Dreaded Drones coming-out party?

SO VERY QUIET ON THE FT. SMITH & AMERICAN HOMEFRONT—WHY?  FEAR, IGNORANCE, COMPLICITY,COWARDICE, POLITICAL CORRECTNESS, ETC.        August 8, 2013

When is the coming-out party for newly anointed Fort Smith 188th Spy & Fry Squadron?

It was prophesized that August, 2013 is the month American citizens’ newest enemy would launch their unconstitutional & unconscionable mission of Spying on fellow citizens, ensconced with the added capability to Fry same, all made possible by the U.S. President who has declared he possesses these UNCONSTITUTIONALLY FORBIDDEN RIGHTS.  His administration has used these powers to oppress & murder U.S. citizens.  This can only be described as an executive coup.  To enlarge on this crime wave the L.A. Times and other news outlets headline this attack, “Drone strike in Yemen kills 4 suspected Al-Qaeda”.  Note the word SUSPECTED.  Translation—murder.

Terror as defined: Intense fear caused for the purpose of coercing or subduing.  Americans have been conditioned/indoctrinated to accept any and all criminal acts the federal government has given birth to. Chilling is the fact there is no public outcry regarding the deadly use of drones to data mine every American citizen.
The former courageous 188th Fighter Squadron has been reduced to an enemy of liberty.  Recall the Pentagon’s announcement that 30,000 drones would overfly the U.S. for the specific purpose of spying on every American under the guise of keeping citizens safe from “terrorists”, when in reality the U.S. government & its various agencies, e.g. the NSA, are the real enemies of freedom.

Topically speaking how do you describe the mental make-up of an individual who sits in a cubicle and spies on his friends, neighbors and countrymen with instructions to kill on command utilizing drones?

Senators Mark Pryor & John Boozman and Rep. Steve Womack had a heavy hand in the transformation of an American defending force (the 188th) into a traitorous Spy/Fry network. Through the efforts of unscrupulous politicians who have been reelected for decades have most certainly sent our former preeminent republic into a nosedive to the abyss wrapped in depravity. Long term incumbent politicians are the terminal disease, certainly not the cure for the unconstitutional and the criminal conduct of the American government.

Americans have surely descended into THE STATE OF DEPRAVITY under the false flag guise of a “war on terrorism”. America, formerly a peace loving republic, has been transformed into a corrupt, money-changing, warmongering machine and its citizens’ thought processes numbed.

Benjamin Franklin, one of America’s Founders opined that they were “giving us a Republic—if we could keep it”.  (we obviously did not)

Pryor, Boozman, & Womack would have Boobus Arkanicus & Boobus Americanicus believe that the newly created merchants of Spying & Frying were the result of “Job Creation”.  Jobs you say, when all matters of human decency are being obliterated, replete with orders from the Czar Barack Obama?

Recalling that Michigan Congressman Justin Amash introduced an amendment to defund the unconstitutional & criminally corrupt NSA…a close vote but Amash’s Amendment failed.  Arkansas Congressmen Cotton, Crawford & Womack voted to continue funding the NSA.  All 3 are neoconservatives with multiple government ties, with the mantra “eternal war for eternal peace”.

The aforementioned three, but not limited to, are the precise reasons our nation is decaying and perpetually warmongering on borrowed Chinese money, accompanied by money printed out of thin air by the Federal Reserve which is a PRIVATE BANKING CONCERN. The current national debt is $17 TRILLION.

What the government has perpetrated is a personal attack on every American citizen—unadulterated savagery monitoring our every move and utterance.  Why?

What next?

Are the members of the 188th conscious of the deadly & immoral game that they are playing…do they understand they are being used and duped? Is that why those in command are promising mental & religious consultations & other forms of professional mental healthcare?

These men and women of the 188th have been indoctrinated by government schools, the media, and other entities to the point they may actually believe they are protecting the citizens from exterior foreign forces, i.e. the phony “war on terror” instituted by former Pres. G. W. Bush and continued by Pres. Barack Obama.
The crime and fallacy of the drone and other spying operations perpetrated against Americans is the fact U.S. military & civilian contractors cover the globe in the numbers of hundreds of thousands claiming they create democracies, while at the same time American forces are destroying the host countries, e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Libya, Egypt, and now Yemen. No declaration of war in any of these instances which the Constitution demands.  The congress long ago abdicated its sworn constitutional duties. Global dominance is their game.

The same globetrotting U.S. cabal who is trying to work its will on the rest of the world refuses to enforce U.S. rule of law in the matter of U.S. borders by not securing our own national borders and deporting millions of illegals nesting here.  One should only look at elected national officials with utter disdain and contempt due to their unconstitutional, corrupt, self-serving conduct.

Can our nation survive 3 more years of a criminally corrupt rogue U.S. government underpinned by Cultural Marxist Democrats & Neoconservative (warmongering) Republicans? Worshiping at the altar of the feckless Democrat & Republican political parties can only be described as an exercise in stupidity.

Can the 188th Drone Squadron now be aptly called American Terrorists?

