MAKERS UNDER ANOTHER SIEGE BY THE TAKERS: THIS TIME BY ANOTHER VOLCANIC EXPLOSION BY THE WELFARE CLASS KNOWN AS WELFARE ELITES.                July 31, 2012

Politicians & bureaucrats have hit on Producers for such an extended period of time, absent accountability, they no longer consider the Producers as anything but money-generating vassals. Unfortunately there are residents & citizens in the 50% arena that pay no income taxes; therefore why should they care as long as their monthly check or checks arrive on time?  A novel idea to weed out the deadbeat generational no work recipients would be to implement Means-Testing.

The Government School System, formerly known as the Public School System, accompanied by the so-called “Higher Education” cabal, i.e. colleges & universities, are in all likelihood the most corrupt, wasteful, inefficient, failed entity that has come to pass in American society.   Remember, Funding Follows Failure.  Close examination reveals that the magnitude of corruption in the Government School System is breathtaking.

The unabated invasion of millions of 3rd World legal and illegal aliens has all but broken the backs of the educational institutions that formerly served our Republic so well, but out of abject fear of administrators & higher-ups, teachers never question the destructive course being administered by the establishment.  The ruling elements of government at all levels, for votes, cheap labor, expansion, & Political Correctness have made the Founding population a minority in 2 states and that number will be expanded within 3 years to other states and effectively dissolve the Republican Party.  Question: Are there any of these 3rd World hordes capable of generating the revenues and technological advancements that the Founding stock now produces which undergird our rogue governments?  There is no evidence that this can or will occur, e.g. the story of the Golden Goose.

The 7/28/12 edition of the Times Record featured a picture of a Fort Smith government school teacher and underscoring the photo the T.R. stated that a total of 88 new certified staff members (?) have been hired so far for the upcoming school year.  The Times Record did not report what the 88 new hires would be doing or if a justified necessity exists. Note the phrase “so far”.   The 88 new hires will easily cost American citizen taxpayers in the neighborhood of $600,000 per year. More government expansion and less citizen control.  This again demonstrates arrogance and grand theft with no apologies.  Where is the faux School Board? Understand, there are at least 2 classes of welfare, one that receives no work unearned largesse and the other who receives largesse and protection for their expanding government job positions, i.e. the welfare elites.

Couple this with the recent announcement that Fort Smith School Superintendent Dr. Benny Gooden has just launched a yearlong whirlwind safari to Washington, DC and all points north, south, east & west.  He of course, in his year long absence will be drawing his full salary and will also be paid, who knows how much, for his public service union lobbying activities as President of the 14,000 member organization named The American Association of School Administrators. Governor Mike Beebe and members of the Fort Smith School Board (save one) have also spent taxpayer money in the D.C. celebration of Gooden’s immoral & unethical engorgement…….had he taken a year’s leave of absence without his exorbitant salary & perks, it would be more palatable.
 
And not a peep from the taxpaying citizens who have been duped into believing education is a “Sacred Cow” and those individuals elected to secure our rights and property, i.e.–money.  On the heels of Gooden’s expeditions, it is revealed that there is to be an additional $137 Million increase in annual state funding to Arkansas’ public colleges and universities next year—so why the huge increases in tuition? This announcement was made by the illegally hired, unqualified Commissioner of Higher education, Shane Broadway.   In the same breath Beebe is promoting his idea to add 250,000 more souls to Arkansas welfare rolls which will equate to well over a million receiving no-work welfare in Arkansas (citizens & illegals…this shakes out to be 40% of the state’s less than 3 million population). Couple that percent with the welfare elites who are also receiving taxpayer subsidized checks; therefore 60% of the state in all likelihood is receiving taxpayer funds,   while admitting to a 2013 $390 Million Medicaid shortfall.  Beebe exclaims, through a federal exchange program the feds will help makeup the “shortfall” for the first 3 years.  Where the hell does Beebe think the federal government gets money??? Note, again the ever-expanding elite welfare class—government workers—are not included in the official government statistics of 1+ million generational welfare addicts.

