Cuckservative Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson’s dismal political record: That is, if you brand yourself a bonafide conservative, which I doubt you are. The cuckold I.D. aptly describes the Republican members of the Ark. State Assembly.

I Immigration – Hutchinson was the Director of the DEA, Sec. of DHS “border czar”, and most recently he repudiated presidential candidate Donald Trump’s positions on the illegal Mexican and OTM invasions. Appointed by Bush II, Hutchinson during his reign as border czar presided over the greatest number of illegal aliens to enter our country in its history. . This includes Obama’s treacherous acts of illegal amnesties, illegal children invasions, and the usual illegal activities regarding immigration.

II He and the Assembly caved on Obamacare. He and they added 300,000 and counting more deadbeats tying them to the backs of middleclass producers. Ahh yes, Hutchinson states he will terminate the Obama welfare program in 2016. Sure, he/they will.

III He caved this week on Common Core—adios forever any semblance of state/local control of education—the victims again are our children. The teaching community is in lockstep with this citizen sellout.

IV Hutchinson refuses to speak publicly on the status of former governor Mike Beebe’s and the 2013 AR General Assembly (perhaps further back) actions to create the arcane Arkansas State University’s Mexico division in Queretaro, Mexico.

Who are Governor Asa Hutchinson’s handlers? Middleclass Arkansans, observe the Governor’s relationship with the state’s Chambers of Commerce.

All governments will have their way—be damned with, “we the people” & the Constitution—the Constitution is supposed to be the government but is filled with so-called Public Servants who unfortunately & in actuality are self-servers. July 22, 2015

Incumbency breeds arrogance, corruption, crime, and force, but you would never know that by the institutionalized ignorance of the voting public’s record on incumbency and double down re: bureaucrats. Actually, there is no difference between a bureaucrat and a politician; I note this for I.D. purposes only.

Before the matter of this screed, is it ironic; is it coincidental; or some other reason that former City Manager Ray Gosack and the Director of Finance Kara Bushkul resigned within days of one another other? Did their hasty departures have any bearing on the $1/2 billion EPA mandate, the $300,000 EPA fine, or the shortage of the Police & Fire Pension Fund, the 30 year $600 million misapplication of monies specifically dedicated to streets & sewers? Note the current pitiful condition of streets & sewers.

Now, back to the topic at hand: examples of government having its way—be damned with the people.

I. The cowardly, deceptive Issue 3, initiated, orchestrated & passed in the Arkansas General Assembly principally by Republican legislators that extended term limits under the guise of an “Ethics” bill. What a disgusting collection of palookas.

II. This same bunch, the Ark. Gen. Assembly, this year in another cowardly deceptive maneuver insured we the people would be burdened with Obamacare until the state/nation collapses under the financial weight of such stupidity, but not limited to.

III. Fluoride—Sodium fluoride is a drug/medication/poison that requires a physician’s prescription for human use. Additionally, mass medication of the poison sodium fluoride is an existential threat to the long-term health of human beings. What is the authority for the Governor, the legislature, and the F.S. city government to practice medicine without a license? This is only a thumbnail description of fluoride.

The Delta Dental insurance company and the Ark. State Assembly of 2011 passed an illegal, unconstitutional legislation. When any legislation is passed that is unconstitutional or poses a threat to the quality of life of a citizen in any manner, they are in no way obligated to adhere to any part or the whole of the legislation. On this chord public officials swear to uphold the Constitution.

Law is a weapon, law holds only value to those who create it to extort and control.

Fort Smith city voters, as has been reported many times, turned down the issue of fluoridation twice, in the 1970’s and 1992 but have contemptuously failed to resonate with the current F.S. City Board of Directors.

Former Fort Smith Manager Ray Gosack, the Board of Directors, & the Mayor cut a contract with Burns & McDonnell for $249,000 for fluoride engineering services and a $1.5 million with Goodwin & Goodwin for fluoride feed services. These exorbitant expenses came after Delta Dental Insurance bribed, coerced or made a quid pro quo deal that sent $2 million to the Board of Directors…all in the face of the glaring alleged financial deficiencies in the city of Fort Smith.

What was the source of the $1,749,000 that the F.S. City Board paid for the above services?

Of course, city government will bloviate that it’s Arkansas state law and they have to abide. The Board’s defense is a Constitutional lie, followed by the fact that they did not have to accept Delta Dental’s $2 million bribe.

