THE WHITE FLAG IS FLUTTERING……AGAIN, COMPLIMENTS OF THE PARTY OF IRRELEVENCE (POI)

A reply to Ark. Congressman Steve Womack’s stance on illegal immigration accompanied by a snippet pertaining to Rep. House Speaker John Boehner and Alan Birsin, Assistant Secretary of Affairs & Chief Diplomatic officer at DHS:

I will dispense with the formality usually attributed to a congressional delegate.  The issue is much too grave and the divide between Fort Smith, Arkansas and Washington, DC far too distant for political bantering.

I do thank you for the attached missive even though it appears to have been written by one of your plebes. 

Your email begins by stating our immigration system is in shambles.  Of course, the reason being is the fact that you and those who have preceded have refused to adhere to your/their sworn Constitutional obligations, in this case, the enforcement of 8 USC and its subsections which would have prevented the illegal Mexican & OTM invasions, and in so doing have created a 3rd World U.S. human dumping ground…in the same sentence the writer under your name proclaims in government talking points the lie that there are “only 11 million illegals” in our republic.  Steve, show me the genesis of that number.  You and/or the writer fail to disseminate that if & when some form of amnesty is conferred; these heretofore illegal nesters could/would bring in their immediate families from their respective homelands and would/will number in millions, accompanied by continuing waves of illegals.  Question: Steve, why is it you are willing to allow our republic to be overwhelmed by continued illegal 3rd World invasions? Citizens readily understand that the Founding white population will soon become a minority in our own country due to the GOP’s lack of courage and begs the question, why are you & the GOP so willing to trade down? The illegal 3rd world interlopers are devoid of accomplishments in the arts & sciences, education, technology, etc.  Are you so engrossed in self-service that you are willing, by your vote, to forsake our once preeminent republic and turn it into a band of assorted races, religions, and nationalities, united only by their presence in the same land and no native culture to provide unity? Trading down is not the mark of an intelligent society.

There is no such thing as a multi-cultural utopia.

Your referencing H.R. 2278, the SAFE ACT “renews our commitment to interior enforcement efforts and increases security measures to the entry of criminal immigrants”.  When, in recent history (100 yrs) has there been a commitment to secure our national borders???  Answer: never.   Steve, you have some military experience; therefore you obviously know the only way to secure our borders is with a military commitment.  That’s where the military should be instead of spread all over the planet attempting to generate U.S. global hegemony.  Acquaint yourself with Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution.  When has any border state been protected from invasion in our lifetime?  You and your colleagues, as an excuse not to secure U.S. borders only speak in terms of cost.  We have a military presence in 150 countries, subsidizing NATO which should have been dissolved in the 50’s, securing any number of foreign national borders, and so on.  You do get the picture don’t you?

H.R. 1772—Doublespeak Congressman?  Your quote, “but it protects our businesses to use the system in good faith from being prosecuted.”  Another cowardly sell-out.  What you are saying is you do not have the political will or courage to spell out the details.  H.R. 1772 will continue to allow businesses to retain their illegal workforce and advertise for more, e.g. Tyson’s/Mexico.  You hail from NW Arkansas, the epicenter of illegal immigration, yet nothing but silence.  You, like the Republican leadership, have lost the will to fight, indicating no fealty to the Constitution. Your sole congressional thrusts seem to be a oriented toward the implementation of an internet sales tax , while continuing to support the phony wars on terrorism….13 years in Afghanistan & Iraq—for what?  

What about the illegals who are already here and working? How about enforcing the laws already on the books and begin prosecuting those businesses which currently have illegals in their employ, e.g. Tyson’s, et al?

What does “gaining operational control of our borders” mean? 

You say you are “unapologetically opposed to unconditional amnesty”.   Are you for total removal of those now in this country illegally or conditional amnesty?  There is then the Anchor Baby paradigm, what are your proposals in this matter?

We know the Iranians have been crossing the SW border for decades.  If they have formed “terrorist cells” why allow them to stay on conditional basis?

What are you proposing to do with 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644, which is beautiful legislation and all it needs is enforcement?

Why does there have to be so many pieces of proposed legislation to deal with such a straightforward issue? Don’t you understand the legislation is already in place?

Dear Mr. McCutchen,
 
              Thank you for contacting me to express your thoughts on immigration reform.  It is good to hear from you.
 
              As you know, our immigration system is in shambles.  We have an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in our country, a porous border, and a visa system that fails to meet the needs of American companies. 
 
              In an attempt to address these problems, the Senate passed S. 744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act.  I have numerous concerns with this bill, from its treatment of criminal aliens to the invitation of potential fraud and lack of firm border protection.  Additionally, the bill has weak enforcement of border security triggers – made to be executed before the legalization of current illegal immigrants – which could leave much discretion to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). 
 
              It is unlikely the House will take up S. 744.  Instead, the House is expected to address these issues this fall when it considers a collection of the following four bills.
 
