Will the prey (taxpayers) take the bait in this expanding
maze?—they always do.
The Marshal’s Museum murky maze has expanded. First a brief
history beginning approximately at the onset of this pretzelizing endeavor.
It was announced, initially, the project would be a private
enterprise undertaking and absolutely NO
taxpayer dollars involved. The no taxpayer position shortly proved to be
untrue—a lie. An FOIA submitted early on
contained a few names of private citizens but the names were redacted before
they touched my hands. What were they hiding that early on?
With a little help from a couple of citizens I was able to
document that Griffin & Sicard and the consummate insiders had obtained
from government agencies–DC, Little Rock, Sebastian County, Fort Smith, etc. at
least $36 million plus 3 assets that listed no stated values, undoubtedly in
the millions—coin minting, real estate, tax credits, etc. all was based on a
lie—no taxpayer dollars used– which then translates to grand theft by the MM,
Inc.
Apparently when the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc. determined
they needed $16-17 million more to complete the physical facility they then
made their wishes known to the Fort Smith city government. Remember newly elected city Mayor George
McGill had assumed the captaincy of the F.S. government probably due to the
fact McGill’s campaign was outrageously financed (circa $65,000) and directed by
Griffin, Sicard, & enablers. Their
order on this occasion was to instruct the City Board to put a 1% sales tax for
a special vote to take place March 12, 2019. One brave dissenter, Director George Catsavis
did not cave.
Think about this…the hypocrisy—they sold the project with
the premise it “won’t cost the taxpayers a one red cent”, shortly they received
millions from the then Senator Jake Files & his state legislation for $25
million, as well as the city and county tax monies already kicked in… and then
they end up whining for citizens to pass a “9 month 1% sales tax” which in all
probability will never end, if passed.
Front page 2/22/19 Times Record, 5 individuals of the CBID
were pictured, of the 5 at least 3 are multi-millionaires, absent Sicard who
owns numerous banks. These are principals in the MM, Inc. and they have the
temerity to demand that middleclass Fort Smithians and others subsidize their
expensive ostentatious creation.
Their next step is the formation of a 5 member “Public
Facilities Board” who will then purchase the new Museum building with the
funding from the sales tax and with that comes no responsibility in maintaining
by the Public Facilities Board nor the city of Fort Smith. Say again?
Next Griffin & Sicard put out the lie that Mayor George McGill will
be the only one who will appoint the 5 member PFB. Really? Mayor McGill was
hired as the Registered Agent for the MM, Inc. It is said this is a necessary
business arrangement since Agent’s primary function is to make businesses aware
of legal changes. But what other
functions might they serve?
Mayor McGill owns his own museum which appears on the
Secretary of State website and creates a nexus between the 3 producing a
symbiotic relationship creating a host of Conflicts.
Mayor McGill comes in handy in another way, he is a 6 year
alumni of the Arkansas General Assembly that ended last year. An educated guess; he will be spending
inordinate amounts of time reacquainting himself with his old legislative buds
for carrying out the wishes of Griffin, Sicard, himself, et al.
I would also surmise the Mayor
would convey Griffin & Sicard’s political orders to Rep. Boyd & for
sure Sen. Matt Pitsch—the riverboat captain, while reporting on current
legislative and inside activities.
Do you believe that Griffin & Sicard would solely allow
McGill to pick the 5 members of the PFB?
More conflicts. With that in
mind, Director/Principal Robyn Dawson (double-dipper) sent me an email last
Monday scolding me and stating how much she agreed with the Mayor’s position
about public discussions vs. FOIA’s. I noted the time (10:00 AM) she was discussing
city business on public school time—back
to the no transparency issue. Conflicts? She also boasts of owning 2 businesses (what
are their classifications?)…therefore, does she & her husband conduct
personal business on citizen’s taxpayer time?
Of course, you can guess the answer to that, which makes the Marshal’s
Museum mystical maze & the F.S. government a microcosm of the DC
swamp.
Here the transparency trail goes cold since their media
statements read like a Chinese fire drill.
Logically they explain nothing coherently.
Former Times Record editor, Jack Moseley, in the T.R. lauded
the construction of the U.S. MM, Inc. in Fort Smith but not the methods used in
construction and fundraising activities.
The issue here is not to be for or against the project, it is the lie…”not one cent of tax
money to be used in its construction”, accompanied by lack of transparency
(since taxpayer money in the main has and is being spent…millions), deception,
obfuscation, conflicts of interest, and surreptitious methods.
