Another salvo from the United Nations’ Agenda 21. July 5, 2014

Remember when the downtown bunch was touting “Quality of Place”, in all likelihood it was one the first shots fired into Fort Smith by Agenda 21 and the “Sustainable” bunch. So when City Manager Ray Gosack and his enablers were using the phrase “Quality of Place” just what were they saying?

Parks Director Mike Alsup and Frontier Engineering are bantering around the new phrase “Event Nodes”…does anyone believe the aforementioned two or Gosack & his crew came up with that phrase? Not if you have one eye open.

The project that brought “Event Nodes” into the conversation is geared toward building a 12-foot-wide riverside path accompanied by a bridge. The phrase “Event Nodes” is the eloquent definition for benches. According to Alsup it’s “where there are benches and you can sit down”. Alsup goes on to say “There will be a shade structure so you can get out of the sun”. What, no fans? What else is covered by the phrase “Event Nodes”?

Overtaxed Fort Smith citizens are contributing $1 million to match Wal-Mart’s $1 million to cover the luxurious path. Observe the types of projects Wal-Mart so graciously subsidizes…most point to Agenda 21.

The stage is rapidly being constructed to encircle all U.S. urban areas for the purpose of mass control of citizens, limiting transportation (movement) accompanied by the numbers & size of vehicles, requiring in many cases bicycle transportation, new oversized trails as we see today to accommodate older & new forms of transportation, stack & pack the population in condensed multi-story housing, the rationing of water, food, & healthcare, to name only a few. Eventually any violation of the Agenda 21 rules will be labeled a crime.

These cute little phrases offered by NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations) are leading to the death knell of our republic and the individuals and corporations we elect & hire to protect our freedoms and property are steadily selling us out. Unfortunately, Fort Smith is only a microcosm of what is happening nationally and globally. DO THE RESEARCH!

Low-information voters are making it all possible by reelecting politicians for decades—gross stupidity.
Related to the above are the orchestrated invasions by illegal Hispanics that in all likelihood will continue unabated due to the criminal corruption of Marxist President Barack Hussein Obama and Democrat & Republican officeholders. . The illegal child invasion (only one facet of the illegal invasions), occurring on our SW border, the genesis of which is Obama, who has aligned himself and the Democrat Party with the leadership of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras & El Salvador, to bring about this heinous crime by any standard—the USE & ABUSE OF CHILDREN.

What are the odds that Wal-Mart, Microsoft, etc. are providing cash, supplies, food, transportation, etc. for the egregious Hispanic child invasion presently paralyzing our nation?

Knowingly or unknowingly Fort Smith’s city mayor and the Board of Directors are poised to lay the foundation for another government bureaucracy resulting in more assaults on citizen rights.

It may rightly be concluded that the aforementioned have no information pertaining to the United Nation’s Agenda 21 and the ensuing purposes thereof. Yes, a continuation of the Globalist’s wipeout of middleclass Americans, the last impediment before selected elitists monopolize international politics and control.

This is another example of Americans caught snoozing while elected officials through ignorance, complicity, enabling, or self-service ensure, that unless citizens arm themselves quickly with knowledge regarding this freedom stealing cancer known as Agenda 21 which will surely destroy the last remnants of individual liberty.

Again, it must be pointed out that the two U.S. Senators, Pryor & Boozman and the 3 remaining U.S. Congressmen, Womack, Griffin, & Crawford have silently stood by, which indicates they approve of Agenda 21 and furthermore: have failed to discuss with their respective constituencies the width & breadth of the freedom destroying globalist pariah. Recall if you will the Arkansas Congressional delegation has made no public statements or engaged in debate regarding other monumental national tragedies, i.e. Fast & Furious, Associated Press, IRS, Benghazi, NSA (National Security Agency), NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), Obamacare, Latin Americans dumping their children unattended in the Southwestern Border States demanding asylum. The Ark. Congressional delegation can only be called a motley crew of incompetence and cowardice.

