Are American citizens Simpletons?  The preponderance of evidence would so indicate, and by the way— those instruments for assassination, i.e. murder in the form of 30,000 drones overflying the U.S.

Observe a microcosm of the composition of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Many have occupied other elective positions.

·    Senator John Boozman=18yrs total
·    Sen. Mark Pryor=18 yrs (Father before him=35 yrs)
·    Sen. Harry Reid=30 yrs
·    Sen. Lindsay Graham=18 yrs
·    Sen. John McCain=30 yrs
·    Congressman Steny Hoyer=32 yrs
·    Sen. Mitch McConnell=28 yrs
·    Sen. Chuck Schumer=33 yrs
·    Sen.  Jim Inhofe=32 yrs
·    Sen. Barbara Boxer=30 yrs
·    Sen. Dick Durbin=30 yrs
·    Sen. Diane Feinstein=23 yrs
       A whopping total of 322 years slopping at the Federal Trough, randomly chosen from a body of 535 federally elected office holders! A majority of the 535 federal office holders have been in more than 20 years…just imagine what the grand total is in years for the 535!!  AND POLITICIANS TALK INCESSANTLY ABOUT EXTENDING TERM LIMITS! 

Are Americans Simpletons?  The case can be made and should be to expose government operatives’ pernicious attacks on our republic.

Are you beginning to get the picture?  The legions of U.S. office holders with 20 or more years of faux “public service” numbers in the thousands. Understand that in the recent presidential election of 2012, American citizens voted to retain 92% of all incumbent federal office holders. More evidence regarding Simpletons.

The above referenced are the very office holders who have all but destroyed our former preeminent republic.  Only Simpletons could believe that the above listed grifters, practicing perfidy at every turn, could or would solve our nations multiple crises that they created and incredibly there is absolutely no intention by the grifters to resurrect our society…all by design. The government’s grand strategy is to erase our national identity.

For openers:

1.    Finances=$16.4 Trillion federal deficit, DOD employees 3.2 million, 60 million on Medicaid, 45 million on food stamps, 7 million in prisons, 40% of K-12 receive free or reduced meals, etc. etc.
2.    Preemptive wars (undeclared) Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mali, Columbia, Somalia, Egypt, Syria, and yet to come, Iran. The United States has become a murdering warmongering nation with a militarized economy which will never be subdued. No talk of cessation of preemptive wars.  The phony wars on terrorism are in the same category with war criminal President George Bush’ attack on Iraq while playing the symphony of “weapons of mass destruction”. Bush’s warmongering activities were under the direction of neocons serving two purposes:
a.    Meet the demands of Israel
b.    To enrich the Military/Industrial Complex
3.     Americans have been sedated by distortions, obfuscations, & outright lies orchestrated by government & media; therefore, a topical overview of the unconstitutional & illegal acts enacted & perpetrated by the U.S. government against American citizens.  Twelve years is the bullet point, meaning that any sitting Congressional office holder who has been in office for 12 or more years is criminally responsible for the following attacks on our person.
a.    The Patriot Acts…nullifies the 4th , 8th , & 10th  Amendments.
b.    The Military Commissions Act…denies the Writ of Habeas Corpus.  This Act is also known as the Torture Authorization Act.
c.    The Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Act…  The Act literally allows government to define any and all crime, including “thought crimes”.
d.    The National Defense Authorization Act…the Act specifically does not protect citizens and allows government to use deadly force, i.e. military might, CIA, FBI, etc. against the people if those in government feel “threatened”.  Deadly force is the prescribed therapy. The NDAA empowers the president to institute assassination, i.e. murder at his whim globally and here in the U.S. It denies legal counsel, the right to trial, imprisonment in international locations, etc.
e.    HR 658 allows for 30,000 drones to overfly the U.S. for surveillance purposes…not for citizen safety.
f.    My hometown of Ft. Smith, AR in all likelihood will have a squadron of drones based at the local airport/Ft. Chaffee (?).  Some citizens are salivating at the chance to continue to have a military presence in our city which will provide a few hundred government jobs (positions). Absent is conversation regarding the purpose of the drones being based in this locale.  News stories speak of a “Targeting Squadron” to compliment the drones and that speaks volumes regarding the purpose of the “drone mission”.  For Simpletons, what is the mission?  No public explanation of what the “mission” is?   The mission quite obviously is to kill.  If citizen deliberation should occur it would be hoped that the brevity of the government mission would become apparent and all celebrations cease. Drones & Targeting Squadrons have the capacity to pit Americans against Americans, friends against friends, always ending in violence using deadly force.  All the above listed Congress persons voted for all the enumerated terroristic Acts directed at American citizens, but not limited to.
g.    The U.S. has been invaded for decades by 3rd World nationals and the elected slugs (at all levels) have refused to enforce U.S. law (8USC) which demands the securing U.S. borders and punishing those entering and those hiring. The real “Terrorists” are the 3rd World illegal invaders and their enablers, and many of 1st & 2nd generation legal immigrants who refuse to acculturate in any serious manner. Each ethnic group fans the flames for their culture, heritage, etc. Diversity is a destroyer of nations and in this case our U.S. Constitution and our Western Civilization.  
h.    If there were truly a “war on terrorism” our borders would be sealed.

There is no intention to secure our national borders regardless of what is said to us by politicians and media.  Eight Senators were appointed to present a plan for “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” that would resolve the illegal & legal immigration crisis. As previously stated existing laws are already in place to accomplish all facets of the illegal 3rd World crisis. Again, Federal Law 8 USC, Sections 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644. The question must be asked, why are existing federal laws not enforced and why does no elected official or bureaucrat ever refer to the specific laws?