Jack, you have been missed as editor of the T.R., but you
have never seen fit to look beneath the veneer.
Recall the engineering/land/building site Lee Creek dam
fiasco, which was declared by you, the city government and the downtown cabal
that Lee Creek would provide water for 50 years while I was calling for
elevation of the Lake Fort Smith dam which all of you said was an engineering impossibility. Look at it now.
Another example of not looking beneath the veneer was your
denial of Kerr-McGee dumping radioactive pitch blend in the Arkansas River from
their Gore, OK plant. It was later proven long after my assertions that the
pitch blend was indeed flowing down the River and into Lee Creek, also through
faulting. It has only recently been cleaned up, despite your denials of its
existence.
With your endorsement of the Marshal’s Museum tax proposal,
you’re again refusing to look beneath the veneer—Follow the citizens’ money—Qui
Bono?
To the Honorable
Fort Smith Mayor George McGill and members of the City Board. 2/10/19
Friday, February 8, 2019 The Times Record led: Mayor: “Let’s
resolve lawsuits”
Mayor McGill led with a litany of topical reasons to rid the
city of lawsuits. His conclusion was: “We
all need to put the interests of our city first. I strongly believe those of
our residents (taxpaying citizens) who have taken us to court truly love this
city and want the city to do well,” McGill said.
Mayor McGill we do not live in a cultural Marxist society,
we live in a Constitutional Republic where the individual and family comes
first, not the collective, which the Democrat & Republican parties now
represent, as you well know after being schooled in the Democrat party for
decades.
McGill goes on to say “Maybe taking us (government) to court
was a way for them (taxpayers) to express their frustrations with the city
government.”
The Mayor also said he believes “sitting down and listening
to each other is the best way to vent frustrations and overcome differences,”
not always taking legal action. How will
that prevent crime & corruption in the secret back rooms of elected &
appointed officials who are sometimes caught, indicted, & convicted for
their illegal activities? E.g. Fort Smith & the State Legislature.
Your position is most disturbing. If the city comes first, why the plethora of
illegal activities conducted in the dark with no public transparency?
What forum is left to law-abiding taxpaying citizens other
than the courts to protect citizen’s rights and interests?
ROGER MILLER WROTE
IN 1964 “KING OF THE ROAD”—“TRAILER FOR SALE OR RENT” February 4, 2019
The Marshal’s Museum, Inc. must deal with narratives
disseminated by the media and Marshal’s Promotion Committee, none of which make
any sense, (on purpose?).
Private enterprise defined by Webster: belonging to, not
open to, intended for or controlled by the public not holding public office.
Example: Mayor George McGill will allegedly select the 5 members
comprising the yet to be named “Public Facilities Board”. Mayor McGill, are the
5 members you are going to pick been submitted to you by Griffin, Sicard, the
City Board, or others? It appears from
Webster’s definition that you are in defiance of the phrase “private
enterprise” which the MM was advertised to be.
If the MM, Inc. is claiming non-profit 501c3 status they are
untruthful and thieves, simply because they have manipulated politicians to the
tune of at least $36,352,000 tax dollars, plus Commemoratives, New Market Tax
Credits and the building site. So is the
MM, Inc. a For-Profit or a Non-Profit; because they gave grazed on both sides
of the fence?
If the issue passes, and the newly appointed “Public
Facilities Board” is commissioned, with their anticipated 1% sales tax for $17
million or more, the Facilities
Board will purchase the MM, Inc. and will not, nor the city of fort Smith be
responsible for any future operating costs of the MM—then who? This gibberish,
whatever it means, can all be changed with a wink and a nod without taxpayer
oversight.
City Director Lorenz, in a Dec. 20, 2018 Board Meeting,
“Fort Smith will get 100% of the benefits and pay about 50% of the tax”—another
contradiction—please explain.
Now is it time the prime movers Griffin, Sicard, &
Westphal take center stage and sing the song “King of the Road”…MM “for sale
(again) or rent”? What is the end game
in this MM Maze?
From the assets listed above and not knowing the value of
the New Market Tax Credits, pledges, seed money, building site, cash on hand,
and other possible grants, it is fair to say the downtown Cabal has “raised”
several million north of 50. This
coupled to the fact they have the gall to order the City Board to make a
Special tax vote available, which shows no respect for the taxpaying public.