IV. More corruption guided by Ft. Smith’s Superintendent Benny Gooden, undergirded by his compliant F.S. School Board.
Five members of the F.S. School Board, accompanied by Gooden, in a secret pre-planned meeting to produce unanimity (the fix) to purge all references to the Johnny Reb Mascot, the beautiful song Dixie, and all things Southern without any knowledge or conversation with Fort Smith citizens, more specifically those who have had a relationship with Southside High.

Then there is the matter of cost, which certainly no citizen knows and is doubtful the administration knows, but for sure it will be 6 figures at least. All the while, Gooden is pushing for a $70 million tax increase.

Incumbency breeds ownership in the minds of the occupants of any given political/public service institution. Incumbency is a political curse and in all cases “we the people” are considered nothing more than a collection of pinheads by incumbents. For instance, Gooden has been around for 30+ years and Board member Rick Wade for 20+ years. Coercion and force is the name of their game, as with all pols.
Public School Superintendent Benny Gooden and Police Chief Kevin Lindsay to name two, are wards of national and global unions and other special interests, while citizens have long since been excised from the equation. There is no “local” control.

V. Days after Fort Smith voters turned down a 5% shell for a Trail System came a clamor from 2 NGO’s (Non-governmental Organizations) and the newly hired Parks Director whining “we need more trails” and oh yes, more funding! Never do they abide by the wishes of “we the people”.

VI. Urban Renewal revisited—the downtown renovation society, that would be Sicard, Griffin, and others, have reinvented & reignited the 1960’s Urban Renewal program. Urban Renewal simply defined: taxpayers fund the redevelopment of private property in urban and downtown areas.

Are any of the aforementioned statistics relevant to the taxpaying citizens of Fort Smith or will it continue to be “business as usual”?

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson (R), the current Arkansas General Assembly, Lockheed-Martin, and perhaps others vs. We the People.
The Bribe—$87.1 Millions of Arkansas taxpayer dollars resulting in what appears to be one or more ensuing Bribes.

Question: Who initiated the alleged act of bribery? Was it Arkansas Governor Hutchinson and his enablers who initiated the act, was it the munitions giant Lockheed-Martin, and possibly two other parties?

May 24, 2015, an email and post on my website arkansasfreedom.net titled Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson Lobbies for More Unconstitutional and undeclared warfare, serves as a backdrop for what has been revealed since, pertaining to the players.

Friday May 29, 2015 the Arkansas General Assembly dispensed $87.1 million to Lockheed, the largest, most influential and profitable munitions corporation in the world. The $87.1 million bribe also signifies that Arkansas legislators, state & national, are charged with lobbying for Lockheed. Pertaining to the bribe, a plant expansion in Camden, AR nebulously states MAY CREATE 600 JOBS. We the people’s taxpayer dollars are collected allegedly to benefit all Arkansans, not a small sector that rests on the word MAY. What are citizen guarantees if any?

The financial relationship just completed in this deal between Gov. Hutchinson, the Ark. General Assembly, the Federal Government & Lockheed is a textbook example of a nexus between governments and corporations which is the definition of Fascism.

Other than bribery, what is terribly wrong, unconstitutionally & illegally with this picture?

1. Subsidizing wars, most particularly undeclared wars, is not a proper function of the Arkansas state government or any other state government—wholly a function of the U.S. Congress, Section 8 of the Constitution.

2. The bribe, $87.1 million taxpayer dollars being funneled, without citizen approval, in what appears to be a self-serving political web. As will be shown shortly.

3. Corporate cronyism—will be described below.
4. Misappropriation of taxpayer money.

5. Ponying up state tax money for undeclared wars resulting in murder & destruction against hapless sovereign countries & has nothing to do with U.S. security and is a crime by any standard. This was not what the $87.1 million taxpayer dollars were collected for.

6. The fact that Gov. Hutchinson and the Ark. Legislature can dispense that much money without a blink represents more factual data that the state’s citizens are being overtaxed and financially abused.