The battle cry for Agenda 21 is the word “SUSTAINABLE”.

Agenda 21 requires a paid subscription for membership. Agenda 21 is not a new globalist endeavor and is certainly not endowed with political rectitude.

In Arkansas former North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes was president of the National organization of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. Note the word INTERNATIONAL. Today, more than 1200 cities, towns, counties and their associations in 84 countries comprise ICLEI’s membership. 43 countries convened at its inaugural conference, the World Congress of Local Governments for a Sustainable Future at the United Nations in 1990. Note WORLD CONGRESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS & SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. Global headquarters in Bonn, Germany. Note: does Fort Smith & Sebastian County have memberships?

1. Agenda 21 is being implemented incrementally by messengers in academia.
2. Note the appearance of Michelle Halsell before the Fort Smith Board of Directors and other notables. Halsell, a product of big government and its frontal assault against middleclass America. In typically bureaucratic jargon it is said she accepted another “launch” opportunity as the Managing Director of the Applied Sustainability Center, This particular globalist endeavor deals with CONTROL of consumer products, and all the forgoing and following have to do with citizen CONTROL in some form or other. Is it possible that any of the official city family took the time to read about Halsell’s background?
3. Regionalism takes power from the electorate and redistributes to politicians and bureaucrats leaving citizens with little or no say so over their private or public affairs.
4. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s). Their job is to sell Agenda 21 on phony issues, i.e. jobs, environment, etc.
5. Private property rights will evaporate.

Agenda 21’s goal is to stack and pack citizens (stackem & packem) in high-rise, small living spaces in urban areas and at the same time restrict or places limitations on all manner of transportation routes, modes, distances, etc. Note: e.g. the emergence of bicycle trails going nowhere. The U.N. is busily taking over hundreds of thousands of acres of state or privately owned lands with no authority except brute force. Same for water and other natural resources. Blue Ray has temporarily been scotched by the efforts of Secure Arkansas & citizen efforts.

The Grand Gesture                        November 19, 2013

“We need”—no problem!   We’ll just raise a few taxes, so says City Director Philip Merry, Jr.  Director Merry says “I’m moved by the police situation.”  And with that said, Director Merry instructs the City Board to consider a franchise tax and an alcohol tax to come up with ½ Million to satisfy Chief Lindsey’s funding thirst. A tax that will never end.

Chief Lindsey opined that the city budget for 2014 created slots for 8 new police officers.  Of course, no justification for the 8 new slots given.

In the grand manner that only a bureaucrat or politician can conjure up, Chief Lindsey allowed that the 8 would only cost $655,000 for salaries & benefits per year, plus an additional $200,000 for pensions per year.  Divide the $855,000 by 8 and the result is $106,875.00 per officer…not a bad day’s work. How many private sector citizens bring in that kind of money?  This is a good example of how middleclass citizens are being stiffed by government bunko squads.  Government employees make on average 21.5% more than private sector employees. It is past time to do away with the protection racket.

The police budget for the years 2010-11-12 was $15.2 million.   The budget for 2013 is $16.9 million for an increase of $1.7 million over the past 3 years.  Again, no justification for the $1.7 million egregious increase, particularly at a time when our city is losing jobs.

The phrase “we need” became the battle cry for bureaucrats and politicians decades ago, and when the “we need” flag went up politicians & bureaucrats jumped to attention, as is the case with Director Phillip Merry and his Grand Gesture—Let’s Raise Taxes!
Let’s introduce a much more honorable battle cry “Make do with less!, and do it now”.

Speaking of the Fort Smith city police, are they receiving any of their training from the Dept. of Homeland Security and if so, why?  Taking this thought a little further down the road, police and sheriff’s departments receiving military hardware is absolutely not needed and is promoting a paramilitary attitude toward police work.

Bi-Partisanship or an Ecumenical Movement?