If the Special tax passes, is there some government agency
in the market to buy this Star Wars production and have the 3 (perhaps others)
in the downtown gang called in their first marker from the Mayor?
Do the numbers and verbiage espoused by the Marshal’s Museum, INC & The Times Record comport, confuse, and are they truthful or untruthful? January 26, 2019
The promoters of the Marshal’s Museum, Inc. from day one, have billed it as a “private enterprise”, i.e. “not one cent of taxpayer money will be spent on this enterprise”. The first public announcement was published in the Times Record.
“It’s only a 9 month penny”, the promoters are urging the taxpayers to approve a temporary (?) 1 cent sales tax that is diametrically in opposition to the above.
A temporary Act to generate $17 million, if passed, will in all likelihood be transferred to the FSM Dept. of Parks & Tourism, then on to the CBID ( Sam Sicard, Richard Griffin & Bennie Westphal), onward to the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc., and finally to the newly created “Public Facility Board” (who appointed?), to purchase the Marshal’s Museum’s building and grounds from the U.S. Marshal’s Museum, Inc. via the One Cent sales tax. (Huh??) Apparently Sam Sicard, Richard Griffin, and Bennie Westphal will be in charge of the internal assets. Now more convolution and contradictions. Neither the new members/owners of the “Facility Board” nor FSM would be responsible for any future operating costs of the museum???. Remember, the “Facility Board” just finished purchasing the Museum and grounds. Therefore, if the tax passes how can this be—owning a building and grounds and not being responsible?
If the Bill is passed, the $16 million would go to complete the Museum’s exhibits & “experiences”—what experiences? It was noted in various publications that the “Facilities Board” would own physical assets, i.e. building and grounds. Which is it? Facility Board owns building & grounds or exhibits & “experiences”?
The Fort Smith city government was complicit by providing the foundation for a special vote to raise $17 million or more tax dollars for a Marshal’s Museum. The procedure creating this Act may be illegal.
Note that former S.B 635 sponsored by former Senator Jake Files for $25 million which was specifically for the MM was changed to Act 679 on March 24, 2011. Why? Section II of the Act is special language and I quote, “Grants eligibility: to be eligible for a grant under this Act, an entity must establish that it is a non-profit, non-governmental 501c3 organization with a mission to form a national center of heritage and legacy within the state.” On completion has a deal been cut to turn the facility & contents over to the City, State or Federal Government?
Act 679 provided $25 million taxpayer dollars to the 3 listed participants. Availability of how the money was spent has been redacted from a FOIA.
Again, recall that the media release pertaining to the creation of the U.S. MM was to be a Private Endeavor, i.e. no citizen tax dollars.
Noted also is AR SB 244, July 1, 2015, an Act for the Dept. of Parks & Tourism re appropriation funneled $3, 250,000 to the U.S. MM. Extracted from the Bill states monies from this Bill must be dedicated for all state-owned real property & facilities.
Other largesse emanates from the Federal Government, e.g. Commemorative Medallions, perhaps gold-plated, no announced value placed on, nor numbers sold, cost requiring designing, securing material, minting, promoting, transportation, distribution and sales. Value? What politicians/bureaucrats engineered this event?
Fort Smith in 2009 was FOIA’d for names & amounts of private contributors and pledges which were redacted in my presence by the MM attorney, but later was determined the city initially gave the U.S. MM $100,000 , the county $12,000, and then State Senator Files $2, 200,000 dedicated to this convoluted project.
The “Public Facilities Board” would purchase, as stated, the building & grounds (for unknown reasons) from the US MM, Inc. for the amount received from the 9 month tax if passed. Does this not establish the state of Arkansas as a bank providing funding for a for-Profit institution or will it revert quickly to a government agency? While on the subject, why is the $17 million not borrowed by Sicard, Griffin, & Westphal from one of Sicard’s First National Banks? Have one of these 3 or all of the 3 spent one dime of their own fortunes to create & secure the MM project?
There is no doubt the 3 used and abused New Market Tax Credits—tax credit funds available for blighted areas. Is a river bank defined as a blighted area? No established value available to the public re the Tax Credits.
“The US MM, Inc. (Another contradiction.) (Using U.S. in the Museum name is of concern) will operate the Museum and Fort Smith would/will have no control over the museum operation.” Who then? The FS city government, in addition to revenue previously distributed, has awarded even more tax payer dollars and the use of city equipment and personnel. Again no established value.
