The transmitter of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT legislation to Ark. state legislators is identified as the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) an instrument of Agenda 21. Senator Files belongs as do most Republican Senate & House members to this freedom-killing organization.

Agenda 21 proposes and is intended to be implemented on EVERY PERSON on earth…it calls for specific changes for ALL PEOPLE.
563 American cities have already implemented Agenda 21…is Fort Smith one of the 563?

1. LAND…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures & inefficacies of the market.
2. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS…will have to take a backseat to the COLLECTIVE.
3. Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require A PROFOUND REORIENTATION OF ALL HUMANS, UNLIKE ANYTHING THE WORLD HAS EVER EXPERIENCED.
4. A VIEW OF WHAT IS NOT SUSTAINABLE—single family homes, paved & tarred roads, dams & reservoirs, power line construction, plowing of soil, raising of livestock, etc. etc. etc. (See “Agenda 21 in One Easy Lesson” by Tom DeWeese,4/6/11, News with Views)

Citizens, have you noticed the recent frenzy induced by the Fort Smith city government or was it induced by the state & federal government, pertaining to Bikeways, Walkways, Trails, and the city/county governments’ activities in promoting Parks, a Water Park, Softball Complexes, etc? Why the sudden interest? Consider, if you will, “Bread & Circuses”, that is keeping the majority of the masses entertained, liken to Pavlov’s dogs, e.g. conditioned responses. In this particular case, entertainment venues compliments of the F.S. city government, but all paid for by gullible taxpaying citizens. The ultimate goal?

A Roman poet, Juvenal, circa AD 100, displayed his contempt for Roman politicians that passed laws in 140 BC to keep the votes of poorer citizens by introducing a “grain dole”: giving out cheap food & entertainment, i.e. “BREAD & CIRCUSES”, and quickly became the most effective way to rise to power. Can you say America today, or in this case, Fort Smith today?

Are these wonderful entertainment venues set in place by politicians and bureaucrats out of the kindred spirit for “public service”, or is there another agenda/motive?

The answer is absolutely yes! It is called “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”, the god of globalism and its goals. While citizens enjoy Bread & Circuses they are subjected to more indoctrination & conditioning unbeknownst to them. The result is ordinary citizens coming to rely wholly on government for all things provided by the increasing throngs of so-called “public servants” who claim they are diligently laboring to better the lives of us Ordinaries—do you believe that?

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT is the battle cry of the United Nations and U.S. governments, and is vigorously being promoted globally. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT’S progenitor is the U.N.’s Agenda 21=CITIZEN CONTROL.

Now you say, our Fort Smith Board of Directors and other hired public servants, e.g. City Manager Ray Gosack, would never be involved in promoting freedom & property-taking programs. Unfortunately there’s reason to believe some Board members do not comprehend the destructive concepts of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and its far reaching deleterious effects on citizens. Be aware that City Manager Gosack and his handlers, accompanied by Sebastian County Judge David Hudson, must be aware of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. They are longtime wards of government, therefore they do not possess the political freedoms or willingness to govern & advocate with & for independent resolutions. Their voices & acts echo only the instructions meted out by their respective government unions who have no regard for middleclass citizen concerns. OBSERVE!

Have you noticed that all the above listed endeavors, Trails, Parks, etc. have already reached fruition in the quad-cities of NW Arkansas? Do you believe Fort Smith’s efforts are simply a coincidence?

Note the activities of the Frontier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), an unelected Non-governmental Organization (NGO). Circa 2014 the moribund Frontier NGO arose from the sands like a Phoenix and now presumes and in actuality is the unelected chief advocate & promoter for Bikeways, Pedestrian Walkways & the Trails and other development projects, so say some elected officials. Therefore: who are the stakeholders in the Frontier MPO and what is their game? Some would say “public service”, I say, “Go to the back of the class”.

The city of Fort Smith pays dues to an entity called Western Arkansas Development & Planning in the amount of about $26,000 per year. The organization’s function is to take over every facet of citizens’ private lives in F.S. as will be shown as this article continues. The organization has 7 departments, one of which, for example, is RITA (an NGO) and Republican State Representative Matt Pitsch is the CEO, unelected, the authority, funded by whom and how much?

Recent statistics indicate there are at least 22 NGO’s in Fort Smith—all unelected & appointed, exercising immense control & power over our lives.
The Frontier MPO (an NGO) is under the heavy hand of Cultureal Marxist planner Diane Morrison and is funded by the Arkansas state & federal governments. By how much? City sources say, at this point, Fort Smith does not fund, but Morrison claims that the city will contribute for openers $17 million to the projected Trail System, in addition to continuing state & national funding. Morrison is the CEO of the Frontier MPO and is a salaried position…how much & who appointed Morrison & under what authority? Officials relate that Morrison has sole authority over the Trails Project & other development projects. What are the development projects? Are Morrison & her Frontier MPO presently involved in financial arrangements pertaining to the construction of the projected multi-county Trail System?

Another example of elected officials delegating their responsibilities to unelected persons, accompanied by little or no oversight.
Morrison’s website claims she has expertise in 34 areas dealing with SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, all having to do with the reshaping & remodeling (removal of private property) of every facet of the city of Fort Smith and is comfortable using the term SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT in her job description; the reason I label her a Cultural Marxist. Her planning calls for the ultimate demolition of all citizen privacies & rights. It is oxymoronic that Ms. Morrison’s involvement in Cultural Marxist philosophies has to be subsidized by a free enterprise society.

Specific questions have been submitted to some elected officials pertaining to the Frontier MPO and other subjects relating to citizen concerns, e.g. financial contracts made with American Resort Management. At this juncture far more questions arose than were answered—authority, contracts, grants, salaries, etc.. Is it a cover-up or do they simply not know?

FOIA’s have been submitted to City Manager Gosack & County Judge Hudson. The results will be reported.

Under the guise of transparency, city government and the Frontier MPO have previously orchestrated 3-4 “window dressing” meetings to sell the Trail System. Meetings were sparsely attended and in the main attendees were self-servers, e.g. bicycle shop owners. Probably less than a combined attendance of 100 individuals in a metroplex of 150,000 or more residents and being directed by an unelected state/federal body…they and the city government have forcibly & brazenly usurped the rights of Fort Smith citizens.

