We’ve been witnessing certain futuristic predictions (e.g. Orwell, Rand, Huxley) unfortunately coming true. Are the predictions of the novel “Camp of the Saints” coming true also?    July 16, 2013

The enemies of Western Civilization, e.g. the Cultural Marxist types, have been working toward its destruction for decades, nay hundreds of years…principally by undermining its institutions.

Now the Obamas appear to be fast-forwarding the way for the demise of Caucasian & pro-Enlightenment type people, while arrogantly, hypocritically enjoying more riches and luxuries than any king, conqueror, or dictator in history…all at the expense of their taxpaying victims, while flagrantly reveling in their excesses. (Please observe the price tags of their excursions, trappings & entertainments…well into the $Billions…their government programs well into the $Trillions.)

Short a miraculous heroic effort (Snowden, for one, is trying but the powerful, militant, warmongering nationalists, who don’t want their dirty secrets exposed, are calling for his blood), in time will the White race cease to exist and take with them civilization and all it entails? Simply observe history and the world as it exists today; honestly…with no politically correct emotional blinders.

The enabling P.C. War Horse the Obamas, et al ride, which protects them from proper, rational consequences, is called in Politically Correct newspeak….RACISM…the new Superman, bullet-deflecting costume. Because of this costume the rule of law has become the “Chicago Way” of the ends justify the means, almost without impediment, and all governmental institutions have become completely politicized. The Zimmerman trial appears to be their “coming out” party.

Western Civilization today is doing just what is described in the novel “Camp of the Saints”….piously prattling, nervously skittering, fearfully flittering, and pompously jiggling & jabbing (e.g. Senate bill S 744 which will give amnesty to 25-35 million illegals + all their kin) while the 3rd World tsunami closes in and eventually will crush all Constitutional defenders like grapes being stomped for wine, including the devious “white” aiders & abettors.

Starting wars all over the globe and killing millions of innocents does not make for good public relations, in fact, does that not give whole 3rd World nations reason to despise and seek revenge?  Certainly more pesky logic.

Will humanity then sink into a new Dark Ages and eventually back to the Jungle? Without a very dramatic change of course, pesky Logic would say so.

MORE ON THE CAVEMEN & CAVEWOMEN            June 23, 2013

Arkansas’ version of a recipe for thievery, i.e. redistribution of wealth accomplished by force.  These out of control crimes are certainly not limited to Arkansas, but Top-Down in the 50 states.

The recipe for the Arkansas thievery is equal parts of arrogance, greed, stupidity, callousness, and lack of accountability.

The present bubbling theft is being brought to citizen producers by the nexus between Gov. Mike Beebe—Kathleen Sebelius (Secretary of Health & Human Services)—and the enabling Republican Cavemen & Cavewomen, i.e. POI (Party of Irrelevance), accompanied by the Cultural Marxist Democrat Party.

A recent example of the destruction being levied at the producers by the corrupt “Takers”: June 21, 2013 it was announced that 100 employees who were to work at local DHS offices across the state to help people enroll in the State’s Health Insurance Exchange (Obamacare) would be dropped from the initial quote of 535 assistants known as “Guides”.

Joni Jones, Director of DHS’s Division of County Operation (we really need her or the operation!) stated that 100 of the 535 (one for each congressman & the senate is getting cut?) due to lack of Federal Funding.

Aside from the outright theft by the aforementioned, Ms. Jones in her stupidity obviously didn’t realize if 100 positions could be cut now they were not needed initially, or simply, she doesn’t care.

Ms. Jones, a dose of reality, frankly you are not needed, our republic has a national debt of $17 TRILLION and there is no money for funding, except what we producers are forced to put into the despotic Obama administration. 

Furthermore; Sebelius stated that the federal government should not fund all of Obamacare, simply stated that means producers are going to get financially raped in regards to Obamacare, twice.   In Gang parlance, Obama & the Democrats are operating a huge money-laundering operation and the POI’s, suffering from the Simpletonian Complex retreating from their stated goals (smaller government)  make these rapes possible.

In deference to State Senator Jim Hendren, he posed essentially the same question to Ms. Jones.  62% of the federal budget is directed toward the misnomer Entitlement programs, much of which is directed at deadbeat Americans, millions of illegals and featherbedding corrupt government agencies.

There is no moral or constitutional authority for citizen producers to be divested of their property by government force and redirected at a morass of human laziness, incompetence & greed. 

H.L. Mencken, in one of his many explicit & wonderful quotations stated…”Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats”.  Citizen producers, are there any disagreements?

P.S.  The Arkansas state government awarded a $4.3 million contract to Mangan, Holcomb to market this grand theft through advertisements, social media, etc. which proves that Obamacare and these exchanges are absolutely not needed. This program is intended to expand government by adding 500,000 more Arkansas resident deadbeats to the welfare rolls   The Arkansas Lie & Theft of 2013.

It’s almost too preposterous to address, if not for the seriousness of the matter and by the way again, who is defending middleclass Arkansans/Americans?                    April 29, 2013

I refer to a front-page article appearing in Sunday’s edition in the Times Record by John Lyon of the Arkansas News Bureau titled “Health-Insurance Exchange (Obamacare) means jobs”!  Did any seasoned Arkansans/Americans ever think they would see the day when our once preeminent republic would be partially dependent on state/national welfare jobs and brag about it, and to what end? For example, Obamacare adding over ¼ million of additional underachieving Arkansans and illegal Mexicans to the welfare rolls?  The projected number now is over 266,000.

