“An Arkansas State University delegation—a dozen strong—left Jonesboro on Wednesday for a 3 day trip to Queretaro, Mexico”  

Current ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was outed at Texas Tech Univ., Lubbock, Tx for pursuing the same irresponsible conduct as at ASU, namely; a very curious alleged university operation in Queretaro, Mexico.

Hudson and his collaborators speak in very glowing terms about this “pie in the sky” operation.

The ASU/Queretaro ongoing attack directed at Arkansas’ taxpaying citizens has failed to raise one simple question from the Arkansas General Assembly, i.e. the House & Senate. Even though volumes of topical and specific information have been forwarded to the whole sitting body of the state of Arkansas.

Jeff Hankins, V.P. for Strategic Communications for the ASU Board of Trustees, “Arkansas State will use private funds to pay for the flights, local transportation of the delegation, and their partners in Mexico will for hotel and all other expenses”.

1.    The source of these “private” funds?
2.    Why are private funds being used?
3.    Why the secrecy?

The Sun previously recorded ASU/Queretaro campus will be the first U.S. University in Mexico.

1.    Why ASU and who chose?
2.    What function can ASU serve that a whole host of Mexican technological universities cannot or do not provide?

What is the reason a private business foundation in Mexico would donate 150 acres to fund a portion of a Mexican national university (owned & controlled by Mexico) with a few tentacles radiating to Jonesboro, Arkansas accompanied by the name of ASU?

Where and what are the contractual obligations that have to do with the bid processes, international relationships, cross-border funding for faculty and students, and most importantly Article 1, Section 10 which in part says “WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE CONGRESS NO STATE CAN ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT OR COMPACT WITH ANOTHER STATE OR WITH A FOREIGN POWER”, and who pays?

Hudson further throws out more nebulous stats—2,000 students enrolled the 2nd year, $16 million could be generated for ASU, including the Jonesboro & Queretaro campuses, and it opens up students to be globally aware. (?)

And finally it gets down to what every alleged institution is based on—funding.  A statement made yesterday by Chancellor Hudson, “additional revenue for the university at the same time when state funds appropriated less than in years past.”

THE REAL QUESTION: WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THIS TAKEOVER, WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES, AND WHO DIVVIES UP THE SPOILS?
 
The Arkansas governing bodies have been and are derelict in their official duties to protect the citizens and their properties, particularly in the numerous matters involving the ASU/Mexico matter.

A full investigation must immediately be commenced by the Ark. State Police and all facts laid bare regarding the ASU citizen travesty.  Nothing more than an expensive playpen for educantists and politicians and the exportation of Arkansas jobs?

Governor Mike Beebe, the Establishment, & their ongoing plunder of Arkansas State University, a citizen-owned property, with designs of transferring portions of said property to the Mexican state of Queretaro.

Citizens are totally unaware of the motivations behind Beebe’s, McDaniel’s, Broadway’s, Crawford’s, Hudson’s, Welch’s, the ASU official Board, & other consummate backroom hangers-on for the take-over of portions of a citizen-owned higher education institute to be used for establishment of a Mexican ASU campus. The above bloviate that the above is all “free”.   Each has deep roots connected to ASU.
 
What are their real goals?  Certainly not the education of a horde of Mestizo Indians or Castilian Mexicans.  No matter how flowery smarmy their duplicitous, noble sounding educanto descriptions they utter.

Multiple serious questions arise regarding the constitutionality, the legality, and morality of this proposed ongoing crime against Arkansas’ citizens.

The Commission of the ACT of transferring citizen’ property, both physically & materially to a foreign land engenders taxpayer fear and duplicates the DNA fingerprints that Obama’s administration has heaped on America.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of Arkansas citizens are ignorant and insouciant pertaining to the internal political affairs of State; therefore the Arkansas political system is seldom challenged and provides political cover for politicians for pursuit of their own self-serving agendas. Without citizen impediments or consequences government has grown accustomed to acting unilaterally.

Citizens have not been apprised with information or detail regarding the transfer of portions of Arkansas State University to the Mexican state of Queretaro. Absent is public debate & discussion regarding the Commission of the ACT.   

The Arkansas General Assembly is showing no interest in the plight of the Arkansas education system bottom up, which can be described as a dismal failure, much of which can be attributed to the presence of thousands of illegal aliens’ offspring.  The Governor’s solution—throw more money at it, i.e. vote buying.   Illegals invading by the hundreds of thousands into our state, killing American kid’s dreams, stealing jobs, cheap labor, utilizing all forms of welfare and special programs created specifically for them, i.e. Huckabee’s free prenatal care. Now this exercise, coupled with sending American technology, academia and physical assets to educate well-heeled Mexican nationals.