January 15, 2019 Ward 3 Director Mike Lorenz said at a December Board meeting that “Fort Smith will get 100% of the benefits (?) and pay about 50% of the tax”. (?)
More illegal abuse, in this case, former Governor Beebe in 2007 gave $2 million, the Ark. State Legislature $200,000, 2013 the Governor gave another $1 million, Parks & Tourism to the MM $90,000 and the AEDC in 2017-18 gave $2,500,000 from the “Rainy Day Fund”. The above 4 came from the General Improvement Fund—GIF. Added to the cash donations by government are the unpublished values of Commemoration Coins, New Market Tax Credits, etc.
FRAUD—(Webster’s New World Dictionary, Second College Edition)…Deceit; Trickery; Cheating; Law– Intentional deception to cause a person to give up property or some lawful right.
Has anyone worked their way through this murky maze of taxpayer dollars taken by Fraud? If so, please advise.
$25,000,000
$ 3,250,000
$ 100,000
$ 12,000
$ 2,200,000 PLUS dollar values of unnamed assets & cash raised, and pledges
$36,352,000 TOTAL, which is $4, 352,000 more taxpayer dollars than the MM, inc. claim they have raised which is $32 million. Also the MM,inc claims to have land on the Arkansas River valued at $3.4 million.
Due to time & space I did not name all the government agencies and public/private manipulations involved in obtaining the total of $36,352,000 and perhaps much more.
So it came
to pass that 9 months after embryo Penny Tax was conceived the new baby
Penny was not aborted as promised but grew and grew. After all, baby Penny needed diapers,
clothes, food, and transportation, expensive maintenance which had to be met–
and who would be so savagely evil as to deny Penny Tax’s necessities? So as all
baby taxes, she grew fat & happy and her providers more impoverished, but
they suffered in order to do their “duty”, after all they gave her life with
their vote just as they had done many times before for the growing Tax family.
Some payers
have even begun to notice the Tax Family never seems to go away or to be
satisfied and have started to rebel verbally, but the ever growing Tax Family
has many powerful friends who protect them and their “needs” & never allow
them to be diminished by lowly dissenters. So fear not, baby Penny Tax will
never be harmed and live a loooong smug but happy life.
The vast majority of Americans have been taught by the Public Fool System, Leviathan’s historians and religious con-artists, that a group of devoutly religious men, the majority of whom were in total agreement on the tenets of government, got together in 1787 and came up with a constitution that was widely accepted and is exactly what our politicians, judges and law enforcement observe today as they go about their business.
We all have heard of James Madison who bears the title of “Father of the Constitution.” Strange indeed considering the plan of government Madison wrote and transmitted to George Washington in April of 1787 and was presented at the convention as the “Virginia Plan,” was overwhelmingly rejected at that convention. Perhaps Madison deserves the title because the proposal he wrote is almost exactly the form of government we live under today. A system of government where the central government is supreme over all and the States have been relegated to “mere corporations” with little to no say so in the conduct of the central government.
So, who were these virtually unknown founders and what did they have to say about what the constitution, if ratified, would lead to in our country? And more importantly were they correct in their predictions?
First, let us take a look at George Bryan of Pennsylvania. Is he a person that any high school graduate would be able to expound upon as a founder of our country? Would he/she even recognize the name? How many adults do you know who recognize this man? Considering he said the following might be why he is not popularly quoted.
“It is the opinion of the greatest writers, that a very extensive country cannot be governed on democratical principles, on any other plan, than a confederation of very small republics, possessing all the powers of internal government, but united in the management of their foreign and general concerns. It would not be difficult to prove, that anything short of despotism could not bind so great a country under one government; and whatever plan you might, at first setting out, establish, it would issue in a despotism.”
Please remember; the “extensive country” spoken of by George Bryan was only 13 States at the time of his statement. Now, who was correct, Bryan or Madison about what kind of government would issue from our Constitution? Who is more widely known?
Was George Bryan alone in his visionary outlook? Certainly not; he was joined by many more of our “founders” you have possibly never heard about.
There was of course John Dickinson of Delaware. Dickinson had this to say on the subject.
“We cannot have a limited monarchy…our situation will not allow it—Repubs. [Republics] are for awhile industrious but finally destroy themselves—they were badly constituted—I dread a consolidation of the States.”