Remember Nancy Pelosi bloviating “we will not know what’s in Obamacare until we pass it”? Nothing has changed.   In Arkansas, Cynthia Crone, who is running the corrupt economic debacle said  “How many certified application counselors will be involved in the process is not known”. Same for “Navigators & Guides” (to be explained.)

Citizens, do you begin to understand the magnitude of this Obama theft (Obamacare) and its dependency creation? Brought to us originally by gubernatorial candidate Mike Ross and now by team leader Senator Jake Files (R), and tagalongs Senator Holland, Reps. Altes, Eubanks, Malone, McGill & others, after state Chamber of Commerce CEO Randy Zook instructed the aforementioned 6 as to what their marching orders were, i.e. enacting so-called important reforms to the Medicaid system—Obamacare,  eliminating costly taxes. Can Zook be that stupid or just another lie? Later, Zook congratulated the 6 for their votes to enact Obamacare.  Recall that Randy Zook is the grand wizard that promotes cheap labor, open borders, tort reform (legislators set awards instead of juries), and taxpayer subsidized health insurance.   Examples of corporate welfare. The above mentioned 6, with the aid of other elected, unconstitutional midgets, put the cost of Arkansas’ welfare healthcare squarely on the backs of the middleclass, while hundreds of corporations have received permission to opt out of Obamacare.

In a nutshell here are the beginnings of the Arkansas state health insurance exchanges.  There are 4 entry level categories that must be discharged before any form of implementation can begin. $$$$$$$$

1.    Navigators—will educate and assist consumers.
2.    Guides—duplication of navigators…will work with governmental & nongovernmental entities.
3.    Certified Counselors—perform same functions as first 2.
4.    Agents, Brokers—favored insurance companies get all the non-governmental business.

What is the cost of the above—oh yes, we won’t know until enacted…and that is just the tip. If ‘Arkansas Obamacare requires Navigators, Guides, Certified Counselors, Agents & Brokers just to introduce this monstrosity, any fool can quickly see Obamacare is a nation killer.

Now comes the most bombastic statement of all. Citizens can always count on State insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford, (the uber in the taxpayer trough) who stated “hiring people to help Arkansans enroll in the exchange, it is not creating a new bureaucracy”.  Say again, Commish?  Bradford continues by stating “It’s going to be privatized”.  Let’s see if I understand…the Feds ($17 TRILLION in debt) are allegedly paying Arkansas to administer the grand theft which will ultimately diminish the quality & quantity of healthcare in Arkansas for all, but they are going to let private enterprise administer it?  Sure they are. Government does not relinquish power, ever. The Fed is allegedly paying for the first 3 years, who pays after that?  Welfare numbers are not static.

We can thank the aforementioned six for their desertion of the middleclass and for betraying their campaign promises of smaller government, reduced taxation and individual initiatives. One final note, to underscore, there has been no citizen uprising demanding membership in the state exchange. State Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Hot Springs) who was against the exchange corruption stated, “My understanding is they’ll more or less go door to door and sign people up”. This of course smells precisely like former Gov. Huckabee’s Arkids First giveaway.  Use primetime taxpayer subsidized advertising to beg people to join.

Who represents the middleclass…no one.  Are these Republicans “public servants” or self-servants?

Middleclass Arkansans walk the plank.  Truth in media?          April 26, 2013

Front-page story authored by T.R. reporter Mary L. Crider titled “Lawmakers give museum $1 million”….correction Ms. Crider, lawmakers redistributed by force $1 million belonging to taxpayers without their permission.

The newly minted Republican majority, you may recall, all bill themselves as Constitutional/small government representatives. A topical examination follows.

Senator Files and tagalong fellow faux conservatives, Holland, Stubblefield, Douglas, Malone, Fite, Altes, and Democrat McGill funneled $1 million into the proposed nascent colossus to be known as the Marshall’s Museum.  Their actions fly in the face of honesty!

The museum, at its initial kickoff with follow-ups was billed as a “privately endowed venture”…pushed by Richard Griffin, Sam Sicard, Bennie Westphal, etc. now utilizing new-age Urban Renewal to develop their downtown for-profit endeavors, i.e. taxpayer subsidized. The government enabler for Griffin/Sicard/Westphal/et al is Senator Jake Files who orchestrated the disbursement of another $2 million to the museum a couple of sessions ago.

Have Files and any of his tagalongs ever consulted middleclass Fort Smithians & environs regarding their tax dollars being diverted to this pie-in-the-sky behemoth?

There is no way the colossus  can or will be built by private funding as above examples so demonstrate; therefore citizens are being maliciously hoodwinked by the Ft. Smith city government (who have already donated substantial taxpayer largesse), the aforementioned insiders & others, and of course couple them with Files & his tagalongs. Imagine if you will, if this behemoth is allowed to reach fruition what the costs will be to build & maintain. Think hundreds of millions. The Convention Center on steroids. Another tax burden placed on productive citizens without their permission.

At the recent end of the 89th General Assembly Arkansas’ 35 state senators awarded themselves $1 million each and the 100 state reps awarded themselves $350,000 each.  What for? Bribery, vote-buying & fundraising? Will they voluntarily reveal what & who is getting the stolen tax dollars? This unvarnished theft must be terminated next legislative session.

Then comes the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) allowing 250,000 additional Arkansans and illegals to enter the welfare arena for life compliments of Republicans, not knowing or caring about the cost or how it will affect the nation’s productive citizens. Senator Files was one of the first to join hands with Gov. Beebe, Sec. of Health & Human Services Sebelius and Obama of Obamacare in Arkansas’ version…a Republican sell-out.  The stated number has already grown by 36,000, furthermore; the passage of the traitorous Affordable Care Act automatically qualifies and enrolls them in ALL entitlement programs. Arkansans & illegals slopping in the welfare trough is rapidly approaching 1.5 million…half of Arkansas residents.