Governor Beebe and the General Assembly are showing utter disregard and disrespect for sovereignty, citizenship, property and culture.  The price citizens’ pay for eternal incumbency.

More financial inbreeding compliments of Arkansas Governor Beebe and the Arkansas General Assembly—both houses.        February 9, 2014

Before the above is addressed the following questions have not been answered by Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, the House, or the Senate.
1.    What are the constitutionality, the legality, and/or the authority that gives rise to forming an Arkansas State University campus in Queretaro, Mexico?
2.    What is the purpose?
3.    Who are the beneficiaries?
4.    Who are the titans behind the scenes that are stealing Arkansas taxpaying citizens’ property and moving portions to Mexico by using any number of Arkansas State entities, while citizens in the main are in the blind?

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, Director of Higher Education and politically appointed Shane Broadway, U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford, A-State Board of Trustees, along with Chancellor Tim Hudson & President Charles Welch, and a host of others have deep tentacle attachments to A-State. What is their game?

Involvements in this proposed grand scheme borders on criminality, if not in fact criminal, and members of the Arkansas State Legislature sit on their self-serving duffs and not a whimper! Is it out of fear, ignorance, stupidity, or self-service? The menagerie surrounding the Arkansas State University inbreeding is the poster child for corruption and financial mismanagement.

February 1, 2014 I wrote a piece entitled “Legislative gifts…do they pass the smell test”.

Of particular interest was Senate President Pro Tempore Michael Lamoureux, (R-Russellville)first reported he attended a meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland sponsored by the outfit known as the National Conference on State Legislatures’ Forum at a cost of $1990.  The question was then posed who & what is the make-up of the aforementioned organization followed by the question of how do you travel round-trip to Edinburgh for $1990?

In today’s Ark. Dem-Gaz reportage, the Arkansas State Senate dropped in another $2808 toward Lamoureaux’s Scottish extravaganza, a grand theft of $4,798.  The question was asked of Lamoureaux, what benefit was it to Arkansas citizens for his travel to Scotland…the question was answered in today’s paper “I am not sure there was any direct benefit to Arkansas, he said”.  Lamoureaux went on to say he met with Scottish law makers, talked about their issues and how they operate, the history of Scotland and the United States and famous Scottish figures in Scottish history.

Senator, it would be interesting to see just what you learned about Scots.  Did you learn that Scots-Irish who migrated from Scotland to the northern Irish county of Ulster and in the year 1715 began what turned out to be 4 migrations ending in 1775 to the U.S.? Did you learn that these Scots-Irish were primary framers of American culture, that Scots-Irish are the voice of independence, individual responsibility, have no love for ensconced politicians and bureaucrats which is why they partially remain tribal today and have always made up the bulk of America’s fighting forces.  The Scots-Irish shaped America. If you are not aware of that fact you are not aware of history.

Ole Hickory, Andy Jackson, a Scots-Irish of course, and I paraphrase…”Equality of talent, of education, or of wealth cannot be produced by human institutions”. Ole Hickory understood early on & unfortunately forgotten by real Americans, “that aristocracies are built up through the instrumentality of the state”, exactly what is happening right now in the state of Arkansas and in the USA.

Today’s Dem-Gaz stated that Lamoureaux’s travel expenses for last year were $48,124.  Unfortunately said paper left out his trips to Palm Beach, Seattle, Madrid, and Sonoma.

Stated in the piece written Feb. 4 titled “What yardstick does Gov. Beebe use to define education”.  It was reported in that piece that A-State spent $311,108.24 for travel in the randomly selected month of October, 2013.  This figure factors out to be costing each ASU student $22.42 per month for ASU elitists’ travel. The question still remains what part of $311,108.24 was spent on and for the proposed criminal Mexico operation?

Another out of control vulgar number, U of A Fayetteville, in the same month spent $1,704,269.76 for travel, factoring out to be a student cost of $69.46 per month. UALR clocked-in in the same month at $192,880.87.

Governor Beebe has announced education will be his number one spending priority in the upcoming legislative session.  In view of the thieving behavior that goes on in Ark. State Government, particularly in the alleged institutions of Higher Learning but not limited to, is a hard punch in every struggling, taxpaying Arkansans’ face.  The arrogance and the heavy handedness of Beebe’s administration I.D.’s Arkansas government as nothing more than exercises in brute force, manipulation, and subterfuge.

Citizens, have you ever wondered if your legislators are the progenitors of all the hundreds of bills submitted for passage? Of course the answer is no, therefore where do they come from? Senator Johnny Key (R-Mountain Home) traveled to Chicago at the behest of the American Legislative Exchange Council’s meeting in August, no friend of the middleclass. Key was the mule who picked up the bundles of pre-written, proposed legislation crafted in DC by government/corporate entities.  None of the bills are friendly and none are directed for the benefit of Arkansas citizens.  Incidentally, Key won the Senate contest for the most money awarded for travel last year…$55,841.  Key then will distribute the proposed legislation to insiders, e.g. Eddie Joe Williams, Michael Lamoureaux, Joyce Elliot, David Sanders, etc. 