P.S. The United States Federal Government and its record on crime & corruption pursuing Manning & Snowden is irony at its worst.

Another colossal Cave by POI…Immigration

The Greater the Lie and the Party of Irrelevancy (POI)            June 13, 2013

It has been postulated the bigger the lie, the more believable.

Enter Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR) and his tap-dancing routine pertaining to the “Affordable Care Act” and its alleged value to Arkansas.

Pryor stated that Arkansas’ Obamacare would “create 6,200 new jobs in the state, will boost the state’s economy by $550 million a year and provide health coverage to 400,000 uninsured Arkansas residents.” How many illegals in this number? That’s like saying adding 16,000 new IRS agents to shadow Americans is creating new jobs not government positions/expansion.

Senator Pryor, third in line of the Pryor governmental dynasty, understands that Boobus Arkansaus does not understand the difference between a private sector job and a government position which is funded by private sector taxpayers.  The numbers just related are produced and provided by forced redistribution, i.e. taken by force from the earners and redistributed to the non-earners.  Furthermore; the numbers are add-ons to the $17 Trillion national debt, further burdening themselves and everyone’s offspring.

Recall, Senator Pryor’s grandmother, an Under Sheriff; his father Senator (Dull) David Pryor, and now Senator Mark (waiting for a wind shift) Pryor have been slopping in the taxpayer trough for the better part of 100 years.  More evidence regarding the presence of Boobus Arkansaus.  Oh yes, Pryor voted for the nation destroying Obamacare.

Now to the Party of Irrelevancy (POI), formerly known as the Republican Party.   The newly minted Republican (Cavemen &Cavewomen) majority in the Arkansas House & Senate joined hands with the Democrat Party and 30 government veteran Gov. Mike Beebe to drop this nation destroying burden squarely on the shoulders of middleclass Arkansas producers.

The original number quoted was to be 250,000 newly anointed welfare deadbeats. As the session progressed the number grew to 267,000 and now Senator Pryor’s number is 400,000 new add-ons to the welfare system. Madness!!!

All compliments of the perpendicular fools who have been elected and reelected to the national & state legislatures, both Democrats & Republicans.

The leadership of the POI’s, in this particular case, Senators John McCain, Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio, Jeff Flake and others, in league with the Democrat architect Chuck Schumer are joined together in passing the  criminally corrupt “Immigration Reform” Bill S. 744.  Does the POI believe that by joining the Democrats in another nation killing piece of legislation will get them new Hispanic votes?  Another example of the perpendicular fools.

It’s difficult to comprehend the depth of stupidity which reigns in the Republican Party nationally and state wise. The national POI’s supported increasing the national debt, Obamacare, stimuli bail-outs, etc. etc, while maintaining their warmongering stance under the false-flag battle cry for the phony war on terrorism.

The United States has become the Terrorists…Observe all recently revealed revelations and all three divisions of government are ensconced in this scum up to their collective noses.

Will we survive as a republic?  You cannot defend the indefensible.

P.S. Excuse Sen. John Boozman from the S. 744 description…he voted against it with gusto.

Where do legislators get all those bad bills?

ALEC – The Good and the Bad
Why There Is Such a Disconnect Between GOP  Legislators and Grassroots Conservatives

Have you ever wondered where Arkansas legislators get all those bills they file;  why even conservative legislators propose and often pass all these laws for which the conservatives back home never asked or wanted; why we can’t get our conservative legislators to listen to the people back home when they do propose bills that surprise and even shock the grassroots ;  and why the establishment Republicans keep winning in elections and policy decisions?

The information below may very well explain this puzzle. The same organization that true conservatives agree with about 90% of the time may be the very reason true conservatives never win the battle over establishment Republicans often called RINO’s (Republicans In Name Only).  It took me more than  twenty years working with legislators and legislation to understand the following and I hope it helps other better understand the disconnect between legislators and the grassroots.

There are two organizations that have great influence over state legislators across the nation, including Arkansas:

·       The National Conference of State Legislatures [NCSL] that mostly influences Democrat legislators, and mostly financed by the government.  I believe the State  pays the  $50.00 fee for NCSL membership fees.
·       American Legislative Exchange Council [ALEC] that mostly influence Republican legislators and also has a membership of legislators. An Eagle Forum President from another state said that ALEC agreed with them (true conservatives) about 90% of the time. Some says it is  more like 80% of the time. That 90% degree of agreement sounds good, but couldn’t we say the same agreement is true for true conservatives and the establishment Republicans – especially in rhetoric?
·       So I presume we could say ALEC disagrees with liberals about 80 to 90% of the time (and that is good) and the liberal Arkansas Times loves to blast ALEC, the Koch brothers and Americans for Prosperity (all inter related).  But the problem is that NCSL and ALEC work together on several issues (see documentation below).  In my opinion, it is in those 10 to 20% of the times  where ALEC disagrees with the true conservatives and agrees with the liberals that destroys the goals of the true conservative base. Feel free to disagree.  For example, ALEC has been a powerful force for 2nd Amendment Rights but also powerful force behind all those Educational Reforms that are sooooooooooo government controlled. See more on that point below.  See my last paragraphs on possible solutions that could alleviate some of this disconnect between legislators and the grassroots.

