Governor Mike Beebe, the Establishment, & their ongoing plunder of Arkansas State University, a citizen-owned property, with designs of transferring portions of said property to the Mexican state of Queretaro.

Citizens are totally unaware of the motivations behind Beebe’s, McDaniel’s, Broadway’s, Crawford’s, Hudson’s, Welch’s, the ASU official Board, & other consummate backroom hangers-on for the take-over of portions of a citizen-owned higher education institute to be used for establishment of a Mexican ASU campus. The above bloviate that the above is all “free”.   Each has deep roots connected to ASU.
 
What are their real goals?  Certainly not the education of a horde of Mestizo Indians or Castilian Mexicans.  No matter how flowery smarmy their duplicitous, noble sounding educanto descriptions they utter.

Multiple serious questions arise regarding the constitutionality, the legality, and morality of this proposed ongoing crime against Arkansas’ citizens.

The Commission of the ACT of transferring citizen’ property, both physically & materially to a foreign land engenders taxpayer fear and duplicates the DNA fingerprints that Obama’s administration has heaped on America.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of Arkansas citizens are ignorant and insouciant pertaining to the internal political affairs of State; therefore the Arkansas political system is seldom challenged and provides political cover for politicians for pursuit of their own self-serving agendas. Without citizen impediments or consequences government has grown accustomed to acting unilaterally.

Citizens have not been apprised with information or detail regarding the transfer of portions of Arkansas State University to the Mexican state of Queretaro. Absent is public debate & discussion regarding the Commission of the ACT.   

The Arkansas General Assembly is showing no interest in the plight of the Arkansas education system bottom up, which can be described as a dismal failure, much of which can be attributed to the presence of thousands of illegal aliens’ offspring.  The Governor’s solution—throw more money at it, i.e. vote buying.   Illegals invading by the hundreds of thousands into our state, killing American kid’s dreams, stealing jobs, cheap labor, utilizing all forms of welfare and special programs created specifically for them, i.e. Huckabee’s free prenatal care. Now this exercise, coupled with sending American technology, academia and physical assets to educate well-heeled Mexican nationals.

Governor Beebe and the General Assembly are showing utter disregard and disrespect for sovereignty, citizenship, property and culture.  The price citizens’ pay for eternal incumbency.

The surfacing action of Huckabee to start “putting out feelers” as to his
presidential electability is certainly an issue to look at with his involvement
with Jeb Bush and Huckabee’s support of the Common Core Standards and now –
doing a total turn around on his national weekly Fox show.

It appears that Huckabee is better suited to politics than being a man of the
cloth. Ministers are to be held to a higher standard – I am not saying it is
right, but it just goes with the occupation or calling. Huckabee is a player of
words and I would put him into the new class of “New World Evangelists” who
refuse to address the direction our country is taking to ruination.

He is a lot like Rick Warren having even attended seminary at the same time and
the same place as Warren.

We now know that his speech to the Council
of State School Officers (CCSSO) was worded very differently than his
announcement on his Fox
show. Not only that, it appears the governor has also learned “double
speak” lately.

At the CCSSO meetingHuckabee urged state education officials to get rid of the
“Common Core” name because it has become “toxic.” Hum! However, Huckabee
intends to continue to support the standards and it would appear this is the
case as he is still listed on Jeb Bush’s Common Core site as a supporter. And –
why was Huckabee invited to speak to the CCSSO?

“Rebrand it, refocus it, but don’t retreat,” Huckabee reportedly told CCSSO
members. This of course is what some states are doing especially Florida.
Florida lawmakers, Governor Scoot and Commissioner of Education Stewart have
all said they want to delete “Common Core” from official documents and replace
it with the friendly sounding “Next Generation Sunshine State Standards.”
Supposedly by changing the name of the standards everyone will forget they are
the grandfather of the Common Core and the complete ruination of our children’s
education.

In Florida, the Sunshine State Standards, adopted in 1996 became the Common
Core State Standards in 2010.

This past November, Joe Follick a spokesman for the FL Dept. of Education
stated, “Given the input that the state has taken and the changes that are
likely to be made, “it would be disingenuous to call them common core
standards”.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) used an executive order to strip the name “Common
Core” from the state’s new math and reading standards for public schools. In
Iowa, the same standards are now called “The Iowa Core.”

Tea Party members and others have argued that the standards amount to a federal
intrusion in education, while supporters have tried to make the resistors
believe that the development of the standards was spearheaded by governors and
education officials.

