AGENDA 21 & CHILD ABUSE

Another salvo from the United Nations’ Agenda 21. July 5, 2014

Remember when the downtown bunch was touting “Quality of Place”, in all likelihood it was one the first shots fired into Fort Smith by Agenda 21 and the “Sustainable” bunch. So when City Manager Ray Gosack and his enablers were using the phrase “Quality of Place” just what were they saying?

Parks Director Mike Alsup and Frontier Engineering are bantering around the new phrase “Event Nodes”…does anyone believe the aforementioned two or Gosack & his crew came up with that phrase? Not if you have one eye open.

The project that brought “Event Nodes” into the conversation is geared toward building a 12-foot-wide riverside path accompanied by a bridge. The phrase “Event Nodes” is the eloquent definition for benches. According to Alsup it’s “where there are benches and you can sit down”. Alsup goes on to say “There will be a shade structure so you can get out of the sun”. What, no fans? What else is covered by the phrase “Event Nodes”?

Overtaxed Fort Smith citizens are contributing $1 million to match Wal-Mart’s $1 million to cover the luxurious path. Observe the types of projects Wal-Mart so graciously subsidizes…most point to Agenda 21.

The stage is rapidly being constructed to encircle all U.S. urban areas for the purpose of mass control of citizens, limiting transportation (movement) accompanied by the numbers & size of vehicles, requiring in many cases bicycle transportation, new oversized trails as we see today to accommodate older & new forms of transportation, stack & pack the population in condensed multi-story housing, the rationing of water, food, & healthcare, to name only a few. Eventually any violation of the Agenda 21 rules will be labeled a crime.

These cute little phrases offered by NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations) are leading to the death knell of our republic and the individuals and corporations we elect & hire to protect our freedoms and property are steadily selling us out. Unfortunately, Fort Smith is only a microcosm of what is happening nationally and globally. DO THE RESEARCH!

Low-information voters are making it all possible by reelecting politicians for decades—gross stupidity.
Related to the above are the orchestrated invasions by illegal Hispanics that in all likelihood will continue unabated due to the criminal corruption of Marxist President Barack Hussein Obama and Democrat & Republican officeholders. . The illegal child invasion (only one facet of the illegal invasions), occurring on our SW border, the genesis of which is Obama, who has aligned himself and the Democrat Party with the leadership of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras & El Salvador, to bring about this heinous crime by any standard—the USE & ABUSE OF CHILDREN.

What are the odds that Wal-Mart, Microsoft, etc. are providing cash, supplies, food, transportation, etc. for the egregious Hispanic child invasion presently paralyzing our nation?

BEWARE: “SUSTAINABLE”!

BEWARE: “SUSTAINABLE” May 31, 2014

Knowingly or unknowingly Fort Smith’s city mayor and the Board of Directors are poised to lay the foundation for another government bureaucracy resulting in more assaults on citizen rights.

It may rightly be concluded that the aforementioned have no information pertaining to the United Nation’s Agenda 21 and the ensuing purposes thereof. Yes, a continuation of the Globalist’s wipeout of middleclass Americans, the last impediment before selected elitists monopolize international politics and control.

This is another example of Americans caught snoozing while elected officials through ignorance, complicity, enabling, or self-service ensure, that unless citizens arm themselves quickly with knowledge regarding this freedom stealing cancer known as Agenda 21 which will surely destroy the last remnants of individual liberty.

Again, it must be pointed out that the two U.S. Senators, Pryor & Boozman and the 3 remaining U.S. Congressmen, Womack, Griffin, & Crawford have silently stood by, which indicates they approve of Agenda 21 and furthermore: have failed to discuss with their respective constituencies the width & breadth of the freedom destroying globalist pariah. Recall if you will the Arkansas Congressional delegation has made no public statements or engaged in debate regarding other monumental national tragedies, i.e. Fast & Furious, Associated Press, IRS, Benghazi, NSA (National Security Agency), NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), Obamacare, Latin Americans dumping their children unattended in the Southwestern Border States demanding asylum. The Ark. Congressional delegation can only be called a motley crew of incompetence and cowardice.

