The U.S., fast-tracking toward a mongrel society, otherwise known as “Diversity”—and by design—to “Harmonize (reducing all Americans to a common denominator).

Diversity—A germ that was unleashed on American citizens by the Federal Government who willfully refuse to enforce the Constitution & rule of law and is the practice that is killing America.

Third & fourth world hordes, legal & illegal, continue their massive invasions to America, replete with a welcoming committee composed of government officianados at every level, e.g. President Obama, the Cultural Marxist Democrat Party, and of course the irrelevant warlock Republican Party.

The U.S. Constitution, accompanied by 8 USC, Sections 1324a, 1324c, 1325, & 1459, demand that our borders be secure and illegal aliens dealt with in a court of law. More evidence of selective law enforcement by the 16 federal law enforcement agencies. Is it ironic that one of the agencies, the U.S. Marshall Service, showed up at a 9/19/14 naturalization ceremony in Fort Smith for 78 immigrants and shook down American citizen spectators? Why aren’t these so-called public servants stationed on the southern border? What the U.S. Marshalls were engaged in is commonly called “conditioned response”—get the citizens used to seeing gun-toting government employees everywhere their eyes may turn and to being frisked. Recall the Marshall Service involvements in Ruby Ridge, Waco, the Bundy Ranch, and other such questionable incidents.

Now to the matter of mongrelization. Yesterday Times Record 9/23/14 headline: “School boss notes changes”. What are the changes?

Recall Fort Smith Superintendent Benny Gooden, famous for his unlawful positions on illegal immigration, “We will take all we can get”, referring to illegal Mexicans & OTM’s. So what did boss man Gooden’s bravado help bring us?

These statistics say it all & are only a microcosm:
1. The Fort Smith school system (international) 14,300 students
2. 2004-05 school year = 56.5% Caucasian student body
3. 2013-14 school year = 43.3% Caucasian student body
4. The above numbers represent a 13.2% reduction in the Founding stock, replaced by 3rd & 4th world nationals that travel on the backs of the diminishing white population, particularly the middleclass.
5. 5,000 of the students live in non-English speaking environments
6. 72% last year qualified for “free lunches”. Percent of whites receiving not given.
7. 30% was the number of “free lunches” in 1991.

The “Boss” speaks topically in educanto buffoonery pertaining to “Benchmarks”. He states the Fort Smith Public Schools ACT score is 21.9 while the national average is 21. The question arises, are the 5,000 students being raised in non-English speaking environments being included in the ACT score? It is highly doubtful.

As whites are becoming more submerged daily in our own country by legal & illegal 3rd & 4th world invading armadas, are we to believe these folks (mostly illiterate) can and will sustain what Caucasians have created & sustained, i.e. the most productive society in the history of man based on our Founding Principles? If the answer is yes, will their spokespersons tell us how and by what means?

Furthermore; how long before corrupt politicians & bureaucrats kill the economic golden goose, i.e. the dwindling American middleclass that provides most of the unearned largesse forcibly taken & dispensed to the 3rd & 4th world masses?

By the way, does anyone ever recall being asked by any politician or bureaucrat what your thoughts and positions are re: providing meals, healthcare, food stamps, rent, computers, language translators, cell phones, free prenatal care/services, ad infinitum to the unapologetic thankless hordes of legals & illegals?

Public schools and its employees are nothing more than money pits. In view of the stark data shown above, the F.S. School Board (actually the Boss) is planning a $60-75 million high school campus in Chaffee Crossing which can only be labeled OVERKILL.

The economic producers that subsidize the Overkills are being attacked at every degree on the compass rose. Will Americans ever awaken to the ongoing highway robbery orchestrated by politicians & bureaucrats?

It came to my attention last week in the T.R., as was the case with many other Fort Smithians, that the Fort Smith Police Department was and is under the thumb of an Internationalist body under the watch of Chief Kevin Lindsey.

That you, the official Board of Directors, and the City Manager, collectively have allowed this dubious act to occur is indeed unfathomable. When did Americans begin to allow foreign nationals to run their respective governments?

The act is, by any standard, is unconstitutional, therefore; a betrayal of the trust Fort Smithians have had in your reign as Mayor, the City Board and the FSPD.

It is on this basis that I am asking you, as the titular head of the Fort Smith city government specific questions regarding the turnover of a portion or maybe the whole of the Fort Smith city government to foreign powers—foreign citizens, likewise governments, N.G.O.’s, etc.

It is hoped the unconstitutional act was accomplished without malice or forethought. Furthermore; I am hopeful you Mayor, the City Manager, and other city officials will answer my questions promptly, without rancor or obfuscation.