Now you know why Gov. Beebe is so “popular”, he is the embodiment and darling of the TAKERS and a Marxist & disciple of Obama.

Have you ever seen a politician or bureaucrat at any level introduce a plan to terminate the fiscal insanity that has engulfed our republic and created a $16 TRILLION national debt and $75-100 Trillion in unfunded mandates (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid)?  Corruption abounds in all government, unabated, by the very people we elect & hire to preserve Western Civilization, heritage & prosperity.  Of course, all the destruction is by design and what has been written here is a mere microcosm.

Two words have shown themselves to be the most potent enemy of a free society—Political Correctness—Observe.

Citizens are you going to sit on your fat, smug asses and allow the Founders dreams to be destroyed without a whimper?  It certainly appears so, and freedom will never come again for thousands of years, if then.

Another Collectivist Obamanible & Republisive Concept=”Government Creates Jobs”.        July 30, 2012

The only jobs government can “create” are more expansionist, taxpayer funded government positions, i.e. nothing productive—mostly destructive. In order for government to have anything to do with legitimate job creation they have to vacate the premises, i.e. get their big fat noses & parasitic/sinister use of force out of the way. 

This has been so since the beginning of time—the age-old battle of the Collective vs. the Individual, e.g. Plato vs. Aristotle.  Unfortunately Plato’s Collectivist/Ruling Elite concept generally wins, just as the Cultural Marxist Political Correctness is doing today.

America blew it!  We had the best foundation in the history of man—the right men, in the right place, at the right time—schooled in the enlightenment philosophy of individual rights and freedoms, limited government power, and based in morality, ethics and the essentials of what is practical for man’s happiness and well-being—free from force.  It only makes sense that men treat each other fairly/ethically in order for peace & prosperity to thrive; otherwise Force is the weapon of choice and destruction.

America has thrown it all away, just like the fast-food containers thrown out of windows littering our roads.  It has betrayed its Founders and all that makes human existence worthy, just, and satisfying.  By blindly following its elected and appointed officials & bureaucrats in all the important institutions…even while many of them advocate openly for the collective and the revisionism of our school curricula, journalism, politics, and the destruction of rugged individualism…our very foundation.

Now dissenters who wish to follow our Founding Principles are characterized as “aginers”, “conspiracy nuts”, yes and even “terrorists”.   The Obama-style Transformation is nearly complete, yet the masses either stand by idly or cheer it on if they perceive they will gain even more unearned “government largesse”.  Within those masses are “minorities” who have never acculturated nor have the slightest understanding of what our Founding Principles & Documents mean or have accomplished.  They have been led to believe they have unearned “entitlements” coming to them….”free” healthcare, education, food stamps, welfare checks, etc.  They have no problem with the fact that the money for those “free” goodies has been taken by force from someone who earned it.  So much for morality or principles.

Some American citizens have fought back in every way they can.  Most have indulged themselves and left the defenders to fight alone against overwhelming odds.  The result=governments on all levels with overwhelming amounts of corruption, ineptness, malfeasance, misfeasance and even outright murder.  Think of all the “jobs” created to blow up foreign peoples/countries.

The Roman Empire had its “Bread & Circuses”, the American Empire has its Pop Culture “music”, tattoos, electronic devices, luxury vehicles, “American Idol” TV shows, violent games, endless preemptive   wars in the middle east, et al….and no more clue than those masses entertained by gladiators and other bloody murderous activities…at least they were honest enough to watch humans torn limb from limb instead of blithely shooting missiles from drones which indiscriminately destroys infrastructure & maims or kills civilians, including children.

We are witnessing not only the death of America, but the death of the entire Western Civilization, which Pat Buchanan and others have written about. There are ways to avert catastrophe, but the will, wisdom and courage does not exist in enough quantities.  Since the Caucasian descendants of the Founders have flunked the course in Survival and not punished or thrown out the attackers/betrayers, this is indeed Genocide by Suicide.