7. The production of 55,000 JLTV’s demonstrates that the criminally corrupt federal government has no intention of curtailing their undeclared murdering wars built on lies and more lies. Particularly since the U.S. military has left thousands of Humvees, hundreds of heavy tanks, tens of thousands of light arms scattered across the Mideast resulting in the creation & arming of dozens of splinter fighting groups e.g. ISIS, the Houthi’s, Al Queda, etc.,, all enemies of the U.S. and why not. The U.S. has invaded & destroyed their homeland, many of their peoples and antiquities.

8. Military lobbying is not a function of the Arkansas state government. 14 years mired in the Mideast and what do we have to show for it? Trillions in debt (a Trillion spent in the Mideast) and huge casualties on both sides. All the while our national borders don’t exist and millions of unchecked 3rd & 4th world invaders enter at will. In the context of national security the federal government never, ever links our open borders with what they call “international terrorism”.

Since my initial offering on May 24th regarding the $87.1 million transfer to Lockheed other personalities have been introduced into the equation.

May 31st came new revelations proving conclusively that the AR-Lockheed deal had numerous tentacles, many of which appear to be unsavory “vote buying” schemes that shower favors on multiple entities.

David Ray, former campaign spokesman for Senator Tom Cotton inexplicably stated recently, “Arkansas taxpayers shouldn’t be fronting for one of the largest & most successful companies in the world”.

Ray continued, “Streamline regulations that will benefit all business, not just one ‘handpicked’ company”.

Turns out that Republican Sen. Tom Cotton has political & financial connections to a senior official at Lockheed and a bevy of warmongering neocons and obviously Cotton has joined their ranks.

Enter Doug Coutts, Cotton’s Chief of Staff and is the son of Robert Coutts, a former executive at Lockheed and now the “OWNER” of the company’s missile and fire-control facility in the Highland Industrial Park near Camden, AR. where the company wants to assemble the JLTV’s.

Robert Coutts and his wife Ingrid contributed THOUSANDS of dollars to Cotton’s Senatorial campaign of 2013-14.

In the article I alluded to at the top of this piece posing the question to Gov. Hutchinson—From his government roles as the titular head of the DEA, the question was asked—“are there any active or lingering relationships between you and Lockheed?”

The spinning of this web of intrigue has criminal implications written all over it and it’s a good bet that most of the Ark. General Assembly have not a clue as to the depth & breadth of the relationship they and others entered into with Lockheed.

The War Party marches on…Hail Caesar.

Lockheed & Coutts fiscal livelihood is determined by perpetual warfare.

Go ahead citizens, continue to trade the lives of your family and friends to increase the political and financial bottom lines of those who lie us into these wars, e.g. most recently, Bush II (Carlyle), Cheney (Halliburton), Wolfowitz, Feith, Perle, Rumsfeld, Kristol, Soros, McCain, McConnell, Boozman, Cotton, Graham, Rubio, Boehner, Cruz, unfortunately another Bush, and on & on & on…..and now Obama. You have been conditioned for eternal war and do not realize it.

In other matters, Gov. Asa Hutchinson and the General Assembly, during the past session, could have driven a stake in Obamacare, in Arkansas known as the Private Option, yet they cowardly chose to ratify the so-called Private Option; thereby creating immediately one-fourth of a million new welfare addicts, and metastasizing and will never be overturned.

Basically, this is the same legislature that cowardly put forth ISSUE 3. ISSUE 3 provided the legislators with term limit increases up to 16 years and gave said legislators the power to create a hand-picked committee that would give said committee the authority to raise legislator’s salaries, which happened immediately. All this took place under the legislative banner of “ETHICS”….so much for legislator ethics and morality.

Additionally, the same group, in the dark of night, created a branch of Arkansas State University— in Mexico. Nothing to my knowledge has been said…why and who paid for the ASU Mexico travesty and what is its present status?

The busy Republicans have been for years doing their best to initiate a Constitutional Convention which would guarantee the demolition of the U.S. Constitution for a myriad of reasons. All the above activity is at the behest of corporate cronies. Paralleling this activity is their likewise forceful efforts to scuttle the 7th Amendment—the right to trial by your peers. These republicans are dedicated to transferring the 7th Amendment to the hands of federal bureaucrats. Corruption abounds in both parties.

Have We the People reached the point that the only satisfactory means of terminating the illicit behavior of incumbent politicians is to vote them out regardless of political parties?

Lockheed dangles the bait (a bribe)—an $87.1 million bait. May 24, 2015

The callous Arkansas branch of the national War Party (Republicans) will snap it up, hook, line & sinker!