Citizens, do you want 100 or less individuals to dictate the tenor of business for 150,000-? Why don’t the City Manager, Mayor & Board of Directors take responsibility themselves for the 87 mile inter-counties Trail system and subject themselves to questions regarding SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT? Again, statements made by some elected officials would suggest they are oblivious to the ultimate goals of the Trail System being proposed to citizens as eye-candy.

Four more of the so-called public open-houses for Trails discussion are scheduled beginning this month and are to be held in Greenwood, Pocola, Van Buren, and Fort Smith. Certainly not a local program, nor is it intended to be.

Again, the question must be asked—why all of a sudden the volcanic interest in Trails? Do Ft. Smith politicians, bureaucrats & aspiring Insiders possess an insatiable appetite to spend tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to satisfy the desires of a hundred people or less, or is there another agenda?

Yes! it is one of Agenda 21’s children, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Bread & Circuses you know—keep the majority of the masses preoccupied, fat, entertained and uninformed and they will gleefully walk into the flytrap & won’t know what hit them when the tent of freedom collapses. Precisely, the physical & mental state of many if not most Americans.

The majority of the masses are ignorant. The word ignorant is not to be interpreted as denigrating or hateful. It simply means–Absent Facts.

Many Americans, I believe, are aware of corrupt political & bureaucratic shell games, cover-ups, and diversions that impregnate every facet of American governments, but do not understand how to identify.

The implementation of Trail Networks is being pursued globally, instrumented by the United Nations & global governments as Job One and guarantees, in the near term, limitations on the types of transportation allowed, via the gerrymandering of borders, boundaries, traffic patterns, while controlling and limiting destinations. The reconfiguring of housing models (stack & pack), mass rationing & a takeover of all privately held natural resources, e.g. waterways. Additionally another right to be forcibly taken is our right to private property. Laws are being passed presently which provide cover for the unconstitutional & the vile act of private property confiscation; witness Arkansas SB 757 introduced by Fort Smith Republican Senator Jake Files. See below.

Plentiful entertainment venues, incorporated with other so called freebies, make it much easier for governments (police, fire, game wardens, forest rangers, et al) to control and manage populations. Notice: these agencies are all militarized and take their orders from national & international governments and NGO’s, not from you or me.

If you believe government is protecting your God-given & Constitutional rights, you are indeed ignorant (observe the number of laws, regulations, codes, etc. being passed currently by the Arkansas General Assembly—over 2,000). Much of the legislation in this session is being promulgated by outside interests, corporations & “non-profits” (NGO’s), to whit Senator Jake Files’ SB 757 gives the Arkansas state government power to preempt private property, i.e. expand state government’s Eminent Domain capacities, resulting ultimately in the elimination of private property—SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

In one section of SB 757 there are 15 points that lead to NO RECOVERY FOR CONFISCATED PROPERTY.

The Bill is a quagmire of slick political legalese. SB 757 also limits government compensation to private property owners, denying Constitutional rights.

Senator Files is in the quid-pro-quo business, e.g. $2 million state taxpayer dollars to the projected Fort Smith Marshall’s Museum in exchange for an ownership in a huge softball complex, much if not most is to be funded by taxpayers.

SB 757 was funneled to Senator Files & the Republican dominated General Assembly by the freedom-killing American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). ALEC is the genesis of much legislation offered and passed in state assemblies.

Realtors, contractors, Morrison with her 34 areas of Cultural Marxism; (e.g. multiple planning’s, grants, outreaches & “place making”, consulting, etc.) attorneys, bureaucracies, government expansion, etc. to name a few will make millions with the implementation of Files SB 757 with the help of his RINO buddies.

To bring that statement even closer to home, if you believe City Manager Ray Gosack and Sebastian County Judge Hudson and their enablers are protecting your rights, you are surely comatose. The above two have been wards of government throughout their adult lives and are instructed via their state & national unions every program they are to institute, sustain, and the mechanisms to be employed.
Citizens, we are in the flypaper. The omnipresent activities of the power-lusting Democrat & Republican parties, if left to their designs, guarantee the flame of liberty will be extinguished, in this case by Republicans.

The City Street & Sewer Sales Tax vote that would in part subsidize the projected SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Fort Smith Trail System will appear on a ballot in May.

Will it pass? Absolutely! Remember—Bread & Circuses & Ignorance. A textbook example of citizens subsidizing their own demise.
The war for the elimination of our freedoms is in full bloom and Sustainable Development is just one of the multitudes of instruments that are being used to control the masses—BREAD & CIRCUSES. Juvenal understood despotic government 100 AD, so why can’t citizens understand in 2015?

THE CON-CON (Constitutional Convention) CON MARCHES ON. March 9, 2015

Just what is this collection of RINOS in the Arkansas General Assembly really up to? On the one hand they are trying to create a new amendment while at the same time trying to destroy an existing amendment—Amendment #7 (trial by jury).

The Constitutional Convention being pushed by RINOS in the current Arkansas General Assembly session is allegedly leading toward a balanced budget amendment at the federal level. Oh yeah? The RINOS just recently agreed to accept $200 million or so yearly from the Feds, allowing them to inflate Medicaid (Obamacare).

This endeavor is an absolute absurdity & hoax. The United States Federal Government has not used the United States Constitution & Bill of Rights as their compass since 1861. This can’t be a legitimate endeavor being pursued by the current Arkansas General Assembly with a nexus to other states.

I would challenge any member of the current Assembly to name one (1) Constitutional event that the President, the Senate or the House has been involved in.

War Criminal and former President Geo. W. Bush, if you recall, made his infamous statement “the Constitution is just a “G.D” piece of paper”…that statement was a battle cry that the Constitution was no longer inviolate and since that day the Constitution has been shredded by the criminally corrupt American government, e.g. the neutering of the 4th & 10th Amendments—the bulwarks of former American freedom; years & years of undeclared wars; a plethora of illegal & unconstitutional Executive Orders; the overthrowing of governments in sovereign nations (the latest Ukraine); torture; murdering of American citizens as well as foreign nationals, accompanied by spying, lying, propagandizing political correctness, ad infinitum.

Do the RINOS in the Ark. General Assembly actually believe that a new amendment would actually stop the unconstitutional spending fiesta? ——Now an $18 TRILLION national debt & $120 TRILLION in unfunded mandates. Members of the Assembly—you cannot possibly be that stupid.

The members of the Ark. General Assembly cannot plausibly believe the Con-Con Con they are pursuing is legitimate and in the best interest of the citizens of Arkansas specifically and America generally …………..so, what is really their ultimate goal in the nefarious Con?