CORRUPTION…”PUTRID; INFECTED OR TAINTED; DEPRAVED OR DEBASED.”        July 23, 2012

Recently announced Dr. Benny Gooden, Superintendent of the Fort Smith School System, was elected President of the American Association of School Administrators—a government union lobbying group. 

Since this is a national organization (14,000 members) one can deduce that the magnitude of the association to which he was elected will require full time participation and in all likelihood will be stationed in Washington, D.C. This means that Dr. Gooden will not be occupying his office or present on the campuses of Fort Smith schools.  He, the Fort Smith School Board and the media, without a detailed explanation of his new involvement apparently have created a cover-up and in his absence will allegedly perform his duties via telecommunications and his multiple minions.   This begs the question, why is he needed at all?

Prior to his election to the presidency of this huge government expanding entity he undoubtedly had to campaign for the presidential office of AASA and makes this particularly odious speaking of the election campaign.  Who paid for his campaign, travel expenses and how many days was he off?  Obviously, another example of a Government Protection Racket.
The honorable thing for Dr. Gooden to have done freely was to take a year’s leave of absence and divest himself from salary & perks.   Since this was not done, the faux School Board most definitely should have demanded he do so in order to protect beleaguered citizen taxpayers, and lastly the local media should have done in-depth investigative reporting, especially in light of all the reports recently concerning double-dippers in education.

Superintendent Gooden is double-dipping, is involved in a huge conflict of interest (union/government interests vs. private taxpayers), and if not abusing his contractual arrangements, he still lacks a professional ethic.

The only conclusion that can be reached regarding Dr. Gooden’s year long absence is that he and the other superintendents of the AASA are expanding their wing of the education lobby, all at taxpayer expense.

The questions before the citizens of Fort Smith…are you going to demand that Dr. Gooden dissolve his double-dipping, conflicts and/or contractual arrangements or are you going to suffer another dose of euthanasia?  

If these facts & assumptions are not correct please explain in detail.

Hillary Clinton once opined “Don’t you know the age of the individual is over?”

University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus Chancellor G. David Gearhart and UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran are moving the Marxist/Communist/Collectivist concept right smack into the University library system.  These two alleged educators” have made the determination that quiet time where individual thinking is more likely to be successful is no longer conducive to their goals and the rows of isolated carrels must be removed and replaced with open spaces and group collectives.

It is the individual, not a collective that allowed the creation of the world’s greatest society ever.

In today’s Arkansas Dem-Gaz the editorial makes a huge point, that tens of thousands of books must be removed in order to create the ensuing spaces & collective.
As stated in my first missive in the case of the U of A Fayetteville, this will be the second makeover in 2 years inviting more opulence on a grand scale and runaway spending in both institutions.
It would be extremely interesting for Beran & Gearhart to explain how academic accomplishments can be better achieved in a group environment as opposed to solitude and more particularly, access to the thousands of books they are removing and who will choose which books on what criterion?

UA Chancellor Gearhart explained that the new library philosophy to be employed in Fayetteville and Fort Smith is “cutting edge”. 

EDITOR GREENBERG IS QUOTED REGARDING THE GEARHART/BERAN OPULENCE “IDEAS DO TEND TO SPREAD, ESPECIALLY BAD IDEAS”.  “FOR WHO CAN RESIST A FASHION, HOWEVER DUBIOUS”.

Gearhart & Beran must be watched closely and most certainly it needs someone besides Gov. Beebe and temporary Higher Education Director Shane Broadway.

Saturday’s Times Record editorial demanded that the Chaffee Crossing softball fields get completed immediately.

Not so fast!

The Times Record editor is more than willing to launch this ill-advised project immediately completely devoid of specifics. 

1.    What accounting procedures, if any, are in place—gate receipts, concession receipts? How are the cash receipts disbursed?
2.    How is a marriage between government & private enterprise to be explained?  A 501c3 non-profit cohabitating with a for-profit endeavor?
3.    Who maintains?  In the case of failure, who is responsible? What degree of maintenance is required?
4.    Who insures and at what cost?
5.    What responsibilities do Files & Webb have and what do they have invested in the project?
6.    How do Files & Webb benefit economically?
7.    That is not FREE dirt work by the National Guard; it is paid for by the producers.