The battle cry for Agenda 21 is the word “SUSTAINABLE”.

Agenda 21 requires a paid subscription for membership. Agenda 21 is not a new globalist endeavor and is certainly not endowed with political rectitude.

In Arkansas former North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes was president of the National organization of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. Note the word INTERNATIONAL. Today, more than 1200 cities, towns, counties and their associations in 84 countries comprise ICLEI’s membership. 43 countries convened at its inaugural conference, the World Congress of Local Governments for a Sustainable Future at the United Nations in 1990. Note WORLD CONGRESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS & SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. Global headquarters in Bonn, Germany. Note: does Fort Smith & Sebastian County have memberships?

1. Agenda 21 is being implemented incrementally by messengers in academia.
2. Note the appearance of Michelle Halsell before the Fort Smith Board of Directors and other notables. Halsell, a product of big government and its frontal assault against middleclass America. In typically bureaucratic jargon it is said she accepted another “launch” opportunity as the Managing Director of the Applied Sustainability Center, This particular globalist endeavor deals with CONTROL of consumer products, and all the forgoing and following have to do with citizen CONTROL in some form or other. Is it possible that any of the official city family took the time to read about Halsell’s background?
3. Regionalism takes power from the electorate and redistributes to politicians and bureaucrats leaving citizens with little or no say so over their private or public affairs.
4. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s). Their job is to sell Agenda 21 on phony issues, i.e. jobs, environment, etc.
5. Private property rights will evaporate.

Agenda 21’s goal is to stack and pack citizens (stackem & packem) in high-rise, small living spaces in urban areas and at the same time restrict or places limitations on all manner of transportation routes, modes, distances, etc. Note: e.g. the emergence of bicycle trails going nowhere. The U.N. is busily taking over hundreds of thousands of acres of state or privately owned lands with no authority except brute force. Same for water and other natural resources. Blue Ray has temporarily been scotched by the efforts of Secure Arkansas & citizen efforts.

Censorship & Attack on Individual Rights

WHY ARE WALTER HUSSMAN AND WARREN STEPHENS ARBITERS OF CENSORSHIP?
April 14, 2014

Walter Hussman is.owner of the state’s newspaper, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette accompanied by any number of other properties.

Warren Stephens, owner of the Fort Smith Times Record and multiple other newspapers including the Las Vegas Review Journal, the largest off Wall Street bonding agency in the U.S., real estate, hotels, gas & oil interests, accompanied by political ownerships.

A recently concluded American crisis went virtually unreported by American news media with the exception of Fox News,  The Ark. Dem-Gaz & the Times Record were no shows.

The event was the attempted hostile takeover of the Bundy ranch in the state of Nevada by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), all based on trumped up, bogus charges.   The BLM employed snipers, helicopters, drones, boots on the ground thugs, K-9’s, etc.

This un-American collection of government thugs were met by American patriots, many of which were armed, and ultimately was followed by an armed standoff  which took place near the Bundy corral where the BLM had corralled stolen Bundy cattle, cut fences, and engaged in other forms of destruction.  Armed Militia men called the hands of the BLM near the corral and the BLM brutes called off their unconstitutional, illegal attack on the Bundy family. It is noteworthy here that the BLM tasered, manhandled ladies & threatened with vicious dogs.

This is another vivid example of the criminally corrupt U.S. government attacking private citizens and no response from most elected officials.  The Nevada Governor and the Sheriff of Clark County offered no aid or comfort to the besieged Bundy family and the many Patriots who were supportive of the Bundy’s.
We shall see how the corrupt BLM responds to their defeat and how knowing Americans will react to the next governmental overreach attack directed on private individuals.