Following are quotes mostly from ALEC that show the power of ALEC. ( Footnotes include links to quotes.)   You can find articles all over the web from liberal opponents of  ALEC that probably include some basic information that has some merit, but I have not used any of those since they come from liberals.  I hate to criticize ALEC at all because the liberals do enough of that. And ALEC has been a powerful force for some very good legislation that may not have ever seen the light of day without their influence.  But are they too powerful now?

As you read these quotes , ask yourself  if  ALEC would  appear too powerful  if it  were a liberal organization? Or just a Republican establishment organization.  See links for these quotes in footnotes.

ALEC is the only state legislative organization that adopts policies and creates model legislation for its members to use in their states. To date, ALEC has nearly 1,000 pieces of model legislation.  1

Throughout the year ALEC conducts issue-specific seminars in 20 to 30 state capitols. ALEC Academies are special two-day- intensive programs on specific issues, featuring national experts as faculty.  2

Unique to ALEC Task Forces is their public-private partnership, a synergistic alliance that identifies issues and then responds with common sense, results-oriented policies.  Legislators welcome their private sector counterparts to the table as equals, working in unison to solve the challenges facing the nation. 3

[My note:  Private sector has the money to influence the legislators. Obama constantly uses  and Agenda 21 promotes public-private partnerships throughout their documents – is this not cronyism? And naturally the businesses are going to support legislation that looks out for their own interests more than for the citizenry.   Businesses and/or corporations pay for membership in ALEC from $7,000 to $25,000.   And many large corporations, like the Koch brothers and their foundations, donate huge amounts of  money to ALEC and to legislators, but this also happens on the liberal side of the aisle. One could argue, therefore,  that this influence is essential for the conservatives – but the problem still exists.

ALEC serves as the “state legislators’ think tank.” Join nearly 2,000 fellow state legislators at ALEC – the nation’s largest nonpartisan, individual membership association. 4

Each state has its own two state chairmen (legislators), “State Chairmen duties shall include recruiting new members, working to ensure introduction of model legislation,  suggesting task force membership, establishing state steering committees, planning issue events,” and “Each ALEC State Chairman shall appoint a Private Sector State Chairman to serve concurrently with the State Chairman.”  [Note: See footnote 5 for the link for names of legislators in Arkansas that are state chairmen now and some for previous years.] 5

The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is the nation’s largest nonpartisan individual membership association of state legislators, with over 2,000 state legislators across the nation and more than 100 alumni members in Congress. 6 [ALEC is neat way to move up to US Congress, huh?]

To date, ALEC’s Task Forces have considered, written and approved hundreds of model bills on a wide range of issues, model legislation that will frame the debate today and far into the future. Each year, close to 1,000 bills, based at least in part on ALEC Model Legislation, are introduced in the states. Of these, an average of 20 percent become law.7

My note:   One Arkansas legislator  tweeted  that he had received his ALEC packet and could now file his bills.

Most Arkansans would be surprised that a mostly conservative organization would have been one of the most powerful forces in the nation in giving us the government controlled educational reforms.  On its website, ALEC says, “Since its founding, ALEC has amassed an unmatched record of achieving ground-breaking changes in public policy. Policies such as teacher competency testing, pension reform, and Enterprise Zones represent just a handful of ALEC’s victories in the states.” 8

In another quote ALEC refers to it as “holding teachers accountable.”  Teacher competency (accountability)  or teacher testing was the basis and beginning  of the educational reforms. (This is an area where NCSL and ALEC work together just as we  saw Democrats and Republicans both pushing the educational reforms, and continually even to this day marketing them as local control.) Businesses pushed the consolidation movement in Arkansas as well, and I am sure ALEC was also behind that movement too. Businesses were told it would save money to consolidate the schools, but it hasn’t; it just gave the state control over our schools.   9

Gayle Teale Potter, an Arkansas State Department  appointee of Clinton who began the educational reforms in the state,  told me on the phone years ago that surveys had shown that  Arkansas citizens would be willing to increase taxes for “accountability.”  In other words, they tested their marketing tool and found that “accountability” worked to deceive the people. The educational reforms were built and marketed as holding teachers and schools accountable resulting in the testing of teachers and the testing, testing, testing of students that resulted in total government control of the curriculum and the ability for the state to take over our schools.

Businesses and corporations (a central part of ALEC)  were the main players in the educational reforms. In the first large grant (funded mostly by corporations) that formed the basis for Clinton’s educational reforms in 1992 is this quote:  “In Kentucky [called the lighthouse for educational reforms by Clinton], there are a number of public engagement efforts underway including the Kentucky Partnership, which is comprised of nearly sixty members led by The Business Roundtable companies. The Partnership has launched a statewide $1.3 million media campaign in support of a reform agenda virtually identical to ours.”  I believe most of the businesses were deceived as to what the reforms were, but we definitely talked to enough people in Arkansas to know the businesses were the major players behind the reforms. 10

ALEC also regularly (17 reports to date) does a comprehensive report and “grades all 50 states according to data from national test scores…and other benchmarks of quality.”  [In reality, as a teacher of 27 years, the testing system has been totally corrupted and has very little meaning now, and the benchmarks of quality are mostly based on the government educational reforms’ definition of quality, and not on real achievement.]  11

It is hard to imagine what laws ALEC could get passed that would  compensate for taking away local and parental control of the schools – with all the liberal teaching and influence our children will get now that the government is in total control – the plan the liberals designed all along.