To:  Fort Smith City Manager Ray Gosack, At-Large Director Pam Weber, Ward 3 Director Mike Lorenz, Ward 2 Director Andre Good, et al.                 October 9, 2013

Public Service or “public” self-service?  Bi-partisan activity in the mecca of insider-trading, i.e. Fort Smith, Arkansas is taking place, e.g. Lee Webb, Democrat Committee Chairman for Sebastian County & Jake Files, Republican Arkansas State Senator have aligned themselves to take advantage of what appears to be a huge cash windfall presented to them by the Fort Smith city government & subsidized by citizen taxpayers.

What is the Constitutionality, what are the legal issues, and what are the ethical questions involved in Files, Webb’s, and the city’s activities pertaining to the building of the $1.6 Million River Valley Sports Complex? 

Everyone supports the much needed complex, but the manner of achieving it smacks of all sorts of inside-trading.

1.    Specifically, where does the city fit into this smelly conundrum?
2.    Is this an act of collusion?
3.    Are Files & Webb’s involvements in the formation of the Sports Complex an abuse of public trust?
4.    What are the benefits that Files & Webb are looking for upon completion of said complex?
5.    Is it legal for duly elected public officials to control and profit from government (taxpayers) subsidized projects?
6.    Why is the City Manager and the Fort Smith Board not willing to transmit all the details of this project to the city & county residents?
7.    Why is the city of Fort Smith not underwriting the totality of the project and/or putting it up for bid?

When game day arrives who will be holding the buckets of cash derived from parking, concessions, tickets, team entrance fees, etc. etc.?  Understand that unless there is not extremely strict oversight theft will run rampant.

To use the over worked phrase “At the end of the day” what is the financial cut for Files & Webb and what’s in it for the taxpayers who are subsidizing the entire affair. There was a time if profits were to be made; those who make the profits totally fund the endeavor

City Manager Gosack, Directors Weber, Lorenz & Good, what do you believe Attorney General Dustin McDaniel’s legal rendering would be, as well as other legal scholars, of Files & Webb’s elected positions that would benefit them mightily from the economics of the sports complex?

Director Settle is the gentleman who has the capacity to address the questions in detail to the satisfaction of the voters pertaining to the River Valley Sports Complex.  The question is, will he?

Marshall’s Museum boondogle

A little bit of humor and a whole bunch of sorrow compliments of the Times Record and the F.S. City Government.

Lead headline in todays’ TR edition: “Directors cut down wish list”.   Sounds good until you get to the 2nd page of the article and what jumps out is a $20 MILLION & counting “enhancement for the Riverfront Drive”.   Not much cut down.

The smell test followed:  Marshall’s Museum, Richard Griffin, Sam Sicard, & Bennie Westphal.

Recall that the aforementioned 3 individuals, along with a host of political enablers, billed the Marshall’s Museum as a private endeavor.  The proposed endeavor turns out to be a citizen taxpayer subsidized …ultimately a boondoggle.

An FOIA revealed that at this juncture citizens have coughed up, without their permission, $3,605,071 hard-earned dollars. What is the authority for the Ark. Parks & Tourism, city of Ft. Smith, & Sebastian county to bequeath monies to a private endeavor?  Gold & Silver to follow.

The Walton family dumped in $2 million in the last couple of weeks, what do the Walton’s know that F.S. citizens don’t know?  The Walton’s don’t bet on the come.

The proposed Marshall’s Museum has more tentacles than Obamacare.

This endeavor is to form the foundation for for-profit endeavors along the riverfront while citizens subsidize.

Ultimately if the behemoth reaches fruition who will ultimately be at the leadership helm and where does the revenue come from to keep it afloat.  The 3 named individuals know the answer to that conundrum.

By the way Mayor & City Directors, where is the $20 MILLION & counting coming from?