At this juncture, few American elected individuals have commented on the brute force used by BLM and where is the so-called press/media?

And most certainly, no positional statements from the s0-called Arkansas Congressional Delegation.  They are: Senators Mark Pryor & John Boozman, Congressmen Griffin, Cotton, Womack, & Crawford.

Why would you expect any of these 6 political parasites to speak out on anything as important & serious as the Bundy crisis?  The 6 have never stated publicly their positions on Fast & Furious, NSA, IRS. Libya, Benghazi, the AP, ad infinitum. The 6 hide out under the cover of silence, while citizen Arky whiles away to day kissing the feet of the 6.

The question remains, why are Warren Stephens &Walter Hussman the purveyors of  censorship, particularly in such important constitutional news that threatens the property rights & freedoms of every American, especially those instituted by the criminally corrupt U.S. government?

ASU/Mexico delegation official

Headline Jonesboro Sun, February 20, 2014, Jonesboro, Arkansas:    February 20, 2014

“An Arkansas State University delegation—a dozen strong—left Jonesboro on Wednesday for a 3 day trip to Queretaro, Mexico”

Current ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was outed at Texas Tech Univ., Lubbock, Tx for pursuing the same irresponsible conduct as at ASU, namely; a very curious alleged university operation in Queretaro, Mexico.

Hudson and his collaborators speak in very glowing terms about this “pie in the sky” operation.

The ASU/Queretaro ongoing attack directed at Arkansas’ taxpaying citizens has failed to raise one simple question from the Arkansas General Assembly, i.e. the House & Senate. Even though volumes of topical and specific information have been forwarded to the whole sitting body of the state of Arkansas.

Jeff Hankins, V.P. for Strategic Communications for the ASU Board of Trustees, “Arkansas State will use private funds to pay for the flights, local transportation of the delegation, and their partners in Mexico will for hotel and all other expenses”.

1.    The source of these “private” funds?
2.    Why are private funds being used?
3.    Why the secrecy?

The Sun previously recorded ASU/Queretaro campus will be the first U.S. University in Mexico.

1.    Why ASU and who chose?
2.    What function can ASU serve that a whole host of Mexican technological universities cannot or do not provide?

What is the reason a private business foundation in Mexico would donate 150 acres to fund a portion of a Mexican national university (owned & controlled by Mexico) with a few tentacles radiating to Jonesboro, Arkansas accompanied by the name of ASU?

Where and what are the contractual obligations that have to do with the bid processes, international relationships, cross-border funding for faculty and students, and most importantly Article 1, Section 10 which in part says “WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE CONGRESS NO STATE CAN ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT OR COMPACT WITH ANOTHER STATE OR WITH A FOREIGN POWER”, and who pays?

Hudson further throws out more nebulous stats—2,000 students enrolled the 2nd year, $16 million could be generated for ASU, including the Jonesboro & Queretaro campuses, and it opens up students to be globally aware. (?)

And finally it gets down to what every alleged institution is based on—funding.  A statement made yesterday by Chancellor Hudson, “additional revenue for the university at the same time when state funds appropriated less than in years past.”

THE REAL QUESTION: WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THIS TAKEOVER, WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES, AND WHO DIVVIES UP THE SPOILS?

The Arkansas governing bodies have been and are derelict in their official duties to protect the citizens and their properties, particularly in the numerous matters involving the ASU/Mexico matter.

A full investigation must immediately be commenced by the Ark. State Police and all facts laid bare regarding the ASU citizen travesty.  Nothing more than an expensive playpen for educantists and politicians and the exportation of Arkansas jobs?

Joe McCutchen
Fort Smith

P.S. then there are other matters, i.e. of ASU financial & ethical hemorrhaging…one example, Trawick International at a cost of over $350,000 in one month (January, 2014).

