The “Distressed Cavaliers”…….The best kept secret in our history, next to the truth about tyrant “Honest Abe”. (Read “The Real Lincoln” by Thomas DiLorenzo)

The Collectivists/Politically Correct purveyors’ worst nightmare would be for American citizens to learn of their true Founding history….from the establishment of Jamestown by adventurers and businessmen BEFORE the Pilgrim’s Plymouth Rock, the first Thanksgiving at Berkley Plantation, BEFORE the Pilgrims’, to the wonderment of the saga of the “Distressed Cavaliers”. (Such knowledge might give rise to the pride Americans once had in their heritage, something carefully destroyed by the Politically Correct method of Cultural Marxists.)

In the mid 1600’s Sir William Berkeley, Governor of Virginia, had the brilliant plan of recruiting the younger sons of English Noble families. He was able to entice them with promises of land and position because under the custom of the day, only the oldest son was allowed to inherit the family estate and fortune. Another contributing factor was the ascendency of the Puritans in England who persecuted the non-Puritans. Hence the name, “The Distressed Cavaliers”. (“Albion’s Seed”, by David Fischer)

From these ranks came young men of education, intelligence, bravery, honor, ambition, entrepreneurialship, and leadership. Englishmen of breeding and substance. It was from this stock that the First Families of Virginia arose. They included names such as Custis, Harrison, Randolph, Mason, Madison, Washington, Lee, Jefferson, Jay, Carroll, etc.
Our beginnings and subsequent progress were not based on “Diversity”, a twisted concept at best. It was based on consistency, rule of law, honor, and a knowledge of the Enlightenment philosophy of Individualism. A man was judged by strict rules on conduct, which allowed those of lesser circumstances to function and succeed as well.

No wonder none of this is taught in the Collective Government Schools. Knowledge such as this might make for a citizenry schooled in merit and the fact that government’s only legitimate business is that of protecting the rights of the citizens and the Constitution.
A great country cannot grow based on ignorance, superstition, or anarchy, which is the result of multi-culturalism, (too many legal & illegal aliens from 3rd World cultures having little or no redeeming factors…in short all people are not the same; much depends on their achievements and values) leading to tyranny and dictatorship over the masses. Individual rights and freedoms are an anathema to Collectivists—whether Socialists, Fascists, Communists, or Monarchists.

Every aspect of Western Civilization is under attack and every other culture is being touted…all by design to destroy its very foundations. Some call it genocide.

Our Founders accomplished the most astonishing achievement in the history of the known world…they established a Constitutional Republic at the beginning of our nation, which differed drastically from Democracy (Mob Rule)which is how politicians, bureaucrats and other co-conspirators are fond of describing our system today, and all forms of Collectivism ever tried. The rights of the individual were held supreme, not the power of government. The Right to Life, Liberty, Property and the Pursuit of Happiness was not meant for government but for individual citizens.

Oh, how we need the Cavaliers today to vanquish the trolls and harpies who rule over us, demean and threaten our very existence.

The U.S., fast-tracking toward a mongrel society, otherwise known as “Diversity”—and by design—to “Harmonize (reducing all Americans to a common denominator).

Diversity—A germ that was unleashed on American citizens by the Federal Government who willfully refuse to enforce the Constitution & rule of law and is the practice that is killing America.

Third & fourth world hordes, legal & illegal, continue their massive invasions to America, replete with a welcoming committee composed of government officianados at every level, e.g. President Obama, the Cultural Marxist Democrat Party, and of course the irrelevant warlock Republican Party.

The U.S. Constitution, accompanied by 8 USC, Sections 1324a, 1324c, 1325, & 1459, demand that our borders be secure and illegal aliens dealt with in a court of law. More evidence of selective law enforcement by the 16 federal law enforcement agencies. Is it ironic that one of the agencies, the U.S. Marshall Service, showed up at a 9/19/14 naturalization ceremony in Fort Smith for 78 immigrants and shook down American citizen spectators? Why aren’t these so-called public servants stationed on the southern border? What the U.S. Marshalls were engaged in is commonly called “conditioned response”—get the citizens used to seeing gun-toting government employees everywhere their eyes may turn and to being frisked. Recall the Marshall Service involvements in Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Bundy Ranch, and other such questionable incidents.

Now to the matter of mongrelization. Yesterday Times Record 9/23/14 headline: “School boss notes changes”. What are the changes?

Recall Fort Smith Superintendent Benny Gooden, famous for his unlawful positions on illegal immigration, “We will take all we can get”, referring to illegal Mexicans & OTM’s. So what did boss man Gooden’s bravado help bring us?

These statistics say it all & are only a microcosm:
1. The Fort Smith school system (international) 14,300 students
2. 2004-05 school year = 56.5% Caucasian student body
3. 2013-14 school year = 43.3% Caucasian student body
4. The above numbers represent a 13.2% reduction in the Founding stock, replaced by 3rd & 4th world nationals that travel on the backs of the diminishing white population, particularly the middleclass.
5. 5,000 of the students live in non-English speaking environments
6. 72% last year qualified for “free lunches”. Percent of whites receiving not given.
7. 30% was the number of “free lunches” in 1991.

The “Boss” speaks topically in educanto buffoonery pertaining to “Benchmarks”. He states the Fort Smith Public Schools ACT score is 21.9 while the national average is 21. The question arises, are the 5,000 students being raised in non-English speaking environments being included in the ACT score? It is highly doubtful.