Just the fact the president and Arne Duncan were ready and waiting on the
sidelines with Race To The Top (RTTT) grants to the states shows the Federal
intrusion. The grants from RTTT pushed the states to agree to share all their
information on our children, their families and the teachers to the huge data
mining system. All of this done BEFORE the standards were written and without
any state legislation being passed authorizing it.

Back to good ole Huckabee! In June, 2013 Huckabee came out swinging in defense
of the CCS. He sent a letter to lawmakers in Oklahoma, urging them to support
Common Core.“Like many of you, I’ve heard the argument these standards
‘threaten local control’ of what’s being taught in Oklahoma classrooms,”
Huckabee wrote. “Speaking from one conservative to another let me assure you
this simply is not true. States and local school districts will determine how
they want to teach kids, what curriculum to use, and which textbooks to use.

You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all
the time. Huckabee is no conservative. His gubernatorial record shows that.

His lack of understanding the full scope of this “infection”– standards are to
be used as the goals to reach and the curriculum is what is used to gain those
goals is irresponsible. With the likes of Pearson and every Tom, Dick and Harry
company out there writing curriculum to align with the standards For Profit –
there is no escape from this but total elimination.

All of Huckabee’s remarks are like a playbook
from Jeb Bush’s Foundation.

We can ask the question why did Huckabee choose to agree with the likes of Jeb
Bush and his cronies rather than the American parents who had bothered to do
their research! Why did he choose to ignore people like Professor’s Sandra
Stotsky and James Milgram, but instead decided to follow the like-minded
support of David Coleman, Linda Darling-Hammond, Bill Ayers, George Soros and
Jeb Bush types?

This causes one to wonder what Huckabee got for his initial support of the CCS
and now apparent continued support! Backers for a presidential run, monetary?
He certainly could have done his own research!

Huckabee’s “epiphany” mirrors that of others who have suddenly realized that it
was not just a few unimportant people who are concerned about CCS; but instead,
the parents and taxpayers of America, from all parties, no parties, no
particular occupations or races – but our nation as a whole realizing the
danger of having the Obama administration indoctrinate our children into the
social justice agenda through Common Core Standards – using our children as
“Human Capital” to become involved in public-private partnerships is not only
despicable, but Progressive to Socialistic.

The selfish and inconsiderate support of this planned damage against our
children cannot be explained or excused – now or in the future! We are talking
about a former governor here that supported Bill Clinton’s “School-To-Work
Act”. He also appears to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing!

Put your money away boys – you will not win this battle! Parents will!

Baccalaurate” (I program and that branched out into all aspects of foreign
education of which has been allowed into our schools. Then it moved on to the
push for Charter Schools with “unelected” school boards to the infiltration of
the Common Core State Standards which are to be implemented into the states
without proper state legislation.

The Common Cores State Standards (CCSS) are an important issue we must tackle
by getting the information out to the parents so they can help stop this. This
is not about making your children smarter, or worrying about whether they will
actually go to college or not – this is about Total Control by others who are
not their parents. The cost alone – wait until your property taxes go off the
charts to pay for this. It is all about $$ and Big Business.

My goal is to reach as many people as possible to teach and inform them the
truth about the Common Core State Standards and all the other evil things of
which are being put on our children on a daily basis and most of it without
parental permission.

More financial inbreeding compliments of Arkansas Governor Beebe and the Arkansas General Assembly—both houses.        February 9, 2014

Before the above is addressed the following questions have not been answered by Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, the House, or the Senate.
1.    What are the constitutionality, the legality, and/or the authority that gives rise to forming an Arkansas State University campus in Queretaro, Mexico?
2.    What is the purpose?
3.    Who are the beneficiaries?
4.    Who are the titans behind the scenes that are stealing Arkansas taxpaying citizens’ property and moving portions to Mexico by using any number of Arkansas State entities, while citizens in the main are in the blind?

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Director of Higher Education and politically appointed Shane Broadway, U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford, A-State Board of Trustees, along with Chancellor Tim Hudson & President Charles Welch, and a host of others have deep tentacle attachments to A-State. What is their game?

Involvements in this proposed grand scheme borders on criminality, if not in fact criminal, and members of the Arkansas State Legislature sit on their self-serving duffs and not a whimper! Is it out of fear, ignorance, stupidity, or self-service? The menagerie surrounding the Arkansas State University inbreeding is the poster child for corruption and financial mismanagement.

February 1, 2014 I wrote a piece entitled “Legislative gifts…do they pass the smell test”.