Giving some thought beyond the bait, the Governor is lobbying for more undeclared wars resulting in more murdering of innocent children, women and men, wholesale destruction of other sovereign nations which offer no threat to the U.S. by the U.S. government in its eternal quest for global hegemony/supremacy under the aegis of fighting the phony “wars on terror”. The murdering of innocents by mad dog snipers, drone pilots, strafing, torturing and other real acts of terrorism classified by military commanders and DC neo-cons as “collateral” damage of non-combatants, and the public yawns and/or cheers.

Elected pathological elites are detached from reality—note the verbal and voting record assaults by U.S. Senators Boozman and Cotton. Recently, Friday, both voting to reauthorize the Bush II freedom-killing Patriot Act…Boozman for the third time and yesterday, Saturday, both voted for Obama’s Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) Act, a pact that will further destroy middleclass employment in the same manner NAFTA, GATT, etc. has done. Conservatives, you say?

Essentially, Arkansas citizens are conferring their approval for electives to lobby for more preemptive wars, for any number of reasons; malaise, ignorance, silence, self-service and/or political party commitment.

Look passed the possibility that acceptance of the bait will create 600 jobs, think what the bait contains, its cost and what it really means…the manufacture of 55,000 Joint readiness vehicles. Can you envision the ramification of 55,000? That alone is a proclamation that telegraphs to everyone who is willing to exercise a thought process, there is absolutely no plan for the DC & state governments (lobbying) to pursue, initiate, and/or negotiate peace agreements/treaties. Their battle cry is “Eternal War for Eternal Peace”.

The Dept of Defense & military commanders have ordered on multiple occasions thousands of mechanized vehicles and other equipment to be left on the battlefields resulting in said equipment falling into the hands of ISIS, jihadists, Al Quada, etc. Purposely?

Here is Gov. Hutchinson’s statement that is no different than betting “on the come”, “An $87.1 bond issue to help Lockheed land a military contract that COULD bring 600 jobs to southern Arkansas”.

Lockheed is the largest munitions manufacturer in the world, has mountains of DC lobbyists, accompanied by huge controls over the U.S. Congress. Lockheed NEEDS NO HELP from the Arkansas State Governor & the General Assembly to secure the aforementioned contract in money or political influence—the fix is in. Follow the money! Bribery is the sinister means of doing government business & “favors” follow.

The national Republican War Party is desperately campaigning to increase next year’s defense budget from $57 Billion to $67 Billion…a criminal financial ($18 TRILLION debt) and military effort by any standard and the six towers of corruption from Arkansas are right in the mix. All clamor for more funding…lest you’ve forgotten, these are taxpayer dollars.

Lockheed has yearly cost overruns that total in the billions subsidized by citizen taxpayers, e.g. the F-35, unsafe to fly, regular fires in the cockpit, a failed massive computer system, & pilot helmets that are dysfunctional.
It is stated that the $87.1 Billion payback will take 15-20 years.

Let’s keep them Wars agoin’, it’s good business! Yes, it is for corrupt politicians that are inextricably coupled to the military/industrial complex and through citizen ignorance, have allowed these brutes who have corrupted our Republic to languish in the halls of government their entire lives. Again, gross stupidity.

Have any of you given thought to the terrible price the U.S. and its so-called adversaries have paid thus far by the misadventures created & orchestrated by 2 former and 1 current American presidents & their neo-con handlers—Clinton (the Balkans); GW Bush (Iraq & Afghanistan—-he passed the unconstitutional freedom taking Patriot Acts nullifying the 4th & 10th Amendments, all built on lies & more lies, all the while plans for invasion of Iraq were fashioned in the 90’s, and known as the Wolfowitz Doctrine that simply states “We (the U.S.) shall have no rival and will use any force necessary to insure victory”….observe the blood and treasure wasted during the last 14 years.); Obama (Libya, overthrew the democratically elected president of Ukraine, the multi-attempts to overthrow Assad in Syria (the only bastion for Christians in the Mideast), illegal immigration that has changed the face of Western Civilization forever, NSA/global spying, and soon to be Jade Helm—pitting citizens against the U.S. military. The aforementioned 3 were & are enemies of civilized society.)