              First, H.R. 2278, the Strengthen and Fortify Enforcement (SAFE) Act, renews our commitment to interior enforcement efforts and increases security measures to deter the entry of criminal immigrants or those who pose security risks to our nation.  Second, H.R. 1772, the Legal Workforce Act, makes E-Verify mandatory for new hires, but it protects our businesses that use the system in good faith from being prosecuted, an important safe harbor provision.  Next, H.R. 1773, the Agricultural Guestworker (AG) Act, works to streamline the H-2A guestworker programs, eliminating onerous requirements that have contributed to illegally overstaying visas.  It also creates more certainty with legal and wage-related matters.  Finally, H.R. 2131, the Supplying Knowledge Based Immigrants and Lifting Levels of STEM Visas (SKILLS) Act, replaces certain visa programs that are not as useful today with those programs that will help our economy and make our country more competitive in the global marketplace.  It increases Green Cards for STEM graduates, provides visas for entrepreneurs who will create employment opportunities here, strengthens the investor green card program, and eliminates some arbitrary caps tied to countries of origin, among other things.
 
              All these bills were approved by the House Judiciary Committee in June, and they are now awaiting consideration by the full House.
 
              Additionally, the House Homeland Security Committee approved H.R. 1417, the Border Security Results Act, in June.  This will require the Department of Homeland Security to gain operational control of our borders and report these metrics to Congress.
 
              Like many of my constituents, I am unapologetically opposed to unconditional amnesty.  To me, it is fundamentally unfair to reward those adults who came here illegally by guaranteeing them citizenship or putting them in front of those trying to come here legally.
 
              We have left these issues undone for far too long, and I am looking forward to considering this legislation in the 113th Congress.

GOVERNOR MIKE BEEBE AND THE ARKANSAS LEGISLATURE        October 17, 2013

Your proposal to shell out nearly $100 million to Arkansas teachers is immoral and unconstitutional.

This amounts to nothing but a raise for Arkansas teachers and they certainly do not deserve a pay raise.

From another point of view, the vast majority of teachers are Democrats and support Obamacare; therefore they should pay for their own increases in insurance premiums.

The arrogance you are showing in coddling the teacher unions is breathtaking and must be construed as a political payoff to teachers and their unions. It hasn’t been that long ago that Obama dispensed $93 million taxpayer dollars to the teachers of Arkansas. A totally undeserved largesse.

The Arkansas public school system is academically corrupt and the system’s area of influence is expanding yearly.

Just one example of academic corruption was reported recently in nationwide news that the public school system in Arkansas is implementing Common Core which amounts to Arkansas teachers indoctrinating students, in this case to eliminate or change the Bill of Rights, particularly the 1st & 2nd Amendments, e.g. sixth graders in the Bryant School District.  Is this not subversion?
 
It appears that you Governor and members of the legislature would better serve your constituents by being aware of what is going on in the public school system with reference to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law or perhaps you and the legislative members approve of the very academically destructive and mind-bending Common Core.

Teachers are not an endangered species; they have been a kept group for far too long, particularly in view of the state of public education.

Quit stealing from the producers.

THE ANACONDA IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING—SENATOR JOHN BOOZMAN (R-AR) 
  October 3, 2013

An editorial appeared in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette (Sept. 30, 2013) titled the Quiet Man Speaks (aka John Boozman).

The elongated 2 column editorial frankly made little sense.  The only conclusions that can be reached is the editors’ assiduous pursuit of the following:

1.    Senator Boozman, the usually quiet sheep, did some “shouting”, but the editorial failed to state what the “shouting” was about.
2.    Other than “congratulations” and “bravos” offered to Boozman for his “shouting” and voting for the criminally inspired Obamacare,  the article scorched and demeaned Senator Ted Cruz.
3.    Any senator that refused to vote for Obamacare was labeled Zanies; Purveyors of Embarrassment & Diversion; Irresponsible Republicans; Zealots; Republican Crazies, and Cruzadors (cute, editor Greenberg).  The above incendiaries occurred in two paragraphs of the editor’s unconstitutional screed.

Pulitzer Prize Editor Greenberg, in the final analysis is congratulating Sen. Boozman for being a Constitutional shredder & political coward.

Boozman, by voting for the pure form of Obamacare had his cake and was eating it too.  He knew the Republican controlled House would vote to defund Obamacare, therefore his vote for Obamacare would go unnoticed and if it was noticed he could always fall back on the same tired excuses gutless Republicans always offer:

1.     We can’t win
2.    We have been beaten on this turf before
3.    The press will destroy us
4.    We can’t win the Senate in 2014
5.    We may lose the House
6.    Corporate contributors (who own the Republican Party) will not support us
7.    On & On

The Senator, as is the case with the rest of the Arkansas congressional delegation, has not discussed publicly their elitist exclusion from Obamacare that is subsidized by middleclass taxpayers.  Two words describe their persona… they are members of an “Offensive Oligarchy” as observed by Henry Clay Dean 144 years ago.

When an issue is constitutionally correct and honorable, you fight for it regardless of the odds—Boozman and Pryor are pathetic self-serving cowards.