Considering the passive acceptance of signing statements, executive orders and the prosecution of unconstitutional wars, who could deny that we have a full blown monarchy—not just a limited one? Certainly our early Republic was “industrious” until Abraham Lincoln, operating under the powers of a Monarch, completely discarding the Constitution along the way, destroyed the principles of consent of the governed and definitely instituted a “consolidation of the States” with bullets, cannons and bayonets.
So, we have Bryan and Dickinson—were they alone in their predictions?
I’m sure almost everyone is familiar with Theophilus Parsons of Massachusetts. Certainly he is mentioned right along with the Nationalists Madison and Hamilton. Parsons stated:
“Any law…of the United States, for securing to Congress more than a concurrent right with each state is usurpation and void.” ~1788
Wow. Is there any wonder we don’t hear men like Theophilus quoted in political debates, or cited in a Supreme Court ruling?
The above were joined in their political beliefs by none other than Archibald Maclaine of North Carolina, who stated in his state’s ratification convention:
“If the gentleman will attend, he will see this is a government for confederated states; that, consequently, it can never intemeddle where no power is given.” ~1788
Hmmm—try telling this to the Director of the BLM or those who implemented Obamacare!
What about the words of the very well known and often quoted in today’s political landscape, William Richardson Davie, also of North Carolina?
“If there were any seeds in this Constitution which might, one day, produce a consolidation [of the States] it would, sir, with me, be an insuperable objection, I am so perfectly convinced that so extensive a country as this can never be managed by one consolidated government…if the state governments vanish, the general government must vanish also…the state governments can put a veto, at any time, on the general government, by ceasing to continue the executive power.” ~1788
Well, again, Abraham Lincoln certainly destroyed this concept. Ever wonder why the Republican Party refers to themselves as the “Party of Lincoln?” They sure as hell can’t claim to be that and claim to support our Constitution at the same time!
Let’s move along to another well known authority on constitutional intent and what it would become in the future. You are right—-none other than the man mentioned by all candidates for public office and state and federal judges— Rawlins Lowndes of South Carolina, also in 1788:
“The Treaty of Peace [Treaty of Paris 1783] expressly agreed to acknowledge us as free, sovereign, and independent states, which privileges we lived at present in the exercise of. But this new constitution at once swept those privileges away, being sovereign over all; so that this state would dwindle into a mere skeleton of what it was; its legislative powers would be pared down to little more than those now vested in a corporation; and he would value the honor of a seat of the legislature no higher esteem than a seat in the city council.”
Could it be this country honors the wrong Lincoln? Perhaps we need a political party of Lincoln—founder James Lincoln of South Carolina—who said:
“What does this proposed Constitution do? It changes, totally changes, the form of your present government. What have you been contending for these ten years past? Liberty! What is Liberty? The power of governing yourselves. If you adopt this Constitution have you this power? No: you give it into the hands of a set of men who live one thousand miles distant from you. Let the people but once trust their liberties out of their own hands, and what would be the consequence? First, a haughty, imperious aristocracy; and ultimately a tyrannical monarchy.”
Then, of course, there is John Lansing of New York; who, along with Robert Yates, walked out of the Philadelphia Convention because they felt the convention was exceeding the powers that had been granted to them by the people of New York. Wow—what a display of integrity. Perhaps that is why neither one of these men is widely quoted today—either by court historians or the general public. Here is what Lansing had to say about the proposed constitution at the New York State Ratification Convention. Was he right?
“Sir, if you do not give the states the power to protect themselves, if you leave them no
other check upon Congress than the power of appointing Senators, they will certainly be overcome.” (Note: the not properly amended 17th Amendment took away that check too.)
Edmund Pendleton of Virginia would state during his state’s ratification debates, while agreeing with Patrick Henry, the following:
“If this be such a government [consolidated] I will confess, with my worthy friend [Henry] that it is inadmissible over such a territory as this country. Let us consider whether it be such a government or not. I should understand a consolidated government to be that which would have the sole and exclusive power, legislative, executive and judicial without any limitation. Is this such a government? Or can it be changed to such a one? It only extends to the general purposes of the Union. It does not intermeddle with the local particular affairs of the state.”
What we have in our country today is what Edmund Randolph described in the above—a completely consolidated government that claims “sole and exclusive power, legislative, executive and judicial, without any limitation.” That is not the government that was promised to those who ratified the Constitution in 1787-88!