As whites are becoming more submerged daily in our own country by legal & illegal 3rd & 4th world invading armadas, are we to believe these folks (mostly illiterate) can and will sustain what Caucasians have created & sustained, i.e. the most productive society in the history of man based on our Founding Principles? If the answer is yes, will their spokespersons tell us how and by what means?

Furthermore; how long before corrupt politicians & bureaucrats kill the economic golden goose, i.e. the dwindling American middleclass that provides most of the unearned largesse forcibly taken & dispensed to the 3rd & 4th world masses?

By the way, does anyone ever recall being asked by any politician or bureaucrat what your thoughts and positions are re: providing meals, healthcare, food stamps, rent, computers, language translators, cell phones, free prenatal care/services, ad infinitum to the unapologetic thankless hordes of legals & illegals?

Public schools and its employees are nothing more than money pits. In view of the stark data shown above, the F.S. School Board (actually the Boss) is planning a $60-75 million high school campus in Chaffee Crossing which can only be labeled OVERKILL.

The economic producers that subsidize the Overkills are being attacked at every degree on the compass rose. Will Americans ever awaken to the ongoing highway robbery orchestrated by politicians & bureaucrats?

WHO ARE THE 13 PERCENTERS THAT ARE WILLFULLY DESTROYING THE MINDS OF AMERICAN CHILDREN?

The feds set the course, undergirded by state government & various education factions, commandeered with bribes, threats & theft, destroyed the once proud institution of public education. What happened and continues to happen to the once vaunted public school system? Greed, transitioning to power, money and destruction. Citizens stood and are standing by helplessly allowing full-blown corruption in the P.S. system to mushroom, ignoring America’s Founding Principles.

Former Times Record editor Jack Moseley, on another subject, stated and is appropriate here, “it’s a lot of purty”, referring to the P.S. infrastructure, an apt description of the modern day public school systems, producing little academic achievements.

Why would former respected public education leaders give up Home-Rule and education leaders today continue on the academic road to destruction, when they/we are only 13% away from total academic freedom?

John Dewey’s teachings began it all by his introduction of his progressive ideas on education, i.e. political correctness, revisionism, omission and deletion affecting core subjects, phonics, the Classics, classroom exercises that have nothing to do with intellectual discourse, dress codes, manners, body art, piercings, all resulting in a cultural decay of Western Civilization, and replaced by 3rd World hordes. Why trade down? Obama’s Common Core curriculum was preceded by Bill Clinton’s Goals 2,000 and George W. Bush’s No Child Left Behind, collectively have ceded total control of public education to the federal government. Today we can thank Gov. Mike Beebe & the Ark. State Legislature for the continuance of our educational meltdown.

In the turnkey operation for academic greed, destruction and cowardice, who are the present day traitorous players? Begin with President Barack Hussein Obama, the sitting U.S. Congress, the faux Dept. of Education, sitting State Governors and Legislators and the weakest & the most disappointing of the cabal are the public school teachers who have willfully betrayed the parents and children for their piece of silver. Public school teachers, under the guidance and threat of Superintendents, fail to offer any resistance from the government takeover. Of course, teachers are a significant part of government. The vehicles for the teacher betrayal are/were the U.S. Dept. of Education, teachers’ unions, e.g. the N.E. A., the A.E.A. and non-government organizations (NGO’s). Teachers are “married” to their respective school superintendents who are ever compliant with federal edicts, offering no resistance and are the biggest traitors to our educational system. I introduce you to Ft. Smith School Superintendent Dr. Benny Gooden as an example. Gooden boldly pontificated “we’ll take all we can get”, referring to illegal Mexicans and OTM’s who were/are invading en masse the F.S. Public School System, proving he had no qualms about absconding taxpayers’ money by force to redistribute to illegal alien residents in Fort Smith. Gooden has never publicly commented pertaining to the 20-30 languages spoken by legal & illegal foreign nationals in the system. Braggadocio Gooden recently stated in the Times Record how many tens of thousands of “free meals” the citizens, i.e. taxpayers, provided to the illegal nesters and American citizen deadbeats. All accomplished by forced redistribution. (How many would willingly give up their paychecks to feed illegal foreign invaders or other deadbeats?)

The Holy Grail for the education community is the perpetual drumbeat for More Funding……For the Children” & “giving back” & all that nonsense. Gooden further describes the $150 million F.S. public school budget as “normal” and the Times Record refers to the budget as “routine”. There is nothing normal or routine about the bloated, obscene budget. Gooden then has the temerity to say that the districts’ salaries account for 79% of the yearly Ft. Smith budget–a fat cow. How many teachers, non-teachers, & non-essentials are wrapped up in the fat cow? E.g. assistant superintendents, deputy superintendents, ad infinitum.

Teachers, led by their respective school superintendents and unions are really nothing more than an obedient collection of sycophants devoid of any interchange of new ideas. Put another way, superintendents direct the symphony of planned failure.
School boards serve no purpose aside from rubber stamping the activities of government schools.

Public school students are devoid of higher level reasoning skills and leave school unable to read and write and certainly no foundation for the objective thought processes and the ability to think independently.

Statistics pertaining to funding sources for public schools were in the T.R. 8/26/14.

If education was the genuine goal of the Ark. public school system, it would be a relatively simple matter to regain home-rule from the divisive, corrupt federal government.

Point in fact: Arkansas’ funding equation. The Feds originally bought public education for a 3% funding share—disgusting. To whit—51% of funding presently comes from the state, 36% from local sources, and now, from the original 3% buyout to the present 13% feds claim control over every facet of public education, allowing Marxist philosophy to permeate all the school systems in the nation, essentially Xing out the parents from the public educational equation.