It is said that Chaffee Crossing is public domain and if that is the case by what authority does Ivy Owen have that would allow him to give (not sell) a parcel of land to a government and/or private endeavor?

Another case of citizens being hosed by bureaucrats and politicians.
In the years 2010 & 2011 Univ. of Arkansas campuses in Fayetteville & Fort Smith spent millions on a “extreme makeover”….their words, not mine.  Now the Fayetteville & Fort Smith campuses are back in the trough spending more millions compliments of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats now displaying a saga known as THE STUDENT LIBRARY BRIBE.
Our poor, disadvantaged, downtrodden students have to be bribed to read a book, in that they will now have moveable furniture, new paint, white boards, open spaces, computers, comfortable chairs, swivel top desks, etc. etc. all to make these poor students “feel like they are not so isolated when they come in”.

So-called “educators” & politicians are outright thieves and until the citizens decide to smack-down these upper tier welfare recipients they will continue to drive us into the ground and the poorhouse. 

I have a vision, that vision is Chancellor Beran salivating with his new “education endeavor”.

Is Univ. of Ark. Ft. Smith Chancellor Paul Beran a Capitalist or Marxist/Communist?  His actions declare he is a globalist Marxist.
 
Times Record Headline:  UAFS Boss: Cash Jolt in Millions.

In Beran’s remarks to the Fort Smith Regional (there’s that word again) Chamber of Commerce First Friday Breakfast at UAFS, Beran bloviated how many millions he & UAFS & enablers had generated in 2011. BERAN, IN HIS ATTEMPT TO BE THE COURT JESTER, FAILED TO INDICATE WHERE ALL THESE MILLIONS CAME FROM.  These millions Beran boasted about certainly were not created by governments, politicians, bureaucrats and other hangers on.  They were taken by force (stolen) from the producers in plain sight with impunity and no shame.  Nowhere in the article did the newspaper question where the money came from and specifically what it was used for and the burdens placed on middleclass taxpayers as well as the infusion of monies into the system from continuing increases in tuition.
 
Beran related “Our job is to create taxpayers”.  An outlandish but revealing statement by a so-called “Educator”.  Recall that Beran and others have created an “Entrepreneurial School” which is a slap in the face of real entrepreneurs. If Beran and his minions knew anything about the entrepreneurial system they in all likelihood would be entrepreneurs themselves, but in Beran & minions capacity they denigrate and punish true taxpaying entrepreneurs.  ENTREPRENEURS ARE SELF-MADE.

Beran’s concept about “job creation” is government expansion, i.e. hiring more employees who drag down society by the day.  For example, he brags that from 2008-2011 the school’s operating budget increased from $28.6 million to $72.6 million, a 60% increase, that included a 1700 student increase in enrollment.   No word from Beran how the $44 million increase was spent.  More about “job creation”: in the same time span Beran increased the number of faculty by 89 (that is a 38% increase)—no justification. These are not Jobs, they are government positions that demand producers produce more and are forced to give more.

Beran concluded by stating “we’ve become a comprehensive regional university”.   Why?  There is a so-called university in practically every cow town in Arkansas.  Research on “Regionalism” reveals correlation with Communism.

All colleges and universities are wallowing in hundreds of millions of dollars that are stolen from taxpayers on a regular basis while most Arkansans and Americans never raise an eyebrow.
Government runs a giant protection racket, e.g. this week Governor Beebe dished out 1% to 3% raises to government employees regardless of merit.
 
A very annoying spending spree by UAFS is a raft of billboards, some electronic, across the city and state. When did a billboard ever convince a student to attend any school?  

Will the producers ever realize that politicians, bureaucrats & other hangers on are driving them into the ground on a grand scale and understand that an all-out smack down must occur across the board to the self-serving, parasitic government destructors? Education is no longer a “Sacred-Cow”.   

Our national debt, not including unfunded mandates ($75 Trillion) is $16.4 Trillion and has increased by $1.4 Trillion in this year’s budget.

