Byline: CONVENTION CENTER ESTIMATED ECONOMIC IMPACT $40 M

Executive Director Claude Legris begins this exercise in typical government bloviating nonsense.
That followed by arrogant ineptitude by the actions of the Mayor and City Board.

First in glowing terms, Legris says how well the Convention Center is doing financially. Followed by the admission the failed institution is continuing to be subsidized to the tune of $770,000 taxpayer dollars per year.

Now the kicker: our city “leaders” (in this case the Mayor & City Board) want to divert the Convention Center’s allowance of $770,000 per year to the defunct Fire & Police Pension fund (where did the money go?), mostly due to the departed City Manager Ray Gosack & this and other Mayors, City Boards and City Managers.

And now the blockbuster, in typical government thuggery, the City Board & the Mayor to cover-up their ineptitudes want to enact a ½ % Sales Tax to be awarded to, you guessed it, Claude Legris and the rest of the overpaid Convention Center crowd.
Only in government can this kind of mentality not only survive, but reign supreme!

The Ft. Smith City government and the Ft. Smith Public School Superintendent Benny Gooden along with the School Board can only leave you shaking your head and asking what in the hell is going on?

It must be true. (Reported in today’s Times Record) October 21, 2015

While on his hands & knees Richard Griffin’s new bag man Mitch Minnick speaking to the Fort Smith Mayor & Board of Directors was “begging”….”Please pass the Capital Improvement Plan” worth $1.1 million. Of course, the CIP is HUD.

Minnick continued speaking & claimed the Housing Authority has a mission mandated by the State Constitution to provide housing for those in need.

Tell us Mr. Minnick, in what Article & what Section the Arkansas State Constitution mandates housing for “those in need”? Since the Mayor & City Board did not question Minnick’s Constitutional claim, are they complicit or ignorant?

“The Ft. Smith Housing Authority is in some type of partnership with the city of Fort Smith”. “Some type” of partnership certainly deserves some detailed questioning. The city of Fort Smith has way too much money and in fact if there is a shortage in police/fire pensions, $500 millions in EPA federal demands to rehab the sewer department, $300,000 in fines, etc. it is all due to gross misapplication of funds.

Now the crux of the matter: HUD, (in this case to be enforced by Richard Griffin & his new man Mitch Minnick) recently finalized a rule that will force local communities to build “evenly distributed neighborhoods based on income and race”. Translation: the goal is impregnating predominantly white neighborhoods with minorities, which is HUD’s & their players’ “multicultural, politically correct dream”, i.e. destroy Western Civilization for profit.

In 2012 HUD dispersed about $3.8 billion of these grants to almost 1200 cities. Question: Did the Fort Smith city government take some of the HUD bait? If so, our city government will now need federal approval so they will meet government’s racial guidelines.

The question was asked, “What about local jurisdiction over zoning matters?” HUD’s answer was “Forget about that”.

Another forced takeover of private property rights by the ever corrupt federal government. The above has nothing to do with housing discrimination, which has been illegal since the 1960’s.

Not everyone can afford to live in every community due to high demand for housing in certain areas. Home values are determined by market forces, not racism.

Every evil act by government involves three classes of people sucking up welfare…minorities and deadbeats on the low end, politicians & bureaucrats on the high end. Nothing being done to protect and save the rights of middleclass America who are the foundation of this nation and create 67% of jobs. Yet we continue to allow these avaricious slovenly takers to destroy our freedom and property rights.

“City Studies Revenue Sources” Headline Times Record, September 23, 2015

There is a solution to “shortfalls”, but not with this City Board of Directors running things, they are equally as incompetent as is the Fort Smith School Board.

So where did the money go, and Gosack/Bushkul? More than ample funds have always been readily available for legitimate & crucial spending purposes, such as streets, sewers, pension funds, etc.

The Board must immediately lay out in dollar terms just what the yearly costs are for funding the police/fire pensions, how much the city is in the arrears pertaining to said pensions and what the approximate dollar amounts will accrue in the next 20 years.

The Board’s solution, as with all government operations, is for more and more new tax burdens to be saddled on city residents instead of dealing with problems created by this & past administrations

Here is a recent example of the gross incompetence and/or stupidity of the Arkansas State & Ft. Smith city governments. During the month of August, 2015 there were created in Arkansas 2,885 new jobs, 1,885 of the new jobs were government jobs. This is exactly what citizens have come to expect from corrupt governments. For those who are victims of the Benny Gooden School of logic, that’s approximately 2 government jobs “created” for every one job created in the private sector. Who pays? This exemplifies all government entities.