Times Record breathlessly reported, would be the “first unit in the entire Air Force worldwide to receive this TARGETING MISSION”. (Death & Destruction)  City Manager Ray Gosack said “So that gives a lot of confidence from the Pentagon and the Air Force leaders in the capability of the 188th to this brand new mission”. (Forever to be known as the home of the DRONE RANGERS)

The remotely piloted aircraft will be controlled by the former 188th Fighter Squadron from a virtual cockpit by a two person team, a pilot manning the joy stick and a sensor operator the observer—assassins in absentia.   Both members of the team, through technological advances, will be able to observe their kills and destruction.

The Department of Defense released information some time ago that 30,000 drones would overfly the U.S.   One would ask how this could be when the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights protects Americans from the very conduct the leadership of the city of Fort Smith is encouraging and applauding!

For those many citizens who have no inkling as to what the 4th Amendment commands, here is a portion: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches & seizures, shall not be violated…..etc.”

What is the U.S. Government’s position regarding their egregious trampling of citizen’s rights that are so eloquently stated in the 4th Amendment? Government’s position—the United States is a war zone, therefore; the 4th Amendment does not apply. The federal government is a criminally corrupt institution and relies on the Constitution only when it is serves their purposes.  The Patriot Acts are also unconstitutional but have been passed by the congress not once but twice.   For example, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebias in an interview with commentator Lou Dobbs concerning American involvement in Syria, and I paraphrase, Priebias in a slip of the tongue enunciated that to install global democracy America must continue our international military involvements.  Dobbs was astounded and Priebias quickly recanted……more eternal war for eternal peace mantra.

In reality are there any agencies in government at any level protecting Americans, answer, no.  As Paul Craig Roberts recently stated, citizens are mere chaff in the wind, simply meaning politicians and bureaucrats pay no heed to citizens’ wishes or demands.  Truer words.

American governments at all levels claim to represent citizens, while wrapping themselves in purity, in the main these are the very entities who are striping us of our freedoms and wealth and have precipitated our near collapse. 

Therefore; here is the question. What kind of a man or woman can sit in a cubicle and spy, murder or destroy an object or individual within feet or thousands of miles away?  What kind of government is so arrogant that their battle cry is “Eternal War for Eternal Peace”?  There is no stated intention by the U.S. federal government to dissolve their warmongering nexus with the military/industrial/banking complex. 
Americans have become conditioned and are insensitive to the uncivilized conduct of the American government, i.e. murdering & destruction.   As has been said, “It’s back to the jungle”.

Would it be too much to ask & expect media, all forms, to publish & recite the names of the Drone Rangers and their accomplices on a daily basis?  It is imperative that citizens know by name who is looking in on our homes, vehicles, and persons.

Our little all-American town is now the international home of silent assassins and the lead singer in a worldwide spying net.

Government is criminally inspired and criminally sustained. A political emetic must administered forthwith if what remains of our former preeminent republic is to be salvaged.

Governement School Offenses

Dr. Benny Gooden, coupled with the marauding Fort Smith Classroom Teachers Association, along with the Fort Smith School Board have instituted legalized theft once again.

The government Protection Racket is in full bloom and the aforementioned were awarded between 2.36% & 5.61% raises to Fort Smith school employees this date.

Government employees across the board already rake in 20-27.5% more than private sector employees who are subsidizing this metastasizing government behemoth.  How long has it been since the individuals subsidizing this grand legalized theft have received a raise and how many have lost employment, while government school employees rub salt into the wounds of the producers with regularity. You know, “cost of living”.

Government schools are failed institutions and their principal commodities are propagandizing, indoctrination and using their corrupt unions to navigate channels that produce political & economic gain, e.g. Ozark Assistant Superintendent & State Representative Bill Gossage who languishes in Little Rock for one school semester.   This can only be construed as insider trading and spending what amounts to a school semester in the Arkansas General Assembly, why is he employed by the Ozark school system?  This self-service is just a tip of the iceberg and an example of gross taxpayer abuse.