It is the government of Alexander Hamilton, James Wilson, John Jay, Joseph Story, Daniel Webster, Abraham Lincoln, FDR, Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, George W Bush, Barack Obama, the US Supreme Court, federal and state judges, the law enforcement community and everyone who is running for president from both political parties in 2016.
Could it be that is why the names in the above paragraph are recognized by almost everyone, but the names of Bryant, Dickinson, Lowndes, Davie, Parsons, Lansing, Pendleton and James Lincoln are virtually unknown today—especially among politicians, educators, judges and the population as a whole?
The powers of today’s government are stolen powers, taken from the States and the people, and have led to the current state of affairs in our country. We are beyond broke; presidents use unconstitutional powers of the monarch; congress has laid down like a scared puppy, wetting the floor at the feet of the military/industrial/banking complex; our children and grandchildren are taught the laws of the tyrant are sacrosanct; the culture that founded this country is ridiculed and demonized and our government has taken on the mantle of a religion to the masses.
This was not the form of government that was ratified by the founders most have never heard of. Believe me—the fact you don’t know who they are and what they said is no accident.
In yesterday’s edition of the Times Record, reporter Max Bryan wrote a summation of the political race between incumbent Justin Boyd and Luke Pruitt for the position of State Representative, District 77.
The curiosity was Bryan’s statement mid-article “He was endorsed by Sebastian Sheriff Bill Hollenbeck and First National Bank President Sam Sicard prior to the election”.
What was/is the significance of the sentence mentioning the above two individuals? It is common knowledge that Sicard & Richard Griffin are the co-Dons of the downtown swamper’s cabal, accompanied by a plethora of lieutenants.
The most curious point is why they’re names were posted as endorsers of Rep. Boyd AFTER the election.
Does it mean that Sicard is making citizens aware that he and Griffen have initiated Rep. Boyd & Sheriff Hollenbeck into their downtown power group? Hollenbeck, the public schools’ new police czar, seems to put the Fort Smith school district squarely at the feet of Swamp’s two Don’s, making the public school district larger and subject to more funding and corruption, certainly not a boost for academics.
The election changed nothing. The same enablers and politicians own the game and the economic destiny for Fort Smith which has been beached for decades due to cronyism—a protection racket: Observe.
With the new found school millage, public school spending is poised to run amok, e.g. new police czar Hollenbeck—what are his pay & perks and how many new government sycophants will be employed, and the cost to taxpayers? There are many more effective means to protect the children from harm.
This is a conditioning process and instills the belief that there must be some sort of uniformed agency in every facet of our lives.
Another planned failure/crisis about to happen very soon. October 30, 2018
In the year 2005 on the border with the Minuteman Project and much to my chagrin, it became quite obvious that the Border Patrol was designed to fail.
The inactivity of the Republican Congress, both Houses, demonstrates a corrupt collection of cowards and self-servers who make me want to vomit. The first person that comes to mind is the 18 year veteran Senator John Boozman—a legislative zero.
I believe this powerful nation’s sovereignty is residing on the precipice by the invasion of millions of 3rd world aliens yearly, more coming as 10-15,000 potential invaders near our southern border intending to join the existing 25-35 million who reside here now. They are bringing our nation to its knees and all we hear from our government/media is “our immigration laws are broken”…NO, just NOT enforced.
Again, I cite the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4 that demands the President use his power to secure and preserve the peace and sovereignty of every state.
Middleclass Americans from all races are being played for abject fools by President Trump, the U.S Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives by their worn-out rhetoric. I still hope the President will act forcibly simply because he is not a Republican, but an Andrew Jacksonian Populist—a fighter, not a wimpy member of the corrupt Republican Party. We shall see.
Not to bore you with more facts, I will offer 3 more solutions:
1. At the potential points of entry, begin unrolling rolls of 6 ‘ tall Concertina wire (razor wire), 10 miles on either side of the projected entry points.
2. The President should initiate & communicate orders that state every business in the nation, regardless of size, must immediately utilize E-Verify, no exceptions, and those businesses found to be hiring said illegals, be arrested and subjected to the demands of 8 USC, Sections 1324 & 1325, etc. which call for the arrests, trials, fines, & imprisonment of the offending executives responsible. Think, Tyson’s, OK Foods, Simmons, as just beginners.