Another area in which ALEC and NSCL agree – they both encourage a Con Con (Constitutional Convention) which they call an Amendment Convention or Constitutional Amendment By a Convention of the States. (Note: Nancy Pelosi was one of keynote speakers at 2010 NCSL Legislative Summit in 2010)  ALEC has  a 36-page Handbook encouraging and explaining this Constitutional Convention. NSCL (remember the organization to which most Democrats belong ) has on their website a power point presentation encouraging and explaining an Amendment Convention and refers to ALEC’s model for it as an example. (See footnote 12  for articles that explain the Constitutional Convention  if you are not familiar with the controversy; or even if you are, these articles will be enlightening.)  Soros also advocates a Constitutional Convention.

For a very good explanation of the controversy see Powerful Forces Calling For Constitutional Convention by Tom DeWeese at this link: www.newswithviews.com/DeWeese/tom169.htm – a very good explanation of the controversy.

Following are the safeguards that the NCSL says will keep the Convention under control for the purpose it was called.  These safeguards indicate how dangerous the Constitutional Convention would be;  and as you can see,  in our day and time the so called “safeguards’ are laughable, especially the part about the media and the delegates. And who knows how the Supreme Court will rule and who will be on the bench if a Constitutional Convention ever happens? There are no instructions for how the delegates will be selected in the US Constitution for a Constitutional Convention so no telling who the delegates would be – maybe the liberal  Joyce Elliott or Kathy Webb type in Arkansas. Would our 2nd Amendment even survive?

“(1) the State Legislatures will establish convention procedures that could ensure a Convention would not go beyond its mandate and (2) the Supreme Court can rule on the inevitable legal challenges. Then, States would select delegates to attend the Convention on their behalf. Delegates would almost certainly mirror the current political make-up of the States, thus minimizing the risks posed by radical elements. Then, the Convention itself would take place. The intense focus of the media, coupled with the checks and balances provided by the State Legislatures, the Supreme Court, the delegates, and the ratification requirement, would eliminate any realistic prospect of factionalism or radicalism. 13

The educational reforms and encouraging a Constitutional Convention are just two of the areas where I believe ALEC is dangerous in those areas in which they and true conservatives disagree, but there are many more. Many of the bills that are Agenda 21 bills in nature  are supported by ALEC.  The legislators don’t seem to recognize them as Agenda 21 bills, and maybe ALEC doesn’t either.  But remember the major influences in ALEC are businesses so who knows how they profit or  think they will profit from these Agenda 21 bills, or some of the other model bills?

Since ALEC has such power, influence, money and are mostly conservative,  the legislators start to believe that if it is an ALEC bill, it is a good bill.   ALEC also affords them a way to get legislation passed, provides them models for the legislation, and affords them a way to the top – so the opinions of the voters back home have little influence in comparison, and we wind up with all the laws we never wanted (and even opposed) and keep getting  establishment type legislation rather than true conservative legislation. The legislators hear from experts that are so good at persuasion (deception)  they could have made me  as a teacher believe their reforms were good had I not been an experienced  teacher  myself.  The legislators are all there together talking among themselves, the herd mentality in Little Rock takes over,  and it becomes like a train coming down the tracks which the conservatives can’t stop.

Americans for Prosperity, which is inter related with ALEC, and the Koch brothers and their foundations, is exercising tremendous influence at the Capitol in Little Rock as well.  When the Tea Parties from all over the state got together in Searcy, Arkansas the first year after they formed and had Tea Parties all over the state,  they were so concerned that someone would “take them over” that they aggressively argued with every speaker. I thought to myself, “I don’t think anyone is going to take this group of people over.”  And they haven’t at the grassroots level; but in reality, Americans for Prosperity has now pretty much become the leader and spokesman for the Tea Parties at the Capitol.

ALEC is also working at the national level, and according to the history I read, was begun in Washington with a very good purpose in mind. Like many other good beginnings, ALEC is so powerful now that the grass roots can’t overcome them in those areas where they disagree – grassroots lack the money that is so important in politics.

Ideas For Solution – If you have other ideas for solutions, please let me know.

However, some or much of the problem still lies at the feet of true conservatives. Until we begin to realize we get what we pay for (in money and sacrifice) in the political arena and start putting enough money behind the candidates so they don’t have to rely on ALEC businesses to support them, we will probably never succeed in getting the conservative legislation we desire. And more conservatives have to sacrifice their time and  stay informed to educate themselves and then  work with our legislators to educate them on issues.  We have to refuse to let the media intimidate us and cause us to  back off our support for those candidates that the media tells us are too conservative to be electable and support them with our time and money.