Surely they understand that if they are to achieve their goals the Constitution and its demands will, for all practical purposes, no longer exist—it will be attacked by any number of entities pursuing their own personal goals, as I believe the RINOS in the current Ark. General Assembly are doing and who are their puppet-masters?

WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THE CON-CON CON? March 1, 2015

Con-Con is the current verbiage for a Constitutional Convention.

Republicans, for at least a decade, have been pursuing a very, very dangerous “Constitutional Convention”. It is improbable that they are so dense that they do not understand the potential damage a Constitutional Convention can wreak. Once in motion there are no controlling mechanisms to limit what individuals or entities can participate in the Convention, modify, or expand perpetuating their own self interests.

The two Republican shills directing Con-Con activities in this year’s Arkansas General Assembly are Rep. Nate Bell (R-Mena) and Rep. Bob Ballenger (R-Hindsville).

Both Bell & Ballenger’s resolutions depend on approval of 38 and 34 states respectively.

Specifically, Rep. Bell requires the petitioning of Congress for a Constitutional Convention to CONSIDER a federal balanced budget amendment. Bell’s bill is ID’d as HB 1006.

Rep. Ballenger’s bill has also been endorsed as House Joint Resolution 1003.

Ballenger’s resolution calls for a C-C to also impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limiting their power & jurisdiction and the closing part of his resolution states—“limiting the terms of federal office holders”. An insult to every Arkansan. Refer to his vote on Issue 3….doubling term limits for the General Assembly.

Isn’t that interesting since Ballenger & also Bell voted for the Republican sponsored Issue 3 that allowed the Senate and the House a 150% increase in their salaries as starters, also allowing Republicans to put together an independent commission of political cronies to rule on ethics & salaries. The corrupt Republican state party masked their true intent by labeling Issue 3 as an ethics bill that in fact DOUBLED THEIR TERM LIMITS. What a scurrilous bunch!

The Republicans in the Arkansas General Assembly pushing for one Constitutional Amendment and at the same time laboring feverishly to destroy the 7th Constitutional Amendment in the Bill of Rights…the right to trial by jury of your peers—not government or big business administering trials and capping damages.

Elected Republicans are too cunning & deceptive to believe they have the ability by any means, most particularly a C-C that could or would slow down, much less stop any aspect of the criminal, cowardly U.S. Federal Government. Our U.S. Constitution states very explicitly what is demanded of government in every aspect. Observe the corrupt conduct of the 3 branches of government. Look no further than the past 14 years—unending wars, the Affordable Care Act (Ark. Republicans extended for 2 years, which means it is here to stay), illegal immigration, amnesty, $18 Trillion national debt, spying & frying, the neutering of the 4th & 10th Amendments, the National Defense Authorization Bill, & the deadly merry-go-round keeps spinning. War criminal, former President G.W. Bush stated the U.S. Constitution was nothing but a “G.D. piece of paper”. Who do Republicans think they are kidding?

So who are Arkansas Republicans shilling for and why? Definitely the RNC, ALEC, the Koch Brothers, etc. etc. it’s hard to imagine that 2 representatives from Mena & Hindsville have a burning interest in a Constitutional Convention, and most particularly when both reside in illegal Mexican sanctuary cities under the control of the leadership of the quad-cities of NW Arkansas.

Another attempt to destroy our American heritage, culture, sovereignty and the monumental efforts gifted to us by our Founding Fathers.
As the Republican majority party in Arkansas, you have again proven yourselves to be nothing more than the betrayers of citizen’s trust and a laughing stock.

The question remains—what is the real purpose of the proposed “Constitutional Convention”?

WHILE JOGGING DOWN THE TRAILS TO THE MARIJUANA SHOPPE TO REMOVE FROM MY BRAIN THE SORDID ACTIVITIES OF GOVERNMENT MINIONS, I HEARD A VOICE. February 3, 2015

That voice was that of “Conservative, Religious & Constitutionalist” (so he says) Gov. Asa Hutchinson. He exclaimed to me that all able-bodied recipients of the “Private Option”, i.e. Obamacare must be “given an incentive to look for a job”. That sounded like a “fool’s gold” bribe to me. With the Governor’s message I thought surely I had already been to the marijuana shoppe, after all a “Conservative” Governor attempting to bribe hundreds of thousands of American shirkers & illegal Mexicans & OTM’s?

An oppressive government (Arkansas) can take by force the economic production from the middleclass and dispense it to those who refuse to work. Precisely what the Governor proposed and is materializing.

Governor Hutchinson has been dining at the taxpaying producers’ lunch box his entire adult life and he knows more than anyone that welfare recipients, in the main, do not and will not look for jobs. His aforementioned proclamation documents the fact that the majority is not now seeking nor will they ever seek employment.

Therefore; why did he make such an outrageous statement that insults the very constituency that voted him into office? And I say citizens, in this collection of parasites are thousands of illegal residents who also enjoy the fruits of middle-class production and all the time the middleclass is subsidizing their own demise by continuing to elect shameless, corrupt career politicians & the hiring of bureaucrats.

May I suggest to the “Conservative” Governor the real antidote for such despicable conduct (the offering & the accepting of bribery) of career welfare-ites, including politicians & bureaucrats…a swift kick in the form of no more checks; the only solution.

It then comes to mind as I am jogging home from the marijuana shoppe that Gov. Hutchinson is also in receipt of 4-5 Elitist welfare checks himself and will always be in favor of government expansion

His voice came to me again, even more resonating, and there was applause in the background—no doubt the state legislature– as he forcefully stated “there will be no effort put forward to cancel the Private Option”, i.e. Obamacare that he and the legislature will wait 2 years so as to provide time to devise, alter and/or craft some form of legislation that will mildly modify the Private Option.

The governor knows full well that 2 years hence there will not be a snowball’s chance in hell to overturn Obamacare, while he as the Governor & state legislature are a significant party to turning over the entirety of American healthcare to the corrupt, criminal state & federal governments.

Asa Hutchinson’s campaign for the Governor of the state of Arkansas was based on two issues:
1. $100 million tax relief for the middleclass
2. The destruction of the “Private Option”, i.e. Obamacare
Both have turned out to be falsehoods, a complete reversal of his campaign promises.