Huckabee – Neocon-Counterfeit Conservative ‘Friendly’ With Richard Haass’ CFR-Globalization Policies
Posted by Charleston Voice

Lest we forget the past sneaks – – with rumblings of Huckabee musing about a run for president, thought a brushup on this globalist counterfeit Christian is in order.

IMF MD Lagarde at CFR

(L) CFR president Richard Haass and (R) International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde Council on Foreign Relations Photographer/Don Pollard
Huckabee had no reservations explaining his affection for the secretive think tank. “There are very good people involved,” he told the young Republican.

One such CFR member is its current head, Richard Haass, whom Huckabee describes as “an old friend” who is “very knowledgeable about international affairs.” Huckabee then off-set speculation about Haass by adding that “nobody can question his sense of patriotism or loyalty to the United States.”

An Iowa student expressed his concerns about the Council on Foreign Relations with presidential candidate Mike Huckabee during a recent appearance.

Richard Haass has previously made direct statements declaring that “State sovereignty must be altered” to yield to control by world bodies and the forces of globalization. The CFR head is also a frequent attendee at Bilderberg conferences, and may well have a different sense of loyalty and patriotism than other Americans.

Nevertheless, Huckabee’s statements in Iowa only further solidify statements he made last week to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer where he named Haass as his key source for foreign policy, along with Frank Gaffney, a notorious neo-con.

Huckabee, under the guidance of Haass, would certainly pose a danger to national sovereignty– not only does the C.F.R. regard the concept of sovereignty with contempt, but has effectively worked towards erasing all borders and increasing international integration since its inception.

Further, its a clear sign that Huckabee would offer no resistance to further NAFTA expansion, deals like the SPP and other steps towards the further degradation of the Constitution (making him not much different from the other corrupt presidential candidates).

Huckabee did acknowledge concerns about the CFR’s role as an “international, globalist organization” as a potential threat to State sovereignty, but seemed to offset such concerns with regard for its role in ‘research.’

ASU/South of the Border

BEEBE & THE OBAMA WAY=ROGUE GOVERNMENT            February 16, 2014

“SOUTH OF THE BORDER, DOWN MEXICO WAY
THAT’S WHERE I FELL IN LOVE WHEN THE STARS ABOVE CAME OUT TO PLAY,
AND NOW AS I WANDER, MY THOUGHTS EVER STRAY
SOUTH OF THE BORDER, DOWN MEXICO WAY!”  Gene Autry, 1939

Governor Mike Beebe, the Establishment, & their ongoing plunder of Arkansas State University, a citizen-owned property, with designs of transferring portions of said property to the Mexican state of Queretaro.

Citizens are totally unaware of the motivations behind Beebe’s, McDaniel’s, Broadway’s, Crawford’s, Hudson’s, Welch’s, the ASU official Board, & other consummate backroom hangers-on for the take-over of portions of a citizen-owned higher education institute to be used for establishment of a Mexican ASU campus. The above bloviate that the above is all “free”.   Each has deep roots connected to ASU.

What are their real goals?  Certainly not the education of a horde of Mestizo Indians or Castilian Mexicans.  No matter how flowery smarmy their duplicitous, noble sounding educanto descriptions they utter.

Multiple serious questions arise regarding the constitutionality, the legality, and morality of this proposed ongoing crime against Arkansas’ citizens.

The Commission of the ACT of transferring citizen’ property, both physically & materially to a foreign land engenders taxpayer fear and duplicates the DNA fingerprints that Obama’s administration has heaped on America.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of Arkansas citizens are ignorant and insouciant pertaining to the internal political affairs of State; therefore the Arkansas political system is seldom challenged and provides political cover for politicians for pursuit of their own self-serving agendas. Without citizen impediments or consequences government has grown accustomed to acting unilaterally.

Citizens have not been apprised with information or detail regarding the transfer of portions of Arkansas State University to the Mexican state of Queretaro. Absent is public debate & discussion regarding the Commission of the ACT.