ALEC does put their money and influence behind many good endeavors.  However if they cause us to lose our Constitution through the Constitutional Convention they propose and other bad legislation, will not all their work have been in vain?  An Eagle Forum Director from another state, who said ALEC agrees with them 90% of the time, told me that every time the legislators go to an ALEC conference they come back and file some bills that Eagle Forum has to fight back, especially on holding a Constitutional Convention.

The corporations and businesses are the powerful influences behind our legislation and are often looking out for their own interests – interests which many times are not the same interests of the grassroots. If we could get our legislators to stay in touch with the grassroots and honor the wishes of the people whom they represent, many of whom have more time to do the research on the bills, and pass only those bills where the grassroots and ALEC agree, we could overcome the Republican establishment’s power and make some real difference with a Republican majority in the state.

Unless we do that, I fear the Republicans will quickly lose their majority, and a third party will be formed – which may or may not be good for the country or the conservatives.

More Republican Whoring Enabling the Democrats

The Republican Whoring continues; now enter the Chief Whore Gov. Mike Beebe.     October 10, 2012

It appears more so every hour evidence of the scandalous attack on Rep. Jon Hubbard & another two whom I do not know was given birth by the governor and transmitted by the Left Over the Clift Associated Press. 30 minutes after the stories hit the wire & internet, without any inquiry or objective thought, Republicans caved and immediately instituted their attack on one of the most substantive & HONEST State Representative.

Political Correctness & Political Cowardice…the death of America.

The attack on Rep. Jon Hubbard is a graphic example of what political cowards we continue to elect cycle after cycle; in this case Beebe heads the list.  The thought that Beebe will have to live with a Republican dominated legislature is driving him to the nearest psychiatrist.
I will again point out the chief Republican whores, along with Beebe, who are enflaming the state in hopes of gaining political advantage. The Republicans are so fearful of the word “race” that they have willingly been duped in joining Back-Room Beebe’s tactics.  Here are the principal so-called elite Republicans that are more than willing to continue their vicious unsupported incendiaries directed at Rep. Jon Hubbard…GOP Chairman Doyle Webb, U.S. Representatives Rick Crawford & Tim Griffin.
Rep. Hubbard had the temerity to pose questions and make logical observations regarding the status of Blacks in America. A perfectly valid question and one of genuine concern of the Representative simply asked if Blacks are better off now or 1861 or their native Africa?  If we had elected Statesmen this question would have been addressed many years ago, with the endgame being, what can be done to turn the fortunes of Black Americans around?  The legislative zeroes we elect & continue to elect are never going to address the Black racial tragedy or any other true dilemma.  Another Hubbard rational question: how long  are Affirmative Action, racial quotas, & set-asides to continue.

The three Republican Whores and the Democrat Whore continue to hurl incendiaries, i.e. “divisive, racially inflammatory, disappointed, disturbed”, etc.  Note, these legislative zeroes never defend their positions, they cut & run.

Blacks, as a group & Americans all, tragically are at the bottom of every indicator. Does anyone think the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion, and the inordinate amount of welfare dumped on Black Americans, principally by Democrats has had anything to do with their failures?  Blacks as a group has enjoyed super freedoms, more than any other racial entity and been showered with unearned money and positions.  Still no serious, honest discussions from legislative zeroes regarding the plight of Black America.

What is Gov. Beebe’s solution?  Answer: put another ¼ million Blacks, illegals, & a scattering of whites on Medicaid welfare.  Beebe will quickly tell you that the federal government says they will pay for all this largesse.  Question:  Where does the federal government get the money, who pays, and has it occurred to him and the Marxist Obama that our Republic is $16 Trillion in the arrears and is buried under $75-100 Trillion in unfunded mandates generated by Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Eternal Wars, etc.  Beebe, tell us again where this money is coming from in view of the burgeoning debts.

What kind of individuals would attack a man, without inquiry and objectivity, planning not only to destroy the messenger, but the TRUTH which is an anathema to them & of which they are terrified.

I stand with Rep. Hubbard because his foundation is one of honesty, courage, and consideration for his fellow man.

Republican Whores Attack Republican Representative for being Politically Incorrect

Republican Whores in Full Retreat. (See article below)                October 7, 2012

It’s not Politically correct but the U.S. is a racial jungle and a tinderbox that can explode at any time. The hordes of 3rd World immigrants, legal & illegal, are not here to embrace the Constitution.  Proof of this lies in the fact that each of the myriads of ethnic invaders bring with them their failed cultures and philosophies.  The invasions are by design compliments of the corrupt federal government.

The questions, opinions, and facts published in Rep. Jon Hubbard’s book are legitimate.  The question he poses which is paraphrased…are Blacks better off under the government welfare system, the cotton plantation system, or their homes in Africa?

Blacks, due to much needed Civil Rights legislation, have enjoyed more freedoms and more entitlements (which ultimately brought them down) than any other racial group in the history of man…ponder the results—crime, illegitimacy, welfare, unemployment, education, ad infinitum. The racial whores, both Democrat & Republican are refusing to bring this scandalous crisis to the table for debate so some peaceful and constructive resolution can be achieved. Evidently, it’s all about the spoils.