The appointment of the 8 U.S. senators is nothing but a low-budget tragedy, but acted out by world class lying thespians.  Listed below is the “Gang of Eight”.

1.    Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
2.    Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL)
3.    Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ)
4.    Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO)
5.    Sen. John McCain (R-AZ)
6.    Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC)
7.    Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ)
8.    Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)

Note: Included in the Gang of Eight, 2 Hispanics (one of which hired an illegal alien sex-offender & may be involved in child pornography, one an Anchor Baby); 2 Open-border warmongers; 1 born in India, 2 with Jewish roots.   Who of you could possibly believe the Gang of Eight will resolve the immigration crisis in a manner acceptable to middleclass Americans?  Perhaps, Simpletons.  The Democrats get votes & the Republicans cheap labor.

What the majority of the 535 duly elected Congressional persons have blessed us with are: assassins, the practice of torture, preemptive wars (eternal war for eternal peace), uncontrolled spending, insurmountable debt, unbridled immigration, massive unemployment, huge pockets of poverty, militarization of all policing agencies, false flag operations, socialized medicine (Obamacare), government schools, gun-running, the nullification of the 4th, 8th, & 10th Amendments, along with an assault on the 1st & 2nd Amendments and the entire U.S. Constitution. Political Correctness and thought/hate crimes Acts have irreparably damaged the 1st Amendment.

Is this the America you want?  It’s the America we have, brought to us by Simpletons directed by corrupt self-serving government.

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Editor Paul Greenberg vs. the Arkansas Rubes     January 29, 2013

Another monthly illegal immigration screed directed at, as Greenberg routinely portrays, us southern rubes, in this case, Arkansas rubes by Pulitzer Prize winning editor Paul Greenberg. 

He opens his diatribe by stating “You know the sputtering types who go a little crazy on the subject of illegal immigration in this country?” Editor Greenberg destroyed his whole attack when he used the phrase illegal immigration in introducing his editorial.  Certainly we rubes go a little crazy re Illegal immigration…it is unconstitutional, it’s against numerous U.S. laws, it is the driving force to 3rd World status paralleled with the dissolution of our sovereignty and of course, absent from his distortions is the fact that unbridled 3rd World immigration is destroying American culture which is the foundation that permitted our republic to achieve global preeminence.

It is strange that a Pulitzer Prize winner can openly flout existing U.S. immigration law which is a frontal assault on middleclass Americans and our sovereignty without penalty. Greenberg and his tribe are the instigators of mass immigration, legal & illegal, with the goal of destroying Western Civilization and he & his tribe are approaching their goal.

It is reported that 8 U.S. Senators, traitors’ all/sell-outs, are in the process of crafting amnesty legislation which will confer indemnity and ultimate citizenship to 25-35 million (not the government’s 12 million) illegal Mexcans (Greenberg’s pronunciation, not mine) & OTM’s.   The 8 traitors are 4 Democrats (Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Robert Menendez (the senator who had in his employee an illegal Hispanic sex offender which was not arrested until after the Nov. presidential election), Michael Bennett) & 4 Republican POI’s* (John McCain, Lindsay Graham, Jeff Flake, Marco Rubio)…Senator Marco Rubio R-POI) FL. is the darling front man for the traitorous eight. Senator Rubio states he is for some level (?) of significant operational control of the border—translation, little or no control.  Rubio is calling for gigantic increases in legal immigration to a level of 1.9 million per year, double what we have now.  Senator Rubio is not a natural born citizen. Rubio’s maternal grandfather came here illegally, in all likelihood his parents came illegally also and were residents for 19 years before becoming naturalized. Why did they wait so long? Rubio was 4 years old before his parents became citizens.  Obviously Rubio is  Hispanic and an anchor baby; therefore whose interests do you believe he will represent? 

Editor Greenberg speaks of a flame-out.  That of course is the report issued by The Rockefeller Foundation which spewed the alleged values that illegals have conferred on our state & nation, e.g. cheap labor for Tyson’s (et al), funding for Catholic Charities/sanctuaries, the Chambers of Commerce/corporate welfare, etc.  Never did the ultra-liberal foundation acknowledge the real cost to American taxpayers, e.g. Food Stamps, free healthcare, free pre-natal and delivery care & all ancillary services, incarcerations, drug distribution, gangs, funding for anti-American racist groups such as La Raza (The Race), and oh yes, education if you really can call it that?  A quotation explains what the illegal 3rd World invasion has done to American children’s minds….“In one century we went from teaching Latin and Greek in high school to offering remedial English in college” – Joseph Sobran   Now the 8 treacherous U.S. Senators not only want to confer citizenship on 25-35 million illegals but they also want to double the number of high-tech legal visas which will never be accounted for, displacing American workers and as per usual they will be swallowed up into the general population. The 8 senators state that high-tech legal visas will amount to a 6 ½% increase, what is not said is spouses & children are not included in the 6 ½% and factors out to be a 25% increase, not 6 ½%.  Any real American high-tech shortages fall directly on the heads of the government education cabal.

Greenberg is actively salting the citizens’ mines and fanning the flames for a multicultural circus, certainly not embracing the Constitution & the Rule of Law.

Rereading Greenberg’s article a number of times, the silliness and outright untruths he perpetuates are simply preposterous.