The aforementioned presidents should be tried for high crimes. Recall Bush stating the Iraq invasion would be a cakewalk, followed by some years later on the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln, “Mission Accomplished” & his memorable reference to our Constitution as “just a G.D piece of paper”. A high-born thug.

I quote highly decorated Marine Major General Smedley Butler from a speech he gave in 1933, “I wouldn’t go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the Bankers. There are only two things we should fight for, one is the defense of our homes and the other is THE BILL OF RIGHTS.” “War for any other reason is simply a racket”.

Obviously General Butler’s words have no meaning for Gov. Hutchinson who has been ensconced his whole adult life in big government; a big government man will never go against the government/military/industrial/banking cabal.

From Hutchinson’s past government role as titular Administrator of the DEA, the question must be posed—are there any lingering or current relationships between Lockheed-Martin & Hutchinson?

P.S. irony—the same day Hutchinson bloviated about Lockheed came a story by John Lyon of the Ark. News Bureau which stated “Arkansas ranks 51st in food security, 48th in income level, 20% of families earning income below the poverty level”, etc. etc. yet they are expected to supply tax dollars and young unsuspecting people to serve as cannon fodder for the elitists in their political war atrocities. THE CON-CON (Constitutional Convention) CON MARCHES ON. March 9, 2015

Just what is this collection of RINOS in the Arkansas General Assembly really up to? On the one hand they are trying to create a new amendment while at the same time trying to destroy an existing amendment—Amendment #7 (trial by jury).

The Constitutional Convention being pushed by RINOS in the current Arkansas General Assembly session is allegedly leading toward a balanced budget amendment at the federal level. Oh yeah? The RINOS just recently agreed to accept $200 million or so yearly from the Feds, allowing them to inflate Medicaid (Obamacare).

This endeavor is an absolute absurdity & hoax. The United States Federal Government has not used the United States Constitution & Bill of Rights as their compass since 1861. This can’t be a legitimate endeavor being pursued by the current Arkansas General Assembly with a nexus to other states.

I would challenge any member of the current Assembly to name one (1) Constitutional event that the President, the Senate or the House has been involved in.

War Criminal and former President Geo. W. Bush, if you recall, made his infamous statement “the Constitution is just a “G.D” piece of paper”…that statement was a battle cry that the Constitution was no longer inviolate and since that day the Constitution has been shredded by the criminally corrupt American government, e.g. the neutering of the 4th & 10th Amendments—the bulwarks of former American freedom; years & years of undeclared wars; a plethora of illegal & unconstitutional Executive Orders; the overthrowing of governments in sovereign nations (the latest Ukraine); torture; murdering of American citizens as well as foreign nationals, accompanied by spying, lying, propagandizing political correctness, ad infinitum.

Do the RINOS in the Ark. General Assembly actually believe that a new amendment would actually stop the unconstitutional spending fiesta? ——Now an $18 TRILLION national debt & $120 TRILLION in unfunded mandates. Members of the Assembly—you cannot possibly be that stupid.

The members of the Ark. General Assembly cannot plausibly believe the Con-Con Con they are pursuing is legitimate and in the best interest of the citizens of Arkansas specifically and America generally …………..so, what is really their ultimate goal in the nefarious Con?

Surely they understand that if they are to achieve their goals the Constitution and its demands will, for all practical purposes, no longer exist—it will be attacked by any number of entities pursuing their own personal goals, as I believe the RINOS in the current Ark. General Assembly are doing and who are their puppet-masters?

“CITIZENS NEED TO DEMAND THEIR RIGHT TO NULLIFY ACTS BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, WE DON’T NEED NEW AMENDMENTS: WE NEED A POPULACE WITH THE COURAGE TO USE WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE. THE TOOLS WE NEED ARE IN THE PRESENT U.S. CONSTITUTION!” (Michael Gaddy)

WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THE CON-CON CON? March 1, 2015

Con-Con is the current verbiage for a Constitutional Convention.

Republicans, for at least a decade, have been pursuing a very, very dangerous “Constitutional Convention”. It is improbable that they are so dense that they do not understand the potential damage a Constitutional Convention can wreak. Once in motion there are no controlling mechanisms to limit what individuals or entities can participate in the Convention, modify, or expand perpetuating their own self interests.

The two Republican shills directing Con-Con activities in this year’s Arkansas General Assembly are Rep. Nate Bell (R-Mena) and Rep. Bob Ballenger (R-Hindsville).