Then there was the move to incorporate school board elections with elections traditionally held in November so there would be a higher voter turnout in school board elections.  Fort Smith Superintendent Benny Gooden got exercised and demanded it be kept at the stated date (lower voter turnout means he can keep his puppets in place)…this proposed legislation was defeated and 26 Republicans withheld their vote.  The above mentioned were part of the group. I understand one school board member has held that position for about 20 years….why?

Republicans created an initiative to be brought to the voters which would extend term limits to 16 years.  Ask yourself why a self-supporting honest citizen would want to spend 16 years in such a capacity—public service or self-service? 
Representative/Lobbyist Stephanie Malone (Chamber & Ft. Chaffee Redevelopment) initiated this particular attack. Malone described this as just “partial term limits”!

The 89th General Assembly served the top & the bottom echelons of society—the welfare masses and corporations/government.

Nothing left for the middleclass except to pay and walk the plank.  Isn’t it time we rethink our positions regarding incumbency?  Observe every level of government.  All corrupt to the core.

P.S. The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, April 22, reported that the Arkansas Joint Budget Committee set aside hundreds of millions of surplus tax dollars.  Do you really believe that government at any level is not awash in tax dollars?

Who are the real terrorists??

Do you believe America is still the Land of the Free or are we in the throes of an uncivil, lawless society?                            June 18, 2012

Who are the real terrorists?  Is it the Chinese, the Germans, the Russians, the Taliban, Iran, the Congo, ad infinitum and do the readers of this piece personally fear any of the above or others?

The foundation for the “American Dream” (freedom) lies in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.   Of particular interest here is the Constitution and Amendments 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 14, 15 & 16 which have all been rendered toothless by past & present congressional & presidential administrations.   

The conduct of American government will be judged on how well or not the aforementioned Constitution & Amendments are followed and enforced or will it & they continue to lie fallow?

The Legislative, Judicial and Executive swear under oath to protect what the above documents guarantee &demand.  Why are they not upholding their sworn constitutional duties?

To cite ALL lawlessness occurring in the U.S. at this time by the various divisions of the federal government is impossible in a limited treatise; however a few examples vividly point out the dire straits in which American citizens find themselves.  Some understand, most do not.
A.    Legislative—The House of Representatives & Senate
B.    Judicial/Justice
C.    Executive

Legislative:  One has to go no further than the U.S. Congress to make a number of determinations and assessments.

Unfortunately, the two political parties that represent American citizens involvement in government, the Democrat & Republican parties have ensnared citizens, producing a mindset they must vote for one or the other, this coupled with the fact citizens continue to reelect for decades the same corrupt and woefully inept legislators, based solely on political party with the impact of suppressing old concepts & new ideas that are the foundation of all progress…socially & technologically.  Arkansas is a classic example:  the Pryor family (now Senator Mark Pryor) has been in the forefront of Democrat party politics for over 60 continuous years…3 generations, absent meritorious legislative accomplishments.  Senator John Boozman, 14 years in the trough and as is the case with Sen. Pryor, completely devoid of Constitutional and political courage—a legislative bust, while both are adroit political followers, i.e. “yes men”.   Arkansas’ 4 congressmen are not worthy of mention.  Scan the individual states and it becomes evident that Arkansas, unfortunately, is a mirror image of the U.S. political environment.

A congressional & senatorial legislative summary circa 2001 & forward demonstrates the unconstitutional and criminal acts performed by both Parties.
A.    Legislative
I.      The Patriot Acts. The passage & re-passage of the Patriot Acts destroy the 4th  (the right of persons to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, etc.)  & 10th (power not delegated to the federal gov’t) Amendments.  Also contained in the Patriot Acts is language providing for rendition, i.e. torture.  Only 3 congressmen voted against its initial passage. Arkansas’ 4 congressmen voted FOR the constitutional-killing act. Another provision in the Patriot Act produced THE NATIONAL SECURITY LETTER which radically expanded the FBI’s authority to demand personal customer records from internet service providers, financial institutions and credit companies without prior court approval.
II.    The Military Commissions Act.  The act denies the Writ of Habeas Corpus (the right of trial), and neuters Posse Comitatus (which formerly prevented the National Guard & U.S. Military from being used in any domestic unrest).  The Military Commissions Act is known as “the Torture authorization act”.  The signing of this act terminated civilized behavior in our once preeminent society.  The signing of the act ended all Constitutional & Bill of Rights citizen protection.  Presidents may arbitrarily designate anyone as an “enemy of state”. President Bush’s reign of terror began with the invasion of Iraq built on lies and more lies undergirded by Israel’s political threats, influence and geo-political positions. Obama duplicates Bush’s actions while expanding the reign of terror.  Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution states “The privilege of a Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of REBELLION or INVASION the public’s SAFETY may require it”.
III.    HR 1955—The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Act 2007. HR 1955 specifically targets the population of the U.S.  The Act literally allows government to define any and all crime, including “thought crimes” as Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism.  TODAY NO AMERICAN HAS ANY RIGHTS IF HE OR SHE IS ACCUSED OF TERRORIST ACTIVITY AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
IV.    The National Defense Authorization Act.   The Act does not protect the people but allows government to use its military might, the CIA, the FBI, etc. against the people if those in government “feel threatened”.  Deadly force is the prescribed therapy. Specifically, NDAA empowers the president to detain “terror” suspects indefinitely without trial or counsel and no responsibility for making this criminal act public.
V.    HR 658 calls for 30,000 drones to overfly the U.S. for surveillance purposes, not for Americans safety.  Drones have removed all vestiges of privacy & freedom.  30,000 drones factor out to be 600 per state at any one time.  Drones murder surgically without feelings, remorse, pain or blame.  HR 658 is the most heinous unforgiving Act against the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, freedom and privacy in the history of mankind.  THE MOST CHILLING EFFECT OF HR 658 IS THAT MOST AMERICANS HAVE NOT RAISED ONE SHRED OF CONCERN REGARDING THE DEPLOYMENT OF DRONES WHILE THE ARKANSAS SIX ALL VOTED FOR THE MURDERING PROCESS. Be aware that local police departments are buying drones to fortify their already militarily-esque armamentariums. Their allegiance is to whom?  The people or the federal government?
VI.    NATO—The North Atlantic Treaty Organization formed in 1945 at the conclusion of WWII to implement and oversee the reconstruction of Europe. The U.S. has continued to subsidize NATO and has molded it into a Global Army that acts at the behest of the U.S. while making up its own rules of engagement, e.g. “eternal war for eternal peace” e.g. endless preemptive warfare. Politically speaking, blame can be laid at the doorstep of the Neo-conservative wing of the Republican Party, which is now the dominant force.