In an obtuse reference to Emma Lazarus, i.e. “give me your tired…..” — a Cri-de-Coeur against Russian pogroms, Greenberg is making an underhanded reference to an inscription on the Statue of Liberty which was a much later add-on (1903). We are under no obligation constitutionally or morally to overrun our republic with 3rd World nationals.  For Greenberg and his readers, the Statue of Liberty (1886) was a gift from France to honor the centennial of American Independence.

Greenberg would have us rubes believe he is ”Suthuhn” (his spelling/Times Dispatch) but his thinly veiled insults prove otherwise, in spite of his excellent articles on General R.E. Lee.

Our heritage, culture & rule of law are by far the grandest assets that American’s possess and we are in the throes of frittering them away, compliments of self-serving politicians, media, churches, ethnic groups, et al.

More vitriol & misleading remarks emanating from the pen of Ark. Democrat-Gazette editor Paul Greenberg  aimed at state Rep. Denny Altes (R)            December 30, 2012

Rep. Altes apparently plans to introduce a bill that will require federal agencies to get the local sheriff’s approval—in writing—before daring to conduct any kind of search—and—seizure mission in the sovereign state of Arkansas.   Editor Greenberg inserts the word “once” before sovereign state of Arkansas.  His reasoning of course is his leadership in bringing illegal Mexican aliens and OTM’s to our state en masse dissolving our sovereignty and creating a glob of 3rd World welfare seekers, while he and the Ark. Democrat-Gazette openly violate 8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.

Greenberg, rather than addressing the specifics of the proposed bill speaks of crimes that occurred in the south and cute phrases, e.g. unreconstructed confederate, while denigrating Rep. Altes. Greenberg continually talks about Altes being an embarrassment—to whom and why?

Editor Greenberg fails to mention that county sheriffs are the chief law enforcement agents of a county and their authority supersedes that of federal agencies.  County sheriffs have long allowed federal agencies to steamroll their authorities; therefore it appears that the point of Rep. Altes’ bill is to stimulate sheriffs to fulfill their sworn constitutional duties.

From my vantage point and from any Arkansan who is familiar with the county sheriff’s role in law enforcement would and will applaud the efforts of Rep. Altes and here is why.  Federal law enforcement agencies are often corrupt to the core…money laundering, kidnapping, assassinations, torture, imprisonment without legal recourse, search & seizure without warrants, surveillance by drones, etc. etc. Hate crimes Bill, National Defense Authorization Act, Patriot Acts, and the Military Commissions Act, for openers.

I have not spoken with Rep. Altes regarding his proposed bill but the above are my concerns and I applaud his efforts and courage.  It should be noted here that Editor Paul Greenberg’s tribe has been the progenitor of most of the above attacks on Americans’ freedoms and property.

I sincerely hope that Greenberg’s vitriolic attacks on Rep. Altes and his accompanying cutting silliness will not deter Rep. Altes one iota.

For Rep. Altes to command such attention—the Southern Manifesto Interposition, Nullification, Sen. J. Wm. Fulbright, Asa Carter, George Wallace, the Confederacy, Bad Old Days, Neshoba county MS, NAACP, etc. etc. Altes must have hit Greenberg’s hot button. 

By the way Editor Greenberg, in all the details you showed Altes in your hit piece, you should know Altes is a Representative, not a Senator.

Kudos to Ark. State Representative Loy Mauch’s (R) dissertation on secession and its relation to the U.S. Constitution appearing in the Ark. Democrat-Gazette today.        December 28,2012

I begin with, and Rep. Mauch concludes his article with the following quote of Patrick Henry, “The first thing I have at heart is American liberty; the second thing is American union.” In a liberty-based society, liberty always trumps government! (Bravo, Rep. Mauch!)

Extricating a number of Rep. Mauch’s statements regarding secession and the U.S. Constitution, recall at each juncture those words of Patrick Henry and make a determination where the American citizen position’s himself referencing Patrick Henry’s utterings.

Rep. Mauch quoted Thomas Jefferson in his writings of the Declaration of Independence “That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government…”

All states have the right to secede and some reserve the right to secede in their constitutions, for instance Texas, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut.
Rep. Mauch alludes to a prolific author, William Rawle of Pennsylvania, friend and confidant of George Washington and Benjamin Franklin. Rawke stated in oratory and the written word that secession is decided by the will of the people of their respective states and not by congress or a president.

It is patently obvious that President Abraham Lincoln willfully violated the U.S. Constitution in any number of instances, but most flagrantly in his war against the south. When the South surrendered in 1865 Lincoln continued his brutal killings & destruction by ordering Generals Grant, Sherman, and Sheridan to burn the South to the ground and further pursuing with his vicious attacks on Indian tribes. 

Arkansas did not recover from the War Between the States until the 1980’s and still suffers the stigma. The war was not a war to free slaves, it was about taxes & control…sound familiar? Freedom for slaves without bloodshed was rapidly evolving.
Quoting again from Rep. Mauch, “the folly of the secession petitions is it seems citizens are requesting permission to divorce themselves from the federal government. No state needs this authorization from their respective partners, and if one does not have the right to secede it is no longer free.”

The question now becomes, should any number of the several states implement secession? Are transgressions against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights substantive enough to institute the process of secession?  In that same vein, is the U.S. Federal Government, top down, constitutionally and morally fit to serve American citizens?

Following is a partial list of constitutional criminality and in many cases criminal, impeachable offenses that appear to be more than enough for a citizen-led effort to secede.