The obvious immediate first step is to take an economic machete to pensions and all other 30+ city departments—every one of them.
It is printed daily in the Times Record that the Directors are having “study” sessions dealing with the shortages in Fort City government, e.g. a $500 million EPA mandate, a $300,000 fine, $770,000 yearly bankrupt Convention Center, $250,000 yearly vulgar giveaway to the Mayor, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, dropped into projected Marshall’s Museum, Homeless Campuses, bikeways, non-profits, ad infinitum. Notice while millions in “shortfalls” are being decried, there are countless new projects being proposed; Trails, Sharrows, Wayfinding Signs, et al.

Government budgets have 3 basic purposes: to mollify the sheeple, to separate citizens from their property, and to raise taxes. With that said budgets are mind games, meant to bring in additional revenue.

Politicians and bureaucrats are big on words & phrases used to lure non-thinking citizens into government economic tax traps, e.g. “choose to publish”, “generally accepting”, & “so on”. Using some of Gooden’s recent phrases pertaining to his $4.2 million budget INCREASE for next year in addition to his $150 million budget…he describes as “unremarkability”, “ordinary”, “public good”, and always “it’s for the children”.

THERE IS A SOLUTION to government pillaging of we the people’s private property, it is called ZERO BASED BUDGETRY”.

ZERO BASED BUDGETRY…means every government department, e.g. fire, police, streets, parks, libraries, sheriff, county judge, et al. DOES NOT BEGIN WITH A BUDGET WITH BUILT-IN INCREASES YEAR AFTER YEAR, IT MEANS EVERY SINGLE EXPENSE HAS TO BE ANTICIPATED AND ACCOUNTED FOR THAT YEAR AND THAT EACH SUCCEEDING YEAR BEGINS WITH REDUCING THE OUT-GO. WITH COMPETENT MANAGEMENT THERE ARE SOME DEPARTMENTS THAT COULD ACTUALLY INCREASE REVENUE. (SOME DEPARTMENTS ARE CERTAINLY NOT NECESSARY WITH DUPLICATION OF DUTIES & PERSONNEL & SOME CALLED ASSISTANT, DEPUTY, & VICE MUST GO.) Every official asking for increased taxes should be recalled.
The Fort Smith city government is in the process of laying more unbearable tax burdens on city residents. Something is desperately wrong inside this behemoth. It is either corrupt to the core, incompetent or any number of other unsavory possibilities.

Unfortunately F.S. City Mayor and Board of Directors do not have the political will or courage to open up the city financial cancer for public review and corrective action

As long as citizens remain politically disengaged the condition will exacerbate.

February 1, 1861 Texas was the 7th state in the Confederacy to secede by a vote 166-8. Was the vote for slavery or independence?…do the research.

Were you ever apprised of the fact in your public school experiences that a black man was the largest slave owner in South Carolina during the period of 1858 to 1865 with over 200 slaves? He was only one of many black slave owners. Are Gooden & the Fort Smith teaching community aware of these facts or are they members of 154 year old Lincoln cover-up—neither position is acceptable.

Just to cite two little known historical facts.

Superintendent Gooden, in a veiled threat admonished teachers to vote for the two incumbents running for reelection for positions on the Fort Smith School Board.

One can only conclude that Gooden feels very comfortable that these two and the rest of the sycophants on the Board will continue to carry out his jaded agenda, and maybe more than jaded.

The Fort Smith, Arkansas School Board election, upcoming Tuesday 9/15/15 will be revealing in any number of instances.

It is my opinion this election will serve as a microcosm of the whole of the United State with reference to knowledge, the quality of public education, transparency, and the money spent absent accountability and liquidity.

It will reveal if F. S. citizens put ethics, morality, transparency, truth above self-service, expediency, suppression of new ideas, inside trading coupled to fear and force.

Simply put, will the vote come down to those with arms besides their hips or those with arms extended with palms up, i.e. the producers vs. the takers?