The Arkansas General Assembly is showing no interest in the plight of the Arkansas education system bottom up, which can be described as a dismal failure, much of which can be attributed to the presence of thousands of illegal aliens’ offspring.  The Governor’s solution—throw more money at it, i.e. vote buying.   Illegals invading by the hundreds of thousands into our state, killing American kid’s dreams, stealing jobs, cheap labor, utilizing all forms of welfare and special programs created specifically for them, i.e. Huckabee’s free prenatal care. Now this exercise, coupled with sending American technology, academia and physical assets to educate well-heeled Mexican nationals.

Governor Beebe and the General Assembly are showing utter disregard and disrespect for sovereignty, citizenship, property and culture.  The price citizens’ pay for eternal incumbency.

Recent history of the ASU scandal can be found at arkansasfreedom.net.  The ASU matter is pervasive and stealthfully evil.  The Commission of this Act can and should be terminated immediately.

ASU–The Money Pit!

$311,108.24………..$311,108.24…………$311,108.24……$311,108.24      February 4, 2014

What yardstick does Governor Mike Beebe use to define education?

As of this date neither Governor Mike Beebe nor the Arkansas State General Assembly have recited the constitutionality, the legality, and the authorization by whom or what to steal Arkansas taxpayer owned property and segue to Mexico for their proposal to build a university in Queretaro, Mexico.

This is a huge scam bordering on criminality that is being perpetrated against and on Arkansas citizens and the proof of this will continue to come out in spite of Beebe’s and the State Legislature’s stonewalling.  Obviously pols & bureaucrats will benefit in some way but the big question is who are the Titans behind the scam and how do they expect to benefit?

Topical information about the proposed scam would have citizens believe the unconstitutional, illegal endeavor will be economically & politically beneficial to Arkansans, accompanied by veiled language that it is an Arkansas citizens’ obligation to educate Mexicans in Mexico, while at the same time we are educating millions of illegals on our own turf.

Without a lot of detail here and just enough information to make the point, Mexico is a bicultural nation.  The first culture is comprised of Mestizo Indians, commonly called Mexicans, who make up the bulk of Mexican citizens,  the ones who have invaded our republic illegally for decades while ALL gutless politicians and bureaucrats have refused to seal our borders and deport these unwelcome throngs resulting in the restoring our sovereignty.   One would ask, is this who Beebe, ASU Chancellor Hudson & President Welch, Higher Ed Director Broadway intend to confer degrees upon in math, physics, chemistry, etc.?

Or is it the ruling class of Mexico?  The White, tall, elegant, well-educated, poised Castilian Spaniards who own and rule the totality of Mexico, i.e. the government, resources, many of the drug cartels, so-called law-enforcement agencies, ad infinitum.?  Their culture is academically and economically deeply ensconced in Mexico’s tapestry by their Spanish heritage.  So Arkansas State University is going to Mexico to educate the Castilian Spaniards?  Hardly.

As previously noted the Mexican state of Queretaro is the proposed site for ASU-Mexico.  In the state of Queretaro there are 31 research centers. Among them is the Instituto Technologico de Queretaro, which is part of the National System of Technological Institutes in Mexico.  It offers 6 Engineering majors and technical training in an array of other scientific involvements.

The National Metrology Center IS LOCATED IN QUETERTARO.  THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THE CENTER IS TO BRING TOGETHER SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMY.  IT IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT OF ITS KIND IN THE AMERICA’S.

With the factual data listed above, what is the purpose, what are the rewards, and who is really behind the Ark. State University scam?

More specifics regarding ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY—JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.

A random sampling of one (1) month travel expenses of more than $100 by ASU employees, in this case the month of October, 2013 breathtakingly revealed that ASU spent $311,108.24 for travel that month!  On a year’s travel this rate of spending could reach $4 million.