Questions:
1. Who was or is the local elected or bureaucratic authorizing authority to turn over the FSPD to an International body?
2. What was the (law, regulation, acts, etc.) authorizing authority that led to the accomplishment of the above?
3. Were you, Mayor Sanders, or any of the Board of Directors supportive of the take over?
4. What is City Manager Ray Gosack’s position on the International takeover of the FSPD?
5. Are there financial considerations involved in being a member of the Internationalist body?
6. What is the name of the Internationalist body and the names & countries of the officers of said body?
7. Is this a tentacle of Agenda 21—“Sustainable Development”, Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s), “Regional Development”? All unelected, holding Fort Smith citizens hostage.
8. Aside from the F.S. city government, is the U.S. federal government aligned with the Internationalist body?
9. As elected representatives of Fort Smith, why were each of your constituencies not made aware of your un-American, unconstitutional activity?
10. I would be pleased to be made privy of any other information surrounding the takeover of the FSPD and any other F.S. government entities also taken over by the U.S. federal government and/or an internationalist body, if any.
11. What did or does the city government receive in return for the unconstitutional citizen sellout?

What you Mayor, and the elected Gentlemen & gentlewoman have allowed to take place under your government aegis is indeed way past sobering, i.e. you would sellout citizens in the dark of night, knowingly or unknowingly to international powers.

I look forward to a prompt and detailed answer to my questions, sent to me by mail.

Headline: Times Record 9/9/14 “Lindsey weighs in on Ferguson” September 11, 2014

Translation: Multiculturalism and internationalism are Police Chief Lindsey’s watchwords.

Merit: another word & practice systematically being expunged from the English lexicon and is being replaced by culture-killing multiculturalism.

The Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America, initially and through many generations, achieved educational, political, economic and industrial preeminence through merit and competition, not quotas.

The United States’ Constitution does not instruct our society to be an ecumenical and/or an egalitarian entity, in this case the Fort Smith Police Department has evolved into just such an organization.

Meritocracy (merit): is based on intelligence. , education, disposition, mental stability, citizenship, and wholesome competition. Skin color is not a component in a just society.

Police Chief Lindsey, in my view, has instituted very dangerous, unconstitutional policies, particularly if freedom & justice are your valued commodities. Chief Lindsey crows to the League of Women Voters about his multicultural police department, while at the same time seemingly denigrates the Ferguson, MO police dept. reported to be white. Therefore; what does Lindsey know about the Ferguson P.D. that would precipitate remarks insinuating that a white P.D. in Ferguson, MO is somehow soiled/prejudiced because of its whiteness. This MAY prove to be the case but presently no such facts are available.

Lindsey should prove to citizens why & how a quota driven society is better and more effective, in this case the FSPD, than a merit based P.D.

Minority U.S. citizens and illegals residing in the U.S., regardless of ethnic or tribal affiliations have more freedoms and receive more unearned largesse in all quarters than any other peoples throughout the history of man.

The real danger that Lindsey has put into motion is showing an utter disregard for the Constitution and the will & rights of Fort Smith citizens. He has employed an international cabal to create & oversee policies and protocols, overriding Ft, Smith citizen oversight.

Does this man have any idea that he has betrayed Ft. Smith citizens by abiding by the edicts of an international organization, or does he care, or is he dutifully walking the evil federal government line?

Herein lies his betrayal of the citizens of Fort Smith, “The first, he said, is having a third-party, International Accreditation Agency review the department’s policies and protocols every three years.”

“A lot of these policies are best practices regarding training” he said. Are these two statements not sobering? What are the international policies/methods and what international countries train the F.S. police? For what purposes?

The USA, as said before, is a Constitutional Republic and a sovereign nation. Since when do the citizens of the U.S. need an international organization to run American police departments?

What law, what edict, what mandate, what authorization, and who instructed Lindsey to follow the policies and protocols of foreign national governments, all overriding the U.S. Constitution, the Arkansas Constitution and the taxpaying citizens? Who is Lindsey’s master? Certainly not the legal residents of Fort Smith.

The United Nations and the U.S. Federal Government fingerprints appear to be all over the vile practice that Lindsey has promoted. Interesting to note the P.D.’s logo has changed from “TO PROTECT & SERVE” to “PRIDE & PROGRESS”….what does that mean?

Can it be concluded that police with U.S. & foreign military training, military hardware, and financials are across the board wards of the corrupt D.C. government and not the local citizen establishment? If &when civil strife erupts, due to the removal of a free society status, will police everywhere be shills for the Federal & State establishments?

My thought is simply, will American citizens under the age of 50 have any comprehension as to the dangers represented by Chief Kevin Lindsey and his stark unconstitutional positions he promotes consciously or unconsciously about the FSPD?

Recently nationally acclaimed economist Dr. Paul Craig Roberts stated, “A generation of Americans have been born into a police state in which privacy and constitutional protections no longer exist”.

(Or how the government sponsored hate and hysteria directed at any substance or cause that is not approved and promoted by the government itself is the root of all evil and should be exterminated along with anyone foolish enough to use them.)
Author’s disclaimer: I am not now, nor have been, the user of drugs, legal or illegal, with the exception of Acetaminophen, over-the-counter allergy relief and the occasional ingestion of caffeine or an adult beverage.