3. Friends with significant scientific knowledge, especially in the affairs of the U.S. Army have stated the Army has developed multiple non-lethal technologies to disperse crowds/mobs.
For instance, the LRAD is an acoustical device that can drive people away at long distances and have been distributed around the country and also microwave emitting devices that can perform the same task at a greater range.
Why are these methods to help insure sovereignty not being utilized? Draw your own conclusions.
The General’s Fraternity—Alpha Gotcha Now—they have spoken October 28, 2018
All middleclass Americans being sucker-punched again!
There will be no honest effort to secure our Southern border to repel the Central American invasion forces and ultimately will be encouraging wave after wave of illegal aliens. The “no honest effort” order has been issued by Secretary of Defense General James “Maddog” Mattis. Imagine 800 unarmed troops repelling 14,000 invaders.
We Americans are living in a “never, never” land. Just think, 14,000 now and tens of thousands of unarmed illegal foreign nationals trailing in addition to 25-35 million already here and about to capture the most powerful nation in history due to sheer numbers and the inaction of the U.S. government, not a shot fired—all by design.
The linchpin of the now President Trump was the promise to secure our Southern border made in July on the Mexican border the year 2015. He has continued his vociferous declaratory remarks up to the day before yesterday. Recall there has been little rebuilding and repairing of existing fences much less a new wall.
Secretary Mattis, as previously stated, ordered 800 RA troops, but still are not on the Southern border. President Trump vocalizes weak diatribes and excuses why a major U.S. front has not been established to confront massive numbers of illegals. What happened to Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution?
Does this mean that a peaceful coup is in the offing (overnight) with the premise that if the President does not chill on his border rhetoric, he might lose his real estate & hotel empire?
Who then controls the Generals? Could it be Benji Netanyahu, President of Israel; AIPAC, a Jewish unregistered foreign lobbyist (the Congress is their vassal); dual Israeli citizens who are positioned in our most sensitive departments of government; followed by elected Jewish members of Congress & the Senate—a substantial number? Is this collection the owners of the “Deep State”?
You should come to know that Republicans are phony political self-serving cowards: hence no legal measure or enforcement will be taken now or in the future. The President stands alone. Not one sleazy Republican has or will stand shoulder to shoulder with the President of the United States on this crucial matter.
As I stated yesterday—800 regulars, if sent, will not make a pimple on a PFC’s ass.
All producing middleclass Americans, regardless of race, are being embarrassed and slapped in the face by the arrogant U.S. Congress (both Parties) by their inaction in saving the American Republic.
Put out the welcome mat for your new neighbors and begin to write much bigger checks. For proof observe your nearest public school.
The Modern Day Theft of a Nation—Middleclass Americans “Genocide by Suicide” accomplished by mass immigration, legal and illegal. October 27, 2018
Our Founding Fathers officially christened America with a Constitution on 9/17/1776 by 39 of the 42 delegates present. Rhode Island bolted. Dec. the 15th, 1791 Virginia ratified the Bill of Rights creating a Constitutional Anglo American Republic. Unfortunately, absent legal consequences if government violates said Constitution, which they do routinely.
Most of the population that settled America came from England (about 70%), Ireland (Ulster), Scotland, Germany and the Netherlands, resulting in the birth of an Anglo America. The new citizens that first settled here were made up of commoners, thieves, warriors, distressed cavaliers, religious dissenters, etc. This diverse collection of whites settled, defined, sustained and distinguished themselves giving birth to the greatest nation/society in the history of mankind and has remained so for circa 242 years in spite of our sins of unnecessary wars and slavery. Very early on in our nation’s history blacks arrived not by choice but through force, pain and suffering. Many blacks were sold & transported by their own people to white slavers, who sailed mostly from Boston & Charleston. Ultimately America became a relatively peaceful black/white nation that lasted until the 1960’s.
Our once preeminent republic (not a democracy) appears to have run aground and may never return to our original cultural foundation of philosophical ideals.
The light of freedom and Western civilization began to shine, I believe in the year 1215 AD with the advent of the Magna Carta at Runnymeade (England).