Both Bell & Ballenger’s resolutions depend on approval of 38 and 34 states respectively.

Specifically, Rep. Bell requires the petitioning of Congress for a Constitutional Convention to CONSIDER a federal balanced budget amendment. Bell’s bill is ID’d as HB 1006.

Rep. Ballenger’s bill has also been endorsed as House Joint Resolution 1003.

Ballenger’s resolution calls for a C-C to also impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limiting their power & jurisdiction and the closing part of his resolution states—“limiting the terms of federal office holders”. An insult to every Arkansan. Refer to his vote on Issue 3….doubling term limits for the General Assembly.

Isn’t that interesting since Ballenger & also Bell voted for the Republican sponsored Issue 3 that allowed the Senate and the House a 150% increase in their salaries as starters, also allowing Republicans to put together an independent commission of political cronies to rule on ethics & salaries. The corrupt Republican state party masked their true intent by labeling Issue 3 as an ethics bill that in fact DOUBLED THEIR TERM LIMITS. What a scurrilous bunch!

The Republicans in the Arkansas General Assembly pushing for one Constitutional Amendment and at the same time laboring feverishly to destroy the 7th Constitutional Amendment in the Bill of Rights…the right to trial by jury of your peers—not government or big business administering trials and capping damages.

Elected Republicans are too cunning & deceptive to believe they have the ability by any means, most particularly a C-C that could or would slow down, much less stop any aspect of the criminal, cowardly U.S. Federal Government. Our U.S. Constitution states very explicitly what is demanded of government in every aspect. Observe the corrupt conduct of the 3 branches of government. Look no further than the past 14 years—unending wars, the Affordable Care Act (Ark. Republicans extended for 2 years, which means it is here to stay), illegal immigration, amnesty, $18 Trillion national debt, spying & frying, the neutering of the 4th & 10th Amendments, the National Defense Authorization Bill, & the deadly merry-go-round keeps spinning. War criminal, former President G.W. Bush stated the U.S. Constitution was nothing but a “G.D. piece of paper”. Who do Republicans think they are kidding?

So who are Arkansas Republicans shilling for and why? Definitely the RNC, ALEC, the Koch Brothers, etc. etc. it’s hard to imagine that 2 representatives from Mena & Hindsville have a burning interest in a Constitutional Convention, and most particularly when both reside in illegal Mexican sanctuary cities under the control of the leadership of the quad-cities of NW Arkansas.

Another attempt to destroy our American heritage, culture, sovereignty and the monumental efforts gifted to us by our Founding Fathers.
As the Republican majority party in Arkansas, you have again proven yourselves to be nothing more than the betrayers of citizen’s trust and a laughing stock.

The question remains—what is the real purpose of the proposed “Constitutional Convention”?

WAS U.S. SUPREME COURT JUSTICE ANTONIN SCALIA APPEARANCE AN EMBARRASSMENT, INSULTING AND AN AFFRONT, MOST PARTICULARLY TO THE 800 PUBLIC SCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE AUDIENCE?

Regarding Scalia’s speech in Fort Smith, AR yesterday:

Scalia, speaking about the cases he “falls on his sword for” are those that deal with the “real Constitution and those who attempt to tinker with the construction of government”. In that statement he was at least disingenuous, since the DC Republican establishment and the Republican members of the Ark. General Assembly in concert with the U.S. Chambers of Commerce, nursing home lobbyists, and the multitude of big business interests have launched a serious attack on the Bill of Rights, Amendment 7, i.e. the right of trial by jury of your peers shall be preserved.

The aforementioned organizations are lobbying & purchasing support to overturn the 7th Amendment to allow government to predetermine caps on monetary awards. Government will of course make the various appointments e.g. the recently appointed ethics committee created in the Ark. General Assembly to determine their own salaries & any ethical concerns, better known as Issue 3—an inside job by any dimension.
Scalia further stating, “every tinhorn dictator and every banana republic today has a Bill of Rights”, Scalia said but without a Constitution to prevent centralization of power to one person or one political party. Is this not what we are presently witnessing in the U.S. compliments of Obama?