Of particular interest was Senate President Pro Tempore Michael Lamoureux, (R-Russellville)first reported he attended a meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland sponsored by the outfit known as the National Conference on State Legislatures’ Forum at a cost of $1990.  The question was then posed who & what is the make-up of the aforementioned organization followed by the question of how do you travel round-trip to Edinburgh for $1990?

In today’s Ark. Dem-Gaz reportage, the Arkansas State Senate dropped in another $2808 toward Lamoureaux’s Scottish extravaganza, a grand theft of $4,798.  The question was asked of Lamoureaux, what benefit was it to Arkansas citizens for his travel to Scotland…the question was answered in today’s paper “I am not sure there was any direct benefit to Arkansas, he said”.  Lamoureaux went on to say he met with Scottish law makers, talked about their issues and how they operate, the history of Scotland and the United States and famous Scottish figures in Scottish history.

Senator, it would be interesting to see just what you learned about Scots.  Did you learn that Scots-Irish who migrated from Scotland to the northern Irish county of Ulster and in the year 1715 began what turned out to be 4 migrations ending in 1775 to the U.S.? Did you learn that these Scots-Irish were primary framers of American culture, that Scots-Irish are the voice of independence, individual responsibility, have no love for ensconced politicians and bureaucrats which is why they partially remain tribal today and have always made up the bulk of America’s fighting forces.  The Scots-Irish shaped America. If you are not aware of that fact you are not aware of history.

Ole Hickory, Andy Jackson, a Scots-Irish of course, and I paraphrase…”Equality of talent, of education, or of wealth cannot be produced by human institutions”. Ole Hickory understood early on & unfortunately forgotten by real Americans, “that aristocracies are built up through the instrumentality of the state”, exactly what is happening right now in the state of Arkansas and in the USA.

Today’s Dem-Gaz stated that Lamoureaux’s travel expenses for last year were $48,124.  Unfortunately said paper left out his trips to Palm Beach, Seattle, Madrid, and Sonoma.

Stated in the piece written Feb. 4 titled “What yardstick does Gov. Beebe use to define education”.  It was reported in that piece that A-State spent $311,108.24 for travel in the randomly selected month of October, 2013.  This figure factors out to be costing each ASU student $22.42 per month for ASU elitists’ travel. The question still remains what part of $311,108.24 was spent on and for the proposed criminal Mexico operation?

Another out of control vulgar number, U of A Fayetteville, in the same month spent $1,704,269.76 for travel, factoring out to be a student cost of $69.46 per month. UALR clocked-in in the same month at $192,880.87.

Governor Beebe has announced education will be his number one spending priority in the upcoming legislative session.  In view of the thieving behavior that goes on in Ark. State Government, particularly in the alleged institutions of Higher Learning but not limited to, is a hard punch in every struggling, taxpaying Arkansans’ face.  The arrogance and the heavy handedness of Beebe’s administration I.D.’s Arkansas government as nothing more than exercises in brute force, manipulation, and subterfuge.

Citizens, have you ever wondered if your legislators are the progenitors of all the hundreds of bills submitted for passage? Of course the answer is no, therefore where do they come from? Senator Johnny Key (R-Mountain Home) traveled to Chicago at the behest of the American Legislative Exchange Council’s meeting in August, no friend of the middleclass. Key was the mule who picked up the bundles of pre-written, proposed legislation crafted in DC by government/corporate entities.  None of the bills are friendly and none are directed for the benefit of Arkansas citizens.  Incidentally, Key won the Senate contest for the most money awarded for travel last year…$55,841.  Key then will distribute the proposed legislation to insiders, e.g. Eddie Joe Williams, Michael Lamoureaux, Joyce Elliot, David Sanders, etc. 

Back to ASU, it’s being floated that ASU’s former president Les Wyatt’s office on the Jonesboro campus is never occupied and is phoneless. It is further estimated that Wyatt’s salary is at least 6 figures with a teaching load of 2 online courses that are being taught from Little Rock. It is being said that he also may have a contractual online teaching deal with ASU. Are all the Wyatt’s employed at ASU part of Les Wyatt’s family?

There has been an employee identity breach at ASU. The CFO is ultimately accountable. This has happened twice since CFO Len Frey was appointed.

Note on other posts dealing with numerous irregularities and lavish out of control spending occurring at ASU, Frey is the recipient of $232,469 per year!

So Governor Beebe, you want more money for education?  Do you define education as vote buying from government employees, elected officials, and low-information citizens?

So far no eagles, just a collection of sparrows.