I was beginning to tire returning from my long jog to & from the marijuana shoppe, and I asked myself the question, “what has the alleged ‘Conservative, religious, Constitutional “ Governor Hutchinson ever accomplished in his lifetime career of “public service” (self-service) that has any redeeming qualities? I can find none. Once he came close. As a sitting Congressman he convened a political summit in NW Arkansas made up of congressmen, FBI, DEA, local & state police, sheriffs, etc. to confront what he & other DC luminaries called the illegal drug trafficking problem. The hearing revealed that it was caused by illegal Mexican distribution centers and drug trafficking in NW Arkansas. News of the gathering lasted 12 hours before the news blackout occurred.

He failed as Federal Prosecutor and as head of the DHS. So why would any thinking individual believe he would vigorously support the taxpaying middleclass as opposed to illegals and American shirkers?

He’s making fools of the citizens of Arkansas and the majority of the masses probably deserve that description.

After cogitating the bribe and the continued implementation of the Socialized Private Option by the newly elected Governor, I’ve decided to take a short break & immediately jog back down the Trails to the marijuana shoppe because I know I’m going to be forced to write another check to the rapacious government; therefore the necessity for a few more deep inhalations. I say “forced” because resistance brings government retaliation.

Legislators hoodwinking citizens…Fluoride & Term Limits!!!

The genesis of the fluoridation of Arkansas’ drinking waters can be summed up in a word—corruption—at the hands of Governor Mike Beebe, the state General Assembly and City Governments that fit the population formula.

S.B. 359/Act 197 Fluoride Mandate bill from 2012.

Most legislators (practically all Republican Senators/Representatives) voted for SB 359 and received campaign donations from the Arkansas Dental PAC for their yea vote. Search here www.arkansasdentalpac.

The initial start-up-cost came from Delta Dental of Arkansas—an insurance company. Some legislators received over $4,000 for this one vote. In the immediate vicinity, to their credit, Reps. Malone, Stubblefield and Rice voted no for forced fluoride in public water systems. Non-voting was Rep. Pennartz. In the Senate both Files & Holland voted for the fluoride mandate. Is a vote for fluoridation of public water, in the case cited above, not vote buying and bribery?

Question: Why would Delta Dental, an insurance company, give six figure start-up money to the city of Fort Smith for the purpose of fluoridating city & regional drinking water at Lake Fort Smith?

Recall: there was a protracted statewide outrage against fluoridating the people’s water supplies. Did our elected office holders listen? NO!

The passage of this measure (fluoridation of the citizen’s water supplies) is a wholly unconstitutional act. There is not one constitutional or legal fiber in SB 359, Act 197, i.e. forced medication. The passage of the Act demonstrates self-service by a vast majority of Republican & Democrat politicians and the enabling corporation Delta Dental and the Arkansas Dental PAC will inflict another tax burden on Fort Smith residents immediately.

Sodium Fluoride is a poison, in micro doses it appears (I said appears) to be harmless. I can find no scientific studies that are being or have been conducted pertaining to the long term effects of daily fluoride ingestion may cause and therein lies the big question—Will repeated daily ingestions of sodium fluoride over a protracted period of time precipitate untoward physical & mental complications? As best as can be ascertained there are no published human safety standards for long term consumption.

Sodium Fluoride is not being added to the Ft. Smith water supply to enhance human potability; but is added to theoretically act as a medicinal. Therefore; where is the medical and moral authority that allows the Ft. Smith government to undertake, for all practical purposes, the practice of medicine?

Again, the state government has no constitutional or medical authority to defend its self-serving position for demanding forced fluoridation of public waters.

Some of the specific data in the aforementioned paragraphs may be attributed to the organization “Secure Arkansas”.

It should be noted here that Republican numbers in the state house were the prime movers of this abusive legislation and 3 of the Republicans hold or held key positions in the Republican leadership, and were subsequently fined by the Arkansas Ethics Commission. Those fined were: then State Senator Johnny Key who now shills for the U of A Chancellor, G. David Gerhart. Key was slapped on the wrist and fined $100 for contributing campaign funds to another candidate’s campaign. Three Republican Senators seem to be involved in funneling money to other legislators.

Republican Senator Eddie Joe Williams, the bagman for the Ark. Republican Party and the Ark. State Senate, was fined in 2012 for making personal use of $6,000 of his campaign funds to Sen. Missy Irvin & Sen. Jason Rapert, both Republicans. Sen. Eddie Joe Williams was fined $850 for his caper and the Senator donated over $42,650 from his campaign funds to other Senators & Representatives for ticket events in 2012. Sen. Eddie Joe Williams is the Senate Majority Leader.

Is this how citizens’ expect their campaign contributions to be used?

Republican Senator Michael Lamoureaux, President Pro-Tem of the Senate, was cited for making personal use of $2400 of his campaign fund. Sen. Lamoureaux donated $24,750 from his Campaign funds to other senators and representatives for ticket events in 2012.

Again, is this not vote buying and bribery, and if you agree that it is, you must come to the understanding that illegal and unconstitutional conduct permeates the entirety of the Arkansas State Republican Assembly and certainly does not excuse the Democrat Party.

It should be noted that all Republican state senators and representatives belong to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a legislative bill mill where Corporations fund most of ALEC’s operations. The Bills that ALEC feeds to the Arkansas General Assembly serve one purpose…to increase the bottom line of corporations. These type of practices by the Ark General Assembly, for all practical purposes, remove Arkansas citizens from the legislative process.

Coming on the heels of the fluoride debacle and the wrist slapping administered to some of the Republican violators by the Ethics Commission is one of the most deceptive and insidious activities to come out of the Ark. General Assembly—Issue #3, HJR 1009. HJR 1009 would extend term limits from 6 yrs to 16 in the House and from 8 yrs to 16 in the Senate! This proposed deception is attached to a so-called Ethics Bill titled “Elected Officials Ethics, Transparency, and Financial Reform Amendment of 2014”. This Trojan Horse approach was allegedly put together by Rep. Sabin (D) & Woods (R). Is this not chutzpah?

This scurrilous approach demonstrates the height of self-service and cowardice which has been achieved by the vast majority of elected state representatives & senators. Area state reps who voted for this deceptive ethics bill and back-dooring Term Limits Issue #3 are Reps. Bell, Deffenbaugh, & C. Douglas. In the Senate, again, voting for are Files & Holland.