Recall when Obama dumped out billions for bail-outs and so called “Recoveries”.  Arkansas school teachers received $93 million distributed throughout the system on janitors and up—a nice corrupt $700 stipend for each school employee.  There was nothing to bailout in the school system and that $700 giveaway demonstrates the lack of character in the so-called education system and vote buying.

The Fort Smith School Board can only be construed as pawns of Gooden and these people often serve more as the employees of the teacher’s union than as their managers—case in point: the repugnant raise discussed above.

Not only have the public unions too often become the dominant partner in the relationship with elected officials, but the contract and the spending that goes with them set other policy agendas.

40% of the Arkansas state legislature is composed of government employees and/or individuals with government ties. Whose interests do you think they serve? Doesn’t say much for the voting public’s mentality does it?

The Firehouse Conundrum                     August 6, 2012

It appears the taxpayers are in the process of getting rolled once more.

As a point of reference, the Firehouse across Hwy 71 and Brooken Hill cost $700,000.  Construction costs have gone up significantly since it was built, but have they gone up more than 4 times? Is this opulence in the making? Is it an effort to “keep up with the Jones’s” when the circumstances are totally inappropriate?

What is the genesis of the $3 million figure to construct a station at Chaffee Crossing, particularly in view that only 50% of the developmental phase is completed and the contract has been let to build? Build what?

Furthermore; what construction credentials does the Fire Chief have that would allow him to determine the bid price and the construction company?  And only then go through the formality of asking for Board approval?  Crony Capitalism?

Then there is the matter of Chief Mike Richards demanding 2 or 3 more new ladder trucks without factual justification regarding need. There are all kinds and numbers of excellent used ladder trucks available on the internet that would serve Fort Smith very nicely at the quarter of the cost of a new one.

This is another case of taxpayers foolishly putting millions in the hands of politicians, bureaucrats & opportunists.  The city is awash in tax money and very little public accountability.

A public discussion has been requested on numerous occasions about the aforementioned activities while the City Manager and Board of Directors have remained silent.

Why is this?

Saturday’s Times Record editorial demanded that the Chaffee Crossing softball fields get completed immediately.

Not so fast!

The Times Record editor is more than willing to launch this ill-advised project immediately completely devoid of specifics. 

1.    What accounting procedures, if any, are in place—gate receipts, concession receipts? How are the cash receipts disbursed?
2.    How is a marriage between government & private enterprise to be explained?  A 501c3 non-profit cohabitating with a for-profit endeavor?
3.    Who maintains?  In the case of failure, who is responsible? What degree of maintenance is required?
4.    Who insures and at what cost?
5.    What responsibilities do Files & Webb have and what do they have invested in the project?
6.    How do Files & Webb benefit economically?
7.    That is not FREE dirt work by the National Guard; it is paid for by the producers.

It is said that Chaffee Crossing is public domain and if that is the case by what authority does Ivy Owen have that would allow him to give (not sell) a parcel of land to a government and/or private endeavor?

Another case of citizens being hosed by bureaucrats and politicians.
In the years 2010 & 2011 Univ. of Arkansas campuses in Fayetteville & Fort Smith spent millions on a “extreme makeover”….their words, not mine.  Now the Fayetteville & Fort Smith campuses are back in the trough spending more millions compliments of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats now displaying a saga known as THE STUDENT LIBRARY BRIBE.
Our poor, disadvantaged, downtrodden students have to be bribed to read a book, in that they will now have moveable furniture, new paint, white boards, open spaces, computers, comfortable chairs, swivel top desks, etc. etc. all to make these poor students “feel like they are not so isolated when they come in”.

So-called “educators” & politicians are outright thieves and until the citizens decide to smack-down these upper tier welfare recipients they will continue to drive us into the ground and the poorhouse. 

I have a vision, that vision is Chancellor Beran salivating with his new “education endeavor”.