Author’s note: I am also fully cognizant that I live in Bizarro World. Please take that into consideration as I cite as a recent example the claim by a proxy leader of a local group that claims fealty and allegiance to all things constitutional, that a candidate for Sheriff, recently vetted by that group, is “weak” on constitutional issues. This from the same man who recently publicly endorsed a candidate for that same office who has inundated this county with multiple lawsuits alleging repeated violations of the constitutional rights of local citizens and who knowingly hired and promoted a man who had been terminated in another state for violating the constitutional rights of citizens in that state, only to have him perpetrate these same unconstitutional acts on citizens here; So much for being “weak” on the Constitution.

Imagine for me, if you will, a local hay farmer who finds his grass and alfalfa fields beginning to be invaded by a noxious weed. When he attempts to eradicate that weed he discovers the product offered for that purpose is only sold by the government. Upon applying this product to his fields, he finds that instead of eradicating the noxious weed, the treatment actually encourages and increases its growth. He then discovers he is required by law to continue purchasing that product, and after years of use, is told that no matter how much of that product he purchases and applies to his fields, stopping the growth and spread of the noxious weed is impossible. Even so, he is required by law to purchase larger and larger quantities of this product at constantly increasing prices and continue its application.

That story is ludicrous, Rebel, you claim—that would never happen. Well, actually, taking the same principles and applying them to the so-called “war on drugs” and other such government sponsored programs, you will find the template to be almost identical. Each and every year, the price of these “wars” increase exponentially while we are told by “experts” in the euphemistically named justice department that regardless of how many taxpayer dollars are spent, the illegal use of drugs cannot be stopped, or in many cases even slowed down. Of course the mantra of the tax farmer is: “think how bad it could be if we were not spending an endless stream of dollars on something that will never work.” Ah, Bizarro World and its willful dupes.

We too often forget the side effects of taking the government’s prescription for the hopeless remedy in the “war on drugs.” During most of our adult lives we have witnessed an incremental dismantling of our Bill of Rights while pursuing the admitted failure of these wars that never end. The ramifications in our personal lives are in many ways equally as devastating as many of these drugs, especially as it relates to private property. Allow me please to cite a few examples that have emanated from the drug war induced, Comprehensive Forfeiture Act of 1984:

“Retired army Colonel Melvin Hanberg lost his California rental property because one of his tenants was alleged to be a drug dealer. (Colonel Hanberg was never accused of any narcotics violations nor listed as a suspect by local police)
An eighty-year-old black woman lost her motel because a prostitute used a room with a customer. (This lady was never accused of having knowledge of or promoting prostitution on her property.)

Helen Hoyle, a seventy-year-old black woman in Washington, D.C., lost her home because of police suspicion that one of her grandchildren once had drugs in the house.

Donald A. Regan of Montvale, New Jersey, lost his car when he gave a lift to someone who, unbeknownst to Regan, had drugs in his possession.

The theory is that the physical site “facilitates” the illegal transaction and is thereby a party to the crime, allowing its seizure. Under the existing application of the law, your home and everyone else’s can be confiscated simply by an undercover agent arranging for a drug transaction to take place on your front lawn or in your driveway.

Police seized Gary and Kathy Bergman’s South Dakota home because it was visited by a friend who brought along a marijuana plant.
Joseph and Frances Lopes lost their home when a mentally disturbed son planted marijuana in their backyard.”

When asked about the injustice done to Mr. and Mrs. Lopes, Marshall Silberberg, the U.S. prosecutor who seized their house, snorted that the family should “be happy we let them live there as long as we did.” Stefan D. Cassella, an official in the asset forfeiture division of the U.S. Justice Department, justifies the seizure of property from innocent parties on the grounds that otherwise nothing is accomplished for the government.”

Actual figures vary by source, but it is estimated that in our country we spend just a little less than 50 billion taxpayer dollars on the “war on drugs” every year. Of course this does not take into account the “militarization” of our local, state and national police and the advent and use of vehicles and equipment more commonly seen in a war zone than in American communities and the many associated deaths of innocents in botched dynamic entry raids by the ubiquitous SWAT team.

As one looks at the various ‘wars” our government is involved in, whether it be drugs, terrorism, poverty, noxious weeds or the quest for better water quality, there is much wisdom to be found in the words of Thomas Sowell in his book “Visions of the Anointed.” For the uninitiated the “anointed” are progressive liberals while the vision mentioned is how these progressives view how the world should be run—with them in charge of everything of course

It is really hard to demonize or criticize Thomas Sowell with the favorite derisive term of Progressives; “racist,” for he just so happens to be Black.