What citizens receive in turn is mass mental destruction by enslaving kids’ minds resulting in non-compos mentis.

For a pittance of 13% that comes from the Fed, actually it comes from the beleaguered taxpayers ( the Fed owns nothing) as does the full 100% and productive citizens allow the counterfeit education cabal to steal from us in broad daylight allowing them to short circuit American children’s minds through phony teachings, propagandizing, and indoctrinating.

Financially, never in the history of man has so much been done for the children in the name of education and never have they been in more peril—all by design.

As former Dallas Cowboy & Monday night football commentator “Dandy” Don Meredith fondly sang at the end of each broadcast, “the party is over”.

Home-rule is in our grasp if only we had an understanding electorate on how dire public education circumstances are and a governor & state legislature that would cease grasping for the crumbs of federal funding.

Question: With the present state of education affairs, why would any citizen vote for incumbency? OBSERVE!

When two constitutional illiterates meet!

Two Constitutional illiterates met and the ensuing aftermath.

Last evening a town hall meeting was held in Fort Smith, AR. August 21, 2014

The guest speaker was U.S. Rep. Steve Womack (R) Rogers, AR.

Rep. Womack was asked how he and the Republican Party could square their position on Tort Reform in view of the 7th & 10th Amendments. Republicans position on Tort Reform is to allow U.S. government bureaucrats to set arbitrary, limited, binding awards on personal injury and malpractice.

Womack refused to answer the aforementioned question which was posed numerous times. Finally, Womack capitulated on his position on Tort Reform by stating he was not there to answer questions; thereby retreating. Then why was he there?

For those of you who are not constitutionally savvy, the 7th Amendment demands, among other things, “in Suits at Common Law, where the value in controversy shall exceed $20, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved”.

It is crystal clear that Republican stalwarts are ignorant of the Constitution and/or they view it as an impediment. An impediment, which prevents them from satisfying the unconstitutional demands of physician groups, insurance companies and corporate America, while betraying in this case, middleclass Arkansans, but not limited to.

The 10th Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the State, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”.

Womack further stated, “Congress makes the laws, the President signs the law and it is the law of the land until it is litigated in court”. Congressman Womack continued to show he is in a forest of ignorance.

If Womack and his peers are/were knowledgeable pertaining to the U.S. Constitution, why would the Congress pass laws in direct opposition to the Constitution? Whether it be through ignorance or illegality the results are the same—an attack on American independence & jurisprudence.

Womack’s position is indeed ironic: this man has served as the mayor of Rogers, AR for a number of years, U.S. Army Reserve for many years and now serving in the U.S. Congress. How many times has Congressman Womack sworn allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, but still has no comprehension of what the Constitution demands.

University of Arkansas (Ft. Smith) Chancellor Paul Beran made his way to the townhall meeting surrounded by a coterie of illegal Mexicans & perhaps OTM’s flaunting the Constitution and projecting an in-your-face hubris toward middleclass taxpayers.

In the discussion pertaining to illegal immigration Beran exclaimed our Southwest borders cannot be secured. Beran’s statement flies in the face of the rule of law and U.S. sovereignty. Most certainly U.S. borders can be secured! The legal mechanism is in place. All that is needed is enforcement orchestrated by the two cowardly political parties and the Cultural Marxist Barack Obama. Beran, like most, if not all pseudo-educators, is by his own admissions & activities can be rightfully described as a Cultural Marxist and that puts him in the company of U of A flagship President G. David Gerhart who has on more than one occasion spoken in favor of the illegal alien mass invasions and has brought them to Fayetteville for a mass demonstration in a brazen show of illegal bravado, knowing full well the laws would not be enforced.

Recall Fort Smith Superintendent Benny Gooden, who a number of years ago also brazenly stated, “We’ll take all we can get” referring to illegal Mexicans and OTM’s.

The Republican Party and self-serving bureaucrats such as Paul Beran are nothing more than shills for corporate America and the Chambers of Commerce, shipping American jobs internationally and importing uneducated, poverty-stricken foreign national 3rd World illegals—an absolute betrayal of the American Middleclass and the ultimate demise of Western Civilization.

If you value our liberty, property rights, free speech, self-determination, and our culture then the likes of the two constitutional no-shows at last evening’s townhall meeting are a very dangerous breed.

Continue to elect & hire the likes of the two mentioned above, you travel at your own peril.

More “For the Children” cruel hoax.

Re: The Times Record 7/23/14 editorial “We must do more for the children”. July 24, 2014

As I have stated before, ‘never has so much money (forced redistribution/taxes) been spent “For the Children’, and never have they been in more peril”.

This particular editorial lauds something called, in government Newspeak, the “Kids Count Data Book” which grades states on “child well-being” in education and healthcare. Most of us know that government “official” figures cannot be trusted, but in this case even the “Data Book” gives Arkansas bad grades. So does that tell us the figures are even worse than reported?

For instance, “child poverty has grown”…but no mention of multiple businesses closing and/or relocating…such as Fort Smith’s Whirlpool (move to Mexico) & many of its suppliers, nor mention of the myriads of illiterate illegal alien children drawn to the state by cheap labor corporations such as Tyson’s, not to mention Huckabee’s free prenatal care for illegals & Arkids 1st healthcare, also Huckabee instigated a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock. The poverty numbers include all ethnicities being lured onto welfare “benefits” and the encouragement to raise fatherless children (currently 70% of black babies born out of wedlock & a soaring crime/murder rate)…just a microcosm of the welfare juggernaut…all funded by overtaxed, dwindling middleclass citizens who have no “advocates” or proper representation. The injustice is breathtaking.