There is no concern about stability in our state or nation, racial harmony, adherence to the Constitution and the rule of law…it is about politicians & bureaucrats wrapping their greedy greasy arms around the spoils.

The Republican whores (make no mistake there are Democrat whores) have no problem trampling Rep. Jon Hubbard’s First Amendment rights which pose questions and opinions and if not addressed will further erode our republic in the near term.

Like all hurlers of expletives and incendiaries they never logically defend their positions.
I recently sent out a 4 page piece headlining that the Republican Party would be irrelevant after Nov. 6, 2012, regardless of which candidate wins the presidency. Here is a graphic example: GOP Chairman Doyle Webb call Hubbard’s book highly offensive.  Chairman Webb, detail what you find offensive.  U.S. Rep. Rick Crawford called the writings divisive and racially inflammatory.  Rep. Crawford, how so? Crawford went on to make a libelous statement “The statements that have been reported portray attitudes and beliefs that would return our state and country to a harmful and regrettable past”.  Rep. Crawford, your statement is a bald-faced lie…and I believe you are running for re-election.  U.S. Congressman Tim Griffin came forth with this piece of emotionalism, “Statements of Hubbard are ridiculous, outrageous, and have no place in the civil discourse of either party”. Congressman, please explain why it has no place in civil discourse. Your piety is overwhelming. You too are running for re-election and aren’t you the same boy that Bush put in as a Federal Prosecutor in the Little Rock district after his notorious purge?

Back to Webb, who has wallowed in the State House for decades.  Webb stated the writings “were highly offensive to many Americans”.  Not much allegiance to truth Webb…P.C. remains supreme.

Mr. Webb: May I tell you what I find highly offensive:
1.    Political cowardice.
2.    Presidential candidate Romney, a 4 time draft dodger.
3.    Romney’s five sons refuse to serve in the military.
4.    Neocon warmonger Candidate Romney stated he did not have to have congressional authority to attack Iran.
5.    Romney is the progenitor of Obamacare and states on a regular basis he will retain most of it that he likes.
6.    Candidate Romney will authorize the continuation of Obama’s amnesty pact which will further exacerbate the ills of Black & White America.
7.    Romney’s foreign policy is totally controlled by dual citizen Israelis.
8.    Only a tip of the iceberg.

The three have demonstrated they have no regard for the Constitution, the ideals it gives rise to, the truth, the rule of law, and sovereignty.  It’s all about the Spoils.

Rep. Jon Hubbard dared to bring up a very troubling aspect of America today…the state of Black America, which no government entity dares to discuss or bring some resolution.
So again, are Black Americans better off today with all their unearned largesse, coupled with all their failures and being paid for by hard pressed White America in the main or were they better off in their native Africa or later on the cotton plantations? Until the advent of Civil Rights legislation Blacks had the most cohesive family relationships and were extremely religious.  Observe the statistics.

The question is legitimate and a very difficult one, but must be discussed & debated without fear or intimidation before it destroys the republic.  I believe neither party has the honesty or the courage.

Our elected officials should be men & women of honor & courage, not political whores. Lies dominate every political decision.

Our thanks to Rep. Hubbard for addressing highly charged racial questions with honesty and courage.

Ark. GOP calls candidates’ statements ‘offensive’

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas Republicans tried to distance themselves Saturday from a Republican state representative’s assertion that slavery was a “blessing in disguise” and a Republican state House candidate who advocates deporting all Muslims.

The claims were made in books written, respectively, by Rep. Jon Hubbard of Jonesboro and House candidate Charlie Fuqua of Batesville. Those books received attention on Internet news sites Friday.

On Saturday, state GOP Chairman Doyle Webb called the books “highly offensive.” And U.S. Rep. Rick Crawford, a Republican who represents northeast Arkansas, called the writings “divisive and racially inflammatory.”

Hubbard wrote in his 2009 self-published book, “Letters To The Editor: Confessions Of A Frustrated Conservative,” that “the institution of slavery that the black race has long believed to be an abomination upon its people may actually have been a blessing in disguise.” He also wrote that African-Americans were better off than they would have been had they not been captured and shipped to the United States.

Fuqua, who served in the Arkansas House from 1996 to 1998, wrote there is “no solution to the Muslim problem short of expelling all followers of the religion from the United States,” in his 2012 book, titled “God’s Law.”

Fuqua said Saturday that he hadn’t realized he’d become a target within his own party, which he said surprised him.

“I think my views are fairly well-accepted by most people,” Fuqua said before hanging up, saying he was busy knocking on voters’ doors. The attorney is running against incumbent Democratic Rep. James McLean in House District 63.

Hubbard, a marketing representative, didn’t return voicemail messages seeking comment Saturday. He is running against Democrat Harold Copenhaver in House District 58.

The November elections could be a crucial turning point in Arkansas politics. Democrats hold narrow majorities in both chambers, but the GOP has been working hard to swing the Legislature its way for the first time since the end of the Civil War, buoyed by picking up three congressional seats in 2010. Their efforts have also been backed by an influx of money from national political action committees.