Here are a few quotes from Professor Sowell:

“This (liberal) vision so permeates the media and academia, and has made such major inroads into the religious community, that many grow into adulthood unaware that there is any other way of looking at things, or that evidence might be relevant to checking out the sweeping assumptions of so-called “thinking people”. Many of these “thinking people” could more accurately be characterized as articulate people, as people whose verbal nimbleness can elude both evidence and logic. This can be a fatal talent, when it supplies the crucial insulation from reality behind many historic catastrophes.” — P. 6

“As sex education programs spread widely through the American educational system during the 1970s, the pregnancy rate among 15- to 19-year-old females rose from approximately 68 per thousand in 1970 to approximately 96 per thousand by 1980. Among unmarried girls in the 15- to 17-year-old bracket, birth rates rose 29 percent between 1970 and 1984, despite a massive increase in abortions, which more than doubled in the same period. Among girls under 15, the number of abortions surpassed the number of live births by 1974.” — P. 18

Policy A may be better than policy B, but that does not matter if we simply do not know how to do Policy A. But one of the crucial differences between those with the tragic vision and those with the vision of the anointed is in what they respectively assume that we know how to do. The vision and belief that government does anything well except for theft and coercion is a view that history proves is fatal to those who cherish liberty. The more money that is confiscated and spent on “visions of the anointed” leads to more and more of what is being fought a “war” to destroy.

Consider please; do we have more drug users than when you were young? Do we have more “terrorists” than 50 years ago? As cited above, did the government program to deal with teen pregnancy through the enlightened vision of “sex education” prevent or increase teen pregnancy? Do we have more crime than when we started to spend all that money to prevent it? Do more cops really equate to less crime? If so, where is the proof? Are there more “poor people” than what you remember as a child? Is illegal immigration more or less of a problem than when you were young? Is our country more in debt than when you grew up? Do you think there might be a connection there somewhere?

Does the story of the hay farmer make more sense to you now?

I fully understand why people get very defensive whenever any acts by supposedly good Americans are compared to Hitler and Nazi Germany, but when considering the rapid descent into abject Socialism in this country during the past 12-14 years, could it be time to take the gloves off and realize we seem to be following in the footprints of history?

Oh, we are nothing like the Nazi’s—I hear the chorus now. BUT—the president can order the death or imprisonment of an American Citizen without a trial. (National Defense Authorization Act-2012) We have socialized medicine. (Obamacare and Dubya Bush’s Part D Medicare Plan) Our Bill of Rights has been eviscerated. (Patriot Act, Department of Homeland Security) Please name one of the above that in any way conflicts with the principles of Nazi Germany.

Is it just coincidence that Adolf Hitler used the term “protect the Homeland” in the speech when he created the Gestapo and George W. Bush used the exact same phrase in his news conference after 9/11? Good arguments could be made on both sides I am sure.
The crucial issue here is the failed concept prevailing among many in our country that whatever the government says, whether they say it through enacted legislation or regulation by some government bureaucracy, it is to be treated as gospel and obeyed without discussion. Whether we are like Nazi Germany or rapidly getting there, the basic premise that government is the almighty is the vehicle which leads to destruction of Liberty and Individual Sovereignty and the advent of heinous crimes by the government.

We have a local representative here in Colorado who has stated publicly that “no law is unconstitutional until the Supreme Court says it is.” We also have a candidate for Sheriff who says that all laws that emanate from the government will be enforced should he become Sheriff. Both happen to be Republicans, but, for the sake of brevity, we shall skip over a broad discussion of that point in this offering.

To believe that the people who created our government through our states were to become its slaves and subject to its every whim would have been a real surprise to our ancestors who voted in the various State Ratification Conventions to approve this form of government, for they were told if they voted to ratify our Constitution, the exact opposite would be true.

The real question is: do those who advocate the government must be obeyed regardless of the law passed, or regulation written, do so from a true philosophical belief or from sheer ignorance of the Constitutional principles they have sworn to “uphold and defend from all enemies, foreign and domestic?” How does one in good conscience take a sacred oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights and then claim they will uphold, defend and enforce any law passed by government? Another question is: do they have a working knowledge of the Constitution that would enable them to know the difference?

I will offer below, as a classic example of a person holding a very important position in government, publicly claiming they are not qualified for the job they were elected to, while all the while being too ignorant to know they are making such a confession publicly. First, though, let’s take a look at the office of Sheriff here in Colorado.

The Office of Sheriff in Colorado is created by our Constitution. Colo. Const., art. XIV, sect. 8. The Constitution does not enumerate particular duties of Sheriffs. Colorado statutes do specify various duties for Sheriffs, most of which are restatements of the Sheriffs’ traditional common law powers and duties. For example: “to keep and preserve the peace in their respective counties, and to quiet and suppress all affrays, riots, and unlawful assemblies and insurrections”; to “act as fire warden of his or her respective county”; to “appoint some proper person undersheriff”; and so on. Colorado Revised Statutes sect. 30-10-501 et seq. Nothing in the list of statutory duties requires Sheriffs to enforce every state statute or any federal law for that matter.

In Colorado, our Sheriff’s take a very simple oath of office:
“I, …….., do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of Colorado, the Ordinances of …….. County and that I will faithfully perform the duties of the Office of County Sheriff, of the County of …….., State of Colorado, upon which I enter.”

This oath is in the form required by the Colorado Constitution, Article XII, sect. 8. which reads as follows:

“Every civil officer, except members of the general assembly and such inferior officers as may be by law exempted, shall, before he enters upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation to support the constitution of the United States and of the state of Colorado, and to faithfully perform the duties of the office upon which he shall be about to enter.”