Back to ASU, it’s being floated that ASU’s former president Les Wyatt’s office on the Jonesboro campus is never occupied and is phoneless. It is further estimated that Wyatt’s salary is at least 6 figures with a teaching load of 2 online courses that are being taught from Little Rock. It is being said that he also may have a contractual online teaching deal with ASU. Are all the Wyatt’s employed at ASU part of Les Wyatt’s family?

There has been an employee identity breach at ASU. The CFO is ultimately accountable. This has happened twice since CFO Len Frey was appointed.

Note on other posts dealing with numerous irregularities and lavish out of control spending occurring at ASU, Frey is the recipient of $232,469 per year!

So Governor Beebe, you want more money for education?  Do you define education as vote buying from government employees, elected officials, and low-information citizens?

So far no eagles, just a collection of sparrows.

Illusions of Grandeur, Psychopaths, and Government Entities.        February 6, 2014

We want to believe the people we vote into office and who are hired & appointed are normal, rational human beings but our wishes do not match reality.

Observing the state of our union and pop culture brings widespread frightening evidence that the preponderance of those seeking & obtaining political and/or bureaucratic positions are people driven by abnormal desires for power, control and riches or a cushy well-paying job with few real responsibilities and little to no oversight.  Observe Washington, DC for the former and Arkansas State University for the latter as prime examples.

These people have absolutely no regard or empathy for the hardworking taxpaying smucks who support their luxurious lifestyles, in fact they look down on them for being so stupid and gullible which makes them deserve to be exploited.

Notice the flowery verbiage flowing from their vile mouths…they just “want to serve”, “to give back”, “to make a difference”, “it’s for the children”, ad nauseum.  Notice how they try to ignore and/or smear our true heroes such as Thomas Jefferson & other Founders in an effort to justify their own miserable existence.

Also notice that they always need “more funding” to do their noble work and have no problems taking from the producers to redistribute to those who did not earn the largesse.

The Cultural Marxist/Socialist/Communists are rolling with laughter from their collective graves or luxury suites & limosines…everything they set out to do to murder Western Civilization is coming true right before our eyes on a daily basis.

Achievement, merit, and hard work are being punished while slovenly, back-to-the-jungle behavior rewarded.  How else could an out of control Justin Bieber or uncivilized Rappers make millions of dollars?  How could an Eric Holder be head of the DOJ or a Sibelius head of DHS or an Obama be president or a Hillary as Secretary of State?

Racial division is raising its ugly head with black on white violence being called a “knockout game” and is growing without opposition from government agencies. Illegal aliens are being given special treatment while returning veterans & other citizens are suffering from the effects of their presence through losses of jobs & added taxes for aliens’ education, healthcare, food, housing, etc.  The Camp of the Saints has sailed into our harbors, borders, and cities.

Our education system is in the collectivist cesspool as is our so-called justice system, our political realm, and our media.  Political Correctness has won the war on our society.

Psychopaths & sociopaths rise to the top of the pot just like scum…they have the genetic make-up to not only stomach filth but to thrive on it….normals find it nearly impossible to endure.  If normals are to save themselves they must become acutely aware of how many abnormals are in positions of power and who are preying upon them like carrion.  Normals need at least term limits for all politicrats or will history have to repeat itself?

What yardstick does Governor Mike Beebe use to define education?

As of this date neither Governor Mike Beebe nor the Arkansas State General Assembly have recited the constitutionality, the legality, and the authorization by whom or what to steal Arkansas taxpayer owned property and segue to Mexico for their proposal to build a university in Queretaro, Mexico.

This is a huge scam bordering on criminality that is being perpetrated against and on Arkansas citizens and the proof of this will continue to come out in spite of Beebe’s and the State Legislature’s stonewalling.  Obviously pols & bureaucrats will benefit in some way but the big question is who are the Titans behind the scam and how do they expect to benefit?

Topical information about the proposed scam would have citizens believe the unconstitutional, illegal endeavor will be economically & politically beneficial to Arkansans, accompanied by veiled language that it is an Arkansas citizens’ obligation to educate Mexicans in Mexico, while at the same time we are educating millions of illegals on our own turf.