Illusions of Grandeur, Psychopaths, and Government Entities.        February 6, 2014

We want to believe the people we vote into office and who are hired & appointed are normal, rational human beings but our wishes do not match reality.

Observing the state of our union and pop culture brings widespread frightening evidence that the preponderance of those seeking & obtaining political and/or bureaucratic positions are people driven by abnormal desires for power, control and riches or a cushy well-paying job with few real responsibilities and little to no oversight.  Observe Washington, DC for the former and Arkansas State University for the latter as prime examples.

These people have absolutely no regard or empathy for the hardworking taxpaying smucks who support their luxurious lifestyles, in fact they look down on them for being so stupid and gullible which makes them deserve to be exploited.

Notice the flowery verbiage flowing from their vile mouths…they just “want to serve”, “to give back”, “to make a difference”, “it’s for the children”, ad nauseum.  Notice how they try to ignore and/or smear our true heroes such as Thomas Jefferson & other Founders in an effort to justify their own miserable existence.

Also notice that they always need “more funding” to do their noble work and have no problems taking from the producers to redistribute to those who did not earn the largesse.

The Cultural Marxist/Socialist/Communists are rolling with laughter from their collective graves or luxury suites & limosines…everything they set out to do to murder Western Civilization is coming true right before our eyes on a daily basis.

Achievement, merit, and hard work are being punished while slovenly, back-to-the-jungle behavior rewarded.  How else could an out of control Justin Bieber or uncivilized Rappers make millions of dollars?  How could an Eric Holder be head of the DOJ or a Sibelius head of DHS or an Obama be president or a Hillary as Secretary of State?

Racial division is raising its ugly head with black on white violence being called a “knockout game” and is growing without opposition from government agencies. Illegal aliens are being given special treatment while returning veterans & other citizens are suffering from the effects of their presence through losses of jobs & added taxes for aliens’ education, healthcare, food, housing, etc.  The Camp of the Saints has sailed into our harbors, borders, and cities.

Our education system is in the collectivist cesspool as is our so-called justice system, our political realm, and our media.  Political Correctness has won the war on our society.

Psychopaths & sociopaths rise to the top of the pot just like scum…they have the genetic make-up to not only stomach filth but to thrive on it….normals find it nearly impossible to endure.  If normals are to save themselves they must become acutely aware of how many abnormals are in positions of power and who are preying upon them like carrion.  Normals need at least term limits for all politicrats or will history have to repeat itself?

What yardstick does Governor Mike Beebe use to define education?

As of this date neither Governor Mike Beebe nor the Arkansas State General Assembly have recited the constitutionality, the legality, and the authorization by whom or what to steal Arkansas taxpayer owned property and segue to Mexico for their proposal to build a university in Queretaro, Mexico.

This is a huge scam bordering on criminality that is being perpetrated against and on Arkansas citizens and the proof of this will continue to come out in spite of Beebe’s and the State Legislature’s stonewalling.  Obviously pols & bureaucrats will benefit in some way but the big question is who are the Titans behind the scam and how do they expect to benefit?

Topical information about the proposed scam would have citizens believe the unconstitutional, illegal endeavor will be economically & politically beneficial to Arkansans, accompanied by veiled language that it is an Arkansas citizens’ obligation to educate Mexicans in Mexico, while at the same time we are educating millions of illegals on our own turf.

Without a lot of detail here and just enough information to make the point, Mexico is a bicultural nation.  The first culture is comprised of Mestizo Indians, commonly called Mexicans, who make up the bulk of Mexican citizens,  the ones who have invaded our republic illegally for decades while ALL gutless politicians and bureaucrats have refused to seal our borders and deport these unwelcome throngs resulting in the restoring our sovereignty.   One would ask, is this who Beebe, ASU Chancellor Hudson & President Welch, Higher Ed Director Broadway intend to confer degrees upon in math, physics, chemistry, etc.?

Or is it the ruling class of Mexico?  The White, tall, elegant, well-educated, poised Castilian Spaniards who own and rule the totality of Mexico, i.e. the government, resources, many of the drug cartels, so-called law-enforcement agencies, ad infinitum.?  Their culture is academically and economically deeply ensconced in Mexico’s tapestry by their Spanish heritage.  So Arkansas State University is going to Mexico to educate the Castilian Spaniards?  Hardly.

As previously noted the Mexican state of Queretaro is the proposed site for ASU-Mexico.  In the state of Queretaro there are 31 research centers. Among them is the Instituto Technologico de Queretaro, which is part of the National System of Technological Institutes in Mexico.  It offers 6 Engineering majors and technical training in an array of other scientific involvements.