Thinking citizens understand why the courageous, Honorable Senator Ted Cruz went against the field, he and we vividly understand that once Obamacare is set into motion it will never be repealed, as is the case with all government programs and will ultimately lay our republic to waste, reintroducing nationally another form of HARD-CORE SLAVERY .

Never in the latter day history of our American Republic has any Marxist program been repealed! OBAMACARE IS A CULTURAL MARXIST/COMMUNIST PROGRAM.

Senator John Boozman is one of many who are literally squeezing life’s breath out of our remaining freedoms.  Recent Boozman history:

1.    Taxes: In his 10 year Congressional reign he voted 27 times for tax increases that resulted in Billions per passed legislation being spent—billions we do not have. Both political parties never mention the $16 TRILLION national debt, accompanied by over $100 Trillion in unfunded mandates. The Senator receives in excess of $3 million per year to spend at his discretion. Furthermore; note the dozens of international trips he takes on a yearly basis, taking advantage of world class Fine Dining and Hotels at taxpayer expense. Conservative you say?
2.    Boozman voted for the unconstitutional Patriot Acts on 2 occasions which shred the 1st, 4th, & 10th Amendments.
3.    He voted for the Military Commissions Act which attacks Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus.
4.    He voted for “Homegrown Terrorist Act”, that allows the U. S. Federal Government to seize American citizens and do as they please in any number of violent procedures.
5.    He voted for “Rendition”—kidnapping and even violent forms of torture—an absolutely un-American, heinous Act demonstrating how corrupt and uncivil the American policing agencies are and quite frankly magnifies their morally bankrupt philosophies and actions, e.g. by relying on information provided by such insidious institutions as the Southern Poverty Law Center.
6.    He voted for the National Defense Authorization Act that guarantees the Feds the ability to spy on American citizens in any number of ways, most particularly the use of killer drones.  The NSA has just outfitted F-16’s to be used as attack drones—Spy & Fry. Recall NSA Director James Clapper was caught lying when he denied the SPYING on Americans.

Senator John Boozman is a neoconservative—“eternal war for eternal peace”, every bit as destructive as the Cultural Marxist Democrats’ redistribution of citizen assets.  He and his kind are the enemies of American freedom; not the Iraqis, not the Pakis, not the Afghans, not the Libyans, not the Egyptians, not the Somalis, and most certainly not the Syrians—where is the evidence Senator Boozman??? Not to be omitted are the proposals for an all-out attack on Iran’s phantom nuclear projects being orchestrated by Israel’s warmonger Benjamin Netanyahu.  Boozman states the blowing up of all the aforementioned sovereign nations is justified, in addition to the murder and maiming of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, not to mention our own troop casualties in the name of the PHONY “WAR ON TERRORISM”.

Additionally, what is Boozman’s position on the gun walking Fast & Furious disgrace, the Benghazi massacre, the criminally corrupt IRS, the “Justice” Department’s data mining invasion of national media, and finally Obama’s unilateral attack on Libya and orchestration of the overthrow of the recent duly elected Egyptian President Morsi?

His attacks on American youth by supporting Bush’s No Child Left Behind and Obama’s Common Core can only be construed as high crimes against our school age children.

Like a giant Anaconda he is squeezing and suffocating American freedoms.

A TALE OF TWO CITIES—Freedom you say?

FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS—THE NEW INTERNATIONAL CITADEL FOR ASSASSINATIONS & SPYING.                        September 7, 2013

The horrific transformation of the town of Fort Smith from legal hangings to rogue assassinations & spying… e.g. back in the day Judge Isaac Parker, in the pursuit of justice, would send out a U.S. Marshall, perhaps Bass Reeves, to apprehend the alleged criminal.  Said criminal would be formally charged according to the U.S. Constitution and tried in a duly assembled court of law and found either innocent or guilty according to hard evidence. In the case of guilt, punishment in accordance to established law would be meted out.

Fast forward to the 21st Century where enemies or perceived enemies of the United States are spied upon without the suspect’s knowledge and/or assassinated. The Fort Smith 188th Fighter Squadron is now a “24 hour combat operation” (Drone Targeting).  All in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and US law.   It is not uncommon for the U.S. government establishment to kidnap individuals who have been subjected to spying to be whisked off to another land to be imprisoned, tortured, and in some cases, disposed of…all without knowledge of family, friends, or acquaintances.

The use of drones and the individuals associated with their use and more specifically their pilots & Sensors are nothing more than savages. To underscore and prove the statement is the fact that the presence of religious & mental health counselors is deemed a necessary component of the heinous drone operation.

Drones spy on American citizens. Recall NSA Director James Clapper was caught lying when he denied the spying on Americans. The U.S. government has no credibility.  Suppose for example, you are sitting in a restaurant or in a venue of entertainment and the individual or individuals sitting next to you and your party could very likely be operators of the drone’s joysticks & sensors who could be looking in your bedroom window. Sobering.  The corrupt federal government is turning American against American and in so doing is conditioning Americans to accept the savagery that has been ordained and promulgated by most if not all U.S. government agencies.