Most of the U.S. Congress & Senators have served decades in their respective bodies and the past two presidents, specifically, are primarily responsible for the economic & military quagmire in which we find ourselves. With that said it is sheer folly to believe the 3 self-serving, anti-constitutional  aforementioned bodies will solve the multiple crises where we find ourselves.  Therefore; the list begins:

1.    A $16.4 Trillion debt, coupled with $75-100 Trillion unfunded mandates, i.e. Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security…while the bloating escalates.

2.    Undeclared nation building wars under the guise of “wars on terrorism”, which are in fact nothing more than unilateral murdering.  Recall the military strike on Libya that President Obama unilaterally started and said would last days not weeks. The destruction has reached nearly a year, with Syria and Iran in the sights of the federal government.  Our republic is  nothing more than a warmongering machine.  Neo-conservative Republicans (e.g. McCain & Graham) are the current driving force for “eternal war for eternal peace”.  The Republican Party has earned the name “the party of irrelevancy” and further note the Republican Party, and why not, revels in stating they are the Party of Lincoln.  Lincoln was responsible for killing at least 600,000.
3.    The Patriot Acts—The Military Commissions Act—Posse Comitatas—Habeas Corpus—either dissolved or instituted against Americans, removing freedoms, privacy, the right of legal recourse.
4.    The National Defense Authorization Act—as horrific as anything Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin had to offer (a price tag of $640.5 Billion—an unfathomable figure): Citizen surveillance and assassination by drones, removal in the dark of night, imprisonment for undetermined amount of time, no legal recourse, etc. etc. etc. (What kind of an American would engage in this type of heinous behavior?) These activities can be and are used against American citizens. President Barack Obama has ordained himself as our country’s number one Assassinator.  The Act is in no way a defensive Act…it funds a killing machine.
5.    If the above were truly a defense authorization Act, why is our Southern border as open as a sieve allowing millions of Mexican and 3rd world OTM’s to invade our sovereignty?
6.    Why does the U.S. Federal Government not enforce U.S. law 8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644?  There are between 25-35 million illegal 3rd World nationals residing in the U.S. and drawing down on every welfare program known to Americans and others specially crafted for illegals.  Now the Ark. State House & Senate, with all the above in full view, are poised to put another ¼ million Medicaid deadbeats on the backs of suffering middleclass Arkansans.
7.    National Socialized Medicine (Obamacare) encompassing huge costs, rationing of health care, and necessarily enormous tax increases on everyone.
8.    President Obama is a Marxist Communist with undergirding provided by the Democrat Party and enabled by the spineless Republican Party, i.e. the Party of Irrelevancy.
9.    Our citizens suffering mightily while federal officials & electees dump billions in what they call “foreign aid” e.g. $3 billion dispensed to that postage stamp of terror Israel, Dec. 5, 2012.
10.    The United Nations  influences on the U.S. behavior, e.g. Agenda 21
11.    The Anti-terrorism surveillance law…60,000 drones overflying the U.S.  (By the way, who are the terrorists?  This act along with others has made a farce of the 4th & 10th amendments.

Does the above, either individually or collectively, merit the attention of Arkansans specifically and Americans generally, to seriously, objectively debate the idea of secession?  Unfortunately, huge segments of our society are ignorant, lazy, dumbed-down, self-satisfied, and/or married to one or the other corrupt political parties—then ask yourself, why do citizens continue to reelect cycle after cycle incumbent legislative zeroes who have authored & constructed all of the attacks against Arkansans/Americans, e.g. Ark. Senators Boozman & Pryor, and our 3 congressional incumbents?

Secession anyone?

U.S. states remain sovereign

LITTLE ROCK — Much has been
written and discussed on the issue of secession petitions in the past
few weeks, and it seems that very few citizens on either side of the
argument understand the facts concerning this right. The first and
foremost truth that should be acknowledged regarding this topic is the
verdict of secession being legal or illegal. Since this issue comes
under the jurisdiction of the American Constitution, let’s start in
1776.

After a long train of tyrannical acts by England, the colonists
started seriously discussing a separation from the British empire. As we
should all know by now, Thomas Jefferson penned the Declaration of
Independence, which offered a legal defense for secession. Mr. Jefferson
plainly stated: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to
abolish it, and to institute new Government. . . .” Most people only
read the preamble to this magnificent American document, but one needs
to read it completely to fully understand what the colonists were
rightfully aggrieved over and their need for a secession from England.

After winning our War of Independence, the now-sovereign states
drafted and ratified the Articles of Confederation as their newly formed
government, our first Union. Note that not one state was coerced into
joining this confederacy. The Articles of Confederation stated that it
would form a “perpetual union,” but the union it created was not
perpetual. It lasted from March 1, 1781, until all the states that were
members of it had seceded from it to form a new union under the
Constitution of 1787. Again, not one state was coerced into joining the
new union or remaining a sovereign state.

After nine states, individually and not collectively, had ratified
the Constitution of 1787, this new government was now the law of the
land, but recognized only by those states that ratified it in their
respective state conventions. Furthermore several states specifically
reserved in their state constitutions the right of secession, and this
reservation, according to the rules of law, was ensured to the benefit
of the other states as well. A denial of the right of secession is a
denial of sovereignty, and secession was an obvious power reserved to
the states under the 10th Amendment.

A definitive explanation of all of this is a book titled A View of
the Constitution, written by federal abolitionist judge, William Rawle
of Pennsylvania, who was a contemporary of George Washington and
Benjamin Franklin and their personal friend. Mr. Rawle devotes an entire
chapter on how a state may lawfully secede from the American Union. He
plainly states that this event is decided by the will of the people of
their respective states and not by Congress or a president. Also,
Article VI of the Constitution articulates “that this Constitution . . .
shall be the supreme Law of the Land.”