The enclosed data was obtained through an FOIA directed to the attention of University of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart.

 

The purpose of the FOIA was to garner information regarding a public symposium which featured 5 illegal aliens from 4 states.

 

I am in receipt of 379 pages, less protected government communications.

 

This affair, which I deem to be illegal, featured numerous public employees including emissaries of the governor of the state of Arkansas, in addition to Chancellor Gearhart who participated in the wanton production, while making Arkansas citizens look like fools.

 

I am enclosing some of what I consider to be the more egregious violations of U.S. law and Arkansas law.

 

Obviously this illegality occurred in your district and under your watch.  I would appreciate knowing your legal position on the event.

The response to an FOIA.                                                                         May 14, 2012

Incremental Amnesty presented by the Arkansas state government, bordering on roguery.

The illegal affair, parading 5 illegal Hispanics with national fanfare on the night of April 23, 2012 at the Fayetteville Town Center, intended for amnesty indoctrination.

Governor Mike Beebe’s office was privy to the unlawful affair and it was produced and directed by the Chancellor of the Univ. of Ark (Fayetteville campus) G David Gearhart and enabled by the Arkansas State House, with one exception, Honorable Representative Jon Hubbard.

The unlawful act was commissioned well in advance of it being carried out and produced a fragmented national audience.  Commissioning of this crime before its occurrence was a slap in the face of every legal Arkansan and American.   Beebe and Gearhart showed their utter contempt for American citizens and the rule of law.

Hussman and Stephens Media were and are silent on the affair. Why?

Some of the facts produced by an FOIA will be introduced shortly.  Understand that politicians and bureaucrats have taken the teeth out of much of what the Freedom of Information Act intended, providing protection for politicians, bureaucrats and other government employees.   For example, in one of the universities electronic messages, U. of A. attorney T. Scott Varady said that there were a number of records that constitute “education records” under FOIA, as defined by the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act, and/or, therefore exempt.   Varady went on to state “other documents evidencing payment of expenses, costs, or other amounts by the State of Arkansas and/or Univ. of Ark. that were part of, or incidental to, the symposium.”  Therefore; the FOIA in no way gave a detailed accounting of the unlawful activities that went on before, during, and after their affair.

Attorney Varady stated that private (non-taxpayer) funds were used to pay for the cost of the event.  Varady stated the cost of the event was $53,570.84. Attorney Varady fails to mention that the Univ. of Ark. used state owned facilities, equipment, supplies, university personnel and policing entities, to name a few involved in the production of the event, including Chancellor of U of A and his many assistants.

In the 379 pages received re the FOI it was indeed pleasing to read the dozens of letters sent to Chancellor Gearhart demanding he withdraw the proposed unlawful activity…others begging him to reconsider and so on.   The few congratulatory letters to Gearhart were from his own faculty and a few Hispanic schools across the nation.

There is evidence that there is collusion between the U of A Fayetteville campus, U. of A. Little Rock, and the Clinton School of Public Service at Little Rock and Fayetteville promoting open borders and amnesty.

Arkansas Governor Beebe has always been for open borders both nationally and statewide with the worn out canard…it’s a federal problem”.  His lack of positive leadership in the matter of illegal immigration demonstrates his nexus with corporations and government with no regard for his Arkansas citizen constituents and the horrific burdens…financial, educational, penal, etc. he is placing on our backs. He magnified his unlawful position by delegating Gearhart and his minions to give birth to such an arrogant, in-your-face production re: the “woes” of 5 illegals.   Beebe sent 2 of his Assistants to the meeting…Sericia Cole & France Mett Herrera.  Who paid? 

For every letter Gearhart received condemning the scurrilous production and those few who applauded, he sent one of two form letters using University time, University personnel and University stationary under the names of Gearhart or John Diamond, Asst. Vice Chancellor.

In prepping for the spectacle, Chancellor Gearhart, pushing for emotion, stated time and again, the 5 young “undocumented, living in the shadows, taking significant risk showing up on public panel”.  Gearhart continued by stating “their undocumented immigration status makes travel within the U.S. difficult and risky and their ability to work legally”. 