Americans have sat idly by while former presidents have destroyed our hard earned reputation for peace and prosperity, e.g. Bill Clinton destroying Serbia; George Bush destroying Iraq, Afghanistan & any number of sovereign states and passing unconstitutional laws that trash our Constitution and our sensibilities; Barack Hussein Obama has used the criminal platform that Bush, et al established for his egregious attack on Libya and the resulting Benghazi incident. Syria & Iran are now in his sights.

How many innocent men, women & children have been executed & maimed by U.S. drones?  Our nation is on a course “Back to the Jungle” and surely will reap its full depth if Americans do not arise and slap down the criminally corrupt American government, elected, non-elected and appointed.

The degree of criminal corruption can be calibrated on recent happenings and no punishment delivered to the individuals responsible for the crimes:

1.    The “Fast & Furious” gun-walking project of the ATF (Justice Dept.)…a Border Patrol agent dead along with hundreds of Mexicans.
2.    The unilateral action taken by President Obama in his destruction of Libya resulting in the murders of 4 Americans, thousands of Libyans, and the displacement of hundreds of thousands…and still no transparency.
3.    The phony murder of Osama bin Laden and the curious deaths of Seal Team 6 who allegedly killed bin Laden.   Bin Laden, a dialysis patient evidently died twice, the first in 200l and second in 2011.
4.    Then there are the matters of the millions upon millions of data mining endeavors by the National Security Agency (NSA), e.g. the Associated Press as well as individuals globally.
5.    The scurrilous activities of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) targeting Tea Party & Patriot Organizations.
6.    The staged overthrow of Egyptian President Mubarak. 
7.    Obama and any number of neoconservative Republicans, in the case of Arkansas newly minted Congressman Tom Cotton, wanting to attack Syria which can be categorized in the same vein as the use of drones.  Cotton is a menace to the citizens of Arkansas and the nation.

It is difficult to understand why Americans sit idly by and allow ourselves to be indoctrinated for the unbridled implementation of savagery, while losing our freedoms.

We are in no way the beautiful Republic the Founders molded.  We are steadily evolving into a nation of self-serving parasites (government), misfits, ne’er-do-wells & predators.

Will we survive?  No chance until we rid ourselves of the long term sitting politicians, bureaucrats and the military/industrial complex.  The United States is now the global enemy of freedom while injecting fear, destruction, and death.

Drones are prison wardens.

The Life & Times of Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY) and Senator Bob Corker (R-TN)
Engel & Corker appeared on Chris Wallace Sunday evening news program.    August 26, 2013

What a spectacle!

The news program centered around the travails of Egypt & Syria—all inflicted by the U.S.

Engel first:  In the matter of Syria opined that “time was of the essence” & the U.S. must immediately send in rocketry and then strafe their airfields.  Then he backtracked and said “we can use our air force and destroy their air force…we must act now.   Engel never said why the U.S. must attack Syria, but he didn’t have to, Engel is an Israel-firster, and by all means let the U.S. continue to fight Israel’s wars.

Then came along Sen. Bob Corker with a statement for the ages in his comments regarding Egypt. Sen. Corker allowed that the reason things were going bad in Egypt was simply because the U.S. was in too big a hurry to create democracy there. Huh?

12 years later, since the U.S. criminal attacks on Iraq and just think of all the countries that have been democratized by the U.S.  Not in any particular order: Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, ad infinitum. Yeah, right!

Wonder if minding our business ever occurred to these legislative whiz kids?

The above is a microcosm of the stupidity that our elected representatives are steeped in—warmongering stupidity, all brought to American citizens by Clinton, Bush II, and now the Marxist Obama.

Name one good thing that has come from all the murder and destruction.

P.S.  Circa 67 freshmen congressmen very recently traveled to Israel to receive their marching orders from Benjamin Netanyahu.  He instructed the neophytes they had better honor all the demands of Israel, else AIPAC, ADL, AJL and the other 40 or so attack squads of the Israelis would take them out the next election.

In all probability the luxurious trip was paid for by American taxpayers, e.g. part of the $3 Billion the government dumps into Israel yearly.

Fox Business—The Lou Dobbs Show—8/8/13

DIAL M FOR MURDER                            August 12, 2013

Two of Mr. Dobbs’ guests were former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton and editorialist Judith Miller.  Their particular portion of the Dobbs show dealt with the utilization of drones for the purpose of murdering.   I use the word murder instead of killing for the following reasons.

Bolton & Miller used the following words with reference to the frying of 4 Yemenis suspected of being members of Al Quada.  Other words with the same connotation as “suspected” are: Believed, Assumed, Appears, Alleged, Likelihood, & Reported.

The two armchair assassins, as is the case with the U.S. government, pretend the aforementioned words confer the authority to murder.  The word Assume is one of the most dangerous words in the English language.

In concluding remarks made by Judith Miller…”I am comfortable with the drones for these types of incursions”.   Bolton used similar expressions…..These views are held by the Obama administration and any number of Republicans.  Chilling?  You bet!  What purpose does it serve for Miller to be “comfortable” as a complicit armchair murderer?