Governor Beebe has stated that his primary goal in this year’s legislative session is to fund education.  Does the figure listed above define his philosophy of education? His record would so indicate.  The amount shown above is corruption at its worse.  ASU is a self-serving fiefdom with a self-serving administration whose goals are not known but can only be clouded in corruption.
1.    Since the inception of the Mexico scheme how many trips have been paid for by Arkansas taxpayers allowing politicians, bureaucrats and other hangers-on to travel to Mexico, and what was the cost?
2.    Was any part of the $311,108.24 used for travel to Mexico?  If so, how much?
3.    Are taxpayer-owned cell phones being used?
4.    What part has the unqualified Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway, played in this sordid scheme?  (His position was a political payoff, compliments of Gov. Beebe)

Other posts have shown the odoriferous salary increases awarded to the ASU upper echelons.  Recently ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was given a raise from $275,000 in 2012-2013 and is now paid $296,250 in 2013-2014.  He may also be receiving additional compensation from the ASU Foundation. He is provided by the university a very large home and a vehicle for his own use.  What would one think the total of his unearned largesse amounts to (health insurance, per diem, & any number of other contractual obligations)?

Governor, members of the Arkansas General Assembly, if Arkansas citizens become aware of your, members of the General Assembly, & ASU bureaucrats’ economic thuggery, what do you believe the response will be?

Obviously there is no legitimate, professional ongoing oversight pertaining to the Arkansas State University system and in all likelihood is a microcosm of the entire State system.

Can Arkansas citizens expect any relief from these unconstitutional & corrupt governmental practices?  Who of you in the General Assembly will stand and speak for the middleclass heavily abused taxpayers??? You have done well for the elites & welfare recipients.

“Educating Mexicans in the U.S. not enough, now we must educate them in Mexico!

MORE TAXPAYER ABUSE

To Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Members of the Arkansas General Assembly, & Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway:      January 26, 2014

Huge questions remain and new ones arise pertaining to the professional conduct regarding ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson, ASU President Charles Welch, and their various enablers.

An old and extremely important question is still posed:

A.    What is the authorizing authority and what individual or entity instituted it on behalf of Hudson & Associates regarding the construction of an A-State campus in a foreign land, and more notably with no discussions with the owners, i.e. taxpayers concerning their feelings & thoughts regarding the Mexico matter. What say you?

It is being said that reports to Internal Audit are never resolved or even followed up on. What say you?

In my last piece I stated that Dr. Dee Dee Hudson, wife of the Chancellor, was reported being given a $16,000 per year stipend, other reports suggest it is more like $50,000 per year with lucrative travel allowances. For what?  What say you?

The list goes on!

Your silence on these various egregious behaviors is deafening and revealing, your failure to exercise your official oversight and attention in protecting the interests of citizens is cause for grave concern.

P.S. One has to wonder how many more “Arkansas States” there are.

Outrageous salaries/campus in Mexico!

What is the constitutional and lawful authority for Arkansas State University to utilize Arkansas taxpayer money proposing the creation of a university campus in Mexico?

To Governor Mike Beebe, Members of the Arkansas Legislature, & Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway                            January 24, 2014
ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson is in complete charge of a fiefdom and appears to be replete with inbreeding, cronyism, malfeasance, misfeasance or perhaps more?

The following is a brief overview of some of the hiring practices occurring at Arkansas State University and the accompanying salaries of only 11 employees of A-State.

The important point here is that there was no external search for qualified candidates in 10 of the 11 employees which is a violation of Arkansas law. The 11th was a new hire.

Len Frey was the Dean of Business and he was appointed to that position without the university conducting a search.  They never posted the position to allow interested candidates to apply.

Frey was asked to serve as the chair of the search committee for the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration.  As the chair of the committee, he took the opportunity to review the applicants & resumes. After this review, he decided to step down from the committee and apply for the job, after the position posting was closed.

Frey was given the job.

Jason Penry was brought to ASU by Chancellor Hudson to serve as “Chief of Staff”. Why does a public institution the size of ASU need a “Chief of Staff” for the Chancellor, in addition to 2 secretaries and part-time office assistants?