Most people wrongly consider that the war in 1861 settled the issue
of secession forever. According to Article V of the Constitution, only
three-fourths of the several states can ratify or alter this document,
not the U.S. military, the president, Congress or the judiciary. In
other words, if secession was legal before the Civil War, it still is
today. Also, for any action to be deemed as unlawful, it must be
codified in law. That’s why we have elected representatives at the state
and federal level; to make certain actions illegal such as murder,
arson, robbery, speeding, texting while driving, etc. According to my
study of American history, no Congress yet has made it a crime to agree

SAVING THE REPUBLIC—IT AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN, E.G POLITICAL CRONYISM, I.E.  A PROTECTION RACKET         December 4, 2012

In order to save the Republic it would require strict enforceable laws regarding term limits, accompanied by severe limitations on how long a politician could serve in any public capacity.  Also these laws would be enforced by mandates which would carry severe punishment for Constitutional, legislative, ethical and citizen abuse, i.e. actions that are contra to individual rights and property.

Politicians have long thrown out the bait which most citizens have whole-heartedly swallowed, parroting the idea that it would take multiple terms to learn the ways of government; that is precisely the reason to get rid of the sworn swindlers.  The more comfortable they feel in government the quicker they morph into public parasitism—exactly what we have now and for decades in all government.

Cases in point: Governor Mike Beebe, aside from the Pryor’s, is the king of term limit abuse. A recent example that points out the relevancy of the above statement is the relationship between the Governor and a fellow identified as Cliff Hoofman. Beebe appointed State Court of Appeals Judge Cliff Hoofman, who previously served on the State Hwy Commission, to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Question: what did Hoofman do to endear himself to Gov. Beebe that has attracted all the unearned Political largesse or was it earned, doing what?

Hoofman served 8 years in the State Senate and 20 years in the State House. He also worked in the State Attorney General’s office under Mike Beebe 2003-2007.
Beebe’s conduct is the textbook example of political cronyism and is absolutely repugnant, but then look at his own background…years in the State Senate, the House, Attorney General, Governor, all of which adds up to about 35 years.

Without an analytic critique of the actions of the aforementioned regarding qualifications, results, etc. the most damning thing that comes from their political conduct is the suppression of new ideas and methods. New ideas are the foundation of a successful society, while never abandoning our Founding principles.
Following on the heels of Beebe’s relationship with Hoofman comes word from Arkansas U.S. Congressman Tim Griffin (R).   You may recall that Griffin was up to his snoot in Pres. George W. Bush’s purge of Federal Prosecutors who would not kowtow to Bush’s, in many cases, criminal actions. By Bush’s action, Griffin ended up as the new Federal Prosecutor in Little Rock.

Our republic enmeshed in an economic meltdown can only be described as on the road to guaranteed bankruptcy and a total collapse while at the same time involved in murderous foreign government overthrows, massive 3rd World immigration, legal & illegal,  and unconstitutional wars; therefore what are Congressman Griffin’s concerns about our national health?  None.  The Congressman is celebrating his appointment to The House Ways & Means Committee, that’s the bunch who writes tax laws, totally ignoring the $16.4 Trillion national debt, unbridled immigration, undeclared criminal wars, and Obamacare. The silence is deafening from the other 5 Arkansans elected to Washington, DC also.

Perhaps the most unsettling and arrogant comment echoed by Griffin is his quote, “I will remain in the House of Representatives for at least another term”.  What insolence, how does he know how his constituents will vote?  The arrogance and demands of incumbency. 

Griffin belongs to THE PARTY OF IRRELEVANCE, the Party that renounced their political philosophies on Nov. 7, 2012 to begin pandering to illegal Mexicans and other OTM interlopers, embracing amnesty and open borders, solely to try to win elections. Sordid behavior? You bet.  The cowardly Republicans don’t get it—they will never see the day they can out-Democrat a Democrat. Democrats have been ensconced in Marxism for decades, while purposely destroying Capitalism and the Constitution.  That’s a substantial head-start.

I stated at the outset that strict term limits legislation and enabling legislation in related areas could never be passed. Why?  After all it does take votes to ensconce politicians & bureaucrats in their respective protection rackets. Strict term limit laws will not happen due to the ill-advised citizen marriages to either the Democrat or Republican Party, accompanied by a great deal of ignorance, laziness, self-indulgence, and indoctrination of citizens.  Political party divorces are long overdue.

Senator Hutchison, I listened to your TV explanation of your Achieve Act that was obviously hastily concocted post Nov. 6 election debacle.

What you articulated was a not so veiled call for amnesty for apparently a select segment of illegal Mexicans and OTM’s…all of which is unconstitutional, under the heading of what you call the “Achieve Act”. 

Aside from the unconstitutional and unprincipled call for blanket amnesty, you fail to detail, of course on purpose, what would happen to the 20-25 million (no, not 12 million) adult illegals who are nesting in our former preeminent republic.

And in my judgment, and more importantly, there was no plan to seal our southern border contiguous with Mexico. The fact that the three of you left out the very factor that is killing America and turning it into a 3rd World dump, i.e. mass immigration, you can only be framed as constitutional traitors and hell-bent on destroying middleclass America.

The sophomoric act you put on Senator Hutchison is transparent and precisely why the Republican Party as of Nov. 7 is irrelevant.

The vote buying scheme will not be successful.  Why?  Do you three really believe you can out-Democrat a Democrat?  And then there is the matter of principle, which is a forgotten commodity in D.C., not to mention the willful breaking of immigration laws found in 8 USC…which is a felony.