The very idea that Justice Scalia would make the above statements when he and the other 8 “Justices” have allowed the past 3 presidents to engage in any numbers of criminal acts, e.g. former Pres. Bill Clinton destroyed the sovereign nation of Yugoslavia resulting in the creation of 6 provinces, all done so the Clinton Administration could “protect U.S. interests”…what U.S. interests?—preemptive, murderous air strikes, 500 per day.

Former Pres. G.W. Bush destroyed Iraq, at the time an ally of the U.S. , all built on lies resulting in the murdering of millions of innocent Iraqis that offered no threat to the U.S. Bush’s attacks on U.S. citizen liberties were and are unprecedented until the present U.S. president entered the scene. Bush and Zionist insiders passed twice the unconstitutional Patriot Acts nullifying the 4th & 10th Amendments, neutered Posse Comitatus & Habeas Corpus, permitted torture, international spying, the murder of American citizens without any hearings, droning, the Military Commissions Act, The Homegrown Radicalized Terror Act, the National Defense Authorization Act, etc. etc. All draconian, immoral, and unconstitutional.

In view of these facts and many more, how can Scalia look in the faces of 800 school children and crow about his love and upholding of the U.S. Constitution?—a crime in itself.

Fast forward to President Barack Hussein Obama, who with the aid of both political parties passed unconstitutionally The Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, with the aid of Republican Chief Justice Roberts, claiming Obamacare was a “tax”, and the Republican Party.

The lawlessness of the Obama administration, i.e. the Executive Branch is unparalleled, a dictatorship. Obama’s corruption has passed into the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank. He has carried on torture, assassination of U.S. citizens without the due process of law, issued untold numbers of Executive Orders that dissolve U.S. border security & allows mass immigration, legal & illegal, awards amnesty to millions of illegals, has tripled H1-B visas while 92 million Americans are jobless. The Obama Administration has overthrown the duly elected government of Ukraine, the Libyan government and his sites are on the governments of Syria, Venezuela, Argentina, and Cuba. The U.S. has been transformed into a police state, compliments of the past 3 presidents, congress, the Dept. of Justice, and the Supreme Court and the beat goes on & on.

The United States has preemptively destroyed 7 Mideastern countries in a 14 year war and observe the casualties on both sides at a Trillion dollar cost and for what?

Scalia has been on board in his lifetime position since the Reagan Administration and has been a strong voice posing as a conservative while aiding and abetting the hemorrhaging of the Constitution and U.S. citizens.

Scalia is nothing more than a Constitutional Imposter. The Constitution is not dead, only the people elected & appointed to protect it.
The constitution has not been a part of American lives since the mid 1900’s and to be more specific, since 1861.

WILL THE REPUBLICAN LANDSLIDE REVERSE OBAMA’S WHOLESALE AWARDING OF AMNESTY TO ILLEGAL MEXICANS & OTM’S? November 16, 2014
Last evening on a Memphis radio talk show I was extended additional time to answer 2 questions. I will relate the first question which deals with the title of this missive.

The question was: WILL THE REPUBLICAN PARTY REVERSE OBAMA’S UNCONSTITUTIONAL & ILLEGAL AMNESTY FOR ULTIMATELY UP TO 25-35 MILLION ILLEGAL MEXICANS & OTM’S?

My answer was an immediate NO! The host gave the appearance of being startled by the answer.

Here is why the irrelevant Republican Party, irrelevant with one exception, undeclared preemptive murder & destruction commonly known as “Wars on Terrorism”. Currently the U.S. government has 7 and going for 9 of their murderous, hegemonic schemes.

I recorded the following phrases & words uttered on numerous occasions during 11 days after the last election by national government elected officials (Congress & Senate), other official Republican operatives and of course Fox Media.

By all official accounts the election was to dismember all of Obama’s Cultural Marxist Programs. Now, here are the reasons Republican’s rhetoric and a few Band-Aid approaches will be all that is found in the Republican powder keg.

Here are the words & phrases uttered by Republicans in the 11 days following the election that vividly demonstrate that the Republican “fix is in”:
1. Cooperative Partnership 6. Negotiate
2. Work with 7. Compromise
3. Consensus building 8. Measured
4. Consensus 9. Small
5. Bi-Partisan 10. Slowly
11. Make peace

Do any of you actually believe the philosophically & politically bankrupt Republicans will reverse the many criminal attacks orchestrated by Barak Obama which have shredded the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Treasury, & our former good name?