Rep. Crawford said Saturday he was “disappointed and disturbed.”

“The statements that have been reported portray attitudes and beliefs that would return our state and country to a harmful and regrettable past,” Crawford said.

U.S. Rep. Tim Griffin, R-Ark., kicked off the GOP’s response Saturday by issuing a release, saying the “statements of Hubbard and Fuqua are ridiculous, outrageous and have no place in the civil discourse of either party.”

“Had I known of these statements, I would not have contributed to their campaigns. I am requesting that they give my contributions to charity,” said Griffin, who donated $100 to each candidate.

The Arkansas Republican House Caucus followed, saying the views of Hubbard and Fuqua “are in no way reflective of, or endorsed by, the Republican caucus. The constituencies they are seeking to represent will ultimately judge these statements at the ballot box.”

Then Webb, who has spearheaded the party’s attempt to control the Legislature, said the writings “were highly offensive to many Americans and do not reflect the viewpoints of the Republican Party of Arkansas. While we respect their right to freedom of expression and thought, we strongly disagree with those ideas.”

Webb, though, accused state Democrats of using the issue as a distraction.

Democrats themselves have been largely silent, aside from the state party’s tweet and Facebook post calling attention to the writings. A Democratic Party spokesman didn’t immediately return a call for comment Saturday.

The two candidates share other political and religious views on their campaign websites.

Hubbard, who sponsored a failed bill in 2011 that would have severely restricted immigration, wrote on his website that the issue is still among his priorities, as is doing “whatever I can to defend, protect and preserve our Christian heritage.”

Fuqua blogs on his website. One post is titled, “Christianity in Retreat,” and says “there is a strange alliance between the liberal left and the Muslim religion.”

“Both are antichrist in that they both deny that Jesus is God in the flesh of man, and the savior of mankind. They both also hold that their cause should take over the entire world through violent, bloody, revolution,” the post says.

In a separate passage, Fuqua wrote “we now have a president that has a well documented history with both the Muslim religion and Communism.”

Stimulus=vote-buying + Murder

Stimulus—Vote Buying, Murder & 4 Complicit Buffoons from Arkansas        July 10, 2011

First, the Stimulus.  December 2010, President Barack Hussein Obama awarded the state of Arkansas $90 million printed out of thin air.  This was known as a “stimulus package” to be awarded to the failed government school system, formerly known as the public education system, i.e. to teachers and ancillary personnel.

The question remains, what did the $90 million stimulate?  The “stimulus” was awarded to teachers and other school personnel on the last school day in June, 2011, up to $800 each.

The Fort Smith, Arkansas school district claimed they were entitled to $2,646,072.  Entitlement can be defined as the mindset of welfare recipients, which teachers and all government employees have.
This award was nothing more than a raw vote-buying scheme by Obama and the Democrats, and in all fairness the Republicans aided and abetted.   Teachers are Takers not Makers and in their professional endeavors are failures.

This is why Makers got no thank-you cards or even a hug from the teachers and their unions.

On to Pres. Obama and Arkansas’ 4 self-serving buffoons.  They would be Congressmen Ross, Womack, Griffin, & Crawford.  These are the 4 who voted to continue the unconstitutional & criminal Patriot Acts which negate at least 3 of our Bill of Rights.

Sometime in March, 2011 Pres. Obama, unilaterally committed murder by sending explosive projectiles into Libya. Those missiles don’t know a combatant from an innocent. Libya had done nothing to harm the U.S. and 2 months before Obama’s murdering spree the U. S. was subsidizing Libya with several millions per year.  If your philosophy is to murder and assassinate anyone you don’t like then we have surely lost our course and that is certainly the case of the USA today.

The question then becomes, who are the biggest murderers & destructors?  The United States gets my vote.

Arkansas’ 4 congressmen never uttered a public word regarding the murders Obama was committing, therefore the only conclusion to be reached is they were and are complicit in murder.   Two days ago the 4 voted to fund the Libyan massacre.

As you may or may not recall, at the outset of this murdering spree, Obama claimed this exercise would only last days, not weeks.   It is now over 3 months. A Hit has been placed on Gaddafi and Obama’s war parties (Dems & Repubs) are now talking YEARS.  Is this the mark of a civilized nation?

Aside from their criminal activities, where is the money coming from to fund this debacle of murder & destruction?
Finally, not one word from these 4 legislative zeros on what their position is regarding a balanced budget amendment and freezing the debt ceiling.

Are Arkies simpletons enough to vote for these 4 buffoons again?  Probably yes.   Still joined-at-the-hip with the corrupt Democrat/Republican Party…since they are really just one Party.  Note, Boehner/Obama’s comedy routine regarding our $14 Trillion Debt.   Major General Smedley Butler said it best, “War is a Racket”, and indeed government is a racket.

Boozman ad in Times Record 5/15/10

CONGRESSMAN JOHN BOOZMAN

Congressman John Boozman

Should ask for forgiveness and apologize for his 10 year failed incumbency

His legislative chicanery has almost achieved fait accompli of the Republic.