Without a lot of detail here and just enough information to make the point, Mexico is a bicultural nation.  The first culture is comprised of Mestizo Indians, commonly called Mexicans, who make up the bulk of Mexican citizens,  the ones who have invaded our republic illegally for decades while ALL gutless politicians and bureaucrats have refused to seal our borders and deport these unwelcome throngs resulting in the restoring our sovereignty.   One would ask, is this who Beebe, ASU Chancellor Hudson & President Welch, Higher Ed Director Broadway intend to confer degrees upon in math, physics, chemistry, etc.?

Or is it the ruling class of Mexico?  The White, tall, elegant, well-educated, poised Castilian Spaniards who own and rule the totality of Mexico, i.e. the government, resources, many of the drug cartels, so-called law-enforcement agencies, ad infinitum.?  Their culture is academically and economically deeply ensconced in Mexico’s tapestry by their Spanish heritage.  So Arkansas State University is going to Mexico to educate the Castilian Spaniards?  Hardly.

As previously noted the Mexican state of Queretaro is the proposed site for ASU-Mexico.  In the state of Queretaro there are 31 research centers. Among them is the Instituto Technologico de Queretaro, which is part of the National System of Technological Institutes in Mexico.  It offers 6 Engineering majors and technical training in an array of other scientific involvements.

The National Metrology Center IS LOCATED IN QUETERTARO.  THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THE CENTER IS TO BRING TOGETHER SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMY.  IT IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT OF ITS KIND IN THE AMERICA’S.

With the factual data listed above, what is the purpose, what are the rewards, and who is really behind the Ark. State University scam?

More specifics regarding ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY—JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.

A random sampling of one (1) month travel expenses of more than $100 by ASU employees, in this case the month of October, 2013 breathtakingly revealed that ASU spent $311,108.24 for travel that month!  On a year’s travel this rate of spending could reach $4 million. 

Governor Beebe has stated that his primary goal in this year’s legislative session is to fund education.  Does the figure listed above define his philosophy of education? His record would so indicate.  The amount shown above is corruption at its worse.  ASU is a self-serving fiefdom with a self-serving administration whose goals are not known but can only be clouded in corruption.
1.    Since the inception of the Mexico scheme how many trips have been paid for by Arkansas taxpayers allowing politicians, bureaucrats and other hangers-on to travel to Mexico, and what was the cost?
2.    Was any part of the $311,108.24 used for travel to Mexico?  If so, how much?
3.    Are taxpayer-owned cell phones being used?
4.    What part has the unqualified Director of Higher Education, Shane Broadway, played in this sordid scheme?  (His position was a political payoff, compliments of Gov. Beebe)

Other posts have shown the odoriferous salary increases awarded to the ASU upper echelons.  Recently ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson was given a raise from $275,000 in 2012-2013 and is now paid $296,250 in 2013-2014.  He may also be receiving additional compensation from the ASU Foundation. He is provided by the university a very large home and a vehicle for his own use.  What would one think the total of his unearned largesse amounts to (health insurance, per diem, & any number of other contractual obligations)?

Governor, members of the Arkansas General Assembly, if Arkansas citizens become aware of your, members of the General Assembly, & ASU bureaucrats’ economic thuggery, what do you believe the response will be?

Obviously there is no legitimate, professional ongoing oversight pertaining to the Arkansas State University system and in all likelihood is a microcosm of the entire State system.

Can Arkansas citizens expect any relief from these unconstitutional & corrupt governmental practices?  Who of you in the General Assembly will stand and speak for the middleclass heavily abused taxpayers??? You have done well for the elites & welfare recipients.

An update on the proposed theft of Arkansas taxpayer property and the attack on college age kids.

Arkansas—Mexico State University                January 16, 2014

Tuesday night, Jan.14, 2014 a third attempt was made to get an FOIA request in the hands of Arkansas State Chancellor Tim Hudson or one of his minions. After 2 previous failures using registered U.S. Postal service, & email, FedEx was chosen.  Wednesday January 15, FedEx was successful in delivering the FOIA and it was signed for by B. James at 9:29 AM. 

Recall this process began on Dec. 31, 2013 when the USPS service was rejected.

By law Arkansas-Mexico State has 3 working days to respond to the request.

As information comes in regarding Hudson and others’ attempted theft of Arkansas State taxpayers’ property, the Mexico scam is beginning to closely resemble Barack Obama’s scandalous/criminal administration.

The following names continue to show up in any number of venues related to the Ark. State/Mexico scam.  Those names are Charles Welch, President of ASU; Chancellor Tim Hudson; along with 3 people named Frey, Cooksey, & Stripling.

Other names in a similar context are also mentioned:  Gov. Mike Beebe; A. G. Dustin McDaniel; Higher Education Director Shane Broadway; and occasionally Congressman Crawford, all graduates of Arkansas State.