No search was conducted for the “Chief of Staff” position.  Hudson brought him in from Texas Tech, his former employer. A year later Hudson terminated the existing Vice Chancellor for Advancement and reassigned Penry, once again without going through the legally required process to announce the position and conduct a search.
Hudson then hired Shawnie Carrier as the new “Chief of Staff”.  No experience related to that roll. Carrier was a former Chamber of Commerce person—the open borders, cheap labor outfit.

Lucinda McDaniel was hired as Legal Counsel for the university and is the daughter of former ASU President Smith…the position was never open for interested candidates to apply.

ASU Systems President Charles Welch moved the Systems’ office staff to Little Rock.  The University provides him with a house.  Welch lives at 4 Lacelle Ct in Little Rock.  A search of property of the Pulaski County Assessor records shows there is not a record for 4 Lacelle Ct, but are records for 1,2,3,5,6, & 7. Welch received a $20,517 salary increase for the year 2014, bringing his yearly salary to $311,217.00 not including the many perks not listed. Welch serves as a lobbyist for ASU.

A partial list of personnel housed in Little Rock are; Julie Bates/V.P. Finance, Jeff Hankins/V.P. Communications & Economic Development, & Robert Evans/V.P. Governmental Affairs.  Additionally, a horde of lawyers, legal assistants, Internal Audit & Audit Assistants in Jonesboro.

Dr. DeeDee Hudson, wife of Chancellor Hudson, current position unknown, former position house-wife, is knocking down $16,668 per year.

It should be noted that on the analysis of these personnel are numbers of people who are placed in positions with no relevant experience, i.e. Len Frey, V.P. Finance & Administration.

Another example is Shawnie Carrier who has no experience in Higher Education.
Logic is missing.  ASU is an organization that has an annual budget in excess of $100 million and begging for more and wanting to create an operation in a foreign land—Mexico and have hired a Chief Financial Officer that has zero experience in administering financials.

Governor Beebe, Members of the General Assembly & Director of Higher Education Shane Broadway, are you folks going to continue to permit an outlaw operation of these proportions to function unlawfully with huge abuses of taxpayer dollars and expand their areas of influence in a foreign country?

Ladies & Gentlemen of the governing bodies of Arkansas, are you aware of what is happening in the government you were elected and hired to oversee for the protection of Arkansas citizens? Do you not know what is going on in your own government?

Further note that Gov. Beebe, in a press release, stated he was intent on shoveling more millions into what he surely, jokingly declared “education”.
At this point the Governor, the legislature & other enablers have been silent on these issues, this is not acceptable.

The Protection Racket is in full bloom, votes, power, and money.
 Note the financials below.

Chancellor Tim Hudson’s salary & increases could not be found.
The 11 employees listed above had salaries in 2013 totaling $1,160,344.00.
                                             2014 totaling $1,524,963.00/for just 11 employees!
                         Increase= $364,619.00
Lynita Cooksey received a $75,843.00 yearly increase
Jason Penry received a $46,495.00 yearly increase

It is noteworthy that the Chambers of Commerce (globalists) has a large presence of current and former employees in official capacities on the Jonesboro campus, coupled with a substantial complement of A-State graduates. The rest of ASU employee high salaries are as unjustified as those salaries listed above.

With all the facts in mind, what can we expect from the Governor, the legislature, and the Director of Higher Education?

P.S. It is confirmed that a college president was heard to say, referring to the Board of Trustees, “they eat out of my hands”.  Is this not the case with all school administrators?

FOIA results from ASU re Mexico Campus

Where are the ship’s captain and deckhands?            January 21, 2014

First of all it must be understood that Arkansas State University Chancellor Tim Hudson tried to pull this scam off, i.e. Texas Tech-Mexico, while employed at Texas Tech and his proposal was rejected.