I.     His attacks on the Constitution:

       1.    Voted for Patriot Acts twice

       2.    Voted for Military Commissions Act

       3.    Voted for No Child Left Behind…federal government

              takeover of public education

       4.    Supports rendition and torture

       5.    Voted funding for 3 preemptive undeclared wars

       6.    Voted for $700 billion TARP Bailout

       7.    Voted for Homegrown Terrorist Act…allowing

government to declare any American citizen a “terrorist”

       8.    Voted for prescription drug bill (10 yr. cost $350 billion)

       9.    Voted billions in new taxes

       10.  Etc. etc, etc.

II.    Headline Times Record…2008…Boozman declares war on

       illegal aliens. Results: None

III.   Headline Times Record…March 2009…Boozman pushing

economic development in Arkansas and Job production.

       Results: None

IV.    Front-page Times Record…May, 2010…(a year later)

Boozman plans bus tour to push campaign, Jobs.

He calls it “Driving for Jobs”…how asinine.

V.    Exorbitant international travel, wife often included. Usual

excuse…”fact finding,” compliments of citizen taxpayers.

Recently quoted, “my next trip will be throughout Arkansas.” For the citizens needs in the Third Congressional District Boozman is irrelevant, for their billfolds and liberties he is dangerous.

Documentation for the above and much more can be found at www.arkansasfreedom.com and scrolling down to Congressman John Boozman and his 10 year assault on the Constitution.

State Senator Gilbert Baker, also a candidate for the U.S. Senate, is a huge Tax & Spender, e.g. his votes for tax increases too numerous to list.

Neo-conservative Vampires are baaaack! Who are they?

The Neo-Conservative
Vampires are back
—this time sucking the life out of the Tea Party Movement—preparing
for a return to power after the disastrous Obama reign.

Patriots must not fall for their evil schemes, draped in
patriotism/religion again if there is to be any hope left of restoring our
Republic.  They sound wonderfully Constitutional
and/or religious most of the time, but give themselves away on certain
subjects….learn to identify them. Never forget Lenin’s famous phrase which
embodies the Neo-Con Cultural Marxist favorite technique, “The best way to
control the opposition is to lead it ourselves”.

Clever neo-cons have distinct positions which reveal their
agendas, here are some:

1.
“War on terror” subterfuge that their mentor Leo
Strauss called “eternal war for eternal peace” junk psychology, reminiscent of
the Doublethink (simultaneously believing in 2 opposite concepts) such as
“ignorance is knowledge” & “freedom is slavery” described in the novel
1984. Giving up our rights
in the name of freedom
– This is possibly the most relevant aspect of
doublethink in our society today. With Orwellian surveillance on every corner
and legislation like ‘The Patriot Acts’ & The Military Commissions Act
(suspension of Habeas Corpus), et al we are being asked to give up the very
freedoms that ‘The War on Terror’ is alleged to protect, in the name of
freedom.  The heinous act of torture
being promoted as “good or necessary” is part & parcel of this vicious
attack on our Constitutional rule of law, individual rights and civilization.

2.
 Israel
must be protected at all costs (the blood & treasure of the U.S. and those
of countries we attack), but of course the neo-cons never don a bloody combat
uniform!

3.
The U.S. must use military force to shape the
world and force other sovereign nations to do its biding, in order to “protect
ourselves”….and of course enrich the military/industrial/banking complex.

4.
Those patriot citizens who question Obama’s
birthplace and Constitutional right to be elected president are kooks. (Birthers)

5.
Those patriot citizens who question the truth
regarding the government’s version of 911 are Kooks.  (Truthers)
Add OKC, Waco, Ruby Ridge, et al.

6.
They defend the use of martial law in case of a
perceived “emergency”.

7.
They deny the existence of FEMA camps &
preparations to silence dissidents.

8.
Most ignore or simply give lip service to open
borders/illegal immigration, as well as the amount & types of legal
immigration.  Many are ardent supporters
of illegal immigration.

9.
They insist that the June 8, 1967 Israeli attack on our
intelligence ship the USS Liberty was a case of “mistaken identity.”

Leo Strauss (neo-con mentor) and Saul Alinsky (the
Progressives’/neo-libs’ mentor) had a lot in common, mainly that the Elite must
rule over the ignorant masses….handed down from Plato.

Our Founders were followers of the Enlightenment (Individual
rights & responsibilities)…handed down from Aristotle.  And the conflict rages on to this day, with
Aristotle seldom winning obviously.

If we are to survive the onslaughts of the Neo-Liberals
(Progressives/Democrats) and the Neo-Conservatives (Establishment Republicans)
we must expose them on every occasion possible and prevent their receiving
patriots’ funds and support. Patriots know who the Progressives are, but they
are quite vulnerable to the siren calls of the Neo-con Vampires, many now
infiltrating the Tea Parties.

 Since they are so
good at what they do and so convincing, let us compile a list of their names,
publications, organizations, etc. so that innocent citizens no longer fall for their
rhetoric or their agendas, and let us circulate it everywhere as a tool for
recognition.  This is a work in progress
and your input is more than welcome.