By your positions and acts you are proposing to destroy the bedrock of Western Civilization & society, i.e. the middleclass by turning our country into a 3rd World multicultural colossus—power & votes.

The New Enemies of the American Middleclass—the Republican Party, coupled with old enemies, AR Democrat-Gazette editor Paul Greenberg and his tribe.

A Greenberg  editorial titled “They have eyes to see” (11/24/12) filled with biting sarcasm, laced with Zionist subliminal overtones (instructions) and numerous untruths, dedicated to further influence and demand the Republican Party and middleclass Americans cast aside the Constitution, the rule of law, sovereignty and honor…for unbridled Republican vote buying.

The Republican Party quickly launched a campaign post Nov. 6 election guaranteeing the Party irrelevancy i.e. embrace the illegal Mexican and OTM invasions by rewarding them with massive entitlements from financial coffers that don’t exist. The immigration invasions, both legal & illegal are comprised of 3rd World nationals who have never enjoyed success, culturally, intellectually, or philosophically.  Therefore; why does the president, both houses of congress continue to overrun middleclass Americans with 3rd world aliens who are impoverished, uneducated, and shown no interest in acculturation, while displaying a huge affinity for welfare?  In the short term its votes for Democrats, & cheap labor for Republicans, a newly found quest for Hispanic votes (legal & illegal) and by all means amnesty,  but in the long term, national destruction.  A schism that cannot be bridged.

It’s curious editor Greenberg would support open borders and citizenship for 25-35 million illegals, (not the 12 million the government parrots), that are presently nesting uninvited in our republic, but one must understand that Greenberg and his tribe are the progenitors of “racism, apartheid and the hurlers of race-baiting incendiaries, e.g. anti-Semite”, etc. and no significant personal dispersal into mainstream American society. The fact is that the tribe for the most part personally live a cloistered existence and above the fray.

Greenberg and his tribe now appear to have the attainable goal of destroying the American middleclass and all vestiges of Western Civilization.  Observe.  I say attainable because Zionist interests own every breath of American government, all levels, accomplished through financial fear.   AIPAC, an illegal Israeli lobbying agency (not licensed),  abetted by the ADL , The Southern Poverty Law Center, and 40 or more well financed Jewish organizations hold total sway over the U.S. Congress—both Houses.

The American middleclass is the last obstacle standing in the way of Zionist world domination; hence the reason for mass immigration, legal & illegal.  As Antonio Gramsci and the Frankfort school opined, America cannot be conquered by military force, only by a march through the institutions, precisely what has happened!

Greenberg wrote “Republicans have eyes to see.  It’s occurred to them its time—past time—to rethink their party’s stand on immigration—for political if not for basic moral reasons”.   My response; for political, it is vote buying, accompanied by excessive amounts of unearned largesse, seized by force from the American middleclass.  Greenberg states for “basic moral reasons”.  What is moral about taking by force from one group (middleclass Americans) for redistribution to other groups, particularly in this case illegal Mexicans & OTM’s?  This is the willful trampling on individual rights/responsibilities, on the rule of law & the U.S. Constitution.  What Greenberg suggests is the Republicans join hands with Democrats, which will remake our republic into a 3rd World dump. We are nearly there now.  For Zionists this would be a monumental victory insuring their global dominance.

A veiled statement in the editorial as reported by the Wall Street Journal, “The number of Hispanic voters would continue to grow for decades because of birth rates alone”. That statement alone should be the red light that curtails the illegal invasions.  Greenberg then makes a deceptive statement; “bolster the border”… get the message? No political will to seal the borders.  The southern border will remain loosely configured, providing for continued illegal immigrations, drugs, contraband, etc.  The Feds could seal the borders in 24 hours if so ordained.   Greenberg informed readers that Hispanics are wildly successful in one area—reproduction.

Greenberg alluded to the fact that John Boehner told the press that immigration reform was long overdue.   Immigration Reform—code words for amnesty and continued mass immigration. Why the weeping Boehner just now talking about immigration?  Boehner, like most parasitic nesters in the U.S. Senate and House, have resided in their imperial majesty for decades,( compliments of simpleton American voters), and are wholly responsible for the multiple crises in which we are enmeshed, e.g. in Arkansas, think Pryor, Boozman & Womack for openers. Why on earth would any citizen think for one moment that the collection of legislative zeros could or would find solutions to the immigration and debt crisis they created?

Another revealing statement in Greenberg’s editorial, “there’s a chance something could be done about illegal immigration (he used the word could, not should or will)—like bolster the border (not secure the border) and provide a path to citizenship for the millions illegals who now must hide in the shadows”. 

Editor Greenberg, with another untruth, there is not one illegal “hiding in the shadows,” they have infested every corner of the nation in broad daylight.  Haven’t you seen their protests by the thousands on TV?

The path I suggest is setting a course of 220 degrees from Little Rock, AR for the illegal population and a few well-placed arrests for violating 8 USC, e.g. Tyson, Wal-Mart, Simmons, ad infinitum which will dry up jobs for illegals who will self-deport immediately ending the American unemployment crisis and hopefully restructure & refocus on the K-12 debacle which is indoctrinating & short-circuiting American kid’s minds.

Note: Greenberg in his utterances never uses “illegal” immigration, always immigration and/or immigrants. Greenberg says “Why would a party now in decline run away from the fastest growing ethnic group in the country?”  As previously noted, Hispanics are devoid of significant accomplishments, uneducated in the main, hugely dependent on welfare, filling our jails and prisons, enormous drug dealing operations and a skyrocketing birth rate…all monetarily dependent on middleclass American taxpayers.   Why should a party now in decline turn away from the fastest growing group in the country?  Answer; in addition to the above there is the matter of the Constitution, the rule of law, principle, sovereignty, while defending Western Civilization, its accomplishments and American citizens’ economic survival.