Another thought: why did Superintendent Gooden send out emails, along with other members of the establishment, blatantly telling school teachers to vote for the two incumbents who have been willing participants in subverting public knowledge, speaking untruths, and refusing to conduct themselves along with the rest of the Board according to Robert’s Rules of Order? Intimidation?

Question: The State Board of Education endorsed recommendations for improving education (how so?) by increasing pay for teachers & administrators, making breakfast part of the school day, making summer meals available, and increasing funding for after-school & summer programs. The more that’s done “for the children” the more irresponsible & dependent parents become. Who pays?—the citizens with their arms hanging down.

This is a government hoax having nothing to do with education which was long ago raped/revised, while increasing government control over our kids with conditioning & indoctrination in all the principles of Socialism & destruction of our natural individual rights.

Have you ever spent a few minutes in deliberation regarding another question, how long will it be before government goons are in the delivery room seizing your infants to institute their immediate corruption/mind control?

The election Tuesday will graphically demonstrate the mindset of F.S. residents, are they savvy or are they stupid? We shall soon see.

Perhaps the greatest American lie ever told…Lincoln’s War

A response to the School Response in the City Wire article uttered by Southside High School AD Jim Rowland: “We are good, good folk, in good faith, want to at last put the Civil War to rest.” Obviously Mr. Rowland needs to understand the definition of “Civil War”…ours was a war for Southern independence as I will show in this piece and much more in the future. Coach Rowland, faith does not does not translate to facts.

A Civil War is a war between two factions contending for the control of the same government! Certainly not the case of the South—the South wanted OUT!

Another statement by Mr. Rowland “How can we tell our students, our friends, that slavery has been over 150 years and they should get over it”. We will “get over it” when the truth is universally known.

I readily concede and I know of no one who does not concede that the “Civil War”, Lincoln’s killing war is over, what I do not concede is the ignorance and/or complicity (lies) that Superintendent Gooden, School Board President Mehl, AD Rowland, and their acolytes are conveying to the students of the FS public school system that they are paid to educate with historical facts, not revisionism.

It is incredible that American government, all departments, and the mass media could and have “pulled-off” a Revision of this magnitude that has perpetuated the Lincoln cover-up for 154 years…and for what end? To convey the falsehood that Lincoln’s war was about slavery.

This will serve as a very small introduction to expose the 154 year old Lincoln cover-up—lies, brutality, murder, robbery, and total disregard for the U.S. Constitution; not that much different from today’s governments.

From the collected works of Lincoln: “I have said that the separation of the races is the only perfect, preventive of amalgamation…Such separation…must be effected by colonization “ to Liberia, Central America, anywhere”. Collective Works, Vol. II, P. 409.

As President, Lincoln allocated millions to a project which would “colonize” American blacks in Liberia. His statements pertaining to colonization are contained in “Address on Colonization to a Committee of Colored Men”, Aug. 14, 1862.

Lincoln’s words to the Virginia Compromise Delegation, March, 1861, well before the war began…when asked “Why not let the South go in peace”…Lincoln’s response, “I can’t let them go, who would pay for government? And what then would become of my tariff?” At that specific time in history the South was paying 82-84% of Lincoln’s government expenses.

Does this not prove to any rational person that the so-called “Civil War” was not to free the slaves but to inflict through war unbearable economic pain on the South, and even continuing after the war, i.e. “Reconstruction” which inflicted horrific pain & loss on both blacks & whites in the South that lasted for decades?

If you want to point racist fingers at anyone point them directly at Lincoln!

Superintendent Benny Gooden’s words, numbers & Johnny Reb August 22, 2015

NUMBERS…The last Ft. Smith school budget amounted to $150 Million, Gooden described the budget as “ORDINARY” & “ROUTINE”…what is ordinary or routine about $150 million? In typical Gooden doublespeak he did not articulate if there was any money left over from the $150 million last budget.

He now describes the 2015-2016 school budget as “REMARKABLE”, and then the “budget as
“UNREMARKABILITY”. These descriptions are as vague as are his word PERCEPTION in addressing he and his School Board’s recent arcane overthrow of all things Southern at Southside High School.

Gooden states that the 2015-16 budget is $153.4 million, an increase of $3.4 million over this year’s budget, with no explanations why the increase in the budget of that amount. Apparently there was one hold out by the sycophant School Board in Gooden’s railroading of the budget.