The National Metrology Center IS LOCATED IN QUETERTARO.  THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THE CENTER IS TO BRING TOGETHER SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMY.  IT IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT OF ITS KIND IN THE AMERICA’S.

With the factual data listed above, what is the purpose, what are the rewards, and who is really behind the Ark. State University scam?

More specifics regarding ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY—JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.

A random sampling of one (1) month travel expenses of more than $100 by ASU employees, in this case the month of October, 2013 breathtakingly revealed that ASU spent $311,108.24 for travel that month!  On a year’s travel this rate of spending could reach $4 million. 

Governor Beebe has stated that his primary goal in this year’s legislative session is to fund education.  Does the figure listed above define his philosophy of education? His record would so indicate.  The amount shown above is corruption at its worse.  ASU is a self-serving fiefdom with a self-serving administration whose goals are not known but can only be clouded in corruption.
1.    Since the inception of the Mexico scheme how many trips have been paid for by Arkansas taxpayers allowing politicians, bureaucrats and other hangers-on to travel to Mexico, and what was the cost?
2.    Was any part of the $311,108.24 used for travel to Mexico?  If so, how much?
3.    Are taxpayer-owned cell phones being used?
4.    What part has the unqualified Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway, played in this sordid scheme?  (His position was a political payoff, compliments of Gov. Beebe)

Other posts have shown the odoriferous salary increases awarded to the ASU upper echelons.  Recently ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was given a raise from $275,000 in 2012-2013 and is now paid $296,250 in 2013-2014.  He may also be receiving additional compensation from the ASU Foundation. He is provided by the university a very large home and a vehicle for his own use.  What would one think the total of his unearned largesse amounts to (health insurance, per diem, & any number of other contractual obligations)?

Governor, members of the Arkansas General Assembly, if Arkansas citizens become aware of your, members of the General Assembly, & ASU bureaucrats’ economic thuggery, what do you believe the response will be?

Obviously there is no legitimate, professional ongoing oversight pertaining to the Arkansas State University system and in all likelihood is a microcosm of the entire State system.

Can Arkansas citizens expect any relief from these unconstitutional & corrupt governmental practices?  Who of you in the General Assembly will stand and speak for the middleclass heavily abused taxpayers??? You have done well for the elites & welfare recipients.

MORE TAXPAYER ABUSE

To Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Members of the Arkansas General Assembly, & Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway:      January 26, 2014

Huge questions remain and new ones arise pertaining to the professional conduct regarding ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson, ASU President Charles Welch, and their various enablers.

An old and extremely important question is still posed:

A.    What is the authorizing authority and what individual or entity instituted it on behalf of Hudson & Associates regarding the construction of an A-State campus in a foreign land, and more notably with no discussions with the owners, i.e. taxpayers concerning their feelings & thoughts regarding the Mexico matter. What say you?

It is being said that reports to Internal Audit are never resolved or even followed up on. What say you?

In my last piece I stated that Dr. Dee Dee Hudson, wife of the Chancellor, was reported being given a $16,000 per year stipend, other reports suggest it is more like $50,000 per year with lucrative travel allowances. For what?  What say you?

The list goes on!

Your silence on these various egregious behaviors is deafening and revealing, your failure to exercise your official oversight and attention in protecting the interests of citizens is cause for grave concern.

Where are the ship’s captain and deckhands?            January 21, 2014

First of all it must be understood that Arkansas State University Chancellor Tim Hudson tried to pull this scam off, i.e. Texas Tech-Mexico, while employed at Texas Tech and his proposal was rejected.

Friday January 16, 2014 A-State President Charles Welch sent an abbreviated memorandum to each member of the Arkansas General Assembly.  Welch put forth 4 wonderments for having an A-State campus in Mexico, none of which had substance.

The General Assembly is not imbued with much curiosity or feel much duty to state taxpayers or they would be examining reams of very expensive legal and accounting paperwork paid for by state taxpayers without their authority or knowledge for the proposed campus in Mexico. 

It is difficult to understand why such a mammoth project as being discussed here would not be in the purview of Ark. Gov. Beebe, the General Assembly and Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway. It cannot be blind acceptance.

Reading some of the FOIA documentation it becomes painfully obvious that A-State’s President & Chancellor are on a self-serving mission and couple that with an abundance of ignorance pertaining to the country of Mexico…they are mere “Babes in the Woods”.  Everyone knows that Mexico’s government is totally corrupt, that bribes are everyday requirements, that drug cartels run rampant, and that it is not a safe country for Americans to travel, much less study.

