the General Assembly have shown they are quite willing to dance to the attendance of their Head Thief, Gov. Mike Beebe.

 

I will pose the question again, what happened to the $90 million sent to the state on Dec. 22, 2010 that claimed to be for infrastructure and/or re-hiring government union types that were laid off, but ended up in the coffers of the corrupt public school system, i.e. government schools to be dispensed to teachers as bonuses.  Corruption you say? What have Arkansas teachers done as a whole to deserve a bonus?

 

And finally Gov. Beebe, when you tip off to bed, before you hit the sack, look into one of those big mirrors and you will recognize the real Dorian Grey.