Gearhart is either totally out of touch with reality or a liar.   American law enforcement, all branches, are admonished not to arrest illegals unless for a violent crime, compliments of President Barack Hussein Obama.  A news agency asked Gearhart how many police were at the symposium and what branches…no response. It is known that the Univ. of Ark. policing agency and the Ark. State police were present.  It is ironic that the 2 policing agencies refused to uphold their sworn constitutional duties by arresting the 5 illegal Hispanics and Chancellor Gearhart & friends at this wholly unlawful event. Here two branches of Ark. government are in violation of U.S. law with the police protecting the violators…and where was ICE?  Perhaps it was ICE hiding in the shadows, the illegals certainly weren’t.

Chancellor Gearhart opined “we are an education institution and have the responsibility to inform the public of political and social issues”.   Since when and by what authority? If the Chancellor believes the university has the obligation to bloviate on social & political issues, why was this spectacle not held in one of the many university facilities?  He knew very well what he was doing was not a legitimate endeavor.

Gearhart stated—“No one should be afraid or opposed to hearing both sides of an issue”.  To the Chancellor, there is only one side to this issue, i.e. U.S. law has been broken, not only by the 5 illegal aliens, but by you personally and by Gov. Beebe.   You and Beebe and a host of others have flouted U.S. law and an Arkansas statute with impunity.

Numerous University professors were actively involved in this illegal, unconstitutional affair…too numerous to mention all.  However, here are some of the more prominent names.

  1. Stacy Leeds—Dean of the U of A School of Law (is this not an oxymoron?)  Leeds is paid a hefty salary, allegedly to teach the rule of law to university students, while at the same time advocating the breaking of U.S. law, specifically 8 USC, Section 1325, 1324a, 1324c, & 1644.  Dean Leeds sent a note to Gearhart, “Hey Boss, proud to be on your team. You made us very proud this evening—well done.”  (By the way Dean, I have been under the impression that it is the citizens’ team.)
  2. Gearhart to Leeds…”You are a big part of its success”.
  3. Gearhart thanked Michael Dodd and the Associated Student Government for helping to promote the affair…..  Using students to promulgate crime?
  4. Gearhart also asked “several members of the General Assembly and other elected officials to stand up so they could be thanked”  (We have not been able to secure all the names of the elected & hired officials who showed up for this exhibition, however we do have a few names of those present).
  5. Mike Poore (not elected) Bentonville School Superintendent. He stated he sued the Dept. of Education in Colorado in order to get a 5th year extension for minority students. 
  6. Rep. Nate Bell, Mena.   Rep Bell initially received no invitation and was heartbroken and through a number of communications with Gearhart he and his wife received invitations.
  7. Rep. Johnnie Roebuck, Arkadelphia, retired educator (wouldn’t you know it?)
  8. Rep. Linda Tyler, Conway, called Gearhart “courageous”.  Does “courageous” mean she knew he was breaking the law?
  9. Two very intriguing statements from Bob McMath, Prof of History U of A, and Dean of Honors College.  Chancellor Gearhart told Bob, “I will never forget you said ‘pay the differential in in-state/out of state for those in the pipeline”.  The statement cries out for a dissection—again, who pays and who are those “in the pipeline”?  From McMath to Gearhart “YOUR neck was on the line”.  Does this statement not testify to the criminality of the symposium featuring Illegal Aliens?
  10. Skip Rutherford—Dean of Clinton School of Public Service and no doubt the nexus between Beebe and Gearhart.  Rutherford exclaimed in an email to Gearhart “I am proud of you and the U. of A. “…Which means the Univ. of Ark. is squarely involved in promoting illegal immigration.

The state of Arkansas’ political and academic systems (one in the same) is a corrupted web and permeates every part of our state. The Constitution and rule of law are savaged with impunity.

Governor Mike Beebe must be impeached, Chancellor G. David Gearhart fired and every member of the state legislature censured as enablers of this crime, with one exception the Honorable Rep. Jon Hubbard.