Information has it that in particular Welch, Hudson, Frey, Cooksey, & Stripling all use texting to subvert the FOIA request. Of note Chancellor Hudson tried unsuccessfully to run this scam while employed at Texas Tech.

It has been theorized that to defray some of the economic burden related to the ASU/Mexico scam the above five, but not limited to, have moved some taxpayer dollars directed to fund ASU activities on the Jonesboro campus and diverted them into the ASU Foundation to avoid Arkansas State purchasing laws.

Conversations with a number of past & present legislators indicate that this was an end run around the state legislature which eliminated objective discussions and precisely as to why Chancellor Hudson, his minions and perhaps Gov. Beebe would run roughshod over Arkansas taxpayers, steal Arkansas taxpayer property for personal gain (as yet undetermined) and forsake Arkansas’ college aged youth allegedly to educate Mexican nationals in Mexico. 

Information has it that other financial abuses reign supreme—travel, per diems, supplies, services, utilization of A-State personnel, ad infinitum…which has not been verified yet.

In view of Arkansas State University’s ruling hierarchy’s irresponsible and very likely illegal activities and failure to justify spending hard-earned Arkansas taxpayer dollars which have been and are being spent in Mexico while thousands of Arkansans are qualifying for Medicaid weekly, joblessness mounting, 50% of Arkansas students entering colleges & universities requiring remedial education, K-12 ranking in the high 30% nationally, and our elective and governing bodies allowing a scam of this magnitude while coupling the above to the 25-35 million illegals already nesting in the U.S. is a proposal that can only be described as psychopathic behavior.

The individuals or entities willing to cough up $50 million for this self-serving enterprise will soon be known and by any standard a full scale criminal investigation by appropriate authorities should be launched immediately specifically into the internal affairs of the A-State administration, Gov. Beebe’s involvement if any, and finally is A.G. McDaniel advising?

Note: These are all Democrats that are ensconced in this proposed smelly misadventure.

Apparently the outright theft of the Arkansas State brand makes no difference to these politicians/bureaucrats who have spent their adult lives in the producers’ trough, no not “public service”, self-service.

In the final analysis, could this have anything to do with oil, gas, and other natural resources or just about educating cheap labor?

Headline: Arkansas State University to start Mexico campus, Times Record, December 26, 2013
Some quotes:  “A $50 million undertaking that’s being funded with private money”, followed by a statement “with the private foundation underwriting any operating deficits for 3 years after the campus opens”.   Who makes up the private foundation and what is their purpose?   Are the Tysons, Waltons and Stephens, etc. footprints on this endeavor?   In this case more cheap educated Mexican labor on the horizon, benefiting American corporations?

ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson comes forth with some typical educanto statements, e.g. “The campus will be transformative for Arkansas State (how?) and energize our mission of creating globally competitive opportunities for our faculty and students”.  Somewhere in the seams of the Chancellor’s scheme taxpayers will end up paying for this unconstitutional bunko endeavor; furthermore where is it written that taxpayers should subsidize opportunities for the ASU faculty? In this regard, Mexico will not fund.

More world view economics from Hudson, “The business and government partners share our interest in educating students (Mexicans) who will contribute to a sustainable democracy and socio-economic progress in Mexico”.  (Does the Chancellor really believe there is a democracy in Mexico?) Now you have it, business and government, cheap labor the goal, are cranking up this hideous operation and in 3 years Arkansas taxpayers will subsidize. Chancellor Hudson is not aware or perhaps does not care that a nexus between business and government is Fascism, and government is the CEO.

Is Chancellor Hudson so ensconced in expanding his piece of the criminally corrupt education pie that he has lost sight of the tragic failures of American education at all levels, much of it brought on by illegal Mexicans and OTM’s?

A further Hudson quote, “we need our students to acquire skills”.  Who are our students?  Mexican or U.S.?

And here is the most bombastic statement from a so-called higher education czar, i.e. Hudson, “We are preparing a new generation for employment opportunities and employment needs that have not yet been defined”.    How do you prepare for something that doesn’t exist?

Former Gov. Mike Huckabee violated the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 10 by planting an illegal Mexican Consulate in Little Rock.  The same 3 year agreement as stated above was in effect for the illegal, unconstitutional Little Rock Mexican Consulate, and perhaps the same violation is occurring in the ASU proposition.   An FOIA request was issued to Huckabee and the name or names of the entity or entities funding the first 3 years of the illegal Mexican Consulate were redacted from the FOI. Could this be the same group?

From the above factual statements one can only conclude that ASU and any number of other of higher educational facilities are being run and promoted by self-serving, uneducated fools.