Don’t Arkansas citizens have a lot to be excited about in the upcoming 2015 legislative session from the so-called conservative and constitutional Republican Party while at the same time they have involvements in a tidal wave of misdeeds? What do you suppose their next hijinks will be?

WHAT A DEAL!

Another victory for big government and the addition of another double-dipper to the already burgeoning double-dipping state legislature. August 23, 2014

The newly minted double-dipper is Republican Representative elect Mat Pitsch.

Pitsch, believing there was something smelly about seeking a double-dipping position in the state legislature sought legal advice 3 years ago, since he was already employed by a government institution. To Mr. Pitsch: double-dipping is obviously not illegal but it is morally/ethically corrupt to the core.

In an article appearing in the T.R. today Pitsch stated he worked out a private contract through the Western Arkansas Planning & Development District to work with the Regional Intermodal Transportation Authority (RITA)—another offshoot of the U.N.’s Agenda 21.

Pitsch carved himself out a nice $11,000 per month taxpayer subsidized check, absent daylight, and will receive in addition a check from the Arkansas State Legislature in the amount of $15, 362 per year, accompanied by an annual per diem. Pitsch, like all legislators, will receive up to $1 million at the end of a legislative session to disperse as they see fit, i.e. buy votes. Just exactly what does Pitsch do to earn $11,000 per month from RITA?

What is the connection between WAPDD and RITA—both burgeoning operations & weighting down middleclass taxpayers.

Pitsch will spend a good part of ½ year languishing in Little Rock at the State Capital, apart from his alleged day job. Will Pitsch receive an $11,000 per month check while he is residing in the state’s capital? Furthermore; the very real troubling aspect that Pitsch is involved in, simply stated, who will he represent—big government/corporate Arkansas or Arkansas middleclass citizens? Where do you think his allegiance lies? The answer is obvious.

As stated before, many if not most of the members of the Arkansas Legislature are joined inextricably at the hip (double-dippers) with city, county, state and federal governments, and some have no real job at all except state government which was designed to be a part-time job.

Government is not about public service, it’s all about self-service and Representative elect Mat Pitsch is more than ready to do the bidding of government.

Never do we hear of a politician or bureaucrat, in this case Mat Pitsch, leading the charge for protection of middleclass Arkansans/Americans, just nebulous bantering.

Hopefully, voters will break out of their malaise and quit worshiping at the altar of, in many cases criminally corrupt, and in all cases morally & ethically corrupt Democrat & Republican Parties…Observe!

1. The Arkansas’ Democrat Party is offering up for Governor in 2014-15, Mike Ross. Ross wallowed in the U.S. Congress for 12 years in a less than illustrious tenure. His only notable achievement/betrayal was his vote that brought the embryonic Obamacare out of Committee. Ross covers his tracks by stating he never voted for Obamacare.

It is noteworthy that Ross spent 10 years in the Arkansas Senate and in his last term he was singled out as the worst Senator in that years’ General Assembly in an elongated editorial appearing in Sunday’s edition of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Prior to the aforementioned 2 Ross involvements, he acted as chauffer for Former Governor Bill Clinton.

2. Now comes the Party of Irrelevance, formerly known as the Republican Party and its entry into the campaign for Arkansas Governor. That would be Asa Hutchinson. Government instrumentality has served Hutchison very, very well thanks to Arkansas low-information voters.

Some of his political credentials are: U.S. Attorney, Arkansas Western District, the U.S. Congress, DHS Commissioner & Border Czar, etc.
Notice these two candidates get any number of bi-monthly checks compliments of middleclass Americans and looking for more.

Hutchinson’s reign as S.W. Border Czar was an abject failure. He is famous for his utterances regarding the fate of illegal Mexicans & OTM’s declaring that they could not “sleep at night for fear of being caught”. Another statement of Hutchinson occurred on a Saturday the day after his appointment as Head of the DHS when he proclaimed that his new office had the best view of ‘Washington and he had aircraft at his disposal at any time at his beck and call.

At this juncture candidate Hutchinson has not declared his position on the Affordable Care Act and Tort Reform.

A quote by Hutchinson appearing in the Times Record July 12, 2014 pertaining to the Affordable Care Act, “He (Ross) is on both sides of the issue because he ‘worked with President Obama on components of the law, but later voted against the law because the 4th Congressional District became more conservative.’ Translation, when & how? Where does Ross’ allegiance lie, somewhere between Little Rock and Obama’s office?

Unfortunately one of these legislative plunderers is again going to be slopping at middleclass taxpayers trough. Why would any thinking Arkansan vote for either of these two?

It can safely be stated that the whole of the Arkansas Rino assemblage are members of one or more of the following Washington, DC organizations which use members of the Arkansas General Assembly to pick up, funnel to the body, vote & pass said self-serving legislation thereby benefiting corrupt Arkansas legislators and serves the destructive goals of said organizations.

1.    The passages of the D.C.  bills, which number in the hundreds, enhance & undergird the corporate elites while providing service to their CEO, the U.S. government.
2.    The passage of these D.C.  bills by the Arkansas legislature further increases exponentially the numbers & the ease with which Arkansas tax dollars can be spent at will on old or new Arkansas Welfare programs, accompanied by no caps.
3.    These activities by the Ark. Legislature have completely shut out the voice of Arkansas citizens from any legislative discussion. They have essentially stuck bayonets into the heart & soul of our state, the middleclass.

Again, the names of the traitorous D.C. organizations that own every member of the Republican delegation in the Ark. General Assembly who belong to one or more are:

1.    The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)
2.    Council of State Governments…ultra, ultra dangerous
3.    Southern Regional Education Board…packed with Marxist Democrats…Beebe, Elliot, School Teachers
4.    National Council of Insurance Legislators…the Pied Piper Jason Rapert, Treasurer
5.    State Legislative Leaders Foundation…State Rep. & Bankcorps CEO Darrin Williams (R) and Rino Bagman Sen. Eddie Joe Williams are Board members….leaders of what?
6.    Southern Legislative Conference…Sen. Keith Ingram, Chair & Sen. Bill Sample taking the call, or fall.
7.    The Constitutional Convention and/or the Convention of the People (Con, Con)

It is extremely difficult to quantify which of the above 7 criminal operations, but not limited to, have or will have done the most damage to Arkansans & American citizens. As it stands this moment the real thug & member thugs is the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) who has a choke hold on the Republican assemblage and said assemblage is so corrupt in itself that they will not attempt to break the chains that bind them. With ALEC members in control of most committees it is no wonder that ALEC has taken over Arkansas Legislative process.