Let’s be very clear, illegals are here for a multiple of exploitation reasons…aliens for welfare handouts & work, employers for cheap under the table laborers, churches for parishioners & funding, government schools for the funding, government agencies for expansion & funding, and politically correct ideologues for the damage they do to the culture and heritage.

Charlotte Douglas, Charlene Fite, Bill Gossage, Gene Jeffress, Stephanie Malone, Gary Latanich, Tracy Pennartz (?), and Mat Pitsch…they have what in common? 

They are government employees campaigning for the Arkansas Legislature.   5 are teachers.  The State Legislature is packed with “double-dippers”/education lobbyists.

  These state employees have serious moral, ethical, and conflicts of interest issues.  Legislative sessions last from January into May…a school semester.  Why would school districts allow teachers to be absent for up to 6 months per year? Not needed?  What salary and perks do they retain while absent? Why are they seeking a legislative office?

The above conduct vividly points out that public schools run a protection racket and utilize featherbedding with impunity while failing miserably to academically educate students..  Funding follows failure. (see Common Core Standards)

Note Mat Pitsch’s candidacy.  Pitsch heads the Regional Intermodal Transportation Authority.  RITA is part of a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MP0), a tentacle of United Nations Agenda 21.   Maine Governor John Baldacci stated (T.R) “A first step will be to educate the public about the importance of regionalism so cities will support these efforts”.  “We need to shock people a little bit”.

The Fort Smith Regional Alliance consists of 14 Oklahoma & Arkansas communities, resulting in a diminishment of local control and sovereignty, while ceding authority to unelected boards, advisors, czars.  Regionalism manipulates transportation patterns which restrict civil liberties, property rights, etc. Non-elected planning groups are already influencing transit services, regional trails, F.S. bikeway system.   Fort Smith formed an alliance with Agenda 21 member Fayetteville, why?

FOI to Chancellor re illegal alien public affair

This FOiA was sent certified mail April 24 to U of A Chancellor Gearhart.   It’s purposes are to determine if University funds (taxpayer money) was disbursed in producing the unconstitutional illegal affair promoting the status of illegal aliens that took place on April 23rd at the Fayetteville Town Center, and also to determine what politicians, etc. may have been involved in this un-American activity.   The main attraction was the appearance of 5-6 illegal aliens residing in at least 4 different states.  Recall he billed this affair as “educational”, why then was it held in the Town Center and not on campus?

The results will be posted  when Chancellor Gearhart responds.  He has 3 working days.

Whatever the results will be, i.e. taxpayer funds or private funding for the spectacle shows he is nothing more than an amnesty mule and is acting outside the bounds of a duly hired University official.

He should be fired forthwith.

(a)    All electronic or paper communications which discuss or mention the panel held on April 23, 2012 at which one or more undocumented aliens may have spoken at the Fayetteville Town Center.

(b)    Checks, money orders, records of electronic deposits, vouchers, or other documents evidencing payment of expenses, costs, or other amounts by the State of Arkansas and/or University of Arkansas that were part of, or incidental to, the symposium held on April 23, 2012 involving public speaking by one or more undocumented aliens.

               Please be advised that I am specifically excluding from this request any documents that are protected from disclosure by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, 20 USC § 1232g.  To the extent that any document requested herein contains information that is either privileged from disclosure or the disclosure of which is prohibited by any law, please redact the portion which is privileged prior to making such document available to me.

Today is the day!  Tonight is the Night!  For what?  A stage production directed by U of A Chancellor G. David Gearhart & produced by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville starring on stage 5 illegal aliens who reside in 4 states.                            April 23, 2012

Today is the day when American citizens generally and Arkansas citizens specifically are constitutionally and legally betrayed by Univ. of Arkansas Chancellor G. David Gearhart. In the background is a cast of characters who are enabling the social/political/amnesty gala.  These would be Gov. Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel (of Aspen Institute fame), the Arkansas State Legislature—both Houses, save one honorable State Representative Jon Hubbard, and untold numbers of government bureaucrats. It will be interesting to see how many of them will show to become a part of this citizen betrayal. 