Miller & Bolton both used the words Assumes, Suspected, & Believed on numerous occasions.

Their utterances and the ease and callousness with which they spoke regarding murder were indeed chilling and demonstrate vividly the degradation into which America has descended.  After all Miller & Bolton are talking about human beings of whom they know nothing for sure.  There is no proof these human targets are armed combatants, indeed there is proof that many are not, including children.

This is civilized behavior?  These two mouthpieces and the U.S. government are morally bankrupt. This is the same bunch who wants Manning’s & Snowden’s hides.  These people have no shame.

Mr. Dobbs questioned the ethics and morality of such tactics.

What kind of system and what kind of people wish to punish, even execute, anyone who reveals their destructive secrets?  The same psychopathic scum that always rises to the top of the pot in the quest for riches & power. How ironic that the heroes of today are very young men instead of the wise older Elders?  Bradley Manning & Edward Snowden, young men in their 20’s, have put their lives, honor, and fortunes on the line to inform & alert the American citizens and those across the world of the evil activities of the world’s largest super power, the USA.

Witness the vitriolic attacks on these young men, even in the face of the evidence produced largely because of their actions, that the U.S. government is engaged in any number of unconstitutional, ill-conceived, wicked, intrusive, tyrannical activities, e.g. spying on the masses of individuals who make up the population of this country and this world for the purposes of punishment & control, clearly unconstitutional which is why they trash it at every opportunity.

Even though their whistleblowing revelations have not been known to harm anyone physically, they have exposed the rotten underbelly of a bloated, festering mechanism which wields the power of life or death over billions of individuals. For that, they must be severely punished we are told.  The War Machine is furious, as is the Surveillance Machine for example…they do NOT want the truth about their intentions and actions to be known, especially by the taxpaying slaves who subsidize them and even duped into dying for them in their unlawful attacks on foreign countries who have done us no harm. After all, who are WE THE PEOPLE to be aware of & to judge Elite Officials’ actions?

 â€œTerrorists” have taken the place of the constant threat of the return of fearsome Farmer Jones in Animal Farm, or the perpetual war between Oceania, Eurasia, & Eastasia of “1984”.  These continual propagandist inventions designed to incite fear, trembling & reliance on the “leaders” enabled them to control the compliant masses and give them the patriotic thrill of trampling on helpless victims (sound familiar? It should). The people are taught to accept their lot in life of low standards of living compared to the elites in order to make possible the glorious victories. The people know they are expected to make “sacrifices” for noble causes….they always have been since the beginning of time.

Not even the best of the Science Fiction writers could foresee the terrible consequences of such technology as we have today in the hands of the incompetent and/or the purposeful pathological destroyers. 

The Cultural Marxist “March through the Institutions” laid the Collectivist groundwork and sophisticated high technology delivered the means to rule, steal, cheat, torture, maim and murder in unimaginable numbers.  Any competent dictator knows the value of Censorship, i.e. the rewriting of history to fit the agenda and surveillance as a prime means of controlling the masses.

Will American citizens and others across the globe fall for the propaganda being spewed by nearly every source or will they have the courage to face the truth, to look tyranny in its ugly face and refuse to go along to get along?

Manning & Snowden provided the world with knowledge, are they to be imprisoned & tortured as Galileo was?  We all know the answer to that question.  The new Dark Ages are upon us and Might is Right and Attila the Hun are making a speedy come-back while the once beneficiaries of liberty silently stand by, terrified of the dreaded smear of a word—RACISM! Oh yes, throw in the word ANTI-SEMITE as well.

Whatever happened to the old adage of “Sticks & Stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me”?  Those nursery rhyme words came from an 1862 edition of a publication put out by the African Methodist Episcopal Church teaching that name calling does not merit physical retaliation, i.e. in a little over 100 years the Black community, due to Political Correctness has totally reversed their insightfully true message to one of insidious, menacing intent.

From Paula Deen’s “N” word to Snowden/Manning we now find that not only are WORDS alone punishable to the extreme but exposure of government criminality calls for even execution….welcome to 1984 on steroids. We are now to believe that WORDS are worse than criminal action………….Sheer Insanity.

Do politicians ever speak the unvarnished truth, maybe half-truths, occasionally. August 10, 2013

U.S. Representative Rick Crawford (R-AR) & U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama are the latest half-truthers or absolute un-truthers.

The Fort Smith Times Record, in a lead story—“Crawford Visits Mexican Border”

1.     Congressman Crawford on his claim to have visited the Mexican border contiguous with the U.S. If an elected official was really serious about border security, why would he visit San Diego as opposed to Sasabe & Naco, AZ. ad infinitum, where no border barriers exist except in some cases a 3 strand barbed wire fence laying on the ground as a result of being trampled by hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and the literally thousands of tons of garbage they have divested themselves of after entering our country illegally.