The proposed “Constitutional Convention”, commonly known as Con, Con is being promoted by State Senator Jason Rapert & Representatives Nate Bell, Randy Alexander, & Bob Ballenger. When asked why they are promoting a Con Con, the answer is “it’s for a balanced budget amendment”. The U.S. Constitution already provides for that, except the missing ingredient is the also criminal U.S. Government who refuses to enforce the Constitution which deals with budgeting. What makes the above 4 think the U.S. government would enforce their balanced budget amendment?

Look for a moment who are the chief architects of the Con Con…George Soros, Mark Levin, Grover Norquist, the Koch Brothers. Interesting collection of Marxists and neoconservatives.

Defend the Constitution, not amend.

The real damning thing the 4 refuse to admit is that once a Con Con is activated any individual, entity, or government can also enter their proposed amendments and provided they have the resources can get their amendment passed.  What the above 4 are attempting to do has the absolute capacity to disassemble the U.S. Constitution that the Founders so meticulously provided us with and has served us well for 200+ years.  Are the above 4 proponents of this proposed destruction of the U.S. Constitution, Buffoons, or outright traitors?

If what this legislative body is involved with does not strike fear in the hearts of each of you, you are surely comatose.

None of the aforementioned organizations and their membership has one thing to do with protecting the rights & privileges of Arkansans. The individuals that belong to these organizations are nothing more than a collection of self-serving piranhas subsidized by productive Arkansas citizens. 

Exhibit 1.  Another unemployed termed-out representative John Burris (R-Harrison) has filed for Senate Dist. #17.  Burris, not even dry behind the ears, has been exerting his legislative “expertise & prowess” since he was 22 years old. Doesn’t say much for John Paul’s leadership.

Burris, no occupation, reminiscent of another A-State graduate, illegally appointed Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway.   Here’s what this kid Burris claims to have accomplished…

1.    Reduce the tax burden….no proof shown, just self-aggrandizement.
2.    Make government accountable to the people…a bald-faced lie…show us how & where. There is no accountability. He is a member of the money laundering pit known as ASU, along with the head corrupter Gov. Beebe, accompanied by A.G. Dusty McDaniel, illegally appointed Shane Broadway, 1st District U.S. Congressman Crawford, ASU President Charles Welch, and a host of others, including one involved in maintaining a “retainer” relationship with the university either with a first bid or without bids, and the “retainer relationship” was on the plane south of the border, down Mexico way.  There is much, much more.

Then there are the matters of exorbitant ASU travel costs for one month, January, 2014 of over $350,000.  Followed by the issue of the ASU “Ghost” credit cards for Administrators.  The “ghost “ cards can be used for travel, entertainment, etc. and shows up as a lump sum at the bank…thereby no one can see the detail of what was purchased. Can you imagine what goes on in the other universities?

Burris speaks of transparency, the magnitude of the criminal endeavors going on between ASU, Mexico, & the Beebe Protection Racket is being covered-up in part by the Rino enclave. This is transparency?

Not a word from Burris regarding the new ASU university to be built in the Mexican state of Queretaro transporting Arkansas tax payer property to a foreign land, i.e. Mexico, including technology & personnel in violation of the Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution.  This is HUGE…the citizens of Arkansas have no knowledge of the transaction and the loosely knit construction of the contract which can be found at arkansasfreedom.net .  Burris has the audacity to proclaim transparency in Arkansas government?  It is a cesspool of corruption.

Burris proudly proclaims, as any good traitor should, that he is also a supporter of funding for Arkansas’ Private-Option Medicaid expansion crafted by co-Marxists Gov. Beebe & Pres. Obama.  Tell us taxpaying citizens why you would support the Private Option.  He goes on to say that insurance is for about 100,000 poor Arkansans…he lies again.  The initial number thrown out was 250,000 with no caps, as is the case with all Federal & State programs. 

In a flash of bravado Burris thinks the Private Option will pass…what a revelation! Is he so dumb or immature he didn’t know the fix was in the first day of the session when Speaker Carter let it be known they would vote on the issue until it was passed. 

Exhibit 2; Another dead giveaway when the Poster Child for a traitor, Senator Jane English, sold her vote to the backroom majesty Mike Beebe for what is said to $40 million for the creation of something called (Marxist) Workforce Program.   It should be known that the Senator is Chair of “The Joint Performance Review” and she is obviously the Chief Performer and also a member of ALEC.  The woman showed when it comes to morality & substance she is a mere shell of a human.

Exhibit 3: Three Arkansas Senators, Lamoureaux, Key, & Williams were fined in December, 2012 for money-laundering and all three are ALEC politicians.

Exhibit 4: Senator Johnny Key, term limited out of both Houses, is marching straight into the teeth of the Arkansas Lobbying law by flouting the law which states any politician must wait one year before they lobby, and is applying for $202,000 year lobbying job + perks at the U of A campus. He would be called Vice-Chancellor for Governmental Affairs.  Key’s day job is running a babysitting operation which is no doubt funded by taxpayers.

In a piece by John Brummett in today’s Democrat (you got to love it) he states “Key is well respected and is well liked”.  Brummett’s real jewel is that Key is a “pragmatic conservative”.  Translation: he’ll change positions at any time.

Tea Partiers must quickly learn to recognize traitors & sellouts & you can’t bargain with them, and the way to win is to take off the white gloves and bareknuckle it with no quarter given. That’s the only language the cowards understand.

 Golden Rule #1 is never, ever vote for an unemployed, retired or active government worker, and most especially active or retired school administrators & teachers of any ilk…all triple dippers walking the tight line of Marxism & the drumbeat of the corrupt unions who have destroyed with the aid of forced redistributed taxpayer funds our public education, higher education while short-circuiting American kids’ minds and catering to the needs, either real or imagined of the illegal alien throngs and the D.C elite.

Talking will not cut it.  Only action will.

Headline: Times Record, Wednesday, February 26, 2014…Republican House Leader Davy Carter…”Carter Says Negotiators Not Living Up to the Deal”.    And of course the deal orchestrated by Beebe, Lamoureaux, & Carter is the foundation for much of the corruption going on in Beebe’s backroom and throughout the citizens’ capital. 