There is absolutely not to be found in the Oath of Office or the Articles of the Colorado Constitution anything that states the Sheriff must uphold and defend the laws of the state of Colorado or the United States. Could it be that since the Sheriff swears to uphold and defend the Constitutions of Colorado and the US, that that covers any and all laws that are created “in pursuance” of the constitutions, and the occupant of the office of Sheriff is presumed to have a working knowledge of both in order to determine if those laws are indeed constitutional? Is not each person who takes that solemn oath not equally responsible for assuring to those whom they serve a strict adherence to the principles of those documents and to “uphold and defend” them against any unconstitutional edicts submitted by either government? Is it possible to be faithful to one’s oath while at the same time enforcing clearly unconstitutional laws?

Here are excerpts of a letter written by a sitting Sheriff of Colorado (not from our county) in January of 2013, relative to the issues of the Second Amendment; written on official county letterhead, displaying his ignorance of his sacred oath and a proud (to him) display of sufficient evidence to illustrate his incompetence for the office of public trust he holds. (My comments in italics)
“Although I have great respect and admiration for each of my colleague sheriffs and police chiefs across the country, I take exception with the handful of public servants who have suggested that they would reject enforcement of any “unconstitutional mandates,” specifically related to the Second Amendment.” (How can one have a valid, enforceable law that contradicts the Constitution?)
“If an issue were to be arbitrarily deemed “unconstitutional,” the decision to curtail further enforcement responsibilities would be in direct conflict with the concept of the balance of powers, as defined by our founders.” (Ouch! Perhaps the good sheriff has never heard of one Thomas Jefferson, who stated: “My construction of the Constitution is… that each department is truly independent of the others and has an equal right to decide for itself what is the meaning of the Constitution in the cases submitted to its action…” Perhaps that is why they all take an oath to uphold and defend.”)

“Public safety professionals serving in the executive branch, do not have the constitutional authority, responsibility, and in most cases, the credentials to determine the constitutionality of any issue.” (Well, Sheriff, if you do not possess the authority, responsibility or the credentials to determine the “constitutionality” of any issue, you should immediately resign, for in your statement you admit to having little to no knowledge of the documents you swore to “uphold and defend.” Such knowledge would prepare you to possess the authority, responsibility and certainly the credentials which you wear on your uniform shirt, to determine the constitutionality of any act.” Your statement is a bold admission you do not have the knowledge necessary to protect the rights of those who pay your salary.)

“The authority and responsibility to determine the legality and/or the constitutionality of a matter is to be accomplished by the judicial branch, as clearly defined in the Constitution.” (Gosh, Sheriff, sure do wish you would have cited chapter and verse on this bold but incorrect assertion. It would appear your lack of knowledge is quite extensive. Again from Mr. Jefferson: “Nothing in the Constitution has given [the judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. Both magistrates are equally independent in the sphere of action assigned to them.” And “To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy…The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.”
And finally the Sheriff’s coup de grace: – “WE ARE A NATION OF LAWS.” (Factually, our founders never intended for this to be a nation, for our decisions are made through representatives and not in the aggregate, which is the very definition of a “Nation.” So, Sheriff, you are wrong on that count, and also we are not an anything “of laws.” We are a country with a Constitution and a Bill of Rights which defines what is and what is not constitutional. Laws do not decide for themselves if they are valid.”

If you are looking for a Sheriff like the one who wrote the above, there is one available on the ballot in November; one with an (R) beside his name. If you are looking for a Sheriff who understands his obligations to protect the rights of the people and also understands the gravity of the Oath of Office, you will be forced to make another choice.
I would remind you that Nazi Germany was a nation of laws; everything that Hitler did was within the laws of Germany at the time, and offer this quote from Jeremy Locke’s “The End of All Evil.”

“Law is a weapon. It is used by evil to attack its prey. Whether in the name of duty to king, loyalty to state, or rule of law, law is the weapon used to extort and control. When anyone tells you that the “Law” must be obeyed, and will be enforced, please remember that there IS a choice: Liberty, or Tyranny and blind obedience; you decide. Should you decide to support the party favorite and the candidate endorsed by the local, socialist, bird cage liner, I take this opportunity to remind you of the words of Samuel Adams: “May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget ye were our countrymen.”

WHY ARE WALTER HUSSMAN AND WARREN STEPHENS ARBITERS OF CENSORSHIP?

Walter Hussman is.owner of the state’s newspaper, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette accompanied by any number of other properties.

Warren Stephens, owner of the Fort Smith Times Record and multiple other newspapers including the Las Vegas Review Journal, the largest off Wall Street bonding agency in the U.S., real estate, hotels, gas & oil interests, accompanied by political ownerships.

A recently concluded American crisis went virtually unreported by American news media with the exception of Fox News,  The Ark. Dem-Gaz & the Times Record were no shows.