The editorial glows about increasing funding while suppressing the facts that children were better off in the poverty of the Great Depression and in their one-room schoolhouses than they are today in sumptuous facilities and curricula which discourages true education in literature, grammar, geography, languages, science, logic, math, & true history, the truth serum so badly needed to correct horrible misconceptions…. instead, encouraging dependency, low expectations, teaching to the test, dumbing down, etc.
Collectivists/Socialists/Communists always oppose self-reliance, excellence, merit, rugged individualism personal rights & liberties. Dependency on the village/government is their goal, i.e. slaves.

“For the Children” is such seductive bait that children are being used as the front for hundreds of thousands of 3rd world aliens, legal & illegal, to invade the U.S. & all 1st world countries in order to overwhelm the welfare systems & destroy sovereignty, culture, & cohesiveness.

Ironic isn’t it, that the straw that broke America’s back is being accomplished “For the Children?

THE SEARCH FOR HISTORICAL TRUTH

For the better part of a century, our government and their bought and paid for media and academia have promulgated a series of falsehoods that have been repeated so often that their veracity has become as accepted as air and water. This almost universal acceptance of the comfortable lie has brought us to the point in time where the truth is much more scrutinized than a lie. Without truth, history is just another work of fiction.

Several folks responded to my last Rant on the history of events in Missouri during our Second War for Independence by asking for documentation of facts presented. Being a firm believer in the axiom that a good teacher teaches their students where to look as opposed as what to see, I offer this Rant in response to those questions, although more in a general sense as opposed to a specific one.

As we once heard weekly on the TV sets tuned faithfully to the X Files, the “truth is out there.” Rest assured, our out of control, tyrannical government, their whores in the media, bought and paid for members of academia and their sycophants throughout the population will do all they can to prevent “we the people” from discovering exactly what the truth is.

First of all I would offer for reading and edification, THE REBELLION RECORD; A DIARY OF AMERICAN EVENTS originally published from 1861-1868 later republished by Arno Press in 1977. I especially call attention to Volume VIII, pages 351-353. Contained therein is a document called, TREATMENT OF SOUTHERNERS, authored by Union General William Tecumseh Sherman, on January 31st 1864 and sent to Union Major R. M. Sawyer, A. A., General, Army of the Tennessee at Huntsville, Alabama. As this document is quite long, I will only offer selected excerpts but encourage everyone to read the document in its entirety.

“We of the North are, beyond all question, right in our lawful cause… Should we treat as absolute enemies all in the South who differ from us in opinion or prejudice, kill or banish them…

The Government of the United States has in North-Alabama any and all rights which they may choose to enforce in war, to take their lives, their lands and their everything…because war does exist there and war is simply power unrestrained by constitution or compact…Next year their lands will be taken; for in war we can take them; and rightfully too; and in another year they may beg in vain for their lives.” (Emphasis added)

From this point forward in my Rant, I will offer evidence of wanton criminality, theft and even murder by the Union Army, perpetrated on citizens of the South, taken totally from UNION sources to alleviate any question of bias. These quotes come directly from, The War of the Rebellion: A compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies. 128 Volumes and an Atlas, as produced by the US Government printing office compiled from 1880-1901.

On July 18, 1861, Union General Irwin McDowell, his army advancing toward what would become the Battle of Bull Run, notified his headquarters, “I…have to report excesses by our troops, the excitement of the men found vent in burning and pillaging.” On that same day General McDowell issued General Order No. 18 which read in part, “Hardly had we arrived at this place when several houses were broken open and others were in flames by the acts of [Union soldiers]”

Here, in the words of a Union General we find that homes of civilians were being pillaged and burned by Union forces even before the first shot was fired at the Battle of Bull Run, considered by many to be the first major battle of the war.
Another example from Major General Benjamin Butler, nicknamed “spoons” by his Confederate opponents because of his penchant for collecting silver utensils that belonged to the citizens of New Orleans when he was placed in command there. This quote was from when he was commanding the Dept. of Virginia on June 4 of 1861. “Volunteer Troops seem to have adopted the theory that all property of the inhabitants are subject to plunder…The outrages to be investigated are very grave.”

The following examples could certainly be used as corroboration of my previous Rant reference depredations by Union forces in Missouri. Please don’t forget reports of these incidents and quotes originated with UNION forces, therefore assume no bias.
From Union Brigadier General Nathaniel Lyon, Commander, Army of the West in Springfield Missouri, 26 July 1861 in an order to the troops under his command, “The cases of plundering, wanton destruction of property, and disregard of personal rights, of which the general commanding has heard with pain, have been disgraceful to our troops.”

From Union Captain William E. Prince, First US Infantry to Union Brigadier General James S. Lane, “I hope you will crush out this marauding which is being enacted in Colonel James R. Dennison’s name as well as yours by a band of men representing themselves as belonging to your command. Doubtless their atrocities in Missouri have been already represented to you.”

Of course this despicable conduct by Union forces was not limited to Missouri. From Union Brigadier General Charles A. Smith, Special Order no. 32, issued on 11 November 1861 reference the criminal activities of forces under the command of Union BG Eleazer A. Paine in Kentucky.