Of further concern is the fact that the ASU Board of Trustees gave authorization for this proposed project without oversight or direction from the Governor and state legislature.

This project is being promoted as a profit-making endeavor.  Nothing could be further than the truth and if this project is allowed to reach fruition it will ultimately be dumped on Arkansas’ middleclass taxpayers. The FOIA brought to light the fact that this project is fraught with ineptitude, waste, and greed.

December 17, 2012 ASU Chancellor Hudson signed A Memorandum of Understanding. Terms of the M.O.U. are indefinite and uncertain.  An M.O.U. is not generally understood to constitute a formal contract; therefore the M.O.U. of A-State is probably not a formal contract. From that December date to the present date a legally sound agreement has not been signed. 

The M.O.U. provides that “AIEM (Grupo Proyeotos Association for the Advancement of Mexican Education) will obtain sufficient funds from private sources to underwrite any actual loses of the ASUJ Queretaro Campus from a mutually agreed upon budget for the initial 3 years of operation.”  The private sources are not identified.  There is no information given to ensure the private sources are financially capable of underwriting the loses.   This information was clearly requested in the FOIA, therefore it must be assumed that there is no written or other documentation of due diligence by ASUJ to verify the private sources have the financial ability to complete the underwriting provisions.

The Underwriting Provisions appear to be illusory.  It is also noteworthy that Article 3 of M.O.U. provides that the Agreement may be cancelled by either party in writing by giving 90 days’ notice.

Nowhere in the FOIA requested documentation was there any evidence that the Agreement is contingent upon both parties securing all approval from governments of both parties—accreditation, licensing, or registration requirements and complying with all other mandatory legal requirements for this cooperative enterprise.

This proposed project is hailed to be a for-profit enterprise, but has been set up as a Not for-profit.   Stated in the FOIA documentation it is patently obvious that A-State is relying on federal funding.  Nowhere did it address what faculty needs would be, who pays, but there were descriptions of what a fun time it would be for students & faculty alike to, as Hudson says, travel ABROAD.  Mexico is abroad?  Hudson immediately states the campus will benefit Arkansas State financially without investment of public funds. This proposed project is awash in taxpayer money.

In a memo from Jeff Hankins, V.P. for Communications & Economic Development ASU, to “Danny” (?) “ASU Jonesboro will use federal funds or private money to pay for initial startup”.

Public funds are being used and will continue to be used and this has the appearance of a massive cover-up.

As of this date Chancellor’s trips to Mexico and ancillary expenses (phones, personnel, equipment, etc.) were paid for by University funds.

The question now remains, will the leadership of the legislature or any other electives see fit to throw a life-preserver to unsuspecting Arkansas taxpaying citizens and halt this globalist scam, orchestrated by internationalist Tim Hudson?

A major scam in the making, if not stopped, is about to be unveiled in Mexico and cloaked in murky overtones, i.e. Arkansas-Mexico State University.                January 20, 2014

At this juncture it is not known what the details of the scam contain, but a number of abuses have boiled to the top.

It has been bandied for decades that nothing happens in Arkansas, particularly political, that the now Governor of Arkansas, Mike Beebe, is not aware of or the progenitor of, i.e. he is a political tome.

Gov. Beebe, Arkansas ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson, & ASU President Charles Welch are the principals in this misadventure, throw in Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel & Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway. All except Hudson have direct ties to ASU.  No doubt there are any numbers of others, and as yet unknown who the deep-pockets are that have declared their willingness to subsidize this misadventure for 3 years.  Question: Who takes it over after the 3 years? Arkansas taxpayers or will it be turned over to Mexico?

What legislative authority, if any, was used to set this unconstitutional (Article 1, Section 10) activity  in motion?  Apparently no involvement by the Arkansas state legislature, except for perhaps a few consummate insiders, and here’s why.

Friday, January 17, 2014, ASU President Charles Welch sent an email to every current member of the Arkansas General Assembly containing documents regarding their Mexico Initiative.  Is the Arkansas State Legislature guilty of incompetence, ignorance, arrogance, or are they willing enablers?  Why would Welch, after a number of years, choose now to enlighten the Legislature regarding his and others nefarious appearing activities? 

As of today, Monday, January 20, 2014 there have been no efforts put forth by members of the Arkansas General Assembly to enlighten constituencies pertaining to the content of Welch’s emails.  Wonder how much “enlightenment” Welch conferred in his emails?