The event was the attempted hostile takeover of the Bundy ranch in the state of Nevada by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), all based on trumped up, bogus charges.   The BLM employed snipers, helicopters, drones, boots on the ground thugs, K-9’s, etc.

This un-American collection of government thugs were met by American patriots, many of which were armed, and ultimately was followed by an armed standoff  which took place near the Bundy corral where the BLM had corralled stolen Bundy cattle, cut fences, and engaged in other forms of destruction.  Armed Militia men called the hands of the BLM near the corral and the BLM brutes called off their unconstitutional, illegal attack on the Bundy family. It is noteworthy here that the BLM tasered, manhandled ladies & threatened with vicious dogs.

This is another vivid example of the criminally corrupt U.S. government attacking private citizens and no response from most elected officials.  The Nevada Governor and the Sheriff of Clark County offered no aid or comfort to the besieged Bundy family and the many Patriots who were supportive of the Bundy’s. 
We shall see how the corrupt BLM responds to their defeat and how knowing Americans will react to the next governmental overreach attack directed on private individuals.

At this juncture, few American elected individuals have commented on the brute force used by BLM and where is the so-called press/media?

And most certainly, no positional statements from the s0-called Arkansas Congressional Delegation.  They are: Senators Mark Pryor & John Boozman, Congressmen Griffin, Cotton, Womack, & Crawford.

Why would you expect any of these 6 political parasites to speak out on anything as important & serious as the Bundy crisis?  The 6 have never stated publicly their positions on Fast & Furious, NSA, IRS. Libya, Benghazi, the AP, ad infinitum. The 6 hide out under the cover of silence, while citizen Arky whiles away to day kissing the feet of the 6.

The question remains, why are Warren Stephens &Walter Hussman the purveyors of  censorship, particularly in such important constitutional news that threatens the property rights & freedoms of every American, especially those instituted by the criminally corrupt U.S. government?

The Grand Gesture                        November 19, 2013

“We need”—no problem!   We’ll just raise a few taxes, so says City Director Philip Merry, Jr.  Director Merry says “I’m moved by the police situation.”  And with that said, Director Merry instructs the City Board to consider a franchise tax and an alcohol tax to come up with ½ Million to satisfy Chief Lindsey’s funding thirst. A tax that will never end.

Chief Lindsey opined that the city budget for 2014 created slots for 8 new police officers.  Of course, no justification for the 8 new slots given.

In the grand manner that only a bureaucrat or politician can conjure up, Chief Lindsey allowed that the 8 would only cost $655,000 for salaries & benefits per year, plus an additional $200,000 for pensions per year.  Divide the $855,000 by 8 and the result is $106,875.00 per officer…not a bad day’s work. How many private sector citizens bring in that kind of money?  This is a good example of how middleclass citizens are being stiffed by government bunko squads.  Government employees make on average 21.5% more than private sector employees. It is past time to do away with the protection racket.

The police budget for the years 2010-11-12 was $15.2 million.   The budget for 2013 is $16.9 million for an increase of $1.7 million over the past 3 years.  Again, no justification for the $1.7 million egregious increase, particularly at a time when our city is losing jobs.

The phrase “we need” became the battle cry for bureaucrats and politicians decades ago, and when the “we need” flag went up politicians & bureaucrats jumped to attention, as is the case with Director Phillip Merry and his Grand Gesture—Let’s Raise Taxes!
Let’s introduce a much more honorable battle cry “Make do with less!, and do it now”.

Speaking of the Fort Smith city police, are they receiving any of their training from the Dept. of Homeland Security and if so, why?  Taking this thought a little further down the road, police and sheriff’s departments receiving military hardware is absolutely not needed and is promoting a paramilitary attitude toward police work.

A TALE OF TWO CITIES—Freedom you say?

FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS—THE NEW INTERNATIONAL CITADEL FOR ASSASSINATIONS & SPYING.                        September 7, 2013

The horrific transformation of the town of Fort Smith from legal hangings to rogue assassinations & spying… e.g. back in the day Judge Isaac Parker, in the pursuit of justice, would send out a U.S. Marshall, perhaps Bass Reeves, to apprehend the alleged criminal.  Said criminal would be formally charged according to the U.S. Constitution and tried in a duly assembled court of law and found either innocent or guilty according to hard evidence. In the case of guilt, punishment in accordance to established law would be meted out.

Fast forward to the 21st Century where enemies or perceived enemies of the United States are spied upon without the suspect’s knowledge and/or assassinated. The Fort Smith 188th Fighter Squadron is now a “24 hour combat operation” (Drone Targeting).  All in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and US law.   It is not uncommon for the U.S. government establishment to kidnap individuals who have been subjected to spying to be whisked off to another land to be imprisoned, tortured, and in some cases, disposed of…all without knowledge of family, friends, or acquaintances.

The use of drones and the individuals associated with their use and more specifically their pilots & Sensors are nothing more than savages. To underscore and prove the statement is the fact that the presence of religious & mental health counselors is deemed a necessary component of the heinous drone operation.