Crawford’s visit apparently began & ended in San Diego where there is a 13 mile stretch of double fencing.  How courageous & insightful.  Crawford states, in this context, “that security has improved by leaps & bounds, but convinced more needs to be done”.   In point of fact, our porous southwestern borders have deteriorated mightily since Obama’s advent.   Border Patrol agents have been dramatically reduced, a freeze on arrest of illegals, and releasing infinite numbers of illegals, etc. For every illegal apprehended, 3 eluded. 
 
All politicians, when the subject of border security is discussed, end up with the same talking points, e.g. “border security comes in at a high cost of about $5 million per mile”.  That statement alone by Crawford and others should fly in the face of every American for this one of many reasons—the U.S. military engulfs the globe securing endless numbers of foreign borders while spending trillions, and Rep. Crawford has the audacity to speak of money while our very sovereignty and culture is at stake.

 Representative Crawford spotlights the fact that the Gang of Eight’s Republic destroying bill Act 744 calls for 700 miles of new fencing.  Question: Is Representative Crawford unaware that congress passed a law in 2006 that demanded the U.S. construct a 700 miles of new fencing along our southwestern border?  As of this date 33 miles have been constructed.

And finally, not to continue this expose, it should be noted that Crawford has also introduced legislation to deal with migrant farm workers to establish a program where they could enter the U.S. legally for 11 months per year.  This opportunity will be taken to inform Rep. Crawford that there are at least 23 million unemployed American citizens and 25-35 million illegal aliens residing on U.S. soil and finally, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture statistics show that less than 3% of food crops are harvested by foreign nationals.

Is Rep. Crawford ignorant of or has he been in the House long enough to be classified as an unctuous fellow short on truths?

As predicted U.S. Congressmen Eric Cantor & Bob Goodlatte are caving on the issue of amnesty for the offspring of illegals—the Party of Irrelevance.

Now a few words regarding the American Czar, aka the President of the U.S. 
Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, today’s edition.  “Spy Programs Must Change, Obama Says”.

2.    President Obama denying any knowledge of the massive surveillance programs and the plural must be emphasized here, that the U.S. is engaged in, nationally & globally, he has called for changes to the many governmental surveillance programs and the creation of a panel of outside experts to assess ways to give U.S. citizens confidence their civil liberties are protected. Obama does not say anything at all about reduction, just changes.

Why didn’t Obama simply state  that he was discontinuing the use of the 30,000 drones over flying the U.S. and there would be no further wiretapping of the various forms of communications of U.S. citizens and the mammoth storage facility in Utah destroyed?

Surveillance programs of American citizens will not be altered simply because the POI is in lockstep with the Democrat Party which insures the continuance of the growing military/industrial complex.

If any American is fool enough to believe anything coming from the mouth of Obama or the mouths of the U.S. Congress then they rightfully should be called ignorant fools.

SO VERY QUIET ON THE FT. SMITH & AMERICAN HOMEFRONT—WHY?  FEAR, IGNORANCE, COMPLICITY,COWARDICE, POLITICAL CORRECTNESS, ETC.        August 8, 2013

When is the coming-out party for newly anointed Fort Smith 188th Spy & Fry Squadron?

It was prophesized that August, 2013 is the month American citizens’ newest enemy would launch their unconstitutional & unconscionable mission of Spying on fellow citizens, ensconced with the added capability to Fry same, all made possible by the U.S. President who has declared he possesses these UNCONSTITUTIONALLY FORBIDDEN RIGHTS.  His administration has used these powers to oppress & murder U.S. citizens.  This can only be described as an executive coup.  To enlarge on this crime wave the L.A. Times and other news outlets headline this attack, “Drone strike in Yemen kills 4 suspected Al-Qaeda”.  Note the word SUSPECTED.  Translation—murder.

Terror as defined: Intense fear caused for the purpose of coercing or subduing.  Americans have been conditioned/indoctrinated to accept any and all criminal acts the federal government has given birth to. Chilling is the fact there is no public outcry regarding the deadly use of drones to data mine every American citizen.
The former courageous 188th Fighter Squadron has been reduced to an enemy of liberty.  Recall the Pentagon’s announcement that 30,000 drones would overfly the U.S. for the specific purpose of spying on every American under the guise of keeping citizens safe from “terrorists”, when in reality the U.S. government & its various agencies, e.g. the NSA, are the real enemies of freedom.

Topically speaking how do you describe the mental make-up of an individual who sits in a cubicle and spies on his friends, neighbors and countrymen with instructions to kill on command utilizing drones?

Senators Mark Pryor & John Boozman and Rep. Steve Womack had a heavy hand in the transformation of an American defending force (the 188th) into a traitorous Spy/Fry network. Through the efforts of unscrupulous politicians who have been reelected for decades have most certainly sent our former preeminent republic into a nosedive to the abyss wrapped in depravity. Long term incumbent politicians are the terminal disease, certainly not the cure for the unconstitutional and the criminal conduct of the American government.

Americans have surely descended into THE STATE OF DEPRAVITY under the false flag guise of a “war on terrorism”. America, formerly a peace loving republic, has been transformed into a corrupt, money-changing, warmongering machine and its citizens’ thought processes numbed.