The Gala will celebrate the onstage arrival of 5 illegal Hispanic aliens who will take the stage in the Fayetteville, AR Town Center to detail their “terrible” experiences while illegally residing in Arkansas, N.Y., Mass. & VA.   Evidently, being treated as an endangered species is a “terrible” experience.

In a letter from Chancellor Gearhart, he proclaimed that “a panel discussion would provide U of A students and the general public a valuable learning experience”.  Question: if this is a “learning experience” why is not being held in one of the many University facilities?  Does this mean they are treading on legal thin ice?  Who is paying for this spectacle?

The Monday evening Gala under the direction of Chancellor Gearhart is fanning flames to produce sympathy for aliens who are illegally in our country for the express purpose of implementing the “Dream Act” with the ultimate goal of amnesty for 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.   Bear Stearns in 2005 did an extensive study & determined at that point there were at least 15-25 million illegals residing in the USA and could go as high as 30 million, not the 12 million parroted by the federal government.  More obfuscation.
  
Once more, multiple federal & state laws are being broken…two in particular are 8 USC, Section 1324a & 1324c, which make it a felony to hire, transport, or harbor any illegal aliens & give ALL police authority to arrest.

The conduct of most, if not all, Arkansas’ elected, appointed, & hired officials are in violation of the above & other statutes and laws.  Arkansas has a legal mechanism 19-11-105 which states that any part of Ark. State government is prohibited from hiring an individual, company or corporation that has illegals in their employ and further prohibits the hiring of any entity that subs out business to illegals.  This article is being violated with impunity across our state and most particularly in N.W. Arkansas, e.g. drive down I-540 between Rogers & Springdale and observe who is doing the highway landscaping.

Another example of the abuse heaped on taxpaying citizens in the matter of illegal immigration, in this case a Federal Prosecutor named Jane Duke.  In 2008 ICE raided the Pilgrim’s Pride Plant in NE Arkansas regarding the hiring of illegals. The Federal Prosecutor’s statements after the raid were indeed chilling and showed she was either devoid of knowledge of Federal law or was beset with arrogance when she opined “Her office has no interest seeing those arrested serving jail time as they were otherwise law-abiding CITIZENS (?).”  “They came here to better their lives and their family lives by working.”   Ms. Duke fails to understand she was hired as a Federal Prosecutor, not a social worker…Chancellor Gearhart should heed.
The unchecked illegal invasion by Mexicans & OTM’s is by design. It is obvious that Chancellor Gearhart has the approval of the ruling hierarchies in national & state politics and in all likelihood the order to produce the festive Gala tonight came straight from D.C.   This ongoing conduct is a betrayal and dramatically shows disrespect for the taxpaying citizens of Arkansas.
51% of freshmen entrants into the U of A system require remedial help in a number of subjects. My question is why the Chancellor isn’t dedicating his energies to improving the failed government public education system…i.e. Goals 2000, No Child Left Behind, and now Common Core Standards…all founded on egalitarianism and bringing all students down to the lowest COMMON denominator. Common Core gives complete control of public education to the FEDERAL Government. 

We are a nation with a debt of $16.4 Trillion and $75 Trillion in unfunded mandates; our national borders are porous; our President removed all stryker forces from the borders which further invites an influx of at least a million per year to enter our country, along with tons of illicit drugs, gangs, sex slaves, vicious cartels, etc. freely.  In a national meeting in NW Arkansas the year Asa Hutchinson was appointed Drug Czar, it was disclosed that NW Arkansas is a major Mexican drug distribution center and citizens know it is a burgeoning citadel for exploited cheap labor, and Springdale beginning to take on the appearance of a Mexican barrio. 

Chancellor Gearhart, do you not understand the destruction reaped on American citizens by the illegal 3rd World invasions?  It does not appear so.  Need I remind you again that the presence of illegal aliens costs taxpayers a whopping $38.3 BILLION per year, while they send home to their mother country $45 BILLION in remittances?