“Reports of the most painful character have reached the commanding general from different sources in the regard to the conduct of a portion of the troops recently marched to Milburn [thirty one miles southwest of Paducah] under command of BG E. A. Paine. The imputations are of the most disgraceful character to them as soldiers or citizens—that in returning several regiments [the Ninth and Twelfth Illinois excepted] straggled home in parties without the semblance of military array—a mere armed mob; and that the property of citizens was wantonly destroyed, and in some instances robbery by violence committed.”

From North Carolina, 29 July 1861 near Hatteras. Union Colonel Rush C. Hawkins Ninth New York reported the following: “Conduct of the men and some of the officers of the Twentieth New York has been that of vandals. They have plundered and destroyed…The next day they commenced breaking open private houses and stores, and I saw party after party come in, some of them headed by commissioned officers, loaded down with the results of their plundering.”

There are of course far too many of these reports to list in one sitting. I do, though, considering the outrages previously mentioned about Missouri that came under question, the following should be mentioned of similar actions in Maryland.
On 11 September 1861, Secretary of War Simon Cameron instructed Union Major General Nathaniel P. Banks as follows: “Passage of any act of Secession by the legislature of Maryland must be prevented. If necessary all or any part of the legislators must be arrested.” One must remember Abraham Lincoln had previously suspended Habeas Corpus and issued an arrest warrant for Chief Justice Taney when he objected to that suspension.

Between the 12th and 17th of September in 1861, members of the Maryland legislature and other leading citizens were arrested by forces of the federal government. From Baltimore, Union Major General John A. Dix to Union General Wool at Fortress Monroe: “The following…have been taken into custody by order of the Government: George William Brown, mayor of Baltimore; members elect of the legislature, S. The white flag of surrender was raised the first day of the session by Rino Repubs under the auspices of head Racketeer Gov. Mike Beebe and his two turncoat enablers Rino Speaker Carter & Pro Tem Lamoureaux.

It can safely be stated that the whole of the Arkansas Rino assemblage are members of one or more of the following Washington, DC organizations which use members of the Arkansas General Assembly to pick up, funnel to the body, vote & pass said self-serving legislation thereby benefiting corrupt Arkansas legislators and serves the destructive goals of said organizations.

1.    The passages of the D.C.  bills, which number in the hundreds, enhance & undergird the corporate elites while providing service to their CEO, the U.S. government.
2.    The passage of these D.C.  bills by the Arkansas legislature further increases exponentially the numbers & the ease with which Arkansas tax dollars can be spent at will on old or new Arkansas Welfare programs, accompanied by no caps.
3.    These activities by the Ark. Legislature have completely shut out the voice of Arkansas citizens from any legislative discussion. They have essentially stuck bayonets into the heart & soul of our state, the middleclass.

Again, the names of the traitorous D.C. organizations that own every member of the Republican delegation in the Ark. General Assembly who belong to one or more are:

1.    The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)
2.    Council of State Governments…ultra, ultra dangerous
3.    Southern Regional Education Board…packed with Marxist Democrats…Beebe, Elliot, School Teachers
4.    National Council of Insurance Legislators…the Pied Piper Jason Rapert, Treasurer
5.    State Legislative Leaders Foundation…State Rep. & Bankcorps CEO Darrin Williams (R) and Rino Bagman Sen. Eddie Joe Williams are Board members….leaders of what?
6.    Southern Legislative Conference…Sen. Keith Ingram, Chair & Sen. Bill Sample taking the call, or fall.
7.    The Constitutional Convention and/or the Convention of the People (Con, Con)

It is extremely difficult to quantify which of the above 7 criminal operations, but not limited to, have or will have done the most damage to Arkansans & American citizens. As it stands this moment the real thug & member thugs is the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) who has a choke hold on the Republican assemblage and said assemblage is so corrupt in itself that they will not attempt to break the chains that bind them. With ALEC members in control of most committees it is no wonder that ALEC has taken over Arkansas Legislative process.

The proposed “Constitutional Convention”, commonly known as Con, Con is being promoted by State Senator Jason Rapert & Representatives Nate Bell, Randy Alexander, & Bob Ballenger. When asked why they are promoting a Con Con, the answer is “it’s for a balanced budget amendment”. The U.S. Constitution already provides for that, except the missing ingredient is the also criminal U.S. Government who refuses to enforce the Constitution which deals with budgeting. What makes the above 4 think the U.S. government would enforce their balanced budget amendment?

Look for a moment who are the chief architects of the Con Con…George Soros, Mark Levin, Grover Norquist, the Koch Brothers. Interesting collection of Marxists and neoconservatives.

Defend the Constitution, not amend.

The real damning thing the 4 refuse to admit is that once a Con Con is activated any individual, entity, or government can also enter their proposed amendments and provided they have the resources can get their amendment passed.  What the above 4 are attempting to do has the absolute capacity to disassemble the U.S. Constitution that the Founders so meticulously provided us with and has served us well for 200+ years.  Are the above 4 proponents of this proposed destruction of the U.S. Constitution, Buffoons, or outright traitors?

If what this legislative body is involved with does not strike fear in the hearts of each of you, you are surely comatose.

None of the aforementioned organizations and their membership has one thing to do with protecting the rights & privileges of Arkansans. The individuals that belong to these organizations are nothing more than a collection of self-serving piranhas subsidized by productive Arkansas citizens. 

Exhibit 1.  Another unemployed termed-out representative John Burris (R-Harrison) has filed for Senate Dist. #17.  Burris, not even dry behind the ears, has been exerting his legislative “expertise & prowess” since he was 22 years old. Doesn’t say much for John Paul’s leadership.