Friday January 16, 2014 A-State President Charles Welch sent an abbreviated memorandum to each member of the Arkansas General Assembly.  Welch put forth 4 wonderments for having an A-State campus in Mexico, none of which had substance.

The General Assembly is not imbued with much curiosity or feel much duty to state taxpayers or they would be examining reams of very expensive legal and accounting paperwork paid for by state taxpayers without their authority or knowledge for the proposed campus in Mexico.

It is difficult to understand why such a mammoth project as being discussed here would not be in the purview of Ark. Gov. Beebe, the General Assembly and Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway. It cannot be blind acceptance.

Reading some of the FOIA documentation it becomes painfully obvious that A-State’s President & Chancellor are on a self-serving mission and couple that with an abundance of ignorance pertaining to the country of Mexico…they are mere “Babes in the Woods”.  Everyone knows that Mexico’s government is totally corrupt, that bribes are everyday requirements, that drug cartels run rampant, and that it is not a safe country for Americans to travel, much less study.

Of further concern is the fact that the ASU Board of Trustees gave authorization for this proposed project without oversight or direction from the Governor and state legislature.

This project is being promoted as a profit-making endeavor.  Nothing could be further than the truth and if this project is allowed to reach fruition it will ultimately be dumped on Arkansas’ middleclass taxpayers. The FOIA brought to light the fact that this project is fraught with ineptitude, waste, and greed.

December 17, 2012 ASU Chancellor Hudson signed A Memorandum of Understanding. Terms of the M.O.U. are indefinite and uncertain.  An M.O.U. is not generally understood to constitute a formal contract; therefore the M.O.U. of A-State is probably not a formal contract. From that December date to the present date a legally sound agreement has not been signed.

The M.O.U. provides that “AIEM (Grupo Proyeotos Association for the Advancement of Mexican Education) will obtain sufficient funds from private sources to underwrite any actual loses of the ASUJ Queretaro Campus from a mutually agreed upon budget for the initial 3 years of operation.”  The private sources are not identified.  There is no information given to ensure the private sources are financially capable of underwriting the loses.   This information was clearly requested in the FOIA, therefore it must be assumed that there is no written or other documentation of due diligence by ASUJ to verify the private sources have the financial ability to complete the underwriting provisions.

The Underwriting Provisions appear to be illusory.  It is also noteworthy that Article 3 of M.O.U. provides that the Agreement may be cancelled by either party in writing by giving 90 days’ notice.

Nowhere in the FOIA requested documentation was there any evidence that the Agreement is contingent upon both parties securing all approval from governments of both parties—accreditation, licensing, or registration requirements and complying with all other mandatory legal requirements for this cooperative enterprise.

This proposed project is hailed to be a for-profit enterprise, but has been set up as a Not for-profit.   Stated in the FOIA documentation it is patently obvious that A-State is relying on federal funding.  Nowhere did it address what faculty needs would be, who pays, but there were descriptions of what a fun time it would be for students & faculty alike to, as Hudson says, travel ABROAD.  Mexico is abroad?  Hudson immediately states the campus will benefit Arkansas State financially without investment of public funds. This proposed project is awash in taxpayer money.

In a memo from Jeff Hankins, V.P. for Communications & Economic Development ASU, to “Danny” (?) “ASU Jonesboro will use federal funds or private money to pay for initial startup”.

Public funds are being used and will continue to be used and this has the appearance of a massive cover-up.

As of this date Chancellor’s trips to Mexico and ancillary expenses (phones, personnel, equipment, etc.) were paid for by University funds.

The question now remains, will the leadership of the legislature or any other electives see fit to throw a life-preserver to unsuspecting Arkansas taxpaying citizens and halt this globalist scam, orchestrated by internationalist Tim Hudson?

P.S. For those folks from Peoria, federal funding originates in towns, cities, & states all over America. The federal government has generated a $17 TRILLION DEBT & Hudson/Welch want to create an enterprise in Mexico?