Our republic is fracturing for many reasons, immigration, all forms, the capstone. The structure that set the course for our demise is the political parties that reside in our nation’s capital. I attribute the corruption and criminal acts to the U.S. Congress and the Presidents beginning, in this case, with President Ronald Reagan’s corrupt “Comprehension Reform Act” that opened the flood gates for illegal aliens and accompanied by the failure to enforce parts of 8 USC stipulating those hiring, aiding, abetting and otherwise helping illegal aliens are felons and subject to heavy fines and incarceration. Unfortunately the task of enforcement lies in the hands of the feckless U.S. House of Representatives. They have lied, vividly demonstrating that all present and past sitting incumbent politicians (all levels) have shown themselves to be America’s most dangerous enemies—not Russia, not Iraq, not China, not Ukraine, not Syria, etc. Hard to digest? Yes.
Unfortunately America has been at peace only about 17 years, out of 242.
The failure of citizens to recognize the destructive force of incumbency and mass immigration belies logic. America from its inception has always been entangled with foreign affairs/wars. Note, 18 years of military presence in the Mideast built on lies… bloodshed, heartache, death, destruction and trillions of dollars—for what?
Illegal immigration began to blossom in the late 1940’s initiated by budding poultry magnets, e.g. John Tyson Sr., advertising in Mexico that there were poultry jobs available in the U.S. Those jobs originally were catching chickens. One different White citizen would escort each band of illegal catchers to the various chicken farms and the Mexicans would catch the chickens, throw them in containers, load them in trucks and off to Springdale, Ar. The catching event would commence at 11 pm so as not to bring attention. That act by future poultry magnets gave rise to mass illegal immigration in other venues and resulted in America becoming a human 3rd world uneducated, poverty ridden dumping ground, known by Progressives, neocons, Socialists, etc. as a Multicultural/Diversity Haven, in reality a 3rd world banana republic now housing 25-35 million illegal nesters. Some of the big promoters of illegal immigration are George Soros, the Koch brothers, the Frankfurt School (Political Correctness), the Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU, AIPAC, Bnai Brith, LULAC, La Raza, Catholic Charities, Chambers of Commerce, in Arkansas Catholic Bishop Anthony B. Taylor (Little Rock), and many more. The Democrat Party and the Neocon Republicans are the major criminally corrupt group.
Even today it appears that most American citizens do not realize the brevity of the vicious attack against middleclass whites by the uninvited 3rd worlders hitched to both political parties, industrialists, public schools, universities–all traitors. Observe! The above will come to be known in the near future as Genocide by suicide of the white race…all by design. Failure to seal our borders, and institute a 5-7 year moratorium immediately, and mass deportation guarantees the cultural & economic white erasure.
Nightly I.T. makes it is easy to observe the bellicosities, verbal spewing’s, glares, jeers directed at whites or anyone of any race who adheres to our Founding Principles; destruction, and foreign flag waving being displayed by uninvited legals & illegals. All the while the American Congress displaying their disdain for our constitution and white middleclass America by refusing to secure our borders, our culture, our sovereignty and extinguishing the metastasizing cancer…immigration…all by design.
Illegal interlopers have no intention of assimilating and abiding by the rules of a civil society but dedicated to eliminating white America from this republic.
A multiculturally infected nation of this magnitude cannot long survive. It will show itself as a collection of vastly varying tribes roaming our former homeland. My question, what will these tribes do when they kill/rid the Golden Goose, i.e. white producers?
President Donald Trump campaigned on securing the border, but at this juncture nothing of any significance has happened. The President is the Commander & Chief of the US military and obligated constitutionally to issue executive orders to secure our borders, build a wall, and instigate mass deportations…all could be accomplished by the U.S military quickly—would anyone deny that we are a nation under siege with the intention of stealing our country?
The Roman Empire did not fall to an invading army—it fell to a demographic invasion. Sound familiar?
The U.S. Constitution, Article 4, Section 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government AND SHALL PROTECT EACH OF THEM AGAINST INVASION”; WHICH IS NOW TAKING PLACE.
President Trump sent 800 troops to thwart an invasion of thousands which will not make a pimple on a PFC’s ass. A Division, battle dress, and executive orders to seal & build! It’s the Republic!
Adding insult to injury to middleclass Americans, the elected D.C. buffoons employing Political Correctness have done a frighteningly effective job of conditioning most American whites–not to question, object to, fearful to speak or face reality & reelect, while D.C. has declared celebratory months for Black history and for Hispanic Recognition—WHY?
The New Leftist sword of choice designed to further silence the American middleclass and the word that rivals “racist” is “HATE”!