The U.S. Congress has the total authority to authorize spending and to borrow money on the credit of the U.S.  Note here that congress has run up a $16.4 Trillion national debt (which will never be made good) accompanied by $75 Trillion unfunded mandates, e.g. Social Security, Medicare, & unharnessed Medicaid spending.  50% of the population receive some type of government check.

Further note that congress has refused to declare war on countries we have militarily engaged since 1945.  In the last spending bills submitted they again flagrantly increased the debt-ceiling.

B.     Judicial/Justice– The United States Department of Justice is about anything but justice.  Under the aegis of Attorney General Eric Holder any number of criminally corrupt activities have permeated his department and our society.
I.    Gunrunning resulting in the death of at least one Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexican nationals, resulting in a massive cover up by the DOJ.
II.    Refusal to secure our national border with Mexico and negating the order to arrest illegal Mexican & OTM nationals, thereby putting a serious drain on American social, economic & criminal justice systems…e.g. NW Arkansas, the home to Tyson, Wal-Mart, & other mega economic giants who exploit illegals and openly violate 8 USC, Sec. 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.  At the same time NW Arkansas is a major Mexican illegal drug distribution center.  How does the above data affect school systems with large numbers of illegals & legals?  In the case of Springdale, AR, a city of 30,000 there are 41 different languages spoken in their public school system.  Is this not an educational betrayal of American kids and a monetary assault on taxpayers, most particularly when 50% of citizens pay no income taxes?  While the above crisis is metastasizing the Chancellor of the U. of A., G. David Gearhart is openly parading illegal Mexican students on stage for political & funding purposes in direct violation of the aforementioned 8 USC.
III.    Attorney General Holder’s refusal to prosecute the New Black Panther movement.
IV.    A. G. Holder’s refusal to prosecute the GSA & Secret Service scandals.
V.    Of major significance is the fact that President Obama and A.G. Holder’s refusal to secure our borders contiguous with Mexico is allowing 1-5 million illegals to enter our country yearly, while the U.S. is securing national borders globally.  This of course is by design; to destroy Western Civilization and the Founding Stock of the U.S. by diluting our culture & heritage with 3rd World foreign national minorities who have no record of accomplishment at any level.  Jewish interests, since the 1920’s, have been the primary instigators of open borders, cheap illegal labor and unchecked legal immigration which is rapidly producing a Balkanized American society with no hope or intent of acculturation by the invaders, and again, all by design.  It must be pointed out here that while Jewish interests in the U.S. are propelling immigration, legal & illegal, Israel, home to Jews, is now building a huge prison in Gaza and completing a 15 ft., 150 mile steel fence separating Israel from Egypt, while at the same time vigorously purging immigrants from Ghana, Ethiopia, Sudan, the Ivory Coast, etc. The new prison is to be a holding pen for non-Jews set for deportation.  It is indeed curious that the Israelis are developing an apartheid society  while American Jewish organizations (many members are dual-citizens) are advancing a multicultural society in the U.S. and the American government continues to shake in fear from threats and actions emanating from AIPAC, AEI, ADL, ad infinitum when the subject of  immigration , legal and illegal surface.
VI.    Note with alarm: Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s inner circle is saturated with dual-citizen, neo-conservative Jews.  Where does their allegiance lie?