Burris, no occupation, reminiscent of another A-State graduate, illegally appointed Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway.   Here’s what this kid Burris claims to have accomplished…

1.    Reduce the tax burden….no proof shown, just self-aggrandizement.
2.    Make government accountable to the people…a bald-faced lie…show us how & where. There is no accountability. He is a member of the money laundering pit known as ASU, along with the head corrupter Gov. Beebe, accompanied by A.G. Dusty McDaniel, illegally appointed Shane Broadway, 1st District U.S. Congressman Crawford, ASU President Charles Welch, and a host of others, including one involved in maintaining a “retainer” relationship with the university either with a first bid or without bids, and the “retainer relationship” was on the plane south of the border, down Mexico way.  There is much, much more.

Then there are the matters of exorbitant ASU travel costs for one month, January, 2014 of over $350,000.  Followed by the issue of the ASU “Ghost” credit cards for Administrators.  The “ghost “ cards can be used for travel, entertainment, etc. and shows up as a lump sum at the bank…thereby no one can see the detail of what was purchased. Can you imagine what goes on in the other universities?

Burris speaks of transparency, the magnitude of the criminal endeavors going on between ASU, Mexico, & the Beebe Protection Racket is being covered-up in part by the Rino enclave. This is transparency?

Not a word from Burris regarding the new ASU university to be built in the Mexican state of Queretaro transporting Arkansas tax payer property to a foreign land, i.e. Mexico, including technology & personnel in violation of the Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution.  This is HUGE…the citizens of Arkansas have no knowledge of the transaction and the loosely knit construction of the contract which can be found at arkansasfreedom.net .  Burris has the audacity to proclaim transparency in Arkansas government?  It is a cesspool of corruption.

Burris proudly proclaims, as any good traitor should, that he is also a supporter of funding for Arkansas’ Private-Option Medicaid expansion crafted by co-Marxists Gov. Beebe & Pres. Obama.  Tell us taxpaying citizens why you would support the Private Option.  He goes on to say that insurance is for about 100,000 poor Arkansans…he lies again.  The initial number thrown out was 250,000 with no caps, as is the case with all Federal & State programs. 

In a flash of bravado Burris thinks the Private Option will pass…what a revelation! Is he so dumb or immature he didn’t know the fix was in the first day of the session when Speaker Carter let it be known they would vote on the issue until it was passed. 

Exhibit 2; Another dead giveaway when the Poster Child for a traitor, Senator Jane English, sold her vote to the backroom majesty Mike Beebe for what is said to $40 million for the creation of something called (Marxist) Workforce Program.   It should be known that the Senator is Chair of “The Joint Performance Review” and she is obviously the Chief Performer and also a member of ALEC.  The woman showed when it comes to morality & substance she is a mere shell of a human.

Exhibit 3: Three Arkansas Senators, Lamoureaux, Key, & Williams were fined in December, 2012 for money-laundering and all three are ALEC politicians.

Exhibit 4: Senator Johnny Key, term limited out of both Houses, is marching straight into the teeth of the Arkansas Lobbying law by flouting the law which states any politician must wait one year before they lobby, and is applying for $202,000 year lobbying job + perks at the U of A campus. He would be called Vice-Chancellor for Governmental Affairs.  Key’s day job is running a babysitting operation which is no doubt funded by taxpayers.

In a piece by John Brummett in today’s Democrat (you got to love it) he states “Key is well respected and is well liked”.  Brummett’s real jewel is that Key is a “pragmatic conservative”.  Translation: he’ll change positions at any time.

Tea Partiers must quickly learn to recognize traitors & sellouts & you can’t bargain with them, and the way to win is to take off the white gloves and bareknuckle it with no quarter given. That’s the only language the cowards understand.

 Golden Rule #1 is never, ever vote for an unemployed, retired or active government worker, and most especially active or retired school administrators & teachers of any ilk…all triple dippers walking the tight line of Marxism & the drumbeat of the corrupt unions who have destroyed with the aid of forced redistributed taxpayer funds our public education, higher education while short-circuiting American kids’ minds and catering to the needs, either real or imagined of the illegal alien throngs and the D.C elite.

GOVERNOR MIKE BEEBE, 2014 GENERAL ASSEMBLY CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A COLLECTION OF SELF-SERVING POLITICAL THUGS & LAWLESS TRAITORS   February 24, 2014

Citizens, do you recognize the fear factor or do you even have one—you should…the Machiavellian influences have their sabers drawn in Arkansas and compelled to use them.

Arkansas Government—Infested with Corruption, Obfuscations, Lies, and accompanying Traitorous Acts Unchallenged at any level…and only a glimmer of the prevailing circumstances and tragedies directed at non-thinking dumbed-down citizens.   

The head of this incestuous whirlpool of political abuse is of course, 35 year veteran on the taxpayer teat who uses any number of imbroglios to accomplish his Marxist, Fascist Power Goals.  Beebe is the natural mule & shill for Western Marxist/Bolshevik redistributor Barack Hussein Obama.

Beebe’s been in the barrel with Obama since the nation-killer Obamacare’s initial offering. Obama projected his designs by creating the “Affordable Care Act” permitting government to confiscate 1/6th of the American economy while destroying rights to privacy, self-determination, private property and any number of other constitutional violations.

Obama/Beebe are in league with any number of high profit government expansionists and funding sharks, i.e. state colleges & K-12 schools, hospitals, chambers of commerce, and any number of others who are avowed enemies of citizen autonomy.