The American Dream is all but over—extricated by predominantly White male governing bodies.  Americans put their trust in legislators by returning them to office decade after decade…never believing they would betray citizens’ confidence & trust.  Legislators, instead, are engaged in self-serving treachery and in some cases, outright criminality.

It is ironic that the White Founding majority settled this once magnificent republic and has sustained it through the years while supplying massive financial assistance, materials, and defense for distressed countries around the globe would be traitorously sold out and assaulted by White legislators and bureaucrats.

By the way, to illuminate the mass immigration madness, why is our nation suffering from 23% unemployed (not 8%), unemployment benefits now into third year and expanding, food banks, clothing banks, 70% of K-12 students on free or reduced priced meals, over 50% need remedial courses upon entering universities, and thousands of taxpayer subsidized 501c3’s allegedly dedicated to helping the poor, etc.?  Couple this with $16.4 Trillion national debt, $75-100 Trillion unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, & Medicaid).  The legislative and bureaucratic destroyers of our republic are perfectly willing to continue to add to the national debt and the unfunded mandates by fanning the flames of a pernicious, unbridled immigration policy…all for votes.

The Pussification of White America—how complete the process?    November 12, 2012

The absolute irrelevancy of the Republican Party—Observe!

On October 1, 2012 I communicated via email and the website arkansasfreedom.net titled “The Real State of Affairs” that on Nov. 7, 2012 regardless of which of the two presidential candidates was elected…the Republican Party would immediately become irrelevant.

Nov. 7, 2012 the prophecy became fact due to any number of circumstances.

Before the facts are enumerated regarding the now irrelevant Republican Party, bankrupt ethically, morally, constitutionally, and perhaps more importantly devoid of a rational philosophical base.

Note:  nationally elected Republican legislators, both Houses, and Fox News bloviators, on cue began calling for comprehensive immigration reform, a mask for amnesty for the 25-35 million illegal aliens (not the 11 million that the government lies about) nesting in our formerly preeminent republic.  Republicans like referring to their “Values” but I have yet been illuminated as to what those “Values” allegedly were.  I use the past tense because of their traitorous conduct consummated on Nov.7, 2012.  Both Parties are overflowing with criminal behavior, but give the Democrat Party one negative credit—they tell you in your face that their grand plan is taking by force citizen’s property and redistributing to deadbeats and 3rd World interlopers for vote buying purposes. The act of true Cultural Marxists.  The Republicans are THE GRAND PRETENDERS spewing verbiage pertaining to Conservatism, small government, etc.

The clarion call for the Republican surrender was issued Thursday evening Nov. 15 by Fox News analyst Sean Hannity stating he had been wrong in his insistence that border security must be a first and deportation following. Continuing, Republicans must immediately change their course and campaign for government to do much more for Blacks, Hispanics, women, and other minorities.  Answering that clarion call immediately were other neo-cons, President of Americans for Tax Reform Grover Norquist and California Congressman Duncan Hunter. On that evening, Republican spokesmen gave up any pretense of being conservative & using the Constitution as their guiding document. All in the name of vote-getting. One can conclude that Democrats & now Republicans are stating with an exclamation mark that Blacks, Hispanics, women & other minorities do not have the mental capabilities and/or the physical energy of intellectually & independently promoting their causes without government assistance (i.e. the seizing of other people’s property) and direction.  If the Democrat & Republican leadership believes the above mentioned cannot fend for themselves, why don’t they admit it and develop a rational policy to deal with the circumstance?  Or are they gaming the system for a quid pro quo, i.e. vote buying? Welfare always destroys all able recipients, no matter who they are. Note the intensity with which Blacks defend set-asides, affirmative action, quotas, ad infinitum. Who pays? Middleclass America of course.

Why now?  When a word was not spoken about our immigration crisis in the presidential debates?  Fox News Sunday Nov. 18, 2012; the political parade continues. Former Governor, Preacher Mike Huckabee, displaying his best piety in a conversation with neocon Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, opined that Americans should not punish the children of illegals by deporting. The parents knew full well that breaking into our country was illegal and there should be consequences. Huckabee has long been an advocate of the illegal Mexican invasion. Along with other unconstitutional aiding & abetting illegal aliens, he surreptitiously cut a deal with former Mexican President Vicente Fox to place a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock, AR and was in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section X.  The purpose of the consulate was to warehouse illegals & disseminate them to the various poultry processing plants & construction businesses.( arkansasfreedom.net )   Never a word from the Bush justice department. Another case of selective law enforcement.

Later in the day neocon Lindsay Graham & Zionist Israel-firster, Senator Chuck Schumer appeared together on a show, both vigorously stating we need COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM. Schumer in a strong voice said Americans want illegal immigration stopped but they favor continuing legal immigration. Why now Senators?  12 days after the election and the Democrats & Republicans have an immigration plan that they have refused to discuss for the past 50 years. To Graham & Schumer and all the rest of the slugs, middleclass Americans demand a 5 year moratorium on ALL legal immigration & an immediate sealing of our borders & deportation.
The overlying reason the Republican Party is dead, except pockets of white conservatism throughout the South, soon to be a non-factor, both the Democrat & Republican Parties have refused to uphold the rule of law, particularly the aspect that defines our sovereignty.  The very specific law defining sovereignty is 8 USC, Sec. 1325—illegal entry; Sec. 1324a—hiring, harboring, transporting any illegal alien; Sec. 1324c—law officers have authority to make arrests; Title 19, USC 1459—reporting requirements.