C.    Executive—President Barack Hussein Obama
I.    Recently Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, in league with other Republicans, stated to the effect that Obama “was in over his head and did not know what he was doing”.   Obama is a Marxist/Communist and knows very well what he is doing—he is dismantling our Republic timber by timber while the neo-con Republicans (eternal war for eternal peace) and Obama for that matter, blather about abortions, same-sex marriages, equal pay for women, and Bain Capital…talk about staying off-message!  Never speaking of the multiple crises facing our country such as wars, debt, freedom, education, et al.  Americans are swallowing every bit of the destructive nonsense while waving the banners of the Democrat or Republican parties.  Not smart!
II.    Declared 2 wars unilaterally…Libya and Egypt.  Congress AWOL again.
III.    Pushed through Obamacare—unconstitutional Socialized Medicine & removes all vestiges of free enterprise fee for service.
IV.    Possesses & employs a KILL LIST. President Obama meets every Tuesday morning, when in town, with his senior Generals, spies and advisors and reviews a list of the people they want him to authorize their agents to kill. Obama wages private wars using the CIA singularly to fire drones at thousands of persons in foreign lands. V.    Has signed 923 freedom killing Executive Orders.
VI.    Presently engaged in at least 6 illegal wars and 2 more in the wings and no peaceful overtures in sight.
VII.    Friday, June 15, to parrot President Franklin D. Roosevelt, is a Day of Infamy. President Barack Hussein Obama issued an unconstitutional, illegal memo (a scrap of paper) which by his hand overturned the U.S. Constitution, the Rule of Law and the will of the American people.   The memo confers a pseudo amnesty on millions of young illegal aliens and ultimately will lead to amnesty for all invaders. In the end the memo is cynically for votes and the further constitutional, economic & social dismantling of our Republic, while Americans sit on their uneducated, lazy duffs, looking forward to the weekend. And oh yes, Obama & wife by their every action… in your face Whitey! His memo serves as a huge magnet to further increase the flood of  3rd World illegal invaders!

Enough already, the above only scratches the surface.  So who do you believe the Real Terrorists to be?  If your answer is anything but the U.S. Government you are in the midst of a Mid-Summer Night’s Dream and if you vote to reelect any incumbent you are complicit.  The incumbents, after all, are the reason our former preeminent Republic is in a nosedive to the abyss.

Americans, do you still believe that the United States of America is the home of the brave and land of the free?  If you do, you are either ignorant, complicit, or both.   The vast majority of Americans have been roped, hogtied, indoctrinated/dumbed-down by the suspension of the power to think logically by the public schools, all the while freedom’s gate is in the process of irreversibly being slammed shut.

Former Presidents Bill Clinton & George W. Bush will not be discussed in this piece but they are also drenched in the blood of defenseless people.   Only to say, Americans, emotional as they are, have been totally propagandized by our phony war on terror (Probably better described as genocide).  The aforementioned two wear the same Scarlet Letter M and both set the table for Pres. Barack Hussein Obama’s crime scene. (Afghanistan, Pakistan, & Libya)

It has been said that Obama is “in over his head”, no, this man knows precisely what he is doing and the end results can be calculated as an absolute—which is total destruction of the American culture and the economy.   Obama is a Marxist/Communist and his national goal is to destroy our former republic economically and further reduce our country to a floundering multi-cultural gulag, precisely what globalist/neocon G.W. Bush intended.  As you may recall, Obama stated very plainly that he was going to fundamentally change America forever.
Obama and recent history vividly demonstrate the decadence into which the U.S. has descended.  With the outright, unnecessary killings that the nation has been engaged in for the last decade or more, would indicate that Americans view mideastern people as a sub-species.  There have been few outcries lamenting the murders of a million or so innocent Iraqis, Pakis, Afghans, Somalis, & Libyans killed by U.S. forces, the recent bombings in Afghanistan resulted in untold numbers of children deaths to be sure, peaceful adults, hospitals, schools destroyed, ad infinitum. All this coupled with torture, incarceration without due process and secret military tribunals.
March 12, 2011 U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama unilaterally (on his own) and by his personal order called for the stealth bombing and rocketry to be launched against the sovereign nation of Libya resulting in the murdering of innocents and nationwide destruction.  The above order can only be described as Murder in the First Degree. Where are the U.S. Dept of Justice and the World Court?  Libya was and is involved in an internal strife with rebels whose identity is not known today (6/19/11) after 90 days of strife, supported by groups from the U.S., Britain, and France. The U.S. is dictating the tenor of the Libyan carnage with all manner of U.S. assets including Special Forces and the CIA.

In the first few days of the U.S. intervention over 1,000 U.S. predator drones were aimed at Tripoli and other port cities.  On March 19, 2011 Obama stated that U.S. involvement would last days, not weeks.  At this writing we are 12 weeks into Obama’s “humanitarian” butchery. He violated the (unconstitutional) U.S. War Powers Act.

 Secretary of Defense Robert Gates opined that this was a “unique” way to use the military.  It must be noted that the killing of one of Muammar Quadaffi’s sons and 3 grandchildren was a despicable act and a blatant murderous crime. Again, all based on something Obama calls “humanitarianism”. It is said that Mideast dictators are vile individuals, and who is to argue, but cannot the same label be attached to Pres. Obama and former president G.W. Bush—their mantra being “eternal preemptive war for eternal peace”. Although the War Powers Act is a law, it is still unconstitutional.  In any case, President Obama has ignored The War Powers Act within the 60 day demand that the president must come before the congress for permission and funding. Again, as of 6/19/11, it has been 90 days since the Libyan atrocity began.

 The WPA does not conform to Article 6, Section 2 of the Constitution, and Article 1, Section 8 gives the power to declare war to the Congress, not the executive, i.e. Obama. The WPA passed by both houses of the Congress cannot legally supersede the U.S. Constitution; therefore the WPA cannot be legitimately used as an excuse to murder and wage preemptive war.  We all know what former President Bush said about the Constitution—“it’s just a G-D piece of paper”.
 
Muammar Quadaffi,  Sadamm Hussein, and Osama bin Laden were all three U.S. installed and were vital U.S. Mid-East assets for decades until they outlived their usefulness. Sadamm was hung, Osama was assassinated, if in fact he was, and now a contract is out for Quadaffi.
 