Obamacare was billed as providing insurance for 15% of the population who have no health insurance.  What is the proviso that dictates productive citizens must bear the burden of providing health insurance to non-productive individuals regardless of their station in life who are a huge part of a growing number of deadbeats, legal & illegal aliens, etc.

Beebe is more than aware that these so-called exchanges will set the price of healthcare, control the selectivity of the process, and any number of other ways resulting in the destruction of the quality and availability of healthcare.  The ultimate goal of Barack, Beebe and the rest of political & bureaucratic panhandlers is to install a system of “single payer” healthcare run by the federal government.  Both Democrats and Republicans are deeply immersed in the demise of the Constitution and the Rule of Law as we will see shortly in the treasonous efforts to create an Article V Convention, spearheaded by Republicans who would wantonly destroy the U.S. Constitution resulting in more rogue government exchanges.

Beebe “WITHOUT THE PRIVATE OPTION, TOUGH DECISIONS AWAIT”.
A true statement if you occupy Beebe’s mindset, i.e. vote buying and power-mongering through bribes & intimidation.  If Beebe was an honorable individual he would simply state that this nation has a liability of $17 Trillion + 25-35 million illegal aliens which should be deported, U.S. border secured, accompanied by slashing all government agencies by 30% beginning with the criminally infested Dept. of Education and Dept. of Human Services.

A sampling of “tough decisions” that Beebe does not want to address. During his reign as Governor he has added over 3,000 new government employees.  A micro-random look at travel expenses at his alma mater: October, 2013 one month travel expenses= $311,108.24.  January 14, 2014= $350,000. 11 ASU employees in 2014 are being paid $1,524,963, that’s an increase over 2013 of $364,619.  ASU has a budget in excess of $100 million per year and are hustling for more, while at the same time ASU Chancellor Hudson’s administration is fraught with unacceptable practices. What are the expenses incurred & why hasn’t the governor provided detailed documentary on expenses, movement & utilization of taxpayer owned property for an ASU campus in the Mexican state of Queretaro and how much to come?

It must be noted that the U of A Fayetteville spent $1,330,000 in the month of December, 2013.

Another “tough decision” by Beebe…ignored. Why hasn’t Governor Beebe addressed the incest and inbreeding in the current session regarding the massive cost engendered by the Democrat & Republican legislative outlaws?

Featherbedding & nepotism are accompanied by the ever-present government Protection Racket that rapes and pillages Arkansas citizens on an on-going basis.  These systems are filled with thousands upon thousands of self-serving, low-level automatons.

A BRIEF LOOK AT THE CURRENT REPUBLICAN ROGUE ARKANSAS HOUSE & SENATE:  (Forget the Democrats, we always know where they stand)

There is no way to describe this body other than constitutionally and morally corrupt to the core.

Republican votes in the Arkansas General Assembly go to the highest bidder in a majority of cases and their words & positions are as worthless as a straw in the wind. Republican Senate Majority Leader Eddie Jo Williams is the bagman & shill for the Party of Irrelevance.

Do any of you believe the citizens of Arkansas have any semblance of representation  when its leadership & certain members boisterously brag they will vote on an issue, in this case Obamacare, (which they famously campaigned fighting against), every day until they get the desired results—passage. This one expression brands these elected representatives as being completely devoid of constitutional, legal, & moral authority.   The leadership in the House is “Billy the Kid” Davy Carter (R) (no hog iron) and Pro Temp Leader (world traveller at taxpayer expense) Michael Lamoureaux (R) who are in Beebe’s right & left pockets respectively.  

Tweets out of Little Rock on 2/22/14 stated that House Speaker Davy Carter sent the state police after Rep. Payton who was heading to the dentist after a 2 day toothache.

Times Record Headline (2/24/14)…“Speaker: House will vote on issue until it passes.”   That says it all.

With the charged political atmosphere reaching corruption of these proportions (and it goes much deeper) does anyone of the Republican leadership believe that this government is any way related to the Constitution, rule of law, morality and honesty?  The citizens of Arkansas are recipients of a collection of political perverts, both Parties.

·    Senator Jake Files: represents city government, hospitals, UAFS, the Chamber, & the alleged “privately endowed” fantasy called the Marshal’s Museum, for which he siphoned off $2 million of taxpayer money to Richard Griffin’s Museum operation.
·    Sen. Jane English (R), claimed to be a patron of the Tea Party…Beebe bought her vote for a thread of a so-called “Workforce” deal that she can lay claim to as a “social progressive”…Morally & philosophically bankrupt and at what the cost to the taxpayers?
·    Rep. Denny Altes (R), voted for, voted against, voted for, & along the way the chamber, the hospitals & UAFS patted him on the back & told him what a nice guy he was.
·    Now the three, on the first round of votes, did not vote…Carnine (Rogers), Lowry (Maumelle), Slinkard (Gravette)…why did they seek their office?
·    Time to bring this to an end but this is noteworthy…Stephanie Malone (R), niece of Travellin’ Man” John Boozman who formerly ran an alleged “Entrepreneurial School” designed by master schemer UAFS Chancellor Paul Beran…which of course ended in an expensive failure.   She is owned by governments, never labored a day in her life in private enterprise and is owned by the same group as Altes.

The point regarding Stephanie is that she & Democrat Hank Wilkins (Pine Bluff) were outside the chamber during the vote…resulting in 2 no votes.

And what makes you think Congress will obey ANY constitutional changes if they were made?