More mendacity coming from the mouth of President Welch. “We have been very transparent about this process.” (ASU Mexico)  Welch went on to exclaim the Mexico operation would provide additional revenue streams…from what sources & what proof?  By his statement this means that there are ongoing gross abuses of taxpayers’ properties, i.e. Ark. State University’s physical resources, personnel, etc.  If this scam is allowed to continue, Arkansas taxpayers will inherit the catastrophe. Does anyone really think ASU Mexico will be self-sustaining?

Both Hudson & Welch allude to the curricula they plan on introducing, e.g. mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, etc.  60% of the Mexican population is Mestizos…those that have invaded the U.S. by the millions.  Are we expected to believe they will embrace the aforementioned proposed curricula? Note the movers & shakers in Mexico are of European Spanish descent and control the wealth and political scenes in Mexico.  Is this who Beebe, Hudson, & Welch are cozying with?

What are these Democrat enablers hoping to gain from their aberrant endeavor in trying to establish a university campus in Mexico for Mexicans? Particularly in view that education in the U.S. top down is in such a deplorable state of affairs, and overfunded to the point of being destructive to the foundation of our republic.

This thing is huge and the truth is buried.

An update on the proposed theft of Arkansas taxpayer property and the attack on college age kids.

Arkansas—Mexico State University                January 16, 2014

Tuesday night, Jan.14, 2014 a third attempt was made to get an FOIA request in the hands of Arkansas State Chancellor Tim Hudson or one of his minions. After 2 previous failures using registered U.S. Postal service, & email, FedEx was chosen.  Wednesday January 15, FedEx was successful in delivering the FOIA and it was signed for by B. James at 9:29 AM. 

Recall this process began on Dec. 31, 2013 when the USPS service was rejected.

By law Arkansas-Mexico State has 3 working days to respond to the request.

As information comes in regarding Hudson and others’ attempted theft of Arkansas State taxpayers’ property, the Mexico scam is beginning to closely resemble Barack Obama’s scandalous/criminal administration.

The following names continue to show up in any number of venues related to the Ark. State/Mexico scam.  Those names are Charles Welch, President of ASU; Chancellor Tim Hudson; along with 3 people named Frey, Cooksey, & Stripling.

Other names in a similar context are also mentioned:  Gov. Mike Beebe; A. G. Dustin McDaniel; Higher Education Director Shane Broadway; and occasionally Congressman Crawford, all graduates of Arkansas State.

Information has it that in particular Welch, Hudson, Frey, Cooksey, & Stripling all use texting to subvert the FOIA request. Of note Chancellor Hudson tried unsuccessfully to run this scam while employed at Texas Tech.

It has been theorized that to defray some of the economic burden related to the ASU/Mexico scam the above five, but not limited to, have moved some taxpayer dollars directed to fund ASU activities on the Jonesboro campus and diverted them into the ASU Foundation to avoid Arkansas State purchasing laws.

Conversations with a number of past & present legislators indicate that this was an end run around the state legislature which eliminated objective discussions and precisely as to why Chancellor Hudson, his minions and perhaps Gov. Beebe would run roughshod over Arkansas taxpayers, steal Arkansas taxpayer property for personal gain (as yet undetermined) and forsake Arkansas’ college aged youth allegedly to educate Mexican nationals in Mexico. 

Information has it that other financial abuses reign supreme—travel, per diems, supplies, services, utilization of A-State personnel, ad infinitum…which has not been verified yet.

In view of Arkansas State University’s ruling hierarchy’s irresponsible and very likely illegal activities and failure to justify spending hard-earned Arkansas taxpayer dollars which have been and are being spent in Mexico while thousands of Arkansans are qualifying for Medicaid weekly, joblessness mounting, 50% of Arkansas students entering colleges & universities requiring remedial education, K-12 ranking in the high 30% nationally, and our elective and governing bodies allowing a scam of this magnitude while coupling the above to the 25-35 million illegals already nesting in the U.S. is a proposal that can only be described as psychopathic behavior.

The individuals or entities willing to cough up $50 million for this self-serving enterprise will soon be known and by any standard a full scale criminal investigation by appropriate authorities should be launched immediately specifically into the internal affairs of the A-State administration, Gov. Beebe’s involvement if any, and finally is A.G. McDaniel advising?

Note: These are all Democrats that are ensconced in this proposed smelly misadventure.

Apparently the outright theft of the Arkansas State brand makes no difference to these politicians/bureaucrats who have spent their adult lives in the producers’ trough, no not “public service”, self-service.