Nothing has been done, nor will anything be done to secure our national borders—hence our sovereignty. This is simply selective law enforcement enforced by the strong arms of all government entities.

The Republicans on Nov. 7 reacted as if they were a collection of 10 year old brats who had been denied a favor.  Now in the aftermath of a pathetic cowardly presidential campaign by Republicans is the new battle-cry!  We must embrace comprehensive immigration reform, i.e. AMNESTY.  Absolutely no regard for the constitution, rule of law, ethics, morality, it’s all about votes, money and power. Republicans are so blinded they are oblivious to the new political path they have chosen (same as the Democrats) is the direct route to the Marxist takeover. Both parties sing the praises of creating an even more “diversified” U.S. 3rd World dumping ground which is undergoing fruition at an alarming rate. Both Parties, aware there are 30 million American citizens without jobs and irrationally advocating more 3rd World immigration, legal & illegal. With minimal border security and both parties advocating amnesty will only serve as a stimulus for millions upon millions to enter our nation legally & illegally. Are Republicans so foolish they do not comprehend that with 4 more years of a Democrat president who issues Executive Orders by the numbers, will in fact effectively force whites into the realm of minority status…never to return…and again, it is our White government who is responsible for White middleclass genocide. Government elites understand that the destruction of White middleclass America is their last obstacle in achieving a global government.  Their actions can only be described as despicable, if not psychopathic. Democrats & Republicans mantra for amnesty will be flowing crocodile tears stating illegals have been here for years and are good people and in some cases they are even called citizens, e.g. Federal Prosecutor Jane Duke of the Little Rock office. Illegals knew they were wrong when they came here and it’s time for them to face the music, (i.e. the rule of law), deportation and companies hiring them punished.

Do the Republican traitors believe that the illegal Mexican invasions coupled with other Hispanics are going to move from the Democrat Party to the Republican Party?  The illegals understand very clearly that the thieving Democrat Party is their source of billions of unearned largesse through entitlements of unknown enormous quantities. Republicans will never out-Democrat the Democrats.

November 10, 2012 Anchor baby & U.S. Senator Marco Rubio proclaimed that Republicans must do “much more” for Hispanics.  Translation:  “much more” = more theft of white middleclass earnings. In my judgment Rubio is not a bonafide American citizen.  His Cuban parents came here as illegals and Rubio was not naturalized until 4 yrs after his parents’ arrival.   I personally do not take kindly to a foreign national dictating the tenor of business in our nation.  In the same thought—think OBAMA.

It is White elected & appointed officials who are performing genocide on the white middleclass who are the bedrock of our Western civilization. Does any one of you believe the 3rd World nationals invading our shores are coming here to embrace our heritage, our culture, our Constitution and the ideals it gives rise to?  Observe.

Our former republic, due to self-serving, White elected legislators & officials is wallowing in a multicultural cesspool and calling for more of the same.

Let me again remind you regarding our traitorous politicians, that’s virtually all of them, what they like to hark is demonstrating an affinity for 3rd World illegal aliens…”we are a nation of immigrants”.  No we are not a nation of immigrants, we are a nation with immigrants & here is why.

It should be further noted that Zionist interests precipitated their attack on America in the 1920’s through massive 3rd World legal and illegal immigration policies and now on the precipice of destroying White middleclass America on their way to World Government.  Their victory is near. All through the auspices of the White federal government. The Zionists’ have absolute control of the legislative & judicial branches of the federal government, as well as most important influential national institutions.

The national Republican Party is a vile and slimy collection who embrace neo-conservatism…”eternal war for eternal peace”.  Murder is their game, accompanied by the theft of citizen freedoms. I direct your attention to what has been done in the name of the phony “wars on terrorism”.
1.    Passage of the Patriot Acts, not once but twice…negates the 4th & 10th Amendments.
2.    Military Commissions Act
3.    The removal of Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus.
4.    The most heinous act in world history was the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act which gives the president to authority to assassinate American citizens at home or abroad; provides for no legal counsel, may secretly imprison American citizens at home or abroad with undetermined times.  All this with 60,000 drones overflying the U.S. and other areas around the globe. The government’s new assassination weapon of choice.
5.    Recall, that Bill Clinton without congressional authority destroyed Serbia; Geo. W. Bush destroyed Iraq & Afghanistan without congressional authority; President Hussein Obama unilaterally attacked Libya stating the war would last days, not weeks, we are coming upon a year’s involvement in Libya compliments of Obama; couple that with gun-running, the lying A.G. Eric Holder, and Benghazi and all 3 traitors were reelected. Candidate Romney, in typical Republican cowardice never mentioned the many criminal, unconstitutional acts of President Obama.
6.    Refusal by the entire federal government to enforce U.S. immigration laws

 Hopefully, our legislative branches will shore up their law-making backbone and restore Constitutional rule of law and sovereignty. Fat Chance! The racial divide deepens by the day and why wouldn’t it, the huge numbers of different cultures residing in the U.S. guarantees racial strife.
 
The results of the flowering Republican defection will prove to be very interesting.  Will Republicans receive a net gain or net loss from the defection, e.g. will their trade-out for 3rd World amnesty replace their net loss of patriotic American citizens?

The land of the free, you say?  What patriotic American would shoulder the banner of the Republican Party today?