Benjamin Franklin, one of America’s Founders opined that they were “giving us a Republic—if we could keep it”.  (we obviously did not)

Pryor, Boozman, & Womack would have Boobus Arkanicus & Boobus Americanicus believe that the newly created merchants of Spying & Frying were the result of “Job Creation”.  Jobs you say, when all matters of human decency are being obliterated, replete with orders from the Czar Barack Obama?

Recalling that Michigan Congressman Justin Amash introduced an amendment to defund the unconstitutional & criminally corrupt NSA…a close vote but Amash’s Amendment failed.  Arkansas Congressmen Cotton, Crawford & Womack voted to continue funding the NSA.  All 3 are neoconservatives with multiple government ties, with the mantra “eternal war for eternal peace”.

The aforementioned three, but not limited to, are the precise reasons our nation is decaying and perpetually warmongering on borrowed Chinese money, accompanied by money printed out of thin air by the Federal Reserve which is a PRIVATE BANKING CONCERN. The current national debt is $17 TRILLION.

What the government has perpetrated is a personal attack on every American citizen—unadulterated savagery monitoring our every move and utterance.  Why?

What next?

Are the members of the 188th conscious of the deadly & immoral game that they are playing…do they understand they are being used and duped? Is that why those in command are promising mental & religious consultations & other forms of professional mental healthcare?

These men and women of the 188th have been indoctrinated by government schools, the media, and other entities to the point they may actually believe they are protecting the citizens from exterior foreign forces, i.e. the phony “war on terror” instituted by former Pres. G. W. Bush and continued by Pres. Barack Obama.
The crime and fallacy of the drone and other spying operations perpetrated against Americans is the fact U.S. military & civilian contractors cover the globe in the numbers of hundreds of thousands claiming they create democracies, while at the same time American forces are destroying the host countries, e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Libya, Egypt, and now Yemen. No declaration of war in any of these instances which the Constitution demands.  The congress long ago abdicated its sworn constitutional duties. Global dominance is their game.

 The same globetrotting U.S. cabal who is trying to work its will on the rest of the world refuses to enforce U.S. rule of law in the matter of U.S. borders by not securing our own national borders and deporting millions of illegals nesting here.  One should only look at elected national officials with utter disdain and contempt due to their unconstitutional, corrupt, self-serving conduct.

Can our nation survive 3 more years of a criminally corrupt rogue U.S. government underpinned by Cultural Marxist Democrats & Neoconservative (warmongering) Republicans? Worshiping at the altar of the feckless Democrat & Republican political parties can only be described as an exercise in stupidity.

Can the 188th Drone Squadron now be aptly called American Terrorists?

WHEN THE WIND BLOWS & THE CASH FLOWS

Do you remember Roger Miller’s song “King of the Road” and the lyrics “Trailers for rent or sale”?  To fit the needs of the U.S. congress simply change the lyrics to “Votes for rent or sale”.     July 31, 2013

It is written “We the people…” but have we the people been erased from the equation, i.e. the American middleclass are never in the conversation dealing with what are THEIR needs? 

The following factual remarks deal with recent ongoing corruption in the U.S. government and what are the positions or non-positions of the Arkansas Six…Senators Pryor & Boozman, Representatives Womack, Crawford, Griffin, & Cotton on the vital issues of Amnesty, National Security Agency, and the Internal Revenue Service, et al.

Amnesty:  Folded into the amnesty question is the proposed legal separation of parents from their children.  There is a wave of pseudo concern that the children of illegals should be granted amnesty.  The U.S. government continues to babble that there are 11 million illegals nesting in our republic.  That is a blatant lie.  Scientific studies conducted in 2004 by the U.S. government & Bear Sterns stated there were as many as 20 million and could go as high as 25 million illegals residing in our republic.

Democrat congressional office holders and any number of Republicans are willing to engage in selective law enforcement while trashing the Constitution with regard to conferring amnesty to children.   To refresh politicians’ minds, the illegals came here on their own free will, understanding full well they were breaking U.S. laws (8 USC, Sections 1324a, 1324c, 1325, & 1644).  Certain U.S. corporations were and are actively engaged in advertising and encouraging (in violation of U.S. law) Mexicans in particular to enter the U.S. illegally. The U.S. government stood by and not only allowed but promulgated these illegal invasions.  American citizens are not ethically, morally or constitutionally obligated to accept another economic and cultural underclass burden.

Furthermore; what this corrupt government is not discussing is the fact that if amnesty is granted to children of illegals, legalization of their parents will occur immediately and they in turn will have the right to bring in the hordes of their immediate families.

Arkansas’ four congressmen, all Republicans, said they are struggling with the issue of amnesty for the young.  Crawford, Griffin, and Womack declined to address the issue.   Votes for sale?