From the American public the silence is deafening except for the rousing applause and cheering when citizens were told of the alleged assassination of Osama.  The American indoctrination process is a completed success story—how tragic that Americans would approve of atrocities such as assassination, torture and incarceration in foreign jails.  Americans have lost their moral compass and the throngs of recently arriving 3rd World multi-culturals have never had one. We have lost our culture to 3rd World invaders who have no intention of acculturating, and certainly no regard for or understanding of our Constitution, all brought on by the criminal U.S. government in 1965 and prevailing through 2011. The breakdown of the American society is by design.  Consequently our life styles have devolved into degradation

Obama and the neoconservative Republicans rail constantly about Israel’s security. Why is this? We are also told Israel is our friend—please enlighten.  The U.S. dispenses more foreign aid to Israel than to the rest of the globe combined, while at the same time Israel spies on us, sells our secrets, and have purchased our federal government. The U.S. pays attention to the security of Mideast borders, e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, & Pakistan, while U.S. borders are a welcome mat to any and all invaders.
 
Recently the vast majority of the U.S. Senate & House, on separate occasions, passed the constitutionally and criminally corrupt mis-named Patriot Acts.  The Patriot Acts violate at least 6 of the first 10 Amendments. (Warning to gun owners, the 2nd Amendment in grave jeopardy) Government claims the Patriot Acts are to protect us (from what?) while leaving our borders unprotected, which is an insult. Remember, when you trade freedom for security, you get neither. By the continuation of the Patriot Acts and recent new additions, the U.S. Congress has given more power to the Executive branch than all the presidents before, while usurping our Natural rights. Some examples:
1.    Roving warrantless wiretapping
2.    Secret federal searches
3.    Blanket warrants for search & seizure of library, medical, & school records
4.    Expanding meaning of “domestic terrorist”
5.    Asset seizures of “suspected” terrorists
6.    Assassination, which includes Americans
7.    Torture—all forms
8.    Incarceration without due process
9.    Much more in this criminal legislation
10.    Secret military tribunals
11.    Wage war at will
12.    Treat all Americans as suspected Terrorists at Airports and other institutions…with TSA groping and nude x-ray.
13.    Enforce indefinite imprisonment without due process.
14.    FBI writing & administering its own search warrants
15.    Military Commissions Act—nullifying Habeas Corpus
16.    Homegrown Terrorism Act—directed at American citizens

The Arkansas Six: Traitors to the American citizenry & the constitution… Congressmen Womack, Ross, Griffin….voted to continue the Patriot Acts, while Congressman Crawford abstained…reason not known…how about political cowardice?  In typical fashion 3rd generation in the political trough, Senator Mark Pryor abstained, while Sen. John Boozman, in typical neo-con fashion voted for the Patriot Acts at least 3 times.  Boozman thinks of himself as a player in the global army, i.e. NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) under the command of the parasitic, globalist United Nations.

For those of you who are unaware that the U.S. is under global control, Obama requested permission from the U.N. to unilaterally strike Libya, while as a matter of fact, we were already there militarily involved. Our once preeminent Republic has succumbed and is now a subsidiary of the warmongering U.N. of which the Republican Party is an integral player.

  Look forward in the near term for a run-up to attack Syria & Iran.  The excuse for this is, and has always been, Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapon, and both countries need to be “democratized”. Of course,   no mention of Israel’s substantial arsenal of nukes, no oversight and never signed the Non-nuclear Proliferation Treaty, i.e. the Geneva Accords. Double standards you say?

The Democrat & Republican parties are both constitutionally and in some cases, criminally corrupt to the core. All the phony warmongering on display by our government and it cannot pay our present and past-due financial obligations.  The U.S. is dead broke.  All the while the entitlement rolls swell, the potential for more preemptive wars, open borders, millions of citizens unemployed, while the congress is facing a vote on raising the debt ceiling.  Prediction: the Arkansas Six will vote in unison to raise the debt ceiling by $2.4 Trillion and will use as excuses “we do not have the financials to service our debt”.  A lie.  Significant cuts in most government programs and most particularly in military and social programs, in light of the $2.6 Trillion monthly income to the Federal Government, will more than provide for debt service. There are in the neighborhood of 25-35 million illegal aliens nesting in our country, sucking up unearned largesse, e.g. 43% of all WIC services go to Hispanics.  The Arkansas Six will claim that substantial cuts have been made in government spending as justification for raising the debt ceiling.  The raising of the debt ceiling will insure that Obama’s statement will prove correct, i.e. fundamentally transforming the U.S.

The Democrat Party is all about the transfer of wealth (Marxist Communism)…and as Obama stated “to fundamentally transform America.    The Republicans on the other hand, embrace philosopher Leo Strauss’ mantra of “eternal war for eternal peace”.   You can readily see that neither party can be trusted.
Americans, please enjoy what is left of the former vaunted U.S. Republic, and brace for the extremely difficult times in our foreseeable future.  The raising of the debt ceiling guarantees that life in America will never be the same, compliments of generations of self-serving politicians and bureaucrats.

President Obama, Southwestern Border, Lies, & the disappearance of 1 million illegal Mexicans

The U.S. government, for a number of years, has been putting the lie to the actual numbers of illegal Mexicans & OTM’s nesting in our country.  The government number has been placed at 12 million and supported by the media for public consumption.   Even the least knowledgeable American fool knows that isn’t true simply by the fact that illegal Mexicans have been pouring in across our southwestern border since the late 1940’s.

In 2005 the banking firm of Bear Sterns completed an exhaustive study that concluded there were at least 25 million illegal Mexicans and could go as high as 35 million here and contrary to the open-borders crowd, that would be democrats, Libertarians and other violators of U.S. law, e.g. Tyson’s & the Catholic church, etc. none of this raunchy collection are “hiding in the shadows”.  