With reference to the transition to the new school icons Gooden estimated the mascot conversion would cost $200,000 or so…OR SO (meaning no cost limitations) IS THE ESCAPE CLAUSE. He continues to use nebulous words & phrases, e.g. for the “public good”, “move on”, etc.
Then there is the matter of the $500,000 “slush fund”, no specifics pertaining to its origin or what this huge amount of money is lying around for Gooden’s economic playpen. Gooden & the F.S. School Board are government marauders.

A breakdown of where the proposed funding of the Fort Smith school system comes from is as follows: 49% from state; 35% locally, & 16% from federal government.

Question: why would any honorable, legitimate Educator, in this case Superintendent Gooden, allow the federal government, contributing only 16% of total funding to dictate the tenor of business for the whole of the Fort Smith school district? The state’s governors from the inception of Federal Funding up to the present, same for the current & past legislators, continue the sellout of local control of the public school system to the corrupt Feds for a measly 16%, which was and is traitorous. All the above are willing participates that have allowed the corrupt federal government to destroy public education while at the same time allowing our nation to become a 3rd-4th world dumping ground.

In this same context, Board President Deanie Mehl, the new-age carpetbagger, in a show of bravado, political correctness, and vote buying, exclaimed pertaining to local teachers, “So we don’t have to go 2 years in a row without an increase”. Where is it written that school teachers need or deserve a raise in any time frame when their salaries & perks already exceed the private sector by 22%? At no time should a government employee earn more than a private sector employee with the same job skills, and after all who pays their salaries.

In view of all this, Gooden wants a 3 mill tax increase that would generate $87 million more. With this in mind, we will see how many citizen palookas will vote for that old education canard…”IT’S FOR THE CHILDREN”. Gooden and his ilk are wards of Big Government and are enemies of FREE ENTERPRISE!

In an attempt to unmask the 154 year old Lincoln cover-up this one snippet will serve as an introduction to some factual American history that was spoken in March, 1861, well before the War for Southern Independence began…the following were Lincoln’s words before the Virginia Compromise Delegation.

When asked, “Why not let the South go in peace?”

Lincoln’s response: “I CAN’T LET THEM GO. WHO WOULD PAY FOR GOVERNMENT? AND WHAT THEN WOULD BECOME OF MY TARIFF?”

Isn’t it obvious that the war was over money, not slavery? The above is just one example of the Real Lincoln’s brutal history, impregnated with atrocities. It is way past time for the truth to be set free regarding Lincoln and his war.

Police Chief Kevin Lindsey and other recent Ft. Smith mentionables August 8, 2015

I The TR gave a glowing report pertaining to the PD that has been re-accredited by the COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION for LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES (CALEA) an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) & operating under the aegis of the UN’s Agenda 21.

Briefly, the city of Ft. Smith belongs to CALEA and has for many years. CALEA makes adjustments whenever & wherever necessary TO MEET A BODY OF INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTED STANDARDS.

Membership & continuation fees are an integral part of the contract CALEA DEMANDS.

CALEA banters the phrase “HARMONIZED STANDARDS” …meaning the Ft. Smith PD marches in lockstep with the protocols (military term) demanded by an international NGO. NOT the citizens of Ft. Smith, AR.

On a prior alert in 2014 two city directors were not aware of Lindsey & CALEA and emailed me and indicating I was a “conspiracist”. Awareness seems to be a commodity in short supply among City Directors.

The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), another NGO of which Lindsey is a member, works directly with the United Nations.

When civil unrest rears its ugly head due to government overreach and related criminalities, to whom do you believe Chief Lindsey & his troops will show their allegiance? What are the costs for the two International memberships? Are they aware of who pays their salaries & perks, and who Constitutionally gives them their orders?

II What is the source of revenue and the budget amount that allows Sebastian County Clerk Sharon Brooks to extract $150,000 from her office’s recorder fund? What is a recorder fund?

III Repairing railroad crossings is not a proper function of city government. Griffin & Sicard made the request, it’s their economic investment, as well as the railroad’s, let them pay.

The city already spends 100’s of thousands of taxpayer dollars on Griffin/Sicard/et al’s new age urban renewal projects, and then there’s no or little control over Griffin’s HUD projects & New MARKET Tax Credits.

T.R.’s headline: “All aboard SHS Fight Song”…NOT EXACTLY!!