Describing the children of illegals as “Dreamers”, Crawford, Griffin, & Womack expressed a desire to make an accommodation for the “Dreamers”. So tell us legislators, what are your priorities specifically for American kids who are likewise dreamers and have not only fallen through the cracks but many are in a free-fall to the abyss? Where do your allegiances lie?

Womack extended the conversation by bloviating “My heart bleeds for them”.     How touching.

To Crawford, Griffin, & Womack, tell your constituencies and Americans if your hearts are bleeding for the 23 million unemployed Americans, the 4 out of 5 Americans have or are experiencing economic insecurity and distress, and black Americans who in spite of entitlements, set-asides, affirmative action & quotas are worse off than 50 years ago, and citizens hear no meaningful objective discussions emanating from congress on how to reverse the plight of black Americans.  And certainly there are many whites that are experiencing the same straits.   Couple those conditions with the $17 Trillion national debt and the pathetic education American kids are getting partially due to the bulging classrooms of illegals who cannot speak English, not to mention the burgeoning crime and drug scene. 

Your collective statements again: So “you are struggling with the issue of amnesty for the young”. Priorities you say, or do you just lack political guts?

Gentlemen: Cite the constitutional process that permits an illegal act to become a legal act—conferring amnesty on illegal aliens.

To Crawford, Griffin, & Womack, is it your wish to create another massive permanent underclass that  fading middleclass Americans will be forced to subsidize?  Votes for sale or rent?  While Womack’s heart is bleeding, Wal-Mart, Tyson’s, et al are lurking in his congressional district with big money sticks.  No question what Womack will do.

Phase 2:  The matter of the criminally corrupt NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY.  Why should such a harsh description be utilized?  When a federal government agency, in secret rendezvous’ and some not so secret now, thanks to Manning and Snowden, it comes to light that the NSA has destroyed any pretense of privacy in the U.S. & globally, i.e. wiretapping, 30,000 drones overflying the U.S. with orders to spy & fry, and no telling what else.

Congressman Justin Amash (R-MI) introduced a congressional resolution to defund the NSA, it failed 205-217.  Some of NSA’s sordid escapades brought to light by Edward Snowden must have confounded American citizens by the defeat of Congressman Amash’s Amendment.  

How did the 4 Arkansas congressmen vote on the failed amendment to defund the corrupt NSA? Any congressman that refused to defund the NSA is a traitor to the American people.  Recall the 4th Amendment states: THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSONS, HOUSES, PAPERS, AND EFFECTS, AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHES & SEIZURES, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED…..

Congressmen Crawford, Cotton, and Womack are Arkansas’ traitors.  The three have deep roots in  government…the money pit. The three are government men.

Map Light researched and determined that Defense Cash was a better predictor of a member’s vote on the Amash amendment than Party affiliation.   House members, who voted to continue the massive phone/call/metadata/drone spy program, raked in 122% more money from Defense contractors than those who voted to dismantle it.

Law makers who voted to continue the NSA dragnet/surveillance program averaged $41,635 from the pot, whereas House members who voted to repeal authority averaged $18,765.  Votes for sale or rent? Crawford, Cotton, Womack?

Two courageous Americans, Bradley Manning & Edward Snowden, will pay dearly for their patriotic acts of opening the envelope and exposing some of the criminal Genies residing in a criminally corrupt American government and confirming what thinking Americans had already suspicioned.  Americans owe them a debt of gratitude.  U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder wrote in a letter to Russia, dated July 23, 2013, that Snowden “won’t be tortured if handed over to the U.S.”  Why would torture even be a consideration in America? Who are the real criminals?  Is it Manning & Snowden or the federal government—let’s bundle—Pres. Obama unilaterally attacking Libya/Benghazi; Attorney General Eric Holder’s Fast & Furious; the NSA; the IRS, Drones spying & frying; etc. etc.?

The IRS and weapons to the rebels in Syria offers more evidence of the deep rooted depravity and decay that resides in the U.S. government.  The various government agencies have taken on the mantle of City States as evidenced by the fact that congressional committees cannot access the records dealing with Fast & Furious, Benghazi, unilateral attack on Libya by the president, the IRS, the NSA, the DOJ, and the brazen attack launched against the American people in form of amnesty for illegals and refusal to secure our national borders and deport the interlopers. Amnesty must not be conferred and the invaders must assume responsibility for their unlawful conduct and Americans must not be burdened by another layer of Third World failures.

Nothing can be learned from the offices of senators Pryor & Boozman pertaining to the potential for sending arms to the “rebels” in Syria fighting against President Assad, who happens to be a reasonable and stable leader in spite of what government says and not owned by the U.S. In all likelihood the rebels who are assaulting Syria are one in the same that U.S. armed forces have been fighting across the Middle East for 12 years in the phony war on terror.

Multiple phone calls were made on July 29 to the offices of Senators Mark Pryor and John Boozman asking their positions on arms to be sent to the rebels in Syria.  It is easily understandable why our nation is in such a state of decline & decay.  I received nothing resembling an answer nor was I afforded the courtesy of being provided one at some later date.  There was hostility in the voices of Boozman’s crew and they were downright rude.