Johnny Key (R) (likewise 4 killing organizations).  Sen. Key in a show of bravado is trying to exempt himself from the lobbying Bill #2011 in an effort to hustle a $200,000+ job at the U. of A. Fayetteville campus. What possible credentials does Sen. Key profess to have gained running a babysitting operation that would qualify for a university position? Also Sen. Eddie Joe Williams (R) (the money man) & Sen. Andrea Lea (R) ( double-dipping money woman) & lastly the darling of Fort Smith corporatism and member of 3 organizations Sen. Jake Files (R). The arrogance and audacity these and others like the aforementioned would compare themselves to the brilliance of the Founders’ Enlightenment Work, their courage & vast knowledge contained in their Founding documents and which have provided for the world’s preeminent society for over 200 years.  The listed 4 and all their associates are enemies of American taxpaying citizens.

These legislative fools have no awareness that in a Constitutional Convention, any individual or body politic can brings their amendments, regardless of content, and enter them for passage.

Citizens, please take a few minutes and research constitutional conventions, there are 2 types.  A Constitutional Convention conducted by the Congress called a Con Con & an Article V convention precipitated by the people.  2/3rd of the states to apply & 3/4ths to ratify.

SOME GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE DENIED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFAIRS OF GOVERNMENT

It should be noted that the above referenced organizations have rooted connection with the United Nations & Agenda 21. Every city in Arkansas are paid members in some of these freedom killing organizations and Arkansas Republican office holders fill their ranks, as well as actively engaged in precipitating a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con).

“An Arkansas State University delegation—a dozen strong—left Jonesboro on Wednesday for a 3 day trip to Queretaro, Mexico”  

Current ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was outed at Texas Tech Univ., Lubbock, Tx for pursuing the same irresponsible conduct as at ASU, namely; a very curious alleged university operation in Queretaro, Mexico.

Hudson and his collaborators speak in very glowing terms about this “pie in the sky” operation.

The ASU/Queretaro ongoing attack directed at Arkansas’ taxpaying citizens has failed to raise one simple question from the Arkansas General Assembly, i.e. the House & Senate. Even though volumes of topical and specific information have been forwarded to the whole sitting body of the state of Arkansas.

Jeff Hankins, V.P. for Strategic Communications for the ASU Board of Trustees, “Arkansas State will use private funds to pay for the flights, local transportation of the delegation, and their partners in Mexico will for hotel and all other expenses”.

1.    The source of these “private” funds?
2.    Why are private funds being used?
3.    Why the secrecy?

The Sun previously recorded ASU/Queretaro campus will be the first U.S. University in Mexico.

1.    Why ASU and who chose?
2.    What function can ASU serve that a whole host of Mexican technological universities cannot or do not provide?

What is the reason a private business foundation in Mexico would donate 150 acres to fund a portion of a Mexican national university (owned & controlled by Mexico) with a few tentacles radiating to Jonesboro, Arkansas accompanied by the name of ASU?

Where and what are the contractual obligations that have to do with the bid processes, international relationships, cross-border funding for faculty and students, and most importantly Article 1, Section 10 which in part says “WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE CONGRESS NO STATE CAN ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT OR COMPACT WITH ANOTHER STATE OR WITH A FOREIGN POWER”, and who pays?

Hudson further throws out more nebulous stats—2,000 students enrolled the 2nd year, $16 million could be generated for ASU, including the Jonesboro & Queretaro campuses, and it opens up students to be globally aware. (?)

And finally it gets down to what every alleged institution is based on—funding.  A statement made yesterday by Chancellor Hudson, “additional revenue for the university at the same time when state funds appropriated less than in years past.”

THE REAL QUESTION: WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THIS TAKEOVER, WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES, AND WHO DIVVIES UP THE SPOILS?
 
The Arkansas governing bodies have been and are derelict in their official duties to protect the citizens and their properties, particularly in the numerous matters involving the ASU/Mexico matter.

A full investigation must immediately be commenced by the Ark. State Police and all facts laid bare regarding the ASU citizen travesty.  Nothing more than an expensive playpen for educantists and politicians and the exportation of Arkansas jobs?

The cast: Chief of State, Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway, Congressman Rick Crawford (R), and in this matter ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson, President Charles Welch, & ASU’s official Board of Trustees.

WHAT ARE THEY UP TO AND WHAT ARE THE SPOILS? NO, IT IS NOT FREE.

This band of men allegedly installed to protect rights of Arkansas citizens are obviously in a corrupt box with the lid on.

Of course, it is a matter of transferring citizen owned property without their knowledge or permission for the creation of an Arkansas State University campus to be built in the Mexican state of Queretaro.

Admission now comes from certain members of the Arkansas House & Senate that they have no knowledge of the egregious movement of Arkansas state assets from Jonesboro, Ark. to Queretaro, Mexico.

How could this be if this operation were not a sinister undertaking?

No exploration, generally or specifically, has been undertaken by the state’s governing bodies, past or present, pertaining to the theft of ASU. Can this conduct be defended?

Here are some pertinent questions among many:

1.    The House & Senate in the main have no knowledge of the transfer
2.    They have no interest
3.    They pose no questions
4.    No debate
5.    Of extreme importance there has been no detailed information disseminated regarding the ASU theft to the voting public…THIS IS CENSORSHIP.
6.    Etc., etc., etc.

What is the constitutionality & authority for the Ruling Junta to literally takeover a state university and who gave the “GO” command?

In a fair & open forum the head of state, Gov. Mike Beebe, must be called before the Arkansas General Assembly and questioned about his and his accomplices nefarious activity pertaining to ASU—how deep & who benefits?

Remember, every one of the aforementioned names is buried deep in the bowels of ASU.