A letter sent out on February 24 and signed by 28 Republican members of the House of Representatives and addressed to “The Honorable Davy Carter”  (Read at link above)

There is nothing honorable about Speaker Carter’s conduct representing the citizens of neither Arkansas nor the signatories.

HB 1150 & SB 111 voted on 4 successive days were defeated all 4 days. The will of the people has been disregarded and no attention paid by the House of Representatives to the people’s wishes.  The conduct of this body is offensive, corrupt, and has segued into vote buying, money exchanges, taxpayer monies spent on the creation of new bureaucracies, etc.

The signatories state “It our belief that an impasse has occurred and cannot be resolved without more unnecessary tension.”  What occurred is a simple matter of fraud and there is no impasse, the votes determined that.

This body of Republican representatives has shown they have no constitutional or moral high ground for existence.  They have further shown they will compromise, cheat, and steal to achieve the results of their political bosses.  In this instance ALEC & its mules, in this instance Rep. Bob Ballenger has shilled his way into DC prominence by distributing legislation that government and corporations want passed.  It didn’t take ALEC long to get its hooks into Ballenger, same for the 28 signers on the link above.

In closing, these 28 self-serving legislative slugs had the audacity to, in writing state, “Preserve the resources of our state and work for the best interest for our citizens”.  How long has this session been going on?  And at what cost? And just how many votes will they tolerate before they rebel against this tyrannical, arrogant conduct?  “Public Servants” ???????  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Man-up now, or resign….all of you who are waffling on Socialized Obamacare, and most particularly dishonorable Speaker Carter.

GOVERNOR MIKE BEEBE, 2014 GENERAL ASSEMBLY CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A COLLECTION OF SELF-SERVING POLITICAL THUGS & LAWLESS TRAITORS   February 24, 2014

Citizens, do you recognize the fear factor or do you even have one—you should…the Machiavellian influences have their sabers drawn in Arkansas and compelled to use them.

Arkansas Government—Infested with Corruption, Obfuscations, Lies, and accompanying Traitorous Acts Unchallenged at any level…and only a glimmer of the prevailing circumstances and tragedies directed at non-thinking dumbed-down citizens.   

The head of this incestuous whirlpool of political abuse is of course, 35 year veteran on the taxpayer teat who uses any number of imbroglios to accomplish his Marxist, Fascist Power Goals.  Beebe is the natural mule & shill for Western Marxist/Bolshevik redistributor Barack Hussein Obama.

Beebe’s been in the barrel with Obama since the nation-killer Obamacare’s initial offering. Obama projected his designs by creating the “Affordable Care Act” permitting government to confiscate 1/6th of the American economy while destroying rights to privacy, self-determination, private property and any number of other constitutional violations.

Obama/Beebe are in league with any number of high profit government expansionists and funding sharks, i.e. state colleges & K-12 schools, hospitals, chambers of commerce, and any number of others who are avowed enemies of citizen autonomy.

Obamacare was billed as providing insurance for 15% of the population who have no health insurance.  What is the proviso that dictates productive citizens must bear the burden of providing health insurance to non-productive individuals regardless of their station in life who are a huge part of a growing number of deadbeats, legal & illegal aliens, etc.

Beebe is more than aware that these so-called exchanges will set the price of healthcare, control the selectivity of the process, and any number of other ways resulting in the destruction of the quality and availability of healthcare.  The ultimate goal of Barack, Beebe and the rest of political & bureaucratic panhandlers is to install a system of “single payer” healthcare run by the federal government.  Both Democrats and Republicans are deeply immersed in the demise of the Constitution and the Rule of Law as we will see shortly in the treasonous efforts to create an Article V Convention, spearheaded by Republicans who would wantonly destroy the U.S. Constitution resulting in more rogue government exchanges.

Beebe “WITHOUT THE PRIVATE OPTION, TOUGH DECISIONS AWAIT”.
A true statement if you occupy Beebe’s mindset, i.e. vote buying and power-mongering through bribes & intimidation.  If Beebe was an honorable individual he would simply state that this nation has a liability of $17 Trillion + 25-35 million illegal aliens which should be deported, U.S. border secured, accompanied by slashing all government agencies by 30% beginning with the criminally infested Dept. of Education and Dept. of Human Services.

A sampling of “tough decisions” that Beebe does not want to address. During his reign as Governor he has added over 3,000 new government employees.  A micro-random look at travel expenses at his alma mater: October, 2013 one month travel expenses= $311,108.24.  January 14, 2014= $350,000. 11 ASU employees in 2014 are being paid $1,524,963, that’s an increase over 2013 of $364,619.  ASU has a budget in excess of $100 million per year and are hustling for more, while at the same time ASU Chancellor Hudson’s administration is fraught with unacceptable practices. What are the expenses incurred & why hasn’t the governor provided detailed documentary on expenses, movement & utilization of taxpayer owned property for an ASU campus in the Mexican state of Queretaro and how much to come?

It must be noted that the U of A Fayetteville spent $1,330,000 in the month of December, 2013.

Another “tough decision” by Beebe…ignored. Why hasn’t Governor Beebe addressed the incest and inbreeding in the current session regarding the massive cost engendered by the Democrat & Republican legislative outlaws?

Featherbedding & nepotism are accompanied by the ever-present government Protection Racket that rapes and pillages Arkansas citizens on an on-going basis.  These systems are filled with thousands upon thousands of self-serving, low-level automatons.

A BRIEF LOOK AT THE CURRENT REPUBLICAN ROGUE ARKANSAS HOUSE & SENATE:  (Forget the Democrats, we always know where they stand)

There is no way to describe this body other than constitutionally and morally corrupt to the core.

Republican votes in the Arkansas General Assembly go to the highest bidder in a majority of cases and their words & positions are as worthless as a straw in the wind. Republican Senate Majority Leader Eddie Jo Williams is the bagman & shill for the Party of Irrelevance.

Do any of you believe the citizens of Arkansas have any semblance of representation  when its leadership & certain members boisterously brag they will vote on an issue, in this case Obamacare, (which they famously campaigned fighting against), every day until they get the desired results—passage. This one expression brands these elected representatives as being completely devoid of constitutional, legal, & moral authority.   The leadership in the House is “Billy the Kid” Davy Carter (R) (no hog iron) and Pro Temp Leader (world traveller at taxpayer expense) Michael Lamoureaux (R) who are in Beebe’s right & left pockets respectively.  