In the final analysis, could this have anything to do with oil, gas, and other natural resources or just about educating cheap labor?

Is this the legacy Gov. Mike Beebe seeks?            January 13, 2014

It appears the Beebe administration is in an aggressive mode to sellout citizen taxpayers’ property to a foreign national government, i.e. Mexico…why?

The proposed location of Arkansas State University’s foreign campus is Queretaro, Mexico.  A-State Chancellor Tim Hudson stated in a press conference that “the demand for higher education is rapidly rising in Mexico, along with its growing affluence and economy”. With the “growing affluence & economy in Queretaro, Mexico what is the purpose that demands the state of Arkansas build and subsidize the proposed university?  Hudson goes on to say “Hispanics are an expanding demographic in the U.S., and Arkansas State will be better equipped to fulfill related needs and opportunities”.   The United States is home to 25-35 million, uninvited illegals Mexican & OTM invaders, not the phony 11 million that government agencies are peddling.

Chancellor Hudson did not amplify on exactly how Arkansas State will better equip nor did he state what the needs & opportunities are for Mexicans. Why is it incumbent on American taxpayers to provide a university for Mexican?  From his statements it is obvious that the government/corporate plan is to continue to trash, in this case middleclass Arkansans, in favor of illegal and legal Mexicans— MORE CHEAP LABOR, DEMOCRAT VOTES & THE ERASURE OF OUR SOUTHERN BORDER…ENDING SOVEREIGNTY.  This can only be described as constitutional and financial corruption at governments’ highest levels.

To substantiate the above, Alan Birsin, Assistant Secretary of Affairs & Chief Diplomatic Officer at DHS recently made the following statement to the American/Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC “The Guatemalan border with Chiapas (the southernmost state in Mexico) is now the United States’ southern border.”    A-State Mexico & Birsin’s statement are just small parts in the over-all strategy to erase U.S. borders—the outcome will be the globalists’ North American Union.

Is there any doubt in any citizen’s mind that there is a frontal destructive assault on middleclass American citizens, our sovereignty and the rule of law brought to us, but not limited to, by Gov. Mike Beebe, Shane Broadway and the Dept. of Higher Education & Chancellors of U.S. universities, and the Chambers of Commerce?  As pointed out on multiple occasions, Beebe, A.G. McDaniel, ASU Chancellor Hudson are in violation of Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, and theft of Arkansas citizen’s property used and intended to be used for other purposes for which it was intended, e.g. Mexico.

There 6 other universities which have officially signed up to jump into the Mexican giveaway.  Other than growing government in any number of ways, what do the other 6 universities get out of this deal? One of the 6 is Univ. Arkansas Fort Smith and Chancellor Paul Beran in another attack on citizens, has proposed a master plan that would reach $200 million. Education, like all government entities, is a huge self-serving protection racket.

An FOIA was sent to Chancellor Tim Hudson, certified mail and he was made aware of the arrival of the FOIA Dec. 31, 2013.  Legally Hudson has 3 days to respond…as of 1:00 pm today, January 13, 2014 the FOIA has not been picked up which questions how money has been and is being spent.

A second FOIA was sent by email Sunday, January, 12, 2014, confirmation of receipt requested.  At this juncture, no response.

As to why Gov. Beebe, A.G. McDaniel, Chancellor Hudson and a host of others have not chosen to respond is anyone’s guess.  Two options come to mind immediately;

1.    They are playing games.
2.    They are involved in a massive cover-up.

It is noted that Beebe is working on the fiscal 2015 budget, which he says will be his last.  The question comes to mind, how much of this budget will be dedicated to the unconstitutional proposed Mexican campus.  In the same category how many Arkansas tax dollars have been spent of the illegal Mexican Consulate in Little Rock?

It is patently obvious that Gov. Beebe, A.G. McDaniel, Chancellor Hudson, the Ark. Legislature feel no responsibility for detailing the very expensive & unconstitutional ramifications of this proposed assault on Arkansas & American taxpayers.

The United States ranks 16th globally in education, which is shameful, accompanied by a $17 TRILLION national debt, and these individuals elected & appointed, are hired to protect & educate Arkansas citizens.

They call themselves “public servants”, surely they jest.  They are feeding their political & economic appetites.

Why doesn’t Chancellor Hudson “man-up” and complete the FOIA or has Beebe & McDaniel advised otherwise?  The time will come when they have to answer. 

Will this be Beebe’s tarnished legacy?