Drones spy on American citizens. Recall NSA Director James Clapper was caught lying when he denied the spying on Americans. The U.S. government has no credibility.  Suppose for example, you are sitting in a restaurant or in a venue of entertainment and the individual or individuals sitting next to you and your party could very likely be operators of the drone’s joysticks & sensors who could be looking in your bedroom window. Sobering.  The corrupt federal government is turning American against American and in so doing is conditioning Americans to accept the savagery that has been ordained and promulgated by most if not all U.S. government agencies.

Americans have sat idly by while former presidents have destroyed our hard earned reputation for peace and prosperity, e.g. Bill Clinton destroying Serbia; George Bush destroying Iraq, Afghanistan & any number of sovereign states and passing unconstitutional laws that trash our Constitution and our sensibilities; Barack Hussein Obama has used the criminal platform that Bush, et al established for his egregious attack on Libya and the resulting Benghazi incident. Syria & Iran are now in his sights.

How many innocent men, women & children have been executed & maimed by U.S. drones?  Our nation is on a course “Back to the Jungle” and surely will reap its full depth if Americans do not arise and slap down the criminally corrupt American government, elected, non-elected and appointed.

The degree of criminal corruption can be calibrated on recent happenings and no punishment delivered to the individuals responsible for the crimes:

1.    The “Fast & Furious” gun-walking project of the ATF (Justice Dept.)…a Border Patrol agent dead along with hundreds of Mexicans.
2.    The unilateral action taken by President Obama in his destruction of Libya resulting in the murders of 4 Americans, thousands of Libyans, and the displacement of hundreds of thousands…and still no transparency.
3.    The phony murder of Osama bin Laden and the curious deaths of Seal Team 6 who allegedly killed bin Laden.   Bin Laden, a dialysis patient evidently died twice, the first in 200l and second in 2011.
4.    Then there are the matters of the millions upon millions of data mining endeavors by the National Security Agency (NSA), e.g. the Associated Press as well as individuals globally.
5.    The scurrilous activities of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) targeting Tea Party & Patriot Organizations.
6.    The staged overthrow of Egyptian President Mubarak. 
7.    Obama and any number of neoconservative Republicans, in the case of Arkansas newly minted Congressman Tom Cotton, wanting to attack Syria which can be categorized in the same vein as the use of drones.  Cotton is a menace to the citizens of Arkansas and the nation.

It is difficult to understand why Americans sit idly by and allow ourselves to be indoctrinated for the unbridled implementation of savagery, while losing our freedoms.

We are in no way the beautiful Republic the Founders molded.  We are steadily evolving into a nation of self-serving parasites (government), misfits, ne’er-do-wells & predators.

Will we survive?  No chance until we rid ourselves of the long term sitting politicians, bureaucrats and the military/industrial complex.  The United States is now the global enemy of freedom while injecting fear, destruction, and death.

Drones are prison wardens.

What kind of system and what kind of people wish to punish, even execute, anyone who reveals their destructive secrets?  The same psychopathic scum that always rises to the top of the pot in the quest for riches & power. Even worse are the complicit commentators and talking heads which facilitate such behavior–will we ever learn?                                August 11, 2013

How ironic that the heroes of today are very young men instead of the wise older Elders?  Bradley Manning & Edward Snowden, young men in their 20’s, have put their lives, honor, and fortunes on the line to inform & alert the American citizens and those across the world of the evil activities of the world’s largest super power, the USA.

Witness the vitriolic attacks on these young men, even in the face of the evidence produced largely because of their actions, that the U.S. government is engaged in any number of unconstitutional, ill-conceived, wicked, intrusive, tyrannical activities, e.g. spying on the masses of individuals who make up the population of this country and this world for the purposes of punishment & control, clearly unconstitutional which is why they trash it at every opportunity.

Even though their whistleblowing revelations have not been known to harm anyone physically, they have exposed the rotten underbelly of a bloated, festering mechanism which wields the power of life or death over billions of individuals. For that, they must be severely punished we are told.  The War Machine is furious, as is the Surveillance Machine for example…they do NOT want the truth about their intentions and actions to be known, especially by the taxpaying slaves who subsidize them and even duped into dying for them in their unlawful attacks on foreign countries who have done us no harm. After all, who are WE THE PEOPLE to be aware of & to judge Elite Officials’ actions?

 â€œTerrorists” have taken the place of the constant threat of the return of fearsome Farmer Jones in Animal Farm, or the perpetual war between Oceania, Eurasia, & Eastasia of “1984”.  These continual propagandist inventions designed to incite fear, trembling & reliance on the “leaders” enabled them to control the compliant masses and give them the patriotic thrill of trampling on helpless victims (sound familiar? It should). The people are taught to accept their lot in life of low standards of living compared to the elites in order to make possible the glorious victories. The people know they are expected to make “sacrifices” for noble causes….they always have been since the beginning of time.

Not even the best of the Science Fiction writers could foresee the terrible consequences of such technology as we have today in the hands of the incompetent and/or the purposeful pathological destroyers. 