Tweets out of Little Rock on 2/22/14 stated that House Speaker Davy Carter sent the state police after Rep. Payton who was heading to the dentist after a 2 day toothache.

Times Record Headline (2/24/14)…“Speaker: House will vote on issue until it passes.”   That says it all.

With the charged political atmosphere reaching corruption of these proportions (and it goes much deeper) does anyone of the Republican leadership believe that this government is any way related to the Constitution, rule of law, morality and honesty?  The citizens of Arkansas are recipients of a collection of political perverts, both Parties.

SO YOU BELIEVE THE ARKANSAS REPUBLICAN PARTY IS A PARAGON OF CONSERVATISM & VITUOSITY AND THE BASTION IS FORT SMITH/SEBASTIAN COUNTY, ARKANSAS?

·    Let’s observe some vote buying.
·    Senator Jake Files: represents city government, hospitals, UAFS, the Chamber, & the alleged “privately endowed” fantasy called the Marshal’s Museum, for which he siphoned off $2 million of taxpayer money to Richard Griffin’s Museum operation.
·    Sen. Jane English (R), claimed to be a patron of the Tea Party…Beebe bought her vote for a thread of a so-called “Workforce” deal that she can lay claim to as a “social progressive”…Morally & philosophically bankrupt and at what the cost to the taxpayers?
·    Rep. Denny Altes (R), voted for, voted against, voted for, & along the way the chamber, the hospitals & UAFS patted him on the back & told him what a nice guy he was.
·    Now the three, on the first round of votes, did not vote…Carnine (Rogers), Lowry (Maumelle), Slinkard (Gravette)…why did they seek their office?
·    Time to bring this to an end but this is noteworthy…Stephanie Malone (R), niece of Travellin’ Man” John Boozman who formerly ran an alleged “Entrepreneurial School” designed by master schemer UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran…which of course ended in an expensive failure.   She is owned by governments, never labored a day in her life in private enterprise and is owned by the same group as Altes.

The point regarding Stephanie is that she & Democrat Hank Wilkins (Pine Bluff) were outside the chamber during the vote…resulting in 2 no votes.  

THE NATIONAL & STATE OF ARKANSAS’ REPUBLICAN USURPATION (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) OF CITIZENS’ ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE POLITICAL PROCESS

A Constitutional Convention (Con-Con), also known as Convention of States (COS), also Compact for America, also balanced budget, and then the convention name that strikes fear into the hearts of every educated American…CONSTITUTION FOR THE NEW STATES OF AMERICA.  If that doesn’t curdle your blood, nothing will.

And what makes you think Congress will obey ANY constitutional changes if they were made?

Two of the principals who have dedicated themselves to destroying the American Constitution, one billionaire Russian Jew, Western civilization & American culture hater George Soros, coupled with Grover Norquist and Mark Levin whose “balanced budget” amendment legalizes congress’ unconstitutional spending and does nothing to control the national debt of $17 Trillion.

Several members of the Arkansas state legislature who are pushing for the destruction of the U.S. Constitution and are wallowing in their stupidity are Sen. Jason Rapert (R) the Pied Piper (who belongs to 4 freedom killing organizations listed below), Rep. Nate Bell (R), Rep. Randy Alexander (R), Rep. Bob Ballenger (R), Sen. Bill Samples (R) (doing double duty to bury Arkansas freedoms & is employed by ALEC &  belongs to 4 of other pernicious government organizations), Sen. Johnny Key (R) (likewise 4 killing organizations).  Sen. Key in a show of bravado is trying to exempt himself from the lobbying Bill #2011 in an effort to hustle a $200,000+ job at the U. of A. Fayetteville campus. What possible credentials does Sen. Key profess to have gained running a babysitting operation that would qualify for a university position? Also Sen. Eddie Joe Williams (R) (the money man) & Sen. Andrea Lea (R) ( double-dipping money woman) & lastly the darling of Fort Smith corporatism and member of 3 organizations Sen. Jake Files (R). The arrogance and audacity these and others like the aforementioned would compare themselves to the brilliance of the Founders’ Enlightenment Work, their courage & vast knowledge contained in their Founding documents and which have provided for the world’s preeminent society for over 200 years.  The listed 4 and all their associates are enemies of American taxpaying citizens.

These legislative fools have no awareness that in a Constitutional Convention, any individual or body politic can brings their amendments, regardless of content, and enter them for passage.

Citizens, please take a few minutes and research constitutional conventions, there are 2 types.  A Constitutional Convention conducted by the Congress called a Con Con & an Article V convention precipitated by the people.  2/3rd of the states to apply & 3/4ths to ratify.

SOME GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE DENIED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFAIRS OF GOVERNMENT

It should be noted that the above referenced organizations have rooted connection with the United Nations & Agenda 21. Every city in Arkansas are paid members in some of these freedom killing organizations and Arkansas Republican office holders fill their ranks, as well as actively engaged in precipitating a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con).

Have you ever wondered, are these elected state representatives & senators smart enough, educated enough, & dedicated enough to craft and enter the thousands of legislative bills to be introduced for passage every year?  Perhaps you have, but did you know the source creation is Washington, DC to Little Rock via bagmen & women, e.g. Rapert, Williams, Lea, etc.

The six organizations alluded to in the above are as follows:
1.    The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)…they write the bills and the above mentioned, along with Michael Lamoureaux dispenses them in the legislature for voting.  This is the nexus between government and corporatism with the edge going to the government acting as the CEO.
2.    Council of State Governments…ultra, ultra dangerous
3.    Southern Regional Education Board…what a surprise, Beebe, Sen. Joyce Elliott, & Batesville School Dist. #31 Superintendent are Board Members…a vote buying dream for Beebe.
4.    National Conference of Insurance Legislators…the Pied Piper Sen. Rapert, the treasurer.
5.    State Legislative Leaders Foundation…state Rep. & Southern Bank Corps CEO Darrin Williams & Sen. Eddie Joe Williams are Board members.  Eddie Joe feels right at home in this capacity. One may ask, leaders of what?
6.    Southern Legislative Conference…Sen. Keith Ingram, Chair & Sen. Bill Sample taking the call.

Citizens, it was mentioned at the outset, are you aware of the Fear Factor that is providing for the loss of any number of freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, & the rule of law?

If at this juncture you are either acutely or remotely aware of the antics & corruption transpiring in Arkansas government. Your Fear Factor needle is literally pulsating.