MEMO TO THE ARKANSAS SIX, GOVERNOR BEEBE, THE ARK. STATE LEGISLATURE, THE REST OF GOVERNMENT AND TO CITIZENS: December 10, 2013

Changing the rules of the game by government & corporate America has left Middleclass America devoid of any state and national representation (helpless). Government & corporate America’s energies are directed solely for the benefit of the elite & 3rd World minorities, legal & illegal—votes, political power, & wealth.

The following is a microcosm of the constitutional, political, & economic dismantling taking place in the United States, internally & externally, brought to citizens and as the Declaration of Independence states “a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations” by an unconstitutional and sometimes criminally corrupt U.S. government & their associates. Citizens, if you have doubt observe recent events that have and are occurring in our republic.

WHO & WHAT IS RANDY ZOOK, and his enablers? 

Randy Zook is the President of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce—Associated Industries of Arkansas, a city/state/national organization that supports and lobbies for the obliteration of our national borders, i.e. erasing sovereignty and encouraging cheap 3rd World illegal alien labor.

Headline Times Record, November 28, 2013, “CHAMBER CHIEF (ZOOK) URGES (so-called) IMMIGRATION REFORM”.  Why?  President Zook has never been publicly asked the question as to why he demands amnesty for 25-35 million illegal aliens nesting in the U.S. with the provision that upon the receipt of amnesty, they may bring in their immediate 3rd world families, not the phony number of 11 million that the lying sabotaging federal government disseminates. Regarding President Zook, is it compassion, is it brotherly love, is it equality, or is he infatuated with Hispanics, or……What?  The 25-35 million numbers mentioned above were provided by Bear Sterns after exhaustive study.

What Chamber President Randy Zook is & his associates are—
1.    They are Constitutional traitors, shredding the U.S. Constitution & rule of law: Article 4, Section 4 of the United States Constitution states in part, “the united states shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, AND SHALL PROTECT EACH OF THE THEM AGAINST INVASION”.
And
2.    Zook openly advocates the violation of U.S. law: 8 USC, Sections 1324a—Hiring, Harboring, Transporting any illegal alien—a felony.  Section 1324c—Law officers have authority to make arrests for violation of any provision of these listed sections.  Section 1325—Illegal entry—Shall be subject to civil & criminal penalties and can be fined and imprisoned.

For Zook, his enablers, and uninformed citizens, what is broken is the constitutionally corrupt and in some cases criminally corrupt U.S. presidents, the U.S. Senate past & present and same for U.S. Congress.  For instance failure to uphold sworn constitutional obligations, the rule of law, and willfully and by design destroying middleclass (heart & soul of the U.S.) America by refusing to secure our national borders and to institute deportation procedures as U.S. law demands.  Emphasis: White middleclass America has no legal representation coming from state & federal government.  Energies are directed solely to the elite & minorities, legal & illegal.

The aforementioned two legal remedies could very easily be satisfied in a matter of days by requiring all businesses to institute E-Verify.  This would dry up the illicit job market, resulting in self-deportation by most illegal Mexicans & OTM’s.  At the same time terminating the magnet for more illegal 3rd World invasions.  Welfare is another huge magnet for the 3rd World invasions. While economically benefiting hugely from illegals’ cheap labor, Zook & his corporate sponsors are nowhere to be seen in subsidizing illegals’ healthcare, schooling, foodstuff, incarceration, housing, ancillary medical services, ad infinitum. How much sense does it make to confer amnesty on 25-35 million illegals and their immediate families when 62% of Americans may qualify for some form of welfare?

Then why the political & corporate outcry for faux “immigration reform”?  Answer: the stage has been set for years…federal government bureaucrats, elected Presidents, Senators, & members of the House of Representatives have not only been derelict in upholding their sworn constitutional duties but have been supportive of any number of CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES with the goal of erasing our national borders resulting in a continuing unbridled 3rd world invasions and erasing any pretext of functioning as a sovereign republic.

Chamber President Zook is not alone in his subversive pursuits; he’s in the company of any number of unconstitutional, law-breaking individuals, governments, and religions.   To name a few:  the last 5 Presidents of the United States, members of the U.S. Congress & Senate (past & present), the Catholic Church, corporate entities e.g. Tyson Industries, the Farmer Bureau, Agricultural Czars, Construction Industry, etc.  Example: Religion: On November 27, 2013 Pope Francis of the Catholic Church appeared on the international stage and violently attacked U.S. Capitalism and called for its abolishment. He related U.S. Capitalism as being akin to the Idolatry of Money.  The extreme wealth of the Catholic Church is well-known (real estate, hospitals, gold, precious gems, art, architecture, businesses, etc.), then why is it sinful for others not to give up their wealth while the Catholic Church keeps & grows theirs? (Capitalism has elevated millions out of poverty, has Catholicism?) The Pope likes it both ways, e.g. Catholic Charities, an entity subsidized by the U.S. government, i.e. U.S. taxpayers, without citizen knowledge or permission.  These subsidies are a product of American Capitalism. Catholic Charities’ illegal mission is the sustaining of their clandestine SANCTUARY enclaves housing and distributing illegals, principally Mexicans throughout the U.S.   It must be noted that Arkansas Bishop Anthony Taylor openly advocates violation of the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, the dissolution of middleclass Arkansans, open borders and taxpayer subsidies for illegals. He openly admits that the Catholic Church of Arkansas cannot survive without the presence of illegals.  So much for religious dogma.