The Cultural Marxist “March through the Institutions” laid the Collectivist groundwork and sophisticated high technology delivered the means to rule, steal, cheat, torture, maim and murder in unimaginable numbers.  Any competent dictator knows the value of Censorship, i.e. the rewriting of history to fit the agenda and surveillance as a prime means of controlling the masses.

Will American citizens and others across the globe fall for the propaganda being spewed by nearly every source or will they have the courage to face the truth, to look tyranny in its ugly face and refuse to go along to get along?

Manning & Snowden provided the world with knowledge, are they to be imprisoned & tortured as Galileo was?  We all know the answer to that question.  The new Dark Ages are upon us and Might is Right and Attila the Hun are making a speedy come-back while the once beneficiaries of liberty silently stand by, terrified of the dreaded smear of a word—RACISM! Oh yes, throw in the word ANTI-SEMITE as well.

Whatever happened to the old adage of “Sticks & Stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me”?  Those nursery rhyme words came from an 1862 edition of a publication put out by the African Methodist Episcopal Church teaching that name calling does not merit physical retaliation, i.e. in a little over 100 years the Black community, due to Political Correctness has totally reversed their insightfully true message to one of insidious, menacing intent.

From Paula Deen’s “N” word to Snowden/Manning we now find that not only are WORDS alone punishable to the extreme but exposure of government criminality calls for even execution….welcome to 1984 on steroids. We are now to believe that WORDS are worse than criminal action………….Sheer Insanity.

Do politicians ever speak the unvarnished truth, maybe half-truths, occasionally. August 10, 2013

U.S. Representative Rick Crawford (R-AR) & U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama are the latest half-truthers or absolute un-truthers.

The Fort Smith Times Record, in a lead story—“Crawford Visits Mexican Border”

1.     Congressman Crawford on his claim to have visited the Mexican border contiguous with the U.S. If an elected official was really serious about border security, why would he visit San Diego as opposed to Sasabe & Naco, AZ. ad infinitum, where no border barriers exist except in some cases a 3 strand barbed wire fence laying on the ground as a result of being trampled by hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and the literally thousands of tons of garbage they have divested themselves of after entering our country illegally.

Crawford’s visit apparently began & ended in San Diego where there is a 13 mile stretch of double fencing.  How courageous & insightful.  Crawford states, in this context, “that security has improved by leaps & bounds, but convinced more needs to be done”.   In point of fact, our porous southwestern borders have deteriorated mightily since Obama’s advent.   Border Patrol agents have been dramatically reduced, a freeze on arrest of illegals, and releasing infinite numbers of illegals, etc. For every illegal apprehended, 3 eluded. 
 
All politicians, when the subject of border security is discussed, end up with the same talking points, e.g. “border security comes in at a high cost of about $5 million per mile”.  That statement alone by Crawford and others should fly in the face of every American for this one of many reasons—the U.S. military engulfs the globe securing endless numbers of foreign borders while spending trillions, and Rep. Crawford has the audacity to speak of money while our very sovereignty and culture is at stake.

 Representative Crawford spotlights the fact that the Gang of Eight’s Republic destroying bill Act 744 calls for 700 miles of new fencing.  Question: Is Representative Crawford unaware that congress passed a law in 2006 that demanded the U.S. construct a 700 miles of new fencing along our southwestern border?  As of this date 33 miles have been constructed.

And finally, not to continue this expose, it should be noted that Crawford has also introduced legislation to deal with migrant farm workers to establish a program where they could enter the U.S. legally for 11 months per year.  This opportunity will be taken to inform Rep. Crawford that there are at least 23 million unemployed American citizens and 25-35 million illegal aliens residing on U.S. soil and finally, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture statistics show that less than 3% of food crops are harvested by foreign nationals.

Is Rep. Crawford ignorant of or has he been in the House long enough to be classified as an unctuous fellow short on truths?

As predicted U.S. Congressmen Eric Cantor & Bob Goodlatte are caving on the issue of amnesty for the offspring of illegals—the Party of Irrelevance.

Now a few words regarding the American Czar, aka the President of the U.S. 
Headline: Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, today’s edition.  “Spy Programs Must Change, Obama Says”.

2.    President Obama denying any knowledge of the massive surveillance programs and the plural must be emphasized here, that the U.S. is engaged in, nationally & globally, he has called for changes to the many governmental surveillance programs and the creation of a panel of outside experts to assess ways to give U.S. citizens confidence their civil liberties are protected. Obama does not say anything at all about reduction, just changes.

Why didn’t Obama simply state  that he was discontinuing the use of the 30,000 drones over flying the U.S. and there would be no further wiretapping of the various forms of communications of U.S. citizens and the mammoth storage facility in Utah destroyed?

Surveillance programs of American citizens will not be altered simply because the POI is in lockstep with the Democrat Party which insures the continuance of the growing military/industrial complex.

If any American is fool enough to believe anything coming from the mouth of Obama or the mouths of the U.S. Congress then they rightfully should be called ignorant fools.