Now on to Obama.  On a campaign swing to the southwestern border Wednesday 5/10/11 sucking up to Mexicans, legal & illegal, and certainly no regard for the illegal Mexican invasion taking place, he claimed there were only 11 million illegals here.   The power of a president…voila…a million Mexicans disappear!
  Obama is a student of the Marxist Communist Saul Alinsky and he was taught the bigger the lie the more believable…and Obama is an absolute whiz at lying, and oh yes, murder. Libya, grandchildren, innocent civilians, while Americans cheer & clap for assassination.

Lie #2…he stated with exuberance that the southwest border was more secure than it ever has been.(In truth it has never been more violent & dangerous, with government orders not to travel in certain U.S. sectors)

Lie #3…the border fence had been completed. (In truth, only 600 miles out of 2,200 are done.

In regard to border security, Obama has recently decreased border funding by $198 million and also removed all but 1,300 National Guard.

Do the most politically correct not see the oxymoron that U.S. military forces are defending borders around the globe and U.S. borders are as porous as Swiss cheese, all the while most Americans stupidly go about their daily lives and never put together a coherent thought regarding American sovereignty and its Founding Principles?

There are those who believe Obama does not understand the magnitude of the destruction he is creating.  That is a belief built on ignorance. He knows full well what he is doing, i.e. turning this once proud republic into a whimpering pack of enslaved citizens who continue to elect & reelect anti-constitutional thugs to office.

How many American jobs have illegal Mexicans stolen and why is 8 USC not being enforced?  It is said that the 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s can’t be deported.  Enforce 8 USC and the illegals will self-deport.

You continue your assault against the American majority and the rule of law.

 

You were the individual who voted to get Obamacare out of committee.  For that, you were rewarded $175 million to spend in your district. Was that not a bribe and a slap in the face of productive Americans?

 

Presently, you are refusing to co-sponsor legislation that would end “birthright citizenship”, i.e. anchor babies.  Your argument for refusing to sign on is a specious one, stating that border security should be strengthened and workforce laws enforced.   You have had 10 years to accomplish what you just demanded and at the same time Americans have begged you and your party to implement 8 USC and to my knowledge 8 USC has never been mentioned by the Democrat party.

 

You have no problem putting the Marxist Democrat party ahead of sovereignty, rule of law, and the wishes of the majority of American citizens.

 

Not since the War of Northern Aggression has a state been sued and maligned as is the case in Arizona and here again you and your party have refused to enforce U.S. law—8 USC. The audacity of the federal government suing a state for something that it is constitutionally mandated to do and has utterly failed. This is your corrupt party that has instituted such heinous litigation.

 

In case you do not understand, anchor babies are a ward of productive American citizens until they are 21, and upon birth have the ability to bring in their immediate families from the mother country.  In Arkansas there are thousands of illegal Mexican and OTM women receiving “free” prenatal care and all ancillary and non-related services.

 

Numerous FOIA’s have been filed with the appropriate Arkansas state agencies asking how many anchor babies have been produced since the law passed in 2005, how many illegal women have availed themselves of said services and what the cost to the state?  Answer: 30 year politician Gov. Mike Beebe (D) and Director of Dept. of Finance Administration, Richard Weiss, both said they had no idea!

 

The above two should be removed from office forthwith for misfeasance and malfeasance.

 

Mike, if you are a true American you will sign on to this legislation.  Put country before political party. It’s the right thing. Quit shilling for the Arkansas Friendship Coalition.

The TSA & the Pussyfication of America                                                 November 23, 2010

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has been anointed with more power than the “divine right of kings”. Americans are divided in their tepid thoughts regarding another attack on amendments 1, 2, 4, & 10.  Those that are in sync with the activities of the TSA are indeed very shallow in their thought processes.

The TSA is filled with low I.Q. minimum wage automatons who will march unquestionably on any edict that has its genesis in Washington, D.C.   There is a move afoot to unionize these derelicts that have no problem fondling, viewing and otherwise harassing travelers.  When unionization takes place, and it certainly will, these jackboots, in a more forceful manner, will serve as yet another instrument in destroying what’s left of the American constitution and the Bill of Rights.

If any one of you is naïve enough to believe that law enforcement agencies, regardless of stripe are designed to protect American citizens, you are indeed foolish. These agencies are wards of politicians, bureaucrats and other elected and appointed hired guns and will  heed only orders from government agencies—federal, state, county, & city.

The time is rapidly approaching when numbers of freedom loving Americans are going to wipe off the mantle of political correctness, naiveté, and in all likelihood be propelled into civil unrest.  How many, who knows?  Violence should be the very last means of fighting for freedom.  Secession is the only peaceful means to avoid physical confrontation if our elected and appointed officials continue to blot out civil rights. If secession materializes, in making it a viable option, secessionists should not be drawn into confrontation as was the case by Southerners in general, and South Carolinians specifically, in the war for Southern independence, which provoked the murdering psychopath Lincoln to precipitate a genocidal engagement. After all we are the United STATES (not state) of America and each state is part of a sovereign compact and is in no way obligated to remain in the compact if the citizenry is abused by the federal government—which they are.  The Founders shouted time & again it was the right of the states to secede if the federal burden became onerous.