Once again making the extremely important points: What makes Zook’s conduct of the aforementioned, along with numerous other violators, so egregious are again the following facts:  Aside from the outright violations of the U.S. Constitution & U.S. Law is the attack on middleclass Americans by demands to confer amnesty on 25-35 million illegal Mexicans & OTM’s while allowing their immediate families in their respective homelands to emigrate to the U.S. Note the atrocious economic instability plaguing middleclass Americans, the segment which is the bedrock of American society has no governmental representation— all the attention is directed toward the elite & the welfare recipients, both American & illegal 3rd Worlders.

1.    Unbridled immigration, legal & illegal, has segued our 1st world republic into a third world dumping ground.  The interlopers bring with them their failed cultures and philosophies with no intention of acculturating into U.S. society; hence a 3rd World illiterate mass of humanity.
2.    The mass immigration  of 3rd worlders (legal & illegal) is an exercise in “trading down”. Only fools trade down, in this case forced upon us by the U.S. government.  The collection of 3rd worlders entering our country have no record of accomplishments at any level, academic, scientific, cultural, arts, etc. yet this is what the elite & government is demanding.  The Founding Stock of our nation is vanishing and we are rapidly becoming no nation at all, but a random gathering of people of assorted races, religions, and nationalities united only by our presence in the same land, controlled by a massive police state.
3.    President Barack Hussein Obama promised 3 days before his anticipated election, if elected, he would “fundamentally change” this nation…mission accomplished!
a.    Chamber Chief Zook & his corporate/government enablers act as if they are oblivious to government declarations there are at least 40 million Americans unemployed or underemployed and millions who have dropped out of the work force.  Zook would have you believe the jobs he is pursuing for illegals are jobs Americans won’t do. Question: who did these jobs before the illegal invasions occurred? 
b.    47 million Americans on Food Stamps and the numbers of illegals participating are not published.
c.    Government further declares that 30 million Americans have no health insurance while the number of Americans receiving Medicaid is ballooning. 
d.    Government has taken over the national Healthcare industry and is 1/6th of GNP, thanks to Obama healthcare is in an irretrievable shambles. This poses no concern for Zook, big business & government. They understand that illegals are and will continue to be dumped into the welfare system, i.e. Medicaid, Obamacare, etc. etc. and the devastating debt they incur will be placed squarely on the backs of  middleclass America.
e.    The U.S. is engaged globally in any number of phony “wars on terrorism” billed as “they are keeping us safe”, spoken as if Americans are kiddies in a playpen.  No longer can Americans consider our nation as peace-loving, the U.S. has been reduced to a warmongering enterprise. President Obama, with the blessings of the U.S. House and Senate instituted massive spying global networks, including Americans. Numerous surveillance techniques are being carried out by the following agencies—NSA, FBI, CIA, ATF, LOCAL POLICE FORCES, etc.
f.    Then there are the matters of gun-walking, Benghazi, the unilateral attack on Libya by Obama, the overthrow of the Egyptian president, the supplying arms to rebels engaged in the carnage against Syria, the IRS, the A.P., spying and frying of foreign national and American citizens by the use of drones and the huge presence of the Mexican & OTM Drug Cartels. Mr. Obama’s pledge for more transparency on drone strikes continues to answer legitimate questions & criticisms by saying, “We can’t really talk about this”.
g.    The state of American blacks is tragic.  They are struggling mightily on all fronts. They are 12% of our national population with an unemployment rate in the neighborhood of 18% and in the case of younger blacks the rate is in the 20+% realm. Americans of all ethnicities in the age group of 18-34 yrs have an unemployment rate of 10.9%.  70% of black babies are born out of wedlock. Mr. Zook, these people are American citizens and need the help of government and citizens to become a productive segment of society and not dependent on a plethora of government subsidies. It is obvious that elevating the black community to an acceptable quality of life nationally is a long term project.  Therefore; the action Zook & his traitorous enablers are pursuing, i.e. the introduction of permanent failed cultures & philosophies by means of amnesty and open borders guarantying the destruction of our once preeminent republic, evolving into an international settlement.