Superintendent Benny Gooden or one of his Confederates (pun intended) was quoted in Friday’s edition of the TR “giving great consideration to the continuing impact of Perceived Symbols of racism on the community, state and nation”.

Man up Benny, dispense with your nebulous wording and specifically tell citizens what the “continuing impact” is. The overthrow you & Mehl orchestrated has far reaching tentacles. JR, Dixie, & all things Southern were just the tools/excuses used to initiate your deceptive purge for an overall greater attack to expunge all things Southern forever. Shades of “Truth Ministry” in “1984”

Is that the best Gooden can offer up? Perception? Perception is anything a person wants it to be…absent reality/facts and with Gooden’s broad brushed statements exactly what are his perceptions? Gooden has been devious in refusing to answer questions and at times claims he has had a lapse in memory.

In Gooden’s orchestrated purge of Southside’s Johnny Reb and all things Southern he has administered arcane meetings and from evidence, more than one of these such meetings.

His spokesperson, Deanie Mehl, the Yankee new-age carpetbagger from all indications, has been the bomb that Gooden ignited.

His committee’s selection of a new Fight Song, Wabash Cannonball, acting as feckless automatons apparently do not understand, or perhaps they do understand, that Wabash Cannonball is the signature song of the Yankee state of Indiana? Or was that the purpose? Nothing Southern you know!

If any of you believe the plan to over throw Johnny Reb, Dixie and all things Southern was hatched after July 1, 2015 you are the dullards that Gooden & Mehl believe you to be.

Something quite strange about picking a fight song before the identity of a Mascot is known.

School Board Highly Questionable

The Fort Smith School Board and their highly questionable activity. July 26, 2015

The tax-man Superintendent Benny Gooden, the titular head of the Fort Smith School Board new-age carpetbagger Deanie Mehl, her two female sycophants, absent Alpha-Males.

In the above efforts to overthrow Johnny Reb, Dixie and all things Southern, it appears in their haste in so doing left them in, one might say, a precarious ethics and quite possibly legal issues.

Why are Gooden and Mehl extending the extermination into a two year episodic adventure? E.g. The first school year Dixie will be removed and the second year Johnny Reb will be gone. As you may recall, Gooden was hustling for a new high school at Ft. Chaffee and the downtown bad boys cancelled his efforts, then lo & behold, within days Gooden came up another hustle, a $78 million proposal to plaster hundred dollar bills all over existing school facilities. In actuality, was Gooden going to put his hustle for a new $75 million high school plus a $78 million tax proposal at the same time?

It is obvious that the two year plan is designed to ameliorate harsh feelings about the projected Southside/Dixie purge, thinking people will forget and he can sandwich in his proposed ballot vote to increase taxes.

Then comes the matter of secrecy, an all too frequent activity in government at all levels. Gooden, Mehl & their automatons met secretly before the official meeting and cut the deal for the Johnny Reb purge…the fix was definitely in. All the while the meeting was allegedly designed to discuss Superintendent Gooden’s financial contracts and perhaps other personnel issues.

Just how many Board members voted for the Southside purge, some say 5, some say 6, some say 1 voted after the “fix” vote. So which is it?
The very real tragedy here is the academic dumb-down will continue to be imminently successful by Gooden, the new-age carpetbagger and her acolytes. That is the continuing extension of the 154 year old Lincoln lie/cover-up. And our young people and the south will continue to suffer under the cloud of racism and degradation.

Is the teaching community, i.e. the superintendent, the School Board, principals, faculty, ad infinitum, ignorant of the historical facts pertaining to the time frame 1858-1868, or are they enablers of a 154 year cover-up? In either case, they should all be disgraced and drummed out of the system.

To think President Abraham Lincoln receives such adulation in view that he was and is our Republic’s only public servant that publicly debated a position advocating racism and genocide. All government entities have knowingly or unknowingly betrayed all Americans pertaining to the 154 year old Lincoln cover-up.

Tomorrow night Gooden, new-age carpetbagger Mehl, and the other 6 sycophants will continue the Lincoln cover-up by unanimously voting to kill Johnny Reb, Dixie, and all things Southern.

When the grain is separated from the chaff, it always comes down to Northern interference into Southern affairs—derogatory language, depictions, abuse of southern labor, making sport of the south, and the tragedy that the multitudes of blacks knowing the truth are unable to convey it to their brothers & sisters.