Observe:

1.      The unconstitutional activities by the TSA in airports across America. Most recently the introduction of body scanners and aggressive pat-downs.  The government’s excuse for the personal invasions & the X-rays which have the capacity to cause cancer & genetic mutations is due, so they say, to the fact that an Arab last Christmas, wearing a diaper and a firecracker inside the diaper, has caused this entire ridiculously expensive hullabaloo.  One Arab, dictating the tenor of business in a country with 300 million inhabitants is absolutely preposterous. Do the likes of Airport security czar John Pistole and the Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano not understand there are tens of thousands of other potential sabotage targets, i.e. Hoover Dam, Sporting& entertainment venues, etc. if there were a real desire to harm us? The federal government is busily indoctrinating the American populace as if we were a nation of dullards.  Are we?

2.      The United States has a 1,969 mile national border contiguous with Mexico which literally permits millions of illegals to penetrate yearly and produces all manner of crime and the raping of our welfare, education, and health systems, yet the scholarly buffoons in D.C. refuse to implement existing U.S. statutes, i.e. 8 USC.  This in itself vividly demonstrates the lie being perpetrated by the federal establishment re the “war on terror”.

3.      The unconstitutional & undeclared preemptive wars that the U.S. is engaged in throughout the Middle East against sovereign nations in its pursuit of global hegemony.  Is it any wonder that mid-eastern fighters are striking back in Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and soon to be, if the traitorous McCain’s, Grahams, et al have their way, Iran.

4.      A bankrupt nation engaged in murder. 19 Arabs allegedly attacked the Towers; therefore why did Bush engage in a murdering war against Iraq?  The smelly explanations and I am being kind, insult American intelligence.

The multitudes of policing agencies are nothing more than pawns operating at the behest of the corrupt central government and to a lesser degree, state and county.

The crackdown on American travellers is another federal exercise in Conditioning, Regimentation, and Submission.

If our leaders (all) were anything more than self-serving, traitorous, parasitic buffoons, this type of conduct and behavior would never be discussed, much less implemented.

To further illuminate the choking of American’s freedoms, the lame-duck Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously voted to move forward with censoring the internet via the COICA Bill.  Listed below are a few of the neoconservative (eternal war for eternal peace/war forever) Republican Senators who applaud the strangulation of American citizens:

Orrin Hatch (UT); Jeff Sessions (AL); Chuck Grassley (IA), Jon Kyl (AZ); Lindsey Graham (SC): John Cornyn (TX); Tom Coburn (OK)

To further strike fear in American’s hearts the Obama administration on Nov. 8, 2010 argued before a federal court that it “should have unreviewable authority to kill Americans, the executive branch has unilaterally determined to pose a threat.”  My friends, that is me or you, who on an Obama whim could be executed at any time.

It is interesting to note that former Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff (dual citizen/Israel firster) owns the corporation selling the body scanners. Of further interest, Chertoff’s name translates to “Son of the Devil”.  George Schwartz (Soros) (another Israel firster) is a substantial stockholder in Chertoff’s company.

The end of an American civil society and not a peep.

Conclusion: Any American citizen who would allow themselves to be vulgarly groped and most especially their children, are indeed THE PERSONIFICATION OF THE PUSSYFICATION OF AMERICA.

P.S.  I would remind Boobus Arkanacus that their vote for Senate elect Republican John Boozman helped set the table for Obama’s strong-armed Marxist/Communist takeover of American.  Aside from the Boozmans’ Obamaesque excessive international travel at taxpayer expense and his membership in NATO (the global police), he voted twice for the Patriot Acts, voted to neuter Habeas Corpus, Posse Comitatus, voted for the Military Commissions Act, and the treasonous Homegrown Terrorism Act.  The above set the stage for the present outrages and the demise of the nation.  A Buffoon? Referencing “Authority not locked into projects” Times Record July 9, 2010

Morphing from “Quality of Place” to “Community Development Entity” (CDE) another piece is revealed in the Federal government takeover tapestry, and situated in between are Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Metro 1313, IECLE, etc. etc.  Only the names change.

The 6 proposed projects (and more in the hopper) listed by HUD shills Griffin and Pyle are an affront to the citizens of Fort Smith. The bloviating Pyle reveals just how much the federal takeover encompasses, i.e. the” U.S. Bank claims the entire continental United States as the area which it may deploy the New Market Financing and/or Credits” (government control).   It’s noteworthy that Pyle claims these “credits” will be sold to investors.  Certainly, you just know there will be a line waiting to snap up these credits, and if they are not sold?

The Fort Smith Housing Authority, under the reign of Richard Griffin, will be starting a new division under the auspices of CDE to further spread government control while soaking the taxpaying citizens. Every project Pyle and Griffin are involved in or proposing is or will be paid by taxpayers in part or wholly, e.g. the New Theater, which Griffin owns.

This grandiose scheme is simply another means for redistribution of wealth and for any of you comatose citizens who believe Griffin and Pyle are in this “to give back” or “make a difference”, you are either comatose or complicit. 

As an example of the above, Obama’s textbook Marxism and forced social engineering is taking place, and in this case in Puget Sound, where King County HUD executive Ron Sims has ordered areas of “Whiteness” must be integrated in their centers by building homes for Blacks and Latinos only, subsidized by White taxpayers.  So much for constitutional/property rights.

The CDE is just one of multitudes of programs designed to control citizens’ every movement.

Who’s driving the team called the Fort Smith city government?  Is it Richard Griffin with Ken Pyle riding shotgun?  Or is it the Mayor, the City Board, Administrator, etc?

Boys, wake up and get a handle on these bureaucratic and insider schemes, but alas you are the ones pushing for a food tax, preparing to raise water and sewer fees and supporting “Quality of Place”, ad infinitum, so where are your allegiances?  Who do the citizens turn to for protection?

The CDE has nothing to do with the “common good” and all to do with Marxism, forced social engineering, and lining the pockets of consummate insiders.