Zook and his handlers are working feverishly to award amnesty to the millions of illegals that some segments of big business & government continue to economically abuse and will serve to introduce another poverty ridden, uneducated class of citizens.  Does Zook understand that his enablers (in this case state & federal government) are the cause of the academic destruction in the public school systems created by the dumbing down of American kids in order to accommodate non-English speaking, illiterate Mexican & OTM children? Look no further than Clinton’s Goals 2000, Bush’s No Child Left Behind, and even more devastating, Obama’s Common Core.  Public/government schools have become nothing more than child abuse….physically, psychologically, & academically.

Does Zook understand our nation has a $17 Trillion and growing national debt and a $100 Trillion debt in unfunded mandates?   All the while Zook & his enablers are only interested in cheap labor to enhance his employers’ bottom line. 

Power, money, and greed are potent intoxicants and highly addictive and if any of the three are abused, have the capacity to sabotage and subvert whole societies, in this case Western Civilization enjoyed by middleclass Americans.

County Judge David Hudson and the 13 members of the Quorum Court–the Sebastian County Protection Racket in full bloom.

We take care of our own.  It’s not our money.

November 19, 2013 the County Judge and Quorum Court stated their intentions of giving county employees a 2% cost of living increase, while in the same breath proposing to award themselves a pay increase. Recall members of the private sector have no such protection i.e. public sector unions. How long has it been since private sector employees that subsidize these so-called “public servants” have had any sort of raises and certainly have no job security?

Now comes the revelation that the J.P.’s have awarded themselves health insurance not only for themselves but their entire families, replete with dental insurance.  It is reported in various publications that J.P.’s have an annual compensation of $6, 679.00 but never the additional $7,401.00 that each J.P. receives for his/hers personal insurance coupled with their entire family and the package contains dental insurance.

Recently, Mike Rainwater, Counsel for the Association of Arkansas Counties Risk Management Fund—no doubt another element in the protection racket for county employees was called on to offer a legal opinion.  Attorney Rainwater opined that “counties may provide medical insurance coverage for members of the Quorum Court, but there is no duty of a county or an insurance company to provide health insurance to a Quorum Court member.

Rainwater’s legal analysis was backed up by Prosecuting Attorney Dan Shue.  What was left out of the Attorney’s summation was the fact that the 13 Quorum Court members were recipients of a full health insurance package—health & dental.  Furthermore; and sadly I may add, there was no mention by the 2 attorneys pertaining to the unconstitutional practices of the Quorum Court.  The attorneys did not see fit to address in an emphatic tone the Court’s illegal practice of awarding Gold standard health insurance benefits to the family members of the J.P.s, including dental.

The counties participation in the health insurance scam is likened to the U.S. Congress’ and their staffs receiving special insurance coverage thereby escaping Obamacare.

Sadly to say, this is another example of government corruption (legally & constitutionally) and is it possible 3 votes on the subject the Judge and the J.P.’s are still not aware of their egregious conduct?

Raise taxes because WE NEED!

The Grand Gesture                        November 19, 2013

“We need”—no problem!   We’ll just raise a few taxes, so says City Director Philip Merry, Jr.  Director Merry says “I’m moved by the police situation.”  And with that said, Director Merry instructs the City Board to consider a franchise tax and an alcohol tax to come up with ½ Million to satisfy Chief Lindsey’s funding thirst. A tax that will never end.

Chief Lindsey opined that the city budget for 2014 created slots for 8 new police officers.  Of course, no justification for the 8 new slots given.

In the grand manner that only a bureaucrat or politician can conjure up, Chief Lindsey allowed that the 8 would only cost $655,000 for salaries & benefits per year, plus an additional $200,000 for pensions per year.  Divide the $855,000 by 8 and the result is $106,875.00 per officer…not a bad day’s work. How many private sector citizens bring in that kind of money?  This is a good example of how middleclass citizens are being stiffed by government bunko squads.  Government employees make on average 21.5% more than private sector employees. It is past time to do away with the protection racket.

The police budget for the years 2010-11-12 was $15.2 million.   The budget for 2013 is $16.9 million for an increase of $1.7 million over the past 3 years.  Again, no justification for the $1.7 million egregious increase, particularly at a time when our city is losing jobs.

The phrase “we need” became the battle cry for bureaucrats and politicians decades ago, and when the “we need” flag went up politicians & bureaucrats jumped to attention, as is the case with Director Phillip Merry and his Grand Gesture—Let’s Raise Taxes!
Let’s introduce a much more honorable battle cry “Make do with less!, and do it now”.

Speaking of the Fort Smith city police, are they receiving any of their training from the Dept. of Homeland Security and if so, why?  Taking this thought a little further down the road, police and sheriff’s departments receiving military hardware is absolutely not needed and is promoting a paramilitary attitude toward police work.
